i'm here today to tell you about Modders and Hackers. how different they are. you do not realize this and

assume that they are same. they are NOT same. not even same with what tools they use or employ in GTAO.

i know this because i met a good friend who was great Modder on GTAO.

i know this might not be of importance to you. but it should be. because you are only company that doesn't even experienced things

a player has experienced in GTAO. like really seen it to happen.

Modders, they are the lifeline of every player match server has. you see, if we are trapped with Hacker and can't leave a server

because of the Hacker. a Modder comes into the Server and wages war against Hacker who came to ruin player's experiences.

Modder removes the lock that was placed on the players which prevented them to leave the server or even to restart GTAO. doing this allows them to leave so that

Modder will deal with the Hacker himself/herself. Modders are the Guardians of Players, they are basically the Sentinels that protect GTA communities

Hacker communities has same thing with Modder communities: they don't tolerate anybody misusing their powers to grief, harm GTA communities.

they have strict policy regarding that. the Hackers and Modders dispatch their units

to shut down rogue Modders/Hackers who would abuse their powers on the community.

Hackers, they use tools to hack the game by changing game code to suit them. they usually do it in online multiplayer. mostly because they suck at it. so they want to win.

it sometimes causes unseen reactions by the game, for example, the AI cars started to kill players without warning.

it can be quite funny. but they don't know how much or how far it can cause the community to the situation.

so my hope is that you will allow OPENIV a tool that allows them to modify their single player game for roleplay purposes and enhance their fun offline.

because if you can't, you are gonna lose BILLIONS of money that would be used to fund next games. you don't realize is that Modding has incentives that nets

Bethesda a total of 30-80 BILLIONS alone from Modding game by Skyrim Community. they allowed items that could be added to the game which led to

to Skyrim remastered game edition that allows mods to be added for fun. basically, the modding is future of gaming. people buy lots of mods for their favorite games. they range from $60 to more.

other game companies are following it. don't be the company that dies because you missed the chance to join the line of companies that allows modding. do your RESEARCH ON MODDING.
