Now of course, on the front of this truck, you gotta put a bullbar.

So it's got a heavy-duty bullbar.

There's also a set of XTM spotties.

Now when you're talking communication, well then you've gotta stick a heavy-duty aerial

on the bullbar form Uniden.

And of course, the 200 needs a massive power upgrade.

And Just Autos, those guys have done a full remap on the computer,

and this thing is an absolute beast.

Now as you come down the side of this truck, you're gonna notice the mirrors.

They're Clearview Towing Mirrors.

The vision is amazing.

On top of the roof, I've got a Rhino-Rack Pioneer flat tray, and then I've mounted a

few accessories on there.

I've got their little short digging shovel.

I've got a set of Maxtrax and also don't forget the Rhino-Rack awnings.

We've got the Batwing on one side, and the Sunseeker 2.5 on the other.

Also on the roof you'll see the SeaJay 3.7 Nomad.

And don't forget to unload the whole thing with your Almac boat loader.

So if you sit inside the car, you'll notice that for communication, we use a Uniden UHF radio.

For towing, we've got the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite.

And of course, when we sit on the seats, if you don't have a seat cover from Supafit,

I'll tell you what, these seats would be absolutely trashed.

Now this canopy, this is a specially designed canopy.

They call it the All 4 Adventure package from Norweld.

Now it is a tough canopy and definitely heavy-duty.

Now inside the canopy, you've gotta be able to carry an outboard.

So it's a Honda 20-horsepower outboard.

Fits just perfectly.

Now on the other side of the canopy, I've got a 110-litre Dometic upright fridge.

It's got a full-size drawer, with a slide-out table.

You can't leave home without a pie warmer.

And don't forget, to pump the tyres up, you're gonna need a compressor,

and we've also installed a hose reel.

Now this whole canopy is powered by a BMS from Redarc.

It covers everything from solar through to DC charging and AC as well.

And if you need 240-power, well we've installed a Redarc 2000-watt inverter.

And the whole wiring system was done by BatteryWorld themselves.

Asian American Representation in American Media: MCS 333 Final - Duration: 5:47.

In today's media. It is very rarely that you get to see an Asian-American on television, or portrayed on screen

This lack of representation has made it so [that] the limited view of what people do see in the media is often the only exposure

Asians has and in most cases

This representation is often racist and offensive

stereotypes.

When you think of Asians you typically think of the smart nerdy doctor and lawyer types

who on that same note are usually seen as unattractive and sexually undesirable.

As the famous theorist Richard Dyer points out

stereotyping create a hegemonic structure where the audience starts believing the stereotypes as facts and

this in turn creates a cycle where the stereotypes

becomes the representation of the stereotyped group.

This representation is detrimental to not only the society, but also to the

Asian-Americans who look for role models or someone to relate to in their media consumption.

This is why when Asian characters in major film are cast with white actors,

Asian-Americans are the first to speak up and

Call out these Hollywood practices because not only are they taking away Asian identity of the characters

they are essentially saying asians don't fit the role for this lead character

Like when Scarlett Johansson was cast as the lead of Ghost in the Shell

This leads me to how the act of Whitewashing in Hollywood is perpetuated by the stereotypes of

Asians that is still held by the hegemonic powers.

As Hebdige would put it if the state or

in this case Hollywood sees no reason to change and they will continue to erase and replace the Asian

representation from a role in order to make more money in the box office.

However, in light of the most recent cases of whitewashing including Emma stone in Aloha and Tilda Swinton in

is the only way to go these days

if you want to grow a small business

you're already experts at hiring accountants

or developers,

depending on what you're outsourcing.

Second,

you're going to be cheaper

than hiring someone in-house.

You have to understand that

any employee that you brought on board for

is going to have 20% loaded cost.

In addition to that,

management,

utilities,

etc, etc, etc.....

They're all added cost.

And finally,

in today's world,

you don't really need to work 40 hours.

We already know that

if we hire somebody fully hours,

their productivity is anywhere

between 20% to 30%.

Now that we're about into an outsourcing :

What exactly is the difference between

bookkeeping and accounting?

Why should I pay extra for accounting

when bookkeeping can do?

So, in your business,

there're a lot of things going on every single day,

there are people that you pay,

there are people that pays you

for the work that you do.

And then, if you do inventory

things coming in and out.

And, everything is going on,

everything is happening.

What a bookkeeper does

is to take everything that is happening

and then, they record it onto a ledger.

It's a very data entry task.

It's a recording of events.

On the face of it,

seems like they do the same things sometimes, right?

Just start it off at the basic :

it's pretty much what you'll pay

for a basic set of books

to get your tax return done.

Now, between $500 to $1500

There are a lot of automated bookkeeping service

that are now designed for this space.

And then, again, remember,

these are low touch

and high automation companies.

So, again,

pretty good if you just wanna make sure

that somebody is looking at your numbers

and let you have a set of reports to look at.

But, don't expect too much

from a consulting or controllership level for

Now, once it gets to the $2000 to $6000 a month range,

you should really expect a good partner.

They're really setting down with you,

and then helping you sort things out.

Like, system processes,

having conversation with you on your numbers.

And then, the higher price you get,

the more complex reporting.

Or, the higher price you get,

the more strategic stuff.

You know,

what metrics we are tracking,

what reports we are looking at,

what numbers are we looking at.

And, that's what you should be expecting to

should never be afraid of
