Hello!

All of you!

I thought I'd do something a little flashy with

this, ordinary wooden panel

...I think...

I'll make a small billboard out of this.

So, the first thing I should do now

is to mix a little paint

with water

I'll use Annie Sloan Chalk Paint

and I will like to stain this now so that you get the feeling that there is dark wood

instead of this very bright and boring

And if you are, like me, a little too lazy to mix the paint

one can only take a small bowl with water

as I have here

and I'll have ...

Annie Sloan Honfleur

and I'll have a little Graphite

Paper, I want ...

So.

So then.

What I do now is to

I...

Pour out some brown here

and I also pour some

black, about the same amount

There.

And I take quite a bit of paper

and wet it down ...

It is very wet here now

Oh.

I just rub this out

And now I actually felt that this was a bit too

black...

So then I pour just a dash of brown more

And now I have quite a lot of water here,

if I angle this it will just run everywhere

So, I take some dry paper now

and dry all the wet away

Then I will just apply wax to this

but before I do, I will do a little pattern on this

so that it is more fun than just a plain

brown board ..

But first I will let this dry, it will take no time at all

for this to dry, as usual

with this paint!

So then.

Personally, I think this can be a pretty neat

decoration just as it is now

but I'm actually combine a little business with pleasure

and fasten this kind of paper clips

And so I actually have a broken old yardstick here that I'm

thinking that I should cut further

in order to

I'm going to attach this down here

so that I can

pull through my paper , so that it stays in place

Otherwise, the paper usually wants to roll up

So I'll put it here so that it gets

attached

Now then, I want these

to come up a bit away from

, from the board, so that you can actually

wedging a paper under

Therefore, I ...

have cut

bits out of my

ruler that was left over

And they, I will now first

glue here

on the edge of both of the pieces

for then these ruler parts

fall a little above, so that it become a millimeter gap here

and it is quite good, I think

And to help me now then,

my dear ladies and gentlemen, I have

my beloved glue gun

Glue, I laid somewhere ...

Chuwi SurBook Hands-on Review: $300 Surface Pro clone - Duration: 4:23.

Hi guys!

Some days ago Microsoft announced its new tablet Surface Pro.

If you were expecting something groundbreaking, you probably went home disappointed.

Sure, it has some upgrades and new features, but even Microsoft didn't call new tablet

Surface Pro 5, probably for that reason.

But in this video, we'll talk about another 2-in-1 tablet from Chinese manufacturer

Chuwi.

The name is an obvious reference to Microsoft Surface line.

Although, Chuwi SurBook has "book" in its name, the tablet actually aims for the

Surface Pro in terms of design.

You have a similar tablet main form factor and a similar kickstand design.

Instead of a keyboard dock, you get a keyboard cover.

The SurBook even has the same display specs, as Surface Pro 4 or new Surface Pro.

That means a 12.3-inch screen with a resolution of 2736 x 1824 pixels.

The exact same 267 ppi pixel density, and the exact same 3:2 aspect ratio.

And like a good Surface Pro competitor, Chuwi SurBook comes with pressure sensitive pen.

Sure, it only has 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity, but that's still plenty.

We should say that new tablet Chuwi SurBook is not high-end 2-in-1 computing device.

The biggest drawbacks of this device is CPU and its storage type.

The latter is sadly eMMC, which doesn't speak well of read and write speeds.

As for the processor, that's a latest gen Apollo Lake Celeron N3450.

It's not Core defintely, not even a Core m3, but it is a huge step up from the previous

Cherry and Bay Trail Atoms.

New tablet Chuwi SurBook offers the full power of,Windows 10 system, not simplified

Windows 10 S.

Of course, there are also a few things that Chuwi SurBook does a bit better than even

New Surface Book.

While Microsoft remains stubborn in adopting USB-C, Chuwi is giving you a choice.

Three in fact.

It has one USB-C port, but also two USB 3.0 ports.

USB-C is used to charge 10000 mAh battery.

And, unlike the New Surface Pro, both the keyboard and the pen are included in price

tag.

It should be no surprise that Chuwi SurBook is going to cost almost half of Surface Pro.

Its retail price tag is $473 for 64 GB of eMMC storage and $498 for 128 GB.

We think, Chuwi SurBook is a great 2-in-1 tablet that looks like and feels new Microsoft

Surface Pro.

Of course, it is less powerful, but also it is much cheaper.

Under the video, you can find links, where to buy cheaper.

Thanks for watching!

Trump's impatience with GOP grows - Duration: 6:30.

Trump's impatience with GOP grows

BY ALEXANDER BOLTON

An impatient President Trump is putting new pressure on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell

(R-Ky.) to get rid of the filibuster in order to speed progress on legislation repealing

ObamaCare and reforming the tax code.

In a message posted Tuesday on Twitter, Trump urged Republican senators to invoke the so-called

nuclear option and switch to 51 votes, immediately, and get Healthcare and TAX CUTS

approved, fast and easy.

Trump also suggested his party wasnt as cutthroat as Democrats when it comes to passing

legislation, writing, Dems would do it, no doubt!

Its just Trumps latest attempt to press McConnell to eliminate the power to filibuster

legislation, something Republican lawmakers firmly rejected when the president floated

the idea only a few weeks ago.

That he used Twitter to do so was no surprise but may have irritated McConnell, who

has urged the president to rethink his use of social media.

Tuesdays tweet indicates the presidents patience on his legislative agenda is waning.

McConnell has downplayed expectations, repeatedly refusing to put a timeline on the ObamaCare

fight even as Trump and Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) have raised pressure.

McConnell also has raised doubts over whether there is even a path to passing a bill, telling

Reuters, I dont know how we get to 50 [votes] at the moment.

He did warn earlier this month that we cant take forever.

Other Senate Republicans have suggested an informal goal of holding a healthcare vote

before the August recess, just days before Trumps 200th day in office.

GOP leaders hope to have the first draft completed by the time lawmakers return to Washington

next week from the Memorial Day recess.

On tax reform, McConnell has sounded more optimistic, saying prospects are pretty

good.

The tacit message to colleagues: Dont let an interminable debate over healthcare derail

tax reform.

Yet Senate Republicans cant even get to tax reform until they conclude work on ObamaCare.

The GOP is using special budgetary rules to pass both measures with just 51 votes. But

it cant complete tax reform until it finishes work on healthcare, because the tax reform

bill is subject to a 2018 budget that assumes savings on ObamaCare legislation passed for

the 2017 fiscal year.

Once senators pass a new budget resolution to create a special reconciliation vehicle

for tax reform, they will no longer be able to use the one they now plan to use to repeal

and replace ObamaCare.

The fact that Republicans are already using the budget reconciliation rules to prevent

Democrats from filibustering ObamaCare and tax reform legislation created a bit of confusion

with Trumps tweet, which seemed to imply the filibuster was an obstacle. In reality,

Democrats would be unable to use it to block a GOP bill under the current Republican plan.

Eliminating the filibuster altogether could speed things along, however, as the rules

for reconciliation are strict and it could take weeks to ensure the legislation does

not violate a six-part test known as the Byrd rule, according to Senate GOP aides.

Parliamentary experts warn that briefing Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough on various

proposals and receiving her feedback before putting legislative language on paper will

be a lengthy process. MacDonough will determine what falls under the Byrd rule.

At the same time, theres no guarantee the Senate can agree to an ObamaCare repeal bill

with or without budget reconciliation rules. In each scenario, they can only afford two

GOP defections.

The real issue is a lack of consensus within the Republican Party in the Senate, said

Dan Holler, vice president at Heritage Action for America.

Conservative and moderate senators are split over ObamaCares expansion of Medicaid and

whether to let states opt out of insurance requirements.

Theres also a brewing turf battle among the various committee chairmen involved in

a special 13-member healthcare working group over who will take the lead in drafting the

legislation.

Senate Budget Committee Chairman Mike Enzi (R-Wyo.) is writing the legislation and responsible

for making sure it passes parliamentary muster, but Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin

Hatch (R-Utah) has primary jurisdiction and expects to take the lead role in crafting

the policy.

Asked if the working group or the Finance panel would take the lead, Hatch said, The

Finance Committee, thats the jurisdiction.

Dont think otherwise, he added. Were listening to the [13-member] committee, the

ad hoc committee. Were interested in listening to anybody, but its our responsibility.

Enzi, however, told reporters the legislation comes under reconciliation, so its a

budget function.

But he added, Ive got a lot of help.

Enzi is now laid up after emergency gallbladder surgery in Wyoming, which could further complicate

the drafting efforts.

Trumps needling of GOP senators on the filibuster is nothing new.

The president lashed out earlier this month after Democrats claimed victory on legislation

funding the government for the rest of 2017, which excluded money for building a wall along

the U.S.-Mexico border a top presidential priority.

Trump tweeted that Republicans must either increase their Senate majority in the 2018

midterm election or change the rule now to 51 percent.

The call for reform was roundly rejected by Senate Republicans, however.

McConnell tersely stated that Trumps idea will not happen, and others noted that

more than 60 senators have signed a letter to Senate leaders urging them to preserve

the legislative filibuster.

Why Summer Quinn From Baywatch Looks So Familiar - Duration: 5:30.

The cast of Baywatch is filled with a mixture of original show alums, current hot celebs

like Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron, and plenty of relative newcomers.

Such is the case with Alexandra Daddario, who plays Summer Quinn in the beachy reboot.

This blue-eyed New Yorker might look familiar to Baywatch-ers, so here's where you may have

seen the buxom brunette before.

All My Children

Daddario first made her screen debut at age 16, when she won the part of troubled teen

Laurie Lewis in the ABC soap opera All My Children.

The character was initially only slated to appear in a single episode with a few throwaway

lines, but producers liked Daddario so much they decided to expand the part for her.

Despite not actually having a contract with the show, Daddario dropped out of her high

school in Brearley, New York to concentrate on pursuing a career in acting.

She admitted, "I took a chance.

I went to Professional Children's School and did guided study…

They are very respectful and very helpful."

Hitting the movie scene

After getting cut from All My Children after less than a year, Daddario decided to leave

soap acting behind and pursue other avenues.

She made her feature film debut with a minor role in the critically acclaimed indie drama

The Squid and the Whale, taking on the background part of 'Pretty Girl' which only required

her to be on set for a week.

While her good looks would inevitably work in her favor going forward, she was still

a long way away from her Hollywood call up at this stage.

She won more minor roles in movies like the haunted house horror The Attic and brief TV

roles in shows like White Collar and American Horror Story.

But her real career boost happened when she hit the big screen in 2010.

Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief

Daddario landed the part of Annabeth Chase in the fantasy epic film Percy Jackson and

the Lightning Thief after casting directors had trouble casting the demigod daughter of

Athena.

With only three weeks until production was scheduled to get underway, they reached out

to a relative unknown in Alexandra Daddario, who jumped at the chance, despite not feeling

in shape enough for the role.

As she explained to IndieLondon, "I had three weeks to go from light jogging to intensive

sword fights for 12 hours a day!

I was lucky that I got into shape so quickly and we had an amazing stunt team… at first

I didn't look very good with a sword and I'm supposed to be a bad-ass, so I had to learn

the techniques to look good on screen and appear real and intense.

I think it's empowering."

She would ultimately reprise the role for the 2013 sequel, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters,

but the box office receipts killed the possibility that she'd appear in a third round of the

demigod fun.

Hall Pass

Although Hall Pass was hardly the Farrelly Brothers' finest hour, the film did help to

shift Daddario's image from that of a teen movie actor to a new sex symbol.

She was cast in the movie to provide temptation for a married Owen Wilson.

She said, "He basically gets a hall pass from his wife for a week off of marriage because

his wife sees him always checking out other girls.

I find out about the hall pass and I try to be one of the girls he chooses, I guess."

"Radioactive"

Back in early 2013 you couldn't go fifteen minutes without hearing Imagine Dragons' power

anthem "Radioactive."

The hit dominated airwaves and had a buzzy music video to match.

In it, Daddario played a young woman whose teddy bear takes a toy-fighting ring by storm,

defeating a purple Muppet Show reject and causing havoc with its laser eye beams.

It's as bizarre as it sounds, yet somehow it works against the backdrop of the Nevada

band's huge sound.

It wasn't her first music video experience, since she also popped up in the 2009 concert

film Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience, but it was certainly the most memorable.

Texas Chainsaw 3D

Daddario also got the chance to try her hand at playing a scream queen when she was offered

the lead role in Texas Chainsaw 3D, a direct sequel to the 1974 original.

Daddario's character Heather was the unfortunate beneficiary of a will left by a mysterious

grandparent she'd never met, which included a rundown estate in Texas.

When she and her friends arrived to check it out, things got bloody pretty quickly,

and the film offered Daddario a chance to expand her emotional portfolio on-screen.

She said, "It's a high intensity film so it's a lot of screaming and crying and that kind

of thing...It can be very emotionally draining, but it's really great practice as an actress

and a lot of fun."

Burying the Ex

Next up for Daddario was a chance to work with director Joe Dante, though it wasn't

his reputation that initially attracted her to Burying the Ex — it was the script.

"It was really different and unique and really fun, and like nothing I'd read before.

And I really liked my character."

Unfortunately, the fun and uniqueness that Daddario saw in the project didn't translate

to screen and Burying the Ex was eaten alive by critics.

"They're coming to get you Max, they're coming for you!"

True Detective

After All My Children, Daddario has mostly stuck to the movie scene.

But she did land a very memorable role in HBO's first season of True Detective that

would help eliminate any lingering image of her as a wholesome teen actress.

In the show, Daddario played Lisa, a young woman having an affair with Woody Harrelson's

Detective Hart.

For the role, Daddario had to go fully naked, and she told MTV,

San Andreas

Baywatch isn't the first time Daddario has gotten to share the screen with Dwayne "The

Rock" Johnson.

She also starred as his daughter in the 2015 action flick San Andreas.

The big budget disaster movie performed about as well as you would expect an effects-laden

blockbuster to do with critics, but it went on to earn almost half a billion worldwide

and gave Daddario the mainstream exposure her career needed.

"There you go!"

Meditation For Beginners 20 Practical Tips For Understanding The Mind

By Leo Babauta

The most important habit Ive formed in the last 10 years of forming habits is meditation.

Hands down, bar none.

Meditation has helped me to form all my other habits, its helped me to become more peaceful,

more focused, less worried about discomfort, more appreciative and attentive to everything

in my life.

Im far from perfect, but it has helped me come a long way.

Probably most importantly, it has helped me understand my own mind.

Before I started meditating, I never thought about what was going on inside my head it

would just happen, and I would follow its commands like an automaton.

These days, all of that still happens, but more and more, I am aware of whats going

on.

I can make a choice about whether to follow the commands.

I understand myself better (not completely, but better), and that has given me increased

flexibility and freedom.

So I highly recommend this habit.

And while Im not saying its easy, you can start small and get better and better

as you practice.

Dont expect to be good at first thats why its called practice!

These tips arent aimed at helping you to become an expert they should help you

get started and keep going.

You dont have to implement them all at once try a few, come back to this article,

try one or two more.

Sit for just two minutes.

This will seem ridiculously easy, to just meditate for two minutes.

Thats perfect.

Start with just two minutes a day for a week.

If that goes well, increase by another two minutes and do that for a week.

If all goes well, by increasing just a little at a time, youll be meditating for 10 minutes

a day in the 2nd month, which is amazing!

But start small first.

Do it first thing each morning.

Its easy to say, Ill meditate every day, but then forget to do it.

Instead, set a reminder for every morning when you get up, and put a note that says

meditate somewhere where youll see it.

Dont get caught up in the how just do.

Most people worry about where to sit, how to sit, what cushion to use this is all

nice, but its not that important to get started.

Start just by sitting on a chair, or on your couch.

Or on your bed.

If youre comfortable on the ground, sit cross-legged.

Its just for two minutes at first anyway, so just sit.

Later you can worry about optimizing it so youll be comfortable for longer, but in

the beginning it doesnt matter much, just sit somewhere quiet and comfortable.

Check in with how youre feeling.

As you first settle into your meditation session, simply check to see how youre feeling.

How does your body feel?

What is the quality of your mind?

Busy?

Tired?

Anxious?

See whatever youre bringing to this meditation session as completely OK.

Count your breaths.

Now that youre settled in, turn your attention to your breath.

Just place the attention on your breath as it comes in, and follow it through your nose

all the way down to your lungs.

Try counting one as you take in the first breath, then two as you breathe

out.

Repeat this to the count of 10, then start again at one.

Come back when you wander.

Your mind will wander.

This is an almost absolute certainty.

Theres no problem with that.

When you notice your mind wandering, smile, and simply gently return to your breath.

Count one again, and start over.

You might feel a little frustration, but its perfectly OK to not stay focused, we all do

it.

This is the practice, and you wont be good at it for a little while.

Develop a loving attitude.

When you notice thoughts and feelings arising during meditation, as they will, look at them

with a friendly attitude.

See them as friends, not intruders or enemies.

They are a part of you, though not all of you.

Be friendly and not harsh.

Dont worry too much that youre doing it wrong.

You will worry youre doing it wrong.

Thats OK, we all do.

Youre not doing it wrong.

Theres no perfect way to do it, just be happy youre doing it.

Dont worry about clearing the mind.

Lots of people think meditation is about clearing your mind, or stopping all thoughts.

Its not.

This can sometimes happen, but its not the goal of meditation.

If you have thoughts, thats normal.

We all do.

Our brains are thought factories, and we cant just shut them down.

Instead, just try to practice focusing your attention, and practice some more when your

mind wanders.

Stay with whatever arises.

When thoughts or feelings arise, and they will, you might try staying with them awhile.

Yes, I know I said to return to the breath, but after you practice that for a week, you

might also try staying with a thought or feeling that arises.

We tend to want to avoid feelings like frustration, anger, anxiety but an amazingly useful

meditation practice is to stay with the feeling for awhile.

Just stay, and be curious.

Get to know yourself.

This practice isnt just about focusing your attention, its about learning how

your mind works.

Whats going on inside there?

Its murky, but by watching your mind wander, get frustrated, avoid difficult feelings you

can start to understand yourself.

Become friends with yourself.

As you get to know yourself, do it with a friendly attitude instead of one of criticism.

Youre getting to know a friend.

Smile and give yourself love.

Do a body scan.

Another thing you can do, once you become a little better at following your breath,

is focus your attention on one body part at a time.

Start at the soles of your feet how do those feel?

Slowly move to your toes, the tops of your feet, your ankles, all the way to the top

of your head.

Notice the light, sounds, energy.

Another place to put your attention, again, after youve practice with your breath for

at least a week, is the light all around you.

Just keep your eyes on one spot, and notice the light in the room youre in.

Another day, just focus on noticing sounds.

Another day, try to notice the energy in the room all around you (including light and sounds).

Really commit yourself.

Dont just say, Sure, Ill try this for a couple days. Really commit yourself

to this.

In your mind, be locked in, for at least a month.

You can do it anywhere.

If youre traveling or something comes up in the morning, you can do meditation in your

office.

In the park.

During your commute.

As you walk somewhere.

Sitting meditation is the best place to start, but in truth, youre practicing for this

kind of mindfulness in your entire life.

Follow guided meditation.

If it helps, you can try following guided meditations to start with.

My wife is using Tara Brachs guided meditations, and she finds them very helpful.

Check in with friends.

While I like meditating alone, you can do it with your spouse or child or a friend.

Or just make a commitment with a friend to check in every morning after meditation.

It might help you stick with it for longer.

Find a community.

Even better, find a community of people who are meditating and join them.

This might be a Zen or Tibetan community near you (for example), where you go and meditate

with them.

Or find an online group and check in with them and ask questions, get support, encourage

others.

My Sea Change Program has a community like that.

Smile when youre done.

When youre finished with your two minutes, smile.

Be grateful that you had this time to yourself, that you stuck with your commitment, that

you showed yourself that youre trustworthy, where you took the time to get to know yourself

and make friends with yourself.

Thats an amazing two minutes of your life.

PLAYER Unknown's BATTLEGROUNDS VSS - The BEST SNIPER Rifle or the QUIETEST? BATTLEGROUNDS VSS - Duration: 7:34.

Hi guys and welcome to the VSS.

Today we are going to take a closer look at this new sniper rifle in player unknown's

battlegrounds.

I will show you all the statistics, the bullet pattern, the bullet drop and I will compare

it with all other sniper rifles.

The VSS or Vintovka Snayperskaya Spetsialnaya, now I don't speak russian so I have no clue

if I pronounced that correctly, but I'm sure that you can ask somebody who is running

for president.

It's a suppressed sniper rifle that was developed in the late 1980s.

It was issued primarily to Spetsnaz units for undercover or clandestine operations,

a role made evident by its ability to be stripped down for transport in a specially fitted briefcase.

Sound a lot like a James Bond movie doesn't it..

In Battlegrounds they call it a suppressed sniper rifle that uses a heavy subsonic 9mm

cartridge.

If you are lucky then you might find it lying around somewhere, that is one way to get your

hands on the vss.

The other way is to chase the airplane because you can also find it in those airdrops.

So far it's been 50/50, I found it an equal amount of times lying around in a building

or in a air drop.

The vss has a power rating of 32 which is quite low to be honest.

In a way it makes sense because it uses the 9mm cartridge and the ump, which uses the

same type of ammoniation has a power rating of 30.

The effective range rating is 38, this isn't great for a sniper rifle.

The stability is 17, this means that it has the lowest stability rating of all weapons

in Player Unknown's battlegrounds.

Only the crossbow has a lower rating for stability.

The firing rate is 23, which is great for a sniper rifle.

The reason why some of these stats are so low is because of the fact that it comes with

a suppressor attached.

You can't remove it but it will gives you a massive advantage but more on that later.

Most of these stats can be improved if you can find the right attachments.

You can equip an extended magazine, a quickdraw magazine or an extended quickdraw magazine

for a sniper rifle.

I'm sure that you know what these things do by now, if not then please check out the

previous weapon guides where these attachments were explained in full detail.

You can also attach a cheek pad for a sniper rifle.

It increases the stability rating by 9 points, so the new stability rating with the cheek

pad is 26.

The vss uses the 9 mm cartridge.

This type of ammunition is also used by the micro uzi, the ump9 and the p92 and it's

super easy to find, all you have to do is to walk into the closest building and you

will probably find some, just make sure that you bring enough because you go through the

bullets faster than you might think.

It would be too bold to claim that there is more 9mm ammo lying around in battlegrounds

than any other type of ammunition because I don't have access to those stats, but

it probably is.

So it's very unlikely that you will run out of ammo with the vss.

The good thing is that you don't have to worry about finding a scope.

The vss comes equipped with a 4x scope.

And like the suppressor, you can't remove it.

The bad thing about this scope is that it's not very user friendly, at least not in battlegrounds.

It doesn't really help you when you are trying to lead your target or to compensate

for the bullet drop, let alone do both at the same time.

Most of the time you don't have to worry too much about the bullet drop in battlegrounds.

But things change as soon as you pick up the vss.

So let's go to the shooting range so that we can see how the weapon performs.

I will start with a long range target, the first shot is a practice shot, I will aim

at the black ring and as you can see the bullet ends up hitting the bottom part of the target.

I don't think that you will get any points for this.

But we now know that we have to apply a big correction so let's see what happens when

you aim at the top of the target.

This is much better already and this time we managed to hit the inner side of the black

ring.

But a great player like yourself does not settle with good enough right, you want perfection,

so that you can go for those ultra long range headshots.

So I will adjust my aim again, and this time I will aim slightly below the top of the target

and then the bullet ends up hitting the very center of the target.

I will always swear by using the practice shot method for a game like battlegrounds

because the time that we have with a sniper rifle is very limited in this game so it's

difficult to build up your experience.

Using this method on a target in the shooting range is easy and if you can do it in the

shooting range then you can also do it in game.

Take a look at the following scene, There is a fight going on near these houses and

I can see the guys running around.

I don't have a shot right now but it gives me the chance to do a practice shot so that

I know with which part of the scope that I have to aim with so that I can go for a headshot.

One of them comes back and he decided to hide in between the house and the car.

The other guy is still hiding on the other side of the house.

I aim, I apply the correction that I learned from the practice shot and I kill the guy

with a clean headshot, the second shot wasn't even necessary.

Leading your target is a little bit more difficult because you now have to take into account

the speed of your enemy or of his vehicle.

You can use a practice shot for this as well or you will have to rely on your experience

with this particular weapon.

The bullet pattern is relatively good.

As you might know it has a semi-automatic and fully automatic firing mode.

I'm using semi-automatic for the first target and as you can see the 1st 4 bullets are very

accurate and then the gun jumps up.

You will see a similar pattern for full auto, the first 4 are accurate and then the gun

jumps up again but this time it is a lot more linear and it goes straight up except for

that one stray bullet.

The vss is a sniper rifle but you can still use it in a fully automatic firing mode for

short range kills.

Just compensate for the recoil and your will have a very tight pattern.

Don't try to do this for long range kills.

It's way too difficult, if not impossible to control.

The first time I just pressed my mouse button, the bullets go straight up but one bullet

even hit the roof top.

The second time I was trying to counter the recoil but the bullets were still all over

the place.

In order to fully understand this weapons we have to compare the stats with the other

sniper rifles.

A power rating of 32 is not good enough to beat any of the other rifles.

Even the sks does better with a rating of 50 and the winner is the awm with 100.

This beast of a sniper rifle also wins the second round when we look at the effective

range, again 100, a big difference with the effective range rating of only 38 for the

vss.

The stability is even worse, 17 vs 32 for the closest competitor, the m24. and then

there is the winner, the sks with 48.

The firing rate is pretty good, 23 is better than most rifles since a lot of them hover

around 5 or 6, only the sks does better with 32.

The body armor stats are interesting to say the least.

You will need 4 body shots to kill an enemy if he is wearing no body armor at all or if

he managed to find level 1 body armor.

5 bullets if the managed to find level 2 armor and 7 bullets to kill him if he was lucky

enough to find the highest level of body armor.

You will need 2 headshots to kill your enemy if he is wearing a level 2 helmet or less

and you will have to fire one more bullet if he is wearing the best helmet in the game.

7 body shots against a guy who is wearing the highest level of body armor is a lot,

knowing that you only have 10 bullets in one magazine.

So don't forge t to reload before you decide to attack your second target.

And some day you might be lucky enough to pick up 2 vss sniper rifles, I thought it

was a good idea to use the second one as a replacement for an assault rifle by putting

it to fully automatic, but this loadout doesn't make sense at all.

As you can see you will have to pay a price for having a weapon that is always silenced,

but then again it's always silenced so that is a big advantage on it's own.

Try to use the practice shot method until you built up some experience with this sniper

rifle and one of the most important things to remember is that the vss is a sniper rifle

that uses the same type of ammo as a ump, this says everything about this gun.

You now have all the information that you need to dominate battlegrounds with your vss,and

while you are here why not check out one of these videos?

How To Get Through Sugar Withdrawals: 3 Months in - 30 lbs Down! - Duration: 3:22.

How do you get through sugar withdrawal?

Believe me, as someone who has been on a low-carb diet for the last three months, and has lost

about thirty pounds, I can tell you, it's tough to get through sugar withdrawal.

I'm going to give you some tips you can use if you too have decided to do the low-carb

lifestyle and eliminate sugar from your diet.

"Queries of the Interweb."

Now I'm not going to sugar coat it okay.

The first week of no sugar sucks ballz!

Now this has worked really well for me.

As I mentioned, I'm down about 30- pounds since I started, but I'd be lying if I said

it was completely due to not eating sugar.

In fact, I've actually been eating low carb overall, which mean no bread, no rices, no

pastas.

Some of you may have heard of the Ketogenic diet.

That's pretty much what I'm doing.

It's a low card, high fat diet.

Now naturally that means no sugar, because sugar is pretty much carbs in it's most pure

form.

Now like a drug addict getting off of his meth, or a alcoholic who's stopped drinking,

you are similarly going to have withdrawal symptoms when you come off of sugar.

A lot of expert, a lot of studies show that sugar is an addiction and like any addiction,

you're going to go through withdrawal if you stop doing it.

You got to start somewhere.

Maybe stop drinking your calories and then work your way towards it in about a week.

If you're hard-core and you think you can give it up in one day, go for it.

But here's some things you should know.

It's going to suck.

One thing you're going to want to do, is you're going to want to drink a lot of water okay,

'cause whenever you're hungry, instead of going to the fridge to binge, you're going

to want to chug some water.

If you have to have something sweet, eat some fruit okay.

Don't ruin in by eating a toaster stroodle, or a top, pop tarty, whatever they're called,

pop tart.

If you can, get rid of all the sugar in your house because it's going to be tempting.

If you live in a house with other people, you're just going to have to utilize every

ounce of iron will you have to not eat the sugar.

This is a lifestyle change bro.

It's not a diet okay.

It's a lifestyle.

Now if you have a full time job and you're working all day, it's easier to stay off sugar

because you're not at home with all your snacks and all your other bull crap.

Eliminate sugar slowly, drink lots of water, get sugar out of your house if you can, and

this is huge, be proactive okay.

Plan what you're gonna eat ahead.

There's a lot of low carb meals out there you can research; super easy to make, really

not that hard.

After you quick sugar, just hang in there for a week.

I promise you the cravings will stop.

They will stop.

I'm on a really good role.

I don't know where I'll be in a year but I'm really excited to see where I'll be.

I no longer crave sugar.

I no longer crave sweets and the reason for that is because I'm a better person than you.

Thanks for watching guys.

If you have any sugar withdrawal tips you can give or you've been -- done something

similar or if you have any great sugar-free recipe's you want to share with the group,

you can put them in the comments.

I really don't care.

Join a facebook group or something, I don't know, a sugar withdrawal support group.

I'm sure they exist.

I hope you found this video helpful.

If you have any questions, feel free to put those down too.

I'll try to answer questions if I can.

It's a very simple process eliminating sugar.

The only thing you have to really deal with is the withdrawal.

I hope this helps.

If you're stopping sugar, good for you, i support you.

Let me know.

Peace!

FAVOURITE FICTIONAL FRIENDSHIPS [CC] - Duration: 9:48.

Hey guys, it's Kirsti. Welcome back to my channel. Today, I want to talk about some

of my favourite fictional friendships because, you know, reasons. I feel like an

increasing amount of the time, YA books in particular focus on the romantic

relationships in the story and, like, that's great. But I become concerned

about characters who have very few friends and are so completely wrapped up

in their romantic relationship that, like, their friendships just completely

fall by the wayside. That concerns me. So I want to talk about fictional

friendships that I love because I think all books - not just young adult books but

all books - should have some kind of focus on friendships, because seriously.

First and foremost on this list for me forever and ever and ever is the Golden

Trio. Like... I just... The friendship between the

Golden Trio is so wonderful. Harry and Ron's relationship in particular is one

of my favourite friendships of all time, particularly that moment in Deathly

Hallows when Ron is crying after he's destroyed the Horcrux and Harry says to him

"She's like a sister to me, I thought you knew." That moment to me

says so much about their friendship and I just adore it.

The friendship between Harry and Hermione is wonderful and I love it.

The friendship between Hermione and Ron we see a lot less of on the page but,

like, it's clearly - very very clearly - there because every time that Harry

turns up at the Barrow, Hermione is already there and it's not even that

she's friends with Ginny and that's why she's there. Like, she genuinely is

friends with Ron, they are friends in their own right without Harry

being there. So, like, the friendship of all three of them just means the world

to me. Another super super obvious one that I adore with every fibre of my

being is the friendship in Code Name Verity. The friendship between Julie and

Maddie is so wonderful and I love literally everything about it, it gives

me all of the feelings. It is beautifully written I love it to death. A friendship

that I've loved for a really long time is the one between Ellie and Homer in the

Tomorrow When the War Began series. They've basically grown up together.

There are never any hints in the main series that

they're romantically interested in each other. There is a vague vague hint at the end

of the third book of the spin off series that maybe Homer is interested in Ellie but, like,

then it just ends and you never find out whether or not anything's going to

happen there. So for the vast majority of the series it is a platonic relationship,

it's almost like a sibling relationship and the dynamic that they

have between the two of them I just adore and the way that they work so well

together throughout the course of the series when they're going through

horrific things is just fabulous. A recent addition to the list is Charlie

and Taylor from Queens of Geek by Jen Wilde. I really love this friendship.

They're not often on the page together because the book tells their stories

over the course of this weekend and they're separated for quite a lot of the story

because that's just the way it plays out. But the friendship that you can clearly

see in the story and in the interactions that they have and in the support that

they give each other is just phenomenal and I loved it so so much.

Speaking of characters named Hermione, the friendship between Hermione and Polly

in Exit, Pursued by a Bear by E.K. Johnston is amazing. Like, this is a very very

difficult book to read because it deals with a teenage girl who has been raped

and ends up pregnant. And I loved that at no point in this book is Hermione not

supported by everybody in her life. But the support that she has from Polly in

particular is just wonderful and when you find out later in the book that

Polly has had this huge thing going on in her own life and yet she's never

really let any of that flow through when Hermione needs her support, she's never

been like "Okay, but like can we talk about me for a minute?"

She has always been there 100% to support Hermione when she needs support

and it is great. The friendship between Beth and Jennifer in Attachments by

Rainbow Rowell speaks to me in so many ways. Like, of all

the friendships in adult books, this is probably the one that I relate to the

most. There is just something very very relatable about the dynamic between the

two of them and about the style of communication that they have

that is just like "yes, this is my life, this is the way that my friendships

operate" and I just... [sigh] This book. I love it so so much and, like, I love it just for the

friendship between the two of them completely independent of, you know, the

relationship and all of that kind of stuff that happens in the story. Just the

friendship between Jennifer and Beth brings me joy and I love it.

The friendships in the Fairwil series by Alysia Gray Painter are all

absolutely wonderful and I love the fact that in this book they're not just

established friendships. We actually get new friendships being developed in the

course of the series and I love the way that all of those friendships develop. But

I think my favourite friendship here has to be between the main character, Fair,

and her best friend, Sutton. They are just so wonderful and they complement each

other so well. I really really love all of the friendships in Simon vs. the Homo

Sapiens Agenda, but there is something about the friendship between Simon and

Abby that just... I don't even know how to describe it. I love it so so much and I

really really appreciate the idea that flows through this book that, like, coming

out is a really big and really difficult thing and that sometimes it's easier to

come out to the people who haven't known you for as long and the fact that, you

know, your friendships can be complicated by that. The friendships in the Spinster Club

trilogy by Holly Bourne are phenomenal. Like, the way that those three girls

complement each other and support each other and are there no matter what

is just wonderful and, like, everything about that series is delightful. The way

that it handles difficult situations is really really well done and I love the

fact that even when romantic relationships crop up in that series, the

friendships take priority and YES. That is what YA needs. The friendships in

Lumberjanes are wonderful. Like, this is such a weird and quirky group of friends

and everything about it is just amazing and delightful and completely silly and

I love it. I really really love the friendship between Simon and Penelope

in Carry On by Rainbow Rowell. There is just something about that dynamic. It's a

very Harry/Hermione kind of a friendship and

I really love it. But I love the idea that she is just completely comfortable

being in his room, being in his space, staying there whenever she needs to and

that he is completely comfortable going to her house and staying with her

family and there was just something about the way that friendship is written that I

really really love, even though, like, obviously my favourite thing in this book

is Simon and Baz because they are perfection. But the friendship with

Penelope is wonderful. The hobbits in the Lord of the Rings. Like, nothing in the

universe can convince me that Sam and Frodo weren't secretly gay for each

other. But the idea of not only Sam following Frodo but, like, Merry and

Pippin going as well and supporting Frodo through this enormous thing that

he has to do in his life, I just... I love that so much. The idea that not only a

"Yes, we're going to be supportive of you" but "We will help you, literally,

physically help you and go with you to support you in this journey", like, that? I

just really really love about this series. I also really like the friendship

between Legolas and Gimli and the way that that plays out. Again, kind of

convinced they're gay for each other but, like, it plays out less obviously than

Sam and Frodo... But yeah. I just... Look, there's a lot of friendships in this

book that I really really enjoy. Karou and Zuzana in the Daughter of Smoke and

Bone trilogy by Laini Taylor. I love their friendship. I love the fact that

Zuzana turns up in the second book in, like, Marrakech or whatever and is like "Oh,

hey. So you can fly now and also these weird hybrid animal demons are a thing.

But that's cool because you're my friend and I'm here to support you and help you

in any way that you need me to help you, and I just want to spend time with you

and by the way, I brought my boyfriend you will be friends with him, he's great."

Like, I just love that Zuzana is this tiny little feisty thing who's, like,

"No, my friend comes first. Sorry. You can come if you want to but, like, she comes

first, you don't." I love that. And finally the friendships in I'll Meet

You There by Heather Demetrios. I love beyond loving. Like, the relationship

between Skylar and her best friend Dylan is wonderful. The fact that Dylan has, you

know, had a baby in high school and Skylar is supportive of her, is

supportive of her being a mother, supportive of the way that she is with

her boyfriend, supportive of - eventually supportive of - what she

wants to do with her life. Like, that is all great. The friendship between

Skylar and Chris is great and their, like, mutual pact to get out of this town.

The friendship between Chris and Dylan is great even though it's kind of

this, like, you know, unrequited love friendzone sort of a thing. The way that

that is handled I think is really well done and the fact that Chris recognises

that like "Okay, yes, she loves her boyfriend he's the father of her baby

etc, I'll just have to deal with that and I still want to be her friend, I'm not

going to get all butthurt about the fact that she doesn't love me the way that I

love her". Like, everything in this book I love. The friendships stand out very

very strongly to me as just, like, really really good, well-written friendships.

So there you have it, guys. Those are some of my favourite fictional friendships. If you

have thoughts on any of these, please let me know down in the comments. Also

let me know your favourite fictional friendships because reasons. Thank you

guys so much for watching, I love all your faces and I will see you on Monday. Bye guys.

Unwavering: Part 1, Awkward Truth with Allen Jackson - Duration: 1:45.

Hey, it's Pastor Allen.

Thanks for sharing just a minute with me.

Our topic in this session is Unwavering.

And really at the heart of it is, how do you

and I live stable lives in a world filled with

instability and a lot of change.

Well, there's a scripture that is intriguing to me.

It's an awkward scripture. Some scriptures aren't fun.

In James, chapter 1, it says that we

should count it great joy when we face

temptations or trials of many kinds.

I know that's in the Bible, but truthfully I'd like just to

white it out or hit delete. Facing difficulties

and challenges and persecutions, is not for me,

the incubator of joy. If I asked you to list

three or four things that bring joy to your life,

I doubt you'd put perseverance or difficulties

or struggles in the list.

And yet James says to us, we should consider

it joy because when that happens,

it's the incubator for God developing something

in us, that will bring about a greater result, a greater

outcome, even a blessing. So difficulties aren't

always awful, they can be the incubators for good things.

In my mind, it's kind of the equivalent of a spiritual

workout. If you go to the gym to exercise, before you

get stronger or healthier or better cardio vascular

system, you got to get exhausted and

tired and usually little bit sore.

Well, to grow stronger spiritually, sometimes

we've got to be willing to endure, to persevere. Be a little

spiritually uncomfortable, sometimes uncomfortable

in our lives, to come out stronger on the other side.

So if you are in a season where God has asked you

to persevere, to endure – don't you give up!

God has not abandoned you. You haven't failed.

It's not some weakness on your part.

God is strengthening you, preparing you to be a vessel,

a tool for a purpose in your life of even greater value

in the kingdom of God. So whatever your circumstance,

you give thanks to God – You rejoice.

God will bring you through!
