- Matt, and he is ready to attack this course tonight.

He hit the buzzer two years ago in Houston,

and he wants to hit it again.

He needs it after the year he's had.

- Well, a little trouble, but he's moving on to the Tic Toc.

Well, 5'1",

the smaller athletes struggle on the Tic Toc.

- But this is not your average 5'1" athlete.

This guy won silver and bronze medals

at the Beijing Olympics in 2008, and look at him.

Does that not look like a gymnast?

- Oh!

- Does that not look like a gymnast to you?

- Oh, and just flies through the landing.

- Come on, John!

- Well, everybody on the rails to watch this run

who's now facing the dangerous Spinning Bridge.

- Ooh, ooh.

- No problem for Horton, excellent balance.

- I don't even think the balls moved. Shirt's off!

- He couldn't wait to take the shirt off. He couldn't wait.

- And now looks up at the Sky Hooks.

A gymnast should feel comfortable on the rings.

Horton was an NCAA champion at the University of Oklahoma.

- I think we're gonna see a absolute textbook work-through

here on the Sky Hooks.

- Well, no one who's taken the course

has been as comfortable

controlling their body as this man.

- Nice landing. Do you see the nice hang glide?

He uses hang time in the air, and that's what you need,

soft landings so your hands don't pull off.

- And look at the pipes on this guy.

Even the Russian judge is giving tens here.

- Whoo! He's got that body in line,

and look at the dismount. Nice.

- Whoo! Johnathan!

- Getting closer and closer to that buzzer.

He wants it bad.

Now on to the Pipefitter.

5'1", 134, the transitions, though,

could be a bit of a challenge for Horton.

He said as difficult as the year was,

he also had a newborn daughter,

a second child,

said it just completely changed how he looks at life.

- Can tell you one thing here on this transition,

doesn't have a lot of real estate

when it comes to wingspan,

so he has to get all of his elbows

tucked in there, everything.

This transition hard here.

- And this is gonna be the challenge.

- Yeah, that gap is pretty big for a guy with a small wingspan.

- Nice reach though. - Nice.

- Locking in, does he have enough left?

On to the final pipe. Look at this.

- He came here and means business.

He has five rings tattooed on his back for a reason.

This dude's an Olympian.

- He was the shortest male to conquer

the old 14-foot Warped Wall,

but he's never faced this new one, which is 14 1/2 feet.

Real Scary Stories and Things That Happened To People - Duration: 10:01.

Hey Guys, I finnaly arrived back home, and I received quite a number of emails while

I was gone.

Today I want to share 3 creepy stories, that really happened to viewers of my channel Frostmare.

They were sent in from all around the globe.

Many of you know, that scary stories and sightings take place at night.. which makes us even

more afraid of the unknown, that might be the cause of the nightly disturbance.

Here are 3 Scary Stories That Really Happened to People.

I have thought for some time now untill I decided to send you this.

My english is not the best so I hope to get the words right.

I do not know if this story is supernatural or it was just an asshole pranking us.

But to be true it changed my life.

I remember the things as if they had happened yesterday.

First of all I am 33 years old now and the story happened when I was about 15.

Back then we did not have mobile phones.

Because of that I can not provide any video or picture of it.

My sister Nancy is about two years younger than me.

Back in the days we where home alone very often.

Our father had left us long ago and our mother was away a lot due to her job.

Because of that we often stayed out long and no one would care if we even stayed away the

whole night.

That day we went for a hike in the forrest surrounding our hometown.

We lost a bit track of the time and got surprized by heavy rain.

Within a few minutes we got soaked.

This forced us to take cover in an old house in the area.

We had explored this house multiple times sooner.

Like always in such regions there where some urban legends that where supposed to keep

the kids away from the place but only lead to us wanting to explore it even more.

The house was two stories high with an attic and a small basement.

All in all it was in good shape even if it was abandoned for that long.

Some windows have been thrown in and some of the furniture was trashed by rowdies.

But at least it would provide us some shelter form the rain.

Since we have been here a lot of times during the past we knew wich roomes where intact

and one seemed perfect for our purposes.

It was the parents bedroom as we suposed.

The room was not trashed like the others all things where intact.

The only door to the room was lockable in case we needed it.

We decided to wait for the rain to end.

So we took of our wet clothes and made ourselfs as comfortable as we could.

I told Nancy to take a nap while I would keep an eye on the surrounding.

It did not take long until she had fallen asleep and I listened to the rain outside

and her silent breathing.

Somehow I felt unease.

The feeling when you know something is wrong but you can not point it ou.

Suddenly I heard a sound from the stairway and was imediatly alerted.

I grabed the next thing I could find and slowely walked toward the staircase to look down.

I could see nothing in the dark.

That was when I heard a wisper from right next to me.

It sounded like someone was laughing.

Right after that I felt a cold breeze and the door to the room my sister was in fell

shut.

I rushed to the door and tried to open it.

But it would not move an inch.

I was panicing.

I wanted to run but could not leave Nancy behind.

I hit the door as hard as I could and yelled my sisters name.

From inside I heared some loud bangs as if something huge was thrown through the room.

After what felt like an eternity it was silent again.

I banged at the door once more and without any resistance it just swung open.

After the first moment of unbelive I rushed into the room.

It was empty.

No trace of my sister except her clothes where she left them.

There was no way she could have gotten out unless she climbed out of the window.

I searched the room.

Under the bed.

Behind the curtains.

Everywhere I could imagine her to hide.

The closet drew my attention at it.

It was the last thing to search.

Finaly I opened the closet.

My heart missed a beat when I saw her in there.

She was still sleeping.

Tied up upside down hanging from the top of the closet.

She did not seem hurt.

So I untied and grabed Nancy and ran out of the house.

Not looking back.

It felt like someone was following us so I did not stop until we where at home.

This scared me so much I never entered that house again not even during daytime.

I'm from Indonesia land ive and grew up in a small town, where I experience my horror

story when I was in high school.

I still remember it was a long holiday, my friends and i decided to have a barbeque party.

There's 8 of us, we had our BBQ party in the middle of the night about 11 or 12 at night.

We finished bout 2am. after the BBQ party we didnt know what to do, so we watched this

horror movie called Shutter, which is a horror flick from Thailand.

We finished the movie at 3.30 in the morning, so we had the crazy idea that we should go

out with our motorcycles and go around the city get to some fresh air.

Four motorcycles.. we paired up and headed out.

At first it was so much fun, there was no one in the city except for us.

And what happend next, I never thought would happen to me cause i never had a gift to see

things that are not human.

we're passing through a Chinese graveyard, then a street market and theres this place

where everyone said that this road is supposed to be really haunted (Called angker in Indonesia

language) because on that road, so many people had accidents, others were seeing things at

this place..

plus theres lots of trees, not so much lights and there's a river below that road.

At first, nothing happen and the second time through the road, I tried to see left and

right, breathe some fresh air, so I look up see the trees.

When I turned to the left side, I suddenly saw something white in a tree . It was a huge

tree btw.

I didn't know what it was when I saw it, so i kept watching that thing because we were

moving slow and nobody noticed it besides me.

Suddenly that thing started to fly from tree to tree.. right in the sky above me.

I was really shocked like seriously.

I hugged my friend and told him with a worried voice lets get out of here! please move faster!

He looked confused about what I just said and he he definitely wasnot moving any faster.

At some point we're catching up with my other friends and then we finally get of that creepy

road.

We stopped outside of my friends house , and he imemdiately asked me what happened.

Shivering over my whole body, with a pale face I then told him that I saw something

white, like a human and it flew above us.

They try to comfort me saying that it probably was an owl.

But For me theres no way a white owl exists in in Indonesia .. especially in small town.

If it reall was an owl I probably would have seen its wings when it flew.. but i know what

i saw, it was like a human wearing something white, it was so clear to me.

Everytime i remember that thing in my head, i got chills till now, i just never believed

that i could see something like that with my own two eyes.

In retrospec.. it probaly was a kuntilanak.

I remember when I was young , around 6 years old.

I came home from a concert with my family and I fell asleep around 8 PM.

I woke up between 11-2 am needing to go to the bathroom.

I felt a presence near me, I was on the right side of my bed , when I turned around to the

left side I saw a figure sleeping next to me.

I quickly ran to the light of my room and saw 'something' in my bed.

I came close and examined the body.

It was a man .. the blanket was over his lower half but he was naked from the top.

I could tell it was a man.

It didn't seem natural.

His skin was very pale with a slight gray tint; He had ruby rose lips and long black

hair that spread across my pillow he was sleeping on.

I started to panic and went to my parents' bedroom.

I crawled in the middle of the bed between my parents and quickly closed my eyes to make

assure myself it was all a nightmare.

As I fell asleep I saw a figure slowly walking across the room with my eyes closed.

The next morning I woke up on the right side to my dad.

I knew it was all a bad dream but I turned over to my mom on the left side and saw him

again , sleeping, same position.

I quickly turned to my dads side and took the blanket of my dads side because I was

feeling cold.

There he is again , sleeping on my dads legs.

I didn't want to wake up my parents because I feared what this man would do.

I fell asleep.

I woke up with my parents both up watching the TV , I asked my dad, " where is the monster

?" My dad said he ran away with his jacket and he wasn't going to come back.

I knew he wouldn't believe what I would say so I blew it off.

My mom told me to throw her clothes to the laundry basket.

The thing is , it was outside my room.

I was too scared to go . I told my mom I couldn't because he was in my room.

She also didn't believe me , since I was a kid , and kids are full of imaginary stories.

From that moment I always had this on my mind.

It bothers me that my parents don't still believe what I saw.

It wasn't a lucid dream or a nightmare.

it was real.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-013 are to be kept in a Secure Storage Vault at Site-66.

Exposed subjects are to be monitored for differences between their symptoms.

Exposed subjects are to be interviewed daily, and any changes in perception are to be logged.

Description: SCP-013 is the collective designation of 242 cigarettes which display similar anomalies.

The most common external detail between instances is the presence of the words "Blue Lady"

hand-written on each cigarette in blue ink.

Subjects who consume the contents of SCP-013 through inhalation will begin to perceive

themselves as a specific unidentified woman.

Subjects have described the woman to be aged between 25 and 35 years old, standing approximately

1.6 metres tall with an estimated weight of between 50 and 55 kg.

Additional recurring details include cropped dark hair, blue eyes, and bright blue lipstick.

Immediately after consuming an instance of SCP-013, subjects will gradually begin to

perceive reflections of themselves as having the features of the woman, and will gradually

perceive their bodies changing to reflect her appearance over the course of the following

weeks.

All changes are entirely mental; the subject's body does not change outwardly, only their

perception of themselves.

These alterations are permanent, and cannot be reversed.

SCP-013 was discovered after the suicide of an Ian Miles, packed in a large cardboard

crate in his apartment.

A cursory search of the apartment uncovered several hundred sketches of a figure strongly

resembling the one perceived while under 013's effect.

Miles' body had been found sitting at a desk, dead of a massive overdose and draped over

a handwritten note, transcribed below.

During the investigation of Miles' apartment, one civilian investigator became affected

by 013's effect.

An embedded Agent soon contacted the nearest Site; the subject, the artifact, and related

evidence were extracted and contained.

Currently, two hundred seventeen instances of SCP-013 cigarettes are contained at Bio-Site

66; twenty-five SCP-013 cigarettes are contained at Research Sector-09, pending future research

into similar anomalous effects.

this is a woman who knows how to adapt,

She is gifted.

this season the top five women move on to the city finals,

and Barclay Stockett putting herself

We've seen so many competitors-- ooh, whoa, whoa, excuse me.

- Well, she almost fell twice,

By the end, you can see in her face she was hurting

and couldn't quite get that last pipe.

Brent Steffensen at the San Antonio Qualifiers - American Ninja Warrior 2017 - Duration: 3:12.

Well, Steffensen was the king of "Ninja Warrior"

back in season four, went farther than anyone.

He's been to the Vegas finals six times in all.

- That's right, but last season,

he did not hit a buzzer,

so he wants to get back there tonight,

especially with his hometown watching.

- Well, obstacles are his life.

He and Kacy run the Alpha Warrior gym,

based here in San Antonio.

Fell on the fifth obstacle last year in Oklahoma City.

Still moved on to the finals,

but it was a disappointment for him.

But we still know he is an explosive athlete.

- Yeah, he's just got to turn it on.

That's all we need to see out of Brent Steffensen.

Turn it on. He's got to get back to the old Brent Steffensen.

- 5'9", 155, this is a guy,

high-level trampoline athlete.

Ooh, good balance.

- That thing almost spun backwards and took him with it.

- Whoo! - Yeah, Brent!

- Lots of top ninjas here in San Antonio,

and all watching Brent Steffensen right now.

This is the first time he's seen the Sky Hooks, the new obstacle.

Steffensen, excellent body control and awareness,

should be right at home on this obstacle.

Now the second one, which is a foot and a half longer here.

- That's a big jump right there.

- Went down to one hand but quickly recovers

and now moves over to go after that final hook.

He's got it, and that was smooth out of Steffensen,

and that's got to feel good, looking at the crowd smiling,

but this will be his first time taking on the Pipefitter.

- But I like it, a good, aggressive pace

at the start here on the Pipefitter.

- Yeah, that's right. Let it go. Let it flow.

- Good transition. - Last year we saw him fall

on the fifth obstacle.

Now it's just transitioning.

We talk about this transition. It is wicked.

- You can see he's having trouble figuring it out.

- You see him locking--using the locking technique

to make sure he doesn't slip off.

- Using that right hand, grabbing the left one,

his arms extended.

Akbar, I'm not sure how much he has left.

- He better criss-cross applesauce on that sucker.

- Oh, my.

- Ooh! Lock it, lock it, lock it!

- Can he hold on? - Lock it, homie!

- Yes!

Steffensen survives the Pipefitter.

- Hey, you're back, baby! You're back!

all: Beat that wall! Beat that wall!

- And this will be the first time

he's faced this new 14 1/2-foot wall.

- Big time, prime time. Big time, prime time.

- Show time, all time! - That's it!

- Whoo!

- Almost 700 days since his last buzzer, but he looks strong.

- That was amazing! Whoo!

right now i'm in my walk-in closet

it seems like a room tour but it isn't

because it's still such a mess in here

you guys requested a lot on how to pack for your holiday

so i've decided that today while packing for my upcoming trip to the beach, which is Phu Quoc btw

i'm going to film this vlog to bring you guys with me

and maybe you'd learn a packing tip or two!

i'm having my home bun lol not sure if it's making my face chubby

but it's okay~

i saw a lot of people were judging her on the internet

the story was shocking

but i hope that you'd have a more forgiving perspective to her situation

because we're not in her situation, we don't have to face the people she has to face everyday, we don't have to suffer the things she's suffering

so we don't have the right to judge her life and her actions

i know it's terrible to take away a child's life

of course everyone should get angry when they hear this

but to judge the lady

i think we should learn to be more understanding

because our situations aren't for sure the best

i hope that you'd look further and be more understanding because in this life, in our society and out there in the world, there are much worse situations

so instead of judging and insulting them

we should feel thankful that our life is good, our life is better than theirs

and we don't have to suffer the things they are suffering

we're luckier, and we shouldn't use that to bring others down

i got this bikini

the flowers are too cute

and i haven't got a blue bikini so this immediately caught my eyes the moment i saw it

i already told you about this brand 6ixty8ight in my previous haul video

they have so many cute stuff in the store

i'm in love with it

and i had to drop by to see their new collection while i was in Taipei

and i also dropped by a store called

they have lovely homewear

and some of them, like this one, were made of terrycloth

super soft and comfy~

i think i'm going to bring this to wear to bed

now i have 4 pieces of clothes, 2 swimsuits and a sleeping gown

i got a lot of questions from you guys about which bra i use

and clearly as you can see i'd like to set them free~

if you're not comfortable going braless then you can choose to wear sticky bra

this is a sticky bra that i normally use

i got these from 6ixty8ight but i think it's sold in Vietnam too

this bra is magical, i don't know how they made it so sticky but you can actually wash them after use, and they'll be sticky again when dried

this can be used in a pretty long time, but i think it's because i don't use it much

but if you use it more frequently than i do, maybe it can last for 1~2 months? (or 2~3)

and if i don't use the bra i'll use these nippies

when i wear something that would reveal too much of my nips then i'd cover them up with these

i heard that you guys are revising and preparing for your exams

when you study for your exams you should spend time on yourselves too

when you're under stress it's really hard to study

you should relax your mind

should acquire an effective schedule which provides time to study and time to play

it'll help you produce efficient work too

like what i did last week, i was too exhausted so i took a week off

so when i'm back making videos i feel more refreshed and energetic and have more ideas

so my advice is you shouldn't just burry yourselves in revision, but spend some time away to nurture your soul and mind

i'm going to roll it inside this bikini because i want to keep the form of the pads

one more important thing, when you're at the beach your hair gets easily oily because of the salt in the air

and it's hard to do your hair everyday

so i'm bringing this dry shampoo

i got this one in travel size which can be kept in a bag

this one is from Batiste

it's best to use the dry shampoo on the second day

should wash your hair on the third day

this applies to when you're at the beach because like i said, it easily gets oily

alright it's done! (update: i forgot to pack the SPF so you should do that)

ready for the beach yay!

i keep my accessories, skincare, makeup, shoes, sunglasses on this side

and clothes are on this side

and some accessories that i cannot keep on this side

i'll leave this one faced down so it'll be better protected

when closed everything will be intact

okay now i'm ready for my summer vacation~

a lot of you asked why i know so many clothing brands

it's because of my Mom

my Mom is really stylish

i learned a lot from her since young

my Mom is the woman who inspired me so much in fashion and styles

thanks Mom ♡

and i also learned from traveling

because the stores in Vietnam are limited so traveling equals shopping to me

and i got to know a lot of brands so when i travel i can go shop for them lol
