Waching daily Jun 4 2017

Samarog encounter is situated in rectangle arena surrounded by deadly spikes.

Boss uses multiple knockbacks what instantly kills if you hit them.

Spikes are baad remember that.

During fight will boss repeat only a few attacks.

There is sort of pattern and timing but it's too often altered by positioning and CC phase.

Therefore it's better to focus more on animations and react as needed.

Tanking is quite easy.

Every 10% of the boss health is different person fixated and serve as the tank for next

10%.

At the beginning is as tank chosen the first player who enters the room and then always

player furthest away from the boss.

On the end of each 10% is tank Brutalized.

Boss stun him and starts damaging till his break bar isn't broken.

Brutalized player can't use any skills and if his HP reaches 0 he will die instantly

without a downed state.

The tank should position the boss in a way where players behind him don't end up on spikes

if gets knocked.

Shockwave happened roughly every 8s and knock players back for a large distance.

Boss will raise both hands and hit the ground from where wave starts expanding.

It's unblockable but you can dodge or better jump over it.

Stability and Distortion also works.

Prisoner Sweep is cone knockback in front of the boss and happens roughly every 30s.

Boss will do this nicely readable backswing just before.

It can be twice as dangerous because it can hit you for 2nd-time mid-air and knock even

further away.

You can again use Stability or Distortion.

Before this attack will boss always turn to opposite direction than tank is, so be prepared

for that.

Spear Impact will drop from skies roughly every 30s and remains as AoE till it's destroyed

by damage or CCs.

It deals massive damage on impact.

Landed spear is surrounded by large AoE what can taunt, daze or fear you if you enter it.

Tank Brutalized in this field will be instantly killed.

Under 33% boss sometimes pulls all placed spears towards him but it has long easily

avoidable telegraph.

Inevitable Betrayal begins under 66% of boss HP.

Roughly every 25s two players receive green circles, both charge up to 5s before they

explode and deal massive damage to everyone.

To negate this damage both green players has to stack on each other during that explosion.

Also far enough from others since explosion itself, showed as an orange circle deals damage

as well.

At 66 and 33% boss run out of the arena and summon 2 Champions.

Guldhem and Rigom.

In this part, you have to deal with multiple mechanics.

- They buffing each other if standing close for too long so you have to keep them separated.

It will require quite a lot of knockbacks and immobilizes.

- Guldhem transfer all damage he received to Rigom until He dies.

And once he does Guldhem can be damaged for next 10s.

A problem is if Rigom didn't die inside bubble surrounding Samarog, Guldhem stays immortal.

So the goal is push and immobilize Rigom under the boss and Kill Guldhem as fast as possible.

- Roughly every 20s Guldhem cast short AoE stun on a furthest person but its not big

deal.

Bludgeon is added to rotation under 33% of boss health.

It's a small AoE what hits in area bit further in front roughly every 20s.

Boss will raise one of his spears above the head and slam the ground.

This attack is really deadly if hits but if you stay close you are safe.

So quick recap.

Don't get knock backed into spikes.

A new tank is fixated every 10% to furthest person.

Boss have 3 attacks.

Shockwave, Sweep and under 33% also Bludgeon.

Spears drops from the sky ever 30s, avoid them.

Under 66% 2 players get green circle every 25s and have to stack on each other.

At 66 and 33% spawns Guldhem and Rigom.

Keep Rigom knock backed and immobilized under the boss and kill Guldhem as fast as possible.

2 Cocktails in 2 Minutes - The Classic Martini (eng. subs) - Duration: 1:45.

You're not properly dressed for this episode.

It's my favourite T-shirt.

2 Cocktails in 2 Minutes. Christos Axarlis.

-Michalis Papazissis. -You all know it and love it.

The king of the cocktails. Dry Martini.

I'll make the classic one and you'll make the twist.

As always.

A cocktail glass. Chill the glass before making the drink.

We'll use the stir method.

Add ice. 15 ml extra dry vermouth.

One dash of orange bitters. And 70 ml of the new favourite gin, Blue Beetle.

Add a generous shot and stir.

Chill and stir your drink.

Our glass is ready. Serve the Dry Martini beautifully.

Yes! Lemon oils.

And an olive. The Dry Martini is ready. Let's see the twist by Christos Axarlis.

Vesper Martini.

Vesper Martini was created by the author of James Bond, Ian Fleming, in 1953.

The main difference is that we use the shake method.

James Bond himself describes it as follows:

One part of Lillet.

Two parts of Stolichnaya vodka.

And three parts of Blue Beetle London Dry Gin.

Add ice and shake.

Fine strain the chilled cocktail. And a large, thin lemon peel.

-Do you expect me to talk, Mr Papazissis? -No, I expect you to die.

-A Dry Martini. -And a Vesper Martini.

We hope you liked them. Add your comments below.

-And don't forget to subscribe. -Send us your suggestions.

-Till next time... -Bye.

★ Body Scan Meditation | solavana.eu ★ - Duration: 23:32.

So now close your eyes and concentrate completely on yourself.

Leave the impressions of the day behind you because now is the time for you,

somewhere private where you can be in silence and completely relax.

Breathe in a pattern which is comfortable for you.

Feel the surface you are sitting or lying on.

And feel how your body becomes more and more relaxed with each breath.

Feel how the quiet comes back; how your mind is also quiet.

Feel how your heart beats and your blood flows through your body.

Maybe you can feel your blood, how it flows through your veins,

warming your body and keeping you alive.

Feel the nerve paths,

follow how they have branched out through your body.

Also feel the delicate energy lines in the aura,

which connect the body of light and the physical body.

Feel how it expands your energy field in the process.

How the oscillation changes and you now leave your body.

Perhaps it is possible for you to imagine, as your physical body lying on a couch

and you leave this body and look down at it from above.

You feel yourself; you touch yourself..

And now try to scan your body.

Go with your feeling in your head and scan from top to bottom, starting at your head.

Feel any blockages, any pain.

Scan further down, go from the head, over your neck to your upper body,

Search for pain, blockages, tensions.

Continue slowly down through the abdomen and pelvis.

Over the legs, thighs, knees, shins, and feet.

Now scan the arms, shoulders, upper arms, elbows, forearms, and hands.

Perhaps you can detect something, notice a blockage.

Point out encrustations or painful locations.

Now of all the places which you notice, I ask you

to send your deepest love that you have ever sent.

To send your deepest love and appreciation to all of the places in your body,

where you noticed pain,

where you found possible blockages.

Let your love flow to all these places where you noticed blockages.

Let the love flow and take your time.

You still find yourself above your body.

Now the deepest love, the most appreciation and the greatest mindfulness flow in through your body.

And now you go to the light yourself,

which is hanging from you above your physical body,

becomes bright white light.

And now you return to your body and fuse together.

Now the bright white light fuses with your physical body and restores,

restores everything that you have discovered.

The energy flows freely through your system.

The light finds its way.

Flows through each cell; heeling happens.

Healing expands.

You are fully charged with healing energy that is full of light.

The energies fix themselves to the cell nuclei and illuminate them

and you feel confidence and hope in you.

Stay a little in this energy,

rest, bathe in the healing,

which you have made for yourself as a gift.

And then return at your speed.

Hermann Gerland, you are the best man!

You know it!

Ensuring that the atmosphere in the team and between the staff and players –

that was my job.

Tiger!

Yes?

And?

Five times!

Five times!

Five times I got past you!

I was very poor growing up and I think Franck was too.

I was a street kid when I was younger, I needed to know how to fight, and I think the same goes for Franck.

That connects us a little.

I think he has always pushed me and, even today, always tries

to make me better.

When things aren't going well for me, he tries to get me back on the right track

and always giving my best.

My job is more about talking to the players than criticising them.

Hermann Gerland, you are the best man!

You know it!

When we have a good game – and we've had plenty of those this season -

I drive home and drink, not a glass of wine or beer,

but a tasty whiskey and coke!

Ah, Hermann Gerland.

His German is awful.

Hi!

How are you?

I'm good thanks and you?

How are the players?

You can see for yourself!

Hermann Gerland is so good

Hermann Gerland is…

I love him.

If you come to Germany,

you need to practice speaking German.

I also try to speak English.

I need to, I need to.

But hurry up, ok!

A whisky and coke, a whisky and coke for this man!

At some point the Grim Reaper will come for us all.

You will go to heaven, I'll be going to hell.

But today we paint the town red!

Let's go!

Tiger! Tiger! Tiger!

KITCHEN HACK TESTING #5 - Duration: 17:50.

- Hello, everybody.

Hello, Mrs. Barry.

- Hello. - How are you?

- I'm fine. How are you?

- I'm good, I'm good.

Welcome to My Virgin Kitchen,

today Mrs Barry and I will be

trounced, that's not even a word, what do I want?

- Trounced? We're doing a kitchen hack video today.

- Yeah, we are.

(she laughs)

We've done some of these before this, part of the playlist,

so if you've missed any other kitchen hack testing videos,

grab the popcorn, have a Barr-athon.

This is what--

- Barr-athon, that's funny.

- This is what they're saying now, right?

And watch them all, because we've done some

pretty quirky ones indeed.

And these are some that you've sent in,

some on the actual last video comments,

and ones that we've resourced from the worldwide interweb.

- Can I just say, I love your bouncy hair today.

- Thanks.

- It's proper bouncy!

(she laughs)

- I'm going for the Alsatian look.

Well do you want me to gel it?

- Have like a.

- No.

- No, bouncy's good.

First hack is all about de-crystallizing.

- I said to her,

say first hack like that and mean it.

Was that powerful enough?

- First hack. (she laughs)

First hack is how to de-crystallize honey.

- And this happens a lot in our house, doesn't it?

- Yeah, a lot.

Bit random, little bits of tubes of honey that you buy

and forget about, so you buy some more.

- I do yeah, I tend to buy loads of honey,

and use it like you say, and then it goes all crystallised,

like that, and basically very-- (taps head)

- But did you know?

- Yeah?

- Honey never goes off.

- I knew that, yeah, but when you look at it like that

you're like oh my god.

- Can't eat that.

- This is all solidified.

So apparently, for hack number one.

What's the answer, Mrs Barry?

We didn't talk about this off-camera.

The answer apparently--

- Put it in a bottle of water?

- Yeah.

But warm water.

- Okay, warm water.

- Yes, that is what we're gonna do, warm water.

Mrs Barry is boiling the kettle.

- Oh, it's hot.

- Yes, it's boiling water, of course it's hot.

- Watch your face, you'll get a facial.

Careful, I don't wanna spill it.

- It's fine.

- Get boiling water on you.

- Boiling water in there.

Submerging it in there.

- So now we just sit and wait?

- Yeah, we're gonna leave the camera rolling

for like 10 minutes.

So we're gonna leave this, put it to ones side

and move on to the next hack.

And hopefully by the end,

we'll probably come back to this right

at the end of the video,

we'll have gorgeous runny honey.

Mrs Barry, why have you put an orange on my shoulder?

- Hack two is all about the orange.

- It's all about the citrus. (she laughs)

So basically, this looks like a very tough to peel orange,

Mrs Barry.

- It is look. (she groans)

- Let me see your acting skills.

(they laugh)

Let's not edit that out, let's keep that in.

So, that, we've got some other tangerines over there,

they're actually really really nice and easy to peel,

but this one is actually generally tough.

And this hack, the solution is you bung it in the microwave,

for a minute.

- A minute, are you sure?

- Yeah.

I thought that would actually cook the orange.

- Sure it's not gonna explode?

- I don't know, there's one way to find out.

Then we get like warm orange juice, don't we?

Let's put it in the microwave for--

- Let's hope my old microwave's clean.

- Okay.

I've got the angry mama for that.

That's awesome.

- It's all right, it's clean.

- Okay.

Stewart's head.

Don't worry, Stewart, I'm gonna glue it back together.

- You should, I feel like we're neglecting him.

Right, one minute.

But is that for our microwave wattage?

- Is it for a microwave?

Yeah, well it is.

- No, no, I meant our microwave.

- Oh yeah, ours is a 800-watt microwave,

so it's about average.

Sometimes you get like the big beasty ones,

probably do it a bit less than that, but.

- I am really scared that this is going to blow up.

- She's really not sure.

- Can we just see 30 seconds?

- Let's do 45.

- I'm really scared it's gonna go bang.

(she gasps, he laughs)

Told you!

- Don't know if you heard that.

- I told you, it's risen.

- I don't know.

- It's hot.

Ah, what are you doing?

- Just getting the citrus juice off of it.

- It's hot.

- It is hot.

- There is no way a minute.

- Oh that's so, yeah, ah.

Yeah, but then it's gonna cool down again

and then it's gonna go firm, isn't it?

- Yeah, but you.

(they laugh)

I don't even know what to say.

That's just not right.

Yeah, but then surely that orange isn't gonna

taste very nice.

- It's like the sun.

That's really hot.

- Cooked an orange.

- It's got radiation coming off of it.

- It old you it was too long.

- Wanna try it?

It's gonna be hot.

My wife, ladies and gentlemen.

(they laugh).

How did she die?

In a horrible orange-peeling accident.

(she gasps)

That's gonna be really hot.

Now I have got a kitchen gadget that does that with a hook

that peels oranges really well,

but look, if I just push this knife in.

Look, look how soft that is, to be fair, look.

That is like soft.

- Won't be a nice orange though.

- It's just a really warm.

That is hot.

Ah, Ah!

- Told you.

- I don't like that.

- Smells nice.

- Yeah, smells like orange.

- The microwave probably smells lovely.

- Mmm, it's like a citrus ambience.

- Ambience?

- For your ...

Ah!

- You just told me it was hot.

- Ah! (high pitch squeals)

Yes.

It's still tough, though.

- Yeah.

- That hasn't worked.

- No, it's just a very hot, tough orange.

- Fail, we think.

But it could be down to user error.

- Yeah.

Very high chance, that.

Just going of my next hack list,

but there is a much easier where you roll

a citrus fruit like that.

But that's not as fun.

Mrs Barry, what's our third hack?

- Do that again, I was wiping my nose.

- Wiping your nose?

Oh actually on the last video,

a lot of you noticed I had coconut on my nose

during a few scenes.

- Did you?

- Yeah I did.

- Caught you eating it.

- Yeah. Third hack.

- It's all about the butternut squash.

- Butternut squash.

Look at this beasty thing.

Got a butt, got a nipple, but in the middle right here,

in this hub, it's full of seeds and flesh.

And when you try and scoop it out with a fork or a spoon,

it gets very sort of like hairy, doesn't it?

- Yeah.

- You've got a sort of like a gooey flesh.

So we're gonna slice this open, and apparently--

- Apparently, the ice cream scoop makes it

really, really easy.

- It does.

And who better else to try it?

Ta da! Look at that.

Seedy.

Boo!

You see all the seeds and the flesh and the gunk in there.

Apparently, oh we've got two ice cream scoops,

we can do it at the same time.

- Oh we can.

- Hello?

Yup, she's just getting the scoop out.

Mrs Barry has the butch metal one.

- This is one from your gadget video, the heat one.

- Oh yeah.

- So maybe if I get it nice and warm,

it'll make it easier.

- It'll be like an ice cream,

that'll be awesome if it just comes out.

- I've got the plastic one,

which might be a little tougher to do,

but let's just do it, okay? Yeah?

- Okay, ready? - Yeah.

- Go.

- Ooh.

- That stinks.

- It does. Look at that.

- Oh cool, you got yours out.

- Look at that, it's awesome.

- I got mine out too, but mine's a bit, I have a bit more.

How did you do it like that?

- You just kind of scratch at it.

- Ah, okay I see what you did there.

- Yeah.

Look at that.

That's brilliant.

We're seeing a trend at the moment,

where you can make a coffee and you serve it

in an avocado.

- What?

- I feel like you could do that with this for now.

- Really?

- Yeah, I was gonna do a video on it.

I'm not sure, let me know.

- Really good tip, I am convinced.

- Yeah, that's a good one.

- Look. - Ching!

- Do think it'll work as well on a pumpkin?

- Yeah, I do.

Pumpkin.

Also, if someone's got very very round feet,

these would make really cool shoes.

(she laughs)

(he laughs)

- Do you ever go to your favourite coffee shop

and order a mocha-choca-latte

(he laughs)

unicorn coffee?

- Yes, I kind of know where you're going with that.

- Yeah. And wonder how they get that milk so frothy

on their coffee.

- I do, I sit there and often wonder,

I don't think about climate change or any of the

important issues in life,

I think about how did they get that milk frothy?

They have a little pipe thing, don't they,

that steams the milk, it goes (makes steam sound).

We can do this.

- We can, we can show you how.

- We can replicate it. You need:

- A glass jar, and a lid,

and some milk.

And a microwave.

- Apparently we half fill

the jar with milk.

We apply the lid.

- Now be careful.

Because this bit -- - Oh yeah, this is a jam lid.

- Of the jar comes of.

- Oh yeah, this is a jam lid, so the lid could fly off,

be a milk protest everywhere.

- Hold it.

No, I'm stood right behind you.

- And you just shake it.

- Like you're Tom Cruise on Cocktail.

- Hi, I'm just like Tom Cruise on Cocktail.

(she laughs)

I know that's exactly what people are thinking right now.

Just like it, yeah.

Shake it baby, shake it.

You can see, it has kind of doubled in size,

and that's what we're after.

Somebody didn't go to shaking school.

(they laugh)

There you go, Tom Cruise.

Just like Tom Cruise in Cocktail.

Right, big old foamed-up milk in there.

And what we do, is get the lid off it,

bung it in the microwave for 30 seconds.

So let's do that.

(she gasps)

oh.

- Uh oh.

- Ah yeah, look at that.

- Should we do it?

Yeah.

Huh, electric's just tripped.

I don't believe this.

Our fuse has just gone on our microwave.

I have a back-up plan.

- You do?

- We go buy another microwave.

No, we warm it in a saucepan.

Is that gonna work?

- I don't know.

- Let's find out.

It 100% would have worked, though, in the microwave,

because you see it's getting those bubbles like that,

straight away, it's working.

Can we shake the saucepan?

Maybe the orange killed the microwave.

- Don't microwave your orange, it'll blow up

your microwave.

- Flippin' 'ell.

- Sorry.

Oh yeah.

- It's gone frothy milk, so now we just.

- Yeah.

That's frothy.

- Ooh, careful, gently!

- Yes, yes that has worked.

Oh my gosh.

At first I didn't think it did.

- Neither did I.

- Look, that has go like a,

that's like a pint of Guinness or something.

- Ah, look at that.

(blows)

- Ooh.

- So we managed to kill our microwave,

but we got frothy milk.

- Chin chin.

This hack is all about chopping an onion up,

without crying and getting emotional.

Because it's such a fun vegetable.

- It is, yeah.

- There are many ways around this,

like you can chop with your tongue sticking out,

apparently, you can wear onion goggles like I reviewed

with my mum on the kitchen gadget playlist.

- Or you can even wear contact lenses, like me,

and then you don't get upset when you're cutting onions.

- If you have contact lenses you're basically immune

to chopping onions, so the vapours aren't actually hitting,

is that right?

- No, because it's like a barrier, isn't it?

- So there you, so that's it, good hack.

Wear contact lenses.

- Oh that's a strong onion, I can smell that.

- That is strong.

Woo!

The theory is, you put bread in your mouth.

(she snorts)

- And then you chop the onion up.

Seems to be working, I can't see any tears.

Yeah?

I can smell that, it's a really really strong onion.

Ooh.

- Mmm. (speaks unintelligibly through bread)

- It's working.

You look a bit silly though,

you're like hm, I'm handy in the kitchen.

With a bread hanging out of your mouth.

You gonna do the whole thing?

- Mm.

- Can you actually breath?

- Mm mm (negative).

- Well that's why.

Gosh, that's going right up my nose,

oh my goodness that's really strong.

- Mm. (speaks unintelligibly through bread)

- Can't feel a thing.

- Mm mm. (negative)

- Really?

Can you not smell it.

Maybe that's cause you're not breathing.

(he mumbles)

Oh you can smell the bread.

Okay.

I'm surprised you haven't like fainted or something.

What are you doing?

- That's fine.

All that is just like tasting bread.

I could actually, I could sense bread in my eyes.

Does that sound really weird.

But it worked to farm--

It worked it to farm? I worked on a farm.

It worked a charm.

Interesting though how the power was still

getting through to your nose,

because you don't wear contact lenses in your nose.

- I don't, so I could really smell it,

and it was like stinging my nostrils.

Could you not smell?

- I could smell it now, but before it was just,

I don't know.

- You could just smell the bread?

- Yeah.

Just to show you that milk is still really frothy.

That is awesome.

How would you like your eggs, Mrs Barry?

(she laughs)

How do you like your eggs, Mrs Barry?

- I like my eggs creamy and fluffy, Barry.

- Do you?

Apparently this hack is about making really

creamy scrambled eggs.

Now some people hate scrambled eggs creamy,

they like them nice and firm and butch and tough,

kind of like foam or polystyrene.

- I don't like them when they're runny.

- Ooh, this hack's maybe not for you.

This is a way of making your scrambled egg

really super creamy, and it's by adding cornstarch,

aka corn flour.

So apparently this will give you really good creamy eggs.

And it's got a bit of a bizarre method to it as well,

because what you do is you heat the butter up so it foams,

and then you turn the heat off and mix it 12 times.

That's it, you let the residual heat--

- 12?

- Yeah, it's very specific.

I don't know.

Three eggs. (sings) Three eggs!

That's a Michael Jackson joke, you gotta.

- Oh yeah, you gotta look at him when you say a joke,

see if he replies?

- Yeah.

Beaten eggs. So we add in the milk,

we're not gonna go crazy and add any seasonings

like salt, pepper, paprika. (he sniffs)

I love paprika.

The corn flour slash cornstarch.

In that goes.

So we mix this through.

It's going a bit lumpy.

- Oh.

- I mean using the wooden spoon was a whisk, so.

Yeah, it's really hard to break down the corn flour,

so we've just sort of whisked it up,

breaking it down and now it's lump free.

- Woo hoo!

- Woo hoo!

For best results, heat the butter in a pan,

and once it's bubbling, pour in the egg mixture,

turn off the heat and stir it a dozen times.

And that's it.

Even your eggs don't look as cooked as usual,

you need to stop stirring them

and serve your eggs straight away.

- I'm not quite sure I like this one,

but we'll give it a go.

- Yeah.

Butter's going in.

So we're gonna get this mixed around,

get it bubbling.

(sings) Just like a soup in a potta,

we bubblin' de butta.

Butter is bubbling.

Off with the heat then, and pour in the eggs.

Straight in there.

And 12 stirs, do you wanna do 12?

- Go on then.

- One two three four

five six seven

eight nine ten

eleven twelve.

That's it.

- No, that is not cooked.

- Apparently that's it.

- No.

- And then, hang on.

- No, no, no.

Look, that is not even cooked.

- And that's it, even if your eggs don't look as cooked

as usual you need to stop stirring them

and serve your eggs straight away.

- That is not even nothing.

- That's no.

- I'm gonna put the heat back on.

- No. That was like liquid.

See, now that's at the stage where it looks a bit more,

it's definitely creamy, but just a bit more butch.

And that's only been about an extra 20 seconds.

Let's try this.

See?

- They look creamy.

(he laughs)

To be fair, I have had scrambled eggs that texture before

at a hotel.

- Okay.

Well some people like their scrambled eggs like that,

everyone likes them a bit differently, don't they?

Oh, I'm not convinced.

- Ooh.

That is nice.

- Is it?

- Mm. And it's cooked too, so it's fine.

It just looks really porridgey.

- It does, it doesn't look like scrambled eggs.

- Do you wanna try some?

- I think I'll pass.

- Oh, I really like that.

- I don't think I could really stomach it.

- It tastes like we put really rich, thick,

naughty double cream in it.

Mmm, I'm gonna experiment with this.

- We started out this hack video

with our crystallised honey,

and now we're gonna finish it,

with hopefully runny honey.

- You want me to go get it?

- Yes please, honey.

(she laughs)

Sorry.

Let's have a look, does it look any different?

- Oh, I'm looking at the lid,

'cause it's all crystallised at the top,

but we obviously didn't submerge the lid, but ...

- Oh look.

- Oh wow.

- Oh, there's still bits, but that's so much better

than what it was, it wasn't even doing that before.

- Should we try this?

- Yeah, let's try.

- Oh, a big clump just come down.

- Oh there we go.

- Oh yeah, so it has worked, yeah.

- Do you think, maybe if we had left it a little bit longer?

- Yeah, maybe.

- But it was been in there about 20 minutes.

- It has.

Come on, using your shake school skills.

(they laugh)

That's better.

- Oh yeah. Amazing.

There we are then.

Another batch of cacks. (laughs)

- So there we go, there's another kitchen hack video

in the bag.

- In the bag, all right.

So that's it, so if you've missed any others on the playlist

why don't you head over now and watch the rest of them,

there's link up here and down below,

and of course, you can let us know

any others that you've seen.

- Yes please.

Yeah, and we might give them a try next time.

- We'll put them through the professional test,

you know the highly qualified people.

So that's it, don't forget to subscribe for

regular recipes and food fun.

Thanks, Mrs B.

- You're welcome.

- How's your new job?

- Good thanks.

- She likes her new boss more than me.

- You missing me?

- Yeah.

- Aw, no you're not.

- But I still live with you, so that's all right.

- You still see me.

- And she's gonna be on much more videos going forward,

so it's all good.

- Bye.

- Bye.

LOW BLOOD PRESSURE-SYMPTOMS, CAUSE, PRECAUTION & REMEDY I निम्न रक्तचाप-लक्षण, कारण,सावधानी एव उपाय - Duration: 6:57.

Welcome to health care at home

Today we are going to talk about hypo-tension means low blood pressure.

A blood pressure of a normal human being is 120/80.

120 is our upper blood pressure that means when our heart shrinks

The pressure with which blood reaches to the all other parts of the body, that upper blood pressure

In normal human its 120 after that when heart relax or open up again.

The pressure with which blood comes back to the heart that low pressure is 80.

If your BP is not 120/80 rather its 110/70

You need not to worry, its not counted as a low blood pressure.

Lot of people has this BP 110/70 throughout their life.

When your BP is less than 100 and the lower figure is low than 60.

That means your are suffering from the problem of Low Blood Pressure.

What are the problems that comes with Low Blood Pressure?

Blood doesn't get supplies to all the parts of the body.

Due to this all the other parts of the body didn't get proper oxygen.

Kidney, Liver, heart & brain will not get proper oxygen.

So due to this reason lot of problems can come.

At times many body parts stops functioning smoothly and at times some body part stops working completely.

It can very cure, so let me tell you.

But firstly we should know about its symptoms that our Blood Pressure is low.

When you are awake in morning and you are feeling lethargic

You must check your blood pressure once, chances are that your BP is low.

If your heart beat is very high i.e palpitation.. in low blood pressure palpitation goes high which is a symptom.

Vertigo and dizziness or blur vision.

Or nausea. so all these symptoms are related to low blood pressure.

Even a person get faint and even at times inability in breathing is also observed.

Now what are the reason behind this?

Its important reason is Emotional Disturbance means Stress.

Low blood pressure is often seen in females mostly

In males the problem of low blood pressure is minimal as compare to females.

Malnutrition is the another reason. If you don't have proper & balanced diet and suffering from Malnutrition

Even then you will face the problem of low blood pressure.

If you were on anti-depressant tablet for prolonged.

Even then problem of low blood pressure comes.

What to do if you are suffering from low blood pressure? but you should know first that what not to do.

Complete no to alcohol consumption, for the people suffering from low BP. It contains intoxication.

When we consume alcohol, our BP gets low

Due to this we feel intoxicated.

So if your BP is already low and to this you have consumed alcohol.

Then it can be dangerous for you.

You shouldn't consume high carbohydrate food.Just like Pasta, Potato, Rice & Fried food items..

What to do? If your BP suddenly fall low

The most easiest remedy is to mix 1/2 tsp Salt in a glass of water

Add little bit of sugar, mix it and drink it in one go.

This will bring your BP normal, Salt contains sodium which will normalise your BP.

Although too much of salt intake is injurious.

But in emergency you can do this remedy and your BP will be normal.

Use Chocolate, as in it immediately normalise your BP.

If your BP is getting low & if you'll swallow a small chocolate immediately

Then within 5 mins your BP will be normal.

But if your BP is low always means if the upper range is lower than 100 and the lower range is less than 60

Then you must consume a strong cup of coffee.

But don't drink coffee with an empty stomach, you must eat something along with.

As in coffee with an empty stomach can be injurious, caffeine is injurious so don't be habitual of this.

Do exercise, jogging, running and this way your BP will be normal.

Till the time its low, one in a day you must consume a cup of coffee.

If your have regular low BP then how to cure this?

Let me share some remedies,

Take good amount of ginger, approximately 100 gm

Peel it and cut it into fine julienne

Put these ginger juliennes into a bowl and squeeze a 3-4 lemon juice on it

Also sprinkle black salt.. mix them all and cover it with a clothe and let it put under sunlight.

This way lemon juice and salt will be incorporated in ginger

If it becomes completely dry, well and good. but if it doesn't, even then there is no problem.

Take 3-4 julienne of this ginger and suck it before having your food.

This will not let your BP goes down. if you'll consume this regularly , your BP will be normal.

There is one more remedy "licorice root powder"

Either take licorice root or its powder

Put 1 tsp licorice root in a boiling hot water

Either put its root or powder and cover it for 5-10 mins.

Later on sieve this water and add 1 tsp honey in it

If you'll consume 1-1 cup of this water twice in a day, your BP will stay normal.

Also if you'll eat 1 Gooseberry Jam, your BP will stay normal.

You can keep your BP absolutely normal with the consumption of some juices.

What are those juices and how to consume them, that I'll share in the next episode.

I just got back from a walk.

It's early, and I'm taking it outside in our backyard.

Actually I'm underneath the – I forgot what this is called.

Anyway, our hot tub is here and I just thought it would be kind of a cool place, change it

up a little bit and do some videos outside as summer is coming and I'm seeing the lighting

is far from perfect.

With all that said, I wanted to just share with you the final step in the whole idea

of creating your personal brand.

In the last video I talked about how we need to make our brands fun.

We need to have fun with it; we need to create a brand that shares fun with other people

because we're bombarded by boring stuff in our professional lives and in all our lives,

with conference calls, doing things that maybe are not necessarily fun.

So we want to add an element of fun to our brands.

When I first started my brand actually I feel like I kind of retracted a tiny bit, but when

I started to create these videos, I took the approach of it being more of a how-to, more

tactics and different things like that.

Prior to that, in my Sunday morning newsletter, I would always be sharing little stories about

myself and falling down, picking myself back up – and you know what?

I want to get back more into that.

Basically, I feel we need to humanize our brand.

That's the final step that I want to share with you in this series.

We need to humanize our brands and share the warts along with the good stuff.

I always say to people, we got to take the fleas with the dog.

I'm listening to the crows go in the background and you know what?

I'm not going to edit any of that out because that's it – that's what I'm currently

experiencing in the moment.

When I go back in time to some of the first earlier articles that I wrote for LinkedIn,

some of the more popular ones that I wrote were stories about my children.

My son, I remember one in particular about how I learned from my son some of the elements

of leadership.

He started riding his bike and inviting friends to come with him on bike rides.

He helped some of his friends get more active.

That, for me, was a sign of leadership.

Another article I wrote was when my daughter, I picked her up from flute lessons – and

I'm going to link up these two articles in the show notes (description) below.

My daughter, I picked her up from her flute lessons and she actually genuinely listened

to me.

These stories captivated people; they showed the three-dimensional side of Chris Spurvey.

My point in this video is that we want to become very genuine.

We want to humanize our brands and not be putting ourselves out there solely as the

expert we are trying to be or we want others to believe that we are as a part of growing

our personal brands.

Yes, this is all about growing a business and attracting ideal clients, but what we'll

find is if we're out there and we share the human side of us through our brands and

through the things we produce – whether it's video, podcast, newsletters, articles

– if we share the human element of ourselves, what happens is they're great ice breakers.

They're great door openers.

I had lunch actually last week with a gentleman I acknowledged in my newsletter, Tom Cooper

– he's a business professor.

I'm just using this as an example.

When I met him at the luncheon, he mentioned, "How did you enjoy your vacation to Barbados?"

That's because I mentioned it in my newsletter and in my videos.

When you bring the full dimension of yourself into your brand, you come across as being

far more authentic, add an element of vulnerability as well – that's very important.

I just wanted to say to you, humanize your brand.

Don't be trying to be perfect in your brands.

I think we'll have a lot more fun in doing that and we'll come across as being far

more authentic with the people who decide to follow us along and come along for the

journey and learn from us at the same time.

With that, this is part six.

I'm going to close out this little series on growing your personal brand with this video.

I hope you got value from the series.

I really would appreciate it if you did, by all means share it, comment below in this

YouTube video, give it a thumbs up, a thumbs down – just give me some feedback.

Hopefully you're going to take this seriously and start to create your personal brand because

I think it's the secret weapon in attracting ideal clients to your business and ensure

that you're presenting yourself as a genuine, human individual, and not just a one-dimensional

expert as it pertains to your brand.

Alright!

Have yourself a great week, and I'll bring you another video next Sunday morning.

Learn English - Common Mistakes - Week 32 - 'in Tuesday' or 'on Tuesday'? (with subtitles) - Duration: 2:15.

Hello everybody, and welcome back to 'One

English Mistake in One Minute' where

every week I discuss one common English

mistake made by English language

learners around the world. This is video

number 32.

Admiration and respect to you for

trying to improve your English. You

notice how I twisted those around to get

a little variety in the video? The way

this works is I show you a slide, and on

the slide there are two sentences:

One of those sentences is the correct

way an English speaker would say it, and

the other sentence is the wrong way a

language learner around the world might

say it. You have to decide which is

correct. Look at the sentence, pause

the video if you have to and try to

decide which is correct..then I will

explain it in more detail with the slide

after it.

Okay so if it

went well you can just kind of move on

from this, but if it didn't -- if you got it

wrong or you just guessed right without

knowing why it's right -- then you need to

study it a little bit more. To start

you on that path I've given you three

sentences that you can study from. You

should memorize these sentences, drill

them into your head -- hardwire them into

your brain -- and review them, and then put

into practice through speaking or

writing what you've learned, or both.

Unboxing & Review 5M RGB Led Strip 300 SMD 5050 Waterproof + Remote [Eng Subs] - Duration: 9:08.

Hello guys,

I'm Vagelis Minas and today I received this package

It's a LED Strip

let's open it

I didn't need the scissors this time

We see that it has come in not very good condition

Let's see some info

we see that comes in two versions

the 5050 and the 3528, i will tell you later the meaning behind these numbers

Because many don't know it

it's RGB

it offers us a great variety of color choices

We can use it to decorate our place, whether it's professional place or our home

there is not mush info there

just inform us that it offers 93% energy saving, and lasts for 50.000 hours of working

Let's open the package, to see if it's all in their place

here we see the power adaptor

which is...

it has infos in English

and basically we don't care much about it

cable for the power adaptor

and here a remote control with which we can change the colors

and some others functions, obviously the lighting effects

i don't know if the batteries included, we'll check it later

Guys, this is the receiver, and through it communicates the remote control

Is connected to the LED strip

and here this tiny thing is the receiver

the infrared receiver obviously

hm..a user manual

i can tell you that includes a lot of info here (Ironically)

let's see the LED strip

This is it, it's 5m guys

and of course something is broken..

here

nice

i don't think that we have a problem with the Led strip

it is the 5050 as i already tell you

What does this mean?

What does mean the 5050 and the 3528?

actually

is the actual size of the LED chip within the strip

the 5050 refers to 5 millimeters by 5 millimeters referring to the surface area

of the actual LED chip.

while the 3528 is 3.5 millimeters by 2.8 millimeters.

you need to know that the 3528 that is actually cheaper,

even if have smaller LED chips has also more LED chips per meter

On the 5050 we have 60 LEDs per meter.

while on the 3528 we got 128 LED chips per meter.

so there is no big difference

and because i have test them at the past

the 3528 strip with the 5050 it hasn't big difference at the intensity of light

because as i have already tell you has smaller but more LED chips per meter

so don't tell to your self

"oh i have bought the LED strip with the small LEDs , i'll must go to buy the one with the big LEDs"

it's not big the difference guys

I've bought it to try it

here the broken pieces drops, as you can see

i will set it up in order to see how is the lighting of it, we will continue in a minute

actually we will don't continue in a minute

because i decided to make the setup in front of you

I will connect the remote controller receiver

I think it's visible from you

guide us to connect it right because, both the plug of the led strip

and the plug of the receiver they have a mark

Nice, we connected it

this part

I struggle a little bit here

This is connected here

nice

We had a technical problem

I connected everything and I see it does not work

so where's the problem guys?

What I suppose..

it doesn't have batteries

yes, it doesn't have batteries

so, i'll go to search a battery, if i have

and i'll back soon to see if this is the only problem or we have and something else

nice, i've find a battery

let's see

nice, as we can see it works

let's see what they do the buttons,

they changing the lighting

This is the receiver as we said,

so this is where I must to target

the other functions, really i don't know what they do

i will test them all later of course

to see the differences

However, the quality of the remote control isn't so good, the buttons don't pressed so well

nice, here we see sirens, flash

fade effect

the effects are nice

nice guys, let's stop it to tell you something i forgot before

the specific LED stripe is waterproof

IP65

So

theoretically it's also for outdoor places

but for sure you must cover the cables and the plugs

what else, i also i want to say that the 3528 with the 5050

except the size of the led chip, the 3528 strip is narrower

this is more wide, I forgot to mention it

and also at the back of the led strip we find an adhesive layer

in order to install it

so that was the 2-3 thing that i forgot to mention before

i don't think that we have something else to say about the led strip

So, that was the unboxing of the 5050 LED strip

if you liked my video like and subscribe to more new videos.

Bye!

Peugeot 2008 Allure SUV 2017 Test Sürüşü / Test Drive ( English Subtitled ) - Duration: 15:02.

We are with Peugeot 2008.

Nowadays, when MPV market is replaced with Crossover, Compact vehicles,

We will be looking at the luck of Peugeot 2008.

Let's take a look together.

Nowadays, with the increasing demand for Crossover Compact Suv models, it is unthinkable for Peugeot to remain indifferent.

Well, if you look closely at the Peugeot 2008 you've seen here,

As you have seen on the front of your face, a diamond grill meets a grill.

The vertical profile is the opposite.

If we look at the headlamps, daytime led lights meet us.

Unfortunately, however, it is beneficial to not mention that the lighting group, ie headlight, is halogen.

Well, When we look at the side profile of the car,

First of all, I must state that the length of the vehicle is 4.15 meters

The height is 1.5 meters

The axle is around 2.15.

When I look at the rims, the diamond-cut rims meet us,

It is worth noting that the size of the tires is 16 inc.

When we look at it, we are already accustomed to seeing a black coating in many of today's crossver vehicles,

We see that the plastic cover continues from the same marchpies to the rear side.

Looking like a general, is my most my attention to detail, now that (b) out of the column,

And here is a chrome cover.

It is really original and very well thought out detail.

I'm sure when we look at the backseat, I can point out that the heading here is going to add plus detail.

I can tell you that you are creating both sporty and premium sensation in the detail of Chrome here.

When I look at the back of the car, we see that the surprise details appearing on the front part do not continue on the back.

But when we look at it like this,

We can see that the details of Chrome go on behind the scenes and that it is in the crossover vehicles, which is in the roof rails.

If you look at the baggage volume of your car, you can show it to you,

Luggage volume of the vehicle is 350 liters.

If you have installed rear passenger seats, you will get a volume of 1194 liters.

However, if you do not remove the rear passenger seats, the 350-liter volume you have achieved,

Unfortunately, at the border levels of your class.

However, if you are a family with two children or a more crowded family, I can say that this baggage will not be enough.

However, I can specify here that I can easily put 3-4 suitcases in here.

If you like, let's take a look inside the car.

I'm in Peugeot 2008's driver's seat.

But before we started talking about this vehicle,

We need to clarify a topic.

described the Peugeot as a Peugeot 2008 SUV.

I'd like to ask you about it.

What does your mind think of the SUV?

Certainly, many people come to mind with a mind-boggling, 4-wheel, high-volume, high-profile, high sitting position.

Unfortunately, none of the Peugeot 2008 models have a 4-wheel drive version.

When we look at the meaning of the SUV already,

It is called "Sport Utility Vehicle".

It is worth pointing out that the reason for this vehicle is the high dense crossover compact car.

If you look already, this vehicle is a B-segment vehicle.

But as I mentioned earlier, there are not 4wd versions of this vehicle.

If we were to turn round,

When you first sit in the car, two things are paying your attention.

The first one is of course Peugeot's steering wheel.

It is quite small and thanks to the gear pads in there, it creates an air of feeling like using a formula vehicle.

When you are already using this vehicle on a long road, I can first tell you that you are not leaning your arms with the narrow angle steering wheel.

On the other hand,

The blue LED lights on the edges of the display panels in front of it are quite successful.

Especially in the evening, I can say that it gives a nice air.

And as you have seen in the panoramic glass pan here, the blue of the LED lights right there in the evening adds to the unique travel experience.

If we look at other features of the car,

Other noteworthy details are that you can not see exactly in front of the vehicle because the front part of the vehicle has more rounded lines.

So when you pass through narrow spaces and drive in small parking lots, you need to get used a little.

But after 3-4 days you can get used to this situation.

If you already bought the park assist feature, it is getting out of hand in this question.

I can already tell you that this vehicle has helped me a great deal, including being back in sight.

If I look at Peugeot's storage spaces, first of all I have to say that there is a big handbrake in this car.

A storage area welcomes us if it is small in front of the handbrake.

Immediately in front of the vehicle, there is a space for two cups, and the USB and aux inputs are located just above this cup.

Unfortunately, as I have indicated, there is only 1 usb entry in this car.

If we were to look at other storage areas,

There are storage spaces in the right and left door pockets and also in the right and left door pockets in the same as the rear passengers.

The biggest shortcoming, however, is that the armrest is not considered for the driver here.

There is a small area where you can put your wallet in its place.

In front of you there is an area where you can open and close the panoramic glass ceiling.

In general, we will be looking at the quality of the material.

Use of soft materials in the upper part is pleasing.

However, I did think that the gray material you saw here when I sat first was carbon for a moment.

But when you touch it, you feel it is a spongy air.

Immediately we see a soft plastic coating on the underside of the glass and a relatively piano black coating on the underside.

When you get down to the bottom, hard plastic comes out here.

If we look at the details on the front console of the car,

This is the multimedia screen.

It's not bad that it's 7 inc and it's relatively 4 inc on the driver's screen.

But the biggest shortcoming is that if you get information about how much driver information there is, either fuel consumption or instant

consumption information, and how much fuel you have left,

You need to edit the multimedia screen here.

In other words, the whole process is done through the 7th touch screen multimedia screen.

Is this a good thing? This is not something I like very much.

Yes, technically speaking, it sounds good.

However, if you want to get instant fuel consumption information while you drive, you have to reach the driving information through this

screen constantly.

For this reason, you need to leave your hand from the steering wheel.

This is not very nice.

Which, in fact, does not give us much choice in the simplified compact steering wheel.

Switching the volume on and off Switching between menus.

If we look at the characteristics of the engine and gearbox of Peugeot 2008 ...

The 1.6-liter Peugeot has a diesel engine.

As the gearbox, the ETG6 offers 6 advanced semi-automatic gearboxes.

On the engine side, I mentioned that it is a 1.6 liter Diesel.

It produces 100HP and 250NM of power.

Yes, although I can laugh at the torque level, I can say that my ETG transmission is a little jerky in low gears.

If you want a perfect option, it's worth looking at the 1.2 PureTech engine version of this car

Although the PureTech engine is 1.2 liter and 204NM, it is useful to note that the EAT6 transmission is in that vehicle and that Quickshift

technology is also available in that vehicle.

What is Quickshift technology? If you ask.

Quickshift technology comes with the EAT6 1.2 PureTech engine.

This technology, powered by a 1.2-liter PureTech engine, provides us with a smooth experience both in gear shifts and at lower revs.

It allows us to have a good performance on roads, even if not up to a DSG, so that it does not slip off the slopes.

So if you do not drive 20,000 km a year, you definitely benefit from looking at the 110-hp 1.2 PureTech engine.

As long as the car sees the rear passenger seats,

As you can see on the screens, you will see the advantage of the knee distance being 2.5 meters of the axle distance.

Because we can see that a little more distance than knocking about knee distance meets us.

We can say that it is almost on the borderline.

But the class does not have any bad values in the average.

Because almost 1 distance, it meets the head distance.

But the biggest shortcoming is that, as you have seen on the screens, armrests in the rear passenger are not considered.

For that reason you have to use the spaces on the side doors relatively.

Which is ergonomically difficult and difficult.

If we were to look at the driving support systems in this vehicle,

Active bend support systems are available on this vehicle.

So if you are driving at 40km/s or under while you are in a park,

When you turn the steering to the left on the right, you can see that the lighting group is on.

For that reason, it gives you an extra brightness during parking.

In addition, emergency brake support systems are available.

At 50km / h and at speeds, if you leave the road in your sight, the vehicle allows you to intervene in your situation when you do not intervene.

If we were to look at the driving dynamics of this car,

This car has 16-inch wheels.

For that reason, when I drive in and out of the pits, I can say that the faces are pretty laughing.

But at 120km/s I can quickly say that it sounds less than these glass wickets.

However, it should be noted that there is no sound from the glass ceiling.

Because of the vehicles with panoramic glass ceiling, there is a problem of sound insulation.

But in this vehicle, you do not hear any sound except the door wickets.

You appreciate that with this little play, this problem can be easily solved.

Although not in this car, thanks to the GRIP control unit that the PSA group has,

There is a system in the vehicle that allows you to intervene with a locked differential.

This is called Peugeot, GRIP Control.

With the help of this button, you can easily intervene the front tires by changing modes.

Unfortunately, as I mentioned earlier, the diesel does not feature this feature automatically.

If I look at other features of Peugeot, I must first tell you that this car is 1194 KG

0-100 acceleration is about 12 seconds.

That's why I can say that you light a little, or even never light it.

As far as I'm concerned, I usually use about 800 km on the long way.

I reached the details like 4.8 -5 liters. It offers values like 0.22 - 0.24 TRY

If you are not making your way over 20.000 Km as I mentioned before, there is definitely a benefit to consider 1.2 option.

Finally, to me, Noyan, will you take this vehicle? If you ask ...

If you are going to buy Peugeot 2008, you definitely have the 1.2 Puretech option.

I will use another surprise sentence.

If I were to buy a Peugeot Crossover, a compact SUV, and only think that it is 100,000 TRY for this car,

You can only get the 3008 1.2 petrol manual option of Peugeot, which is an ablet, paying only 8000TL difference.

That's why if you ask me, Noyan, will you take this vehicle?

I get the 1.2 PureTech automatic version of Peugeot 2008 or I get the manual version of the 3008 petrol.

That's why the options completely depend on your usage ranges.

So far from Peugeot.
