Developer Update | Highlights Update (EN subtitles) - Duration: 5:59.

Welcome to today's Developer Update. I'm Jeff, from the Overwatch Team.

I'm particularly excited about this topic, because it's something that you

guys have been asking about for a very long time

in fact since the day we launched.

You were asking for a way for us to save highlights for you.

And we have done a complete iteration and evolution of the Highlights feature.

So, let me go into some detail on how the new Highlights feature

is going to work.

First off, the game will still continue to collect highlights as you play.

And suggest top highlights for you.

It was doing this previously. It would give you five different

highlights as you play it over time and then allow

you to play those back.

Well, part of the problem was if you logged out of Overwatch

or shut either your PC or your console down

those highlights might go away.

Under the new system, those top five highlights will always be there

for the next 24 hours.

What's more is we've added a new section called "Recently Captured."

I should explain to you what exactly this means.

Sometimes when you're playing Overwatch

an incredible moment will happen and you'll think to yourself

"Wow, that should really be Play of the Game

or "I wish I had been recording that"

"I wish I could in some way capture that moment."

Well, we've made it so that you can either bind a key to capture a highlight

or you can bind multiple keys on PC to capture multiple highlights.

So, the way this would work is: 1. Very cool thing happens in Overwatch

2. You think to yourself "Wow, that was amazing I wish the

game would remember that."

3. You basically bookmark it by pressing your capture key

and after the victory or defeat screen happens,

the match is registered

and that highlight will go to your highlight section

under "Recently Captured."

Now when you go to highlights, you'll have those auto-generated

highlights under the top five highlights of the day

and your recently captured highlights, of which you can have up to 32.

Once you fill the 32 highlights you're going to have to clear some out.

Now you're probably wondering, well what does "clear some out" mean.

We have now given you the ability to save highlights to a video file.

We call this "Recording Highlights."

The really cool thing about this is it gives you different options.

So, if you're on a console, it will default to whatever

options your console defaults to to save those video files.

Then those video files will go to whatever media library you use,

whether it be the Xbox media library or the the PlayStation media library.

However, on PC these will go to a directory for you in Windows.

Now one of the cool things that happens

when you use the highlights feature on PC is it will give you options

to record the video in many different ways.

So, an example is you might plan a very low end system

that can't handle the graphic settings being too high,

but if you decide to, you can output video.

Like let's say you're on Windows 10,

you can output video at 4K, 60 frames per second that just look amazing.

Now, obviously the higher you set your video settings

for saving these highlights, the bigger the the video files are going to be

and the longer it's going to take for the game to generate that video file.

But if you opt in to it, you can save some pretty amazing looking

really great highlights.

So, we think all of these new additions to the highlight system

will make it much easier for you to capture and record those great moments

and even more so: you can share them with your friends on social media.

So, we really hope that you enjoy all the new updates coming to

the Highlights Feature.

I know it took us a long time to get to them.

but it was something we were very passionate about,

and we knew we could do a lot of cool things with.

and we have some other ideas

about how to evolve it even more so in the future.

Now, I wanted to address one more topic very quickly.

We are going to make significant improvements to the loot box experience.

One of the things that we're going to do is drastically reduce

the rate of duplicates that you'll get out of any loot box.

We think this will be immediately evident and extremely significant

for all of our players. And we think it's going to feel fantastic.

Now, one thing you might be thinking is "Well, if you reduce the amount of

duplicates I get, what's going to happen in terms of me earning credits

and being able to buy the things I want?"

Well, to compensate for this we're going to increase the amount of credits

that you get out of loot boxes.

So, we'll make sure that your credit intake will be at least

the same, if not more. When all this is done you won't see duplicate items

anywhere near as much and we really want to encourage you to go on the PTR

check this out and feel it for yourself.

You have to keep in mind that the system doesn't have infinite content.

So, at some point you're obviously going to get duplicate items.

You would need an infinite amount of content to have no duplicates.

But we think the change should be very drastic and significant

and feel fantastic

So, we hope you enjoyed the Highlights Feature.

And we really hope that the loot box changes

feel as great to you guys as they feel to us.

Enjoy playing Overwatch and keep having fun.

Thank you.

Fatih "gob b" Dayik - "We feel prepared for everyone [PGL Offline Qualifier]" - Duration: 17:52.

James banks here for unicorn TV and I'm back in the BIG house here in Berlin.

I'm joined by someone that you guys are referring to often as the Godfather as

now as the the meme came out how are you doing today sir. I'm fine how are you? I'm

very well I'm glad to be back you've just come off the back of a massive wind

but before we get into this to me you come across as the one of the most

experienced German players in the scene you've had it pretty up and down in csgo

but big now seems to be the success that Germany's been looking for what is

different with this team yet the difference is obviously that we are all

really dedicated and everyone is like loving the project and have so much

passion for it so of all we like trying harder than before and also like we

needed the experience we need to have to this point to probably be just timid

what we are at the moment so you said about the the dedication side of things

for this team to me when I've come here coming out a couple of times it seems

like a family environment explains me what it's like here and and how it works

with the team yes exactly how you think it is it's like really family stuff

everyone is like talking to everyone and doing all different stuff here that the

house and they are making but we have a lot of fun obviously we working really

hard but also like the chill atmosphere and why we why we are chilling is really

really good and we have a lot of fun and yeah we also plan a vacation together so

even though we're living together it's not like we have enough from everyone

else from each other so yeah a walls like a family yeah that's really

interesting cuz a lot of teams they like to have a break once a week and spend a

lot of time together the vacation a big vacation so where you got going not sure

yet but we want to go after the major and hopefully were qualified for it yeah

so I saw a tweet come out from Sampson and he was saying how he's so happy that

he stuck with you and legia what does that mean to you and do you think that's

like a big statement Vendome about you guys yeah sure obviously I'm

really happy because I also love to play with him and like like you said it's

like a family it would be it's much better to have success with a part of

your family than was a normal teammate I would say so

it was really important for us and if you wouldn't stick with this Germans

what I would I think we wouldn't have made it

and also not we wouldn't have created probably big I don't know so yeah it was

a really important part but yeah like like in his post we helped each other to

get the better player to be a better player to better be a better teammate so

we have to each other out and I'm happy that it works out there so I said

earlier you're one of the most experienced German players in the scene

you're in game leading for this team but you are praised so heavily online by

your fans and stuff for your in-game leading style what makes it so different

from you is it just the experience or is it a little bit more is because the team

trusts you what makes you this amazing game leader actually helped big rise up

so much recently um yeah to be honest it's like obviously

experiences a big part I kind of know how to react in certain stuff but it's

also like we talking so much about Const right we're making smart adjustments and

also the big house it's a really big part of this success I would say and

it's also like the understanding of tactics which my teammates have because

if my teammates wouldn't have this understanding of the tactics they I

couldn't pull out some kind of weird big fakes and stuff so it wouldn't work so

they kind of needed to understand first the game overall to be now on this level

where I can have really complicated cause and also like good game plans and

I also think it's experience yes but it's also a kind of a talent I would say

these cut things combined is making me a good thing English I would say let's get

out a little small at the end as well no he's got a good job and so what we see

in a bit of time I think it was like when you were in ESL Pro League

qualifiers you were opt in a lot of times so using the swag seven

yeah what was the method behind that was it because sometimes you had the money

but you would like drop your teammates was that just okay it's better for my

teammates to have the weapon or what was the reason behind it at some point I was

like he's getting kills of it but surely he'd be better of like an m4 or

something like that um yeah it is exactly also about the economy and also

sometimes in some positions it's the enemy is peering that area because they

know oh yes I make seven we can't really contact it and I take it like they need

to approach it in a different way and yeah but the big biggest part is like

the economy but lately I played it really rarely because I need to pick it

up like in a really good situation because I feel like it's the weapon is

not that strong anymore for on energy I trained a lot make seven

because I would try to change a bit to meter as CT because we have always

economy problems back in energy and I practiced like a lot of like maybe

thousands thousand rounds against my former coach and we just played and I

tried to okay now I need to shoot like this okay let's come or jump now and

these kind of just test everything out and yeah I didn't do it anymore so I

know that's good was make seven that's also why not picking up as much but I

also think the team's getting smarter about it so it's not as effective but

yeah you need to have like a really good timing when you went to pick it up and

yeah it's sometimes hard now to touch on the economy there which is a huge

difference from any version of counter-strike we've seen before

what are your thoughts as an in-game leader on the economy do you think it's

playing too much of a factor to games these days yeah I would change the

economy it's like we talked about this a lot of times in the team and the easiest

change would be that you have just one time the setup or the setup where you

get 1400 like after the pieces you get 1400 - loser and after that you would

start on 1900 so so let's say you win the pistol the enemy team didn't kill

anyone should I have 1400 and now they they went around they win this

round and they lose the next round again they would they wouldn't start at 1000

forms they would start at 1900 so the reset wouldn't hit you as hard as it

hits you sometimes because sometimes you have like a 411 half SCT and you think

like we just have four rounds and but in reality it's probably like four four

versus form equipped round so they won four times you won four times they won

the right four times and you just want four round so then you have like okay

half but it is really for 11 so the reset money change I would adjust that a

little bit probably they come up will came up with

a better idea but my idea would be just one time one times one it wouldn't

changed too much because after the to the pistol round

would be as important as it is now but the rounds after like the reset wouldn't

hit us are thankful to my change they go economy tactics from the man himself the

way to do it now coming on to the PGA obviously you guys came away with a

massive win there but I got to say it in true big fashion you guys don't make it

easy for yourself most games we see of you guys you like lose one then you have

to come back up from the lower or like from a deficit and you've really got to

fight back hard you guys just play better under pressure or is it just okay

we can't lose this now let's go for it like what's the mentality because some

games where I think like for example the game against Dignitas the first time you

played them I was like okay big you're probably going to win this and then you

didn't and then you had that harder ahead of you and I'm starting I thinking

because they just like playing the difficult games not like we like it but

it's kind of now is always say we have so much confident in we know if we play

our game we can beat everyone we can make a comeback we can even like lose

two maps in the row like really stupid but refresh ourselves in the break and

Plato or show total different big so yeah we didn't figure it out what is

this exactly but yeah we like to see our as in pain so that's why we make it so

close now to be honest it's like we like I said

before in some interviews it's like we have sometimes the off day and if we

have off day it looks really bad that's our problem that's why what we try to

fix we talked a lot about our mistakes also like some some players have bad

habits right like every player has have and the big thing is for us is like we

try to give our teammates like tips and make adjustments for them that they feel

like they cut they not playing their worst game for example if next was not

playing as he can he talks less than he normally do so we try to give him like a

cool idea that we want to refresh everyone like we say like okay now

refresh guys that means like try to refresh how you approach the game go new

on the on the computer change your style of sitting and go back to the okay sit

serious part so we said like okay if we do that we try to practice it as well so

then you try to okay it's a new new round new game let's go and yeah we try

to fix these kind of problems that that we don't have like if we have a bad day

it doesn't look as bad as this so we try to fix that yeah and a wall this is like

the thing what we want to get better in before before the future for the next

for the next event we need to fix that I would say all right I think I'm gonna

try the Refresh idea myself that that's a good good way of looking at it now

what we saw at PDL is obviously I think there's a comment from foreign on the

desk at one point was like are bigger lucky that there's a third spot here

basically and then you guys come along and you manage to pull it all off and

take that first place pretty much making him eat his words but how good did it

feel for you guys to not just grab a qualifier spot but also take the win and

prove that whether it's M vs dignitas Spencer you guys can do it and you guys

are capable of this level of performance from for us what it was really important

that we can show that we can play every map like I don't know why but there were

rumors were that we are not good train but yeah we we feel different we

feel like we can pick every map against and any opponent with the right

preparation with the right game plan we can pull it off so that what we wanted

to show because it's really important that we have like a big map pool and now

for the for offline qualifier I if I look at our maps I wouldn't have any

idea which bands they will come so it is really hard and we set yesterday like

maybe three or four hours and made every like for every every team we made like a

statistic and we figured out which map we want to play like what is your

feeling I'm like Alex to our coach what is your feeling about this team don't

look at stats just tell me which map you see us winning and we go on every

through every map and then through every statistic and now we have kind of a good

approach to the to the LAN and it is 15 15 teams you could play every team and

the problem is you cannot prepare on three maps for these 15 teams so you

need to have a different approach and our approaches like we want to talk

about styles and categorize them and say like okay this team taste this style how

do we counter this style add we can't at least I like this and with these

experience with these game plans we made up before it's like we kind of feels

very prepared for everyone even though we didn't prepare for one one team

exactly I like it now you guys in Penta there is like a massive rivalry between

you two you meet each other in online events offline events it's consistent

what the explain to me is rather even come about because you guys seem to meet

every single time but there's no one team that's like simply ahead sometimes

ten or taking game sometimes you guys are taking games do you guys just know

each other so well now that it's a kind of a throw up in the air every time I

don't want to sound arrogant but it is bad for them that we know them then it

is worse then they know us so it is better for us too to have a team okay

they know us but we know them as well because

as I said also before it's like we are really fast in adapting because we are

in this house as I say after the I think we had like yesterday seven or eight

hours prac after that we like me and I like sat down and talked about concert

probably for four hours so our adapting is so fast our how we

develop overall as a team is so much faster so much so much stronger than

every other team because we are in this house and we also dedicated as we are so

for them it's not that good because they have the really really unique style and

if you figure them out it they need to adapt and they are not asked yet they

are not as good in adapting but they have a lot of time so they are also

really hard workers as we we are into rivalry I would say it started at easier

premiere where we've played them one or two times and was always very close

games it was back and forth they want equals we want he because and we should

have lost they should have lost and like they should have won and all the times

back and forth so there I think in this kind of time it kind of started because

we both were new teams and yeah both both teams had like this big just one

big superstar coming up Sonny and Thompson so we have a lot of similar

storylines I would say but yeah as I say day we are let at the moment a little

better and adapting and that was like the big part of the last games I would

say against them so coming away from this now your practice getting ready for

the offline qualifier I saw you throughout about being in like the

hyperbolic time chamber I love a Dragonball Z reference and what is it

like because of you guys I get this energy from you you're super dedicated

you're always focused and talking on counts what you guys are practicing

hardcore but what's this like is it literally like eight hours a day you

doing set times you setting practice schedules how does a normal practice day

work for you up until the qualifier um I learned for my sister it's like the best

way to learn it's like to have you out like your environment helping you to

learns like make a little notes on the wall and just walk around why are you

eating just read it again so we we try to have like the normal

our practice should be in our normal life I would say it's like we wake up

talk about a little bit work on strike while we all sitting down here maybe a

games running on on the TV where me and Alex are talking someone's coming eh

what are you talking about and so it's in our normal life at the moment in and

that makes it easier it's not we we're not like okay now it's work time guys

eight hours straight worth notes like yeah we have probably like 12 hours we

we chill two hours but we still work but then we chill a little bit more so we

make it like it this normal life force and in a way that we we say like okay we

are really dedicated but we are not like or we need to rush eight hours then I

have freed and I can play with my friends no it's all the time someone's

doing something and I think these kind of dedication is making us very strong

yeah now my last kind of question to you directly here is how with all your years

of playing counter-strike and the age you are now how do you say this motivate

it so like put in this time putting this F a lot of players start the tail off of

it and probably maybe virtus pro who obviously slightly older yet still going

at it you just seem 100% on it a hundred percent dedicated beyond the most

players I've interviewed yeah it's like I'm if I do something with passion I do

it really really I like it so much so I I try really hard so I think still still

even I played so many years come strike it's not like I I am I don't want to

like I'm satisfied or anything no I I'm so hungry i still can learn so much

I still learned so much the last six months I would say so overall like if

still if I have this passion I would still playing and at the moment I have

this passion that's why I'm saying yeah well thank you very much real time guys

got B and big will be at the offline qualifier I wish you the best of luck

we'll catch up with them most likely afterwards we'll see if we can grab them

to some more time some more interviews but don't go anywhere there's plenty

more content coming on unicorn TV

Undetectable Explained in 25 Seconds - Duration: 0:30.

Undetecable means that I'm taking medication that suppresses the virus to the point

that it's no longer contagious.

That means it's technically safer to have sex with someone who is undetectable

and positive than someone who is only as negative as their last test.

We used to wait ten years or so after diagnosis to start meds,

but now it's the norm for positive guys to start immediately, because it

helps stop the spread.

We call this Treatment as Prevention (TasP).

Cheers!

Opel Ampera-e presents: #AMPventure Episode 3 - from Paris to Barcelona - Duration: 2:18.

Good morning from Paris,

one of my favourite cities in Europe.

Tomorrow we are going to Limonge

which is in the middle of France.

Paris to Limonge is probably one of the hardest legs

that we have on the whole trip around Europe.

We will see how far the car can go.

For us in order to get this far,

we have to be tactical about the driving

so we probably can't go over 110km/h.

We didn't have any problems,

we were driving so carefully

that we now have a 100km left.

And now I show you the person we love the most

and who is going to join us for the next couple of days,

Nilam.

Nilam: So I think now we will switch into Spanish language

Yes yes of course, of course of course yes,

it's not question, yes?

Philip: There are many Spanish people here

and they are looking at her….

Phillip: So we are now in front of the Guggenheim museum in bilbao.

Nilam: I am also in the video as well by the way.

Philip: So it was a super exciting day,

tomorrow we go to Barcelona.

So...

hope you stay with us.

Teaching repression a lesson - The case of Hleb - Duration: 1:41.

Hello! My name is Hleb Vaikul.

I was expelled from the Belarusian State University in the winter session of 2016.

Officially, for the failure to pass an exam, but in fact for the organization of a student march,

which aimed to draw public attention to the lack of student self-government in the Belarusian universities,

as well as to demand an end to repression against student activists.

It's the spring of 2017. But we already have expelled students for their involvement in public protests.

The summer session is coming, and we will have more expulsions.

I call on the international community, which cooperates with the Belarusian universities and their puppet student organizations,

, including the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, BSU's Student Union and Assembly.

Stop! Belarusian society does not benefit from your cooperation with them.

These people are involved in repression. And you pay for their free internships and exchange programs in your universities.

I call on the international community and urge you to stop cooperation with the Belarusian universities that are involved in the repression!

I urge the international community to support the expelled students in Belarus

Belarus to ensure the quickest possible progress to the development of democracy in Belarusian Society.

DANGAL - Review [SUB ITA] - Duration: 5:38.

Hi guys it's Debbie and today I would like to speak about "Dangal", a biographical film directed by Nitesh Tiwari.

It follows the real story of Mahavir Singh Phogat, a former wrestler portrayed by Aamir Khan.

Mahavir had to give up his dream of becoming a national and international wrestling champion,

because his family couldn't afford to fund this career.

Years later when Mahavir's wife became pregnant, he promised himself that his future son

would fulfil his dreams by following him in his steps and becoming a wrestler.

But his wife not only delivered a girl, but over the years she gave birth to four daughters.

Mahavir loved his daughters more then anything but deep down a part of his heart was still broken

as he saw his dreams vanishing. He lost all his interest in wrestling, until years later he discovered that his

teenage daughters Geeta and Babita had an exceptional natural talent for fighting.

So he forced them to follow a strict training regimen and a specific diet, preparing them to possibly become

future wrestling champions. All the odds were against them, as local villagers made fun of the concept of a

female wrestler or they wouldn't allow women to take part in wrestling competitions,

schoolmates taunted Geeta and Babita for their short haircuts which were necessary for their training,

the girls would repeatedly refuse to be forced into training and also the family had to cover all expenses,

desperately trying to make ends meet. But as the girls began to prove their skills to larger and larger audiences,

they realised that their father in reality had just been setting a path to a life of opportunities they could

only have dreamed of, at the same time helping everybody surrounding them to rethink the stereotypical

role of a woman within society. I personally really enjoyed "Dangal" and although the running time was

slightly too pushed at nearly 2 hours and 40 minutes, I found it totally engaging from beginning to the end.

I had no previous knowledge about Mahavir Phogat, I had never heard of Geeta and Babita

and I also didn't have any particular interest in wrestling. But the plot and characters were developed in

such an excellent manner, that I found myself cheering on the girls from their first steps, right until the end.

Also the film doesn't just describe Geeta and Babita's steps towards success,

but it includes a series of other topics. So it's not limited just to a near-documentary format

which not everybody could enjoy. For example it doesn't hesitate in portraying the controversial attitude

the girls' father appears to have at the beginning of the film. Because at first glance he appears

just as a selfish, self centred man which after a personal failure just simply forces his children

into fulfilling his own dreams. It isn't until later that we realise that Mahavir wasn't simply imposing his will

on Geeta and Babita. On the contrary he was offering them a life changing opportunity,

as their alternative path would have been marrying at an early age and living a life of house duties without

a chance of letting their voice be heard. So one of the first features I appreciated of this film was its realism.

Because Mahavir isn't immediately portrayed as the welcoming father which plans out a perfect future

for his kids, while delivering melodramatic, emotional speeches.

On the contrary we wrongly perceive him as a rather arrogant and selfish character, because that's what we

would perceive in a real life situation. It's only through slowly unwrapping his personality that we discover his

huge heart and his true intentions. Another realistic feature linked to this

is the style of the dialogues in the film. A mistake which often occurs with plots which depict touching,

against-the-odds situations, is the excess of exaggeratedly melodramatic, emotional and complex

dialogues, which nobody would ever come up with in real life. In "Dangal" instead the dialogues

are kept very simple but at the same time very emotional. Mahavir is no poet but still we feel the deep

attachment he has for his family, Geeta and Babita express themselves through the words a person of their

age would use. And even when one character delivers a meaningful speech about freedom of choice

and a life of sadness, she uses simple words. And they were exactly the ones we wanted to hear.

Another realistic feature which underlines the number of emotions "Dangal" can effortlessly convey,

is the amount of times Babita and Geeta fail. They don't simply run down the path for success,

with a couple of suspence-fuelling mistakes. They often give up, lose, they are fed up, they refuse to train

and not just because of physical weakness but also because of all the pressure,

all the issues teenagers go through and because of the desire of wanting to be like their peers.

I particularly enjoyed the character of Geeta, portrayed by Fatima Sana Shaikh.

She is a strong woman, both physically and mentally, but at the same time she has a very

quiet and reserved personality, she never boasts her skills, she is proud of her achievements

but always in a humble manner. Even when she grows up and she is trained by a national coach

she still calls back home, crying and asking her parents for advice and she always finds time for her

younger siblings. So although this film contains a lot of comedy, mostly introduced by secondary characters,

it remains a very deep and moving film and it never falls into awkward or cringeworthy jokes.

"Dangal" touches topics such as perseverance, family unity, the struggle against society's standards,

weakness and strength both of the body and of the mind, the father-daughter relationship and the

achievement of career goals. These themes are organised throughout the film

with an emotional crescendo which moves from a nearly comedic beginning to a tear-jerking emotional ending.

The soundtrack was wonderfully matched to the change in mood and topics, with more upbeat and very catchy

tunes during the beginning training scenes, then with lighter tones when Geeta moves into womanhood

and then moving on to softer, deeper tones towards the emotional ending.

Let me know what you thought about "Dangal" with a comment here below.
