If you're lucky enough to have what

I like to call "bonus rooms," it's

important to get them right.

A bonus room is basically a non-essential room

that you can use as a family room,

a game room, office, laundry suite, whatever you like.

What's most important is that these spaces fit

your family's needs and lifestyle

and that they're well defined.

I was fortunate enough to have some space

off one end of my kitchen that I turned into a family

room and game room.

So now when someone's in the kitchen cooking,

guests and family can interact with them.

Just because you have five bedrooms,

it doesn't mean they have to be bedrooms.

I had a master wing and then three bedrooms leftover.

So I took the big, awkward skinny room,

divided it into two, and staged them as specialty spaces.

Now I have one of them as an office,

one of them as a family room.

Painting that picture for a buyer,

telling them the purpose of a room

helps them picture themselves in the space better.

My favorite room out of all the bonus rooms

was the one that used to be used as a theater.

Now it's a multi-functioning space that can either be a man

cave, a she shed, or it's just a private space that the kids

can kick back and have fun.

I find that a lot of buyers today actually work from home,

so having a home office for me is a must.

I love the fact that I had enough room here for two

desks and lots of storage.

So it almost gives that his and hers feel for that home

office environment.

If they ever needed to have that fifth bedroom back, just pull

out the office furniture and the storage, and bam,

it's back to a bedroom.

It's you and me, Megatron.

No, it's just me, Prime.

At the end of this day, one shall stand, one shall fall.

You still fight for the weak! That is why you lose!

Fighter jets in 60 seconds.

We got friendlies mixed with bad guys. Targets will be marked.

Hey.

Bring the rain. All right?

All right, let's kill these things.

- Move, move, move! - Remember, aim low.

Armor's weak under the chest.

Target marked. Still waiting.

Time on target, 20 seconds.

F-22s, we're still waiting.

Move out!

Incoming!

Weapons armed. Status green.

Run! Move!

Second wave's on approach.

What is that? Break off!

- Copy. - It's either a massive amount of...

Two, get a lock! Pop that guy!

Stay on him. Keep him in your sights.

Take him out!

Two's down!

I'll kill you!

Mine! All Spark!

Sam! Put the Cube in my chest! Now!

Sam!

No, Sam!

Hold up.

You left me no choice, brother.

Sam, I owe you my life.

We are in your debt.

Prime, we couldn't save him.

Jazz.

We lost a great comrade

but gained new ones.

Thank you, all of you.

You honor us with your bravery.

Permission to speak, sir?

Permission granted, old friend.

You speak now?

I wish to stay with the boy.

If that is his choice.

Yes.

Gentlemen, the President has ordered Sector Seven be terminated

and the remains of the dead aliens disposed of.

The Laurentian Abyss is seven miles below sea level,

deepest place on our planet.

The massive depth and pressure there, coupled with subfreezing temperatures,

would crush and entomb them,

leaving no evidence.

With the All Spark gone, we cannot return life to our planet.

And fate has yielded its reward,

a new world to call home.

We live among its people now, hiding in plain sight,

but watching over them in secret,

waiting, protecting.

I have witnessed their capacity for courage.

And though we are worlds apart,

like us, there's more to them than meets the eye.

taking refuge among the stars.

We are here.

We are waiting.

Portrait Composition Get in Closer: You Keep Shooting with Bryan Peterson - Duration: 2:13.

I'm pretty happy about

what just took place here

between myself and the young

and beautiful Sophie.

I had an opportunity;

one to photograph her

and I really haven't photographed

a child this age since my own kids

were this age that age.

That's a number of years ago,

so number two

it also gives me the opportunity

to share with all of you

a couple of the common mistakes

made by moms and dads

when photographing

their own kids

or the neighborhood children.

The biggest problem

that one faces when photographing

simple portraits,

as I call them,

is that the photographer

doesn't get close enough,

so as you continue to

look at that photograph

you might be asking yourself

Bryan what's wrong with it?

It looks fabulous.

Well the fact of the matter is

this is also a style issue with me

but I personally think you need to get closer.

As you will notice in much of my work

when shooting portraits

I have a tendency to get in so close

that I actually crop a little bit

into the hairline area.

Take a look at this next picture

of Sophie, compare the two,

side-by-side.

The intimacy in my mind is greater

when I come in simply by moving

two or three feet

and fill the frame up more with her face.

Now this idea of course

is not limited exclusively

to what I just did here

with Sophie as I've done this kind of composition

with people all over the world

and most importantly the idea

of creating these more intimate portraits

is certainly not limited to adults.

It's very possible to convey

a level of intimacy

when also photographing children

and then sharing those results

with the people around you.

As I've often said to my students

in my online photography school

you are two feet short

of a compelling composition

which simply means,

pick up both feet

walk two feet closer

and fill the frame up even more.

It's a simple idea but it

has a tremendous amount of value,

as is true with most things

in photography,

the simpler the idea,

the cleaner the composition.

Hey until next time

this is Bryan Peterson

reminding all of you,

You Keep Shooting.

Primitive Technology: Big Wooden Mortar And Pestle | Corn Meal Gruel - Duration: 14:06.

I was careful to select a dry piece of hardwood as this would be an arduous and time consuming task.

This project required surprisingly few coals, but would need them over a long period of time as it was slow going.

The first burn was easy as the wood was free of soot and ready for combustion.

It become obvious that a metal ring would be needed to keep the coals from burning out the whole log.

Plenty of oxygen is necessary to keep the coals hot and working.

Burning and scraping adds up over time, this is the first big depression formed.

Clay was used to protect the edges of the log from burning through completely.

I managed to burn down about 1-2 inches per hour.

Once soot has formed, it stops burning, so this must be scraped.

I actually lost my shoe in the mud, see to the end for the outtake!

Hand drill friction fires are more reliable in this cool, humid climate.

Keeping the drill in place for a few moments avoids disturbing the delicate ember and keeps heat in.

Fan the ember to give it oxygen without blowing it apart.

Letting a cedar ember sit is better since it will form a clump and hold together.

It's now a nice solid mass.

I have very little birch here, but cedar is quite plentiful.

This is regular field corn (usually fed to cows). It is quite hard and needs to be parched to crush well.

Scorching it lightly makes it brittle.

This is almost nearly in real time. It worked surprisingly well.

A sifter would be useful to remove some of the un-crushed corn and make a finer corn meal.

I added more water as it boiled off and was absorbed. Field corn is particularly hard and needs to be boiled over low heat.

These wild black walnuts were saved from last fall.

Removing the nut meat can be tedious.

They often need to be re-crushed.

Adding black walnut to the corn gruel.

Maple syrup harvested from this property.

Wild strawberries are in season in late June.

They are small, but pack a lot of flavor.

Back walnut corn gruel topped with wild strawberries and maple syrup.

It really was good!

Woodturning Out-Of-Round Bowl - Duration: 7:37.

Hi, Alan Stratton, from As Wood Turns (www.AsWoodTurns.com) At the Utah Woodturning Symposium, one presentation

that I like a lot was Julio Marcolongo.

He made the point that the wood we turn does not have to be round.

I took that to heart, came home and found a piece of walnut, roughed out some sort of

triangular – almost shape, connected with arcs, and made this little bowl with some

weird shapes on the perimeter, some different shapes here on the bottom.

But still hollowed out to be a bowl.

Somewhat odd, somewhat misshapen.

One would hardly expect that it was from a lathe.

One might think it was carved.

But it was made on the lathe.

Let's make this odd shaped, wooden bowl.

The extent of my planning was to draw a rough triangle on the surface of the wood and then

to mark the center of each side.

Then I've mounted the wood between a large faceplate and the live center.

For now, I'm marking the arc of the swing.

Then I'll go to the band saw to trim the wood close to my line.

This wood is already significantly off center, I need to reduce it as much as possible.

Now back to the lathe.

For a bit more security, I'm applying some hot melt glue.

The tailstock provides clamping pressure but cannot hold against rotational force.

The hot melt serves this purpose.

I've turned up the lathe speed, I cannot avoid vibration but I'll keep it on the

low end.

Using my large bowl gouge, I'm trimming the circumference then cutting a simple profile.

I have to use very light pressure since at least two thirds of the time, I'm cutting

air.

I'm focusing on very light pressure also to avoid gouge bounce.

My guide is the ghost image at the top edge but I also need to stop frequently to check

my progress.

Finally, I'm using my heavy bowl scraper to take out the tear out before sanding this

section of the profile.

To sand, I'm using my 2" power sander with the lathe OFF.

Next, I'm shifting the axis.

I've cut away my pre-planned axis point.

So, I'm picking a point that has enough wood under it that the walnut will not tip.

This point is approximately toward the point I had planned.

Then mark the new arc before a trip to the bandsaw.

Now back at the lathe, I'm mounting it to the new axis point and anchoring it down with

hot melt glue.

Again, using my bowl gouge, I'm working the new section of the circumference.

I can turn the speed up just a little since the wood is still very off balance.

Little by little is still the name of the game.

I constantly check the ghost image and stop frequently to visually inspect

Again, the large bowl scraper is very useful to remove tearout.

Again, I'm power sanding the new edge with the lathe off.

Now, I'm finding an axis point to refine the final arc of the perimeter before a trip

to the band saw.

Then again, press the wood to the faceplate with the tail stock and anchor it with a few

dabs of hot melt glue.

Now for the final edge arc.

This one has wound up to be shorter than the first two arcs.

But who said they have to be regular.

We'll just have to see how this bowl turns out.

Again, I'm using my large bowl gouge to shape the arc.

The wood is still off balance but I can turn up the speed a little bit.

And a last bit of clean up with the heavy bowl scraper before again power sanding the

perimeter with the lathe OFF.

Now I'm pressing the wood between the faceplate and the tailstock.

After a little bit of cleaning of the bottom, I'm measuring for and cutting a tenon.

Then shave a little more to form an interface to the sides.

Now I'm reversing the bowl to mount it to a scroll chuck on the freshly cut tenon.

Now to hollow the interior.

The exterior is not concentric with the axis.

I'll have to be careful in hollowing to not blow through the side.

I quickly identify the side most at risk.

Then carefully trim out to the outermost lip and hollow down the interior.

Easy does it.

I'm happy with the look of the hollow.

There is a lot of bottom thickness but I'll let it go for now.

Finally, a little touch up with a heavy bowl scraper before sanding.

I power sanded the lip with the lathe off and hand sanded the bowl with the lathe running.

This part is regular so I can use the lathe's rotation.

I'm finishing as much of the bowl as possible with brushing lacquer and wiping off the excess.

I measured the thickness at the bottom.

I have plenty of wood to remove the entire tenon.

I'm pressing the bowl against a faceplate with the tailstock.

I'll be gentle.

I'm also cutting a couple of decorative coves in the bottom.

This will also reduce the bowls weight to be more in line with its size.

After sanding, signing, and more sanding, I'm applying more lacquer to the bottom

and to the entire bowl.

Then giving it a good buffing.

There I have my not round walnut bowl.

It is definitely not a traditional bowl.

It definitely has character and will make people wonder if it was carved.

But no, it was shaped and turned on a lathe.

I could make it more regular with good planning but what's the fun in that.

As an off center project, it is a bit scary.

Not a beginner project -- it was fun to challenge myself.

Now that it is finished, I think there is a better way that will not be such a challenge.

More on that later.

The wheels are turning.

That's a wrap - we'll see you again next week for another woodturning video.

Please give this video a thumbs up, subscribe and tell your friends.

Always wear your full face shield –goggles are not enough protection.

Until next week, this is Alan Stratton from As Wood Turns dot com.

It took us a year to get Tim Hortons (Canada Pt 1) - Duration: 10:32.

Hey guys, it's Sarah here from sarahntripity and welcome to my vlog.

Today I am so excited because my best friend, Madeline, and I

are going to Toronto, Canada.

Oh my gosh! I am so excited.

You guys have no idea.

We've actually been planning this trip technically speaking for a year now.

Because last year,

pretty much... yeah, almost to the day,

Madeline and I went to Europe together.

And right before we went to Ireland,

we had a quick like 3/4 hour layover in Canada,

specifically in Toronto,

and while we were there we just absolutely loved it.

We just knew that we had to come back.

So we figured that either over winter break,

or over the summer sometime,

we would definitely take a road trip together back to Canada,

because we absolutely loved it.

So that's what this trip is.

It's a year later, almost to the day, like I said...

we're finally taking that quick road trip to Canada.

Umm, so it's about 9 hours to Toronto from us.

So I didn't want to do a really long 9 hour drive,

so we decided to split it up into 2 days.

So the first day we're just going to be driving to New York,

which is about 6 hours away or so,

and then we're going to spend the night there,

then the next day we're going to drive the remaining 3,

and spend the rest of the day in Canada...

well really the rest of the week.

So I am so excited for this.

Basically the next couple of vlogs are going to be me and Madeline in Canada.

I'm trying to do it, I think...

day by day.

I think that'll look the best,

but maybe I could split it up more than that...

or I don't know. It kind of depends I guess on how much footage I take... how much we're doing.

That kind of thing.

But either way the next couple of vlogs are going to be a lot of fun,

so make sure you guys stay tuned for all of them.

It's going to great. It's going to be a cute little mini series... lots of fun.

As always thank you guys again for subscribing,

you're absolutely amazing.

I love you all and have a great day.

We're on our way to Canada!

Well I guess New York right now.

New York first, then Canadia!

Maryland! Whoo!

Pennsylvania welcomes you. State of independence.

S: Alright, we're currently in... are we in Pennsylvania? M: We're in Pennsylvania.

S: We're in Pennsylvania and we're going to stop really quickly at a rest stop.

S: Starbucks, Subway, something. M: Midway service plaza.

S: Yes, midway service plaza specifically.

S: And I have to pee really badly M: Yeah.

Alright we just finished up at the rest stop.

I got a chicken biscuit thing,

and you got some sort of egg/ croissant thing...

breakfast sandwich, yeah.

They were actually really good. I was pretty impressed with it.

So now we're back on the road.

I think we have about 3.5 more hours. So we're going to get to New York very soon.

Alright so we just found out that we're going to be following this really intimidating and scary truck,

for the next 15 miles and we can't get around it.

So that truck with all of the trees on it...

the crane just shifted down and scared us a lot.

And we ended up pulling over because we didn't like being behind it,

so we're letting it get really far ahead because it was just way too scary.

Ok, we're going back on the road

M: We don't want to get behind... S: Oh my gosh that was so scary.

That was terrifying

We both were just screaming

Oh my gosh. We're ok, we're ok.

M: Really cute windmills though S: There are some pretty windmills you guys can see.

So we just passed through... no we're passing through

Currently we're passing through Allegany State Park.

It's in Pennsylvania and I think part of it might be in New York

Yeah, so we're driving through that.

And then right after that we're going to head to our New York hotel.

S: Which is in Jamestown. M: Yes.

Spend the night there... well I mean we're going to do some stuff there.

...Spend the night there and then tomorrow we're going to drive the extra 3 hours to Canada.

Ok we just arrived to Allegany State Park in New York.

The very very edge of New York.

and it's super pretty.

I like it so far. We're kind of at this beach picnic type area... there's a whole bunch of people here.

I think we're just going to walk around the beach and get some fresh air

because we have been in the car for like 6/ 6.5 hours.

It's nice to get some fresh air, kind of stretch, get some nice sunshine.

So that's what we're going to do.

So that building over there is the park restaurant.

You have people canoeing over there.

S: And then you cannot bring inflatables here. M: Kayaking.

Sorry kayaking, she's right.

I've gotten under 2000 steps today..

I think we should go walking.

Ok so about a year ago,

Madeline and I drove all the way down to Virginia Beach

because we looked online and saw that they had a Tim Hortons there.

And then we got there and it was on...

It was on a Naval Base, so we couldn't get in because of security reasons.

S: It was cool though because we did other stuff so it was fine. M: Yeah, yeah.

S: So anyway we just followed her phone...

M: Google maps! S: Google maps! To look up a Tim Hortons by our hotel...

S: We get here and it's... M: A shopping center!

It's just a grocery store!

So twice! Twice this has happened to us!

And all we've been wanting for the past year is Tim Hortons.

Ever since I got it at the airport last year.

And I don't understand why it's so hard for us to get it.

I don't understand. So if we don't get it I'm seriously going to bawl my eyes out.

It was on the sign on the highway so there has to be one here!

I see a Wendy's...

Oh yes! Tim Hortons! Tim Hortons!

There it is! There it is!

S: It took us a year to get here! Literally! M: Literally a year!

I love it so much.

It's good. It's good.

So we just made it to our hotel in New York.

So far it's really nice. I actually really like it.

Super cute.

Nice, really big tv actually.

And then our view...

Pretty cute. Nice little town.

Ok so they basically have a map of the entire town

painted in this really nice mural here

Umm, let's see. Did we go to any of this yet?

M: We're about to go to the movie theater over there. S: Yes, we're about to go to the movie theater.

I think we passed a lot of this, but we didn't go to it.

It's really pretty.

And then right behind it, is this really nice space here.

With all of this amazing artwork.

There's Shawbucks.

Not to be confused with Starbucks.

And there's the hotel.

Ok we were just driving to our hotel, and we saw these weird signs that said "texting stop."

10 miles, 5 miles, 2 miles, then we're here...

It's literally just a parking lot for people to pull over and text.

If you liked this video make sure to give it a thumbs up

and subscribe.

Thank you guys again for watching, and have a great day!

Thank you!

On The Attainment Of Universal Consciousness - Duration: 13:04.

On The Attainment Of Universal Consciousness

Universal Consciousness is attained when a person has a lasting experience in which they

see through their illusion of separateness, and lose their separate self-consciousness.

Their consciousness then merges with the Universe thus they experience being

One with the Universe.

This is often the result of going through a conscious psychological death experience,

brought on by meditation and other aspects of a spiritual path.

The illusion of separateness dissolves in the awareness of Oneness.

And with the dissolution of the illusion of separateness, the separate self seems

to die, and a rebirth occurs.

Separate self consciousness is transcended and transformed.

The dominant consciousness becomes that of the Inner Self, the part of us that is the

Universal Spirit thus, we have Universal Consciousness.

When experienced properly, a person is never the same, and never sees things the

same way again.

From then on, all things are understood in the light of the biggest picture, in

the light of being One with the Universal Spirit (God).

Selfishness thus becomes a thing of the past.

This is also called achieving enlightenment, and a few other names.

The difference between having separate self-consciousness, or having Universal Consciousness, is, like

night and day.

Consider an environmentalist who has expanded his/her separate self consciousness to include

concern for ecology.

This is good.

And if being aware of the flow and balance of Earths nature is good, imagine the significance

of being really aware of the flow and balance, of all things of the entire Universe?

And if being concerned about all humans on Earth is good, what about being devoted to

caring for all life within the entire Universe?

A person who has attained Universal Consciousness, has transcended separate self consciousness,

and thus sees infinitely more, understands infinitely more.

Imagine being able to see the outcome of many of your actions in advance or

whether or not you see the outcome, being able to know if what you are doing is

really going to ultimately help, or ultimately harm.

That is just a small nothing.

What if you really had an awareness of being One with everything even the Creator,

even all other separate selves?

How would you see things then?

And how would you treat everyone and everything?

If you absolutely KNOW that every person you are dealing with, is you, just in a different

form, how will you treat yourself (others)?

Is there any point in stealing from yourself?

Hurting yourself?

Is there any point in being tyrannical with yourself?

It would make no sense, there would be no point if you really believed that to be true.

A being with Universal Consciousness Loves everyone unselfishly, and is (within the needs

of Universal flow) giving, kind, compassionate, caring, knowing, and harmless (that doesnt

mean incapable of defending the innocent).

Why?

Is it because the person has read something that made them that way?

Studied to be that way?

Trained to be that way?

No.

Maybe such things were stepping stones on the path towards attainment of that consciousness,

but once there, the fact is that being any other way simply makes no sense to someone

with Universal Consciousness.

It just is their reality it is just natural.

It is similar with people at any level of consciousness.

A basically decent person is not just trying to be basically decent, moral, or law-abiding.

It comes somewhat naturally depending on what they have made of themselves throughout their

lifetimes.

And they can and will digress towards greater selfishness given the right situation.

Everyone just manifests the level of their consciousness and for most, it moves in

a certain range, wavering between selfishness, and unselfishness to varying degrees, and

shifts at different times in their lives, and depending on the circumstances they are

subjected to.

It is as natural for a person with Universal Consciousness to be totally giving, as it

is for a person with separate self consciousness to be selfish.

A person with separate self consciousness is focused inward, and thus they are like

an energy vacuum, a black hole, always trying to get energy.

But a person with Universal Consciousness is focused outward, and thus they are like

an energy beacon, a Sun, always giving energy.

So piercing this illusion of separation, and attaining Universal Consciousness, is the

answer to the entire worlds problems.

If everyone had Universal Consciousness, there would be no need for the kind of governments

we have now, for all would be governed as One from within themselves.

Just imagine a world in which everyone is conscientious, caring, and responsible.

And where such behaviour is not coerced by threat of prison or death, or even convincing

of any kind.

No need for religions to try and influence people to behave morally.

No need for police, armies, government, etc., because Unselfish Love and service to Universal

Will is all fixed within every being what paradise!

We may never achieve this on Earth, then again, we may.

But there are planes of existence other than the physical plane on Earth, into which only

Universally Conscious beings can enter.

Paradise does already exist.

There are also major personal psychological changes that come from attaining Universal

Consciousness.

The seriousness and significance of things that you once considered very important,

will change.

How important such and such is, will now be viewed in a much greater light, and

its true importance determined there.

Things that previously may have upset you or been desirable to you, may lose their impact

because they pale in significance when seen within the context of awareness of all things.

For instance, how can the paper boy throwing the paper behind the bushes upset you very

much, when you are truly and constantly in mental touch with such things as the

starvation going on in the world, the fact that another species just became extinct while

you were reading the headline, the vision of what will happen when the poles shift,

what life is like when you have the consciousness of lava on Saturn, and on and on and on.

Also, with such a radical consciousness change, some things that you may have previously taken

for granted, or that you found enjoyable, can change dramatically, as far as how you

experience them.

For instance, how can a football game be very interesting when competition is senseless

to you because you know we are all One, you know we are God?

And worse, you know the game is actually reinforcing separateness, and hostility?

All you see from your Universal viewpoint, is a bunch of we who dont understand

who we are, attacking themselves so some we can win and feel superior, and some we

can lose and feel terrible.

Take for example some beautiful flowers growing.

You think nothing of them other than they are pretty.

When I look at them, I know they may never bloom again.

They could become diseased.

They may go extinct.

I may go blind.

I appreciate them so much more because I am aware of these things.

And when I dont see them anymore, or they die, I dont lament them, because I know

they are living on elsewhere, because all life lives on.

It is a paradox.

When you have Universal Consciousness, you take everything much more seriously, and not

seriously at all.

Nothing can ever really be destroyed, or created.

It can only change form.

For all is One.

Take you for another example.

I Love you.

I truly am aware every moment that I may never see you again on Earth.

You may die tonight.

I may have a stroke when I leave this computer, and be unable to communicate or even grasp

your hand.

So I appreciate you so much more, life so much more, and I cherish our being here right

now.

And thus I behave differently.

If I were to fight with you, and say unkind things, or hurt you in any way, I know I may

never get a chance to make amends, or even apologize, and that would be the way we ended

our relationship here and now.

Even if I wasnt aware that we are a part of each other, and you just arent really

aware of that, I couldnt do anything hurtful either, because I know this is it.

This may be our last chance to be together in this way, or for a long time.

And at the same time, it doesnt matter because we are all just the One, interacting,

changing form, coming in and going out.

The only thing that does matter really, is that those of you who think and believe and

live as separate, are suffering.

Suffering needlessly.

And I feel for you, and want to help you.

That is all I am really here for.

But how can we really know all these things, and see all these paradoxical things.

How can we keep them all in our consciousness, and be aware of them at the same time and

constantly, all the time?

It just happens when your separate self gives up its illusion surrenders its artificially,

self-created life.

And there are degrees of this.

The closer you get to attaining Universal Consciousness, the greater your point of view

will become, and the more you will intuitively see the whole picture, or whole situation.

The attainment of Universal Consciousness is quite dramatic though, and you cant

help but to see all these things, and be aware of them.

But while a person who has attained Universal Consciousness may see the whole picture

to the greatest extent possible on Earth, even they dont see it all while still embodied.

A completely all-encompassing point of view is not really possible while functioning in

a physical body.

We can achieve this in deep meditation, but when we again return to full physical plane

function, we can only grasp the essence of what we understood in our ultimate point

of view state.

That is why we teach that getting out of our own way, and allowing ourselves to

be an instrument of the Universal Spirit, is the greatest wisdom.

This too, is achieved simultaneously with Universal Consciousness it comes with

the package.

When we have thus become an instrument of the Universal Spirit, we are then always watched

over by our ascended, hierarchical kin, and guided when necessary.

This is not actually mediumship or channelling.

It is still having only our own Inner Being in charge of, or in possession of, our body

and consciousness.

Our Inner Being is One with the Universal Spirit, and when we allow it to come out,

and take control of us, we become an active link in the hierarchical chain of Universally

Conscious beings.

As a part of the chain, we are both led by the movement of the entire chain, and we become

the chain.

While we are still Earth-bound, and fettered by the limitations of the physical plane,

others of our chain (our hierarchical superiors), are not so limited.

They too unselfishly care for all life, but they are in a higher state of conscious Oneness

with the Universe than we on Earth, and have an infinite view.

And as ONE, we can receive guidance from these other parts of our chain, these beautiful

beings who have an unfettered all-encompassing point of view.

They always know what is best, even if it does not seem so, to

us (from our narrow point of view).

One Week of Korean School Lunches - Duration: 1:33.

Hey guys, it's Nathalie here once again and it is lunch time.

I thought it would be really fun to show you a week of school lunches.

So, if you guys want to see what I eat on a regular basis here at my school, then stay

tuned!

My school doesn't have a cafeteria for students, so students wheel these carts to their rooms

and then students are in charge of distributing food to their peers.

They usually eat in groups with their friends.

On the other hand, if you're a teacher you can go to the teacher cafeteria and eat there.

My cafeteria is self-serve so it's first come first serve.

Nearly all public schools in Korea provide free lunch to all students.

And almost all of that food is grown organically.

Just like in the western countries, students really look forward to Wednesday's meal.

Almost nothing comes frozen.

Nearly everything is cooked fresh on the day of consumption.

Our school has its own garden which is sometimes incorporated into our meals during certain

times of the year.

Anyways, I want to know what school lunch looks like in your part of the world?

Leave you comments down below!

Anyways, thanks for watching.

Bye!
