My name is Mark Farrow. I'm the owner of a transport company in Great Yarmouth.
We are a specialist transport company
operating flat trailers and low loaders and step decks,
doing European abnormal transport as well.
I started the company with my father,
where we purchased two or three vehicles for him to operate.
I'm very proud of what my dad's achieved in growing the company
to the position it's in today,
and he's really worked hard to continue that, even after my grandad has left.
We have a fantastic bunch of guys and ladies who work for us,
mechanics in the workshop, office staff
and also the drivers, the truck drivers, you know, fantastic guys.
And those guys are meeting our customers every day
and making sure their cargo is loaded and delivered correctly and safely.
One thing the drivers like about working here
is the work is so varied.
They don't know if they're going to Scotland one week
or if they're going to Italy the next week.
I've been here six and a half years now
and every day's different.
That's what I enjoy about it, yeah.
We've moved an elephant inside a 20-foot container in a flat rack
to the centre of London that they put outside an Indian restaurant.
I opened the back door of the truck and I saw this submarine there,
which I thought had torpedoes on, but they were engines.
So I phoned the police.
Dynafleet, very advanced system.
We have got the drivers now all on the app
so that we rate them against their potential driving,
which for us has seen huge fuel savings, which is the major reason we've done it.
It's also nice because the drivers can see a leader board.
They can only see themselves, but they constantly speak to each other
to find out who's in what position to see if they're beating each other,
which is nice to have a little bit of competition.
Obviously it's helping the environment as well.
You're needing less fuel and you're polluting the atmosphere less.
The fact that my dad's only ever run Volvo trucks
suggests to me that the success has something to do with the fleet.
Lorries have to move about because we need to eat, we need to buy stuff,
we need to do our daily lives, and lorries are part of that,
which everybody seems to miss when they see these big, stinky lorries
going down the road and they're in the way.
Without them, there is nothing in the shops.
Seven years old, I have a picture where I was stood in front of a Volvo truck
and my dad had my name put on the front of it.
When I was 16, I went to the school prom and my dad drove me in a truck.
When I was 25 and I got married,
my dad took me to the church in a Volvo truck.
It's all I've known.
If we didn't like innovation, we'd all be driving a Ford Model T, you know.
You have to evolve and you have to embrace new things.
And you can't stand still. When you stand still, you go backwards.

Volvo Trucks – Working hard for the success of Volvo FH (Volvo FH 25 years) - Duration: 3:19.
I started work here in my early twenties.
I was very ambitious and I have been here for the evolution of the FH truck.
The FH truck has gone through major changes.
When I see an FH I think, "I built that."
That's a great feeling. I'm so proud.
Today, the truck is part of my life.
Working on the production line,
I love it when my son says:
"Mom, did you make that truck?" and I say, "Yes."
"I helped to make that truck." It makes me proud.
The best thing in my job is working with operators, engineers
and work leaders to find one solution for all parties.
I worked with the evolution of the cab for the F range,
assembling all the parts comprising the cab on the vehicle.
It's an amazing journey. FH's celebrating 25 years.
As part of the product development team
I have many memories from all those years.
It's like watching your children grow up into adults.
I remember when they were small. It's a great journey.
One of the main reasons for the success we had with the FH
was that it was a totally innovative vehicle.
There was nothing comparable on the Brazilian market.
So entrepreneurs really bought into the concept.
The design of the vehicle was really bold
and many hauliers bought this vehicle for its design.
There was nothing else like it.
My reaction when I saw the FH for the first time was "a real game-changer".
It was the same reaction from our customers
when they saw it for the first time.
The main reason we've been able to build FH trucks for so long
is probably that we've never stopped developing it.
The electronics, the gear box, the engine, its overall evolution.
It evolved perfectly.
The biggest challenge at the launch was to decide who gets the first trucks.
All our customers were so keen to get hold of the products.
They wanted to be first and get them on the road as soon as possible.
I think of it myself when buying things – you want good quality.
And we care about our customers. They keep us busy.

[Ep 1 Highlight] What happens when Yunwoo makes a mistake on set | Top Management - Duration: 1:11.
MY MOTHER IS WEIRD
Director: Darn it.
The biggest scum on the face of the earth.
I repeatedly told you that
he left his best friend's sister and seduced
that sister's sister-in-law. And about this scene.
You copied the black box footage to a USB drive
and are using it to blackmail your brother-in-law and you're laughing?
Yeon-woo, have you blackmailed anyone before?
I'm sorry. I haven't blackmailed anyone.
Man: You're blackmailing me with your beautiful smile.
Female staff: Sir!
I think it's my fault.
This is a serious scene, but this USB drive is too cute.
Female staff: I'm sorry. You got distracted, right?
- No, it's my fault. - Male staff: No, sir.
I think this is all my fault.
This is a suspenseful scene, and we had to shoot at a waterfall,
but I decided to do it in front of a green screen.
- Man: Yeon-woo, I'm sorry. - Woman: Yeon-woo's an angel.
Woman: It's not Yeon-woo's fault, sir.
Let's not bother Yeon-woo too much.

lights camera action - Kallakar shruti in conversation with Shruti Marathe - Duration: 9:29.
This is Kallakar Shruti on Superhits 93.5 Red FM
And today I have one such actress with me
I feel so lucky that I have got her name
Such a sweet person , just like a rose as I always call her
Chubby and at the same time a woman with talkative eyes and a beautiful smile
None other than my friend Shruti Marathe !!!
So first of all Shruti , I have already shared the history behind my name
But tell me why did your parents named you as Shruti ?
I don't know the exact reason but I feel they just wanted to make a rhyme (since my sister's name is Preeti)
And that's why I feel they named me as Shruti
And I like my name Shruti
I was not born in Pune actually . I was born in Baroda
My father's whole family lives in Baroda
And we shifted to Pune when I was a year old
So technically I am a Punekar who was born in Baroda
We all have had some weird habits in childhood which we still carry
You have any such habit ?
Very common since everybody does this .
I used to have a lot of chocolates
My mother literally used to lock the refrigerator
Once I had gone with my mom to her friend's place
Mom had bought two chocolates - the bigger one for her friend's daughter and the smaller one for me
She had explained the same to me well in advance while we were on our way to their place
But when we went there , I started crying asking for the bigger chocolate
So looking at my tantrums , mom gave me the bigger chocolate and the other one to her friend's daughter
On our way back I asked her "Why are you so angry ?"
She was like "Shut up . Let's go home "
When we reached home , she said "I am going to punish you for this. You will be having only chocolates now onwards"
I was so excited
I was getting chocolates the whole day
but then in the evening I started missing my daal Rice
I was like I don't want just chocolates and then I realized – Ohhh this was the punishment
Then I apologized to my mom and promised her to never misbehave
That's the best way !
We always want to see our SSC or HSC results on our own . We don't want anyone else to see before us
So were you ever tensed about the results ?
Do you remember ?
I knew I would be scoring less in SSC exams
Shruti is going to reveal more such unknown stories
Because I was shooting for Duniyadari when my 10th exams were going on
Because I was shooting for Duniyadari when my 10th exams were going on
I remember I used to shoot in the first half of the day and then attend my Sanskrit exam at 3pm
So this is how I used to appear for exams
I knew I would get less marks but I was confident enough to know that I will not fail in the exams
So mom had already informed all my relatives about it and told them not to expect much from me
So you passed the exam.
Yes I got 55%
Too much !
What more could I have asked for
40 % is the passing limit . You got 55 %
Meanwhile you were already busy shooting for some projects
But how did you start with acting ?
Fortunately in this whole journey I met some good people
who kept guiding me properly throughout my career
To start with , few people suggested me to get a portfolio done
IME castings were going on at that time
They used to collect photographs and call for auditions
Peshwai auditions were going on
& I was selected for the role of Chimaji Appa's third wife who was just 16 years old
At such an yound age ,
did you ever get nervous or ever had a fear of camera ?
I was never scared of facing the camera
My co actor was Prasanna Ketkar
Our very first scene was that he touches me like this with love
I was not habitual with this kind of touch
So when he suddenly touched me , I started shivering
My cheeks were all red,
I was shivering
And I was like okay … sigh !
… sigh !
So I had this co actor phobia' rather than the camera fear
Fortunately Prasanna could sense that something is wrong
He tried to calm me down
Asking me if I was feeling uncomfortable
I said "No I am not being uncomfortable but I am not habitual to all this "
He said "I will sit here for a while holding your hand so that you will get familiar with my touch "
So this is what all happened during my first scene but it was shot well
Ever heard about any rumor or any news about yourself that made you upset ?
Not upset as such
But when I was working in South Industry ,
I always wanted to balance between Marathi & South films
But after working in two South projects ,
a baseless rumor was spread that Shruti doesn't want to work in Marathi industry
Because it was so widespread that people didn't even approach me for any Marathi project
And then when I started getting bored of South films due to the language barrier
I decided to come back to Marathi films and I had to start from point zero
I had to meet the people again , convince them that I want to work in Marathi
I had to go through that struggle again
And after that you got 'Radha Hi bawri'daily soap
When people ask actresses for something else other than just acting in the film ?
Yes ! Now #MeToo movement is growing and forceful sexual harrassments have happened with few actresses.
But if you say "NO" nothing can happen to you
But you have to have guts to say "NO"
It happens most of the times that girls don't refuse in the fear of losing the assignment
Or they bear the harrassments or sometimes even ignore them and then it passes away.
But later the thoughts about what they have gone through keep disturbing them.
I remember I was asked to compromise for getting a film.
And that literally got into my nerves
I was not a new comer then.
I was pretty established as far as my career was concerned
I had done a serial and two films already and after that I was asked for this film.
They had said "If this is what you are expecting as your pay, I am ready to give you but you will have to do this "
I was like " So this is what you are paying me for ?"
You will pay me just because you want me to sleep with you but not for my talent or because I am a good actress !
So it really got into my nerves and
I back answered him saying
I said " Of course ! If you are expecting me to sleep with you ,
then your wife will also sleep with the actor right ?
It will be mutual right ? "
So I said " Exactly ! So just shut up ! "
So it happens
One thing you can't say "NO" to ?
Even now ?
Yes
One thing you miss as a child ?
Living in Pune City
You have many friends from this industry and what will you suggest these –
Nehha Pendse
Abhijeet Khandkekar
Don't show so much of chivalry
Saurabh Gokhale
Nothing
Amruta Khanvilkar
Don't be so loud every time
What is that Amruta has done ?
Everytime she does that
She never reacts in a normal way
Everytime she reacts like this (super enthusiastically )
And me ?
Keep meeting girl !
I had a lot of fun Shruti
You have such amazing stories of your life
When Shruti is around , we need no one else to entertain us
At every party we are like Shruti come on share some funny story with us
Keep rocking
I love it how you never fail to invite me for such candid chats
Needless to say , this depicts everything
