چرا شیر و لبنیات ناسالم هستند؟ ☆ انارسبز ☆ Why dairy is unhealthy? - Duration: 34:08.
Hello, hello!
This is Gelareh with another episode of the Anaare-Sabz program "Vegan Chat Quest"
In the last episode we had an ethical look at the industrial production of milk,
and we learnt some facts that were probably mostly unknown to you till now.
Today Talin is with us and we will have a discussion on why milk is unhealthy,
even though most people know it as a rich source of protein and calcium,
as confirmed by many doctors and researchers
who have erroneously encouraged people to use more and more dairy.
At the end we will talk about healthy plant-based products that you can use instead of milk.
Please stay with us.
Hi Talin.
Hi Gelareh, thank you for your invitation
and my thanks to the viewers for their positive feedback on the previous episodes.
I'm very happy to have you again as our guest of Goftojoo and thank you for your time.
OK, as you know milk consists of fats, proteins and minerals and various hormones,
designed in such proportions by nature as to help a calf grow in a few months
to a weight of a few hundred kilograms.
That is correct.
To answer the question whether dairy is necessary for or beneficial to our health or not,
we first have to ask ourselves another question.
Can nature be so disorganized as to make the health of one species
dependent on having the milk of other species?
Can the health of dogs depend on consuming the milk of cats,
or the health of cats on drinking the milk of giraffes?
If our answer is negative, then we have to ask ourselves
why we believe nature is so messed up that it has made our health
dependent on having the milk of cows, sheep and goats.
That is completely right;
we don't see in nature a baby, whose mom is alive,
wanting to be nourished by the milk of another species.
That shows us that
the ingredients in the milk of the mother in every spicy are designed for and are beneficial to its own baby.
So why humans believe the milk of cows and some other animals is good for their health
is a subject that can be addressed from different angles.
Personally, I don't deny that humans at some point have needed several animal products for their survival,
but that is no longer the case.
Just think when, until 50 or 60 years ago,
or even 30 years ago,
were milk and other dairy product ever so abundantly available to everyone,
and when did we have such variety of dairy products
and mix three kinds of cheese with cream, butter and milk to make a dish or a dessert?
Yes. That's right.
This abundance has only become possible
since the advent of the industrial production of animal products,
which we discussed in the last episode.
If we wanted to produce these products in a normal and natural way,
considering the size of the human population,
milk, cheese, butter and other animal products would be considered rare and expensive luxury commodities,
and would not be sold at such cheap prices.
As Talin knows, here in Germany because of the surplus production of milk and its low prices
sometimes the dairy farmers go on strike because they make very little profit,
and they often even have to dump the excess milk produced.
This mass production has only been justified by claiming that dairy is necessary for our health.
But as promised today we are going to discuss why this is not the case.
That is exactly right Gelareh.
For decades they have talked so much about the health benefits of dairy
that most people think without dairy people will for sure suffer from osteoporosis and bone fracture.
The truth is that the calcium in cow's milk is four times higher than in human milk.
But does this calcium really stop osteoporosis?
New research especially over the last few years has shown that this assumption is completely false.
In fact in countries like the US, Sweden, Norway and Finland,
which have the highest levels of dairy consumption,
osteoporosis and bone fracture is also the highest.
On the other hand in countries like Japan where dairy is generally not used,
osteoporosis and bone fracture is far less prevalent.
Some might say that there are environmental and genetic differences,
and people also have different daily activities in different countries.
That is true,
but even the studies done on the people in the same country confirm these results,
that not only does not dairy stop osteoporosis,
it most likely actually increases the likelihood of its happening.
For example Harvard University has conducted a study on 78,000 women over a 12 year period,
the conclusion of which has been that women who drink milk 3 times a day
are far more likely to suffer from osteoporosis than women who rarely drink milk.
Or, in Norway, which has one of the highest rates of bone fracture among the elderly especially women,
a study on elderly women has showed that those who consume more dairy
are not only more likely to suffer from bone fracture, they also have a higher death rate.
So we should ask ourselves why osteoporosis is so common in Western countries.
There are several reasons.
First of all their diet,
which has high protein content because they consume a lot of meat and other animal products.
They also have a high salt intake and use more tobacco.
All of these cause calcium to be depleted from the bones,
thus increasing the rates of osteoporosis and bone fracture.
. At the same time the level of physical activity is much lower in these countries compared to other places,
and research has shown that diets that are high in fruits and vegetables are the only kind
that can stop osteoporosis and make the bones stronger.
The World Health Organization recommends that instead of increasing dairy in our diets,
we increase fruits and vegetables, reduce the use of salt to a minimum,
increase physical exercise, and pay close attention to our vitamin D intake
because lack of vitamin D plays a major role in the occurrence of osteoporosis.
In some countries the sun glows rather shortly,
while in some other countries such as Iran women don't have direct exposure to sunlight
because of the way they have to dress, which increases the osteoporosis rates.
In such places it is imperative that people use vitamin D supplements.
Yes you are completely right.
It is interesting that not only do dairy products not improve our health,
they can in fact create various problems for us.
For example the saturated fatty acids in dairy can cause serious health risks.
That is correct Gelareh.
Dairy consumption not only does not stop osteoporosis, it creates serious health problems instead.
But most of us don't know the connection between dairy and these problems.
The first problem with dairy is the saturatedپأ fatty acids and the high fat content,
which causes the blood cholesterol to rise and increases the likelihood of obesity and type 2 diabetes
as well as cardiovascular and heart disease.
You can find the footprints of anything the animal has consumed in the dairy.
What do animals eat in industrial animal farming?
Agricultural products grown with the use of pesticides,
and you find the traces of these chemicals, poisons and pesticides in the meat and milk of these animals.
Additionally, in industrial animal farming antibiotics are widely used,
since the animals are highly exposed to infectious diseases.
These antibiotics put the health of the consumers in jeopardy.
Some issues are also developed due to the makeup of milk, regardless of how it is produced.
For example one of these issues is lactose, which is the sugar content of milk.
As children, our bodies have enzymes that break down lactose into simpler sugars like glucose and galactose,
which can easily be absorbed by the body.
As we grow older we gradually lose these enzymes, to the extent that
75% of the world adults do not have these enzymes at all,
so that they cannot digest lactose, the milk sugar.
This inability to digest manifests itself in different forms:
stomach pain, diarrhea, feeling full, gas, etc.
Many people experience these difficulties throughout the day, but do not know the cause.
ut the inability to digest lactose is a relatively small problem
compared to the next problem I want to talk about,
and that is allergy to milk, which is caused by one of the proteins in milk called Casein.
This allergy should not be mixed up with the inability to digest milk.
In the case of inability to digest the immune system plays no part,
but an allergy is a severe reaction by the immune system to a food substance.
Many people, esp children, are allergic to casein, which can manifest itself in different ways.
For example it can cause itching, skin rash and redness, various skin issues and very bad boils.
It can cause itchy eyes, puffiness of lips or face, puffiness of the throat,
and other issues such as asthma –esp in children- and in worst cases can even cause death.
You might think this allergy is very rare, but it is completely the opposite.
Many experts say between 50 and 60 percent of children are allergic to dairy
dairy and are constantly struggling with the problems arising from dairy,
but the people around them don't know where these problems are coming from.
For example Dr Frank Aram Oski who was the head of John Hopkins Children's Center
and has conducted research on child medicine for years and has written a well-known book on the subject,
says that 50% of children in school age are allergic to casein, but it goes undiagnosed.
Some experts speak of 60%, and
some even believe that casein is second or third on the list of food allergens in the US.
In addition to allergies, casein can cause many other problems as well,
such as migraine headaches, rheumatoid arthritis and many other ailments.
Now it is discovered that many issues are linked to casein.
Some experts believe that casein is a potent carcinogen.
For example Dr. T. Colin Campbell,
who has studied the link between diet and chronic diseases including cancer for several decades,
and has authored a famous book called "The China Study".
He, in that book states that casein is one of the strongest carcinogens on earth.
Of course the carcinogenic properties of dairy are not due to only casein;
As you know dairy and in general the milk of all animals contains a lot of hormones of different kinds,
For example estrogen and progesterone;
which are at much higher levels when the animals are pregnant.
As we said in the last episode, cows are on average pregnant about 300 days a year,
meaning they are being milked while they are pregnant.
So their estrogen and progesterone levels are much higher,
which shows up in dairy and meat.
In general one does not need to take in estrogen,
but through using milk a high amount of estrogen is absorbed in the body.
This animal estrogen is a serious carcinogen, causing malignant prostate tumors,
infertility of men, and breast, ovary and uterus cancer in women.
That's right.
Another hormone in milk is IGF1 or insulin-like growth factor-1,
the function of which is to help in the growth of new cells and aid in cell division in new borns.
Studies have shown that having higher levels of this hormone in the body
increases the possibility of breast, intestinal, lung and prostate cancers.
Yes, this hormone, if consumed in proper amounts, is beneficial for the growth of hair and nails
and for the growth of children and can also be found in mother's milk,
but if used too much, especially in advanced ages, can be even more harmful than meat.
The functions of this hormone is to send growth signals to the cells in the body,
and if there is too much of it the cell growth becomes irregular and the chance of cancer increases.
Besides, it feeds cancer cells from the beginning and throughout their spreading, or metastasis,
and causes the formation of blood vessels around the tumor which protect it from the immune system.
IGF1 Has a major role in the metastasis of cancer to the rest of the body,
and it is in fact the metastasis that causes 90% of cancer related deaths.
We will include an article under the video about the growth hormone
and its connection to breast and prostate cancers for those who are interested in knowing more.
Please make sure to check it out.
Yes that's right.
There are also other factors that cause cancer when it comes to milk,
including the fact that most dairy cows these days are infected with bovine leukemia virus
(A sort of cancer that begins in the bone marrow and result in high numbers of abnormal white blood cells in cows)
Previously it was accepted that this virus has no effect on the health of the consumers,
but now many experts believe there is a direct link between this virus and breast cancer,
since this virus has been detected in 37% of the breast tissues of women afflicted with breast cancer.
and ita has entered the body through consuming dairy.
That is correct.
As we said in the last episode, in process of industrial dairy production
the milking equipments put the cows in a lot of pressure,
and they are milked much more than a calf would drink.
The trauma of losing the calf together with the stress and the physical pressure of the equipment on the body
cause the udder to get infected, which is very painful
and Talin explained about it fully in the last episode.
Because of this infection,
somatic cells and some blood is transferred to the milk from the cow's udder.
Most of the somatic cells are the cow's white blood cells and are in fact like pus
the same thing as when you burst a boil.
Of course not all cows get this infection,
such as our dearly Flora!
but since milk of all cows is put in a large container, these cells are present in all milk packages.
And pasteurization only cooks the pus but does not separate it out.
So according to statistics, in every cup of milk there is about one drop of pus.
Of course the impact of these white blood cells from the cows
has not been studied yet to discover if they have an adverse effect on our health or not,
but I think the very thought of it is repulsive and yet most people are unaware of it.
Yes.
As for milk protein or beta casein, it is interesting to know that
it is naturally present in mother's milk, but the bovine variety has different effects on the human body:
In our bodies it converts to casomorphin, which can cause
autism, lung reflex in infants, type 1 diabetes and various food allergies.
In the last few years some articles have been published about the addictive nature of casomorphin,
and the suffix "-morphin" is appropriate, since its addictiveness is similar to morphine.
You are all familiar with the effects of morphine:
sleepiness, sudden elation, restlessness, lower pace of learning, addiction to fatty foods, and forgetfulness.
The destructive impact of casomorphin is about 5% of that of morphine.
The elders used to say "Don't eat cheese; it makes you dumb,"
which was perhaps not that far off, even though we laughed at this phrase for years.
It is interesting how attached people are to cheese.
For most of us vegans, the last food substance that we gave up was cheese.
There are many people who can't become vegan just because of cheese.
It is interesting to know that Doctor Neal D. Barnard who is the director of the "Responsible Medicine Institute" in the U.S,
about whom Ashkan talked in his episode,
has recently written a book called "The Cheese Trap",
which deals with various aspects of consuming dairy, especially cheese.
He believes cheese addiction is real and is not our imagination,
and presents three reasons for this claim:
1- Cheese is salty, and we inherently have an inclination to salty things.
Our ancestor made much effort to obtain salt and its use was critical for their survival.
So it is in our genes to like salty foods.
2- Cheese is fatty, and fat was essential in certain periods
when humans had to store it in their bodies to survive famine successfully.
So, so far cheese is salty and fatty, and we really like things that are salty and fatty.
That is why we don't eat just one potato chip;
we have the second one and the third one, and won't stop until we finish the whole bag.
Or why among us Iranians so many people love tahdig (bread/potato/rice fried at the bottom of a pot full of rice)
and are addicted to it.
But cheese, in addition to being salty and fatty, also has casomorphin.
As soon as we have dairy, this casomorphin stick to our brain addiction receptors,
just like heroine and other narcotics, and cause our brain to secrete dopamine.
Dopamine makes us numb and makes us feel happy.
That is why we link having cheese to feeling happy.
Of course there is a biological reason for this,
namely that the newborn of each animal makes the connection between milk and happiness
and thus regularly returns to its mother to have milk;
otherwise it would have no chance of survival.
In short, the addiction to cheese is real and fighting it is not that easy.
So if dairy is not only not necessary for health but in fact detrimental to it,
why is it advertised so often?
That is a very good question, one that is asked by many people.
They ask if dairy is so bad, why it is promoted so much.
Even research organizations sometimes talk about its benefits.
The reason is very obvious:
Dairy is a huge industry; it is a giant with tremendous revenue.
In 2014 alone the dairy industry's revenue in the US was 100 billion dollars.
Obviously a portion of this income is spent on promotion and advertising for dairy consumption.
For example in 2003, 80,000 dairy companies in the US got together
and started a joint marketing project with a budget of 165 million dollars.
Where does this money come from?
A portion from the dairy industry's revenues is set aside for this purpose.
What is the goal of this project?
Encouraging people to consume milk and dairy products.
One things they did as part of this project was to go to American schools
and tell them that instead of regular milk they would offer milk with different flavors,
resulting in higher milk consumption by children, which proved to be right
as milk consumption in American schools was increased significantly.
A part of the marketing budget also goes into paying off dependent advertising organizations.
For example in the same year, 2003, a research organization claimed that
consuming milk and dairy products can cause weight loss, For example in the same year, 2003, a research organization claimed that
consuming milk and dairy products can cause weight loss,
since obesity is a very major issue in the U.S and they knew this would be a winning pitch.
And of course it worked,
even though hundreds of independent experts refused this claim and published articles about it,
but regular people don't go to the internet or universities to find out if the claim was true or not;
they believe in what they hear in the media and in ads.
And the media and advertising are in the hands of people who have money to spend,
and independent organizations do not have the same opportunities as dependent agencies.
For example Dr Neil Bernard, who we mentioned a minute ago,
claims that the U.S government receives 140 million dollars from the dairy industry annually,
and spend in marketing for dairy products, claims that the U.S government receives 140 million dollars from the dairy industry annually,
and spend in marketing for dairy products,
even though they know that dairy is one of the most disease-causing factors in the U.S.
Very true Talin.
It might also be interesting for our viewers to know
how they can obtain calcium from much healthier plant sources instead of dairy.
That is a very good question.
People often ask if we don't use dairy, how are we supposed to get calcium.
I should first say that until a few years ago, the standards for necessary daily amount of calcium were different.
For instance, the daily standard needed calcium
for those between 4 to 8 years old were said to be 800 milligrams,
for teenagers 1300 mg and 1000 mg for those between 19 to 50.
But now the World Health Organization states that regardless of your age,
you only need 400 to 500 mg of calcium daily.
Why were the numbers much higher before?
This is because in western societies meat and dairy consumption is high,
and the high protein intake eases the depletion of calcium from the body.
But with a balanced diet, we do not need a high intake of calcium.
It is very easy to get 400 or 500 mg from a healthy vegan diet.
If we look at some charts, we see that for example a cup of tofu has 648 mg of calcium;
a cup of raw almonds has 250 mg;
an ounce (28 grams) of sesame seeds has 277 mg;
a spoonful of tahini has 163 mg;
a cup of okra has 250 mg ;
a cup of soy flour – used to make textured soy protein – has 250 mg;
onions have 46 mg;
a piece of wheat bread has 35 mg;
a cup of cooked spaghetti has 10 mg;
a cup of orange has 72 mg.
If we look at everything we eat during the day, some of it might not be high in calcium,
but they all have some calcium.
The assumption that calcium is found only in dairy is completely false.
If you add up the calcium in everything that you eat each day,
you will see that it probably adds up to more than 400 or 500 mg, just from plant-based foods.
All I can say is that you should have a healthy diet,
and don't forget fruits, vegetables, vitamin D and physical exercise.
Talin, I can see in the picture that in addition to the image of the cute calf and mom,
you also have a bunch of vegan products you obtained from different stores in front of you.
Of course we both live in Germany where there is a relatively good variety of vegan products,
which is becoming better day by day as well.
But as our viewers have seen in Anaare-Sabz cooking videos,
I have shown them how to make different plant milks, vegan cheeses, cream, kashk, yogurt and doogh (yogurt drink).
Anyone can make these at home, and after making it just once
you learn how to do itand it is not time consuming.
For example making vegan cheese for three people for a week might only take 5 minutes.
After making it once, you will have a good sense of the relative proportions of the ingredients.
Actually I never buy readymade products, but for those who are very busy
there are such products, which Talin will now describe.
In Iran too we are hearing there are more and more pseudo-dairy soy products available.
Yes Gelareh,
I have only set on this table a few out of hundreds of dairy substitutes available in the German market.
Until just a few years ago we could only find soy milk, and even then only at certain stores and supermarkets.
But these days almost all supermarkets have vegan milks, cheeses, yogurts and creams,
and that has become normal and usual.
And the reason is not just vegans;
there are many people who, for various reasons, prefer to use plant-based substitutes instead of dairy.
Their reasons can be weight loss, familiarity with the harmfulness of milk and dairy,
inability to digest lactose, and various other issues.
So the using these products is becoming more and more widespread.
The alarm bell has even been rung for some companies that used to exclusively produce dairy products,
as they have seen where the market is heading.
These companies have even bought some of the smaller companies
that make plant-based substitute products in order to move with the market.
These milks, cheeses, yogurts and creams are made with various ingredients:
some are made with grains, such as rice, wheat or oat,
some are made with legumes, such as soy or lupine;
and some with nuts, such as almond, walnut, cashew, hazelnut, etc.
Some can be a combination of these or even contain coconut milk.
So there are now so many different flavors of milk on the market which are produced by different companies
that I doubt someone who tries all of them, don't like the taste of any.
Of course I must point out that using these milks and substitute products is definitely not necessary,
and we do not need to consume them in order to have a healthy diet.
But since we are used to using milk and dairy for making sweets,
smoothies, chocolate milk, putting in coffee and so on,
or some people are used to consuming cheese as we explained,
these products can be substitutes of dairy products
so that people can have an easier time adjusting to plant-based diets.
I'd appreciate it if you respond to my last question.
Are the properties of these substitutes the same as those of regular milk and cheese or not?
This is also a frequently asked question.
The answer is definitely no.
Almond milk has the properties of almond; rice milk has the properties of rice,
since it is in reality nothing but liquid rice;
wheat milk has the properties of wheat and hazelnut milk has the properties of hazelnut.
. It is obvious that the properties of these milks are different from those of dairy milk,
but of course we are not looking for the properties of dairy milk.
If we want to get calcium by drinking milk,
we saw how we can easily accomplish that by eating various foods.
Of course it is not a bad idea to have these products, since each has its own benefits
and many of them are enriched with B12 and D vitamins and some even with calcium.
In Iran there are far fewer options since the people demand these products less.
If you demand them, you can be sure that over the next few years the market will be flooded with these products,
just as we saw what happened in Germany over 5 or 6 years
and in where the market is heading.
That is excellent.
Thank you very much for your informative presence.

Entertainment Weekly | 연예가중계 - Mamamoo, Kim Sungoh, Kim Myungmin [ENG/中文字幕/2017.06.26] - Duration: 49:36.
(Episode 1677)
This is Entertainment Weekly, and I'm Shin Hyunjoon.
Hello, I'm Jung Jiwon.
It's the last week of June.
It was very hot this week.
The continuing drought is causing a lot of problems.
Because of the drought, many farmers are worried now.
Both the ecosystem and livelihoods are in danger.
- Thankfully, it will rain this weekend. / - Really?
- I hope it rains a lot. / - Yes.
It sure is good news.
We've prepared entertainment news that are like
a welcomed rain during a drought.
First up, it's Taejin and Sungeun.
Recollections Through Issues is where we cover the
behind-the-scenes stories of hot entertainment news.
This week, we're covering the controversy
regarding G-Dragon's USB album.
We'll be showing that segment shortly.
Let's take a look at This Week's Hot Click first.
We have news of Shim Eunha's drug overdose and
rumors of romance surrounding Choa,
and of her leaving her group.
We have the details in This Week's Hot Click.
Choa from AOA announced that she will leave the group.
On June 22, she posted on her social media account that
after discussions with her agency,
she will be leaving the group.
Guys really like Choa.
I'm really mad, but I'll try to hold it back.
In 2012, Choa debuted as a member of AOA.
She was on a lot of shows due to her lively charm.
She gained a lot of attention as a rising star.
Last May, there were rumors of her going missing.
It started when she didn't participate in an AOA event.
In response to the rumors, Choa and her agency
replied that she was only taking a break.
However, rumors of a romance
between her and a CEO started to surface.
Both Choa and her agency denied all the rumors.
Then on June 22, she announced that
she will be leaving the group.
The media released pictures of them at the airport.
Now, rumor has it that depression and insomnia
aren't the only reasons for her leaving the team.
The company's principle is to respect her opinions
as much as possible.
Leaving the team is a matter for the agency
to announce officially after a full discussion.
We don't think that it should be
announced on social media.
For now, there are no decisions made yet.
While Choa did officially announced
her split from the group, her agency stated
their discussion over it isn't over yet.
Everyone is curious as to how they will compromise.
Shim Eunha was very popular during her time.
She was the center of attention again this week.
I heard it was because of drugs.
She was recently hospitalized due to a drug overdose.
We investigated the whole story behind her controversy.
In 1993, she debuted as an actor at MBC.
She suddenly retired in 2001.
In 2005, she married the politician Ji Sangwuk.
After that, she focused on supporting her husband.
Many people were shocked by the news of her overdose.
Her hospitalization was first reported on June 21.
The reason for her hospitalization was the overdose
of a type of benzodiazepines, which are sleeping pills.
On June 20, her husband Ji Sangwuk resigned
from his position as the representative of his party.
He stated that a family member had health problems.
Ji Sangwuk announced that his resignation was
because of his mother's health.
However, some people are saying that
Shim Eunha might have health issues.
(Is Shim Eunha related to Ji Sangwuk's resignation?)
After Ji Sangwuk announced his resignation...
Are you there? We're from KBS Entertainment Weekly.
We couldn't find him even at his district office.
After that, it was revealed that Shim Eunha
was hospitalized the day before
Ji Sangwuk's resignation at 1 a.m.
Rumors of her health issue have now been confirmed.
After her retirement from the entertainment industry,
she became a painter.
At first, I wanted to feel stable in my life.
I needed an outlet during that time.
She was always the focus of attention of the public.
I haven't thought about returning yet.
I need to raise my children.
She was recently seen to be
in good spirits while she was with her daughters.
Two years ago, her daughters were in a movie as extras.
The public loves Shim Eunha.
People are getting more curious about
the real story behind the news of her drug overdose.
I heard that she took pills for her sleeping problems.
I don't see her often.
She always drives around.
I heard that she goes out
with the kids in the evenings.
When we interviewed her friends, they said that
she didn't look depressed or like a patient.
I'm guessing that she tried not to show that side
when she was with people outside her family.
There was a lot of suspicion regarding this matter.
Due to that, Shim Eunha released an official statement.
She has post-traumatic stress disorder
so she has to take medication and inevitably
had to go to the hospital.
She was in psychological shock that is hard for
people to experience. She would have nightmares or
become extremely surprised during similar situations.
Post-traumatic stress disorder is where acute
psychological reaction comes from past experiences.
She was discharged from the hospital on June 22.
Ji Sangwuk stated that she suffered from
an accident that happened 30 years ago, and that
she overdosed on pills that are
for treatment, not sleeping pills.
It is possible in theory.
She could have forgotten about it and
it could reappear from facing a similar situation.
The public loved her and still does.
We hope you gain stability first
before making a comeback.
(Recollections Through Issues)
Recently, G-Dragon released his album
in USB form instead of through CDs.
In the past, LPs represented the analog era.
We then went through various changes in
storage mediums such as cassette tapes and CDs.
The appearance of the newest medium, USBs,
became a big issue even before its release.
This red USB drive on the screen
is G-Dragon's new album.
This new attempt is now at the center of controversy.
Recollections Through Issues will investigate
why this USB album is so controversial.
This is Recollections Through Issues.
(Recollections Through Issues)
It looks very light.
It doesn't feel like an album without songs.
However, you can download music with this.
The first controversy is whether it's an album or not.
The Korea Music Content Industry Association that
operates the Gaon Chart argued that it wasn't an album.
Regarding the controversy, G-Dragon posted
his personal opinion on social media.
Gaon Chart released their official statement.
They considered his album as a downloadable service,
so it will not be included in the album chart.
However, contrary to KMCIA's conclusion,
Billboard stated that it would be eligible
in all forms whether it be a USB drive or CD.
We sought the opinions from a specialist on this.
I believe that when technology develops,
the way we store music can change.
It can be controversial to talk about
whether it is an album or not
because there aren't that many examples.
I think that this will become meaningless later.
Five years ago, Kim Janghoon had already
released an album in a USB drive.
Then why is only G-Dragon's album controversial?
In this particular case, it's controversial because
the music isn't inside the USB drive.
The medium isn't the problem.
This album doesn't have music. How does it work then?
We checked this controversial album ourselves.
(Recollections Through Issues)
This album doesn't have pictures or a CD.
It's a USB drive.
We plugged in the USB drive
and entered the serial number
which then leads to a specific website.
From this website, we could then download
the songs, pictures, and videos of the album.
Because everything is downloaded from the link,
the extra steps caused more controversy.
Wouldn't it be troublesome as it only uses a link?
I think it is more convenient
to directly download the album from the link.
The second controversy is about accessibility.
The USB album is downloadable.
How long does it take someone
to finally hear the music?
We tested this with the help of KBS announcers.
Yoo Jichul is in his 50s. He's not used to this.
He entered the serial number.
So I can only listen to the music after downloading it.
He did succeed in accessing the site but...
- So now I have to download everything. / - Yes.
Isn't it more complicated compared to CDs?
- Isn't it? / - I don't think I can do this.
He gave up.
- It really isn't easy at all. / - Is this a USB drive?
Shin Yoonjoo is in her 40s. She was also surprised.
Where do I put this in?
Will she be successful?
I can't find the link.
She got lost even after reading the directions.
Can you do this for me?
She also failed.
A dark horse then appeared.
You need to plug it in the bottom part.
Lee Seunghyun looked confident.
- Enter. / - She succeeded in accessing the site.
She also downloaded it without any problem.
- The music files are there. / - Yes.
(She turns the music on easily.)
She made in the shortest time, which was three minutes.
- You made it in three minutes. / - Did I make it?
(She succeeded in three minutes.)
Jung Jiwon from our own show also tried it.
She checked the directions carefully.
She's always awkward.
She managed to access the site.
I have two computer related certificates.
I think I got it.
Jiwon also succeeded. She looks very happy.
(Jiwon also succeeded.)
After the experiment, we found out that the
USB album wasn't user friendly for everyone.
I think it's a little expensive.
It's the cost of the content so the goods don't matter.
The last controversy is about the price.
The price of the album is 37 dollars.
There's even a controversy
on whether it's fairly priced.
The album includes behind-the-scenes videos and
high-quality photos, so it's a souvenir for the fans.
Some people think it's reasonable for the content.
Regardless of the results, this new attempt
raises a new issue for the music business.
This is Kim Sungeun for Recollections Through Issues.
(Controversy or innovation, it's all up to you.)
Sungeun prepared a lot for
Recollections Through Issues.
I've known him for a while, but he seems cool today.

Some people trampled over me and criticized me harshly.
I'm so grateful to them.
- They made you try harder. / - Yes, I am. Yes.
Without them, I don't think I could be where I am now.
I see.
It's the second one.
People started to recognize you due to this drama.
You will die if you try to live.
You will live if you are willing to die.
If you want to sacrifice yourself for this country,
It's a touching scene.
then join with me!
It's Kim Myungmin
from "Immortal Admiral Yi Sunshin".
You won the grand award of the KBS Drama Awards
for your work in the drama.
I didn't imagine it would happen at all.
I was like, "How could this happen to me?"
I heard you prepared to emigrate to New Zealand
before joining this drama.
That's right.
I was very unsuccessful before this.
I won a best new actor award through a certain drama.
After that, I was offered parts in a lot of dramas,
but I decided to act in a film.
For about three years, three of the projects I was in
came to a halt in the middle of filming consecutively.
I couldn't blame others though.
Investors had too little trust in me
to willingly invest in the movies.
So I thought I should stop there.
- That's when I decided to... / - Move to New Zealand?
- And you were offered a role in this drama? / - Yes.
Right. It was three days before my baby was born.
The staff wanted me to play the role of Yi Sunshin.
And I burst out laughing.
I laughed like this.
I asked why they thought I was suitable for the role.
They said they saw the possibilities when they saw me
acting in "More Beautiful Than a Flower".
Then I burst out laughing again.
(He couldn't help but laugh again.)
- I said I quit acting. / - That you were leaving.
I said I would soon leave Korea and declined the offer.
They still gave me three days to think about it.
They left their number so that I could contact them.
Then my wife started to feel the contractions,
and three days passed so quickly without much thought.
They called me right after my baby was born.
- "I forgot to contact them. I'm in trouble." / - What?
On the phone, the director said, "You didn't call us,"
"so we assume you've decided to take the offer."
And then he hung up.
And my wife said it could be a gift from our new baby.
She wanted us to leave after this drama.
- That's how... / - It's such a meaningful drama then.
I ended up in "Immortal Admiral Yi Sunshin".
I see.
People doubted that a newbie like me
could pull off the role.
Their criticism inspired me to do my best.
I was already at the bottom.
I thought, "Have you seen Yi Sunshin in person?"
"He could have looked like me."
I came to have this unyielding spirit.
As the drama went on for 40 episodes,
all kinds of positive comments started to appear
such as the staff cast me because I looked like him.
I also became very proud, thinking that they have
finally accepted me as Yi Sunshin.
This one has to be mentioned.
("Behind the White Tower")
One naturally thinks of you when one hears this music.
I remember experiencing something risky back then.
My wife told me I was sitting on my sofa in a daze
for about four hours after monitoring the drama.
Our home was on the 25th floor of an apartment block.
I came out to the balcony, and I could see
the flowerbeds on the first floor so closely.
- That's dangerous. / - You know that feeling.
While I was staring down, I suddenly wanted to go out.
That strange feeling suddenly came to mind.
It was after the final episode. I still remember it.
- I'd like to call you this way. / - What?
- "Garbage". / - You all remember this, right?
You were so annoying in the drama,
but you also made it difficult for people
to hate you.
I guess that's the power you have.
I think it's because of the character's nature.
If one is incompetent and annoying,
- you can't help but hate them. / - Is it hateful?
But the character is such a competent man.
My role in "Behind the White Tower" too.
The character is capable of saving people.
When I first received the script,
I asked the director this.
"What on Earth is this?"
I didn't know
how I should act while saying these ridiculous lines.
When I tried to look into why he ended up that way,
I finally managed to understand the character.
His only friend is a dog.
It's a miserable character. It was much easier
to act when I felt pity for him.
- It's "Detective K". / - You worked with Dalsu twice.
Yes. "Detective K" was a two-movie series.
What was working with him like?
Incredible.
(They showed perfect on-screen chemistry.)
This one is very different from
the projects you've done before.
I felt much at ease with my character in that film.
And now we've have "A Day",
which will be another major movie in his career.
(The movie is about a time loop of a particular day.)
You tend to pick movies that are difficult to act in.
This one was particularly hard.
- It's about a time loop. / - Right.
I had to do my waking up scene countless times.
The day before each shoot,
I thought of the possible emotional keywords.
For example, desperation and despair.
I focused only on one keyword.
I imagined what the character would feel.
You have a son in real life,
while your character has a daughter.
- What was working with her like? / - Great.
I see, but you've never had a daughter.
That's why I loved it.
- Your son must feel upset to hear that. / - It's okay.
Why don't you plan to have another baby?
Well, it's too late.
I see.
Once he takes a role, he erases himself
and lives as the character entirely.
He's always reborn with a new story.
It's Kim Myungmin who is happy because
he's an actor. Thank you.
It was great talking to you.
We're rooting for you!
I hope the movie is successful.
(Entertainment Weekly)
Once, he was out of reach for three years.
I want our conversation to be deeper.
A calm love story will come and visit you.
It's a play called "His and Her Thursday",
and I interviewed the four main actors and actresses.
Let's see how it went.
(Sung Kiyune, Yun Yuseon, Cho Hancheul, Jin Kyung)
- Hello! Nice to meet you. / - Hello.
I'm Sung Kiyune,
and my character in the play is named Seo Jungmin.
I'm Yun Yuseon and my character is named Jung Yunok.
I'm Jin Kyung, and I'm another Jung Yunok.
I'm Cho Hancheul, and I'm another Seo Jungmin.
It's about a man and woman
who meet up every Thursday to talk.
Sometimes, they're friends
who we can easily imagine ourselves with.
Sometimes, they talk as lovers.
They also talk as a married couple.
Anyone can easily empathize with their conversations.
Hancheul, you made your debut through a play.
Could you tell us a distinctive charm of a play?
Please tell us your opinion.
Well...
That's very academic.
I was going to ask you this question too, Jin Kyung.
- Go ahead and tell us. / - Please don't ask me.
What's the difference between
plays, movies, and dramas?
(Flustered)
I would like to know as well.
Please tell us. We're curious.
- Goodness. / - I think it's about the feeling.
Like in the case of driving,
it feels different depending on
the size of the car you drive.
It's the same case for acting,
but I believe all three are basically the same... What?
- It was very poetic. / - Won't you write it down?
Please share your secret
in managing your physical health.
My question isn't academic at all.
First of all, I care greatly about sleep.
- Your intestines? / - No, sleep.
(They all burst out laughing.)
Right, that's very important.
I try to take a nap whenever I have free time.
I become very tired if I can't get enough sleep.
- What is that? / - Jin Kyung, you're known for
the fabulous dresses you wear at awards.
I just wore what my stylist prepared
for those awards, and she once told me this.
She said I look good in whatever she brings me.
- I see. / - Goodness.
You've played a mother or a wife in most of your work.
Well, I can't play a father or a husband after all.
What's wrong with you? Will you keep on doing this?
I once worked with Han Seokkyu as his wife.
I've worked with Oh Dalsu and Lee Gyeungyoung too.
Who do you think was the best partner
among all your previous acting partners?
People say I get along just fine
regardless of who my partner is.
(They all become speechless again.)
I see.
Here's the next picture.
(Admiring)
Isn't she pretty?
That's when I was around seven years old.
(She made her debut in 1974.)
My goodness.
What did you three do in 1974?
I was running around an alley.
I was trying to walk.
To waddle around at least.
I wonder what the viewers were doing in 1974.
Hancheul, you also drew
people's attention with your very professional acting.
Some of these comments make me feel bad though.
"He's not a villain,"
"but he might betray someone someday."
Something like this.
There are comments like these.
I happened to have gotten double eyelids as I aged.
Some wonder if I had double eyelid surgery.
But this is the result of aging.
My looks changed because of it.
All right. I then moved on to another question for
these actors who have an average career of 20 years.
"I've done everything but this in my career."
"I've done everything but strip naked in my career."
I thought hard before writing this.
I didn't know it'd be so hard
to find something I've never done.
I think I've done a lot in my roles too.
(I've acted all types except for a con artist.)
- Hancheul, I think you've done it before. / - I know.
I play those roles regularly.
I've stripped naked too.
- Really? / - Seriously?
Jin Kyung's answer was a little unexpected.
(I did all in my career but I wasn't a child actress.)
I'm working with child actors these days,
- and I think they're incredible. / - Right.
I wonder how it would have been if I had been one.
Will you choose to act if you're born again?
It's my job for this life,
so I want to try another job in my next life.
- I see. / - But I don't think I can be a reporter.
Why?
You're so good at it.
A reporter has to react to every situation quickly,
but I'm terrible at it.
- But you gave such a random answer... / - Thank you
- for your compliment. / - It's "His and Her Thursday".
- Please come support us. / - Please come support us.
I'll make sure to go watch it too!
That's all we have prepared for today.
We'll see you next week again.
- Dear viewers, be happy. / - Be happy.

Difference Between Meet v Know | English Grammar Lesson - Duration: 5:34.
Hi, I'm Greg, your native English teacher from Online Language Academy and in this
class you are going to learn the difference between know, meet and get to
know... are you ready?
So in this English class we are going to fix one common broken part of your
English. So many students make mistakes between KNOW and MEET and GET TO KNOW, so I
hope by the end of this video the difference will be clear. If you want
more of my tips to help fix parts of your broken English then just click up
there to get my Quick Fix book. It's called "English Quick Fix" and includes 16
steps to fix your broken English. OK, let's have a look then at these three
confusing words. First of all MEET. Right, meet. If you meet someone it's the first
time you see them. Alright, the first point of contact if you see somebody for
the very first time, what do you say you say? Nice to meet you! Nice to meet you!
It's because you are meeting them. alright? Meet is just that first time you
see somebody. Never again do you meet them! Nice to meet you! At the end of your
first conversation or the first time you are with them, then you can say to them,
when you're saying goodbye, you can say "Nice meeting you!" Nice meeting you.
This is short for, "It has been nice meeting you". It has been nice meeting you.
Alright, next we have KNOW. Now, know is when you have already met them. Met, ok
the past of meet is met. The past of know is known... known. And, yeah, know is when you
have already met the person, you know them. OK, if this is maybe your second or
more video watching me you know me. Alright, you know me and I
know some of your names because I see you commenting in the box on YouTube, so
I know you... I know you! So, we can use know for a person or a fact. For example, do
you KNOW the capital of Australia? You sure? It's unbelievable how many people
actually don't know the capital of Australia. Everybody thinks it's one
thing, actually it's something else. So do you know the capital of Australia? I will
tell you at the end of the video. Alright, finally GET TO KNOW. Get to know,
the past of get to know is got to know, got to know. And get to know is a process
alright? It's a process of learning more about someone, learning what they like,
what they don't like, if they're a nice person, if they're a bad person, OK? When
you get to know someone they might become your friend! They might become your
enemy! But you need to "get to know" them before you can make that decision
whether you like them or not. Right, I have 3 questions for you, I want you
to answer one of those questions in the comments below.
One question uses meet, one question uses know, and one question uses get to know. So...
Question 1 is: When did you meet your best friend? When did you meet your best
friend? Number 2. How long have you known your best friend? How long have you
known your best friend? And finally, is it easy to get to know the people you work
with? Is it easy to get to know the people you work with? Alright, I can't
wait to read your comments in the comment section
below. The capital of Australia is... oh by the way, just download my free
ebook again if you want 16 steps to fix your broken English - it's a free book and it's
going to be really useful for you, I'm sure!
OK, so just get it now! Right, yeah, the capital of Australia is... Canberra, of
course! Who thought it was Sydney? Alright,
subscribe for more videos from me and I will see you soon... bye for now!

How To Make Swiss Meringue Buttercream | Southern Living - Duration: 3:12.
I'm Kristen Farmer Hall, and I'm the owner
of Bandit Baking Company in Birmingham, Alabama.
And I'm gonna show you how to make
our Swiss meringue buttercream.
So, Swiss meringue buttercream is a really stable
buttercream and it's great for all different kinds of cakes,
and you can add all different sort of flavors to it as well.
What we're gonna do is we're going to cook egg whites
and sugar and make a meringue,
and then we're going to add butter to it later.
Let's get started.
So, I have about 300 grams of egg whites,
and we're gonna put this into a double boiler.
So, put about an inch and a half of water into the pot
and turn it on medium low.
You want it just steaming, but not fully boiling.
And then, in here I have 500 grams of sugar.
We're gonna add this to the egg whites.
I recommend using a whisk and then kind of having
a plate to the side, so we're gonna be whisking this
for probably seven or eight minutes
until we reach 160 degrees.
We're going to put this into our stand mixer.
Okay, so now we have our cooked meringue in our mixer
and we're gonna lock that,
and then we're gonna whip this on medium high,
so probably around an eight on a Kitchen Aid.
And we're gonna whisk this for about 10 minutes,
so I think we're there now.
So, we're gonna tilt this back and we have found
what we are looking for.
So, super thick, super glossy.
So, now that our meringue is cool
and we've changed over to the paddle,
we're gonna start incorporating butter.
So, we have cubed six sticks of butter
which is a pound and a half.
Go ahead and add about a quarter of the butter each time,
so we're gonna add a quarter and let that incorporate
a little bit, and then we're gonna add another quarter
until all of it's been incorporated.
What we're gonna do is every time you add butter
to the Swiss meringue, the texture's gonna begin
to change a little bit and the butter is incorporated.
And then, once all that has happened,
then we're gonna turn the mixer up to medium high
and then we're going to be able to mix this and sort of whip
this meringue into a much fluffier buttercream.
We're looking for a glossy texture,
and it's going to be nice and thick.
So, we're gonna add a little bit of vanilla,
about a teaspoon.
You could also add almond extract.
You can add all different kinds of flavorings,
and I also add a couple of pinches of salt,
and salt actually brings out the sweetness in baked goods,
so I never forget the salt, especially in buttercream.
So, we're going to mix this on low
for just a couple more minutes.
Okay, so now our buttercream is finished.
Right now, I'm gonna transfer it into a bowl.
I can also put this in the refrigerator,
and what's great is that it'll keep for about a week
in the fridge.
So, what you wanna do is transfer it into a container.
You can use a glass bowl like this and cover it
in plastic wrap, or you can put it into another container
with a tight fitting lid.
So, and at that point you can add any kind of flavorings,
or you can go ice a cake or cupcakes.
This is my favorite buttercream,
Swiss meringue buttercream,
and while the process is a little bit more involved,
it's definitely worth the effort,
so I hope you guys enjoy.

Photo London: Stay Focused with Doug McKinlay - Duration: 9:29.
Hi I'm Doug McKinlay for AdoramaTV here at Photo London at Somerset house in
Central London. An event that puts gallery owners of photographers at the
forefront of the visual arts.
my name is Roger Szmulewicz, I'm the owner of Gallery 51 and 51/2 we are based in
Belgium, Antwerp and we are now celebrating the seventeenth year
of the gallery, and we've been showing photography for 14 years, and for the
last three years we open our program to works and papers. So we do dialogues
between photography and works on paper, meaning drawings collages. So you have a
real mixed-media going on now right? And how is that how successful has that
been for you? Well it's great and I think it was a logical evolution to do, there
are many, there are many crossovers between photography and other mediums
and many photographers started as painters, painters that become
photographers. So it's a logical thing to do Cartier Bresson right? Yeah for
example. So what do you expect to get out of the Photo London event. Well photo
London event is, is I think, a great event. We've been doing it for three years now
and like every fair we are hoping to meet new people, new curators, new clients and
and to show what we're doing. So it's you know, we need exposure and, and it's why
we're here, and I think London has a big potential, so let's see. As long as
you do good stuff, I mean you know the market is definitely not dead, I mean
you know, we have in Europe, we have plenty of academies where people are
graduated, from photography or as a painter and other mediums, so I thought,
think, that the market will be there, I mean we don't have every year very good
or excellent photographers who come out, or that graduate, but if you come out
with a new fresh work you know something interesting, there is always place for anybody.
So a young person coming in what would be the one thing you'd advise them to do?
That's very difficult, because it's very difficult to get into the market and
there is no rule to get into the market, so there's a lot of factors, and you need,
you know, it's timing, it's actually you know, the, the most important thing.
To be there that the galleries see your work, that he, that he has some time to show
your work, but it's very difficult I must admit that it's very difficult to ah..
You know it's difficult in my end of the market as well, it's the same kind of
thing. Where you know there's no, you're never going to find you know - in the
wanted pages editorial photographer, it's a lot of graft, it's a lot of hard
work and a lot of years. And yeah, and it's the same thing, and we received I don't
know how many thousands of portfolio's during the years, but I do the math and
there is probably nothing that was good in those portfolios. But then again I do
represent younger artists and every time that I met one of those artists it was
by coincidence! You know I met him on the street, or I met him through another
friend, or another colleague, so it's it's difficult, and there is no rule! Well
there you have it right from Rogers mouth, it's difficult, stick with it and maybe you'll
get lucky! And be patient! That's what I say the two p's, perseverance and patience!
Absolutely! Thanks for talking to me! Thank you very much
My name is
Martijn Van Pieterson, I am from Ibasho Gallery from Antwerp, and we specialize
in Japanese photography! Japanese photography? That's right yes, so we only work with
Japanese artists, or with artists, non Japanese artists that have worked in
Japan, or very much inspired by Japan.
So why? Why that sort of niche in the market?
It is very much a personal taste, so we've we've been, before we opened our gallery
we were collecting, and within our collecting and in our collection we had a big sort of part
Japanese art, Japanese photography and when we decided to open a gallery this
is what we wanted to focus on. Is it all contemporary photography? No, no we we
have a collection of vintage older photography. As well, as we work
with contemporary artists from Japan and which you find here in our booth.
It's the third time, we started out in the basement, which we were in the,
the discovery section at that time, last year in the tent, in the pavilion,
but we felt we wanted a little bit more intimate space, and we asked for place
here on the first floor. And so far successful? Yeah, yeah we are very, very
pleased, I mean we we like the space a lot, it's, it's, quite nice and relaxed, and that,
this is what we are all about. What does something like Photo London do for a
gallery? Well obviously, it's a, it's a platform to showcase you know the best
of your, of your artists that you work with, or your collection. I mean the whole
of, of, the photography community from Europe, and from further afar is
here for these few days, so it's, it's really an important opportunity to
show what you're about, and obviously you know the works are for sale as well, so
you hope you'll be successful in that sense, but you know, put, put the gallery
and the artists on the map is a main thing. So the people who are coming
through, through your space in the show. Are they primarily from other
galleries, or collectors, or the general public.
Well I think it's a it's a mixture, you know, so today obviously is a VIP day, so
you'll have a lot of people who are active collectors, or involved in the
world of photography, and over the coming days, we'll find the general
public, as well as people who are looking for something nice above the couch and
or a fireplace, and, people who are genuine collectors still. Exactly.
That's really great, thanks Martijn, thanks for for joining us here on AdoramaTV.
So Adelie, nice to have you here on
our show. Can youtell us a little bit about your gallery? About my gallery? we are French
actually.Gallery is ten years old and we are based in Paris, near to Place des
Vosges in de Marais. We represent many generation of photographers. We
start with a William Klein, so many masters of photography.
And we have also a lot of contemporary photographers, like we
have around us. The goal of each photographer is
to explain something you know? To have a story, so we build the gallery with this goal,
to explain something, to tell something about something, testimony, documentary,
so that's why we have a lot of photographers. We did street photography,
And you were telling me earlier that this is your third time at this
event. Has it has it changed at all since you first started coming? Yes, I
think yes a lot. Of course as many fairs, I think English people or English
design very interested in contemporary photography,
maybe colours, and the landscape you know? So we make the choice to present some
young photographers here, not vintage or too classical you know?
And what do you expect to get out of this event?
What's your sort of goal for being here? Well the goal is maybe to be to London
you know, we are in Paris and it's important to be in London, and we did the same
choice with Aipad in New York so for us the fair is
being you know international, so that's why we are here, we have a lot of
collectors who live in London, and it's a way to go to see us you know, and to
see them. Right yeah, and so you're here for the whole week obviously and then
what's where do you go next? Paris Photo in November, next November and
before then we have a lot of exhibitions and we participate in Accueil, you know
Les Rencontes d"Arles, we have an exhibition here with Joel Meyerowitz, an American photographer
and we have a wonderful show, with XXX too and their
show in July in Arles. Now fantastic well thanks very much for talking with us the
pictures are great. I think we're just going to have a little
walk around and have a have a peek and see what else you've got behind the
wall. Thank you very much. You're welcome! So that's it from Somerset House and
Photo London and I'm Doug McKinlay thanks for watching. Don't forget you can
subscribe to AdoramaTV for more great videos and tell us what you think. You

Giant Buffalo Scene / Sker Buffalo | Kong Skull Island (2017) | Movie Clip 4K - Duration: 4:45.
Randa hired me...
...because I wrote a paper substantiating what most people think is a crackpot idea.
That there are these massive underground spaces isolated from the surface world.
Passageways. Randa believed this island may be one of those.
An emergence point for whatever lives below.
Ancient species like what we just saw.
I thought he was out of his mind.
This is Slivko. Do you read? Anybody out there?
We're headed north to the exfil location. Everyone here seems way too calm right now.
- Do you copy? Anybody? - We're out of range, Slivko.
Oh, shit.
Save it for when we get closer to the group.
Nobody move.
Easy.
- Slivko. - What?
Put it down.
These men did not die in vain.
I swear to God...
...their deaths will not go unanswered.
Now let's get to Chapman and those munitions.
You ever heard the story of the mouse, the lion, and the thorn?
- Yeah. - There you go then.
In case we ever see that primate again.
You do know that story is about a mouse becoming friends with the lion...
...after taking the thorn out of his paw though, right?
No, it's not. The mouse kills the lion with the thorn.
Who told you that, Cole?
My mother.
That actually explains a lot.
Look out! Oh, shit!
- Watch out! - What is it?
- Watch your six! - Up above!
- Up in the trees! - Guns up!
Cole!
- No, no! - Mills!
We got you!
I can't get a shot!
Cut the legs! Cut it off at the legs!
I got you! Go!
Shake it off, guys! Let's move out.

With any luck, Brooks will see it.
We'll buy you time.
This way.
Come on. Every second counts.
Cole! Come on, man, we gotta fall back.
Go live your life. Get out of here.

Aug Tellez - Major Update For Public Release - June 24, 2017
For Public Release This is the initial video I made for public
release.
I was told before I went public to refuse any kind of personal communication with the
general public.
I was also told to stay away from certain individuals who are in bringing information
to the public because some are compromised and this is part of a mental distortion process
where their intentions and memories are modified to reflect that of programmers.
I made contact with the public and held personal communication and I contacted and even gave
recorded information to those I was warned of.
This has been the closest to something sabotaging this entire operation.
A large portion of the people who message me have not seen this video, have no idea
what the message is, do not know I was trained and conditioned for the unacknowledged special
access programs and do not know that some individuals were compromised by a dark group
who kidnapped the children from the bases and performed ritualistic experimentation
and trauma based mind control.
That is a detriment to the entire operation of the unveiling.
As a result of this I will have to be sure to spend the remaining time in a very focused
manner so that serious projects can be completed and the information can be presented in a
more organized manner.
I have written thousands of pages and spoken dozens of hours.
Look at the recordings and the writing, read the book of the unacknowledged special access
programs that I was designated to bring forth to you.
These people have seen war, theyre not going to bring you your salvation on a silver
platter because you are not willing to put forth the energy and intention to seek the
information out through the methods that have been provided.
These methods have cost lives, take it or leave it.
Its your choice.
Planned 50 Years Ago Everything is an act, when your act is performed
well enough you get a role on the main-stage, its that simple.
I made the mistake of refusing to believe that what I was shown was really happening.
The majority of the population is primarily motivated by unconscious intelligence and
they are literally not aware of the present moment.
The Technology and Intelligence Gap A technological and intelligence gap was created
in the 40s to continue the development of very powerful and hidden technology and
hidden knowledge of how the mind and reality really is.
That gap widened and then began to stretch.
That gap can no longer be reduced without maximally threatening the continuity of the
general population.
I used to blame the controlling factions for this.
Maybe they are responsible to a larger degree than admitted beyond the whole concept of
everyone being responsible for themselves no matter what, but the situation is that
every injustice is first requested by the people.
This is universal law, no one is allowed to do anything unless first getting permission
from everyone involved.
The idea is that this is manufactured consent where people are not necessarily aware of
the way they are consenting and that they dont actually have to directly acknowledge
their consent in order for the action or inaction to be considered consent.
This is all part of a legal system which connects with the spiritual nature of all and converts
this society and people into an energy generation system.
This is the so-called loosh system.
The Energy Harvesting Grid These systems are literally used to pull energy
from the masses and pump that energy around a network which people in the elect groups
then pull from.
This energy creates a kind of spiritual empowerment and when used properly can bring longevity
and even immortality.
Invisible (to most) Time-Wars; Spiritual, Psychotronic Battles
Entire wars have been fought over the use of this energy and the technology is so advanced
that, literally, time can be altered using cyclotron technology and a parallel reality
can be acquisitioned and overlayed over this.
The mind of those in the general public would not be able to see the real event and everything
can be cleaned up as if nothing ever happened.
This has been done so many times that the original, or actual, timeline looks like something
out of a movie while the version we have publicly is literally something like the ancient past
with all the important and advanced activities edited out.
The Magic Mind The main concept here is that this is like
a magic eye picture with the foreground and background alternating so that the conscious
mind and the subconscious mind coexist in a reflexive relationship where one interplays
with the other.
The conscious mind presents a singular, segmented view of the multiplicity of possibilities
that the subconscious mind has full access to.
How would one gain access to the sub-conscious and still remain present mentally?
This is all mitigated through advanced technology, but firstly through advanced practices and
focusing methods to train the mind to refine awareness and see through the distortions
and biases that are inherent to the human.
Purposely Disorganized The idea here is that the human biological
consciousness system is organized in such a way that there seems to be an inherent weakness
in the capacity to fully realize the nature of time and the multi-dimensional reality.
Along with that, there is also an inherent capacity of the higher mind or spiritual awareness
to overcome the individual bias and connect with a source of non-local, unbiased or pure
awareness.
This is directly connected to ones ability to self-reference and thereby anchor ones
focus in an extended or extra-dimensional locality which gives access to possibilities
that exist outside the present, physically referenced reality.
This is part of the training and part of the discovery.
The human is naturally extra-dimensionally aware however the majority of the knowledge
is filtered by the conscious mind and remains in the subconscious outside of conscious view.
This is where the dichotomy of light and dark, knowledge and ignorance comes into being.
If a person has not observed and acknowledged the pseudo-dark contrast boundary within the
perceptual system, then the filtration process of the conscious mind will remain fully active
and the knowledge that is hidden behind perceptual boundaries remains invisible.
If one overcomes fear and the base desires of temporary pleasure which feeds ones
ego and generate a pseudo-persona, then the hidden knowledge of the unconscious mind is
more readily available and there is a refining process where the perceptual boundaries are
reorganized to provide a proportionally expanse view of reality.
Its as if the general idea is the same but the details are all enhanced.
That is the true reality, far beyond what the conscious mind limits down to.
Mind Control Systems Control the Generation of Reality
The other aspect of this is that the conscious mind is like a portal into the subconscious.
If people are always around programming in the form of voices, symbolism, rhythmic presentations
of information, imagery, commands, suggestions and so on, then the information will trickle
directly into the subconscious mind.
This, then, can alter the filtration process and slowly conform a persons mind to the
intended reality stream.
Over time, the world can go from one reality, to an entirely different one.
This is also a part of the discovery of the bases.
The control systems that have been implemented on the masses do not just alter the masses
way of viewing reality, they literally alter the reality that is being viewed, through
the altering of the minds filtration system.
This is part of the system and everything that is to come.
If people are to change, then they must change from within, from the source of the intent
and free-will that powers this whole system.
There is not only a surface level of reality built around this, but the underworld and
the higher plane.
This all extends above and below the surface as energetic fields which the soul can interface
with just as the body interfaces with this physical plane as the soul interfaces with
the body.
These realities operate on a different temporal range and thus thousands of years of experience
can pass on the higher plane.
The main issues here is that the control systems of Earth, in this age, have generated a chaotic
energetically scarce system that projects pain and suffering into ones mind in order
to function.
That is literally the lubrication that makes the current system flow.
this is a result of the unchecked subconscious energies of the human mind as well as the
capitalization of those unchecked energies in the use of cultural generation systems
as a means of mass mind control.
The system of energies and non-physical realms is literally a living organism that seeks
to squeeze the mind to produce the required pain and suffering.
This is largely a result of, or at least connected to, the mass amounts of continuous pleasure
and hedonism that is present in the un-viewable portion of the public control system.
All that pleasure has to come from somewhere as everything is expressed through the collective
mind and so where energy goes up in one location there must be a release in another.
The Karmic Loophole, A Hedonistic Imbalance Instead of the energy changing like a natural
tide of those experiencing pleasure and others experiencing hardship, the pleasure is stolen
and the hardship is manufactured by the same groups who stole the pleasure.
Yes, the minds of children are searched and where there would be an individual who threatens
the public damnation of the human race, that individual is put through a program to replace
their mind with that of the programmed beliefs of the programmers.
Any and all dreams are converted to nightmares and there is a great pleasure gap opened up
in the non-physical realms which is then lapped up as the pain is converted into their enjoyment
(they assume that persons role in a parallel reality and take in all their benefits) and
the original individual is delivered a life of suffering, condemnation, persecution and
literal torture.
That is how they convert pain to enjoyment, through literally a sadistic enjoyment of
a persons bio-emissions of suffering as well as literally replacing individuals in
different parallels and living an endless stream of lives as people who have good
karma.
Apparently this is all a temporary patch and every essence must be returned in time.
Apparently this is part of the cause and result of a sub-human deterioration of those who
have used this loosh technology to literally eat the souls of children because when all
their stolen energy must be returned to the rightful owner and all their karmic oppression
must be delivered rightfully to them, the suffering is so greatly distorting that their
very energetic signature converts from something like a human to something closer to a hybrid
sub-human or an underworld being.
Trading Places with the Underworld Apparently they have been trading places with
humanity for thousands of years and this is the whole system in one sentence.
Beings from a lower dimensional realm are brought into this realm through advanced technology
and dark energy practices and inserted into the genetics of humans so that they replace
that persons life and from there on a being who literally comes from a kind of dimensional
hell realm exists in this society as a human being.
These are the sociopaths, they do not have a human soul signature, this has all been
confirmed through advanced Teslian energy systems that can produce resonance feedback
fields which can be used to gauge, very similar to schlieren photography where subtle changes
in the air are used to generate shadows which can be viewed on camera.
A system can be used to detect the soul which is a refined spectrum of energies that are
emitted from the living body and there are two races of humans, those with a soul and
those who operate through a technological soul matrix.
The technological soul matrix does not extend as far as the source that the organic soul
matrix extends to.
A Technological Matrix The technological soul matrix remains within
the physical plane and an extension of a finite degree above or below.
The second major aspect of the unveiling is that there is a technological system that
is currently beaming out a large portion of the conscious mind impulses that the masses
are feeling and this is actually generating a reality-stream that would otherwise not
be present.
This is to say that this current reality, which is generated by belief, as all realities
are, is being motivated by a technological system in tandem with a mass of people who
are not conscious enough to override this system.
In that way, this current reality stream is literally being manually manufactured through
a hijacking of the masses perceptual system.
This is part of the explanation of the so-called Mind Matrix which is literally a kind
of perpetual algorithm system that brings up a series of perceptual gateways that challenge
ones mind when they begin to move out of sync with the artificially propagated mass-mind
control reality.
The Shift of the Ages, Technology and Biology, Immortality, Time Travel, Consciousness Transfer,
Hidden Knowledge, DNA Activation, Mass Awakening, The Secret Operations, The Reality of the
Soul, Higher and Lower Realms, Extra-Dimensional Consciousness and the Universe
A serious issue here is that when the physical surface reality is no longer viable for conscious
experience, people must be able to comprehend a reality that goes beyond the current limits
of the conscious mind.
The is the main issue, that each species has a limited window of opportunity to return
their awareness to the level of activity that exists beyond the limits of the physical reality
construct.
That construct is a collective, shared reality system.
This system is a created system that exists apart from each individual consciousness yet
integrated to all that are present.
Outside that system of experience each individual awareness produces its own reality, in the
moment, that they experience.
This is kind of like the concept of walking through the air and imagining where each step
will land as you go.
This is an amazing concept which totally inverts the interplay between conscious and subconscious
mind and literally puts the conscious mind within a larger mind rather than a collective,
objective, physically shared reality.
Both versions can still experience a shared reality yet one is inherently each mind to
themselves while another is inherently a collectively experienced co-reality system.
The Real Hidden Knowledge Keepers and Awakening the Collective Mind
The real secret society has always been in control and the only requirement is for people
to wake up.
However, this seems to be the most challenging requirement in the universe at the moment.
Yet, is not the entire purpose of the universe and the moment to become aware of the universe
and the moment?
So this is something inevitable and there is simply a very wild ride that people must
go through and remain centered throughout in order to reach the next age.
This will include the restoration of balance in the mind as well as a collective cleansing
event whereby very powerful symbolic events take place and awaken the sleeping part of
the collective consciousness mind.
These events are simply what is required to heal a great mental distortion that has turned
the collective vision outward and thereby dimmed the internal presence.
The presence cannot be fully extinguished without disrupting the entire show, however
there is a great requirement for the internal presence to be restored to restore a cosmic
balance to the whole system of life.
The human destiny is to reawaken and restore a balance to the universe, that is the nature
of the story here.
The pain in the collective heart must be healed and the internal mind restored.
Just as the internal mind has been disrupted by this materialistic age the materialistic
age will have to fade and become disrupted for the inner mind to awaken.
A harsh awakening is not necessary required, however the majority of people experience
some degree of horror or hysteria when going through this spiritual process.
This notion is gained from experience in the unacknowledged special access programs that
are designed to literally enable this mass awakening through specified individual testing.
Suffering is not necessary, however a great calm is required so that one can move past
the range of consciousness where debauchery, blame, projection, hatred, and self-induced
mental disharmony and unchecked desires are at the forefront of the conscious decision
or impulse making process.
When the thoughts, words and actions are guided by the lower mind, then the whole reality
here is backwards.
This is another aspect of how this world is a kind of projected inversion system.
Simply put, since reality is generated out of collective belief, and this system is controlled
by a hijacking of the collective belief through a manipulation of the lower-consciousness
system, then there are two consecutive degrees of manipulation and simulation that are simultaneously
producing the collective reality as well as the individual experience for those who are
within that mental system.
If one is entrained to consider the conscious reality the most reasonable and spiritually
accurate reality then the entire flow of energy is backwards which blocks off and obscures
the source of all truth and all life.
This is present as if in metaphor or dramatic expression across the current society, however,
individually, mentally if this system guides the energy then ones energy system is fighting
itself and the inner mind is dimmed or obscured so that the unconscious or lower mind is now
operating under the guise of the conscious mind!
Its literally like a puppet turned inside out and upside down.
That is the nature of the energetic inversion and manipulation system.
That is also the simplicity of the solution.
If a person overcomes the lower mind, the entire reality begins to shift for them.
If a proportionally sound portion of individuals begin to join in this restoration of inner
awareness as the source, instead of the external in control, then the collective reality shifts
and the collective inner mind awakens.
Those who read this and understand will know what this means.
This is actually how things change, this is how the collective mind awakens.
When people begin to simply listen to the inner process that works through intelligence
and reason rather than impulse or lower desire then a restoration takes place and a portion
of the population will do this and kick-start the collective mind.
As well, there is an increasing acceleration of events that is mapped like an inverse square
of intensity according to the actual current level of technological advancement and the
projected resistance or advancement of the collective mind in relation to world events.
As far as I was informed, everyone is working towards mass awareness at this point as this
is understood to be there required solution for the situation with this technological
and spiritual control system, but that there are different methods of attaining that which
are experienced as confusion and manipulation in the public affairs.
This is literally the closest people have been to the opportunity of awakening since
the beginning.
Liberation System, Extraction I was shown and informed that the process
of the mass awakening will be accelerated and guided by protective groups.
This means there are waves of extraction of the current system which is shutting down
and can no longer function to carry life.
That technological, artificial relay system is collapsing in on itself and has been propped
up for some time.
The purpose is to safely transition the mind of humanity into a viable, natural feedback
and consciousness-reality system because otherwise it will be akin to an event of mass lunacy.
We were literally shown and told that the moon is a military instillation from the previous
civilization and is used to slow down the mind and in turn slow down the perception
of time which literally acts as a time anchor and keeps people within a certain frequency
range of their consciousness.
After too long, that becomes a trap system leeching energy from the conscious mind of
everyone and thus limiting the conscious collective to a kind of frequency barrier that must be
overcome in order to leave the artificial energy construct.
This system of the mind.
When the construct is exited, ones intelligence returns to a much higher level and ones
awareness functions in ways that are reminiscent of childhood dreams.
Reality does not fade with age, ones mind is literally tuned into a system that was
designed to limit your intelligence so you dont learn too fast and break the training
wheels, so to speak.
Now that system is being overcome, however those who are already done with that system
must be patient because there are many who would be driven mad by the truth of what is
happening and what has happened.
Greater Genetic Activation and Intelligent Capacity
We were shown, and told, that the original humans, before this system was activated,
had a greater activation of their genetic capacity and this brings about memories of
the other instances of ones genetics in the universe as well as a greater functioning
of metabolism to the point where people lived a very long time if not an indefinite amount
of time.
If you imagine that the particular genetic configuration is a series of programmed stored
harmonically and we move to the level of understanding how that system functions properly, one could
refine their existence to produce an optimal functioning or even restore a maximal capacity
of their genetic material.
If the information transfer simply increases and enables a conscious adaptation to challenges
then living for a longer time and become immune to diseases does not seem paranormal.
If this is a biological nature, a system that can be adapted and enhanced or even comes
from an enhanced origin then a restoration to that original quality is the most reasonable
assumption one can make.
Either that, or a genetic dissolution and continual degradation is what occurs.
What may be is that both occur and those who choose to accept self-responsibility and self-awareness
in compassion, free-will and knowledge gain that extra-dimensional conscious control over
their biology and can continue to refine their awareness into a heightened capacity.
