Guns in Hytale? BlockShot and the Subio Network - Duration: 10:46.

hey give them back for under the video and today I'm talking about hi tail

again and this is gonna be a little different of a video so for those of you

that don't know I am the owner of a minecraft server called subió craft I've

been running it for years with the help of the awesome staff I started it with

my friend Glenn back in like 2013 and now the high tail is coming out and it

has the modding capabilities that it has I think I'm gonna take a whack at it I'm

gonna try and make my own hightail server network and I'm gonna program a

bunch of the I don't know if we could call mods or plugins but I would love to

be the owner of a hightail server network called subió so um today I'm

gonna be talking basically about the modding capabilities I'm going to talk

about my plans for this network and I would hope that a lot of you guys are

gonna be super duper hyped and would want to join on maybe even day one if I

get access to developer tools early I might be able to get something set up

for you guys on day one of hightails release how amazing would that be so

starting off I think there's going to be three pillars to subió the first of

which being an RPG based single-player so for those of you that don't know

hightail is not planned to have levels perks experience or be similar RPG

elements and like character classes it is going to be more like Minecraft in

the way that how far you are in the game is dictated by your gear which there's

nothing wrong with that is just that's the type of game it is for example right

you find a really powerful battle ax and that's like the weapon that you now have

instead of being inherently a battle ax type of character that has bonuses with

that weapon and having like a perk or a skill and

like many levels of experience it's not gonna be like that but on my server I

plan to make that a thing so for example there will be leveling up there'll be xp

for killing mobs and then it'll be you'd be able to get perks and skills and

there'll be inherent character traits and character classes and I think it'd

be freaking amazing so that's gonna be the first pillar of subió there's not

much else other than that I think there will be community run events as well and

a thriving economy hopefully and it will be very similar to the experience there

is right now on subir craft survival on in minecraft except it will have

hopefully hi tale will have the capabilities in modding to allow new

user interfaces other than inventory menus I think they will but yeah I think

it's going to be really exciting anyway the second pillar of subió i think

should be block shot so block shot is planned to be a minigame very similar in

style to Call of Duty so it will be a running gun type of minigame where you

start out your game you pick a class you can save custom classes there'll be a

selection of weapons of you know smg's rifles I'm not gonna say anymore d

monetization words but you know what I mean

maybe they'll even be given different names so that we can avoid the

monetization of people make videos of it but that is the plan because I have been

a longtime Call of Duty fan and I think the series started to go downhill with

advanced warfare the game itself was good it wasn't received very well but

all the games that came after it have been met so I think in AI tail making

block shot the most responsive gunplay running gun respawn game that I can make

I think that would be amazing and of course there's more to it than

responsiveness I think one of the games I should it should look at is mw2 for

those of you that a played mw2 it's all about how overpowered everything is like

every weapon is able to like two or three shots somebody and the gunplay is

extremely satisfying and fair I would say except for the one-man army and new

tubes but let's not talk about that I think something like that made in

hightail could be really popular and I think it could be something that's a lot

of fun I want a new competitive minigame to dump my time into and I'm not afraid

to play my own game guys even though I'm gonna be the one developing the whole

thing at the end of the day it still requires it's supposed to require the

same skills that it took to to play Call of Duty so that's what I'm going to try

I think it's going to be really neat my own little spin on Call of Duty and how

complicated can it be I mean coding it the most difficult

parts gonna be the weapons for sure and but as we saw in the trailer you are

going to be able to import a 3d model and then you can animate that model so

reload animations and whatnot and then you can script it so then you can have a

rate race from the end of the barrel to the target or whatever won't need to

implement bullet drop it's too short range for that doesn't need to be that

realistic it's mostly a party fun type of game so it's not really going for

realism so there might be lasers there might be you know I'm super excited for

black shot though I think that's going to be a staple of subió and then the

third game mode as you guys are watching right now bid Wars is a very popular

game mode in high pixel and it's my personal favorite and I figured what if

I put my own spin on bed boys and made it my own and something that is

different but similar so like something that would be a new

breath-of-fresh-air if you will but it would still be really good so for me it

is an unnamed game-mode I do not know what it's called yet but it will involve

all the players being space miners so like they will be part of like some

galactic like mining operation they're gathering resources and the way that it

would work in the mini game is that every player will have their own little

mini ship and they will land on an asteroid a small asteroid and then the

way the map will be set up is that there's like 8 to 12 asteroids floating

around in space in a spherical shape and then one big sphere in the middle so

like one big asteroid so it'd be the equivalent of having all the islands on

the edge of the bed where's map and the and mint but the differences it's in

space so the actual like spacing between the islands is going to be three

dimensional so there will be a literal sphere of islands instead of like a disk

of islands so like some islands going to be higher than others and then gravity

will change depending on which sphere is closest to you Super Mario Galaxy has a

very similar feature to this so gravity will depend on I'm gonna call them

planetoids depending on which planetoid you are currently standing on or close

to and the gravity will change depending on certain environmental aspects so I

think would be really neat in this game mode is that for example all of the

ships will be powered by solar and there'll be a big Sun in the background

but what if midway through the game there was an eclipse and the and the Sun

wasn't visible for like a minute or so and all of the power shuts off for all

the ships so like no longer will they be able to smell things or generate weapons

I think that we really need to but on another staple of the game-mode is that

there'll be a cloning machine and that will be your way of responding similar

to a bit and if somebody comes to your ship and breaks your cloning machine

then you can no longer respawn so maybe not even a cloning machine maybe all the

characters are robots and it's like the assembler or something who knows what

the theme would be but that's the mechanic at least so then each ship will

have a smelter in it so I'll have like AI think I used a specific word oh it is

like a well yeah it have a smell tree so each ship would have a smell tree and

then that's what you would use to bring materials to it and then craft things so

inside of your starting planetoid or asteroid you can mine

material so you'll spawn with a pickaxe you would be able to mine the ores

inside of your planetoid and then bring them to the smell tree and use it to

craft things like a grappling hook or like a sword or a crossbow or something

like that or maybe even a shield and then the other aspect so there'd be

materials together and then there would be fuel so you can gather fuel and then

maybe fuel can dictate a shield of some sort who knows but that is the idea and

then there would be more dense materials in the middle asteroid so that is the

idea for my unnamed space PvP game mode I think if possible

this one is gonna be with a grain of salt because I don't know if on the fly

gravity changing is a feature that is possible with the current modding tools

in hightail if it's possible oh boy are we in for something fun so yeah that is

the idea so far so in hightail there's gonna be two PvP

/ minigame type of experiences and then there's gonna be one long-term slash RPG

experience and again the server is going to be called subió so I hope you guys

are hyped if you have any other ideas for the server make sure to let me know

and I hope to see you guys at day one are there any other servers you guys

know of that are gonna be day Warner's let me know in the comments down below

and if of course if you have any ideas then that would be greatly appreciate as

well do you think my game modes going to be possible using the modding tools I

have no idea well anyway that is it so I hope you guys enjoyed and I'll see you

guys later

Year in Pictures: Florenzi's review of Roma's 2018 - Duration: 8:26.

This is Napoli v Roma.

We'd been through a tough spell

but we all pulled together and produced a superb performance

which propelled us towards our target at the time.

It was a great game.

Edin [Dzeko] scored two amazing goals.

It was a big win.

This was a really important match for us.

Roma v Shakhtar, the second leg.

We'd lost the first leg 2-1 so we had to win this game.

It was another stunning goal, I remember.

There was a pass from the left for Kevin [Strootman],

who played it first time.

It was a move we'd been practising for a while.

Edin beat the offside trap

and did what he does best, which is score.

It set us up for a match Roma hadn't played for a while.

It's not easy to reach the Champions League quarter-finals and it rarely happens to Roma.

I think this is the photo of the season, last season.

Taking nothing away from Daniele [De Rossi] and Edin,

because without their goals we wouldn't have been 2-0 up,

but Kostas [Manolas] made history with that goal.

I don't think we or Rome will ever forget it.

This is me and Daniele celebrating...

I can't remember if it's after Kostas' goal or at the final whistle.

We realised it was an extraordinary achievement.

The last time Roma played in a semi-final was in 1984 after winning the Scudetto

so you realise you're part of this club's history

and that you've done something incredible.

It was a great moment for Romans and Romanisti.

I remember things that happened in the build-up to this Empoli game.

Before you arrive at the stadium,

you go round the bend and into Viale dei Gladiatori.

Those images, and I still have the videos on my phone,

I'll remember them for ever.

The fans showed us so much love and inspired a massive performance

because we won 4-2.

It was a good pre-season, a different pre-season

because it was my first since my two injuries.

It was nice to start pre-season with the rest of the squad.

We're familiar with the setting [Trigoria]

and we have state-of-the-art facilities.

This was the first game and we got off to a great start.

Right at the end, Justin [Kluivert] went on a run down the right

and Edin scored with a stunning finish

to earn us our first three points.

This was when El Flaco [Pastore] scored with a backheel. He scored two actually.

He's a very important player for us.

He's settling in really well and I'm sure

we'll soon see the real Pastore,

the one who can really make a difference.

This is my goal against Atalanta.

There's a bit of anger here, a bit of everything.

I always try to give my all

and when you score you release all the emotions you feel during the game.

This is Lorenzo [Pellegrini]'s renaissance, we could say.

The goal changed his fortunes somewhat.

This backheel got him back on track.

He's played his part in lots of wins since then.

Hopefully his injury is behind him now

and he can get back to doing things like this.

Lazio are a well-oiled side, with a good mix of players.

Then there's AC Milan

and other teams capable of pulling it off, like Sampdoria.

It's going to be really hard but that's our aim

and the next six months will be very important.

When you hear the music you feel something inside of you.

Of course there are circumstances that help you

produce huge performances after mediocre ones in the league.

It's always great to play in the Champions League.

We must understand that if we want to hear that music again we have to finish fourth

so we'll have to produce the same performances in Serie A.

This is probably our lowest point of the season.

A 2-0 defeat where we just didn't show up.

After that there were a few more negative results.

We must avoid any more displays like that because it's not us.

We're Roma and we have to show it, game in game out,

and make sure we never go that low again.

We knew we needed to get something

at CSKA Moscow if we were to go through

and we succeeded in achieving our first target for the season

by reaching the Champions League last 16.

This photo says it all, really.

From his last game against Genoa to this game here,

the fans' love for him has kept growing and always will.

He's of course in the Hall of Fame.

We could say he's the captain of the Hall of Fame.

He's always there for the team.

He has a special relationship with some of us,

which goes beyond football.

He's still there with us, still the first at breakfast,

He sits at a different table now,

but he's always with us.

This was a game we played with anger.

It wasn't a great game.

The three points were all that mattered and we managed to get them.

We didn't need pretty football or anything like that;

we just needed to score one more than the opposition and that's what we did.

This was our last home game of the year, against Sassuolo.

We won it deservedly.

Patrik [Schick] was excellent and so was Zaniolo.

Lots of players played their part in helping us continue on our path

towards fourth place, which is our objective.

We must be more consistent with our results in 2019

so that we can claim fourth place and play in the Champions League again.

2011 Macbook Pro Upgrade STEP BY STEP (2+TB, SSD, 16 GB RAM) - Duration: 13:48.

hey everyone its Nick from one more cast here in today's video I'm going to be

expanding upon a previous video I did in which I upgraded my 2011 MacBook Pro

from its original harddrive and 4 gigabytes of RAM to a new Samsung Evo

860 solid-state drive and 16 gigabytes of RAM if you haven't watched that video

a linking above here but the moral of that story is that it really increased

the speed of my computer and it allowed me to really start editing on that

computer in today's video I'm going to be dramatically upgrading the storage

capacity of that same 2011 MacBook Pro by putting 2 terabytes of storage where

the optical drive currently sits because realistically who uses CDs or DVDs

anymore so stay tuned I'll walk you through each of the steps I'll link all

of the items that I use in this video below down in the description and I

really hope this video can help someone

else

so with the back off you see the inside of the 2011 MacBook Pro first thing

you're gonna want to do is unplug the battery to make sure there's no power to

this device as we're working on it you see we have the hard drive here which is

now the Samsung Evo 860 solid-state drive and here is our upgraded RAM

memory this is the optical drive and so this is what we'll be replacing today

the first step into removing the optical drive is to unplug these two cables then

we're going to remove these two screws in this bracket between the optical

drive and the hard drive once that is removed you'll see there's two more

screws that is holding this optical drive in place so first we're going to

remove our hard drive and gently disconnect it from the SATA cable we'll

set this aside for the minute now we'll unscrew these two screws that are in the

joined SATA cable so that we don't mess that up

and now this should be able to bend up out of our way as we remove this optical

drive then you're going to remove this screw right here that's directly into

the optical drive

the next screw in the optical drive is actually underneath the speaker here and

so in order to get down below this speaker we're going to need to remove

these two screws and then this groove for the right speaker and then just

carefully wiggle these two speakers up

and you'll see the screw right down there that's in the actual optical drive

third screw is right here then you should be able to just wiggle this

optical drive right out

carefully away from that so you have the optical drive here which we'll be

replacing with this converter that the hard drive will sit in so I got this

from Amazon for only about eight dollars again link down below in the description

so from this point I'll show you which kind of hard drive I'm going to use and

how I get it into this converter okay so this is the part where we're gonna get

the hard drive and put it into the optical drive converter and this is also

the part where we're gonna save a lot of money so for this upgrade we're gonna

use a tutor by Seagate slim external hard drive and right now this is running

about sixty three dollars for a two terabyte hard drive and if you look up

you know what a two terabyte hard drive would cost that directly plugs into the

back of your computer you'll see how much money you're really gonna save with

this again this item won't be linked below and if you use the link down in

the description this version actually also comes with two months free

membership to the Adobe Creative Cloud photography plan so that's just another

added bonus so in order for this hard drive to fit into the optical drive

convertor we're going to need to take it out of this external hard drive shell

and so what we're gonna want to do is we're gonna want to heat up the metal

which the top of this is metal and the bottom is plastic we're gonna want to

heat up the metal around here to hopefully heat up some of the glue

that's keeping this together and that should hopefully make it a little bit

easier to pry this open without breaking anything so now I've got this hard drive

heated up pretty good I'm gonna use a flathead screwdriver and then just try

to create a little bit of a gap in between the plastic and the metal and

just try to get something in between there and so I can start to pry

so now that we have that open where's one I want to take the same kind of

screwdriver and then just pry it out of this plastic bottom piece trying to be

as careful as we can with the actual hard drive like so now you see that we

have a hard drive two terabytes like we said so what we're going to want to do

now is just peel this foil off so we can get to the hard drive underneath as it's

kind of encased in this

now you can see that it has a USB port on the top however really this is just a

plug in to a normal SATA connector down here and that's what we're gonna want to

get to for this to be able to fit into the optical drive converter so what

we're gonna want to do is we're gonna want to just take a screwdriver and then

just gently you know pull it out of here and make sure not to pull on one side

too hard you really just want to be careful in removing this just so you

don't damage anything you can see now that it has the SATA connector on the

top and they're just gonna be able to fit right in to our optical drive

converter we'll tighten down these holding screws and then it'll be good to

go okay so now we have the two terabyte external hard drive installed in our

converter and at this point I want to throw a small shameless plug if this

video is helping you out at all please go ahead and hit that like button so at

this point in time we are going to basically just do the reverse of what we

originally did to remove the optical drive that can start with this little

cord piece that was in the optical drive so just carefully place that into this

converter and then we're gonna want to just slide this guy back in

and then as I said it'll just be the reverse of what we currently did so I'll

just go ahead do that and then speed it up for you guys

so now that we do dat the computer we're gonna go to System Preferences and

something that the Seagate external hard drive also came with was this

application NTFS for Mac and what that is it is essentially another disk

display that allows you to do similar things and look at your different hard

drives and storage disks on your computer at the same time while we're in

NTFS for Mac you can see now we have two hard drives that are internal into this

2011 MacBook Pro we have our Samsung SSD it's a 250 gigabyte solid state drive

this is what we're gonna have the computer boots it on and the operating

system installed on - but now you see we have this 2 terabyte backup

Seagate disk but this is now internal into our computer so we have almost the

full 2 terabytes of free open storage and this is going to allow me to do a

lot more video editing keeping all the files on the computer but off of the SSD

that does not have a lot of memory however what it does have is really fast

boot up speeds and all of the applications run extremely smooth on the

solid-state drive so there you have it that is how I upgraded my 2011 macbook

pro - now run on a solid-state drive have 16 gigabytes of RAM and to now have

over 2 terabytes of intern storage I hope you really like this

video if you did please make sure to hit that like button and hit that subscribe

button if you enjoy this content I really appreciate you guys for watching

and let me know if you have any questions

How to make flutes your best friend... Carry them around (Cheap and easy way) - Duration: 4:27.

Hello Friends!

Today I will update you about a trick on the flute's carry case

I will tell you about how to easily carry your flute everywhere... from classes

to performances

May a times, the carry cases

are not sent by the flute makers

to us when we purchase the flute

They generally send it in a round cardboard sealed box

Whenever we purchase it online we generally get these cardboard ones but...

the branded ones may send it in cases like these (SEE VIDEO)

But the lower end stays hollow...

Also, the upper end has this problem that it does not close easily; the chain is a bit clumsy

I generally do not prefer these kind of cases at all...

I got some cases like this one made on my own but with a dozen of additional features

I will tell you about them today

These are way more convenient!

So, I got this one made (SEE VIDEO)

This thing that you see in my hand is called an end-cap

and the pipe that you see is PVC that is used in our homes...

for garbage disposal and water plumb-lines etc.

You can easily acquire these as very low costs at any hardware shops

They are sold on the base of their diameter (in mm)

The one in my hand is a smaller one for a smaller flute

This is very easy to carry and see, like that, I can easily close it with the end-cap...

Also, I got this velcro put so that it does not open on its own

And as you see there is an end-cap at the end as well

You can also buy these at very cheap costs from the hardware shop

Remember to buy an end cap that fits it- not small or big...

Also to make carrying easier, I got this strap put

To make it more attractive you can put designer ones but these are more economical

The final touch or the adding of cloth or leather to the bag are made by bag-makers or tailors

This is very convenient and cheap.

If you don't have a case for any of your flutes, get these made

Like, I got this one made to keep three to four flutes together...

This also has this end-cap

I got two straps put here to make carrying even easier...

Whenever, I go for a class on a scooter, I can easily carry these...

You can make these to keep your flutes in groups...

I've gotten this third one made as well

This is very thick and durable PVC...

Even if your flute falls on the way on the road

and a four wheeler runs over it... then also it won't break...

Like this you can make covers for the smallest to the biggest flute that you have...

All you have to do is... purchase the material it give it to a tailor to stitch it together

This will enable you to take your flute over the longest journeys without fearing breakage...

Today's tutorials was to tell you this small but effective trick...

Thank you for watching!

THE WIZARDING WORLD OF HARRY POTTER VLOG. - Duration: 35:42.

E: Hey whatsup hello my name is Emma and today we are going to The Wizarding World of Harrry Potter!

I am here with . . . Mo: Monica

Mi: Michael S: Sara

K: and Kat!

E: And tonight we are starting our journey to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

It's my first time going.

It's going to be an amazing amazing weekend.

We're here for 4 days (or technically today was the first day) but we're here for many days.

And tonight we have gotten all dressed up in some fancy gear-

Mi: Look at my pants.

E: Okay interrupt me, that's cool [laughs]

We decided to get all dolled up and we are going to The Three Broomsticks for

dinner and it's going to be a great time, and then tomorrow we're starting the full

amusement park day.

And it's gonna be a really amazing trip and I'm exicted.

K: And it's Christmas at Hogwarts! E: And it's Christmas!!!!

E: So we actually went to the wrong park, we went to Diagon Alley instead of Three Broomsticks

but we're having dinner at The Leaky Cauldron and I'm so excited.

So I have actually had butterbeer before but I haven't had

a frozen butterbeer from Wizarding World so I'm excited to try it.

It's so good. It's so good. I wanna drink this forever.

E: We have gotten back from The Leaky Cauldron and we've just been chillin but right now,

everyone in the room is taking the enneagram, is that it?

K: The enneagram.

E: The enneagram test and I thought it would be interesting.

Mi: "People have told me I can be sensitive and over-dramatic."

E: Agreeeeeeeee [laughs]

K: Have you guys gotten this question yet? "I'm built for comfort, not speed."

[laughs] S: Me!!

S: This one says "I'm much more comfortable giving than receiving", that's a hard

pass for me.

[laughs] K: I like this one.

"I want people to think I love everyone even when I don't."

S: Emma, that's you!

E: That's me!

E: "I often tell people when I see them making a mistake and they don't always appreciate it."

[stares at Michael] S: [to Michael] Ooh I do that to you too.

E: Michael gets so mad at me.

Mi: I don't get it.

E: Like I will text you, "Michael stop being self-destructive" and you're like "Wheeee!!!!!"

Mi: And then I'll get like 8 novels from Emma [laughs] Stop I get it!

E: And then Michael's like, "What did you have for lunch today?"

So we all finished talking, or taking the enneagram test, I got a type 1 which is not surprising.

K: That's what you got last time.

E: I don't remember.

K: I remember because I'm really into the enneagram.

E: So what are you?

K: I was a type 4 before, and I'm a type 4 now.

Type 4 for life.

Mi: I'm somewhere between a 2 and a 4.

In terms of my enneagram.

Not in terms of attractiveness.

There, I'm a 10.

[Let's Get it On – Marvin Gaye]

E: Sara what are you? S: I'm a type 6.

E: And Monica, what are you? Mo: I'm a type 7.

E: Is everyone satisfied? Does anyone disagree?

S: No, I had gotten a 6 before, another time.

Mi: Ok I lied, I'm not a 10 I'm like a hard 7. [laughs]

E: So we are getting ready for our first full day at Universal.

We have to make a quick stop to guest services because Michael got the wrong ticket so we're

going to try and upgrade him, and Sara deleted her ticket so we have a bit of a late start

this morning but I'm so excited.

We are going to start with Hogsmeade today.

It's a little bit colder than we expected so Sara and I are like ready to buy a sweater.

K: It's raining. K: It's a wee bit nippy.

E: Yeah, it's raining and it's chilly and windy, but it's Hogwarts, and I'm so pumped.

Guys, we're at Hogwarts. K: [squeals]

E: Currently we are still at Hogsmeade. We are just doing some photoshoots,

you can't actually see Michael but you can see Monica taking photos.

Mo: Hello.

E: It's still raining. Ponchos are not fun. They're not fun at all.

I did buy my Slytherin scarf though, which I'm really excited about, it's keeping

me super warm.

And I also bought an interactive wand, I bought Harry's wand because I have Ginny and Ron's at home.

K: 100% rain until 2pm E: I'm not excited.

So we don't really have a plan for today.

We're just gonna walk around, take some more photos, visit the shops.

I think today is a good day to get some of the rides out of the way so we know we've done them.

But yeah, it's a fun time.

Mi: [points at Sara's water shoes] WHAT ARE THOSEEEEEE??!?!?!??!?!

E: We are currently at The Three Broomsticks for lunch, this was sort of an unexpected thing.

We just decided to go in and then we all ended up getting food.

I got a hot butterbeer for the first time and it's so delicious.

M: The butterbeer to rule them all.

E: I really liked the frozen one, but this is so good.

E: So we decided that we would walk to Hogwarts but I did not realize where it was and we

just stumbled upon it and I was very caught off guard.

But it is beautiful and I think we're gonna go check out the line right?

Mi: I'm so wet.

Mo: This lighting is amazing.

E: Ayyy. Mo: Wow.

So we went on the Hogwarts ride and it was so amazing.

I literally cried while walking through.

K: Did you?

E: Yeah, I teared up, I was really really emotional.

K: Also there was no line whatsoever.

It said a 35 minute wait, it was just the 5 minutes of walking through the area that

we had to wait.

And it stopped raining!

E: Ah it's wonderful!

K: No more ponchos!

E: We're so excited.

Wandmaker: Dear, if you would turn right round and face the shelves here behind you.

In the center up there, you see the red wand boxes jutting out, yes?

E: Yes.

W: Then I would like to levitate just one of the red wand boxes by giving the wand a

swish and a flick, and saying "Wingardium Leviosa."

E: Wingardium Leviosa [zap]

W: Not to worry, Reparo! [zap]

Definitely not the right wand for you. [laughs]

It does seem a bit dim, here in the shop.

Let's have you brighten the room for us, Emma, if you would.

Please hold the wand all the way up, focusing just on the tip, light the wand by saying

"Lumos!"

E: Lumos! [zap & thunder]

W: Meteolojinx Recoanto!

You're more of a challenge than I thought, you know. [laughs]

If you would . . . [rush of air, choir singing]

Oh a perfect fit!

Vine, 15 inches, a bit on the bendy side, but a vine wand tells me that you are intelligent and ambitious wizard.

Oh and with a unicorn hair core, your charismatic charm will only help you on your way.

E: We just went into Ollivander's for the little, what is it?

Activity? Ceremony? S: Show?

E: Show, thing.

And I got chosen as the person to like, get their own wand?!

Very unexpected, I was like, We're gonna have to go back multiple times during the

week to see if we can all get special wands and I literally got chosen at the first one

and it was the coolest experience.

So this is my wand, it is so beautiful and intricate and I love it.

I don't actually remember what it is, I was too overwhelmed to remember what was going on.

K: It's on camera. We got it.

E: We got it, you saw it.

It's amazing and beautiful and this was literally like what I came here for, so I

am the happiest I could ever be.

[Frog Choir sings The Most Magical Yule Ball of All]

E: Guys, we're on the Hogwarts Express.

Mo: [screams] E: Like it's a real thing that we're doing right now and I'm excited.

E: It is the end of day one, we are heading out of Diagon Alley.

I have so much to update you on.

We did a lot today.

Today felt like it was 7 hours long [it was 11].

I also bought my Weasley sweater which I love.

Ugh my goodness, it's out of focus.

Why am I never in focus?!

Mo: Focus on me.

E/K/Mo: F-F-Focus on me.

E: We are going to head back to the hotel now but I have so much to update you on.

We went on the Gringotts ride, we did some interactive magic, and it was just all around

a really amazing day.

E: So we are back at the hotel.

I still have to update you guys but we're currently about to try some Fizzing Whizzbees

that Monica got for everyone.

Put some pants on or sit on the floor, I don't know what you want me to do.

Oh Sara, you also don't have pants on.

S: Oh, I don't care [laughs]

S: Oohh!!

E: Mmmmmhhmmm.

Mi: . . . OoOh.

E: I like 'em.

Mi: Monica [unintelligible] You didn't make a sound.

K:MMMMHMMMMMM . . .[laughs]

Mi: [gasps, hits Sara's leg] I'm sorry.

[laughs] S: ASMR

Mi: I freaked out [laughs]

[pop rock noises]

M: They don't need to see that [laughs]

E: So it is the end of our day of Harry Potter

World day one.

So as I said, I bought a lot more stuff today which is really enjoyable, but I basically

got everything I wanted to, so I'm pretty set to just enjoy the moment for the rest

of the two days.

We also went on the Gringotts ride which was really really fun.

I think I think I preferred the Hogwarts Castle ride more, but nonetheless, I'm still happy

we went on and we're gonna go on multiple times tomorrow.

But my favorite favorite part was probably . . . all the shopping.

NO!

My favorite part was Ollivander's.

Because I got chosen for my wand.

That was my favorite.

Sara, what was your favorite part?

S: My favorite part was [laughs] when we were at the Knight Bus and I did a pole move.

E: That was a really great moment, too.

S: You can insert a photo here.

E: Monica, what was your favorite part?

Mo: Um [laughs]

Honestly, I think my favorite part was when we were walking through Hogwarts

and you were just so excited.

E: Oh my god.

Mo: It was just so pure and I almost started crying because it was just so pure and good

and everything was so nice.

E: It was really great.

Mo: So I think that was my favorite part.

E: And Kat, what was your favorite part?

K: My favorite part [laughs] I really like the rides.

I liked Gringotts I think that one was my favorite.

'Cause I just love Diagon Alley.

E: Oh yeah, Diagon Alley's so good.

K: And also, all of our photos!

We had so many nice little photoshoots around and it stopped raining!

That was great.

E: God bless.

Yeah, I feel like that pretty much concludes today.

I would invite Michael in but he's asleep.

So yeah, we'll check in tomorrow.

Do you guys wanna say goodnight?

S/Mo/K: Goodnight!!!! [laughs]

E: So it is our second full day at Wizarding World and

we are currently in the Hogwarts Express. Mo: Yay!!!!

E: We just got off of Gringotts and we are at The Leaky Cauldron* for breakfast.

I'm getting pancakes and bacon and sausage and I'm so so excited.

And you're getting the same, right?

Mi: [nods] E: Monica, as someone who was very nervous

for Gringotts, what did you think?

Mo: I really enjoyed it.

I would say if you're scared like I'm scared, ignore everything you read online.

Waiter: Hello everybody.

Mo: Oh, our food is here. [laughs]

E: We're currently in Madame Malfkin's Robe Shop.

We've just been doing a little bit of shopping and walking around the stores, trying to decide

if anyone wants to buy the really really expensive sweaters they have here.

But Kat and I have discovered that there is a great Gryffindor bias

K: And it is some bullshit.

E: Yeah.

K: There's so much Gryffindor stuff that doesn't come in any of the other house colors.

E: It's 2018, I don't understand why everything they're producing is not equal.

K: Also, capitalism.

Come on, Slytherins want to give you money.

E: Yeah literally take my wallet, but like, make it for me, you know? [laughs]

E: So Michael has really bad vertigo and we're

trying to convince him to see if he could maybe try and get on the Hogwarts Castle ride,

so this is how Sara's going about that.

S: This is how the ride goes.

WooooooooohWooooooohWooooh

Mi: No, I'm a little-I'm nauseous. [laughs]

E: So Michael, what did you think of the Hogwarts Castle ride?

Mi: I was at like 75% where the vomit was but it didn't end up coming out.

S: He kept yelling for me. Mi: I screamed a lot.

I kept screaming Sara's name.

K: You grabbed my hand. I held it the whole time.

Mi: I held it tight.

I screamed Expecto Patronum when the dementors came at us.

And I had to close my eyes for everything digital otherwise, I would've been at 100%.

E: But you did it!

We're so proud of you!

E: So we decided to stop by the Marvel area

and go on some rides because there were literally no lines.

I think combined we probably only waited like 10 minutes.

K: Yeah it was like 5 minutes each.

And it was just walking through the waiting area.

E: We went on the Hulk, which I really enjoyed because I've never been on any of these rides before.

We went on Spiderman which was a pretty cool 3D experience.

It was pretty similar to the Hogwarts 3D experiences.

And then we went on the Dr. Doom ride where it's like a drop, and it was really fun.

It was more relaxing than scary.

K: Yeah we screamed at first, and then we were like, "Oh this is nice, we can see Hogwarts!

E: Yeah, it was really nice.

So now, I think we're walking back to Hogsmeade, we're gonna hang out by the Hogwarts area.

I know Monica really wants to see the Hogwarts lightshow, which I still don't know what that is.

K: It's just a performance when they're singing or doing stuff but it's a light show.

E: Oh okay, I'm excited.

E: So-oooh that voice crack was note cute [laughs]

Right now it is night time and Hogsmeade is GORGEOUS.

Right now we are standing in the cold FREEZING, waiting for the Magic at Hogwarts Christmas Show?

Christmas Magic at Hogwats Show?

I don't really know what it is, but I'm really excited to see.

E: So it is our final day at Hogwarts.

Mo: Nooo!

E: It is currently only me and Monica, no one else wanted to come this early.

But, we got into the park early and we are going on the Hogwarts Ride that I keep calling

"The Hogwarts Ride" but it's apparently called Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.

And we're gonna have a great last morning.

Mo: A wonderful morning.

E: It's nice because I feel like we've done everything so now we can just do everything

again and enjoy it? Mo: Do our favorites? Yeah.

E: So we are saying goodbye to Sara and Kat because they have to go on their flights and

Michael did already leave which is unfortunate but I'm gonna miss everyone so much!

K: We had so much fun this weekend! It was such a good time.

E: What was everyone's favorite part, go quick!

K/S: Uh . . . [laughs] Mo: I think my favorite part was-So we were

in Knockturn Alley [laughs] and they do these interactive wand things.

So I was trying to do it and one of the guys in Knockturn Alley was like guiding me through how to do it.

And then at the end, it's like this door, and at the end he was like, "Now you can

open it" once I had done the alohomora spell.

So I go and reach for it and it like shoots out air and then I SCREAM and then he runs away.

And it was just very cute and so perfect for Knockturn Alley.

K: And all of us were like, "Does, does he work here?" [laughs]

S: My favorite part was [someone yells in the background] That was really rude.

So my favorite part was last night, I was talking about my new mattress because I got

the Purple mattress which is like really expensive because I've got back pain.

And Monica was like, "Hey you gave me a hard time when I bought this handbag" and

I said, "But this is for my, my back health."

[laughs] and then Monica died laughing for like 20 minutes. [laughs]

E: Kat, what was your favorite?

K: I liked the rollercoasters.

I liked yesterday how we got to go on 3 back to back.

We did the Hulk, we did Spiderman, and then we did the tower in like 20 minutes,

we just flew through them all and it was great.

E: My favorite part definitely has to be the fact that I got chosen at Ollivander's.

K/S/Mo: Oh yeahhh!!!

E: There's like, no better experience to have here.

So that was really amazing and now I have my own wand that chose me.

So I'm very sad to leave everyone.

Actor 1: The oldest brother, who was a combative man, asked for a wand more powerful than any

in existence: a wand that must always win duels for its owner.

So Death fashioned him one from an elder tree that grew nearby.

Actor 2: Then the second brother, who was an arrogant man, decided that he wanted to

humiliate Death still further, and asked for the power to recall others from Death.

So Death picked up a stone from the riverbank and gave it to him.

A1: Finally, Death turned to the third brother,

a humble and wise man.

He did not trust Death, so he asked for something that would enable him to go forth from that

place without being followed by Death.

And Death, most unwillingly, handed over his own Cloak of Invisibility.

In due course, the brothers separated.

A1: He then greeted Death as an old friend and went with him gladly, departing this life

as equals."

E: We are leaving Diagon Alley for the last time.

It's very very sad, I just got chills when I realized that.

Mo: I know!

E: It was beautiful and amazing though.

I don't understand how you could go to Harry Potter World and not go to Diagon Alley.

What's your favorite park out of the two?

Mo: I think, see Diagon Alley has Knockturn Alley and it feels more immersive, but Hogsmeade

has Hogwarts and the Hogwarts ride.

E: Yeah, that's true.

I feel like they both have their perks.

But I feel like when it comes to walking around, I feel like I prefer Diagon Alley, but-oh hello.

I can't see anything.

But definitely Hogsmeade gets points for having Hogwarts and the Hogwarts ride for sure.

Mo: It's definitely like, you should not come without the park hopper.

E: Yes, oh my goodness.

Get the park hopper.

Mo: 'Cause then you can't ride the Hogwarts Express.

E: Ooh that's a long line.

E: So it is our final hot butterbeer and we are leaving the park.

I am so incredibly sad. Mo: So sad.

It didn't hit me until we had our final walk out of Hogsmeade.

Mo: I know!

E: It was a really, really amazing trip.

I'm so happy we came.

I loved every second of it.

It was truly amazing.

I can't see anything.

Mo: I'm gonna miss listening to Hogwarts music constantly.

E: Oh my god it was so great.

We starting walking out to the sound of the last song on the Sorcerer's Stone Soundtrack

and I'm like, "This is too much!"

It was really great and I'll probably check in when I get home to show you everything

I got but we're so sad to be leaving and we don't want to go.

Mo: I want to come back . . . E: Immediately?

Mo: Tomorrow.

E: Let's turn around.

Let's not go home.

Let's miss our flight.

Mo: We'll just live here.

We'll start working as cast members.

E: Oh my god, yes!

Mo: Start our new life in Orlando.

E: We can live in the storage rooms above Hogsmeade.

Mo: I'm good with that. E: Same.

E: So I'm finally home, back to the muggle world.

I'm very upset about it but I had the most amazing trip.

I figured I'd share my final thoughts on the park and my trip and show you a little

haul of just everything I got while I was there.

Firstly, I got my Harry Potter Weasley Sweater which I love.

It is a little itchy to be honest, it's like 90% wool, but it feels like a Weasley

Sweater should feel which is why I love it so much.

I bought my Slytherin scarf which I love.

It's really well made and super comfortable.

Ooh it actually looks really good with this sweater.

I also got my Slytherin robes which is definitely the #1 thing I planned on buying at Wizarding World.

The robes I have are like $20 off Amazon of and I really wanted the nice official Harry

Potter robes and I love them so much.

Then I got my wand, of course, the wand that chose me.

I still cannot believe that I got chosen, that was my #1 biggest goal at Harry Potter

World and it happened within the fist few hours of being in the park it was so amazing.

I'll give you a close up of the handle because of course that's the most interesting part.

It's just really unique and knobby, I love it.

This is absolutely one of the most meaningful objects that I own now, it's literally a

dream I've had since I was a kid, was to have a wand that chose me, and now I do.

While I have tried the majority of Harry Potter candy that I feel that I would enjoy, I did

try Fizzing Whizzbees for the first time because they were Monica's favorite and she bought

them for the room.

And on the last day when were in Honeydukes, I was like, I have to get some to bring home

because it was just absolutely delicious.

It's chocolate, like full, hard chocolate with fruity poprocks in the middle and it's

just absolutely delicious.

I also decided to get this Hogwarts Letter ornament which I think is super super cute.

It was definitely overpriced, I paid like $15 for this but that's kind of what you

expect when you go to a theme park.

But I'm gonna hang it on my tree later when we decorate and I'm very happy about this.

I feel like it's the perfect Christmas ornament to represent Harry Potter.

So the last actual night at Harry Potter World when Monica, Sara, and I saw the Hogwarts

lightshow for Christmas which again, was amazing.

We decided to go on the forbidden journey ride one more time and as we were getting

out as the park was closing, they were selling the souvenir photos from the ride for $10

and I was like, "That's a pretty cute deal" and we got a really cute photo.

I think it's so adorable and it's funny because there was actually another person

over here but they weren't with our group, so the lady was able to crop it out for us.

So now I have this cute photo, I've never had a souvenir photo before and I'm really

happy about it.

So that's it.

That was my trip to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and it was as amazing as I could

have expected.

I went with the best group of people possible.

It was so nice to go on an actual vacation with my friends that wasn't just BookTube

or book convention-related.

Like we went to Florida as a friend group and we just got to spend 4 days together enjoying

the company and it was really really nice.

And I have the most amazing photos and the most gorgeous footage to really remember the

entire experience and I just feel like I couldn'tve had a better trip to Wizarding World of Harry

Potter for the first time.

That really concludes this vlog so thank you guys so so much for watching and coming along

on this journey with me.

If you have been to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter or one of the locations throughout

the world, tell me your experience because I just want to reminisce on my time there

for as long as possible.

Thank you guys for watching and I will see you soon for a new video.

Bye!

How To Run A Successful YouTube Channel - Duration: 10:51.

Since we launched Live On Purpose TV, I get questions sometimes about how to run

a successful YouTube channel. So, I brought in the expert. This is Nate

Woodbury, we're going to dive into that today. So Nate, you've been working with

me here at Live On Purpose TV. We've been doing this at the time of this recording

just a little over a year. -Yeah. -We started out... Do you remember how many

subscribers we had? -You had 235. -You know the exact number. I know it was

around 200. 235. You can go check to see how many subscribers we have today. It

has increased significantly. And so, I think arguably, we have a successful

YouTube channel. There's a couple of things that we've been doing here that I

thought maybe you could help to illuminate. Because you're the brains

behind this whole operation. -That's been fun. -How do we how do we create and run a

successful YouTube channel? Where would you tell people to start? -Well, the

viewers might notice that we're pretty consistent. Right from the beginning. We...

In November of last year. -2017, November. -We started launching 5

episodes per week and we really haven't skipped a beat. So it... -Right. -Takes a lot

of work to do that. But we've we've got some strategies that help us do that because

you're a busy guy. -Yeah. -You've got a lot that you're doing with your practice,

with your coaching, with being a part of the National Speakers Association, with

different charities and church and family. And yet you have a daily YouTube

channel. -And people have asked me before, Nate. "How do you find time every day to

shoot a video?" I don't. We're shooting episode 21 right

here, right now. -What time of day is it? -It's about 3:30 in the afternoon. -3:30 in

the afternoon. We started this... -Which we've got a pretty fast pace. -Yeah, we've

been doing this for a while. -Because we do this once a month. We get together

once a month and we shoot 21 episodes. That gives us an

to then send out to our editing team and they schedule it for for release 5

times a week. Monday through Friday. -And you'll notice

Paul really gives great content. It's very well prepared. So how

do we... How do we do that well? Of course, we do we do keyword research in advance

to find the questions that people are searching for online and we get a

lot of ideas from comments that you'll make below. And we take those ideasm we do

the keyword research and we create our list of the 21 episodes that we're going to

film for the you know in the coming few weeks. And then that how much time do you

take to prepare and outline? -So, I'm getting faster at it. -Okay. -It used to

take me a good 6 hours to prep one of our sets. Because I need to take all of

those titles that have come from the keyword research. And then I go into my

own experience and people that I know and things that I've learned through my

career and make an outline of the content that will actually support that

title. And that used to take me about 6 hours to prep 21 episodes.

I've whittled it down. I can get it... I can get it in about 2 hours now. -That's

awesome. I didn't know as that quick. 2 to 3 hours. Keep in mind. You know your

content. You know your content really well. -I've been practicing psychology for 25

years now. And that's longer than some of you have been on the planet. And

and you'll notice some of the topics, there's quite a variety here on the

channel. And that's not necessarily the best way to run a channel because it's a

little confusing. What is this channel about? Well, what it comes down to is that

Live On Purpose TV is about stuff that I've done through my career. So you'll

you'll see videos here about bedwetting. I don't do anything with bedwetting now

but I did a doctoral dissertation on that topic. So that information is up

here. This is the beauty of Technology, okay? That information is still here but

it's not helping anybody here if I can put it out there where you guys are, then

if you got an issue with bedwetting, you go to

my bedwetting videos, you're going to get some help. So, it's not just locked up in

my head, it's out there where it can help people. And that's why you see such a

variety. I spent 13 years doing child custody evaluations for the court. I

don't do that anymore. But I got some knowledge that can help you. So we put it

out in these videos. -So now, I want to kind of flip directions and talk about

you. If you've thought about starting your own YouTube channel, you've got

expertise up in your head, people around the world are searching for. They

just don't know that you exist, they don't know how to find you... -And it's not

helping them as long as it's locked in your own head. -So that's why we've

created this strategy and that's what we recommend that you could do as well is

find the questions that people are searching for around your area of

expertise. And you can create videos of a similar format and achieve similar

results that we've had on Live On Purpose TV. -So Nate, you mentioned

consistency. We've been doing this on a daily... Well, daily meaning 5 times a

week. -Right. -We've been doing this on a daily basis for over a year. All of our

videos are long-form videos. Meaning 10- ish minutes. Some are longer, some are a

little shorter. But you'll see that most of the videos are about that duration.

That's because it's important to grow the channel. You need to have eyeballs on

your videos for longer time. -Yeah. So, we're playing with 2 different

strategies, mainly. We've got a search strategy, that's why we do a lot of

keyword research. But we also want to impress the YouTube algorithm. You know, a

whole bunch of formulas and equations that choose which videos it's going to

suggest to other viewers. And so by having consistency, that feeds into

those equations. By having that consistency for 4 months, there's some

magic starts to happen and we've seen some spikes. There's a lot of things that

we can look at the analytics. The YouTube provides a lot of data and saying, "Ooh,

this video has really good watch time or average view duration. But we can look at

the click-through rate and think that's... We need a better thumbnail."

And so we'll tweak that and you can see it see it get better results. So, those

are really the 2 strategies that we go after on purpose is the keyword research

and to impress the algorithm so that we can get suggestion. -This all begs the

question, Nate. Why? -Yeah. -Why did this... The number one reason I already shared with

you... And I am so honest and sincere about this.

It's about getting information that's locked in here out to where it can

actually help people. And that gives me a lot of personal fulfillment. It's a

meaningful thing for me to do. It makes me feel like, "Okay. Well, my career has

been worth something." So, there's all of that." And that's probably the

driving factor. -To comment on that... I mean, some things that... I've heard some

feedback about people who you've impacted through YouTube. The people that

have been on the verge of suicide. -Yes. Or a mother on the opposite side of the

planet that was having struggle with parenting. And so, there's

some really neat amazing things that happen because of this channel. -That

lights me up. And thank you for you viewers who have shared what the impact

has been. That's really the paycheck for me. Now, it also has served to generate

leads for other aspects of my business. So, you'll notice on some of the videos, I

mentioned finallydry.info. -Mmm-hmm/ -That's a little website that I set up to

offer an e-book for bedwetting. And we're selling those pretty much every

week. For people who actually need that information. Only 10 bucks. And they can

get help from watching the video. You've heard me mention Parenting Power-Up.

com. I set that up specifically to provide additional services for those

parents who are attracted to our channel from the videos. And it gives them more

resources to be a conscious parent. -We've had a lot of activity around

parenting videos like, "How to get your kids to listen without yelling?" It's one of the

most popular videos. -Right, yeah. -And so those videos, grab a lot of

attention for people who are interested in those parenting topics and that's

where we send them over to the Parenting Power-Up, yeah. -And then more recently,

I've been focusing more on coaching coaches. And this channel has given me a

really neat resource to do that. Not only to attract people who are interested to

get into my coaching certification program. But also, I've been able to

feature some of my licensees here on the channel. Which gives them more exposure,

it gives you an introduction to another resource. So it's been really neat that

way to start to magnify the impact of the channel. Now, you've worked with a

lot of other chat house too. This isn't your only show. -Right, I manage...

-In fact, I appeared on your show recently. -Yeah. Yeah, I currently manage 9 daily

YouTube channels. -Yeah. -Which I've got a big team to

support me in doing that they do a fantastic job. Just to give you an idea. I

mean, that the real potential on YouTube is it's great from the advertising point

of view. But when you compare it to a channel that's backed by a business, the

ad revenue is really small compared to you know, what you the revenue you can

actually generate in your business when it's the lead generation tool. -Right. -You

know, we've got channels that are generating multiple 7 figures per

year from just from the leads coming from YouTube. -So, it's for their business

outside of YouTube. -Exactly. -Yeah. -I wasn't sure when we started this video what

direction we would go but I knew it would be a good conversation because

we've had such a great experience. If you want to see more of what Nate's doing,

Nate Woodbury and you can to his channel right here too.

Luka Sabbat Digital Series | Episode 11 "HOT MESS Inspires" | Freeform - Duration: 3:50.

Do you want girls — lesbians?

Ah, nah.

Want Penthouse?

This porn sucks. This is why I go on the internet.

I've had enough sex talk. Let's talk business.

Business? Give me a recap of last night. How was it?

It was fire. Everything went smooth. Hella people came out.

Nothing catastrophic happened and it was sick.

Did you sell anything?

Did we sell ... Oh yeah.

Within the first five minutes we sold that print.

That sold to a pretty decent art collector which was sick.

We're just hanging out here in the ex-VIP lounge.

People are coming through. We're giving people tours.

I found out about Hot Mess through, probably just through Lukas Instagram.

I go on Lukas Instagram and just look through the outfits, man.

It just inspires me, honestly.

This is kind of weird — I'm not gonna lie —

but, there'll be times where I don't know what to wear

and then I'll be like, "Damn, I could go to Luka's Instagram." And then I can find something that,

you know, inspires me to ...

just inspires me.

That horse photo is actually from my archive.

So, I lived with horses for a year in the southwest —

wild horses on the Native American Reservations.

I wanna do a solo exhibition of my sh*t.

But I decided to pull that one out of that archive

because it would work with this and I knew people would f*ck with it probably.

So, I wanted people to get a taste of that.

Then when you actually see stuff and you experience things, you see that he is really creative.

Noah — I don't think he gets the credit he deserves

because he's doing crazy stuff. He's really doing crazy stuff.

I think it's really incredible to find all this because Ohio is such a ...

pretty much just a small mundane place.

And to come here and see people actually making their dreams happen here

is really inspirational, obviously, and really impressive.

Him coming from nothing makes me feel like I could — not do something like this —

but do something that's from my passion from it.

It's an inspiration for me to follow what he's doing — for me to follow what I wanna do.

The more kids I hit with this sh*t ...

Hot Mess was originally because I felt like nobody was really doing anything of that scale, at my age.

Where it was just ... professional and had a certain taste level.

Can I take a picture with both of you?

Yeah. Go for it, man.

Thanks a lot, man. You guys are doing crazy stuff.

You really just have to be yourself. Being yourself actually leads to great things.

And I've heard Luka say that too — that there's only one Luka Sabbat

and there's only one whoever.

And that's inspiring because you gotta do your own thing.

You can't just do whatever because he's already done it.

We can't go and do a Hot Mess now, we gotta do our own thing and that's really cool.

I mean that's what we do to sh*t because ...

I don't believe in afterlife and sh*t, but I believe that the impact you make while you're on earth ...

Like, what did I do ...

while I was alive to change something.

I'm trying to teach a lesson here and I'm trying to have these kids get it,

and hopefully they do. Some kids do, a lot of kids do, a lot of kids don't.

But that kid might go and do his own sh*t that might be bigger than my sh*t.
