Every scientific research..

is just an explanation of the signs of Allah..

to contemplate..

and to reflect..

and to understand..

so as to believe with confidence..

that the Creator, the Fashioner is the One..

and no Ilaha other than Him.

the Entirely Merciful, the Compassionate.

'Fasero..'

'If it wasn't because of Allah, it wouldn't have occurred..'

'Fasero..'

'From this you will attain faith..'

Allah, Almighty, has created Thousands.. actually Millions of planets..

and He subdued one planet for man to live on it..

Imagine this with me.. there are more than 600 verses in Qur'an that invite us to think and to reason!

"Do they not contemplate within themselves?"

"Allah has not created the heavens and the earth and what is between them except in truth and for a specified term."

"And indeed, many of the people, in [the matter of] the meeting with their Lord, are disbelievers."

[Surat Ar-Rum]

Many verses that we've mentioned in this journey and these episodes..

they are not new.. not for us or for you..

nor obscure..

but we failed to care for reflection and contemplation!

open the pages of this universe..

by looking into it

All our lives we walk on this earth that is flat.. without knowing that it had cracks..

So what is the secret behind the cracks of the Earth?!

"By the sky which returns [rain]"

"And [by] the earth which cracks open,"

The scholars said about the verse; "And [by] the earth which cracks open [Sad'a]"

that the [Sad'a] occurs when the seeds of the plants grow out of the soil..

and this is true..

but after the recent scientific discoveries.. it is proved that the [Sad'a] is far more than that!

After thorough studying, we found that Earth is surrounded by a huge net of cracks..

These cracks function as safety valves for the Earth!

"and give thought to the creation of the heavens and the earth,"

" [saying], "Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly"

" exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire."

The volume of the soil increases because the particles swell with water..

this is the meaning of; swells [ Rabat].. as in the verse!

"And you see the earth barren.."

"but when We send down upon it rain it quivers and swells [Rabat] and grows"

"and grows [something] of every beautiful kind."

[Surat Al-Haj]

The closest star to us is..

4.25 light year..

and that is; Alpha Centaurus..

It is our closest neighbour..

The light year..

It is the standardized unit for measurement of the distance between us and the stars..

It is approximately equals to 300,000 Km/sec..

of displacements of the stars are obviously..

very small.. only now through very elaborated techniques we were..

able to measure accurately the movements of other distant stars

It is impossible to see these stars.. that is in the sky.. from Earth!

So, what we are actually seeing now, is only their positions!!

'a great word expression that has revealed..'

'its miracle, that is proven'

'It is for the creations a path and guidance'

'a guidance for those conscious of Allah'

the settings of the stars..

are where the thorough detailed creation of Allah, Almighty.. and its greatness.. are expressed.

Yes..

there are stars that are beginning their lives.. and others that are ending their lives..

And only Allah, Almighty, will remain in this universe.

Each bee produces about 12 teaspoon full of honey, and it doesn't live for more than 8 weeks.

Ma'sha'Allah, you can see honey inside.. very clear..

Not all bees do the same thing.. each bee has its own task..

Some go out to bring nectar..

some do serving..

some do guarding..

and there is a queen.

no envy.. in the hive, nothing is known as jealousy!

Tell us about the most amazing thing.. about bees!

Bees are ideal architects..

and the hexagonal shapes that they construct..

no architectural engineer can build them, with this magnificent precision..

The nectar is transmitted from the mouth of one bee to another, so as to form the honey..

during this process each bee adds its own enzymes and other elements in the honey.. this will help that..

the product will mature.. to be honey.

Allah, Almighty, didn't say that it is a treatment.. He said it is a cure!

because the treatment may cure or not..

Yes!

Allah, Almighty, has put healing powers inside honey..

And for each illness, there is a remedy, as the prophet, SAW, said.

But, the believer..

his cure, is his belief in Allah, Almighty..

and the medicine is just a means..

So, if we wanted to cure ourselves..

our hearts, must be as the heart of the Khallel of the Merciful

Ibrahim, peace be upon him..

when he said:

"And when I am ill, it is He who cures me."

'O, You, when we call You, You respond'

'The person who puts hopes on You, You will not let him down'

The sun rays are not able to travel beyond the depth of about 1000 meter in the sea..

and illumination disappears completely..

This area is very dark..

and the living organisms there..

Allah, Almighty, has provided them with chemical reactions, instead of photosynthesis, to assist them to live..

No matter how far is the bottom of the sea from sun rays..

Allah has created hope and life in it..

A wonderful world that is a witness for its creator.

Miracles are endless inside there..

Bottoms may be far deep..

but they are not away from the Mercy of Allah..

"It is the work of Allah, who perfected all things."

Some organisms can illuminate themselves, so as to hunt others..

others do chemical reactions to..

produce energy for themselves..

The Creator of these organisms in these darknesses.. is able to..

revive your heart with Iman..

But.. you resort to Him.

Dr. now we live on earth..

but, we do not feel the grace.. of having the gravity..

You have been to outer space..

and you've realized the advantages of this gravity that we have on earth..

tell us where did you find the power of Allah, Almighty!!

Have you ever wondered, how the iron was made?!

If I asked you now, where does the iron come from? you would say; from earth!!

Why did Allah, Almighty, say in the verse; "We sent down iron.."?

and he didn't say, We brought out iron!!

Scientists calculated the energy that is required to make one atom of Iron..

by the process of nuclear fusion..

to exceed all the energy in our solar system multiplied manifold.

After the Earth was separated from the sun..

it was just a ball of ashes!

Then Iron came down.. or the Meteorites of Iron came down..

These Meteorites pierced this pile of ashes..

With melting of the pile of ash, Allah, Almighty, has brought out..

all the water on Earth.. the water that we know..

and the gaseous envelope that surrounds Earth!

Look how Allah, Almighty, has arranged this universe..

everything is in order and in harmony..

"He arranges [each] matter from the heaven to the earth"

The One who could arrange all this universe, He is capable to manage your matters that is easy and simple in comparison to this wide universe.

So, O poor person, be sure that Allah, Almighty will arrange for your provision.

and, O victim of injustice,

be sure that Allah, Almighty will arrange for your right.

and, O sinner,

be sure that Allah, Almighty will arrange for your guidance,

Expect goodness from Allah, Almighty..

"and who arranges [every] matter?" They will say, " Allah,""

An ant can carry a weight that is more than 3500 times its body weight!

Some ants may have big nests that is up to two meters high..

others, might have their nest in a area of 50 sq.Km. and down to 8 meters in depth.

and this is huge.. and only the queen builds this.

This is what I've learned.. I've gained the knowledge that these small creatures..

.. can accomplish a lot!

OK, what is the scientific explanation for the word said in Qur'an..

"that you not be crushed [Yahtimanakum] by Solomon"

the prophet, SAW, said: '

even the ant, deep in earth, and the whale, they make Salat for those who teach people goodness!'

Go and spread goodness among people..

and teach them what is good for them..

then, the ant will make Dua'a for you!

"and made from water every living thing?"

"Then will they not believe?"

[Surat Al-Anbya]

Everything that is alive.. water must be part of its component!

So, with water.. blood runs in our veins..

and rivers run in the veins of Earth.

With water..

the heart beats..

and the land grows.

"It is] the work of Allah, who perfected all things."

There is a great verse in Surat Al-Mu'minun, it is about the persistence of water on Earth without being spoiled.

the Almighty said:

"And We have sent down rain from the sky in a measured amount and settled it in the earth."

748 million people in the world can not find a source of safe drinking water.

If there is no water or for instance it became polluted..

So, famines, as in Africa and other places.. are due to lack of water ..

they have the sun, manpower and many other things.. but there is no water!

So, life dies!

The most difficult issue when you climb mountains.. is the water supply!

It is the most thing that is appreciated.. to have water..

Because at the mountain, we don't have water with us, we can't carry water.. and no store to buy water from it!!

We've reached a place where we could see the flags..

the flags that are on the top of the peak.. then I knew that I will reach there after about an hour.

Seeing that I felt with great energy.. I began to walk faster and faster..

Actually, I've reached there, before my companions by 15 minutes..

and I was crying..

I mean when I began crying.. I couldn't stop..

Reaching there was the end of the dream that I was living for seven years!

trying to reach that mountain peak..

My message is not about climbing mountains..

It is about climbing the mountain inside yourself..

because each one of you have his own Everest.. it is not necessary to be the Everest that I've climbed!

This Everest is the one that we must defeat..

and must stand on its top!

The mountains and climbing them to the peaks teach us patience and persistence..

And they are great blessing for earth at the beginning of its development.. Subhan Allah!

Because, the plates of the stony crust of the earth..

that have caused cracking of the crust itself..

they are above the level that is called by scientists as Asthenosphere; that is the earth's vulnerability range.

So, when the earth circulates around its axis..

these plates were moving at very fast speed..

this motion do not allow the soil to settle down..

will not allow a plant to grow!!

will not allow a living creature to survive!!

That's why mountains were the best blessing that we had at the beginning of the creation of Earth..

"And He has cast into the earth firmly set mountains, lest it shift with you,"

So, the mountains are the reason that the plates of the Earth are fixed in place

'This is the charming eloquence..'

'This is the dazzling beauty..'

'a speech that is a miracle in excellency'

'that is revealed.. by the Trustworthy Spirit '

The cameras today need special illumination..

certain lenses

to take a photo..

of a defined object!

Subhan Allah, on the opposite side, we find that the eye has all of these lenses..

and the ability to adapt for the amount of light available

Subhan Allah, the eye is provided with all of these.. without us feeling it..

The eye can spontaneously..

accommodates with reality..

Subhan Allah, the Doctor said that the eye has the ability to..

.. change the convexity of its lens within seconds, to focus the coming rays..

Subhan Allah, as we are filming now.. we require a long time.. to change the lenses of the camera each time to suit the light!

We can see these creations.. the mountains.. the rain.. the clouds..

we can see the greenery..

Yes.. When you travel, what do you find?

and why do you travel?!

When I'm sitting there, and they describe a view for me..

and I'm there with them.. in reality..

So, I draw it in my imagination..

plus, what they are telling me about its reality..

I merge these pictures together..

then the final beautiful picture reaches my full virtualization!

In addition to feeling of.. air

of course, we feel this.. we do not see it.. Yes!

and the rainy conditions, as the sound of the river..

I swear by Allah, Sheikh, I'm not exaggerating.. the final picture..

is more beautiful than the picture that you are actually seeing!

"and whoever He wants to misguide - He makes his breast tight and constricted as though he were climbing into the sky."

[Surat Al-Anam]

Scientists have proven..

that, man, as he rises up in the sky, he rattles and he feels dyspneic!

Subhan Allah, this is exactly what the verse is describing..

"He makes his breast tight and constricted as though he were climbing into the sky. "

Subhan Allah this was only discovered, by man, a 100 years ago!

The Oxygen content is reduced by 0.7% every 100 meters upwards. The lowest Oxygen content suitable for normal human respiration is 19.5%

The palm trees..

are mentioned in Qur'an, more than any other tree..

they are strong and firmly established..

but, delicate and generous..

they are satisfied with the least that is given to them..

and they gives munificently.

The height of this tree may reach up to 30 meter..

How is it fixed in soil?

"And lofty[Basiqat] palm trees having fruit arranged in layers"

[Basiqat]; means that they are tall.. very tall

and this gives it balance..

and without this balance, the palm tree would have fallen down under the effect of the strong winds of deserts!

Subhan Allah, the roots of the palm tree are unique!

they are capable of absorbing water and filtering it at the same time..

Allah, Almighty has mentioned palm trees in Qur'an at more than 20 sites!

Imagine what it is giving from this dry sandy land..

fruits.. and the temperature under the sun is up to 60° C to 70° C.. and the water is salty too!

and the water is salty too!

So, the palm tree is steady..

it can stand dryness and disturbed climate..

and this is how the believer, he is steady with his belief..

he stands the seditions..

hardships..

and ordeals

The disbelievers and those who associate with Allah, mocked that prophet Muhammad, may Salat and Salam be upon him and his family,

is mentioning in his book..

flies, bees and spiders..

So, Allah, Almighty replied to them in Qur'an, He said:

"Indeed, Allah is not timid to present an example - that of a mosquito or what is smaller than it."

So, this mosquito is actually smaller than the insects that they've mentioned!

So, it has something like a drill

and after piercing the skin, it introduces other two hoses

to suck its meal..

It has all the internal organs of an animal..

though, it is a small creature..

Now, have you realized how great is the creation of this amazing insect!!

'a great word expression that has revealed..'

'its miracle, that is proven'

'It is for the creations a path and guidance'

'a guidance for those conscious of Allah'

The blood..

and the stomach content; the fermented digest.. [Fa'rth]

both are basic components..

So, Allah, Almighty, says at Surat An-Nahl:

" between [Fa'rth] and blood -pure milk, palatable[Sayighan] to drinkers.""

This milk is formed..

some from blood..

and some from excrement!

So, how it is palatable[Sayighan] for us?!!

so, when we consume milk..

we appreciate the typical taste of milk..

this is strongly related to the quantity and the quality of the grease in milk!

Then we have the lactose.

The lactose is a sugar that gives some sweetness to the milk

the lactose.. Vitamins.. complete set of Vitamins..

Subhan Allah.. from forage and plants.. we get this palatable milk..

That's why, scientists consider one cow as a whole complete factory..

Have you ever thought about..

and reflected upon..

Why has Allah, Almighty, made this milk palatable.. ready to drink..?

.. without the need for changing or purification?!

It is the subjugation.. the honoring.. from Allah, Almighty, to the sons of Adam!

"Do you not see that Allah has made subject to you whatever is in the heavens.. "

"and whatever is in the earth and amply bestowed upon you His favors, [both] apparent and unapparent?"

Notice this, even after this subjugation from Allah, Almighty..

listen to the rest of the verse..

"But of the people.. "

"is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge or guidance or an enlightening Book [from Him]."

I say..

.. to Atheists..

and to the stubborn people..

Stop your tongues from Who has made subject to you, the Earth and whatever is in it!

The chlorophyll molecules..

they are formed inside special organelles inside the plant.. that we call them the chloroplasts.. or the green plastids

Subhan Allah, The Dr. has mentioned the green plastids..

Allah, Almighty has mentioned them in Qur'an..

Allah, Almighty says in the verse..

"And it is He who sends down rain from the sky, and We produce thereby the growth of all things. "

"We produce from it greenery.."

So, the transformation of the light energy to chemical energy is a process that is done by these green plastids!!

The light enters in the plant through openings.. the pores on the epidermis of the plant..

and from the bottom of the leaf, CO2 from the air enters into the plant..

then they all react together; CO2 from the air and the energy from the sun, together with water..

The water will break down releasing Oxygen gas..

that comes out through the pores on the surfaces of the leaves..

and we breathe this Oxygen.

It is not for man, is the decision..

Sure.. we put the seeds in the soil..

But, who does make these seeds grow?!

who does make it shoot out.. who does take care of it?!!

who did incorporate these physical and chemical compounds in the plant?!

"And have you seen that [seed] which you sow?"

"Is it you who makes it grow, or are We the grower?"

"If We willed, We could make it [dry] debris, and you would remain in wonder,"

Notice that The Conjunction letters, in the verse about the embryo, they are important and meaningful..

[Thum].. is a letter that gives a slacky, loose situation.

i.e. the sequence will take awhile.. a long time!

[Fa].. is a letter that..

indicates closeness.. and the sequence is faster to occur!

listen to this verse with me..

and observe The Conjunction letters!

Allah, Almighty says:

"And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay."

"Then[Thuma] We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging."

"Then[Thuma] We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot,"

"and[Fa] We made the clot into a lump [of flesh],"

"and[Fa] We made [from] the lump, bones, "

"and[Fa] We covered the bones with flesh;"

"then[Thuma] We developed him into another creation."

"So blessed is Allah, the best of creators."

It is called Alaqa, as it clings to the wall of the uterus..

then Mudga..

is the lump that will differentiate to a form..

Bones, are the first to form in the embryo..

this sequence of development is a divine secret, that Allah have.

until today, many scientists are asking.. how are bones formed?!

after bones, the muscles start to form.

Prof. Keith L. Moore has republished his book; The Developing Human after adding the verses from Qur'an that describe the stages of human embryo.

All the world's scientific conferences about embryos that are attended by big specialists in this field..

they are amazed by the accurate and detailed description of the Qur'an..

for the formation of the embryo inside his mother!

undoubtedly..

these scientific facts..

were not discovered by man, before 1400 year..

But, they are brought by Allah..

the creator of this embryo..

"Say, [O Muhammad], "It has been revealed by He who knows [every] secret within the heavens and the earth."

"Indeed, He is ever Forgiving and Merciful.""

When the Qur'an was revealed upon the Arabs at the peninsula..

Camels were the most close animals to them..

that's why Allah, Almighty, instructed them to look at the camels

"Then do they not look at the camels - how they are created?"

look and ask yourself; Who has subdued them for you?

Who has domesticated them for you?

"Do they not see that We have created for them from what Our hands have made, grazing livestock, and [then] they are their owners?"

"And We have tamed them for them,"

"so some of them they ride, and some of them they eat."

"And for them therein are [other] benefits and drinks, so will they not be grateful?"

The natural construction of the body of the camel as an animal..

Is different from other animals!

the harelip that they have.. helps them to eat the plants including thorny plants..

hard plants..

They do not only survive the hot weather and the the rarity of food..

But also, Subhan Allah..

it is exceptionally resistant to diseases.

Sheep and cows do not have incisors..

but camels have!

the animal's feet, [khuf].. of camels..

they are suitable for walking on sand.. and giving them power to stand the hardship.

Allah, Almighty, when He compared His creations in Heaven..

and on earth and mountains..

Power, was one of the criteria of comparison.. strength

.. Yes!!

Subhan Allah, at summer, the camel..

can stand for 10 days to 15 days without having water..

totally?! Yes..

and it doesn't bother.. won't be panic..

It needs it, but it doesn't get patient!

The water is stored in the body of camels as fat..

and this fat is stored in the hump at the back of the camel..

and when the water is not available and the camel needs water..

an oxidation process takes place on the stored fat

and the chemical products of oxidation of fat are..

water and CO2.

Is it possible after all this talk.. a person would come to talk about.. Chance!!

"And say, "[All] praise is [due] to Allah . He will show you His signs, and you will recognize them."

"And your Lord is not unaware of what you do.""

'How Great You are ..'

'O Lord.. all the matters are up to You..'

'How Honorable You are..'

'Your Sovereignty is the most merciful'

We see birds in the sky..

they are flapping their wings.. free from the power of gravity!

Who is holding them up?!

Who did tame them?!

Who did teach them, their destination and their food?!

The skeleton of birds is light to reduce the weight of the bird..

Skeleton in human is 10% to 15% of his weight

While in birds it forms 8% to 9% of the bird's weight. So, the bones are hollow unlike that of human

This will maintain the stability and the balance of the bird..

being lighter than the skeleton of man.

and they have very strong muscles..

Wings.. feather.. bones.. of birds..

and the air whirlings in the sky that carry birds..

they didn't occur by chance..

and they are not made purposelessly..

Actually, Allah made them under control, for us

"Do they not see the birds controlled in the atmosphere of the sky?"

"None holds them up except Allah."

"Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe."

There is a small muscle..

on the ossicle; Stapes [a middle ear ossicle].

So, when the sound is very high..

this muscle will contract..

The ossicles of the ear are three..

and they are the smallest bones in human body!

they are very small.. very minute..

so that if you introduce an ear probe, you might damage them all with one touch..

But..

Subhan the Creator, these small bones move together by small muscles connecting them..

and they have blood supply..

and they move together smoothly ..

and they amplify the sound coming from outside..

and they serve a great function compared to their size!

Subhan Allah, for His wisdom..

He created two ears for us, not only one!

because, with one ear..

we can't recognize the origin of the sound!

and from His wisdom is that; the ears can't hear the high frequency sounds.. so that we can live..

He is the Wisest, He has secured His creations, and perfected their making.

"It is He who forms you in the wombs however He wills"

"There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise."

There is an important scientific fact that is to be clear for everyone..

It is that there are fires in the depth of the oceans..

After searching..

The seas that have active volcanoes in them..

and the seas that emit Methane gas..

they are closer to the meaning of the swearing in the verse in Qur'an; "the sea filled [with fire]"

That's why our Lord, Almighty, swore, and He doesn't need to swear!

i.e. Allah, Almighty, doesn't have to swear to His servants!

but, the the purpose of having the verse this way, is for the sake of drawing our attention..

that this swearing is important!!

and what He is swearing about, is important as well!!

There are 250 active volcanoes on Earth

Everyday we discover something new in this universe and we think that we had known everything..

But, with time..

we realize that we do not know many things in this universe!

Allah, Almighty, is the only One Who knows everything..

To know that Allah is over all things competent..

and that Allah has encompassed all things in knowledge.

'Fasero..'

'There is no a fault to be found..'

It was not an easy journey for me..

"this is the creation of Allah.."

"So show Me what those other than Him have created. "

a great and astonishing creation!

We did not stop saying Tasbeeh all through our journey

So, how would it be like, if we could see Allah, Almighty?!!

At Hadith Qudsi, Allah, Almighty says:

'How would it be if they could see Me?!..

then the Angels will answer..

If they could see You..

they would have worshiped You more..

saying more Tasbeeh..

praising You more.. and glorifying You more..

'Before it's the right time..'

'nothing was there..'

'there was no time.. no place!'

'Allah just said to the universe; Be.. and it is!'

'Life will be beautiful..'

'If we just have reflected upon the signs given from Al-Ilah..'

'beautify your vision by.. looking at all that is made by His Hands..

'Fasero..'

'you will see how Allah has created it..'

'Fasero..'

'There is no a fault to be found..'

Five Meditation and Mantras for Women

Meditation is an ancient practise done by people worldwide, of all cultures and religions,

and of all ages.

Meditation is a conscious practise that aids relaxation, mindfulness, and focus.

Numerous studies in medicine and psychology have shown how mediation lowers stress levels

and improves all-round health.

Ailments such as high blood pressure, migraines, insomnia and obesity can be greatly managed

� and in many cases completely eliminated � by practising meditation techniques on

a daily basis.

The emotional and spiritual benefits are just as sound.

Those who meditate are more conscientious and at peace in their work and relationships.

Practising mindfulness can improve your decision making, grow your confidence levels, make

handling stressful situations more manageable, and give you a stronger sense of self.

Now isn�t this what every woman needs?

The role of a woman is all encompassing.

The female energy is known for its nurturing nature and sensitivity to other�s needs.

This often means we are juggling multiple responsibilities and commitments: family,

work, friends, and personal needs.

Fulfilling these roles with satisfaction requires strength and inner peace, and meditation can

help with that!

What are Mantras?

Mantras � which can also be referred to as hymns, affirmations or chants � are a

collection of words, or sometimes a single word, that hold psychological and spiritual

weight.

Words have incredible power.

Our thoughts are often words that are not spoken out loud, yet they influence our lives

completely.

We are all familiar with this reality.

We tell ourselves that the presentation we are dreading at work is going to be disastrous,

build up the negative anticipation in our minds, and then beat ourselves up when our

thoughts manifest and things don�t turn out well.

Mantras can help rewire this sort of thinking by replacing the negative affirmations with

positive ones.

As in the example above, imagine what the result would be if instead of fearing the

day ahead, you looked in the mirror and proclaimed �I am focused.

I exude confidence and positive energy!�

Even if anxiety started creeping up again later, you could simply breathe and repeat

your mantra as many times as you like or need.

The manifestation of these positive �thoughts� � said out loud � is extremely powerful!

Mantras for Women

You can practise these mantras anytime, anywhere.

There are no hard and fast rules to follow, so don�t worry too much about the ceremony

of it all.

With that said, it does help a lot if you create your own ritual, preferably one that

can be performed under any circumstances.

You may have a talisman, like your favourite ring, and every time you see it or touch it

would act as a reminder to say your mantra.

Seeing your reflection or setting alarms on your phone can act as reminders too.

Be creative!

You can also create your own mantras if you like.

Here are some powerful mantras to implement into your routine, for women from all walks

of life:

For Mothers: �I am strong.

My love is enough.�

It is always incredible to see a mother giving her all to her family, and still feeling that

she isn�t doing enough.

This mantra sets it straight: your love and all you do for your family is more than enough.

Take time out of your day to reflect on how strong you truly are.

You brought life into this world, and care for your child or children like nobody else

can.

You know how fierce you are.

You know you would do anything for your family.

During Pregnancy: �I am a bearer of life.

I was made for this joy.�

As wonderful as pregnancy is, it can be quite overwhelming too.

Your whole world suddenly changes � from your diet and lifestyle, to your relationship

and your body.

Let us not even get started on the thoughts of upcoming labour!

Yet, worry is the last thing you and your growing baby need.

Use this mantra to remind yourself that your body and your feminine energy, was meant to

revel in the beauty of pregnancy.

For Work and Studies: �Keep moving!

Progress is my reward.�

The great thing about this mantra is that it focuses on what progress means to you.

You may not always get the recognition you deserve at work or school, and projects won�t

usually run as smoothly as you want them to, but that doesn�t matter when you feel good

about your efforts.

Yours is the only praise you need, and the only yardstick you should ever measure by.

In Love and Relationships: �I attract love and honesty.

I am worthy of all that is good.�

You can use this mantra whether you are single or in a relationship.

The law of attraction is a very real thing.

If you send out signals that you are desperate for love and will settle for a relationship

even if it is toxic, that�s what you are going to find!

On the other hand, if you have love and respect for yourself, this is the energy you will

project.

Romantic interests will see your self-worth, and reciprocate it.

The exact same is true for your relationship.

Partners often blame one another for relationship problems, concentrating too much on what their

partner does wrong and what their partner should do right.

Rather focus your thoughts on being the best you can be, and radiate an aura of warmth

and openness.

Your partner�s response to this energy will be enigmatic.

Confidence and Health: �My body is my temple � I embrace it and nurture it.�

Unfortunately, we aren�t always as kind to our bodies as we need to be.

This is especially true for women.

We can be overly critical and harsh towards ourselves if our appearances do not conform

to the standards set by the media.

Every women has the right to accept her body as is this current moment: not when you lose

On a final note, feel free to have as many mantras as you like, and use them accordingly.

You may want to try to memorize some mantras at first.

This way you won�t feel stuck, and you will always have some go-to meditations that work

immediately.

your own personalized affirmations.

Great souls are those who have the power of truth.

However, together with truth, you also need to have manners.

Hello everyone.

Welcome to CobraCamp.

This week I want to share with you

my favorite cardio exercises.

Let's begin.

The first exercise is called high knees.

When you are performing the exercise

you need to lift your feet up

and you go all the way up to horizontal level.

You need to pay attention to your feet.

Why am I holding my shoes?

When your feet goes down to the floor

they should be around this position.

You should not land flatly on your feet

or else this will cause pain to your knees.

Also, this isn't a fast pace, do wildy type of exercise

You should control your legs, lightly touching the floor.

So normally when I'm doing this,

I do 2 minutes, then rest 1 minute,

and I do this for my cardio exercise.

My second method is sprinting.

I will choose a distance, mostly 100 meters.

Then I run for 100m, walk for 100m, then run 100m.

then walk for another 100m.

The third method is also sprinting

but I sometimes feel lazy to run that fast,

so I'll choose a further distance like 400m

then I'll still sort of "sprint" for 400m.

Then walk for 200m, then again run for 400m.

So you can try these three routines for cardio.

Well for these type of routines how many times a week?

Actually, I hardly do these routines.

Only, when I'm entering physique competitions will I do them

for the purpose of quick fat loss.

But you should adjust your perspective on cardio.

Actually, cardio isn't an exercise per say.

Cardio describes a situation when your heart rate is high.

So when I train legs ... actually all of my routines, have little rest

so all of my muscle training routines involve cardio.

So you just need to shorten your muscle training routines' rest time

so that your heart rate may stay higher.

You will notice that you're still sort of doing cardio.

So in future, you don't need to do these traditional cardio exercises.

You can take your current routine and add in a cardio factor.

So for example, at my school, for final exam

for physical education class, we do 10 mins of rowing,

10 mins of running.

In that 10 mins I ran for 2km, then rowed for 2388 miles.

So you see, you don't necessarily need to do

traditional cardio exercises, and still have cardio vascular strength.

So doing these traditional cardio exercises are a waste of time

and effort because you'll lessen your muscle invovlement

but you're already investing so much time.

So jogging, etc...

Its a bit a waste of time.

Episode 41 - High Tunnel Maintenance - Duration: 5:08.

Hi I'm Erin and this is Our Wyoming Life

Per square foot the high tunnel produces more pounds of produce than any other part of Erin's gardens.

Consequently it takes the most maintenance every week to keep the plants producing and

their yield high.

This time of year the plants are at the very beginning of setting their fruit in the high

tunnel.

In some ways this time is the most critical.

We need to keep the plants healthy and prepare them nutrient wise to be able to set lots

of fruit.

The plants have spent up until now establishing their root systems.

Now we start to see their growth focus upward and onto their fruit and vegetable production.

Tomatoes are the bulk of the crop in the high tunnel and therefore the most maintenance

needy.

We've already showed you how to string and sucker the plants back in episode 36.

First thing that gets done on maintenance day is to continue to string and sucker the

tomatoes.

This will happen every week until sometime in September.

All of the plants are setting blossoms and some even have little fruit on them.

This is an excellent sign.

Pulling the suckers will allow the plants to continue to put their maximum energy into

producing their fruit.

The cucumbers are also blooming and are ready to be trellised.

As with the tomatoes the cucumbers like to have something to grow up onto.

A cucumbers natural instinct is to climb.

They use these little tendrils to attach onto things and hold on.

We use hog panels to provide them their support.

Some t posts get pounded, being careful to not poke holes in the plastic!

Then the hog panels are brought in and leaned against the posts.

Everything gets clipped together and then we can move the cucumber vines onto the panels.

They won't immediately grab on.

It usually takes a day or so.

If the wind is high before they've anchored themselves this step will have to be redone.

Usually after about a week of coaxing a majority of the vines will have attached themselves

to the panels.

The peppers are the least needy plant in the high tunnel.

They are just doing their thing.

An occasional weed gets pulled that has snuck through the landscape plastic and that's

it for now.

There are different ways that you can prune peppers for high production but we've always

been lucky with more peppers than we honestly need at market so for now no pruning of peppers

happens.

The last step for the day in the high tunnel is to apply an Epsom salt spray to the leaves

of all the plants in the high tunnel.

For the first application 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt are mixed with one gallon of water.

The sprayer is turned on and a mist is applied to all the plants in the high tunnel.

Epsom salt is not actually a salt.

It's magnesium sulfate.

Magnesium is an important minor nutrient required in gardening.

It helps with higher yields and better blossom set.

More magnesium also allows the plants to take in more nitrogen and phosphorous.

We use a foliar application, meaning that we apply the Epsom salt to the leaves of the

plants.

Through the leaves the magnesium is quickly absorbed and can go to work right away.

For the last 3 years I have been regularly applying Epsom salt to the plants in the high

tunnel.

I will definitely say that it helps.

I always see more blossoms come on after an application.

I also really believe that it helps push the tomatoes to be larger.

The first year I started applying the Epson salt and my tomatoes were small.

I was looking for a way to increase size and came across the recipe for the foliar spray.

Once I started applying the Epsom salt I saw a noticeable increase in the size of the tomatoes.

I will continue to spray the plants every other week throughout the season.

This week my ratio was 2 tablespoons to one gallon of water.

For my next application I will back it down to one tablespoon per gallon.

Although the high tunnel is needy I really enjoy all the hands on work the plants require.

Stringing and suckering and trellising allows me to keep a close eye on all the plants.

Every week I get a good look at their overall health.

I keep an eye out for any pests or visible nutrient deficiencies.

So far this season everything looks amazing and I'm very happy with how everything in

the tunnel is growing.

We're only a few weeks away from eating the first of our crops!
