YouTube's VidCon Updates: 1.5B Monthly Viewers, VR180, Dynamic player, New Sharing, etc - Duration: 2:38.

YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki has announced many new features to YouTube at the eighth annual

VidCon conference.

She talked about VR, YouTube TV, new original series and a number of improvements to the

core YouTube experience.

According to Susan, 1.5 billion logged in viewers visit YouTube every single month.

That's the equivalent of one in every five people around the world!

In other words, 20 percent of planet Earth visits YouTube every month.

On average, YouTube viewers spend over an hour a day watching YouTube on mobile devices

alone.

Susan also spoke about how YouTube wants to make VR more accessible and more affordable

for viewers and creators.

The reality is, filming 360-degree VR videos isn't easy for most creators and some VR

cameras are expensive.

That's why YouTube and Daydream have worked together on a new format, VR180, and new cameras,

which make it easy and affordable for anyone to make VR videos.

This format delivers 3-D video while capturing 180-degrees around you.

Creators only have to worry about recording what's in front of them while viewers get

an awesome, immersive experience with a VR headset, or a video that looks just as great

on a phone as any other video.

YouTube is working with camera manufacturers like LG, Yi and Lenovo to build new VR180

cameras for as little as a couple hundred dollars.

In the coming weeks, the YouTube mobile app will dynamically adapt to whatever size you

choose to watch it in.

That means if you're watching a vertical, square or horizontal video, the YouTube player

will seamlessly adapt itself, filling the screen exactly the way they should.

Last year YouTube announced a new sharing feature that lets you share videos right from

the YouTube app.

In a couple weeks, it'll be available in Latin America and then throughout the U.S.

soon after that.

And, YouTube TV will be expanding to ten more markets in just a couple of weeks.

To date, YouTube has launched 37 original series and movies on YouTube Red, and they've

generated nearly a quarter billion views.

Youtube CEO Susan announced that 12 new projects are coming to YouTube Red.

Chocolate Marshmallow Spiral Dessert - How To Cook That Ann Reardon - Duration: 8:01.

Welcome to HowToCookThat I'm Ann Reardon and today we are making a yummy chocolate

mousse dessert wrapped in a spiral of marshmallow, sitting on a coconut biscuit with a raspberry

jelly in the middle.

To make the raspberry jelly we need raspberries, sugar, water and gelatin sheets.

I'll put all the recipe quantities on the howtocookthat.net website for you in grams

and ounces and cups and there is a link to that below.

Add the gelatin sheets to the water and leave them to soak.

Then add the sugar to the raspberries.

And blend on high speed until you have a liquid of yummy fresh raspberry puree.

Pour that into a fine sieve and push it through using the back of a spoon, just stir it around

and around, so that you end up with all the seeds at the top and all of that puree through

into the bowl.

Pour about 1/3 of that mixture into a pan and heat it until it just starts to boil.

Squeeze the water from the gelatin sheets and add them into the hot raspberries.

And then you just need to stir until they are dissolved.

Tip the hot rasperries into the cold one and mix together well.

By not heating the whole thing, just heating 1/3 of it, that means that it will set a lot

quicker for you.

Pour that into a tray lined with plastic wrap or if you don't have a tray you could use

a cardboard box and line that, and then put that in the freezer for about an hour to set.

For the biscuit bases we need 1 egg, desiccated coconut, flour, baking powder, icing sugar

and butter.

Put the icing sugar, butter and coconut into a bowl and mix until it forms a pale coloured

paste.

Add in the egg and mix that together well then turn it onto low speed and add in the

flour and the baking powder and just keep mixing those until you can't see any more

flour and it's all mixed in.

Roll out the biscuit dough on some non-stick baking paper, and I find this easiest to do

if I put some plastic wrap over the top while you are rolling it.

Remove the plastic and cut circles about a centimeter apart from each other.

Then just remove the dough from in between the cookies, slide it onto a baking tray and

bake those in the oven until they are golden.

Check on your raspberry jelly, mine is just starting to get icy around the outside.

Use a small cookie cutter to cut circles of jelly and these need to be a little bit smaller

than the bases because they will go in the centre of the desserts.

Once you have cut these just cover in plastic wrap and store in the fridge until you are

ready to use them.

Now to make our rich chocolate mousse we need cream, chocolate and I've got a mixture of

milk and dark chocolate in there.

Egg yolks, sugar, water and more water to bloom the gelatin.

Add the gelatin into the water and then whip the cream to soft peaks so it looks like this.

Then place that bowl in the fridge while we do the next part.

Put a pan on the stovetop with a little water in it and then put a heat-proof bowl on top

of that.

Into the bowl add water, sugar and egg yolks and whisk those together, continuing to whisk

it over the heat.

The steam from the water underneath will heat the bottom of the bowl As it's getting hotter

add in the gelatin and then keep whisking it until the sugar and gelatin are dissolved

and you've got a hot egg yolk mixture that is frothy and pale.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave then stir in about half of the egg yolk mixture.

And once that is smooth, pour it into the egg yolks and whisk them together.

Add 1/3 of the cream to this chocolate mixture and whisk it through.

Then add that into the rest of the cream and fold it through gently so you keep as much

air in your mousse as possible.

Pour some mousse into a hemisphere mold, now if you don't have a hemisphere mold you can

just get creative.

Try putting plastic wrap over a bowl or a cup and pouring some mousse into that.

Then add a disc of raspberry jelly in the middle of each dessert.

These look so yummy already.

Then level off the tops and place them in the freezer overnight.

To make the marshmallow we need glucose syrup, water a pinch of cream of tartar, sugar, another

bowl of water, plus gelatin sheets.

Place the gelatin sheets in the water so they can soften.

And while they are soaking add the sugar, water and cream of tartar into the saucepan

with the glucose syrup.

Heat that over high heat.

Then add a candy thermometer to the side and keep heating it until it reaches 114 degrees

C. Remove that from the heat and pour into a mixing bowl.

Squeeze out the water from the gelatin and add that in.

And stir it until it is melted and then whisk on high speed until it goes white and frothy

and starts to get sticky.

Place that into a piping bag and pipe onto a tray of desiccated coconut just in lone

lines.

Now if you don't like coconut you could use cornflour here or sprinkles or chopped nuts,

whatever you like, you are going to be able to see it on top so just make it look pretty.

Then just leave those at room temperature to set.

To make the glaze we need glucose syrup, cream, cocoa powder, sugar, powdered gelatin 1/3

cup of water plus more water.

Put the 1/3 of a cup of water in with your gelatin and mix that together quickly.

And then just leave that to one side.

Then add the water and the cream... and the sugar into the pan and heat that until it

just starts to boil.

Remove it from the heat and add in the gelatin, stirring until it is dissolved.

Then shake the cocoa powder through a sieve, making sure you don't have any lumps of cocoa

powder there, and whisk that into the glaze.

Finally for the glaze, we just want to pour that through a fine sieve again just to make

sure there are no lumps.

We want the glaze to be totally smooth.

Then just leave that to cool to room temperature.

Once it is cool it will be thick like this.

To thin it down, take a big spoonful and put it in a separate bowl and heat that up in

the microwave.

Once it is hot and thin, top it into the rest and stir it through.

And continue to do that a couple of times until you get a nice thick but pourable consistency

like this.

Tip the frozen mousse out of the mold, just pushing it out of the silicon there onto a

cooling rack that is sitting over a tray.

Then just ladle the glaze over the desserts letting the excess drip down onto the tray.

Carefully, lift up the mousse and place it onto one of the biscuit bases.

Now take a marshmallow and starting at the top wrap it around your dessert a few times

in a spiral finishing at the base.

And you can just leave it like that or you can add a few sprinkles onto the glaze.

Allow those to defrost in the fridge for a few hours and then they are ready to be enjoyed.

sense if you look at the exposed video it has like 2,000 dislikes but if you

look at the comments no one is defending them so obviously they're fake also

fishy the next day released a video in which had a hundred likes and four

hundred views now that does happen if you're super famous like PewDiePie that

so many people like the video that it registers faster than views but let's

look at the comments they only got eight comments are you kidding me a hundred

likes for interviews only a comments obviously there's some kind of body

going on and that's basically what the discouraged sharks

they talk about dividing their videos dislike buttons other videos apparently

they can make an exposed video on me now I could make a whole expose video based

on this but at this no point right all you guys got to know is to never dice on

again the website that is basically the message out of all of this all right I'm

not trying to expose them I'm just saying at the end of the day that dice

and websites can get you banned end of the story also something else I was

leaked was the fact that they do fake their bank videos what they use is

something a client code room tag and that client is able to modify items and

GP values on only your screen so that's how they fake the bank videos by the way

I mean I talked about this two months ago I just didn't know how they did it

but now we know right next thing we'll be talking about is something serious

something that I want to address that I feel like needs to be addressed and has

become a very big issue as of late some of you guys might not be aware but there

are a lot of channels out there on YouTube that do something that they like

to refer to as highlight reels now highlight reels in all senses would be

fine because what a highlight reel is is it just clips from twitch and clips from

you know popular streamers that they want to put into a compilation to show

off their favorite clips and normally that would be fine however these people

are taking clips without asking any of the original content creators which

would be fine if it fell under fair use which in some cases it does but in this

case there is no added commentary there is no remarks on the situation

whatsoever it is quite literally just them copy and pasting the twitch clips

into their own video which obviously breaks fair use and copyright laws in a

way highlight channels have been exposed and it

isn't by me it's actually by someone you guys should know about because I always

talk about this guy Dave low soul gaming now I'm pretty sure a lot of you have

noticed recently that you've seen a lot of suggested videos and it's from

highlight channel runescape highlight channels normally these channels reside

in like the League of Legends community or communities that have a lot of

viewers because these guys have a lot of clickbait and they draw in a lot of

viewers well low soul gaming was talking about the issues and problems with these

channel in which the video low soul gaming made is absolutely beautiful and

I found out stuff about these channels that I didn't even know that these

channels are actually making Bank and low soul game it talks about the effects

it actually has on the content creators so link to that video will be down below

I highly recommend you check it out it is so damn interesting dude sister thing

and took everything and I was only able to recover my account in the morning

because I sent a support ticket underneath jagex showing when I first

got membership on this account put in all of my invoices for when I paid for

membership starting so many years back and everything so I gave him all the

proof so I was able to recover my account back now going forward I was

able to finally get in contact with Chris Archie he followed me back on

Twitter I went ahead and DM them and I'm gonna read exactly verbatim Lea verbatim

famous in a different platform and he's recently come over to runescape and he's

been doing some staking well he was hacked for full bill and people are

carelessness or negligence in some part of your security now I don't know enough

about this guy to make any opinions or to agree with people and say that he

faked it I mean not too many people believe he faked a lot of people do

believe him I mean I believe him again I know nothing about this guy don't know

be shady or whatever I mean he has a large following so I'm guessing he's not

shady or he wouldn't have the following so I generally believe he was hacked and

it sucks and the main issue about this is that when your account gets recovered

that's not the end of the story like how can you now play that account knowing

that someone can simply recovery again so now he has to say take steps in

securing his account fully so no one can recover it again but how do you exactly

do that you know son recovers your account once it's kind of scary because

you can just do it again and again and again which pretty much just sucks now
