My name is Daniel Manga

and I am the food and beverage supervisor at the Square Boutique Hotel and Spa.

I play Top Eleven wherever I am. So whether I'm in transit or whether I'm at work,

whether I'm at home, or in a restaurant, no exceptions, I'm gonna play.

Football is definitely my passion. I remember falling in love with the game

from the age of six, all because of my father and my uncles and my cousins.

I spend my days researching and studying philosophies, concepts and principles of the game

from when the game originally started.

What's great about Top Eleven is that with its tactical ability, you are able to practice these philosophies

and implement them on your own team.

The algorithms that pay so much attention to player development, player positioning and player movement,

that help me get a much greater idea of what it means to be able to manage players

within your own philosophy of football.

My team is called Titan FC and my stadium is called Stade de Olympus.

I like to style my players and my philosophy of football

based on attributes of strength, of speed and agility.

Throughout the twelve seasons that I've been playing Top Eleven so far,

I've managed to win three League titles, four Champions League titles and two Cup titles.

As a manager I like to sometimes think of myself as a protègè of Josè Mourinho himself.

I'm a bit of a pragmatist always when it comes to matters of football.

I'm very hands on, very controlling and very assertive in my players.

I like to keep possession of the ball whilst focusing on advancing and pushing forward

through the midfield.

So, I always focus on having very strong wingers as well as very adaptable strikers.

My top moment and my biggest accolade in Top Eleven was in my previous season, my eleventh season.

Having scored 115 goals for the club and only having conceded 3,

I think it was a great testament to the strength and the effort that I've put into my style

of defensive play as well as offensive play.

I engage with my colleagues and my friends about Top Eleven and what it's all about,

especially my girlfriend.

I'm working towards getting my coaching certificates and licenses.

Having a chance to coach youngsters in knowledge of the game

and in just how to play the game,

I think it will play an important part in helping develop life skills

and just helping to play a bigger part for the community in general.

As a football manager and as a football lover myself,

there's nothing more exciting than hearing the roar of the fans

and the passing, the aggression, the tackles.

And I think Top Eleven really does try to make it more realistic

in giving it that 3D sound like you are really there.

What keeps me playing Top Eleven is that it honestly gives me the sense

of what it means to be a real manager.

Marketing is harder than you could have ever imagine. Before you went to the shop and you bought advertising. Then you waited, made deals and analyzed your period and how well you sell.

And you kept repeating that process. New campaign, new creative action, another ice image etc. Advertising, which was great. And it's still working, because every content needs promotion.

But the point is what I'm talking about right now is that internet has really messed things out. even more so when people learned how to use internet.

Suddenly someone had produced a lot of content online and it started to matter to people. It turned into a game that is on 24/7.

Well, what makes it so difficult? World that is constantly spinning means you have to be there all the time. You need to produce interesting content and that's not easy when you can't go to the store and buy a 3 week campaign. It doesn't work like that.

In 3 weeks nothing happens. All starts to happen slowly. One content, another content etc. Let's calculate. You want to win over some organic search spots in Google. The top three that only matters in organic search.

You write a blog post every week and you'll get there. It doesn't always happen so easily but let's imagine it can happen like this. You write blogs for a year and you have 52 positions in Google.

Your competitor notices how well you're doing. You've started to do something and they decide to start doing the same things you're doing. It doesn't really take off and they're struggling with it. The old school people are still wondering what inbound is all about etc.

They manage to come up with a process of creating one blog per a week. 4 per a month, not too hard. And because you continue with your weekly process too, they can never catch you.

You have a year's head start. They'll notice it a some point, "damn that guy just keeps on blogging and becoming more noticed on Google with new positions". They decide to accelerate their process 2 blogs per a week. It'll take them a year to catch up with you.

If they want to catch up with you even faster they need to write three blogs a week, then it would start working. Their investments are far greater than yours in the beginning. You'll start winning in the long haul.

Too many marketers make the mistake of thinking the world can be conquered with 3 week campaigns. No. No matter how much money you would invest. In 365 days 24/7 world everything is about trust.

Either you matter or you don't. Even if you had the greatest brand in the world, if you're not in the top three in search results, you're missing out in the moments. Those moments are constantly expanding.

Google calls them micro moments. Those moments when people are asking form search engines.
