Hello everyone, my name is Elena Nechaeva.
Today we are talking about primary and secondary anesthesia,
which we work with and which interests everyone so much.
Here we have three ingredients that we mix for
in order to make it work out.
You can use such containers.
They are disposable, sold in many stores and online stores.
You can use smaller capacity containers as well.
Much smaller.
Speaking of the ingredients.
The active ingredient is lidocaine of 10 percent.
Ampoules in this box are of two milliliters.
How can you determine that it is ten percent?
First, when you buy, you have to ask.
Many forget and just say - I need lidocaine
in ampoules.
Pharmacists automatically sell lidocaine of
two percent.
Two-percent lidocaine will not help you at all, they
will not feel it, it will not work.
Here, look, it is written - solution for injections of
100 milligrams per milliliter.
That is, it is a ten-percent lidocaine.
If it is written "20 milligrams per milliliter", or "50 milligrams
per milliliter", then it is the five-percent solution,
but it also does not work very well.
In fact, you can work on the eyebrows and lips
completely without anesthesia, even without this, if
your client happens to be allergic to it.
But, in general, especially for nervous persons, it is better
to work with an ordinary ten-percent lidocaine.
The second active ingredient is adrenaline.
Here is the box.
There is a synthetic analog called "epinephrine" but it is always written
"adrenaline" on the box.
In some pharmacies it is sold by prescription, but in online pharmacies
it sold without it.
You can perfectly find it and work with it.
An ampoule of adrenaline is half the size of lidocaine.
Adrenaline is stored in the refrigerator.
As far as I know, nowadays there is adrenaline, which
should not be stored in the refrigerator.
Specifically, the one that I have, in my opinion, has to be kept
at a temperature of not higher than 15 degrees Celcius.
Therefore, it should be in a refrigerator, otherwise it loses its properties.
And fenistil gel.
It is a gel, not a cream.
This is how an allergy cream looks like.
It relieves itching, insect bites, etc.
All this you have to mix in the ratio of one to one.
Here we have an ampoule of two milliliters and one milliliter, but I call it
"one to one", there is one ampoule of each of them.
In fact, 10% lidocaine is 2 ml each,
adrenaline ampoule is 1 ml, fenistil gel is 1 cubic sm,
this is about a centimeter of gel that you squeeze into your
container.
I'll show you now, it's very simple.
All these drugs can be opened easily, there is no need
to file them, nothing like that.
I usually shake them like this, hold the ampule
with my fingers so that it does not fall into the jar and just
tap it like this.
I do not like dealing with syringes to get
and pull it out with a needle.
That's it, it is empty.
I do the same with lidocaine.
In the same way I hold the ampoule and shake it.
That's it, it is empty.
I throw it away.
And fenistil gel.
As I have already said, it will be visible, about a centimeter
maybe a little more.
Nothing bad will happen even if you squeeze out
two centimeter.
Then you close the lid and mix it all up.
You get a suspension, this is your secondary
anesthesia.
Due to the fact that adrenaline must be stored in the refrigerator,
after work you also store your anesthesia there.
If this is not done, it will lose the adrenaline property,
it will collapse and will not work.
This amount is enough for about a day,
for the maximum of 5-6 procedures.
The thing is that you apply this suspension to damaged
skin in small quantities.
One caps, in which you pour anesthesia, will be
be enough for any procedure to finish completely if
you do not pour and smear too often.
The active ingredient is lidocaine.
It anesthetizes the skin.
Adrenaline prolongs the effect of lidocaine, it lasts
longer.
And the second very important action that helps us in our
work is the fact that adrenaline constricts the vessels.
White skin appears around the eyebrows, it is a narrowing
of the vessels.
There is a microscopic vascular, and you have to work
on a dry surface.
Nothing should bother you, all the nuggets almost completely
cease to stand out.
This is a huge plus, after such anesthesia, when
you work, you can observe every stroke.
The skin does not tan. As you can see this all is very cheap.
This one is 85 rubles, this one is 25 rubles, fenistil is about 150 rubles,
but it is a very large tube and it will last for a long time.
Everything is very simple, and it is also very
easy to use.
Spread the suspension onto the damaged surface.
On intact skin, this fluid will not work,
not at all.
There is such a misconception that ten-percent lidocaine
may result in skin burns.
This is nonsense.
Why?
Because I have been working with this anesthesia
for more than six years.
In the network of our studios tens of thousands of procedures
using this anesthesia and there were no consequences
in the form of skin burns.
This is paramedical nonsense.
Moreover, ten-percent lidocaine diluted
phenystyle and adrenaline is not what it
originally was.
Here, its concentration is rather low, but it works just fine
up to the complete lack of sensitivity
The client may not even understand what you are doing to her, because
that this anesthesia is very good.
I repeat, it does not tan the skin.
The maximum period of effect is 25-30 minutes, and then you can
apply it again.
It is often not necessary to do.
The more often you apply this anesthesia, the weaker it works
and the duration period becomes shorter.
That is why, you should smear every 20-25 minutes, not more than this.
I did not invent this anesthesia.
Once upon a time I read about it on a forum, I tried it
and since then I have been using it.
Before starting the procedure, you should check with your client
if she has an allergy to the components that
you will work with.
It is very important.
This is a mandatory rule.
And you can work perfectly on all areas of damaged skin
with this anesthesia.
If you have any questions, please contact us
I will be happy to answer them.
Thank you all for watching.
Goodbye to everyone!
