The story of Elliot Rodger
This is a real story about his life and why he was complaining about the girlfriend?
Elliot Rodger was born (7/24/1991) in London hospital he was grown in the rich family. His father (Peter Rodger) was a film detector and his mother (Li Chin Rodger) was a doctor. Elliot Rodger had a normal childhood and he loved things so much also he was really happy.
At age of 10, his parents got divorced and he felt really depressed because this changed his life forever. Peter got remarried but with stupid Moroccan Muslim woman called Somaya Akaaboune. After this Elliot's mental health started to be weaker because Elliot didn't like Somaya because it wasn't fair that she was not his real mother
Elliot had Autism / Asperger, depression, psychopathy and paranoia. When Elliot started to grow up he started to argue more with his stepmother. One hacker (a cruel society) hacked Elliot's email account and saw the messages about arguing.
One day Somaya decided to go to Morocco and send Elliot with her but Elliot didn't want to go because Somaya was Elliot's worst nightmare but he got forced, when they went to Morocco Elliot hated to be there,
he cried and emailed to his mother that he hates to be in Morocco and he wants to go home as fast as possible so Elliot's father decided to send him back to home, he couldn't stand to be there with, Somaya staid but when Somaya arrived in the USA got really pissed off and started to hate him also she didn't want to see Elliot anymore.
Elliot grew with the suffering of loneliness, family problems and finding some love because no one loved him and he left struggling with hate. In his manifesto, he said that he got bullied because of his look and behavior. In school, he got bullied more by girls than boys because of his hatred towards women.
Elliot was half British and half Malaysian (Half white and half Asian). In his manifesto, he tells that when he aged 19 he joined one game because he was worried about sex. He searched a couple times about how to get a girlfriend from Yahoo but the search ratio was low and he asked the same question many times.
Elliot was planning "The day of retribution" since 2012 because he wanted to revenge Somaya, he searched about guns the year before the Isla Vista massacre (2014). In reality, Elliot wanted to kill Somaya Akaaboune because she was driving him crazy (Calling names, Hated him, arguing,
fighting and didn't give sorry) and Jazz because Elliot thought that Jazz will get better chances to get a social life, sex, and love. Years later Elliot apologized Somaya way that he was acting but Somaya said that it was too late and she didn't care
Elliot made YouTube videos because he wanted people to understand him, first, he made some simple video (About driving and once he made about the plane)
and then he made a video that why he can't get a girlfriend and he was lonely. The real reason was that he was unhappy about everything but he was complaining of hate, loneliness and why people didn't understand him. Especially seeing the young couple was driving him crazy.
He wanted to have one person who will love him because he was not loved by his family. His father said that if he would it get a girlfriend he wouldn't be happy because he was unhappy about everything.
His father loved but didn't care so much about him because he was busy, but Somaya tried to make Peter hate Elliot only who was respecting him was his grandmother (Jinx Rodger).
Once Elliot made one video where he was filming young couple and he was crying and same time angry that why he can't be in paradise and said some things that were not right.
Once Elliot went to a restaurant and saw a young couple kissing that made him crazy and he threw Pepsi on their head.
A second time he saw other young couple and threw hot chocolate on couple's head.
In one video (Before his retribution video) he was talking that he came to the golf course because he wanted to escape from seeing young couples walking in streets and he was also talking that he couldn't stand his life because he didn't have any love and it seemed that he was suicidal.
Elliot had some guests and in eating time he was thinking about socializing with girls and he started to cry once he said that he wants to kill himself.
In the final video he made video called "Elliot Rodgers retribution" and he said that he will go to Isla Vista to shoot everyone that he will see because it was unfair to him that he couldn't socialize
and was really torturing to see people with love because no one loved him and when night comes Elliot drove to Isla Vista and started shooting and once he knocked a door
in sorority house but no one answered so he continued shooting and once there was one biker and he drove over his head, once he stabbed a knife.
Peter Rodger was some place or his home and in television was coming the news that there is shooting going in Isla Vista and he started to be terrified but he didn't know that his son was murdering,
he thought that it was someone else but they were reporting about black BMW car and his father started to run because he was getting scared that his son was murdering, he started to call to police that who murders but there was no information.
In Isla Vista police shoot Elliot and the bulled hit his arm and he crashed to black Jeep and he shot himself into his head because he didn't want to go to jail and death row to suffer.
When Elliot committed Isla Vista massacre he shot his head and his father was running to Isla Vista to save his son but it was too late because he was dead. When he arrived in Isla Vista police discovered that this was his son from drivers license and his father got crazy.
6 Died (4 males and 2 females) victims parents got really crazy, Christopher Ross Michaels-Martinez's father Richard Martínez screams aggressively in the video that he doesn't want to hear sorry because of this motherfucker Elliot Rodger,
he said that politics should do something with gun control. Peter Rodger spoke front to people and he said the facts about him. In ABC news 2020 interview he said that everything was his fault because he didn't care so much only that he was giving was money.
Jazz Rodger made some film where he says that he got's bullied and people tell that "your brother was a mass murder" even police is much crueler to his family and they had it to move out from California because they couldn't stand hate and Somaya Akaaboune moved back to Morocco.
In Manifesto Elliot wanted to kill Jazz and Somaya because Somaya was driving him crazy and Jazz because he was scared that Jazz will surpass Elliot socializing with girls
Two YouTubers Mumkey Jones and BasedShaman documented Elliot's story that was really interesting. At the end of 2018, Mumkey Jones channel got terminated because of stupid YouTube's rules

2019 Bookshelf Tour & Rearrange - Duration: 6:39.
Hello friends it's Tamsien from Babbling Books and I'm super excited
because I am finally finally ready to share with you my bookshelves in my new
home. I have lived here for an entire year and I am so sorry that has taken me
this long to get around to filming this video, but life has happened. This is not
the first time I have taken you on a tour of my bookshelves. In fact I have
had at least two of these bookshelf tour videos, which I will link to in the
description box below. If you'd like to check those out
please do, and then come back and watch this one because I think this is the
biggest and the best bookshelf tour yet. If you've watched any of my previous
bookshelf tours you'll know that I am not in the habit of pulling out each
book, reading you the spine and then putting it back in. I just find those
videos really boring. So this tour is just a general overview of the types of
books that I have in each area and why I put them the way that I have put them.
Hopefully you'll enjoy it, hopefully it might inspire you to
rearrange your bookshelf a little bit or perhaps you will bunker down into your
own style of rearranging your bookshelf. So this video is going to be divided into
two parts. The first part is a sort of time-lapse of me assembling my
bookshelves and filling them all up. I've taken photos periodically over the
entire year to give you a sense of how my bookshelves have evolved, when I wasn't
able to actually film this particular video and show you the whole thing in
one go. So the first section will be a time-lapse so you can see all the books
and then the second section is going to be me taking you on a guided journey around
all of my shelves. Which are divided very strictly into unread and read.
Let's get started.
[Music]
So here they are, here are my bookshelves. Now the ceiling in this room is quite
steeply sloped, so my shelves had to be an unusual shape compared to previous
houses. But let's get started. So over here is my unread bookshelf above it I
have this beautiful print of Bast which is from the Neverwear shop. And on top
section here I've got some of my bookmarks and these two stacks here are
in the center and on the right are actually my 30 before 30 unread books.
So these are the books that I'm challenging myself to read before I turn 30 and
there's a link to the blog post that features all of those in the description
box below. This is the rest of my TBR shelf which is getting a little bit out
of control I'll be honest and these books are divided roughly in
alphabetical order. Not perfectly because I did need to make room for some books.
And over here on the floor I have a pile of books I've recently received from
publishers and one that I bought which is The Vegetarian, which will be going on
to my shelves very soon. This narrow bookshelf over here, which we'll start
from the bottom and go up, has all of my coffee table books and then, arranged by
color, some of my non-fiction books.
In this section I have illustrated books, a lot of them are by Neil Gaiman but
some of them are just some old fairy tales. I have my Alice in Wonderland
collection from a few different countries and at the top here I have two
Folio Society books and my collections of children's classics.
In the center I have my Harry Potter collection of which I have so many books
that it had to be spread over two shelves. And then coming down here in the
center I have my YA novels organized by color, because why not. And they spread
over here and down onto this shelf. Second from the bottom here I have all of my
Japanese translated books and actually I have so many that they've spilled over
into a couple of other shelves but I need to do a bit of rearranging. And this
bottom shelf down here is just various classics. Moving over to the final
section. So down here on the bottom shelf
I have sci-fi. And in this shelf I have literary novels, various historical
fiction, a little bit of translated fiction, some thrillers, all kind of
jumbled in together. Here I have my Neil Gaiman collection
and some fantasy and horror. Moving up I have my vintage red spines, various
different Penguin editions, more Penguins, more Penguins and of course my
fabulous collection of vintage Penguins. This is the only section on the right-hand
side of my bookshelf which is mostly unread. I haven't read all of my vintage
penguins but they just look so nice all together that I couldn't separate them.
So that's it, those are my bookshelves. I'm really happy with how they are, I'm
sure that I'm going to change them as I get new books and I just have new ideas or
inspiration and hopefully if I get a new skylight in here there will be enough
light that I can have my beloved plants back on my shelves. But for now this is
how it is and thank you very much for watching.

ROMA 2-1 BOLOGNA | MOTM interview feat. Angelo Mangiante & Sky Sport | HAT-TRICK | FULL HD - Duration: 2:35.
(So just remember what we talked about, okay...)
So, here we are with today's man of the match.
Before we talk about the game itself, how are you feeling right now?!
Well, of course it's always a special feeling: to have 30,000 here for Roma against Bologna,
- taking nothing away from Bologna, of course.
It feels great and the fans have been brilliant.
There was a lot of tension out there today though...
Yeah, we didn't kill the game off until the final minutes.
We were looking at each other and we knew we had to dig a bit deeper
so we gave it 110% until the end.
Sometimes games go like this though, don't they?
When you have to give everything; blood, sweat, tears.
What was the hardest part about it?
Well, look, I know we say this all the time but I have to say it was the parking.
It was always going to be tricky, but we worked on it all week in training.
Mario set off first, and he kept the spot open for me.
At one point he had to scrap for it with this guy from Flaminio
but we stuck together, stuck to the gameplan and got there in the end.
We finally managed to park and after that it was all a bit easier for us.
It looked like you picked up a knock in there too. That could have been nasty.
How do you feel now?
Look, we're all prepared to go the extra yard when needed.
So, yeah, it's a bit sore right now.
I felt that one, it was a proper chant
but that's a sacrifice I'm more than happy to make for the team.
Will you be fit in time for the next game?
I think so, yes. It's nothing serious.
Just a sore shoulder.
Anything for the team, you know that.
And finally, one last question...
After those three "Daje!" you shouted today,
will you be taking the match-seat home with you?
Look, it's always great to be able to take this home after getting three 'Daje' shouts out there.
The team needed them and that's the main thing.
I'd like to dedicate this to everyone who cheers along with me,
roaring the side on.
We have to go now...
Thanks.
Wow, what grit and determination!
That's the stuff real stars are made of.
Back to the studio!

Natasha Lyonne Might Follow You Home - Duration: 5:35.
-Welcome back, Natasha. -Thanks, Seth.
-Congratulations on the show.
It's really something special. -Thank you. Thank you.
-For those who haven't seen it, the premise is --
you are a woman, on her 36th birthday,
who keeps dying and then going back and reliving that birthday.
over and over again.
-Yeah. It's essentially sort of an existential adventure show,
involving multiple loops and deaths.
And it's hilarious. You're going to love it.
You're really going to enjoy it.
-But it has been a show that --
Everyone I know has seen it, we like talking about it.
We like trying to deconstruct it.
Are you surprised that you made an existential adventure show,
as you said, and people have been so drawn to it?
-I mean, I am.
And, in the first place, I would say I'm also --
You know, I'm blown away.
It's so, you know, definitively personal to me
that I am very moved that it's connecting on this level.
And, yes, I definitely think it's indicative of
the troubling times we're in that it's connected
for so many other people, as well.
It's essentially a show that's saying,
"Hey, we're all broken on the inside.
Let's do it together."
-Which is a really lovely message.
And I should say, because this is eight episodes on Netflix
and the highest praise I can have for it is --
it starts great and ends better.
Because I feel like there are shows where people say,
"You've got to give it five episodes."
And I want to say, "I have a life."
Whereas this starts great,
and then you can say to people, "Oh, stick around,
because they know exactly where they're going."
And because this isn't just this
very personal autobiographical show that you helped create,
there is also -- There is, like, a science-fiction element
and a plotting element that you guys took very seriously.
This is like "A Beautiful Mind." There you go.
-There you go.
This is fully from the writers's room
of getting all the time lines straight.
-And this is actually Michael Bricker,
the wonderful production designer,
who had a hell of a time,
because what he was doing here is --
you know, he's managing loops and time lines
and multiple deaths.
Our poor script supervisor, Melissa Yap.
I mean, she came from "Orange is the New Black."
She's amazing. And this was an endless game.
It was almost like, you know,
Jodie Foster searching for Hannibal Lecter,
only she didn't even know that
she was looking for Hannibal at the time.
I mean, it's a real, you know, cross-sectioning scenario.
-And, yet, you drew from, you know,
this very personal place and you drew from your life.
And I've known you for a long time, and I've always --
You know, we know each other well.
-Then you know I'm a big fan of Viktor Frankl's
"Man's Search for Meaning," so -- Yes.
-But I've always felt -- And I feel like
maybe other people feel this way, too.
I always felt like I knew you better than I did,
because I feel as though you're a very open person
and I feel like maybe that's one of the things
people are responding to in this show is --
they can tell, "Oh, I've seen Natasha in things
over the years and I've liked her,
but this is the purest version of her
I've ever seen of her onscreen."
-Yeah, I mean, I think that that's --
You know, just speaking frankly, because I do know you,
I mean, that's the, sort of, like, heavy part
to take in, you know, as somebody who has been
working in this thing for a long time.
You know, I started show biz back before
anybody here was born, including me.
And so it's just so, you know, heavy and deep that,
you know, something so personal is connecting in this way.
But, yeah, you know, I mean, it's a lot of connective tissue.
We had such an incredible room, and there's so many creators.
Your friend Amy Poehler, of course, co-created the show
and Leslye Headland.
And we had all female writers and directors on the show.
So I think it was really -- [ Cheers and applause ]
Thank you.
So, I do think it was also sort of, kind of like
a testament to what happens if you just, you know,
try to avoid small talk, like I do desperately, in this life
and sort of aim to kind of
tell your version of the truth, you know?
-You now -- I know how you feel about small talk.
I would assume, because you made this very personal show,
people feel a comfort to come up and talk to you.
And now they probably want to talk to you about this show,
which is great for you,
because that's not small talk anymore.
-And, yet, you know, the great relief is --
I think I'm sort of like a Paul Giamatti type.
-What does that mean? -You know what it means.
It's like, you know, you see Paul Giamatti,
you're thrilled, but you're not going to go up to him
and be, like, "Hey, 'American Splendor' was great."
I mean, where does it go?
It's like we all know -- But it's kind of like
a New York character
that's more like a garden gnome or a leprechaun.
A twin. A twin even. -I see.
-I'm happy to kind of see you.
I think I may be projecting an air of like,
"Hey, buddy, I might follow you home,
so why don't you --" Right?
I'm not even doing it on purpose.
I just might follow you home, you know?
-No, I think there is something true
about the quintessential New York celebrity
that because they're so New York and the fact
that they have stayed there for their career,
they're -- They don't --
-You begin is what it is, Seth.
You begin to blend into the pavement.
You're like a series of ash piles on the street.
-No. I figure people are like, "Natasha Lyonne is so New York
that because of her New Yorkness,
she probably doesn't want a stranger to come up
and ask for a selfie."
-Eh, it'd be nice once in a while.
Will you?
A little, "Hey, nice job,"
you know, give me 5 bucks, whatever.

Natasha Lyonne Addresses Fans Demanding More Russian Doll - Duration: 6:42.
-New York is a character in this show.
-Yes, as it often is. -As it often is.
You were the first one to think, "This was a character."
But you put it in your neighborhood.
It's an East Village show. -Yes, and I love it.
-And now you're walking around, you basically now are --
-you are very much the character you played,
and you're walking around the set.
-It has become some sort of a meta-snow-globe nightmare
like I cannot even describe. -[ Laughs ]
-The other day, I walked out, and it's like, in my mind,
it's going to be like Christopher Walken
in Abel Ferrara's "King of New York."
You know what I mean? Looking down, coked up,
and what a city, what a city. [ Laughter ]
And instead it's me in the East Village.
And I kind of -- I was going to meet a friend for breakfast,
and I was like, "At Odessa,
across the street from Tompkins Square Park,"
which was already ironic. If you've seen the show --
spoiler alert -- the diner's in it.
-[ Chuckling ] Yeah. -And so, there I was.
I had sort of forgotten my iPhone,
so I was walking around with, like, an iPad
as though it was a phone, which is already like --
just doesn't make you look particularly sane,
if that's the vibe you're going for.
And I had a big overcoat.
But it was kind of too sunny, because who knows
what's happening with the global warming, et cetera.
And you never know what season it's going to be, do you?
And then I just had a little bit of ash on my collar.
Don't smoke. And I stumbled in to Tomkins,
right where I had, like, shoplifted at Odessa.
And then I sort of -- there were people there,
and I ended up in the booth, directly -- exactly where Nadia,
the character from the show, sat waiting for Alan,
the wonderful Charlie Barnett.
And instead, I was waiting for my friend,
who was not him, thank goodness. -Yeah.
-And I realized, like, "Oh, this is really --
I've created a bit of a nightmare,
where I'm living within the thing."
And you know, when I get hit by a taxi, I won't be surprised,
suffice to say. [ Laughter ]
-One of the things about your character --
you mentioned getting hit by a taxi.
That's one of the many ways your character dies in New York City.
-Thank you. -You strike me as someone --
do you see danger everywhere in the city?
-Sure, you know, and the place...
Danger and yet a relief.
A sort of a white-noise silence that would follow.
You know... -Because you got to watch --
Here's a couple of your body doubles.
-That's Tawny, my wonderful stand-in.
And this is Becca, who has, I guess,
soft bones and a rubber body. [ Laughter ]
It's really -- She is a magical creature.
I don't know. But, yes.
And for me, it was such a joy to see this many doppelgangers.
It really speaks to my sort of brain damage.
-What spoke to me, watching that New York thing
of just the metal door that leads to the basement stairs --
-You're a father.
You can't be walking around willy-nilly.
-And now more than ever,
because people are on their phones all the time.
I can't believe, every day, the front page
of "The New York Times" has another person fell down.
-Maybe it is, and we're just ignoring it.
We don't pay attention anymore. -I'm looking at my phone.
I'm not reading "The New York Times."
-Well, I mean, and definitely, I think, you know,
the most problematic, and I've been intensely vocal
in a way that no one listens to --
is the bicycles, Seth. The bicycles.
-You're no fan of the bicycles. -Just listen,
who loves the environment more than me?
And yet, this bicycle lane is a nightmare for the city.
Remember jaywalking? -Yeah.
-Jaywalking was the best. It was like, "I'm a New Yorker."
[ Laughter ] Right?
Look at this. [ Cheers and applause ]
Jaywalking. And littering! Littering!
No, no, littering is bad. [ Laughter ]
But jaywalking was, like, a real New York joy,
because you looked kind of cool. You looked over your shoulder,
You know what I mean? -Yeah.
-You felt like Lou Reed. And now, instead,
it's like a bicycle zipping by in all directions.
-And, again, I'm a fan of bikes, as well.
I don't want to be negative-bikes.
-No, I love -- like I said very clearly,
I love the environment. -Yeah. We're pro-bikes.
My issue is when bikes think
that they don't have to live by the traffic laws.
-Yeah, but only in New York are you, like,
"If you're a pedestrian, I have the right-of-way.
I'm a taxi driver, I'm Mr. Uber, I'm in charge.
Bicycles gives me the right-of-way."
That's a New Yorker. New York spirit.
"I'm always right, and you're wrong."
-[ Chuckling ] Yeah. -Right?
-Well, I think everybody, you know, just assumes
that whatever is one step up is a monster.
So, if you're a pedestrian, a bike --
the fact that somebody is on two wheels,
they might as well be, like, a Hummer S.U.V.
You're like, "You monster!"
-Survival of the fittest -- this city.
-One of the things that has already been asked --
and I should note
that if you never made another episode of "Russian Doll,"
you would be in a great situation
of having created this perfectly formed thing.
But people are asking you a lot, I would assume,
"Are you going to make more?" -Yes.
-And is it exhausting that you finally got
this product you made out, and immediately
people are like, "so?"
-This is what's so helpful about the experience of Netflix.
And I'm so grateful that I had,
you know, these seven years we just finished.
You know, "Orange Is the New Black"
is very heavy. Very heavy scene.
And -- Yeah, thanks. [ Cheers and applause ]
Thanks, thanks. You know, we're very tight.
So, but what I learned from that show, thankfully, is,
you know, all year -- all year -- everybody
waits for the show to come out. It's a 13-hour show.
They consume it in under 30 minutes flat.
[ Light laughter ] I don't know how they do it.
That's where I learned about the space-time continuum
that I use so effectively in "Russian Doll,"
was in the way that these people break time on Netflix.
And so I'm used to it. You know what I mean?
This idea of, like, "I like it. Give me more."
It's a compliment, but it's important for us to remember,
you know, like Janis Joplin said,
"We've only got one day, man." Et cetera.
[ Laughter ] So take it easy, take it easy.
[ Applause ]
-Well, Natasha, I -- you know, I texted you
as soon as I watched the show. And it is such a special show.
-And I wrote, "New phone. Who dis?"
-You really did write, "New phone. Who dis?"
-I did. I knew it was you. No, I didn't.
-[ Laughs ] I really, like, wore my heart.
I was like, "You've made this very special thing."
And you wrote, "Thank you. Who dis?"
[ Laughter ]
-But I feel like you changed your number.
In that moment, I was like, "Oh, Seth has a different number
for when he likes stuff. Gotcha."
-Exactly, yeah. I'm like, "Ooh,
I better take out my compliment phone."
[ Laughter ]
But it is -- It is a really -- It is a really special show.
And I know a lot of great people worked on it.
But the heart of it is what a special person you are.
And it's just so great to see it
over the course of a season of television.
-Seth, thank you. -And thanks for being here.
-It's just always such a pleasure.
-Thank you. -Natasha Lyonne, everybody.

-Let's get to the news.
According to CNN, special counsel Robert Mueller's report
on the Russia investigation may be finalized by next week.
And when has CNN ever called anything too early?
[ Laughter ]
The Bernie Sanders campaign has announced
that in the first 12 hours after launching his presidential bid,
Sanders raised more than $4 million in donations,
which is great for Sanders.
Great for Sanders,
but terrible for the guy behind him at Coin Star.
[ Laughter ]
"All small donations!"
[ Laughter ]
President Trump met today with the chancellor of Austria.
Said Trump, "Did you bring a kangaroo?"
[ Laughter ]
[ Cheers and applause ]
Ahead of next week's summit
between President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un
in Hanoi, a Vietnamese barber is offering free haircuts
in the style of Trump or Kim.
[ Laughter ]
Or if you're really bold, ask for both.
[ Laughter and applause ]
A company in Japan recently organized a speed-dating event
where people sat across from one another in silence
and communicated with miniature robots
which they say can help shy people find love.
Said one participant, "It worked.
We're getting married."
[ Laughter and applause ]
Duchess Meghan Markle was in New York City yesterday
for her baby shower.
"I can't wait until it arrives," said a New Yorker
about the train.
[ Laughter and applause ]

and to protect the rest of New York from Staten Island.
[ Laughter ]

And finally, a designer at London Fashion Week last week
showcased a collection of
T-shirts, scarves, and sweaters featuring images of sperm.
It's available at Semen Marcus.

In The Studio Working On Boom Bap Drums - Duration: 6:31.
Just working on a couple of drum sounds; and what I'm trying to do is to get....I
don't know some extra weight on these drums that I've made a long time ago.
Actually I'll tell you a story about those later but here's what they sound
like with nothing. So right so they're dirty but I want a little bit more smack
to them; And what I've decided to do..... let's see if I get pan over here real
quick........see that over there I get that in focus that tape deck I want to take that
and get some tape compression by running the EPS straight through it and onto a
track in my DAW because eventually this is gonna end up on a track so let me
show you what I've done okay so what's going on right now is the EPS is ran
straight into this that and if I hit the snare you can see it passing through but
until I engage the recorder because this is a three head recorder what its gonna
do is hit the recorder hit the tape and then with this button here I could
monitor what's hitting tape instead of what's actually passing through it so
I'll give you an idea what I'm talking about rather than just rambling on
so I'll start tape recorder so right now what we're gonna hear is that's actually
the EPS just passing through but if I engage this I get to hear the tape so
once again regular tape so it's it's pretty driven already so let me just
give you a better look here I'm gonna drive it a little bit harder
see how much it's max turning down the volume oh those are that's a regular
recording level but I wanted to smack a super heart major smack nothing pretty
nice pretty nice I don't know if you could hear that but what you're hearing
now that little sound that's because of what I previous recorded before on this
tape it's sad it's bleeding through so you can hear actually other stuff and I
want all that in the recording like I just think that type of stuff is cool
anyhow let me just stop this here back to this kid I made this kit about 20
years ago yeah 20 years ago um I was in a recording studio and there was a
session player there and he had drum set up and on the break I was like you know
can you just play something I'll just record it and I actually recorded it to
cassette so he played for about I don't know maybe five or ten minutes and I
just popped into cassette real quick hit record and when I got home I took all
the drum hits that I liked and laid them out on these keys here on the EPS 16
plus until this day I still amusing that kid like I'm about to use right now and
it was just from a regular like boredom break where the session player was just
like yeah I'll play some drums for you I caught it on a raggedy old cassette and
20 years in the future I'm still using these sounds anyhow let's take a look at
how I ran this just so you can see how it's going from the tape deck and all
that sort of thing so what's going on here is a few things so this is the
original EPS coming in but what I've done is I have the volume all the way
down and I'm sending a pre fader auxilary send which is here that's going
out to the tape deck the tape deck output is coming in to this channel or I
could monitor it so the volume is down basically the level from the EPS is
coming separately from an aux end into the tape back in here that way I'll
never really hear what the original EPS sounded like but we can do that to give
a real comparison of what the tape sounds like and the EPS sounds like okay
check this out so what I can do is I'll just play a little sequence so I'll
start the started alright so it's pretty loud but anyway tape and now EPS so
let's pretty dry now let's plug the tape
APs and tape
and squeaky pots I gotta open this up in do some maintenance on it but you can
see anyway I got the little bit of grit that I wanted and I'm gonna program some
drums now and record them into the DAW I already know what I want them to sound
like so I don't even have to really sync this up to the DA just yet I'm just
gonna program something I know it's gonna fit and then record it into the
into the doll and see what happens after that anyway thanks for hanging out what
do you want to hear what the actual tape sounds like the meter is hitting the
bridge check this out
I've crazier
anyway I'll catch you guys on the next one peace

SICHEREN JOB gekündigt um YOUTUBE VIDEOs zu machen, in der Schweiz! - Vlog 1 - Duration: 4:05.
My name is Vlad Litemin and today is the first day of the rest of my life
Starting today, a new chapter begins in my life. I quit my secure project manager job
To become self-sufficient with a video and social media agency
And to make youtube videos about it.
With low equity, without customers and with 2,000 francs fixed costs per month.
It's not about complaining on the contrary I've chosen it that way
Six and a half years ago, I was self-employed in Germany with social media marketing.
It went well but the money did not get in fast enough
So I had to do something different think. I went to Switzerland and started
at the basler Verkehrsbetrieben as tram driver. one and a half years later the
first promotion, another one and a half years later project manager: own office
business phone and one huge responsibility. Six months ago then burnout.
I've read somewhere: Find out what you like, do it!
And the money will follow. I understand that this attitude is risky
but I said, when if not now!
So I quit without a chance on return and would like the next
months to follow my passion follow and I'm curious where it will lead me
My passion is visual storytelling, that's basically nothing
other things like telling stories with the help of videos.
Videos like Vlogs, Concerts, Short Docus
or company videos integrated into whole social media
campaigns
I would like to share my knowledge with you on the topics:
founding, finance, customer acquisition motivation, minimalism the physical and mental aspects
of self employment.
Well and of course there is lots of tips on how to be a personal
brand with the help of videos storytelling and social media
In any case, here is a succes story in creation.
No: I've started with nothing 10 years ago and look at me story.
no this is really unfiltered and especially from the beginning if you want
then just subscribe to the channel or pass by again.
Seriously i think that will be one huge fun
I would be glad if you accompany me by on journey we see each other
at the next video. Yours Wlad Litemin.
