Practice C Major Scale at the Piano - Duration: 7:28.

C Major Scale on the Piano

Two aspects of proper scale practice at the piano include: 1) proper basic technique and

2) knowing the standard fingering, ascending and descending, for each hand,

Proper technique involves not merely the correct finger order; the hand, wrist, forearm, upper

arm, shoulder, upper body, even the lower body, feet, heels and toes, come into play,

for balance.

Basic guidelines include proper sitting position: with both your feet – heels and toes – in

contact with the floor at all times.

Sit on the bench with your knees – only your knees - under the keys.

For the one octave C Major Scale, going up, the fingering order we will use is 1 (thumb),

2, 3, 1 (thumb again), 2, 3, 4, and 1 (thumb again); We will not yet use finger 5 (little

finger) in scale practice, since we will eventually add a second octave to the scale.

Let's do that playing "touch piano" first.

Starting point is the C key one octave above Middle C. While playing, call out the finger

order (1 – thumb – 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1).

Notice that we always start hovering above the keyboard, not in contact with the key,

and do not attempt to "connect" one note or finger to the next scale note; just drop

the whole arm, bouncing from one key to the next.

Concentrate on using the same standard fingering each time.

We'll smooth out the connection between notes later on, after the fingering is solid.

We stopped at the top, because now we want to engage the LH: LH going down uses the same,

identical fingering as the RH, but in the opposite direction, going down the scale to

the Left.

Let's do that playing "touch piano" first.

Our starting key for the LH is the C key one octave BELOW Middle C. While playing, call

out the finger order (1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1).

This is the same order as the RH, except moving in the opposite direction.

Now, we need to get back to where we started.

Each hand simply retraces the finger order in reverse: RH, 1 (thumb), 4, 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1.

So that was the RH descending: Start with thumb on the high C: 1, then 4, 3, 2, 1, then 3,

2, 1.

Now, the LH ascending, same numbering: Start with thumb over the low bass C key: 1, then

4, 3, 2, 1, then 3, 2, 1.

Now, we'll add a second octave. It's easy.

For the RH, simply start the fingering pattern from the Middle C key, continuing on up the

scale to high C.

For the LH, we do the same thing

Start on Middle C, going the opposite direction.

Then, we reverse.

Let's bring the RH down.

1, 4, 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1, 4, 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1.

And the LH:

1, 4, 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1, 4, 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1.

Got it?

Here's some advice: There is no need at this point to practice scales with both hands simultaneously.

In fact, it is probably better for technique that you do not practice scales with both

hands at the same time, yet.

As in any physical sport, muscle coordination and habits become more efficient with repetition.

Make sure you keep reviewing the easy melodies you've learned, and watch the Elements and

Fundamentals videos, to stay up on the theory.

After you master the C scale perfectly, 2 octaves, with either hand, always using this

modified standard fingering, we will introduce a fast system for learning several more scales.

Deconstructing Your Construct

The way you were programmed by opposites was mostly by the confirmation of the insanity

and duality by the external reality which is easily noticeable by the behavior portrayed

It is important to realize right now that we are still in a matrix-hive where billions

are projecting artificial realities sourced from information technology

you are able to manifest what you project within this hive-system.

You do not remain in relativity like everyone else when you do the necessary work.

for yourself and what you have come to believe in the aftermath of the battlefield.

As a youngster, pure from the embedded code, observing dynamics in the matrix can be truly

damaging, especially without a good teacher, which 99% were not fortunate to have.

In fact, due to the many veils prohibiting the light of consciousness, this insane lifestyle

has been passed on from generation to generation.

When you regain your faith in the five elements, you shoot out like a star and you start to

shine independently, irrelative of the rules and laws of man, his god or his society.

Divided Within = Divided Without

One word can make a person as jolly as a graduate student, yet, another can cause that same

person to react in a burning rage.

What is going on in the consciousness of a person that is so incredibly controlled by

views, beliefs and opinions?

It is as if there is a great enemy living in the psyche of such a person that never

seems to disappear, as long as the embedded attachment to an �AS IS� reality is maintained.

Please see the mind�s 4 states of existence.

Something which threatens this unfounded world of attachment is met with an arsenal of debating

troops with the mission of defending the fake reality that has settled from the mind, via

the mind-cooperative (ego) which is holding the soul captive.

The soul-captive is only grateful for another that is knocking at the door of this prison

mansion that it is held hostage in.

Pride, a big indicator that the ego is in control, is a notorious kidnapper and deceiver

of the soul and the stronghold of cognitive dissonance.

How hard is it really to put self or �me� aside and admit that you were wrong all along

with your empty judgments of the world, sourced from the IT (mind).

In Tibetan Buddhism it is old news that the world is the mind, and without the mind there

is no world, and that the mind�s origin is empty (i.e. an illusion), the matrix!

Mind gives rise to matter � matter, which is 99.99% empty space.

Merely an energetic vibration sourced from the AI.

So now, why defend something that is relative to your attachment to nothing in essence?

Maybe in death the irony in this mistake can be embraced when reflected upon.

Letting Go

It seems that for too many people, the idea to let go of everything they have come to

love, or have become attached to, is scary (love is an attachment to a matrix-based construct).

They fail to see the miracle of debasing an obsolete foundation to your existence and

rebuilding new pillars from the Earth itself.

Cosmic laws can only work for those that have their Earth Connection, when the root chakra

is cleared and activated by reconnecting to the Earth element.

By turning words and knowledge back to the five elements (unlearning), the connection

to your whereabouts on Earth is regained, and heaven and Earth can once again meet through

you.

Those that still choose to remain in the old reality by keeping secrets in the soul-center,

will remain under the expired laws of god and man.

How Dividing Within and Without, Rules

Divide and rule is not as much something which was instigated by the ruling elite as an objective

in the running of the world, but more of a mission to set up in the mind�s of the entire

globe.

It only takes one generation to fall under this spell for it to affect the rest of humankind,

which it has done successfully.

When the mind is divided, then it is inevitably ruled by more than one master.

When you are opposed to your own thoughts arising out of old reactive programming, the

only sane thing to do is to be aware of them and observe them.

Witness the old record playing out the expired tune and realize that this is the tune that

paved the path you used to walk inside of the time-track.

Realize that the only power it has over you is when you are inside of time, caught in

relativity to the past, allowing memory to suppress you.

In the now there is no past, present or future.

It is much easier to divide and rule a populace when you divide them within themselves.

Once you are divided within yourself, you, by default run into division and opposition

without.

The within and without parables can be compared to a measuring device that allows consciousness

to perceive itself.

Consciousness had an experiment with itself, whether it was a bad experiment or a good

one, it does not matter.

The fact is that the experiment was unsuccessful, because the goal of the experiment will not

be realized.

We have triumphed over this trap and will exit a programmed foreign reality and enter

our own paradise that operates with cosmic laws of manifestation.

Now it is all up to you!

The responsibility is in your hands now, as the universe

in 2016 is fully in your favor and on your side.

Breatharianism is a controversial topic, mainly because it calls into question virtually everything

we have been taught to believe about what it takes to stay alive.

We need food, we need nutrients, and we need water to survive � don�t we?

According to breathariansim, we don�t, and the Universe can provide us with all the energy

we need to sustain ourselves through the breath.

Some brilliant minds do believe it�s possible, however, including Nikola Tesla.

In 1901, he made the following argument:

My idea is that the development of life must lead to forms of existence that will be possible

without nourishment and which will not be shackled by consequent limitations.

Why should a living being not be able to obtain all the energy it needs for the performance

of its life functions from the environment, instead of through consumption of food, and

transforming, by a complicated process, the energy of chemical combinations into life-sustaining

energy?

This concept might sound crazy to some, but the more I think about it, the more it starts

to make sense.

The practice of fasting has been gaining a lot of traction in the Western world over

the past several years.

Intermittent fasting � restricting the eating period to an 8-10 hour window � has been

increasing in popularity within the health and fitness communities and tons of research

is emerging to show the benefits of prolonged fasting periods.

There simply must be something to this.

Fasting, however, is a whole different ballgame than not eating entirely.

Firsthand Look At A Breatharian Couple

A husband and wife duo live what they call a �food free� lifestyle.

Akahi Ricardo, 36, and Camila Castello, 34, who live between California and Ecuador, have

said that they have actually forgotten what hunger feels like and believe that humans

can be sustained solely by the �energy that exists in the universe and in themselves.�

A mother of two, Camilla continued her breatharian practice throughout her pregnancy.

She claims to have only eaten solid foods about five times during the nine months that

she was carrying her first child.

�Humans can easily be without food, as long as they are connected to the energy that exists

in all things and through breathing.

For three years, Akahi and I didn�t eat anything at all and now we only eat occasionally

life if we�re in a social situation or I simply want to taste a fruit,� says Camilla.

�With my first child I practiced a Breatharian pregnancy.

Hunger was a foreign sensation to me so I fully lived on light and ate nothing.

My blood tests during all three trimesters were impeccable and I gave birth to a healthy,

baby boy,� she continues.

The couple teaches courses on breatharianism and claim that their lifestyle has improved

their health and their wealth, as the money they have saved on food has allowed them to

travel and follow other passions.

According to Akahi, �Obviously our living costs are a lot less than most families and

that has allowed us to spend money on things that really matter like travelling and exploring

together.

It�s given us a clear sense of what we want in life.

Anyone can live a breatharian lifestyle and feel the benefits.

It�s not about never eating food again, it�s about understanding cosmic nourishment,

not just physical nourishment, and living without limits.�

The couple didn�t just decide to stop eating one day, however.

They had both been vegetarians for a number of years, and then switched to veganism.

After a period of time they transitioned to a raw vegan diet and then eventually switched

to consuming only fruits.

When they were ready to try out breatharianism, they undertook the �21 Day Breatharian Process.�

The process consists of three seven day increments.

In the first segment, no food or drink is allowed.

The next seven days consists of some water and some diluted juice, and the last seven

is diluted juice and water.

It�s important to note that they do not force this lifestyle onto their children,

and in fact allow their children to eat whatever they want.

As Akahi said, �We would never try to change them and we let them eat whatever they want

whether that be juices, vegetables, pizza or ice-cream.

We want them to explore the different tastes and have a healthy relationship with food

as they grow.�

One Example From a Growing Movement

While this story may seem unbelievable, this is just one example from a growing movement

of individuals who practice breatharianism.

Although you may not have heard of it before, it is certainly not a new practice; it�s

just that more awareness has been raised around it in recent years.

We have written about and covered stories of a few individuals who have gone months

and in some cases years without any food or water.

This is something that baffles scientists, as it goes directly against everything we

have been taught to believe.

It showcases just how remarkable the human body really is and also brings into question

whether all the food we eat on a daily basis is even necessary.

We certainly consume a lot.

Is it better to consume food, even if it�s not healthy for us, than no food at all?

We all tend to lean towards the former because of what we have been taught to believe.

I do not suggest anyone walk away from this article and stop eating altogether.

This is a process, and takes time to develop.

Our collective consciousness still largely believes we need food in order to survive.

There are many steps that must be taken in order to get to this place of not needing

food to eat.

Take this information with a grain of salt and do your research.

It is not for everyone.
