Sadhguru -There is nothing to achieve. Do what you love! - Duration: 11:00.

As an ethical, matured human being how I should approach competition?

How I should view competition?

How I should behave and handle that?

As an ethical, matured human being - an ethical human being is a very immature human being.

I want you to know this.

You are holding on to your ethics because you have no consciousness.

Ethics you picked up from outside.

Whatever your society, your religion or your profession something they have put down some

rules.

Maybe they are the norms with which one can function when they don't know how to function.

Now for example, let's say you are a doctor.

There are the ethics of Hippocrates, you know?

That you must serve a person, it doesn't matter your convenience or inconvenience

when somebody is ill, when somebody's life is in danger, you must go and do it.

If you go by these ethics, yes you will go and do it but in the process you will become

sick.

Suppose you're a loving human being.

Yoga means fundamentally...

Today modern science has proved to you beyond any doubt that the whole existence is one

energy, isn't it?

Everything in the existence is one energy manifesting itself in millions of forms

or in other words this and this are same energy.

Now that you are sitting here, suppose for one moment

actually you experienced within yourself that all the people sitting in this hall are actually

a part of you.

Let us say you experienced something like this, not taught; actually you experience

like you experience the ten fingers of your hand; you experienced all these people for

a moment.

If you experience these people like this, after that do I have to teach you morality

and ethics?

Don't harm this person, don't kill this person, don't rob that person, would it

be needed?

Would it be needed?

No.

So yoga means just that, that you experience everything as one.

The word 'Yoga' comes from the word 'Union' where you see everything as one in your experience

because that is the reality.

Only because you have gotten enslaved to the limited dimension of your mind

everything is fragmented in the existence.

Only because you're right now you are basing all your experience through the sense perception

which perceives everything in comparison.

If you want to compare you have to divide.

If you want to compare you have to fragment the world into million pieces otherwise you

cannot experience.

This is the way of the sense perception

because your perception is limited to sense organs you have fragmented the world into

million pieces otherwise you cannot experience it.

So the whole process of yoga is to evolve beyond the sense perception so that you can

experience the existence as one.

Suppose you experienced all these people as a part of you, do I have to teach you ethics?

You will joyfully go and do what's needed and you will not become sick in the process.

Yes or no?

Yes?

So you are always trying to find poor substitutes for truth.

That's the biggest problem.

Now to study in one university you don't have to compete with anybody.

If you are truly interested in knowing what you want to study, you will study to the best

of your ability, isn't it?

Not because your friend is studying, you want to know that's why you study.

When you study like this; your study releases you.

When you study to get one mark more than your friend, you are getting entangled and sick

you are becoming.

You are actually becoming sick in the process, isn't it?

So to do what you want to do well, you don't have to compete with anybody.

What is it that you want to do?

Throw your life and do it.

What has to happen will happen according to your abilities and your capabilities.

Somebody is doing so much if you try to do that you will go mad

or if you compete with somebody, you also limit yourself; you never realize your full

potential.

If somebody is a monkey, you will become a little better monkey than him, that's all.

You will not realize your full potential, isn't it?

You look it into yourself.

What is that you want to do?

Offer your life to it and do it.

What has to happen will happen to the extent your capabilities, your intelligence and abilities

allow you, isn't it?

Why are you working against somebody?

It's not necessary.

And stop achieving things in this world.

There is nothing to achieve.

Do what you love to do with all your heart.

What has to happen will happen, isn't it?

Sadhguru: See, morality

morality has become an important thing in the society

because people have forsaken their humanity.

If your humanity was alive and active,

you would not need any morality.

People have put their humanity to sleep

and trying to behave like human beings with morality

and it's not working

because everybody will come up with his own morality.

And your kind of morality and another person's kind of morality is at war all the time.

What is right and wrong,

if you open this debate you will end up with a fight,

even within your family, believe me.

Yes or no?

No?

If you start a debate as to what is right and what is wrong,

whether it's in your

in the world

or in your neighborhood

or within the family,

fight is inevitable because no two people can agree on what is right and wrong

and it's never been settled ever

because no such thing exists.

Instead of trying to be right,

why don't people try to be sensible?

We need some sense in the planet.

These righteous people are always a trouble.

Once you have a strong set of morals,

you will see nobody in the world is all right.

If nobody in the world is okay,

you have a psychological problem.

The first sign of psychological imbalance is you start thinking,

'Nobody is okay.'

So morality is just that it's the first step towards insanity.

You just have to stretch it;

if you stretch it, you will go there.

Maybe you won't stretch it that far,

you are willing to bend it.

So you manage.

These are substitutes for humanity.

Why is it… our education systems,

our social mechanisms,

we are not doing enough to stir up humanity in a human being,

we are trying to fix it with morality and it's never worked.

All we will do is divide people into different kinds of moral sects

and they will always fight

because nobody can fit into your morality

because even you don't fit in actually.

Unless… you are smart enough to subvert it secretly (Laughs),

you understand?

Otherwise it doesn't work

because morality will not just stick to your profession,

it will enter every aspect of your life.

Once you start thinking what is the right thing to do in my profession,

you will also think what is the right thing to do on all levels of life, isn't it?

Once you start thinking this is the right thing

and somebody else think that is the right thing,

there is going to be a conflict

and a constant conflict.

If you stir up the humanity within you,

you will do the most sensible thing that's needed for that moment

and that's all that matters that

your actions are in context with the realities in which you exist.

And the context is always changing;

if you don't change according to that,

once

People who are moralistic are always looking archaic for the new generation of people,

isn't it?

They wonder why these guy is still alive.

(Laughs)

Yes.

If you're very moralistic,

even your children will wonder why are you still alive,

because you look like you are from somewhere else.

So what is the most sensible thing to do

what brings well-being to you and everybody around you;

this is all one needs to look at constantly.

Is there some way to fix it?

There is no way to fix it.

We have to be alive to it;

we have to be alive to it every moment

and as the context changes,

what we do has to change.

Morality and mortality are not very different.

(Laughter)

3 Biggest Reasons Behind My Local Business's Success - Duration: 6:17.

- As some of you might know, I've owned a Nutty Scientist

franchise in Houston for the last five years.

Now, what you may not know is that for the last four years,

my franchise has been ranked number one in the country

among all other Nutty Scientist franchises.

And so, I am asked very often, what is the secret

behind our success, and today I want to share with you

three main reasons how I grew the company

from nothing to being number one.

None of these reasons are earth-shattering,

but they truly are the reasons why I am successful in spite

of the cutthroat competition that we have in our area.

I'm Victoria Lioznyansky, I'm a serial entrepreneur,

and I help introverted entrepreneurs overcome their fear

of public speaking and transform into confident,

compelling, and captivating speakers.

Number one: put systems in place.

This is very basic, but a lot of small businesses

postpone putting systems in place until later down the road

whereas I started working on that from day one.

Now, my business, Nutty Scientists of Houston,

is all about science, science for kids, it's all about

making kids fall in love with science.

It's very logistics heavy, as you can imagine,

and it's also a business where you have

a lot of part-time employees coming through the door,

and they all need to be trained.

Not only they need to be trained when they just start

with us, they need to be trained weekly.

Anybody who comes on board is able to train

very quickly and very efficiently because I have

a whole training system for every single class we teach.

We also have systems in place for how we pack materials

for classes, we have systems for how

we store materials for classes,

we have systems for how we do marketing and sales.

We have systems for everything, and this way,

not only I can take myself out of repeatedly doing

the same things over and over, but also I can be sure

that the things are done by other people just right.

And, here is something very important

to remember about your systems.

It's not just about putting systems in place, it's putting

the right, proven, and successful systems in place.

A lot of people forget that, they put the systems

in place and then systems don't work.

What we've done in my business is I've actually

walked that path of doing everything myself first.

I've taught classes, I've done shoes, I've done everything

you can only imagine myself, and I figured out

how to do it the best we can possibly do it.

Only then, I documented them, only then, I created

those systems, so it's very important to not just

put systems in place, but put the right systems in place.

Do not be afraid to hear 'no'.

You are going to hear 'no' many, many,

many times in your business, and it sucks,

there is just no other way to say it.

It's really, really, really demotivating, and depressing,

and upsetting, and what can you do, you know?

If you don't like hearing 'no',

you should not be an entrepreneur.

That's how I look at it.

So, from day one, I was out there doing sales and listening

to 'no' many times until yeses starting coming in, and then

there were more and more and more yeses, but I still hear

a 'no' all the time, I still do a lot of cold calling

when we're selling our new programs, I would call schools

myself, and I would talk to the schools,

and I would sometimes hear 'no', and it's okay.

Hearing 'no', it's okay, it's unpleasant,

but it's not about hearing 'no' and getting depressed

for the rest of the day and eating cookies and going home.

It is about hearing 'no', and just shaking it off,

and making the next call.

Commit to outstanding customer service.

You can't imagine how many small businesses go belly up

because they do not have exceptional customer service.

I've always been into customer service, forever,

even when I worked for corporate, I was always, always

focused on customer service, it's very much

an integral part of me, of how I think and how I do things,

and so for every one of the businesses that I've owned,

and I've owned several businesses over the last two decades,

I have been known to provide the best

customer service in the industry, period.

We do not take customer service for granted.

We really, really strive to be the best.

We really strive to bring the best to our clients,

and by saying the best, I mean we go above and beyond

what other service providers are doing,

so if you want to be successful,

if you want to be in business for a very long time,

you need to make customer service your number one priority.

And not just as a phrase, we are great at customer service,

this has to be a part of every single day procedures,

this has to be a part of your operation manual,

this has to be a part of how you run

your business every single day.

There you have it.

I wish you lots and lots of success

in running your businesses, and if you would like

to learn more about overcoming fear of public speaking

as an introverted entrepreneur, head over to

www.brilliantspeakersformula.com,

where you can download my free training.

I will see you there, and you have a fantastic day.

Take care.

Elon Musk Is Hosting Meme Review - NOT CLICKBAIT - Duration: 4:00.

Stop what you're doing, Elon Musk is hosting meme review and no this is not a drill.

What is happening people this is inform overload where we tell you about what's happening

on youtube.

Hit that subscribe for daily news updates that will make you stop what you're doing.

By the way I'm charlotte, and I'm your host.

If you wanna connect with me and the rest of the IO team, our socials are posted in

the description.

Elon musk has officially, like officially officially confirmed that he has recorded

his own meme review.

As in, he's already made his video and its going to go up soon.

No turning back now guys.

And If that news isn't epic enough already, just you wait.

He is also hosting meme review with Justin Roiland, who does the voices and is also one

of the creators of Rick and Morty.

Is your mind blown?

There have been rumors flying around that the eccentric billionare Elon Musk was going

to host meme review for a while.

I mean pewdiepie would joke about it in his videos sometimes, but never did we think that

it would actually happened.

Then the rumors were further inflamed after Elon Musk tweeted this photo on January 27th

2019.

To which pewdiepie replied.

Don't shoot, please host, we need this.

I mean, it would have been epic for elon musk to host meme review but never in a million

years did I think that it would actually happen.

BUT WAIT.

On February 18th, elon musk then tweeted.

Did meme review last night with Justin Rolland from Rick and morty.

Ok guys, I'm going to just come out and say what everyone else is thinking.

I think getting celebrities and huge media personalities to host meme review is going

to be how Pewdiepie can stay ahead of T series for as long as possible.

Just as a recap for those of you who have no idea what im talking about, Pewdiepie,

the most subscribed youtuber has been in an epic battle against T series, an indian record

label, that's gaining subscribers at an alarming rate.

T series was supposed to beat pewdiepie in subscriber count back in the fall, but with

the help of the youtube community who've essentially created a meme out of 'sub to

pewdiepie, he's stayed in the lead.

But The subscriber gap between to Pewdiepie and t series is about as close as its ever

been.

At the time of this recording, the gap was only about 14 thousand susbcribers.

That is way too close for comfort.

But think about it.

Elon musk is one of the most famous people in the world.

Hes a billionare entrepreneur, ceo of spacex, ceo and product architect of tesla inc, and

co founder of paypal.

He has 24.8 million twitter followers.

That's more than double the amount of twitter followers that felix has.

If pewdiepie gets huge celebrities to host meme review and post about it to their millions

of followers, and essentially get on the sub to pewdiepie bandwagon, he will definitely

stay ahead of t series.

As of right now, we don't know when elon musks meme review is going to be posted, but

my guess is its going to happen pretty soon because if it doesn't, t series is going

to come out ahead of pewdiepie.

My guess is the video will be up in the next couple days, if not hours.

Ok guys that is all I have for you on this, are you excited, im excited.

Im so excited that I'm going to do the comment dance and read out some comment replies.

Canary speedpainter – is it just me that did this or did anyone else look at the background

for the near entire video and say to themselves, hey that's a nice background.

– shout out to our editing team for the amazing backgrounds.

Bubbles Bubbles – you know the best way to watch videos is to run away from the channel

and then after a few years you're overloaded with information.

But then the videos are old news.

Sure the info is still valid but don't you want to know whats happening before anyone

else?

I do.

Angel – IO should could collaborate with Gloria borger or poppy harlow.

This is my dream.

THIS IS MY DREAM.

Ly'ana – I swear best information entertaining news channel I have ever come across.

I swear you guys at io are so amazing.

I look forward to your content every day.

Keep up the good work to everyone working there especially you my potato queen.

Kaia lie tetreault – I just unsubscribed so I could subscribe again.

Kind of counterproductive but thanks for the sub.

The video is over, Click this playlist to keep watching IO, leave a like if you enjoyed

BOSE SOUNDLINK MICRO--Road Test, Unboxing, Test & Review - Duration: 7:22.

hey guys it's retired at 40 today we are reviewing the Bose Soundlink micro

bluetooth speaker and if you've never join us on this channel we do a little bit of

off-grid we do a little self-sustained we do some cooking we do some gardening

and you get to join me on my journey of retiring at 40

okay so first I'm just gonna unbox everything it comes in a real small

package and like bose everything is real nice quality the initial thought of how

this is it's very compact it's got like kind of the the rubbery outside on it

then you find on a lot of electronics now and then there is a there's a strap

on the back that would hook to a handlebar of a bicycle or an oh S@&%! bar

on a Jeep or you know something like that I'm not sure how much I would trust

this hundred dollar speaker on this but it does grip it really well as long as

this fastener holds they do make an aftermarket case for these that will

cover the outside and then it has its own kind of fastener which I'll probably

invest in just because I'm not sure that I trust this a whole lot

then aside from that all there is in the package is this your warranty

information and your instructions there is no charger but it does charge

it charges with your basic cell phone charger another common characteristic of

Bose is a big price Bose is real proud of their stuff but in the past

they they tend to make a very good quality product a hundred bucks for a

Bluetooth speaker is is basically the top end of a Bluetooth speaker I mean

you can pick up a Bluetooth speaker for twenty thirty bucks how it compares to

the Bose I'm not exactly sure the quality of this seems like it's a lot

nicer what I originally bought this for was to use it for camping use it for

biking and also I have an old muscle car that the stereo is not very good in it

and I just wanted something that I can kind of carry along with me sit in the

passenger seat or sit on the dash or whatever and listen to some tunes

this being bluetooth it makes it very simple to use you download Bo's connect

it in your app store and that will give you this screen you can name the speaker

obviously and then after your bose is charged up you hit this power button and

then it'll tell you what it's connected to

they'll tell you your battery power and just by having this open it already

connected to my phone

before i forget, one of the coolest parts is that this is supposed to be water-resistant

in fact Bose says it can go 30 feet underwater for 30 minutes

imagine paddle boarding or kayaking or canoeing or boating and being able to

take this with you and not having the fear of this falling into the water and

just being ruined some other options that are kind of cool you can actually

answer phone calls with it you can see this little thing right here this says

90 that's showing your battery power of the speaker and then you can do party

mode which means you can connect multiples together so if you have a

couple of them or you have other Bose products or your friend has one you can

connect them all together then you can hit play on Pandora and then you can

actually adjust your volume right on the speaker

all right so you've seen what comes in the package and you've seen how easy it

is to set up I think it's about time we take it for a test all right well we've

seen what it'll do in quiet situations why don't we take it up a notch and go

with something a little louder

so when I was originally looking at these this is

what I had in mind for it old car stereos are not very good and the

engines very loud and something like this that you can just kind of take with

you it's pretty handy to have so let's take a test drive and see if it works

I actually have one of the windows down I have the passenger window down right now

This car is very loud they make them for comfort, more for speed

surprisingly it's not too bad let's give it a real road test

we're going about 65 right

now and it's really getting drowned out

see if i can give it more volume I think if my window was up it probably wouldn't be too bad

it is a pretty small speaker, but it does seem like its getting drowned out by the loud road noise

well I think just cruising around 3545 would be fine once you get up to highway

speed in an old car like that it's pretty loud just to even have a

conversation this little speaker I don't know I don't think it's quite enough so

obviously an old car is is pretty much the extreme of how loud you're gonna try

and use this thing and probably not the ideal situation for it but one good

thing that will be ideal is for a bike and I want to show you how the strap

works it actually makes it nice and snug on a bike handlebar but you're kind of

at the mercy of this strap I don't know if you want to trust it or not it seems

like it's pretty sturdy but like I said you can also get the cases that will

kind of hang it off and give you an extra just kind of security I do think

it would be really good for biking it'd be really good if you were just hanging

out with your friends if you're in a quieter situation but Bose is kind of

known for packing a big punch in a small package and this is no exception

so now that I've had the chance to use this quite a few times the battery is

actually pretty impressive it will last the better part of a I don't know three

four hours better part of the day as long as you're not completely blasting

it my final thoughts and recommendations $99 is quite a bit but you're getting

both quality you're getting bose technology you get what you pay for I

would recommend getting the case I think if you spend $15 it's just a cheap

insurance policy to keep this thing protected just one more step to make it

last a little bit longer and not get broken so for what I want to use it for

I think it works great will it work for what you want to use it for I don't know

maybe a twenty dollar one will suit you feel free to leave a comment down below

with your experience with the Bose until next time this is retired at 40 remember

to live life simple we'll catch you next week

How Powerful Are Goblins?- World of Warcraft Lore - Duration: 6:45.

Hello guys this is Doronsmovies and today I will be talking about the Goblins and how

powerful they are, covering their history, culture and characteristics.

So without further ado, let's get into the lore!

Many millennia ago goblins used to be a small primitive native race that roamed around the

forests of Ulduar.

At the time the keeper Mimiron had discovered the ore Kaja'mite and used it to experiment

on various races.

When goblins were exposed to kaja'mite they transformed into a new, highly intelligent

race.

After that, it is unclear what had happened but we have seen them helping Deathwing during

the War of the Ancients.

However, when the great Sundering split the world apart, the race was cut from their supply

of the ore and not long after that, they lost their intelligence and other benefits.

The goblins would retreat to Kezan and would completely change without kaja'mite.

Unfortunately the Zandalari who were also stuck on an island close to them had discovered

the goblins and initially, they just mined kaja'mite and even paid the goblins to work

for them, but that would soon change.

Realizing how much kaja'mite there is on Kezan, they just enslaved the humanoid race and forced

them to dig for thousands of years.

Over time the workers would inhale the dust of the ore and it started to reignite their

ancient intelligence.

They plotted a rebellion and about 150 years ago they were armed with technology trolls

couldn't even imagine.

The Zandalari were driven out, their mining operation failed and the survivors fled.

Goblins would finally be free, soon splitting into groups known as cartels.

These cartels would not exactly be on friendly terms and would even battle each other, but

over time those battles evolved into economy wars.

Kaja'mite ran low and the goblin inventions started to become more and more unreliable.

As a result they turned to trade and turned Kezan into a mercantile city-state.

Throughout the years they would join everyone and anyone, from the Dark Horde to the Horde

and to pretty much anyone offering them money.

For a long time, most of the goblins were neutral and they worked for anyone they could

profit from.

Now in Cataclysm as Deathwing caused a disaster and Mount Kajaro erupted, they were forced

to flee Kezan.

After enslaving their own people and then freeing them, the Bilgewater Cartel joined

the Horde.

Since then they have been a significant addition to the faction and surprisingly loyal, at

least as much as a goblin can be.

In Battle for Azeroth they had discovered kaja'mite within the Zandalar Isle and are

essentially supporting the Horde mainly through the economy, oil rigs, mining operations and

machines.

So with this very quick overview of the history, how powerful are the goblins and what are

their characteristics?

Goblins average around four feet in height so around 120 cms, being significantly smaller

than almost all other races.

A big difference is also in gender height as females can actually be taller than the

males.

Their build is slight and lean but they are actually decently muscular and very strong

for their size.

Not as stocky or as muscular as the dwarves for example but they can hold their own.

They possess three fingers and one thumb on each hand, four toes per foot, have sharp

teeth and pointed nails.

Their skin is mainly green and their blood is also green.

Physically they are really nothing impressive which is why they were enslaved for a very

long time, however, their strength comes with intelligence and that is what freed them and

made them prosperous.

Through kaja'mite their intellect increased and they became a technologically advanced

race.

However as opposed to the gnomes, their inventions are very unique and some would even say primitive

as opposed to the more sophisticated gnomish inventions.

Goblins' main technological focus is on war machines, explosives, weaponry and rockets

but they can also provide logistical and architectural support, building goblin shredders, buildings,

zeppelins and even entire towns in a box.

While they are advanced a signature of their technology is unfortunately its unreliability,

meaning that premature explosions, breakdowns etc. can occur quite often.

Still all of this makes them incredibly useful.

Goblins have built ships, zeppelins, flying shredders, aeroplanes, helicopters and everything

in between.

This significantly makes up for their lack of physical strength, as an intelligent goblin

in a massive shredder machine is going to be more powerful than the naturally strong

tauren.

In terms of culture they are very unique but not exactly in a good way.

They are hardly unified, they battle against each other, they are not really loyal and

are greedy on average.

While there are honourable goblins, honor is not exactly a big virtue within their society,

instead the focus is on ruthless acquisition of profit and wealth and greed.

Goblins have been known to betray their companions and to defect to the enemy if more material

gain was available.

However, that isn't always the case as the goblins that rebuilt Orgrimmar and freed Thunder

Bluff did it for more than just profit and personal gains.

When it comes to racial mounts they generally utilize machines such as the trike and the

helicopter.

However, they are also known to use machines such as the shredders and even humanoids like

hobgoblins and ogres.

As only some goblins are a part of the Horde, they are not incredibly high in numbers, but

they definitely make up for it with their inventions and contributions.

As small but intelligent, goblins have been a critical part of the Horde and without them

many operations and campaigns would never even be possible, as their logistical and

mechanical support was of significant relevance.

As one of the oldest humanoids on Azeroth, goblins are one intelligent, greedy but powerful

race.
