#YoutubeOnstage Vlog | Vidcon Day 1 - Duration: 14:25.

B: Hey guys

So we are just parking for vidcon.

It took a while

But we found a place and we're just gonna go in.

M: It's fifteen dollars

M: That's expensive

M: but it's fine. And I'm hot and

M: yeah. B: Okay, we're gonna be doing this for 4 days so

B: we gotta get used to it. M: yeah

B: Alright so we're walking through

B: And we're pretty excited I think. M: We don't know where we're going, but

B: Yeah, we're just following the crowd here so

B: Yeah, hopefully we get to find some youtubers

B: And we're going to do the Youtube Onstage

B: Where we get to see Jason Derulo,

Grace Vanderwaal, Rosanna Pansino,

Collins Key, just a ton of people.

Yeah, we gotta look out and can't really be on our phones.

M: Also, I have a wedgie

B: (awkward laugh) Okay

So uh, yeah, let's go in

And see what we find (another awkward laugh)

B: Alright so we found

where to go. We got our badges

so here's my community badge and she has a community badge

And we are in line for

YOUTUBE ONSTAGE!

(gibberish)

So this is the line

and on the other side there is a, um,

standby line that we have to wait for

so that's gonna be kind of long.

It's gonna start in twenty minutes

so we're still outside. Hopefully we can go inside and there are some people vlogging

so

Just some random people vlogging that I don't know about

B: so

we finished

B: Youtube Onstage. How do you feel? M: Um. My ears

are non existent!

But I'm alive.

And I'm having lots of fun

It's really cold, but

there's lots of people here.

B: When Jason Derulo went on

everything was like vibrating. The floors were vibrating.

And I don't know. It was super

Like crazy and deafening

So we're gonna go get something to eat. I don't know where but

she's driving

M: Yes.

B: Do you know where we're going? M: I hope I can hear you when I'm in the car.

B: Cause everything is so like deafening right now, we can't actually

hear a lot of stuff

But we got to see Grace Vanderwaal. What was your

favorite performance?

M: Grace and Jason Derulo. B: Mkay

B: My favorite was

Grace,

Jason Derulo,

and...

Collins Key! I love (him).I was freaking out.

He was the first youtuber that went onstage that made me freak out

and screaming. You'll probably see in the footage the camera's shaking

because I'm jumping up and down because I'm so excited

for Collins Key. So we're just walking and

we're gonna go somewhere and eat. So yeah. (BYE)

How to make Snowflake Shrimp Food [Bonus Disaster] Marks Shrimp Tanks 🦐 - Duration: 10:26.

Hello and welcome to Mark's Shrimp Tanks.

Today we're going to be making some Snowflake food for our shrimp.

Snowflake food basically is the hull of soybeans- I have a very huge pack here and how this

works guys is soya beans- when the hull is in the water it gets either starts to decompose,

it's covered in a thing called mycelia which is a type of fungus.

Now, you you already have this probably in your tank, they attaches to any decaying matter-

this is why when we use things like leaves and when they're stuck in their tanks the

shrimps are always on them, this is why because they're always eating this stuff before we

see it.

Typically, you will see the Mycelia in your tank when you first set up your tank because

you get this like white stringy like fungusy stuff coming off, your wood basically.

Okay, so that is what it is, that's why we put in our tanks to help and encourage this

fungus to grow.

By the way guys as well, this type of food is also very very good for if you're going

on a holiday for example, okay?

So we're going to make some of this today, we have a bowl here- this is going to be in

two or three days parts because this is how long it takes to do this.

You have your soya bean, I have a lot here so I'm going to put a half of this into

this bowl, another plus with this is that I live with a couple of vegans, my kids are

vegans so they can use the rest of this, my wife will use what's left.

Basically, the food we're going to do here guys is, we are going to rehydrate these soya

beans with some water and this will be a process that takes a few days, normally it takes one

or two days for them to absorb all this water and when they do, if any of you guys remember

the video where I showed you how to de-shell and peas, we're going to do exactly the

same thing- when you grab the little soya bean you squeeze it and the bean will come

out and the shell will be left in your hand, right, it is that part that we need.

This is going to be over a couple of days so that will be as always, one momento.

Okay guys, welcome back this is what they look like after one day, can we see it's

swollen up a little bit, this one's already been popped.

What you want to do is you want to squeeze the soya bean in your fingers to take the

shell out, you see the shell?

So after the rinse and repeat we'll do this so many times, probably a couple thousand

times.

I think my wife will help me do this as well because she will use the soya beans for the

food for the kids, because your soya is a number one vegan product.

You see how easy that is?

Just rub it between your fingers, cos if they don't come up very easy then it'll open

sort of a bit longer, okay?

So the soya bean are de-shelled as you can see, this took me and my wife about 2 hours

to de-shell this much, right, so this is still kind of wet.

After being sorted and de-shelled using the squeeze method the same way you do for peas

and what we're going to do now, guys, I want to put this in the oven on a very little

heat to dry and when it softens it's going to give a shape like this to separate all

the shells, okay?

So we had a disaster, I should be showing you how we use the dried soya bean into the

tanks right now, the problem is there is no more dry soya bean because my wife burned

them in the oven; she didn't know I had them in there and she set the oven to cook something

and it just burned the soya bean.

So we had to do it again, so this is the new stuff and I want to share something with you

guys as well here, it's easier if you put your soya bean in boiling hot water and use

a masher like this to break the skins basically loose from the soya itself, because what happens

is as the water heats up it forces all the shells to rise in the water and you're easily

able to scoop them out, right, so it's much easier to do it that way.

What I'm going to do just now guys is I'm going to use this little chopping board, put

some in here, I just want to show you what this looks like as well, you're strapped

to my chest and we're going to use this really sharp knife here and we're just going to

cut this up like so, as best we can because the soya beans themselves I put some of this

in the tanks yesterday and it was pretty big, so you do want to cut this up, alright?

Give it a good cooking, I don't know what you call this in chef terms or whatever.

Okay, so we have our soya bean here and I'm going to put some of this in the tank just

so you can see.

I'm going to put this in…

Oh snowflakes, how hard was that to make?

It's super super easy.

I'm going to put a little bit in every tank actually.

I'm having a hard time finding where you guys are looking because you're on my chest;

just ignore them Mark, just ignore them.

But there won't be any tea-stays for these guys either because this is the type of food

that is used over days, used over days and days.

And I don't think you can see anything I'm doing, I can't even see my hands that's

how good the camera work is, what I'll do is I'll put this down and I'll pick you

but are we journey by hand.

What we're going to do with the rest of these guys here is we are going to… and

I'll put some more in my tanks but what we're going to do is we're going to dry them as

well, and thank my wife burning them.

Let's see, I'm trying to get this set… oh, there you go, I use a bungee cord to

strap you to my chest you see.

Alright, so we have put some in the tanks, let's see how it looks.

[Song starts] Mycelium are the largest organism on

the planet (more precisely, a specific honey fungus measuring 2.4 miles [3.8 km])

Some species can live for thousands of years Estimated weight of individuals is over 100

tons The fruiting body of Mycelium are called mushrooms

[Song ends] So that is my video guys on how you make snowflakes

shrimp food.

If you enjoyed the video please give me a pretty big 'thumbs up'.

You want to see more please subscribe and I'll catch you in the next one.

Bye now guys, bye.

Happy Shrimp keeping!

The Importance Of Self Care - Part 2 - Duration: 9:32.

hello and welcome to feminine success secrets the place women come to become

powerful feminine I'm Candice Oneida so why am I talking to you from my bed

today well it's because I've pretty much been in my bed for the last seven days

I fell off the self-care wagon ironically and I was about to do a

series on self-care

so I could have called this video confessions of a workaholic; confessions of the do-a-holic confessions

of a man-mode-a-holic or confessions of a serve-a-holic in this video today what I

really want to do is the prophetess of the future okay if you're younger than

me then know that it doesn't have to be that way you don't have to live like

like this you don't have to do like this there is a different way that actually

creates more space literally it's which we like you create more space in your

life and you think possible the last months for me was unusually where I had

three out of four weekends doing something work like now what I mean by

that so the first weekend I was I was assisting a very dear friend workshop

second weekend I started filming for my new program the powerfully feminine

intensive and then the third weekend I was assisting at the meditation workshop

so that's three weekends out of four that I didn't have off and then I had a

normal working week and client schedule and everything else happening in the

week I usually wouldn't plan things like that but the cards feel like that and on

the other end of that so right after the meditation workshop I collapsed and as I

often say the teacher doesn't do what they preach you know do what you preach

to do is teach and so I knew that that wasn't going to be a good idea but I

thought I could handle it and if for those of you that don't know my story I

had a corporate career lasting 1213 years in Australia as a corporate

commercial designer and then I've been an entrepreneur since then to last 20

odd years and I did it all from man mode so in my

early 40s I royally burnt out and my body shut down and sent me into early

menopause and clearly frankly I'm still in recovery from that now whether I'm

still recovering from that or you know I'm not 25 anymore my body will tell me

very fast Vance is not okay anymore sister you cannot do this anymore you

cannot work like this you cannot you cannot not allow out-breath you cannot

create a life where there's no space and digestion

and yeah that's what I did for the last month ago while you're in bed with me

right now so I want I just sat there going okay self-care is one of the big

things I've had to learn if I'm really honest with you I really had to learn

about self-care and I fell off the wagon one thing I realized in my reflection in

this exhaustion I've been in is my body doesn't know the difference between when

I am in service and when I'm doing my normal work so although it's lovely and

I really have a want to serve and deserve more my body doesn't know the

difference it's just doing its just activity it's just going going going you

know as I say in breath in breath in breath in breath with no out breath and

my body does another difference and then like I have told you for ages on this

channel the thing is when we don't allow out braces women when we don't give

ourselves space to digest whether we don't give us a space for creativity

we don't give us a space to share our fills our energy and with others space

to nourish then our body just is not designed for that now is that hard for

you to hear this is the first time you've ever heard me before it's just a

fact you know until in terms of our our hormonal makeup alone is different than

men's and so one of the things in my research

from my own crashing fly forty years was a hormone system is different you know

we don't have the amount of testosterone men do we're not built to compete

fightin win in the way that most the business world is set up on right and so

it equal fast is not good for us bodies end up under massive cortisol stress the

cortisol will do things like it has done for me this month and it will shut you

down now if you're in your 20s or 30s like

when I was in my 20s 30s I just ignored the signals and I just plowed through

now there's two ways of looking that if you look at it from the subs Chinese in

the Taoist system the truth was although I could in my 20s and 30s

unfortunately actually what was happening was I was burning Jim I was

burning core essential energies that hat can get burned out that certain types of

the Jim don't recover so I was haplessly burning my Jing out in my 20s and 30s

working super high long long hours constant constant doing constant

constant going and my body just went not okay by my 40s and um since then she

gives me all the strong signals when I am going off track and I have just been

in my I'm still I'm still recovering from that if I have to be honest I'm

able to handle my clients schedule and that's about it right now not was it you

see the funny thing is I'm losing time because of that and I've had to just

throw down the towel and agree with it because it really hit me very very hard

so it's this sort of misconception this misnomer that well I don't have time to

take out to take space I don't have time to out breathe I don't have time to be

creative I don't have time to spin with friends well your body is going to

create time eventually I wouldn't be much much nicer if it was done

when and how you'd like to it makes sense so when you get to choose how to

have that out breast time rather than like me lying down here reading

exhausted sleeping or finding myself watching Netflix I don't like being sick

I don't like being unwell I fight it and that's another thing I used to do I

would fight those signals they'd come up in my body and I'd go no that's not me

not gonna happen I thought that was the thing to do was

to cope and to fight through you know that was kind of the world I was brought

up in with that kind of mentality the world around us tries to tell us we have

limits of time we have limits of energy we have limits of creativity we have

limits of intelligence all of these things and in fact the truth is in terms

of feminine power it's a way of learning how to literally expand those boundaries

and of course you know I find myself talking to myself right now reminding

myself and that as we expand these boundaries Oh something feels very

different when you allow yourself give yourself permission to do that allow

yourself time and space for your creativity allow yourself time and space

with your lover don't shorten the sexual interactions make them long and deep and

languorous and juicy allow personal time with people you love listen to them be

still share with them stop having that clock going off in your head saying but

I've gotta get a who cares right so you know the done studies and and

interviewed people that only dip into what's the what do you regret

what do you regret in your life and they've usually said I don't regret

anything except that I would like to expend more time with the people that I

loved I found that really profound that they realize that the things that were

the most valuable to them are actually the sharing of their life with people I

love you do today is put some comments below on well one where you fall off the

wagon in terms of self-care and to your favorite reminder recovery self-care

thing to do if you could share it in the comments box below that would be awesome

if you liked the video today give me a thumbs up and remember when you have the

courage to go out there and shine you give others permission to do the same so

let's go up there and shine this week
