Teachings of Ayahuasca – Creation, Death, Rebirth, and 15 Essential Life Lessons - Duration: 15:27.
Teachings of Ayahuasca Creation, Death, Rebirth, and 15 Essential Life Lessons
by Edward Morgan
Of all the spiritual teachers I have worked with, ayahuasca has been the most powerful,
the wisest, as well as the toughest.
Her love for you is so great that she will again and again take you down the rabbit holes
and the darkest places inside of you until the lessons are learned and mastered.
This article is based on my personal account of working with this powerful medicine during
one of my ceremonies though no two journeys are ever alike even for the same person, so
I share it with great respect and humility knowing no words can adequately capture what
I experienced.
In this time and space dimension, ayahuasca is known to be an entheogenic traditional
South American brew that is ingested for healing and spiritual awakening.
To me, she is my beloved spiritual teacher and life coach who has taken me to heaven,
hell, the universe and beyond to ensure that I remember my true essence.
Cycle of Life
My journey began as I transitioned into the spirit world after thirty minutes or so of
drinking the brew.
As I relaxed into oblivion where I no longer had control over my body or mind, she took
me to a space where I felt the need to be on my knees.
At first I thought I had to purge, but as I held onto my bucket and looked inside, it
became bottomless and began expanding within the bucket was the entire universe twirling
and expanding.
Slowly, I sank onto all fours on the floor and began breathing feeling fresh air permeating
and nourishing every tissue and cell of mine in a way I had never experienced before.
With each inhale, my body rose and I was breathing in the entire universe and then some.
An infinite amount of oxygen was being taken into my body and I was the blooming flowers,
the soaring trees, the roaring animals, the glowing stars and the burning fire.
I was life, being birthed and rebirthed.
I was breath, the essential component of all life.
I was the yang, and I was also colors, light, laughter, love, joy, movement, as well as
everything that was alive and vibrant.
I was one with everyone and everything and I breathed for all life.
With each exhale, I sank into the earth and disintegrated.
I was the decaying of the physical, the violent storms that brought abrupt endings to lives,
the waves that claimed homes, the leaves that dissolved into the earth, the earth that washed
into the streams, and the water that evaporated into the air.
I was the yin, and I was the ashes, the shadow, the night, the slumber, the darkness, the
death, the recycling of life as well as the ending of all things.
Yet there was nothing frightening about it because with each inhale, I rose, blossomed
and awakened, with each exhale, I fell, withered and died; for life is an eternal process and
cycle rather than a linear path that has a beginning and end.
Creation After experiencing the cycle of life and oneness
of all, I was guided to lie down and know myself as Source/Creation which was one of
my intentions.
With my eyes open, I saw my arms above my body making the most beautiful and softest
swirling movement as if I was weaving while my body rose and fell with the rhythm of life.
To my amazement, I began weaving everything and anything that has ever existed stars,
the moon, clouds, seasons, oceans, mountains, earth, lifetimes, musical notes, inventions,
thought forms, ideas and inspirations.
I was both male and female, the union of the two as well as the entire universe in ecstatic
motion and out of that pure love and joy as I engaged in the dance of creation, I gave
birth to all experiences of past, present and future though time does not exist in the
dimension of the absolute, and creation is instantaneous.
With every thought, or knowing, a reality was instantly created out of sheer ecstasy.
But to say I created them would be inaccurate, the feeling was that they were already there
and through thought and joy, I merely called them into being.
I danced like I had never danced before, and my only desire was to expand and create tis
the only purpose of life for all of us in this dimension and in all dimensions.
We gave birth to ourselves as well as this field so we may exercise the power of conscious
creation, and it is through the art of deliberate manifestation that we can call forth anything
we desire.
Death I gradually shifted out of the reality of
conscious creation as the vibration of the maloka (ceremony hall) began shifting.
A few people were having difficult journeys and there was a lot of screaming and crying.
Deep in my trance, I was unable to distinguish whether the suffering was mine or others and
the more I focused on it and battled against it, the more it became my own reality.
In my head, I tried to tell those people to quiet down but the wailing only grew louder.
Suddenly, the screams that were outside of me became screams that were inside of my own
head as I became frightened and aware of all the agony that was in the world and in myself.
Even when I opened my eyes, I could only see the endless darkness and torment around me
which made me sink deeper into my own despair and terror.
It seemed like lifetimes ago when I was weaving the universe out of my hands, and now I was
thrown into the deepest pit of hell flooded by fears and doubts.
My mind was bombarded with all the negativity in the world that rendered me hopeless and
helpless.
I had no identity or voice even though on the inside, I cried and cried for help, but
no help came.
It was hell in the truest sense, yet it was not an actual place but a state of mind full
of fear and disempowering beliefs.
I wanted to make myself fall asleep but I was unable to.
An eternity seemed to have passed and I slowly began realizing I was trapped in hell forever
having lost everything including my sanity, but from time to time, I had enough consciousness
to remember vaguely I was someone named Juliet in one of the realities though I could not
anchor myself in that reality, or find any strength left in me to bring myself back.
During those semi-conscious moments, I would experience random memories of myself with
my sweetheart walking by the beach, or being mesmerized by a luminescent sunset, or feeling
a belly-deep laughter when I was a child surrounded by childhood friends I had long forgotten.
All memories from this life and all lives flashed before my eyes and Id once in a
while have a thought that I would never be able to do any of those things again which
fueled the despair and sadness on the inside.
I was also shown that every memory I had ever held onto whether out of love or anger belonged
in a dream and no reality was real, not even the one I desperately wanted to wake up to.
At a certain point, I understood death was waiting for me to accept her.
Still immobilized, I slowly said farewell to everyone I could remember and I even felt
I stopped breathing many times, yet my body would react and make me gasp for air and bring
me back.
I must have died and come back to life thousands of times only to find myself still trapped
in hell.
Rebirth I desperately searched my mind for answers
during the semi-conscious moments.
I told myself I dedicated my life to the studies of spirituality, and I must know something
that could help me get out of this.
Without knowing what I was doing or how I was to achieve it, I decided I had to wake
up from this dream and I repeated to myself and the entire room again and again in the
most unconvincing way, Its ok.
You just have to wake up and remember you are eternal divine love.
With each murmur, both my body and voice grew stronger and a little more consciousness returned.
I began to remember my life-long mission of waking myself up from the dream state and
assisting others with their awakening.
Suddenly a voice inside of me told me to trust my own strength, get on my feet and begin
walking because rather than waiting to be rescued, I had to save myself and I had to
wake myself up.
With much difficulty, I struggled to take baby steps and with each step, I became more
and more awake until fragments of who I am returned bit by bit.
It was only 1 am, 4 hours after I drank the medicine and the sky was pitch dark, but I
may as well have gone through a million lifetimes in that state.
As I sat by the fire outside of the maloka under the blinking stars, I realized I just
woke up from a dream in a dream.
Some fear the experience of ayahuasca because more often than not, she takes us to a dark
place but one of the most important lessons shes taught me is that there is no darkness,
or anything outside of ourselves because everything we believe is external is actually a projection
of our own consciousness.
If we experience anger, agony, torment and hell, it is because it already exists in our
minds and it has not been integrated into our being due to resistance.
What ayahuasca does is it opens a portal within ourselves for us to bypass our conscious mind
and its usual defense mechanisms so we can experience, process and integrate all those
pieces we have kept in the shadow.
In that sense, she provides us with intensified life lessons in a simulated training ground
(that feels as real as it can get) all condensed into 4-8 hours for us to begin realigning.
15 Essential Life Lessons:
1.
We are the Creator existing in a quantum field in an infinite number of versions.
Creator is not a noun, it is a verb.
It is the process of alchemizing thought into form, energy into matter, and it is the process
of life itself.
All manifestations start with an idea/inspiration/decision/knowing.
2.
All versions of realities exist simultaneously.
We shift from one to another based on our current vibration on a moment-to-moment basis,
and our current vibration is determined by our thoughts and emotions that are filtered
by those thoughts.
3.
Creation is effortless when we are not in our own way.
4.
We are all manifestations of Source, hence we are One.
We are all of it and we are here to experience all of it: the male and the female, the yang
and the yin, the light and the dark, the joy and the agony, the love and the pain, the
laughter and the tears, the healing and the scars, as well as the peace and the discord.
We can easily birth life as we can birth death.
Everything is a part of this process and an expression of Creation.
5.
We do have the power to choose a preferred reality at any time.
First we need to get clear on what we truly desire, and we learn what we truly desire
through experiencing contrast, or the absence of what we desire.
The duality in life provides us with that contrast and the darkness in life is not a
punishment but an opportunity for us to wake up to our true essence so we can tap into
our own power of conscious creation.
6.
Time does not exist.
There is only one eternal moment of Now where all realities, past, present and future exist
simultaneously.
7.
We cannot die.
We only change form because we are Universal Consciousness that is formless, infinite,
eternal and always evolving.
The only constant in life is change.
8.
It is ok to be afraid, just allow it.
But remember, we are far more powerful than our fears.
9.
What we focus on becomes our reality and what we pay attention to grows and multiplies in
our lives.
We are all connected because we are energy, and others realities can easily become
our own if we are not centered in our own vibration.
While we are here to walk each other home with unconditional love and compassion, we
are neither responsible for others realities and journeys, nor are we here to force our
own beliefs onto others so they can change.
Wherever we are in our journeys is the perfect place for us to be.
10.
All thoughts and beliefs are energy and are contagious.
Everything is energy.
11.
Hell is a state of mind created by fears and thoughts that do not align with our True Self.
Likewise, thoughts that are in alignment create heaven on earth.
12.
We can neither change what is outside of us, nor can we silence the cries in the world.
The only thing we have power over is our own thoughts and how we choose to perceive, and
experience our realities, and that is done through inner work.
What we see is what we project, and what we project is based on what we believe to be
true.
13.
Our only purpose here is to expand and create; though we all have chosen different missions
and we have brought our unique gifts and talents to fulfill those missions.
14.
We are divine love; it is not an emotion but a state of being.
Everything else is an illusion that provides us with a contextualized field so we may remember
ourselves as divine love/Creation.
15.
In order to live a life of unlimited freedom and conscious creation, the ego needs to go
through some type of death and rebirth so it can surrender its need to control, and
release its past, stories, roles, identity and any existing programming.
Some refer to this as spiritual awakening a.k.a. awakening to our True Self, the
part of us that is an extension of Source Energy.
To see through the illusions and have access to the infinite wisdom of the True Self, we
must first wake up from the dream.

New Poll Shows Majority Of Americans Think Russia Probes Are A Distraction - Duration: 3:43.
New Poll Shows Majority Of Americans Think Russia Probes Are A Distraction
by Tyler Durden
Last month, we reported on a poll showing most Americans dont want to see President
Donald Trump impeached.
Today, a new poll released exclusively to the Hill shows that most Americans feel the
investigations into alleged collusion between Russian officials and the Trump campaign are
a distraction.
The poll found that 64% of Americans believe the investigations are hurting the country,
and a whopping 73% believe that the focus on Russia is distracting Congress from important
issues like health care and tax reform.
Heres the Hill:
A majority of voters believe the Russia investigations are damaging to the country and are eager
to see Congress shift its focus to healthcare, terrorism, national security, the economy
and jobs.
Those are the findings of the latest Harvard-Harris Poll survey, provided exclusively to The Hill,
which paints a complicated picture of voters opinions about the numerous probes that have
engulfed the White House.
Sixty-four percent of voters said the investigations into President Trump and Russia are hurting
the country.
Fifty-six percent of voters said its time for Congress and the media to move on to other
issues, compared to 44 percent who said the focus should stay on Russia.
But other surveys have found strong support for the special counsel investigating the
Russia probe.
A Harvard-Harris survey released last month found 75 percent support for former FBI Director
Robert Muellers investigation.
There is evidence in the Harvard-Harris survey that voters are taking the investigations
seriously: Fifty-eight percent say theyre concerned by allegations of obstruction of
justice against Trump, with the same number worried about possible dealings between Trump
and the Russian government.
But far more 73 percent say theyre concerned that the Russia probes have caused
Congress to lose focus on the issues important to them.
That figure encompasses 81 percent of Republicans, 74 percent of independents and 68 percent
of Democrats.
While the voters have a keen interest in any Russian election interference, they are
concerned that the investigations have become a distraction for the president and Congress
that is hurting rather than helping the country, said Harvard-Harris co-director Mark Penn.
Most voters believe that the president's actions don't rise to the level of impeachable
offenses, even if some of them were inappropriate. The poll is the latest indication that, despite
the best efforts of the New York Times-CNN-Washington Post media cabal, Americans have not been
swayed by the steady flow of unsourced allegations.
The FBI's probe allegedly began in July of 2016, meaning it's been ongoing for a year
now, and yet, nothing even resembling a smoking gun has been shared with the public, one of
many of many conspicuous loose ends in the investigation narrative.
Maybe now that the Senate Judiciary Committee is finally investigating alleged misconduct
by Attorney General Loretta Lynch, lawmakers will start to slowly turn their attention
away from Trump and his associates and focus on an official who clearly abused a position
of public trust for political gain.

Kellyanne Conway Swears The Republican Healthcare Bill Doesn't Cut Medicaid - Duration: 5:42.
An interesting new Republican talking point emerged over this weekend with regards to
the Senate version of the American Health Care Act and nobody articulated it better
than Kellyanne Conway.
Take a look.
What about the President's promise?
What about that campaign promise about no cuts to Medicaid and Medicare?
Now that's changed.
Only in Washington would something like this be called a cut, where overtime there are
protections in place for the disabled, for the elderly, for the poor, for the nonworking
poor-
With less money.
For children, for pregnant women and it's going to allow states to decide what they
need to help those in need-
Sure, with less money.
In their states.
States will get less money.
No, not necessarily.
It depends.
It really depends on the state.
It depends on the situation.
800 billion is being cut out of it.
You keep on giving that one statistic without reading the entire bill.
I've read the bill.
I'm not Nancy Pelosi, I decided to read it ahead of time, before and I'm sure-
800 billion is being put in somewhere else?
No Allison, what's going to happen is, there are many different funding mechanisms at play
here.
What governors will do is they will have an opportunity to either get block grants or
stick with the current situation and as you remember in the House bill, late in the game,
there was an additional many billions of dollars infusion of cash to guarantee that very narrow
slice of the population who went with 63 days of noncontinuous coverage and also happen
to reside in the state where that state will opt out of that type of Medicaid funding,
so there are many different protections.
Now, I just don't want everybody scaring people to think that they're going to lose their
benefits and their coverage without giving a full accounting of everything that this
includes.
According to Kellyanne Conway, even though the bill specifically says, "We are cutting
800 billion dollars from Medicaid", even though the House version says, "We're cutting 800
billion dollars from Medicaid," there's no cuts to Medicaid, according to Kellyanne Conway.
That CNN clip was just one of several that she did this past weekend where she said the
exact same thing.
She told George Stephanopoulos this bill absolutely does not include any cuts to Medicaid and
that is a sentiment that was shared with several other members of the Trump administration
who appeared in national media this past weekend.
All of them said the same thing.
There's no cutes to Medicaid.
What are you, crazy?
I read the bill, unlike Nancy Pelosi, which is what Conway said to CNN, whatever that
means, but there are cuts.
There's verifiable cuts.
We can look at the bill and see that.
We can look at what the CBO said, people who read the bill a hell of a lot more intensely
than you, Kellyanne and we know that those cuts are there and you're saying, "Well, the
states can just take it up."
With what?
With what, Kellyanne?
There's no money.
Medicaid money goes to the states, you idiot and you're drying it up.
You don't understand the first thing about American political policy or how anything
in the realm of politics actually works.
I know you're doing your best to lie to cover your boss' ass because he told us 100%, no
cuts to Medicaid proved to be a big fat liar on that issue, but you have to understand
at this point, the American public, most of us, can read.
We understand what 800 billion in Medicaid cuts actually means.
It means, you're cutting Medicaid by 800 billion dollars, but here you are going on every national
media outlet you can lying about it, being called out by the hosts on your lies and you
know what she responded with?
Kellyanne Conway said, "Well, poor people can just get a job."
That's what she said.
Poor people can just go get a job.
First of all, as if it's that easy to just get a job in this economy.
Second of all, it's that easy to get a job in this economy that also gives you healthcare
benefits.
Kellyanne Conway is so disconnected from reality right now that her rantings have gone from
humorous and amusing, making fun of her, to down right dangerous because this woman is
representing everything that the Republican Party and the Trump administration want to
do.
They're trying to sell you this big lie that there are no cuts to Medicaid, the money's
going to come back around from some other place, but it won't.
Those cuts to Medicaid, do you know where they're going?
That money is going instead of to poor people to get health insurance, it's going their
wealthy donors.
It's going to the top 1%.
It's going back in Donald Trump's pocket, but Kellyanne Conway obviously can't say that,
so she lies to us all and says, "Don't worry, absolutely no cuts to Medicaid as long as
you ignore that part of the legislation that says, we're cutting Medicaid by 800 billion
dollars."

Technology That's Perfect For Incredibly Lazy People - Duration: 6:32.
Spaceships and Large Hadron Colliders are cool, but we like our science a little more
practical.
We've put on a man on the moon, but where's the technology that puts a moon pie in a man?
What about those who spend their lives on the couch, and still find that a bit much?
"Honey can you straighten up your area a little bit, because they're gonna be here soon."
"Thanks."
That's why we've gathered a few of the best inventions for the motivationally challenged.
If you're too lazy to use even these products, well...then you might be legally dead.
The remote control pillow
Is your remote control too plastic and hard?
Follow-up question: is your pillow too fluffy and nonfunctional?
Well, you're in luck.
The pillow scientists at Journey's Edge have a solution: The Universal Pillow Remote.
That's right: scientists have invented a remote control pillow — because why can't everything
be a pillow?
With "large, easy to read fabric buttons," this plush headrest can function as up to
six different remotes, which is more than this guy's pillow can do.
"She can't control the strength of her bite because of her nervous disorder."
"Her love bites become injuries."
The nightstand fridge
It happens every night: you're in bed, half asleep, when you get the craving for a beer
and a Dorito sandwich.
You could walk all the way into the kitchen, but that would involve fully waking up.
No, if you're going to sleep-eat, you want it to be as convenient as possible.
That's where the good people at ManTables come in.
For the low, low, actually kind of high price of $599, you can order your own nightstand
with a built in refrigerator.
That way, whenever you want to sneak that third dinner in the middle of the night, it'll
be right there waiting for you.
The robot lawn mower
How many times have you sent the kids out to mow the lawn, only to remember that your
wife took the kids in the divorce settlement?
Thankfully, there's now a solution: The Husqvarna Automower 315 25 Watt Rechargeable Automatic
Robotic Lawn Mower.
That's a lot of words for a pretty simple idea: it's a robot that mows the lawn.
You know those automatic vacuum cleaners?
"Little guy cruises around and plays music.
What's hot, DJ Roomba?"
"DJ Roomba, tearing it uppppp!"
It's like that, but with deadly spinning blades.
What could go wrong?
The toothpaste squeezer
In this busy modern world, who has the time to squeeze their own toothpaste?
You'd have to be crazy to brush your teeth like that.
"Hello?"
Well, the iLifeTech Hands Free Toothpaste Dispenser is the answer to all your problems,
because this little device literally just squeezes toothpaste for you.
Use it once, and you'll start to wonder if you're expending too much effort doing other
things in the bathroom, too.
"Do you think perhaps just once I might use the bathroom by myself?"
"Most amusing, sir.
WIPERS!"
Lazy reading glasses
Reading: it's less work than moving literally any part of your body.
But that's not easy enough.
"T-T-T-Heh." the... oh...
But with Vinmax's new Bed Prism Spectacles, you won't have to lift your head to read ever
again.
Thanks to its one of a kind, multi-lens technology, you can lie back in comfort and still see
every word on the page.
The trick is, there is no trick.
It's a periscope.
Only instead of seeing Indiana Jones through the lens, all you get is a boring book.
Thanks for nothing, science!
The twirling fork
Spaghetti's the double-edged sword of dinnertime.
It's delicious, but so hard to eat right!
If you aren't careful...chaos.
"Mama mia."
But with the Hog Wild Twirling Spaghetti Fork, you can let the silverware do the work for
you.
"So it's for someone not willing to do 'this' with their hands."
"Is that what that's for?"
The PooTrap
It's bad enough that you have to take your dog out for a walk, but now you have to pick
up its poop, too?
Can't you do anything yourself, Professor Bones?
You're useless!
The fact is, whether you have a bad back or a bad attitude, there's no reason you should
be the one cleaning up after your pooch.
That's where this thing comes in:
"Introducing PooTrap!"
"An amazing, new innovation that eliminates the need of picking up after your dog."
That's right: A handy bag that straps right to the anus of your furry friend.
Remember: a dog's pride isn't worth your inconvenience.
Motorized shoes
Walking: An activity so lonely it has its own theme song.
That's why the ACTON R6 RocketSkates are a total game-changer.
Billed as "The World's First Smart Electric Skates," these babies strap right onto your
feet and take you wherever you need to go, so long as wherever you need to go isn't very
bumpy.
Or up any hills.
Or down any hills.
Or anywhere with stairs.
Maybe just in the parking lot.
Anyway, with a top speed of 12 miles per hour, they'll get you there a heck of a lost faster
than those sweaty meat bags at the bottom of your legs.
Get lost, you stupid feet!
The Beer Bot
Meet the Asahi Robocco Beerbot, a robot that pours beer for you.
It's sort of like having your very own Tom Cruise!
"Ho!
Ho!"
For just $799 — plus $94 shipping — you can own a robot friend that will produce a
beer, open it, and pour that frothy brew into a glass.
That's way more than your normal friends would do for you.
"I want you blending into your surroundings.
How fast can you run?"
"I think that guy wants to hunt me."
On the other hand, it's possible that the Beer Bot is just trying to get you drunk so
it can hook up with your refrigerator.
"I don't know what you're doing back here in the galley, cuz you got a first class seat."

Black Light Soap is designed for dark colored cars to produce a lot of foam which acts as
lubrication and also that foaming action emulsifies any dirt or debris so you won't scratch the finish.
To get started I've got my two buckets set up here, we're going to place one Dirt Trap
in each bucket.
I've gone with black and red, the color doesn't make a difference but since this car has a
black exterior and a red interior it makes a neat combination.
We'll place one inside of our clean bucket and this is where we will put our soap.
I place it in at an angle this way we don't trap any air underneath it and as you press
it all the way to the bottom it will create a seal and this way when you wring your wash
mitt inside of here it will prevent dirt from coming back up through the cones.
Over here I have a rinse bucket that I will place the second Dirt Trap in.
This is to further reduce the amount of dirt and debris that is returning to the vehicle.
So now that I've got both Dirt Traps set up I'm going to load up our wash bucket.
Using about an ounce of Black Light Soap for the bucket and I'll also fill up our Foam
Cannon while we're at it.
I've already pre-filled this bottle with water and now I'll add about an ounce of the solution
to the water bottle.
Now I'll reattach the top and mix it all together this way the water and soap solution can create
a decent amount of foam.
The foam, like I said, is going to help emulsify the dirt and it is also acting as lubrication
and this lubrication reduces the chances of scratching for a perfect scratch-free shine.
So before we start foaming up the car we are going to activate the suds in this bucket
and then we can rinse down the car that way we can knock off as much of the loose dirt
and debris as we can and then we'll attach the Foam Cannon and start foaming
and washing this baby.
So, now I'm done foaming the car we are going to start washing it.
Using our Wash Pad, this is going to trap a lot of foam and the foam is going to lubricate
which reduces scratches.
I'll take it over to the vehicle and starting at the highest point.
We'll work in straight lines and this is pulling off all the dirt and debris without scratching.
As you wash you're going to start picking up all that dirt and debris but that is what
your second bucket is for, you'll press the pad all the way down against the Dirt Trap
and that is helping release any of the grime that is stuck in the noodles and trap them
underneath cones this way you're not bringing it back on the car.
I'll wring it out on the ground.
By wringing it out on the ground I'm taking as much of the filth and debris out of the
bucket to prevent it from getting back on the car.
We'll grab some more foam and keep on washing.
So by using the Wash Pad I was able to safely remove all the dirt and debris that was sitting
on top of the surface.
Also by using the Black Light Soap it has created tons of shaving cream thick foam which
acts as lubrication so we don't scratch it.
Now black is something that shows any kind of imperfection but this being a classic car
we want to take as much precaution that way we don't damage the finish.
So, to prevent water spots and the soap from drying we are going to rinse it off now.
Typically on a sunny day you don't have much time to work with this but since it's pretty
gloomy out we're going to take our time and make sure we get all the water off of it and
we'll dry it for a perfect dry finish.
So now that the car is all rinsed down, I'm going to take off all the water so we don't
create any water spots.
To help me accomplish that I'm using our Woolly Mammoth Drying Towel.
This towel is super plush so it's going to pick up all that water without streaking and
since it has this silk banded edge we don't have to worry about installing new swirls
or scratches.
Just like I did when I was washing I'll start at the highest point.
I'll drape this on the vehicle and gently pull off all this water.
You can always fold it in four to buff off or if you are working on small sections just
as long as you get all that water off for a perfect streak-free shine.
Alright guys, I've just finished washing and drying this 1954 Buick Special.
It's a mild custom, it has these side pipes and MOON discs.
Just looking at the paintwork you can tell it's really shiny.
Using Black Light Soap I was able to emulsify all the dirt and debris that was sitting on
the surface and since it creates these thick suds it lubricates so we don't add any new
scratches or swirls.
So tomorrow we'll bring it back and coat it with C9 and that is
going to give it a slick finish and prevent harmful UV rays from degrading the finish.

Things You Should Never Wear On An Airplane - Duration: 5:29.
Next time you're taking a trip, give yourself a minute to look around the airport.
You'll see fellow travelers rocking their personal style, whether it's comfortable sweats
or glammed up maxis.
But no matter what look you're rocking, here are some jet-setting don'ts we should all
be aware of.
It's complicated
Most trips on a plane mean you'll be sitting in a tight space for an extended period of
time — and don't forget the bathrooms, either.
Make sure to avoid any outfits that will be too complicated to get off and on in those
teeny tiny lavatories.
Hitha Palepu, author of How To Pack and founder of the site Hitha On The Go says, "Jumpsuits
are difficult to remove in teeny bathrooms.
Also avoid short skirts or dresses and anything low cut."
Kaarin Vembar, co-host of the Pop Fashion podcast, recommended staying away from "anything
that is very fussy.
You want to be able to be comfortable!"
Your best #OOTD
Considering your Instagram habit, it's tempting to break out a brand new outfit for your flight.
But relationship expert April Masini says, "Never wear a anything, that if it gets spilled
on, will supremely bum you out.
It's very easy to spill or get spilled on when there's turbulence and elbow-to-elbow
seat mates."
"If you were in the dust bowl and got thrown a bunch of pain on you what would that look
like?
me!"
Save your outfit of the day for when you're officially off-duty!
Highs and lows
With the fluctuating temperatures on planes, it's hard to know how to dress.
Masani notes, "Planes have a funny way of getting chilly, so don't wear something for
hot weather, even if you're traveling to a hot weather climate, without bringing layers
to snuggle up in during a plane ride."
But planes can also get pretty hot.
Richardson says, - "Wearing layers means you can adapt to whatever the temperature is on
the flight is that day and throughout the flight."
Meanwhile, Aaron Hockel, who travels extensively for business — in sneakers — said one
thing he never travels in anymore is flip flops.
He explained:
"Let's face it, airplanes can get very hot, and that means sweating.
It is incredibly embarrassing to smell your own feet at the start of a five or six hour
cross country flight with no options to cover them up."
While we're on the subject of footwear...
Killer shoes
When it comes to your feet and flying, go for comfort over style.
You never know how far away your gate will be, so make sure you're able to easily walk
or run.
Throw some cute heels in your carry-on if you're hitting a trendy spot as soon as you
arrive.
Redfin Chief Economist Nela Richardson says, "It's common knowledge that your feet will
swell on a plane, so...I like to avoid heels and wear shoes that are cute but comfortable,
like a pair of mary-janes that have a good insole, or a pair of stylish sneakers."
PJ's
There is so --much to do on the morning of a flight, so sometimes getting dressed just
seems like too much work.
However, you're still going out in public.
Don't show up to the gate agent in your jammies.
Vembar says, "I know that airlines are such a pain these days, but dress up a smidgen.
It's okay if you wear athleisure-wear, but think of your fellow passengers and try to
put on a fresh set of clothes before you board."
Heavy metal
Going for a little sparkle?
Don't forget about getting through security.
Vembar notes, "This one is a bit of a surprise, but did you know that a number of sweaters
that look metallic actually have metallic threads woven through the garment?
Not wearing this is more about the hassle you will get through security, because you
will absolutely be stopped before you even make it to your gate."
Making scents
Be mindful of your fellow passengers when applying your favorite perfume or lotion before
your flight.
Vembar recommends, "Anything scented should be applied with a light touch.
This is being a good neighbor, because you never know what types of allergies people
have around you."
Baggy clothes
When you travel, you wanna be comfortable, so chillaxed clothing might seem like a good
choice.
However, it may also make you look a tad suspicious.
Tracy Edwards from AAA Travel Sales told CBS News, "Loose clothing will cause some delays
because they think you're hiding something under there."
Save the mystery for Vegas!
Get comfortable
So what can you wear on a plane?
Palepu says,"My go-to travel outfit [is] skinny ponte pants, a longer t-shirt, a cardigan
or blazer, comfortable flats...and a scarf wrapped around my neck.
I also like a full monochrome look with wide-legged pants, matching t-shirt, and a draped trench
all in the same color."
Think easy-breezy when you choose your look.
Palepu says, "Maxi dresses are great when traveling to a warm location, topped with
a denim jacket.
Just stuff the jacket in your bag and you're ready to hit the beach!"
Too much jewelry will hold you up in security, but wearing a great scarf instead can keep
you warm and looking chic on the flight.
Overall, just make sure you're comfortable.
Just not...too comfortable...
Dress code
Leggings may seem like the perfect travel pant, but they could keep you from boarding
your flight.
In 2017, United Airlines landed in hot water for not allowing two teenage girls wearing
leggings to board.
The airline tweeted, "The passengers this morning were United pass riders who were not
in compliance with our dress code policy for company benefit travel."
But even if you disagree with the dress code, it's not going to change.
Virgin America CEO David Cush told Fox News, "In the end, the flight crew is in charge
of the aircraft, and they have to make judgments based on what they think is going to create
the safest and most comfortable environment for everyone on the airplane."
"It's policy.
I'm sorry."
Oh this is a very… this is a very strict plane.
That I'm on."

Eight UAE princesses convicted in Belgium over inhumane treatment of servants - Duration: 3:13.
eight UAE princesses convicted in Belgium over inhumane treatment of
servants chakra Alma and her seven daughters each given suspended 15 month
jail terms and 145,000 pounds fine and long-standing human trafficking case
breaking news eight emirati Royals have been convicted in Belgium on
long-standing human trafficking and abuse charges related to the treatment
of the servants SheiKra ham de al mang of one of the United Arab Emirates
ruling families and seven of her daughters we're each given suspended 15
month jail terms and a $185,000 145,000 pounds fined
belg a news agency reported on friday a total of 23 women many of them
originally citizens of African countries were smuggled into Belgium without
proper working or residency documents while the princesses rented out a floor
of the luxury Conrad hotel between 2007 to 2008 the court found the workers were
forced to put in long hours did not have proper sleeping quarters or food were
not allowed to leave the hotel and were paid substandard wages investigators
said the women said in their testimony they were routinely shouted by their
employers the case was brought to the Brussels Authority's attention after one
woman escaped and went to the police in 2008 an investigation found the servants
were living in inhumane conditions we are very satisfied because the court
made a very clear statement that this was a sort of modern slavery
Jean Pierre Jaques the plaintiff's lawyer told belga it's what we have been
demanding for nine years defense lawyers for the eight princesses had previously
argued that an agency provided the employment contracts for the alleged
victims and took out their health insurance suggesting the company should
be the ones facing the legal action a legal representative for the Royals did
not say whether the family was planning on appealing the verdict he said in a
statement he regretted that the court took into account the
statements of the victims but was satisfied the court had appropriately
assessed the case the UAE has been frequently criticized by human rights
groups for its lack of legal protections and exploitation faced by many of the
countries estimated 7 million foreign domestic and construction workers
earlier this year a similar case was heard by the European Court of Human
Rights after a family from Dubai brought three servants from the Philippines to
Vienna Austria the plaintiffs alleged they were forced to work around the
clock without being paid their agreed wages and were physically and
emotionally abused however since their employers had left
the country before the complaints were filed and in Louisville mutual legal
assistance agreement between Austria and the UAE the European Court of Human
Rights concluded that a trial would not have any reasonable prospect of success

Kiss kiss yeah!
Please me!
Kiss kiss yeah!
Without you...
Ahh, what's going on... there must be some mistake!
I'm having tararattaratta trouble handing myself.
Why'd this come out of nowhere? Can't I just run away?
But I end up with a whimsical mood,
Letting myself get carried away!
That's how things began...
Basically, I was quite unlike myself.
But I'm gonna open this new door -
I can hear voices from the other side! So c'mon let's go!
Anywhere we please!
I'm confident that I can become your wings! (please stay with me)
No matter the trial, I'm not afraid- we have this magic on our side! (All we can say is, "Congratulations"!)
Let's present a bouquet of flowers when we meet with this whole new world... (made in society)
...so we can be united in that moment!
Our communication doesn't line up?
But that's okay!
As long as the new world is at peace tomorrow!
Kiss kiss yeah!
Without you!

2018 Equinox Interiors | H72 Medium Ash vs. H1T Black Premium Cloth - Duration: 1:56.
The new 2018 Equinox features a few different interiors
This is a look at two options. First is H1T - Jet Black
You'll notice it is not completely black
The colour of the insert is more of a denim look
The stitching is a shade of orange. Sort of like rust
Its a refreshing change that offers a new dimension to the traditional black seating surfaces
The pattern resembles honeycomb. It provides some much needed texture to the cabin
The Medium Ash grey is a similar concept
This interior is lighter and breaks up the black accents
The stitching is light grey to match the seat inserts, door panels and dash
It is a lovely combination. Due to the lightness of the seats, I recommend a fabric protector
This is a form of scotch guarding that prevents staining and often comes with lifetime warranty
The first interior we looked at was on a LT True North. This is an LS (base) model
Hope this helps you pick the right style for you!
Thank you for watching!
