I DON'T NEED A FILTER by L'Occitane en PROVENCE | L'Occitane - Duration: 1:20.I'm Joanna and I'm
a designer at L'Occitane.
My name is Lobar, and I am
a Beauty Advisor at
L'Occitane in Washington, D.C.
I'm Kristina, and I don't
need a filter to hide behind.
Filters are meant to conceal
and disguise us.
They focus on what we think
shouldn't be there,
instead of helping us embrace
what is there.
I don't need a filter.
I don't need a filter
to feel beautiful.
I grew up with American culture
at school
with Mexican culture
and traditions at home.
And I fully embrace being both
Mexican and American
I don't need a filter to laugh
without fear of the future.
I won't need a filter to hold
my newborn baby.
To show my true emotions.
To embrace my religious beliefs
to shower my friends and family
with love
To motivate my teams
to be their best selves.
I don't need a filter to
learn something new everyday.
I don't need a filter to
embrace both my cultures.
That's authenticity and that's
the most beautiful thing.
I feel beautiful when I have
the courage to just be me.
I don't need a filter
Because there is no
blueprint for beauty.

Destruction, Failure And Death Are Demons! | Η Καταστροφή, η Αποτυχία και ο Θάνατος Είναι Δαίμονες! - Duration: 9:17.DELIVERANCE TIME
In Jesus' name!
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ!
Destruction, Death!
In what way have you destroyed her? How?
Failure, rejection!
Death!
In what way have you brought death?
In which area have you brought destruction?
On her skin!
How did you enter her body, you demon?
From her mother's womb!
It's time for you to go, in the name of Jesus Christ!
Out!
Out, in the name of Jesus Christ!
Out, in the name of Jesus Christ!
Out!
In the name of Jesus Christ!
In the name of Jesus Christ, you are free!
Glory be to God!
Emmanuel! (God is with us)
Jesus Christ has set you free. Now go and sin no more.
Amen.
COMFIRMATION TIME
Please tell us your name, your age and where you are coming from.
My name is Elena Angelova Dimolareva, I am 58 years old and I am from Haskovo, Bulgaria.
Can you tell us what happened during the prayer line when the man of God Harry prayed for you.
Before the man of God approached me, I felt my heart beating very fast.
When he touched me I felt my whole body shaking and I felt weak.
As the man of God prayed for you an unclean spirit began to confess that it is destruction, failure and death.
Can you tell us how you confirm all of these to be true in your life?
From a young age I had a difficult life because it is hard for a small child
to see his parents fighting nonstop.
It was very hard for me and when I was young I had many deadly diseases.
Also, when I was 6 years old I had fallen into a ditch and I almost drowned.
Can you tell us how this spirit of destruction affected your marital life?
Well, when I married my husband I loved him very much but my parents did not want me to marry him.
Despite all of that, we managed to surpass all of the obstacles.
I suppose all of this was the work of the unclean spirit.
In the beginning everything was fine but when I believed in Jesus Christ my husband did not accept my faith.
Can you tell us, how this spirit of destruction affected your career?
In many ways! I tried many new things but none of them succeeded.
I applied for managerial positions
but in the end they would choose people who did not have the qualities to meet the needs of the job.
We heard the unclean spirit saying, that it has impacted your skin.
Can you tell us how you confirm this to be true?
A year ago, the surrounding of one of my moles became red. This made me wonder what it was.
When I went to the doctor they told me that they had to take a sample of the mole,
but I told them that I didn't want to.
When I came here for the first time
I spoke with the man of God Harry
and he told me not to allow the doctors to take a sample of the mole.
I simply wanted God to heal this mole.
The mole which had turned red was not so dangerous as the one next to it which had the qualities of melanoma.
Can you tell us about your dreams?
Many times I would see dreams that worried me.
I also heard myself in the dream saying, "In the name of Jesus Christ,
you unclean spirit go away from me!"
I would see the image of a man and I felt as if I was wearing something like a ring in my dream.
I also had dreams in which dogs would chase me and bite me all over my body.
Also, I would see snakes jumping at me.
How do you confirm that these unclean spirits entered you from the time you where born?
When I was young I had a very serious disease called whooping cough from which I was just barely saved.
My childhood was not good because of what I would see happening to my mother.
My father constantly beat my mother.
In order for me to protect my mother, I would step in between them and my father would end up hitting me.
With all of these things that were going on, I knew that these unclean spirits
wanted to destroy me and my family.
We understand how this unclean spirit destroyed the life of our sister.
Can you tell us, now that you have been set free, how do you feel?
Even before I came I felt joy but now I feel peace, tranquility and calm.
We glorify God for this amazing deliverance!
What is your promise to God Almighty?
My promise and my will from the depths of my heart and my soul is to serve the Lord.
Amen! And we pray for God Almighty to give you the grace to fulfill your promise and to help you by His grace,
maintain this incredible deliverance that you have received today, in the name of Jesus Christ.
Amen, I am very glad as well! And as one of your songs say,
"I will serve and give thanks to the Lord in anguish, in joy and in everything!"
Amen!

[ITZY? ITZY!] EP1. 녹음실에 있지! - Duration: 4:18.ITZY? ITZY! At the recording studio!
Today, we're at the studio to record the "voice card teaser".
It literally means, "I do not care what others say because I am who I am"
This slogan represents ITZY and our identity, so we're here to record with this concept.
Hello everyone~
Ryujin! Let's film together.
Lia is the first one to record the voice card
First, we're going to listen to her awesome pronounciation
and then we'll go in to record.
Lia is inside
But since all members are doing a great job,
I think we could finish this recording way more early than we expected and go practice.
She's complimenting us!
says Lia.
(Recording starts off with Lia!)
(Recording various versions with Lia's vibe)
Hello everyone~
(Yeji moving around to find a bright spot)
Our debut is really about to come
We're practicing very hard to meet our fans,
and every moment when something is revealed, we get so nervous we can't really sleep.
(Hand gestures full of rhythm)
(Chaeryeong's recording done so quickly!)
Hello everyone~ this is Yuna
Can you see what I wanted to show you?
I tried to match this tweed hairpin with my light curly hair
Yuna, you look so good with your coral make-up and your tweed hairpin today
Thank you~
Right now, Yeji is being filmed
Today's concept is relaxed, chill
It's done so fast
Do I look good?
Do I look good? A little worried!
(Practice is a must before the recording!)
I'm done!
Everything goes so smoothly today!
(Last, it's Yuna's turn)
I'm the last one to record our voice card teaser.
Please look forward to it! Voice card~
Recording start!
Ryujin! You look so pretty today!
I put my make-up on
You're so pretty!
Your skin is glowing
Thank you~
Yuna is recording the last version right now
Can you hear her?
Since I was the last one to record,
all of ITZY members are done with recording

Desus and Mero Want to Take Howard Schultz Back to the Projects - Duration: 5:04.-Will you have other politicians on the show,
how do you think you'll deal with politicians as guests?
-We're just gonna get in their face! You know what I'm sayin'?
Like, no softball questions.
You know what I mean? Like, just, like, you know...
And people come to our show for, like, humor.
So it's like -- We're gonna talk policy and stuff like that,
but it's not gonna be, like, super-duper --
It's not gonna [bleep] "Charlie Rose."
You know what I mean? Oh, I just cursed.
-Wow. Keeping the record going, by the way.
-Yeah! -The new record is that is
by far the longest you guys have gone without cursing.
[ Laughter ] By far.
-Showtime was getting worried like, "Did they lose it?"
-"That Mero missed a step, man."
-No, it's gonna be fun to have politicians on,
because, like, we're not that invested
in the political process, so we're not really doing research.
So it's just like, "Oh, so...
Bernie Sanders, you're old as [bleep]."
-"Why you talking to us?
What was your bar mitzvah like in 18-oh-12?"
-One good thing -- We're gonna take Howard Schultz, because he's always running --
You know, he said he's from the projects.
We're gonna take him back to the projects.
-You are? You're gonna take Howard Schultz back to the projects.
-And see what his hood rep is like.
See if he's really out there, hanging with the gang.
-It seems like he maybe, over the years,
has lost a little hood rep.
-Maybe, possibly. I mean, you move to Seattle,
you start making coffee, maybe people start
looking at you different in the projects.
-So we got to find out. We got to go to Brooklyn and find out if they're afraid --
Does Howard Schultz's name bang in these streets?
-Does your name ring bells in the hood?
-If you say, "Yo, Howard Schultz is coming,"
are people are tucking in their chains?
"Yo, he's coming? [Bleep]."
-"Yo, they call me Big Bean!"
-"Chill, chill, chill." -Big Bean.
-"I'll turn your house into a Starbucks."
You're like, "No, no, no."
-"Yo, you tryin' to get roasted?!"
Like, "Chill, Howie." -"Keep that venti on me."
-You know, one of these days, Obama's gonna have a book.
He's gonna want to do the rounds.
Would you guys like to have Obama on your show?
-Absolutely. -We would love to have Obama on,
but we don't want to ruin his legacy.
Because Obama on our show would be wildin'.
Like, could you American people
imagine if Obama comes out in, like, a do-rag?
-You know what I'm saying? Like, a Nike Tech suit.
-Brushing like, his waves, the whole time he's talking to us.
We're playing spades.
"-Lookit. My waves are spinning."
-He's like, "Yo, your chain ain't on that book, my guy."
He has a legacy. We'll keep it there.
-So that's -- As a service to him,
you will not have him on the show.
-Imagine you get Obama on there freaking a Black & Mild.
-You know what I mean? -Getting the tobacco out of it.
Like, "This is how you get the cancer out."
-We're shooting dice with Obama in between takes.
-"You got a studio? I want to drop a verse."
-"Get me in the booth. I got fire."
-You guys -- You know, I want to ask about this, if this is true.
I have heard tell that "Bodega Boys,"
your podcast, which is great --
[ Cheers and applause ]
There were people in the Obama administration --
-Yeah! Ah-ah-ah! -Shout-out to the Hive.
-People in the Obama administration
supposedly listened to it in the White House.
Have you heard that? -Yes, we heard.
Someone that worked on staff
used to play the "Bodega Boys" podcast out loud,
which I don't know why --
It's one of the worst podcasts I've ever heard.
But Obama comes in, and he's like, "These guys are funny."
-Which is wild to me.
Because it's like, yo, if you play this podcast out loud,
that's, like, gonna get you in HR's office in 20 minutes.
-Yeah. -Yeah. Like, there's no way.
-It also bothers me because I'm like,
"Damn, like, Donald Trump would love
the [bleep] out of this podcast."
-Yeah, man. It kind of makes me sad. It's like, "Damn."
He's like, "I like those guys. -"I like them. They're nasty.
-They're very New York. Very nasty.
-They say what they want."
-Yo. I also love to pee on things."
[ Laughter ]
-Did you ever think of trying to --
You know, with Obama saying you're funny,
that's pretty high praise.
Did you ever try to reach out and get him
to maybe give you guys a quote for something,
you know, that'd look good on a poster?
-Yeah, we did, and then the letter from Secret Service
was like, "Don't ever [bleep]."
[ Laughter ]
Then they also put my mother's home address at the bottom.
I don't know what that was about.
I was like, "I get the message." -They know things.
-Yeah, they did the same thing with my mother-in-law's,
but they put crosses over it, and I was just like, "Eh."
-Do you guys -- How do you -- How has the adjustment been?
I mean, obviously, you've been working together forever.
Doing a new show, getting it up on your feet.
I can't wait to watch on Thursday.
But has it felt natural being at a new place?
-Yeah. -You know what?
At this point, it feels like muscle memory.
And, also, it's like, we also
feel like we're perpetrating a scam on Showtime.
Like we're just taking money from them.
They're not getting a show next Thursday.
We're going to Africa, baby. -Yeah.
Catch me in D.R. in a compound, bro.
-I'll be like, "Yo, remember when we scammed Showtime?"
[ Both chortling ]
-Via Skype like... [ Both chortling ]
[ Applause ]
-And what about -- Are hours the same?
You guys working any harder? -It's weird.
We do one show a week, but we have to work more now.
-It's so bizarre. -This is our 1% complaint.
You know? Like, "Oh, my God."
Oh, I got to get in a luxury SUV at 10:00 a.m.
Woe is me.
-"Oh, my God. I have to wake up at 10:00 a.m."
-I don't know what I want from Seamless. Just order anything."
[ Laughter ]
-Well, I can't wait to see it.
It is just so great to have you guys on TV.
It's so great to have you here, as always.
-Thanks for having us. -Thanks for coming back.
-And you're gonna be on our show.
-I'm gonna be there. All you have to do is ask.
Desus Nice and The Kid Mero.

The National Diversity Council Announces the Most Diverse Movie of 2018 - Duration: 4:44.-The Oscars are coming up this Sunday,
and it has been a great year for diversity in film,
and with that in mind, we have two very special guests
from the American Diversity Council,
who are here today to honor the most diverse film of 2018.
Please welcome Linda Porter and Peter Ralph.
[ Cheers and applause ]
Thank you both so much for being here.
-It's good to be here, Seth. -This is very exciting.
Your organization's analysts have crunched the numbers
and determined the most diverse movie of last year,
and you're going to announce it on the show tonight.
-Yeah. Uh, that's what we're gonna do.
-So, what is it?
"Crazy Rich Asians"? "Roma"? "Black Panther"?
-Look, Seth, I don't think
you're gonna like what we have to say.
-Yeah, I think it might be best
to just pull the plug on this right now.
-Are you kidding me? No, this is really exciting.
Diversity is very important. Let's do it.
-Fine. Okay.
[ Breathes deeply ]
Seth, it is with some regret that we have to announce
that the most diverse movie of 2018 is
"Backyard Bus Bangers 6."
[ Laughter ]
-I'm sorry. What did you say?
[ Laughter ]
-We at the American Diversity Council
used a highly scientific rubric to determine which film released
in the last year was the most diverse and inclusive.
Unfortunately, that film turned out to be
"Backyard Bus Bangers 6."
The sixth movie in the "Backyard Bus Bangers" series.
-I gotta say, that sounds like a --
-It is pornography, Seth.
But "Backyard Bus Bangers 6," I'm sorry to say,
has a more diverse cast than any other movie made in 2018.
-The movie features African-American actors,
Hispanic actors, Indian actors, Chinese actors.
-And there's really no easy way to put this,
but our study found that "Backyard Bus Bangers 6"
features roughly nine times more interracial relationships
than any other movie made in the last year.
-And when you include Jewish director Hershel Thrust...
the production clearly embraced diversity
both in front of and behind the camera.
-Does certainly sound diverse.
-Also, it's worth noting that while
Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are not in this movie,
there is a couple that looks almost exactly like them.
-Their names are Prick Bonas and Peeonya Chokeya.
[ Laughter ]
-Maybe you should move on.
How about a film that was good
for LGBTQ representation in 2018?
-Well, I'm sure no one is going to be happy to hear this,
but we at the American Diversity Council
also found that there is no film that more represents
the LGBTQ community than...
"Backyard Bus Bangers 6."
[ Laughter ] -God.
-"Backyard Bus Bangers 6" shows us that Hollywood romances
doesn't have to be the traditional male/female
relationships we see in most movies.
-They can also be female/female or female/female/male.
Or female/female/female.
Or female/female/female/female.
-What about male/male relationships?
-While there's technically
no male/male relationship in the movie,
there is a scene -- and, uh, I think it was an accident --
where two guys, um, touched.
[ Laughter ]
-Where can people watch "Backyard Bus Bangers 6?"
-Well, it's currently in wide release
to all Starwood Hotel and Resort properties.
And I believe it premieres on Showtime Extreme in June.
-That's great.
-Yeah. -Uh-huh.
So congratulations to the cast and crew
of "Backyard Bus Bangers 6."
I shudder to say
that more Hollywood films should aspire to your example.
[ Laughter ]
-This is a, you know, a great day for representation.
-Huge win for inclusivity.
[ Laughter ]
-Out of curiosity, what was the second-most diverse movie?
-Unfortunately, it was "Backyard Bus Bangers 7."
-And that came out in the same year?
-I think they were actually filmed on the same weekend.
-Okay. Gotcha. Give it up for the American Diversity Council!

America Ferrera Thinks How to Train Your Dragon Broke Ground for Game of Thrones - Duration: 3:48.-Welcome back. It's so great to see you.
-Thank you! I love being here. -"How to Train Your Dragon."
This is three films over the course of 12 years.
That is -- A lot of things have happened in your life.
Will it be sad for you to say goodbye to this character?
-Yes. I mean, yes.
12 years and six seasons of a TV series.
It's been over a decade of my life.
-Yeah.
-And, also, you know, the series is just so beloved,
which you can never -- You know, you can never really
guess what a movie is going to go on to become.
But I have just had such an incredible time
getting to sit back and watch this world come to life
and to be a small part of it.
It's like a childhood fantasy of, you know,
watching "The Lion King"
and wishing you could exist in that world.
-Yeah. -And I do, so I'm excited.
-Also, let's say you guys were real
ahead of the curve as far as dragons.
I mean, dragons are in everything now.
-Yes.
-But you guys -- 12 years ago, you thought,
"You know what's going to be the next big thing?
Dragons."
-Yeah, we broke boundaries for dragons
and we brought them into the mainstream.
I really think "Game of Thrones"
would have been nothing if we hadn't, like,
made the foundation.
-Everybody says that. -Yes.
-I mean, they had be like, "We'll do dragons and incest,"
which is, like, super-hacky.
-Well, you haven't seen the third movie yet, so...
-Oh, that's right. I haven't seen it yet.
-No, I'm kidding. No. Oh, God.
-It's a really -- Yeah, this is a hard "R,"
which was surprising for an animated film.
-Well, you know, the characters evolve.
-Yeah, yeah. -Story lines evolve.
-You -- Also, you mentioned your television show, "Superstore."
You are not only one of the stars of the show,
producer of the show, and you have directed an episode.
You directed one last year.
-And one before, so I've directed a couple episodes.
-And one this year.
-And now I'm directing again,
one of our last episodes of this season.
And I love it. Thank you. [ Cheers and applause ]
-Do you really love it? -I love it. I love it.
I love our show.
I love that, "A," it's funny and smart,
but it always has something to say.
And this season, my character, Amy, there is so much for her.
She has her second child, after getting a divorce,
and wants a promotion.
And so there is so much incredible material there
for, you know, a woman trying to step into leadership.
And one of my favorite episodes this season
was called "Maternity Leave," where Amy had to come back
48 hours after giving birth,
which you think is, like, some ridiculous sitcom setup.
And then, when the episode came out,
there were so many women who were like,
"Yeah, like, that was my life."
And, you know, it's funny, but, also, you're crying,
because it's a little too real.
-It's really lovely to have a show that, as you say, like,
it's very comic, but it addresses real stories.
And it must be so nice to be able to do that.
-Yeah. And I went back to work 10 weeks after having my baby,
which I realize is so much more than a lot of women
get in this country.
But, you know, it was all right there on the surface for me.
I didn't have to dig too deep to play that story line.
-Your son is about the same age as my youngest,
so about 8 months now?
-Yes, he's almost 9 months.
And I actually remember when your wife gave birth,
because it terrified me.
-Yeah, well, she gave -- Yeah.
-Because I was, like, very pregnant,
and every day, it was like, "Oh, what was that?
Is it happening? Oh, is this it?"
And then you told us that -- You told the world
that your wife gave birth in the lobby.
-Yeah.
-And I went to my doorman and I was like,
"How equipped are you-all to give birth --
You know, to, like, deliver a child?"
And I let my husband know. I said, "Seth was amazing.
Seth knew what to do. I hope you know what to do."
-By the way, if my wife is watching this,
she would, right now, be saying, "He did not know what to do.
He was present."
If I got a trophy, it would have been, like, participation.
Yeah.

America Ferrera Won't Rule Out a Career in Politics - Duration: 3:59.-I will say, you know, obviously, you're based in L.A.
We were talking backstage, your son is in L.A.
Did you -- Because I enjoy this a great deal.
Did you enjoy being on an airplane without him?
-It was amazing. -Yeah.
-I've never enjoyed a flight -- a cross-country flight more.
-It's the best thing in the world, yeah.
-You know, I got on the plane, and I was like, I could --
I could watch movies, I could drink wine.
-Yeah. -I could just sit here.
I could sleep. And so I was, like --
I didn't know what to start with.
[ Laughter ] So I sort of like --
I sort of did a little bit of all of it.
-Yeah.
-And then it was all over way too soon.
[ Laughter ]
-You and your husband, I have heard,
have a different approach with reading materials
for your young child. -Yeah.
Well, I think our child should, you know, have stories like
"Goodnight Moon," and, you know, "Dragons Love Tacos."
Again... -Dragons, yeah, exactly.
-We broke ground for dragons. There was another dragon...
-Before you, nobody would be, like, dragons or tacos.
-There were no dragons. Dragons like tacos?
-Yeah, nobody even put those two together, ever.
-Exactly. So those are the type of books
that I think our son should be --
You know, that we should read to him.
And my husband thinks that that's dumb,
that that's like "talking down" to the kid.
-Oh, wow. -And so he, like, reads him,
like, "A Brief History of Time." -No.
-And like, Charles Darwin's "Origin of Species."
Meanwhile, my husband has never read any of those books.
[ Laughter ]
But, like, now that he's a dad, he's like,
"Why do I have to read him kids books?"
He doesn't talk like that. [ Laughter ]
I talk like that when I'm -- -That's so funny,
because I feel like what he's doing then is --
those were books he always wanted to read,
and now he's using the kid as an excuse.
-Oh. -That's like me saying,
"I want him to watch 'Breaking Bad'"!
[ Laughter ] -Yes, exactly!
-"Wait a second. You want him to, or...?"
Yeah. "I think it's important!"
-Exactly.
-And I want to talk to you about your organization,
Harness, which we've talked about before.
-Yeah. -This is just --
Is it about getting people engaged in politics?
-Yes, absolutely. I mean, you know,
I think that artists have an incredibly important role
to play in society and culture
and what we deem acceptable in our culture.
And so with everything going on in the world
and in our country, we have been, at Harness,
my organization that I co-founded with my husband,
"who talks like this." [ Laughter ]
We have been creating spaces for front-line activists
and organizers to be in relationship
with storytellers and artists and creators
so that the story of the issues
and the people who are living the issues
and most impacted by the issues
are authentically represented in the culture.
And so that's the work we've been doing at Harness.
-That's great. [ Cheers and applause ]
You know, um...
Sometimes people will ask me if I'm -- if I would ever
consider running for office,
because we talk about politics on the show.
But it's a hard no. But would you?
'Cause I feel like you'd be very good at it.
-This is actually my announcement that I'm running --
-Oh, good, thank you. -...in 2020.
No, I'm not. Just to be clear.
[ Laughter ]
You know, it's so funny, 'cause I think --
I used to have this knee-jerk reaction to that
of, like, "No! No way. I would never run for politics.
That's not for me."
But I think that's part of the problem.
I think the fact that we think of ourselves
as separate from politics is the problem.
Like, whether you want to be a part of politics,
politics is a part of your daily life.
And so I think that we are at a crossroads in our history
where we all should be asking ourselves,
"Is there a role of leadership and representation
that I could take on?"
And so it's not just a flat no anymore.
It's we all belong in politics.
We all need to be represented, and so I refuse to say no now.
And I think we all should be asking ourselves the question.
-That's just wonderful to hear. [ Cheers and applause ]
I would be thrilled, of course, if you would make that choice.
Thank you so much for being here.
It's just always such a pleasure to see you.
America Ferrera, everybody!

A měli k tomu pádný důvod!
