Fire

Which is a pranayama exercise to heat up your entire system. So we're gonna start on our knees

You're going to take an inhale through your nose

You're going to rapidly exhale through your mouth pulling your navel to the spine. Inhale. Exhale. One two

three four five six seven eight nine

Ten keep going exhale exhale exhale exhale

exhale exhale last few times and

You're done great job, let's do one more round inhale into your nose exhale

You're gonna round yourself forward into that plank position and then touching your opposite elbow with the knee for one

each elbow is being touched by the knee keep going touch and touch staying that plank position and

Touch working the abdominals here working the obliques

Continuing to raise that heat in the body. Keep going touch touch touch

touch you're almost done and

releasing into that three-legged dog inhale exhale

This time stepping forward between your two hands with your front foot

Back heel is lifted, and then press the back heel to the mat

Heart ruling the arms and opening into our warrior two posture drop the shoulders away from the ears

Now you're gonna open the palms reach forward and then releasing and you're tricking Austen on your triangle posture

Really focusing on opening the shoulders here. You want to stack one shoulder over the other?

Creating a beautiful line with your body

Again, creating lots of space in the side body here. So breathing deeply into any tension. You may experience along that area of your body

Setting an intention to welcome oxygen

Great job from here. Come on up to Center

Arms out you're gonna flex the front foot and turn it inward

Deep breath in feet slightly turned towards each other and then on your exhalation taking your wide legged forward fold

Go ahead and grab your ankles if you're able to and then just begin to release that forehead all the way down to the floor

lengthening through the spine folding from the hips

Always remember you can make this easier by opening the feet wider

You can make this more challenging by bringing your feet a little bit closer. So

Truly make this posture to fit your own needs

Deep breath in with each exhalation let your body surrender and go deeper into this posture

Inhale let it go exhale

Beautiful job slowly from your hands to the center

Lift your body up and then walk your feet slightly inward

You're gonna open the toes away from the body bend the knees and opening into what we call our goddess pose

So you're gonna reach both arms up towards the sky

really opening those arms your hips your knees away from the body just

Breathe get as low as you can

Finding that Center now extending the knees on your exhalation coming down for one

So we call this a goddess squats you're coming down for two. You can also call this a sumo squat and three

Wonderful now from here we're going to transition into our halasana art flower position

So releasing one foot at a time tuck your toes underneath

Took you to support your back or interlace the fingers and extend those elbows if your arms are extended try to keep the palms together

They're just holding this plow position feeling that sensation through the spine, this is a wonderful stretch for your back

Don't forget to breathe just stay here

Another inhale on your exhalation coming up into our sarvangasana again

staying here or taking the next variation by coming into a lotus pose with your feet if

You're not comfortable with this just stay in your shoulder stand you do not have to take this variation

Good just stay there wreathing deeply

Now if you're in your shoulder stand you can slowly begin to release back into the plow position if

You are in this Lotus posture. We're gonna take it up one more notch

So what you're gonna do is begin to fold from the hips allowing the knees to release towards the chest

Some of you may just want to hang out here

Others that are more advanced now bring your arms around the legs and hook your fingers together

This is quite an advanced posture. So just do this to your own comfort level

Those are you guys that are not alowed us just stay in your plow position

Whichever version you're taking you're getting amazing benefits here. So don't worry where you are

Just breathe and enjoy

Beautiful another inhale

Just find your focus

Your aim your Lotus release the hands

Whichever posture you are begin to release the spine all the way down

And then releasing the legs and extending the legs all the way out into our final asana

Opening the palms of your hands up to the sky

At this time, I'd like you to close your eyes

And bring all of your awareness

Internally

Begin to feel what is happening within your body

Feeling your heart slowly slowing down

Feel that energy your prana

Pulsing through the entire nervous system

your lifeforce

Feeling each cell of your body

Let it go at this time

Welcome full relaxation into your body

We built up a lot of heat through our nervous system today through our physical body, so at this time let's cool down

Let's breathe. Let's relax

Shavasana is a very important part of your practice and it's really important that we try not to skip it

This is a moment that your body gets to settle right now

We get to really feel all the benefits of each posture that we did today

Taking this moment right now to slow everything down

including your breath

including your thoughts

Just let it all go and simply surrender yourself to the floor

Mother earth just completely let go

With each exhalation visualize your body melting away

Melting in the heat that you've created within you

Letting go all the negative all that no longer serves you

With each inhalation

Welcoming pure positive energy into your body into your bee

Inhale

And exhale

Now let's slowly begin to bring awareness back to the body

Just gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes and then reach the arms above your head and give yourself a big stretch

Rolling yourself over to one side and

Then coming up into your seated position on your mat

Coming into your easy pose cross your ankles in front of you resting your hands on the knees

Let's take an inhale and reach both arms up to the sky

Gather all that positive energy and bring it down to your heart and one more time big breath

Open and reach up to the sky on your exhalation bringing that positive energy down towards you

bowing towards yourself

Good morning family! It's President's Day weekend.

it's gonna be a long weekend our kids do not have school on Monday

and the weather forecast is rain rain starting yesterday all through this

entire week so everyone's stuck inside Jon took some of the kids to the store so I was

able to get a shower this morning get ready that's nice that doesn't

happen super often hope the kids have been fighting like crazy already so I

just know this day is gonna be nuts so I'm just gonna tidy up real quick head

downstairs fill up our diffusers with all of the bright and happy and cheery

sunshiny oils and then yeah start our day

you guys want to tell me why a kid lined my windowsill with post-it notes why do

things like this happen?

Now, happy diffusers.

smells so good. that should cheer everyone up because look how gloomy it is outside

it's so dark and drab just wet and gross

okay I'm gonna fill up our diffuser by the front door and then hopefully Jon

will be back and we can get breakfast going and get the day started

Merry what's the matter? we just finished up breakfast kids are getting a

little restless because holiday weekend

yeah they are they're really like getting on each other's nerves and then

on our nerves I don't know how we're gonna survive the next two days with all

these kids home what like our parents generations always talked about how

their parents like put them in the same shirt or like made them like

handcuffed together or whatever

The next time they fight, I'm doing it.

people I'm 5 3, but I'm definitely 5 2! now a lot of people when they meet me in

person after seeing my Instagram or my youtube videos they're like

I don't know I don't know why I don't know I guess I just posed like I'm

taller which is fun, but yeah I'm definitely way shorter than people think

I am okay so the next one is that I'm popular or that I have a lot of friends

at school uh yeah I actually can count all my good friends on my own two hands

which says a lot just keep your circle close the people

who care about you who love you who want you to succeed those are the people that

I keep close in my life the next one is that I get noticed in stores or when I'm

out actually this has happened to me a few times and I love meeting you guys in

person it's like surreal to me it's just like crazy because I see her as his

usernames on the screen and like in my comments whatever and then you're like

oh I'm this person I'm like I've talked to you before like in the comments or

I've seen you on Instagram like it's so crazy to like put a face to the username

so if you guys see me in person even if I'm like on my phone or if I'm talking

to someone please come up to me because the one time I was at the mall with my

friends and someone came up to me and all my friends were like that was the

coolest thing I've ever seen because they don't realize that like you guys

boyfriend um I don't really talk about this lot but I don't have a boyfriend

though I don't post like all the times that I'm sad or just not feeling it in

my feels on Instagram or any of my social media it doesn't mean that I'm

not feeling that way I'm human you're human we all have the right to feel that

just got deep and a little bit weird but it's true

so you're gonna be okay it's gonna be fine we're gonna get through this and

I'm talking to my future self because

okay so the next one is that I'm secretly a man um no I'm not secret I

know I'm a woman thank you female all all over but I accept all

kinds of people any even if you don't consider yourself person make me think

you're a dog that's fine love dogs next this next one kind of bugs me a little

bit because I've gotten this assumption like said to me in person before and

then some also did it like on its this one is like people think that I'm

rich for some reason or like the kind of of the next one like I'm spoiled

I am NOT spoiled I am NOT rich I have two hard-working parents who support me

and everything I do which is amazing and I love them so let me guys and also like

I work my butt off on this whole social media influence your thing and I also

work at a Sunday school with little kids every Sunday and it's like so fun for me

but that's also a job so I'm a hard-working girl I'm a hard worker

thank you that's the team okay the next one is that I wear a lot of makeup

actually at school I wear like minimal make-up just so I kind of look awake but

normally like if I'm on camera or Instagram pictures then obviously like

I've had to put on more makeup so I look I don't know I don't think anyone needs

makeup to be like beautiful but it just makes me feel confident and if it makes

you feel confident wear makeup but I don't think there's anything wrong with

like not wearing makeup or wearing as much as you want you do you and that's

what I do so okay this next one is really funny to me because for so long

like even in middle school people would ask me if my hair is real like I do not

have extensions this is all my real natural hair like it's not a wig it's

like non extension that's all it's all in there um it's my real hair

and no I also didn't get a perm if you guys you're curious this is my natural

hair anyway next one alright guys the last one is that I faced two of my

pictures first of all who doesn't face you their pictures but also with that

being said I don't like face to my figure I don't like face tune like my

body I don't like make my butt look bigger and I picked yours I don't know

that's kind of weird if someone sees you in real life that in

there can know most people who post pictures on Instagram have facetune

anyway just because like I like to whiten the background like if the wall

is like gray and I want to be brighter I'll make it white I'll use like the

teeth whitening tool but that's just like light back but yeah that's really

all I do sometimes I like up the saturation using different apps so like

I do edit my Instagram pictures but not like so where like I look like my butt

is like that you know what I mean I don't know if you guys have any more
