Hot n New Ep. 79: Sota AWOL 22x12 -51 - Duration: 3:32.
(hard driving upbeat music)
- Hey guys, Shawn again.
Custom Offsets, Custom Offsets TV on YouTube.
Got another one of these Hot N New's for you.
It's gonna be episode 87.
And we're bringing back the Sota Awol.
So we've already done this one in the anthracoat,
which is the gray and black.
Now I wanna do this black in machined and milled
so that you guys can see what that one looks like.
So this is gonna be a 22
by 12 wide
and it'll all run in negative 51 offset
to get a nice big old lip on there.
And you'll see these spokes are
basically perfectly straight.
And what that does is it gives you
nice six and a half inch lip on a 12 wide.
That's a super aggressive lip for a 12 wide.
We usually see 'em around six inches so
six and a half is a nice big deep-lip wheel
for that 12 wide.
And what you'll see is they pay attention to detail.
So you're gonna hear in the pricing that this is more
in the moderate to high pricing for a cast wheel.
But it's all about the detail.
So first you'll see that they're always gonna have
exposed lug nuts so that you can run a spiked lug nut.
The caps are gonna be nice and short so that
when you run the spiked lug nuts,
they really stand out.
And then all of the milling and machining
is gonna be really,
really,
really clean and really really fine.
I don't know if its through multiple
passes or how they get that.
But you're not gonna see much of the machining marks.
You're just gonna see really really clean milling.
And that's one of the patented or
signature things that Sota does.
You're also gonna see that their
gonna machine or mill the Sota emblem
into one of the spokes.
And that just makes it a really unique,
really clean wheel.
And then you'll see it's got the rivet-style look
milled in all the way around the lip of it.
And the sizes for this one's gonna be a 20 by nine.
They'll do a 20 by 10 and a 20 by 12 negative 51 of course.
And then they do a 22 by 10,
22 by 10 and a half,
which is a little bit more aggressive than the 22's.
And that's like a negative 32 offset I believe.
And then they'll do a 22 by 12 also in this wheel.
So that gives you a pretty good
range of sizes on the 12 wides.
So you can either run the 20's or the 22's
and get that nice deep six and,
what did I say?
Six and a half?
Yeah, six and a half inch lip on there.
So as far as the finishes,
like there's the black in the milled and machined
and then there's also the anthracoat which is
like a metallic gray
with the black accents?
And then there's also gonna be a chrome
where the entire wheel's gonna be chromed out.
And that's a true chrome not PVD.
That is your Sota.
The price range like we said with the
intricate milling and everything,
they are a little higher price range.
I think these are, you know, over 2000 bucks
for a set of four shipped to your door.
But if you package it up with some tires,
we can definitely help out a little bit on the price.
You know you are gonna pay for that higher-end wheel,
but I can tell you you're gonna get what you pay for
as far as the intricate design and the high-end paint.
And this one is gonna be a gloss black so it's gonna
shine right up and look like a real true automotive paint.
That is another episode of Hot N New with the Sota Awol.
(hard driving music)

Kong: Skull Island (2017) Digital HD CLIP | Kong vs Skull Crawlers - Kong's Story | HD - Duration: 5:07.
Thank you. Thank you.
So, good news.
They say you can shack up here.
I didn't hear them say anything.
Oh, they don't speak too much.
When you've been here as long as I have, you start to understand. You'll see.
Wait a minute. Wait, wait, wait.
We can't stay here. We have to get off the island.
We have lives. I have a life.
Nieves, now is not the time. All right?
What lands here tends to stay here.
As far as I can tell,
this ship washed up about 10 years before I did.
- WEAVER: You've been here since '44? - Yeah.
What happened with the war? Did we win?
SLIVKO: Which one?
MARLOW: Uh-huh. That makes sense.
This is all hallowed ground to them.
So if you like your hands, don't touch anything.
Oh!
Look at that.
MARLOW: The way they tell it, for thousands of years,
the people on this island lived in fear.
That's a hell of a long time to be scared.
And then, one day, the damnedest thing happened.
Some of the things they were afraid of
started protecting them against the things that were eating them.
But nothing lasts forever, I guess.
And this is where they honor the last of their saviors.
Yeah.
That's Kong.
He's king around here.
He's God to these people.
Kong's a pretty good king.
Keeps to himself mostly.
This is his home. We're just guests here.
But you don't go into someone's house and start dropping bombs
unless you're picking a fight.
Wasn't Kong the one who killed your friend?
No.
One of them did.
Kong's god on the island,
but the devils live below us.
And what are they called?
The Iwis won't speak their name.
But I call them Skull-crawlers.
Why?
'Cause it sounds neat.
Okay.
Look, I just made that name up. I'm trying to scare you.
I'm fine calling them that.
- Are you cool with that? - Yeah...
- I like the name, so... - That seems like a great name.
I've never said that name out loud before. It sounds stupid now that I say it.
You call them whatever you want.
They're big lizard things. Nasty.
They come from the vents deep down.
That's why Kong got so mad.
(ROARS)
Those bombs woke up a bunch of them.
I tell you what. You're lucky he's out there, too,
or you wouldn't have made it this far.
They're crafty bastards. Mean as hell.
Now, he can handle them
as long as he gets to them when they're still small.
(ROARS)
You don't wanna wake up the big one.
- How big is it?
Kong's the last of his kind, but he's still growing.
And you better hope he does.
Because the Iwis say once Kong goes,
then the big one comes up.
Then it's, "Goodnight, Irene." (CHUCKLES)
Listen, there's a refueling team
coming to the north end of the island in three days.
You should come with us.
To the north end of the island?
- (LAUGHING) - We're gonna get out of here.
- In three days? - Yes.
(BOTH LAUGH)
You can't get to the north end in three days.
It's impossible. That's it. No way.
At least not on foot.(Cliptonite-CoolestClips4K)

The Story of The Legionfall Campaign [Lore] - Duration: 18:54.
Hello everyone!
At the start of Legion we got our asses handed to us at the broken shore, but some time has
passed since that moment.
We have united our classes within the order halls, we have gained powerful artifacts of
legend, we have gathered allies and defeated our enemies across the broken shore and we've
even been able to take out the orc who opened the gateway for the Legion to come in.
The pillars of creation are the key to sealing off this gateway, pillars that we have gathered
and we've even been able to bring back the demon hunter Illidan who's been working
on plans and schemes against the legion for a very long time.
"you have seen what i've seen, now follow me into the abyss."
We now have a fighting force capable of driving the Burning Legion from our world, the time
has come to return to the broken shore and it's khadgar that summons the troops.
'Heroes of Azeroth, your class orders have grown mighty throughout our campaign on the
Broken Isles.
Their strength, their courage, is needed now.
The time has come to unite our forces and rid Azeroth of the Burning Legion."
The prominent members of the order halls have already gathered to hear what Khadgar has
to say just before we launch our assault.
Cinematic: Champions, your victory at the Nighthold has granted us the key to ending
this war.
With the Pillars of Creation assembled, we finally have the power to cut the demons off
from our world.
Gul'dan failed, and so shall the Legion.
* Cheer, Cheer, CLUNK* Gul'dan...was merely their pawn.
Until victory is assured we must remain vigilant for the Legion's true masters have yet to
reveal themselves.
Among them a monster who hunted my people across the stars...
Kil'jaeden.
" Roar, Velen talking smack about me again.
The day I took the fle fire into my veins.
I saw my destiny.
A grand crusade that would reach the ends of creation.
That was the vision you showed me."
"Our Crusade will prevail."
"Everything we have done has been by your design.
And all we have to show for it is failure."
"Perhaps you lost sight of our destiny.
Perhaps I overestimated your resolve.
" "I paid for that destiny with my world."
Oeeee hi there Argus, how's it going?
"The time has come to see it done."
By Sargeras, unleash the fel, let all tremble before the might of the Legion.
Cynical fleet has arrived, suck it Khadgar.
"Burn it...to ash."
Poor Kil'jaeden, so hurt by Velen's words.
The Legion is coming out in full force and we must gain a foothold on the broken shore.
"Our assault on the southern beach is being met with heavy resistance.
I need you spearheading our forces while I deal with these ships!"
Fire ze mega laser!
"We must take the ruins on the western side of the island.
From there we can funnel all of our forces toward the central ship above the soul engine.
The Legion will not win this day!
We will show them what it means to stand together.
For Azeroth!"
We're coming in hot and fast captain, chaaaarge.
"We must take the beach before we can claim the ruins to the west.
INCOMING!"
Our first point of attack is on the beach where we can see our efforts of bringing the
order halls together, we can finally see it pay off as not just our own order hall is
fighting here, every single orders know that the time has come and has sent their troops
for support.
"Good!
They thought they were ready for us, but they've never seen the forces of Azeroth work with
such unity!
Head up the hill to the west with the other forces.
An eredar and his underlings guards the point.
You know what to do."
We've secured the beach and push forward to face off against Lord Kalgorath.
"You think a few mortals with gaudy weapons can stop us?"
"You are doomed to fail!"
"It seems you were doom to fall, Lord Kalgorath."
The forces of the legion are mighty and nearly infinite, but we do not stand alone in the
darkness this time and together we will take this land.
"Champion!
The forces of Dread Commander Arganoth lie to the northeast.
We must close the portal before our allies are overrun."
"The wardens are with you, champion."
"As is the Light."
Dread Commander Arganoth: "You march to your doom!"
We kill a whole bunch of the gathered legion forces as well as shutting down their gateways,
preventing more reinforcements from flooding in.
"Break them!"
"More portals?!
Where the hell is our backup?"
"Take down Dread Commander Arganoth!
We will deal with the rest."
"Illidan, how courteous of you to finally arrive!
Wardens, see to the real work while Illidan's demon hunters caper about with their bats."
"Enough bickering!
Stay focused!"
"I will flay the flesh from your bones!"
You might remember dread commander arganoth from the first time we went to the broken
shore where he already warned us that his master would mend his flesh so killing him
was pointless.
That might be true, but it will buy us some time.
"The master will mend my flesh again and again.
You have not won.
You cannot win.
We are endless!
We are Legion!"
"I...will...return...."
"Perhaps.
But not this day, demon!"
"Their command ship remains.
We must destroy it before Dalaran's defenses fail!
The COuncil of the Black Harvest has set up a gate for us.
You may do the honors, champion."
Mephistroth: "Yes, come forth.
I could use some entertainment!"
"Mephistroth!"
"The warlocks took your world from you, nathrezim!
I would not be so arrogant if I were you."
"Silence!"
"Here, these will help.
Plant them around the ship.
I will activate them from here when ready."
We plant some arcane bombs on the command ship until Mephistroth himself shows up.
"Another foolish mortal wishes to face me?
So be it!"
It's interesting that they use him for the story here, rather then a continuation on
the warlock order hall campaign since during that campaign they took felscar rift and mephistroth
was not too happy about that.
They worried about his retribution, but that's a fear of the past since the dreadlord has
his part the play during the Legionfall Campaign.
"Pathetic!
My time is wasted here.
With the power from the tomb, I will destroy all of you!"
"Get ready, champion.
I'm pulling you out and detonating the bombs!"
Cinematic: EXPLOSIONS, LOUD NOISES, TAKE THAT LEGION,
WE GOT A CANON OF OUR OWN.
FIRE ZE LASER, PEW PEW PEW, OPEN UP THAT DOOR.
"Ah there you are, champion.
I was worried I might have activated the bombs a tad prematurely."
"We have won this day, but a grave threat still looms before us.
The Legion's master has yet to play his hand."
Mephistroth is on the run, and we have a foothold here at deliverance point, a good start but
there's still a long way to go before we can assault the tomb.
Now as you could see, the door is open and heroes are send into the cathedral, but I'll
save those events for next week to nicely combine it with what's happening within
the tomb.
Safe to say, we couldn't hold the door so we need to put in some extra effort to get
into the tomb again and here on the Broken Shore we have our little point of assault
called Deliverance point.
We got our innkeeper, our drink vendor, Goya who's a very good dog and offers moral to
the troops, our troops of course from the different order halls and a nice touch is
that the npc's and events change depending on what class you play, so deliverance point
is a little bit different each time you play on your alts.
The currency of the land is nethershards which we can turn in for gear, reagents, toys, banners
all that good stuff while we collectively work on building towers with Legionfall War
Supplies.
You can pick for which building you want to use your supplies, either the mage tower,
the Nether Disruptor or the command center.
Once build the tower will stay up for 3 days, after that the legion has noticed it and put
their troops to breaking it down, resetting things and letting you build it up once again.
Each tower offers its own unique bonuses.
The mage tower grants us access to challenging fights connected to powering up our artifacts
even further and after completing the challenge, we're rewarded with unique artifact skins.
It also has portals to different areas of the broken isles, it reveals special wyrmtongue
treasure chests across the shore and then the random general buff available for everyone.
The nether disruptor spawns a world boss on the broken shore, either
Si'vash, a naga who commands the fury of the sea, bringing its power to bear on those
too close to the shore.
Her fierce SI'vashi Honor Guard travel with her across Azeroth's oceans, eager for vulnerable
harbors to destroy.
Apocron, built by the legion thousands of years ago, Apocron has heralded the end for
countless civilizations.
With each world conquered, the reaver's power grows, ensuring the next realm it encounters
will be put to flame.
Malificus, a creature of pure malice, Malificus incities terror in the hearts of all those
who oppose him.
Portents of his arrival come in the form of mass panics among citizens, and death cults
celebrating the end of days.
"The end is coming!"
Sound a lot like deathwing to me and then finally there's Brutallus an old familair
face as we fought with him during the Sunwell raid.
He is a veteran of many battles, his tactics are rarely sophisticated, often relying on
pure force to dominate enemy armies.
The nether disruptor also has nether portals spawn which we can use to summon elites to
fight.
Crafters can get a reagent needed for legendary crafting and then the random general buff
available for everyone.
The third and final building, The command center unlocks world quests for the Cathedral
of Eternal night, Legionfall troops will sometimes show up to help us as we battle throughout
the broken isles and Elite missions become available for our champions as well as legendary
gear to help them out.
We also have a mission board in the command center to immediately send them away which
is a good thing since although these elite missions offer high rewards, they also take
a long time to complete.
And then the random general buff available for everyone.
So with those towers going up and down, we deal with keeping our little piece of land
under control and taking care of pretty much anything and everything the legion has to
offer.
The enemies across the shore are quite a mixing pot, for example there are the standard eredar,
imps, imp mothers, you know demons you would expect from the Legion, but they also have
the Xorothian Fel knights, demonic spiders, felbats, fel infused harpies, felborne, spirits
of the fallen, naga and EVEN MURLOCS!
"Fel Murlocs?!
Is there any race the legion won't corrupt?!
Take care of this would you?"
Like I said it's quite a mixing pot and some of the quests are connected to the order
hall campaigns, like there was one in which the monks shared their stormbrew with the
troops or some of the quests are made easier depending on the class you play for example
the night elf spirits at Crescent Ruins are instantly released by the paladins since that's
connected to their follower questline.
So pretty much all over the place working with our legionfall troops to get into the
tomb.
The campaign itself, after the initial scenario which was pretty cool and a solid start, that
came to a screeching halt since it's time gated and the quests themselves are not that
large so makes you wonder why timegate it at all.
Anyways, the campaign had us first go to Aalgen point to talk with Heidirk and unlock the
flightpath followed by going to Vengeance point to help out the Illidari with defeating
a legion siege and also unlocking the flightpath.
During the assault, our forces found an ancient night elf tome which seems to be hungering
for any and all knowledge that it does not already possess.
The fact that it survived so long in these harsh lands is quite remarkable on its own,
so we bring it to the ruins at Felfire Pass, Lost Temple and Moonlight Ascent to have it
reveal their secrets which might give us an edge against the Legion.
In the end it's decided to hand it over to our artifact researcher so we can progress
even further with our artifact knowledge and gain more artifact power.
Not all of our efforts stayed just on the broken shore since the Legion also didn't
just attack us there.
They had assaults going on in Azsuna, Highmountain, Stormheim and Val'sharah, each of them lead
by a powerful Legion commander.
In each zone we worked together to repel these assaults, showing the Legion that they're
not welcome on our world.
"You have shown the legion that they will be hunted anywhere they dare threat in azsuna,
excellent work!"
We bolstered our strength by finding new followers for our order hall, we helped Anduin with
stepping into the big shoes left by his father and we helped out Excavator Karla, who was
part of the very first assault on these shores, by finding a big pile of treasure and capturing
a wyrmtongue which allows us to gamble our hard earned nethershards to see if we can
get any good loot like more nethershards, artifact power, pets, toys, all that good
stuff.
So that's pretty much what went down on the broken shore and then there's the campaign
itself of course, week by week we completed missions of the upmost importance for the
war effort.
Khadgar required a significant quantity of Nethershards, solidified residual energy from
the Twisting Nether.
2500 shards to be precise, he did the math, exactly 2500 shards.
Fewer would be inadequate, more would be absurd.
Don't question his mothers, so we didn't and we brought back 2500 shards only to find
out that the archmage got a bit carried way and only really needed 1 of them.
Vital missions for the war effort I tell you.
Illidan had a bit more serious task for us, in the sky is the sentinax which is raidining
down terror upon the broken shore, unleashing hordes of demons that menace our forces.
The fiends seek to stop us from taking the tomb so we need to lure out the strongest
amongst their vile ranks, slay them and seize the marks they bear.
We're going to make the legion fear our strength by collecting 100 marks of the sentinax.
Prophet Velen has witnessed many visions in his lifetime, some that filled him with hope
and others that filled him with despair.
Victory over Kil'jaeden lies within our grasp, he has seen it, but visions only shows
us where our path might lead.
They still require effort to become a reality and that effort falls upon us by completing
12 world quests on the broken shore.
Step by step we march closer to victory and we must not relent!
Only through courage and persistance will we stop the insidious evil that threatens
the soul of this world.
Maiev Shadowsong can no longer tolerate the demons maintaining their hold on nearby lands
and while we are purging their filth from the broken shore, we must thing their ranks
in either Faronaar or Felsoul Hold.
She wants us to come back with demon blood on our hands so we slay 100 demons for the
warden.
Not all the demons stomp around in the open, some of them slink about in the shadows, finding
more subtle ways to advance the Legion's cause.
Khadgar has observed the wyrmtongues who seem to spend quite a bit of time acquiring objects
of power.
We cannot allow them to use these items against us so we scour the broken shore in search
of hidden wyrmtongue caches.
Demons in other lands, demons in the shadows, demons more insidious than the rest.
Each of them deserve a swift and merciless end according to maiev, but some are more
worthy of our attention as they rally others to their cause.
We must take out the head by striking down these demonic champions and fill the hearts
of their kin with fear and doubt.
There are quite a few of these rare elites on the shores, but probably the most interesting
one is Lord Hel'nurath, who was part of the warlock mount quest back in classic and now
drops a variation of their netherlord's wrathsteed.
We can't have all the fun with this campaign, we have to give our followers something to
do.
As we make prepareation for our assault on the tomb, we need to keep the demons off balance.
We send out our order hall champions to compete 3 legionfall missions at the broken shore
and then our final quest in this campaign is ... and hold on for this one cause it's
going to blow your freaking mind... it's to kill more demons, a 100... again...only
now it's a 100 right here on the broken shore and Maiev doesn't want to see our
hands covered in blood, this time she wants our weapons covered in blood.
Hmmhmm...she has issieus but that's the entire legionfall campaign and what went down
on the Broken Shore.
Quite a change compared to the first time we got here, we have been succesfull in every
single one of our tasks and we're now ready to enter the tomb and try to seal of that
gateway from which the legion keeps pooring in.
That however is a story for next week where we'll talk about the cathedral and what
goes down inside the tomb, maybe speculate a bit on the future...who knows!
Now there are a couple of quests and events from 7.2 that I didn't explain in detail
like Anduin and getting new followers and what not, but that's because those storylines
are more class or faction based and have been covered in individual videos.
If you're curious about those addition storylines then check out the links in the description.
Right then onwards to next week and into the tomb.
Thank you very much for watching everyone and until next time guys....see ya!

Trump: Hillary Clinton Colluded With DNC To Cheat Bernie Sanders - Duration: 2:51.
President Donald Trump accused Hillary Clinton on Sunday of colluding with the DNC in order
to cheat Bernie Sanders out of the nomination during the primaries last year.
According to Trump, Hillary secretly plotted with the Democratic Party in order to "beat
crazy Bernie Sanders."
"Hillary Clinton colluded with the Democratic Party in order to beat Crazy Bernie Sanders.
Is she allowed to so collude?
Unfair to Bernie!" Trump tweeted.
Zerohedge.com reports: Trump is referring to the disclosures that emerged last summer
when it was revealed by email leaks from hacker Guccifer 2.0 that the DNC had colluded with
the Clinton campaign to prevent Bernie from winning the Democratic primary.
It's not the first time Trump has accused the Democrats of cheating Sanders out of the
nomination, although today's tweet comes amid probes ongoing probes into Russian meddling
into the presidential election and possible collusion between Trump's campaign and Moscow.
In an interview airing Sunday on Fox and Friends Weekend, Trump blasted Barack Obama over Russia's
interference, accusing Obama of doing "nothing" before the election.
"Well I just heard today for the first time that Obama knew about Russia a long time before
the election, and he did nothing about it.
But nobody wants to talk about that," Trump said in an interview airing in full Sunday
on "Fox and Friends Weekend."
"The CIA gave him information on Russia a long time before they even — before the
election.
And I hardly see it.
It's an amazing thing," Trump continued.
"In other words, the question is, if he had the information, why didn't he do something
about it?
He should have done something about it.
But you don't read that.
It's quite sad," Trump said.
On Saturday evening, Trump mused some more on this topic when he tweeted that "Obama
Administration official said they "choked" when it came to acting on Russian meddling
of election.
They didn't want to hurt Hillary?"
Sensing a shift in sentiment – as reported yesterday, angry grassroots Democrats are
increasingly turning on leaders such as Obama, Pelosi, Schumer with demands that they "talk
less about Russia" and focus on core economic issues instead.
Needless to say, nothing could make Trump happier than to put the Russian scandal in
the past, especially if he can do it while redirecting attention to his arch-nemesis,
Hillary Clinton.
As for Bernie Sanders, we doubt he will care much about what Trump has to say.
As reported yesterday, the Vermont senator and his wife, who are now under investigation
for bank fraud, have far bigger problems on their heads than a Trump tweet.
what do you think about this?
Please share this news and tell us what you think!

where is some chicken meat, cheese, lot of vegetables, sauce and also big bun. We have 30 minutes to finish,
if we win we get meal free and 1,000 CZK voucher to use later.
I think we are ready so let's start.

What is an Oscilloscope - Front End Design Talk (part 1) - Duration: 10:45.
okay, thanks everybody for coming I didn't expect this big of a crowd yes so a
little uh little context for this Kin Chan who is TLO ASIC design manager
established a mentorship thing with CSU and as part of that we gave a series of
talks and so the the the presentation is more geared toward that for for people
who don't have a lot of exposure to the technology you know I mean us in R&D we
work with it all the time but a lot of people you know they've seen an oscilloscope
they might not know how it works or they don't really know what's going on
inside so I was asked to do a presentation that kind of initially told
what an oscilloscope is, its main function what it's supposed to do and then
ultimately going a little bit deeper kind of what the front end functions are
yeah the front-end functions inside the oscilloscope that actually condition the
analog signal before we we digitize it and then also before we do things like
calculate the time for the time axis so basically what does an oscilloscope do?
Obviously it measures volt measures both voltage and time and displays that on an
axis as waveform of voltage versus time. now you'll see in a lot of times in our
applications everything we have other ways to display the signal but that's if
that's effectively what we acquire we acquire voltage and then we calculate
the time that that voltage you know the time relative to what that when that
voltage was acquired so this presentation is going to focus more on
the analog signal processing technology before the analog to digital converter
sees it and also before the time base and trigger circuitry sees it so first
question why would we want to do that? well obviously you look at a circuit board like
this if it's running you don't really know it's running
I mean if it's powered on or powered off other than the thing maybe getting hot
or if there are LEDs or something that light up it really doesn't look any
different when it's running versus when it's turned off so in order for a human
to actually figure out and interact with this thing to figure out what it is
you need some ability to figure out what's going on in all this circuitry
and that's what oscilloscope does. It allows you to see all the signals in a voltage versus time waveform. And in order to see what's going on - either
troubleshoot it verify it or just understand its performance you need some
ability to measure that and so together with an oscilloscope probe, we make
a ton of those, there's several different versions here you put that probe down on
a trace that seemingly is doing nothing and then that sends a voltage signal
back through its cable into the front of the oscilloscope and then you're presented on
the oscilloscope with a waveform and that waveform in general is displayed versus
time so let's see so basically this is the front end this is a picture of our
Infiniium S-series oscilloscope these go up to 8 GHz we have versions scope families that are
in the hundreds of megahertz tens of megahertz actually now hundreds of
megahertz tens of gigahertz and of course now we're broaching 100 gigahertz
realm this disco came out I think oh maybe a year and a half two years ago
and I was involved in designing the front end ASIC for the preamp assembly
so ultimately the main parts of an oscilloscope there's the analog channel inputs these
are the front end BNC s where the probe took up two or even a coax cable can
hook up to that and then there is a in this particular one this is called a MSO
which stands for mixed signal oscilloscope we also have 16 digital
channel inputs that those can be probed and displayed along with the analog
voltages and they're both correlated in time so it's a pretty powerful
diagnostic instrument to see what's going on on the PC board the main
controls are the analog channel vertical scaling this is where you set the size
of the signal that you see on the screen and also its position in terms of an offset
then there's a horizontal scaling that's how you set the time axis the horizontal
axis here we're measuring voltage in the amplitude versus time and so turning
that knob compresses the signal it basically displays more or less time
of that signal along the horizontal axis and then there's a trigger level
basically a trigger level is a voltage that is used as a reference and when
this waveform passes through that that that generates an edge that is used by
the time measurement circuitry to figure out exactly when that particular point
in the waveform you're trying to measure how that is going to be calculated
relative to the timing of the the system clocks and everything else so you can
stabili put that waveform on the screen and I'll talk a little bit more about
those blocks in a minute so for those who don't know effectively you know
haven't used an oscilloscope or how it actually works and what the display is actually
telling you again we display volts versus time and what you're presented is
with a graticule the graticule has volts on the vertical axis and time on the
horizontal axis and it's funny that most of the controls the hardware controls
that are on the front of the oscilloscope are actually there they give you the
basic oscilloscope functionality in terms of an analog control to control things like
the horizontal axis and the voltage axis there's a lot of other functionality in
the oscilloscope but most of that is access through soft keys or there's a couple
keys that are on the front of the scope that are kind of universal you can push
that to bring down another set of measurements so don't think for a minute
that just the the ability or the the the functionality of the oscilloscope is is limited
to what you control with the with the hardware knobs but most of that in order
to get up and running and display waveforms and move the waveforms around
that's what we present in terms of the hardware function the hardware knobs and
buttons so this this first set of buttons is the vertical what that's what
that's done doing is this little guy right here you can see it's got a bit a
little waveform in a big waveform that's pretty much setting the volts per
division scale so right now for instance you
see in a display it's set to one volt per division turning that changes that
scale and so now we've got such a wonderful tradition so what that says is
that every division here represents one volt for the input signal the other
major control to control the time axis is this horizontal guy you can see that
that one looks like the same size analog signal except for it's compressed in
time so what that does is control the horizontal divisions how many seconds or
milliseconds or microseconds now we're in picoseconds that each one of these
divisions is relative to the voltages on the screen so so let's assume we apply
to two volt peak-to-peak hundred Hertz sine wave and we've got the thing set to
one volt per division and one millisecond per division that's got a
ten millisecond period so the waveform on screen will look like something
that's basically 2 volts peak-to-peak if we want to magnify that signal or
effectively cover more of the screen we hit the volts per division change that
to a half a volt per division and it effectively makes the signal look like
it's bigger it's not really a bigger signal at the input
it's just provide it's just scaling the signal so the downstream ADC
can actually use more of its range so if we if we then move the
horizontal so we're actually displaying more time on the screen we went from 1
millisecond to 2 milliseconds per division and and now we've got 10
milliseconds so that's two periods of the screen so those are the two
functions in order to get a screen to get a waveform basically on the screen
and initially displayed like you want it to want it to appear those are the two
you would look at there's another one called Auto scale here you know if you
don't really know what your signal looks like you can push that button and
there's all kinds of signal processing to try to figure out to do initial
measurements of this waveform and kind of set this volts per division and time
per division settings for you so a lot of times when people are first you know
making a measurement they don't really know what they're trying to see they'll
push that button and at least bring a waveform hopefully stabili onto the
screen so it's it's a trigger level sets the volts per
division the time for division and maybe even the trigger mode I think whether
it's triggering on a rising or falling edge so there's a like I said there's a
lot of functionality that's handled in the digital sections of the oscilloscope and
and additional hardware that's downstream from the front end so what's
the trigger then the trigger like if it is a is that is the other main control
and that basically as you move that you'll see a level going up and down
what that is is it's basically providing the zero time reference for displaying
the signal so whenever whenever this waveform passes through that level then
that's going to be calculated by the system to put that at time zero and so
the you know the other thing well you might ask well what about when it fault
goes here there's some slope they're the simplest
trigger functions are available at the front panel and so one is the slope here
I've set the slope in this particular thing to be this positive edge guy right
here so only the positive edge is the one that generates effectively a trigger
signal and so you'll see that this guy over here is not at time zero this guy
is if we would hit that and do the the negative edge triggering then this would
jump over there and you'd have the the negative slope going through time zero
so when you want to change that trigger level if you move the trigger level up
for instance what it does is it effectively pushes the waveform to the
left because now it's finding this point is time zero

Big Candysan Haul (Asian sweets and DIY kits) Click CC for english subs. - Duration: 21:21.
Hey everyone and welcome
to another video.
In my last video, I said that I want to show you
my big candysan order.
So I will do this today.
That means, many asian sweets
and DIY Kits that I want to do together with you.
In the next videos.
But today I want to show you what is in this big box.
I put this down for a second.
So.
The first thing that catches my eye
and is not a candy,
is this little kit for
cutting little panda faces
out of toast.
On the back, you can see the parts of the kit.
And here they tell you how to use it.
For people like me
that can not read japanese.
So you can make little toast pandas
with this kit.
We can try this together if you want,
and then see how it is going.
By the way, i am wearing a sweater today.
With little cat ears.
I am wearing this, because next time
I want to do a video about an online store
for cute clothes.
Maybe some of you are interested in that.
I found this shop a while ago.
And I wanted to do a little
review about it.
So I am wearing this today to show you
what kind of clothes you can expect.
But this will be in one of the next videos.
Let's see what is the next item
in the box.
This stuff.
Caramel Corn.
I got...I think this is coconut flavor.
I dont really know anymore, but I think so.
I had some other flavors of this before.
Like chocolate.
They are very delicious.
But I have to say, that they are extremely sweet too.
I just ate 3 little pieces of this
and it was so sweet that I could not eat more.
And this bag is really big for that.
I will put a link to the website Candysan (from where I got this)
in the description box below.
So you can have a look for yourself,
at what you can get there.
The next thing...
I opened this already.
This are cookies. Cookies that...this way...
that look and taste like
melon pan.
This melon flavored bun.
They are all individually wrapped.
And when you open them
they look like little melon pan.
And
they taste like melon pan too.
I was really surprised
that they taste that good.
On the back it looks like
there should be some kind of filling
inside. But I could not find any.
So, they look like normal cookies.
My cat is sitting next to me,
because of the noise that I am making with the bags.
And looks a bit curious.
I hope that she does not eat my cookies.
This is some caramel corn again.
This time it is the original flavor.
I open these, because I want to know
how the original one tastes.
They look like this.
They smell like peanut flips.
Because that is what they are basically.
But they taste much better.
Just imagine eating some peanut flips
that someone rolled around in sugar.
That's what they taste like.
But delicious.
Then I got, like every time,
because I can not pass it up,
some Ramune.
I think it is really interesting,
that this stuff comes in so many different
bottles and cans.
Of course, I like the bottles
where you can press the little ball inside the bottle.
I think, most of you know this bottles.
So, I can not be happy without my strawberry pocky.
I like the strawberry flavor the most.
But I like the ones without the little chunks more than this ones.
But the other ones were sold out.
I do not know why, but there is some glitter flying everywhere.
Next, I ordered some of these.
Umaibo Sticks.
This way.
With different flavors.
You can get these in many different flavors.
At the top you can see which one it is.
I can not read this, of course.
But you can look them up
on the website.
I already tried 2 of them.
I think they taste great.
But I think that there is
some seaweed inside.
And I do not really like seaweed.
I am not a big fan of it.
But let's see. Maybe there is no seaweed inside these 3.
Maybe I will be surprised.
But there is not that much seaweed in it that
I would say I do not want to eat it.
Let's open one of them.
Let's do this.
So you can see how they look.
It looks like there is no seaweed in this one.
They look like a little roll.
And there is a hole inside.
And they are crispy. I think it is corn.
Like a corn snack.
I think this is
curry flavor.
Let's see. I really like curry.
I am a little afraid of breaking it apart,
because I think it will crumble.
Yes...
Ok.
Yeah, this does not taste like seaweed.
So, it is really tasty.
I can definitely recommend them because,
they are very cheap.
Not expensive at all.
And now the crumbles are everywhere. ^^
But let's find out what is the next thing in this box.
There is something that I am a
little bit afraid of.
Because I dont know how it tastes.
And that is pudding.
Pudding in a can.
Is this upside down? No.
Yes, pudding in a can.
I dont know if I have to drink it or...
But it looks like you have to drink it,
because there is only this little hole.
I just try it.
Maybe it tastes great.
Wow.
Ok.
Something is wiggling inside.
I am a little bit afraid, but it is just pudding.
It does not smell like anything.
Maybe I had to shake it.
It tastes...
a little bit like the can. :D
But most of it tastes like someone...
There are some pudding bits inside.
Like someone tossed a pudding into the blender
and added half a liter of water.
That is not half a liter... never mind.
You can drink it.
But...I dont know why,
it is not expired...but
it tastes a little bit more like the can than actual pudding.
But it is not terrible.
You can drink it.
Now, I have to place it somewhere
without knocking it down.
Next in this box are some
DIY Kits, and I am really excited, because
I want to test all of them together with you.
On the candysan website, you can find
some videos on how to make the DIY Kits.
Because the...
what is the german word for instructions...
the Anleitung. :D
So the instructions on the Kits are in japanese.
I ordered many kits.
This is an ice cream cone...thing.
There it is.
On the back, it looks like
you can make some kind of foam with this.
Lets see.
That's that one.
I am really happy that
I can make them together with you.
I do not know how many times I said that in this video.
And everything is piling up already. ^^
Next is something like jelly...gummi bears.
There is this little octopus for...
camera...ah now...
...for making some drops
that are falling in some kind of liquid.
And later this drops...
where is it ...there.
This drops will transform into some gummi drops.
Thats what I remember about that.
I am looking a little bit angry
in the background...
Sorry. ^^
I bought so much more DIY kits than I thought I did.
This looks funny as well.
Looks like there are some cookies and chocolate inside.
On the back you can see
some of the instructions.
Yes.
The funny thing is, that all of them
expire soon.
So we have to make them very soon.
They all expire this year.
In the middle of this year.
Here we have something that was making me
really happy when I found it online.
Because I wanted to try this for a really long time.
This are some mini pancakes,
with little foils.
You draw the...where is it...there...
You draw the pancake on the foil.
I think you can see it better in this picture.
And I always wanted to test
how this tastes.
I will try everthing that I make
with the DIY Kits, of course.
Next is a Gudetama pudding.
I think, I will make this one
together with my boyfriend.
Because, I think he is a fan since the last convention.
He really liked the plushies there,
but when I asked him if I schould buy one for him,
he refused because he was embarrassed.
That's how boys are.
So...Gudetama pudding.
I hope it does not taste like the can pudding.
Mini doughnuts. That's another thing...
I saw many videos here on YouTube,
about this kit. And many people said that
they taste really bad.
I will try this myself.
Here is the back.
I don't think that I can make such
beautiful creations with this Kit but,
I want to try it anyways.
I really dont know where I should
put all this stuff.
I will show you later.
And here is another DIY Kit, of course.
I think this are sour gummy bears.
They look like sour gummy bears.
I hope you can see it, I hope so.
I really wish that I had better lights in here.
I am working with 2 lights right now and
I would like to have this window as a natural light.
But I had to turn around and then...
no this would not work.
There also is this big showcase...so this would really not work.
Wow...this really are much more DIY Kits than I thought.
Here we have another gummy bear kit.
Yeah.
Way to much stuff.
You can make gummy bears with this.
We could make an ASMR video
out of this and I do this
all day.
But we will not do that. ^^
It's piling up...
Another DIY kit. Oh yeah.
So...I dont know why but my 16 GB card
was full after I filmed only 2 GB.
I dont know why.
So, lets try again.
Where was I?
I think, I wanted to show you this one.
I wanted to buy this one because,
I have seen it many time in some videos.
And I will not tell you how this is called.
Because I dont know how to pronounce it. ^^
But maybe you have seen it somewhere before.
It's this foam,
that you can pull up.
I dont know if you have seen this before.
But I am pretty excited how this will taste.
The next thing is something that I already opened
before I noticed that the camera is not working anymore.
That stuff.
They put this inside the box as a present, I think.
Because I did not order this.
These are candies.
Little pink...
Little pink candies.
They taste like this candies
that do not taste like any kind of flavor. They only taste sweet.
I think they are great on the go if you want something sweet.
Oh. I am happy that I see this in the box because,
my Hi-Chew is almost gone.
I ordered some soft candy.
That's nice.
Grape flavor, of course. Why not.
I dont kow...oh...it slips...
All this stuff is sliding down from my lap top.
I dont know if this were candies
or soft candy. Let's find out.
I think...melon flavored candies.
I fail.
I fail in opening stuff.
Ok...maybe these are soft candy.
Or chewing gum...
But it feels like candies...
They are all individually wrapped.
It does not feel like soft candy,
but it looks like it.
Soft candy.
But it tastes mor like toffee...caramel toffee
than melon flavor. It smells like melon.
And it tastes a little bit like melon,
but most of it tastes like toffee.
This just dropped in the box some time.
I orderes this some time ago. These are ramune candies.
They have a little hole in the middle
and a pretty car on the packaging.
You can use the hole to whistle.
It makes some noises when you blow through the hole.
Children like these.
I saves the coolest stuff for last.
Some cookies.
Theses are yandere cookies.
They look like this.
With strawberry filling.
And I dont really want to open them,
because they look so pretty.
The packaging looks so cool.
Im not sure yet if I open them,
or if I just put them somewhere as a showpiece.
But this would be a waste
of delicous cookies.
Let's see.
And then I ordered also this cookies.
If I remember it correctly...I have to look it up again.
But if I remember correctly...there are some
cookies in here that taste good and some cookies
that taste really bad.
Just because it's fun.
I have to look it up again.
I am not sure.
Ok, I did not make the mistake
to buy cookies like that.
These are girlfriend cookies.
On the website it says that
they sell them in akihabara and there are some little prints on them.
Prints of the girls that are on the packaging.
On the bottom you can see it a little bit.
But I will not open them yet.
I will do this in another video.
Just because I am evil. ^^
And because I do not know yet
if I really want to open them or not.
Let's see.
The box is empty.
On my desk...
is all this stuff. And I have to to clean up all of this.
I will make the DIY kits together with you, like I said.
You can look forward to that.
I am looking forward to it.
And if you likes this video...oh no wait.
I wanted to tell you what I paid for all of this.
For all this stuff...
with customs and shipping included...I paid 70 Euro. (Like 78 USD)
At first this sounds much but
I think it also is a lot of stuff.
Like all these DIY kits...if I bought this at the last convention
I would have paid so much more.
Candysan has really good prices.
Like I said, if you want to check this out yourself
you can find the link to this chop....shop in the description box below.
If you liked this video
please give it a thumbs up.
Leave me some comments
what candy you liked the most or
which DIY Kit I should do first.
And I hope I see you in my next video.
Bye bye. :D

NEW: Kellyanne Conway won't say if Justice Kennedy has mentioned retirement - Duration: 1:56.
The White House is paying "very close attention" to rumors that Supreme Court Justice Anthony
Kennedy may resign from the bench.
"I will never reveal a conversation between a sitting justice and the president or the
White House, but we're paying very close attention to these last bit of decisions,"
White House counselor Kellyanne Conway told ABC's "This Week."
Monday is the Supreme Court's last public session before a long summer recess.
Expected this week are actions on President Trump's travel ban and a decision on a separation
of church and state case.
But speculation is swirling that Kennedy, 80, may announce his retirement after three
decades on bench.
The President Reagan appointee has been an influential swing vote and his retirement
would give Trump his second Supreme Court nomination.
Trump would be looking for a nominee much like his first, Justice Neil Gorsuch, Conway
said.
"And I can tell you one thing, just as the president did with Justice Neil Gorsuch, whenever
there are vacancies, whenever that happens, he will look for somebody who has fidelity
to the Constitution, who doesn't make up the law as they go along, and somebody who
has the judicial temperament and a record that's beyond reproach, as did Justice Gorsuch,"
Conway said.
She wouldn't say whether Kennedy has been in contact with the president about his plans,
but spoke of the White House's expectations for "the next time" Trump chooses a justice.
"We just hope the next time we can get more than a handful of Democratic senators to vote
for our nominee to the Supreme Court and to the federal courts," Conway said.
"We'd like a lot more cooperation from our Democratic friends.
We know obstruction and resistance is their motto.
It's not working."
what do you think about this?
Please share this news and tell us what you think!

Video: Mostly sunny, chance for spot showers - Duration: 2:45.
IS WORKING OFFSHORE.
THAT HAS ALL PRETTY MUCH MOVED
OFFSHORE.
AS YOU LOOK TO THE SOUTH SHORE,
THIS I PROBABLY THE BIGGEST
CONCENTRATION WE HAVE.
TO THE NORTH NEAR THE COHASSET
AREA, THIS WILL BE PUSHING
OFFSHORE IN THE NEXT 15 MINUTES.
I'M NOT SEEING ANY LIGHTNING,
BUT I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF
THERE WAS THE OCCASIONAL BOLT OF
LIGHTNING.
THERE'S ALSO THIS AREA DOWN TO
THE SOUTH CUTTING ACROSS
NORTHERN RHODE ISLAND.
YOU CAN SEE THAT IT WILL BE
OFFSHORE IN ABOUT 49 MINUTES
WHEN IT GETS OVER TOWARDS
PLYMOUTH.
EXPECT A BRIEF DOWNPOUR AS IT
MOVES THROUGH, AND THEN IT WILL
BE OUT OF HERE.
OVER BOSTON, A LITTLE BIT OF A
HAYES OUT THERE.
CRYSTAL CLEAR BLUE SKIES OUT
THERE.
A WEST WIND AT 18 MILES PER
HOUR.
CHECK OUT THAT D POINT, WAY
DOWN AT 49 DEGREES.
OVER THE LAST 12 HOURS, THIS IS
WHAT HAS BEEN REALLY NICE.
YESTERDAY, THEY WERE UP HERE.
TODAY, MUCH DIFFERENT.
WE'VE GOT THE DRY AIR FLOWING IN
OVER THE TOP OF US.
THE HUMIDITY IS GOING TO STAY
LOW.
THURSDAY, IT STARTS TO BUM UP,
AND BY FRIDAY OF NEXT WEEK, IT
IS GOING TO BE HOT AND HUMID
AGAIN.
TOMORROW, IT'S A REPEAT OF
YESTERDAY AND TODAY.
THERE WILL BE AN ISOLATED
SHOWER.
HI TEMPERATURES, 76-80 DEGREES
.
IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT MAKING
IT A BEACH DAY, WATER
TEMPERATURES ARE ON THE COOL
SIDE.
WE WILL SEE A FEW AFTERNOON
CLOUDS, AN REMEMBER, THE UV
INDEX HAS A HIGH RISK OF
SUNBURN.
AT NOON, IT'S AT 71 DEGREES.
TO GIVE YOU SOME PERSPECTIVE, BY
FALL, IT'S ABOUT 48 DEGREES, AND
BY THE TIME WE GET TO WINTER,
IT'S BARELY ABOVE THE HORIZON.
TONIGHT, WE'VE GOT A FEW
SCATTERED SHOWERS.
THIS IS THE WAY THE MAP LOOKS AT
8:00 IN THE MORNING.
DURING THE AFTERNOON, A FEW
POP-UP SHOWERS M DEVELOP, AND
LIKE TODAY, A LOT OF US DIDN'T
SEE ANYTHING.
A LOT OF US WON'T SEE ANYTHING
TOMORROW.
WE HAVE THAT SAME THREAT COMING
TUESDAY, ALTHOUGH I THINK IT HAS
MORE OOMPH TO IT.
OTHERWISE, TEMPERATURES ARE
RIGHT AROUND 80 DEGREES.
LOW HUMIDITY, 80 DEGREES, PLENTY
OF SUNSHINE.
HUMIDITY STARTS TO COME UP
THURSDAY, AND THAT SETS US UP
FOR THE END OF THE WEEK.
HOT, HUMID, A CHANCE OF
THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY.
IT'S A LITTLE UNSETTLED INTO
SATURDAY AND CLEARING OUT AS WE
HEAD TOWARDS SUNDAY'S FORECAST.
