If you were to stop working, imagine this to yourself. How long can you survive on

your remaining savings? What I just asked you was a definition of wealth. Here is a

man named Robert Kiyosaki, an American investor, businessman, author, motivational

speaker, and financial commentator who became well-known in the recent years

who has an estimated net worth of 80 million dollars! Want to know something

interesting? "Oh?" He wasn't raised in a wealthy background. In fact his family

was like most people who work but didn't have the best financial education and

often times struggled with money. So then how did Robert become rich today? Let's

take a look as he explains in one of his bestsellers called

Rich Dad Poor Dad

Robert Kiyosaki was born in Hilo Hawaii in April 1947 in 1957 at age nine years

old, little Robert was attending the same public school where the rich people sent

their children for his town had lots of doctors, business owners, and bankers

Robert saw that the rich kids would separate themselves from him for his

family wasn't able to afford the newest collections of toys and bikes like them.

So one day Robert asked his father who had a PhD and completed multiple

universities with excellent degrees, "Dad, can you tell me how to get rich?"

Unfortunately, his dad didn't know the right answer because he was a rich

himself, so he responded with, "Well, use your head, son." "Stay in school, get good

grades so you could find a safe and secured job. His real dad is what he'll be

referred as poor dad. He wasn't poor at this time, in fact, he was making lots of

money, but in the end, this man's financial life takes a turn for the

worse. Now little Robert has a friend named Mike and which Mike's father would

be referred as rich dad. Who started mentoring Robert and his son Mike about

how to really become rich. At this point in time, rich dad wasn't really rich yet

but soon became to be one of the wealthiest men in Hawaii. So then, what

did rich dad teach Robert? Rich dad poured a strong financial foundation into

these kids minds of many important principles. To start off, the first lesson

you need to know is you must know the difference between an asset and a

liability and that you need to buy assets. If you want to be rich this is

all you really need to know and understand the most! You see, the rich

acquire assets and the poor and middle class acquire liabilities but sometimes

they think they are assets. The primary cause of financial struggle is simply

not knowing the difference between an asset and a liability. "?" OH! Right! You don't even

know what an asset or liability is don't you? An asset is something that puts

money in my pocket. A liability is something that takes

money out of my pocket. For instance let's try cash flow pattern of a normal

individual. This person right here earns his income from a job and as

expenses are things like food, clothes, entertainment, and transportation

Unfortunately he doesn't have assets but sure does have liabilities that

constantly takes money out of his pocket because things like mortgages, taxes

credit cards, loans and believe it or not the house. Now let's take a look how to

cash flow pattern really works for the rich. Instead of looking to earn more

money from their normal job as the only source of income, they buy and own assets

that brings money into their pockets as a form of passive income. Passive income

is something that earns money that doesn't require you to trade your time

for it, so in other words you would be earning money even as you're sleeping.

Examples of assets are businesses that doesn't require your presence such as stocks

bonds, mutual funds, income generating real estate, royalties, notes, and anything

else that has value that produces income. As mentioned before, poor dad was making

quite a lot of money from his job but his expenses seemed to always keep up

with his income, never allowing him to invest in assets. As a result his

liabilities such as his mortgages and credit card debts grew greater over time

and this is the fault of having income equals expense and assets is less than

liabilities and sadly this is what drove poor dad into debt even after he passed

away. On the other hand, rich dad's personal financial statement reflects

the result of a life dedicated to investing and minimizing liabilities so

he has income that is greater than the expense because of assets is greater

than liabilities. This is practically why the rich are getting richer! Their assets

generate more than enough income to cover expenses with the balance

reinvested into the asset column. The asset column continues to grow and

therefore the income grows with it. You see, both dads worked hard, but they have

opposing attitudes and thoughts. One dad recommended study hard so you can find a

good company to work for. The other recommended study hard so you can find a

good company to buy. One dad said the reason I'm not rich is because I have kids. The

other said the reason I must be rich is because I have you kids. One said when

it comes to money play it safe and don't take risk. The other said learn to manage

your risk. One said I can't afford that. The other said how can I afford that?

Although both men had tremendous respect for education and learning they

disagreed on what they thought was important to learn.

Robert learned from rich dad that the truth about the general population, their

lives are run forever by two emotions, fear and greed, that keeps you stuck in a

pattern of get up, go to work, pay bill. Get up, go to work, and pay bills. Fear has

them in this trap of working, earning money, working, earning money and hoping

fear will go away of not having money. Instead of confronting the fear they

react emotionally instead of using their heads. The other emotion which is desire,

some call it greed, is a second reason why people also work for money. They

desire money for the joy that they think it could buy. But the joy that the money

brings is often short-lived and soon needs more money for more joy, more

pleasure, more comfort, and more security. You see that same fear and desire is

what makes a lot of people be so fanatical about going to school for a

better chance of a high paying job, but don't be discouraged an education and a

job are important, but it won't exactly handle that fear. To handle that fear, you

need to learn the power of money, not be afraid of it.

Unfortunately most schools don't teach about this and if you don't learn it,

you'll become a slave to money. Ignorance of money can cause so much greed and so

much fear that can lead you into life's biggest trap of constantly working. Rich Dad

said learn to use your emotions to think not think with your emotions.

Examples of emotional thinking are like I need to get another job!

I deserve a raise! I want this job because it is secured! Instead of clearly

thinking like is there something I'm missing here? This is our reality

for most people your profession is your income. The rich, your assets is your

income. Apply these lessons to your life for if I were to ask you about the

definition of your wealth if you would stop working today, how long can you

survive? You might laugh at me and say I no longer work for money, money works for

SUMMER CLOTHING & MAKE UP HAUL 2017 - Duration: 7:57.

Hey! Today I have a summer clothing and makeup haul for you guys.

It has been a while since I have done a haul but today I have a really exciting one.

I went to all the stores that were featured in my last video, which was a video about all my favorite stores.

If you haven't seen that video yet, make sure to go watch that after watching this video.

So I went shopping and in this video I am going to show you all of the stuff I bought.

Make sure to give this video a thumbs up and let's get started.

First of all I went to the Sephora, which is a store that sells a lot of makeup.

So I bought some products there.

I got an eyeshadow palette from Tarte. The Tartelette in bloom palette.

Its really popular on YouTube and I get why, because its a really pretty palette.

I'll open it so I can show you all the eyeshadow colors.

The colors are so pretty and the packaging is too.

Look how pretty.

Its so cute.

This is what the eyeshadows look like.

I love them, there are some nudes, some darker shades and some glitter ones too.

They are also really pigmented.

So I am really glad I got this.

At Sephora I also got the Becca Champagne Pop Highlighter.

This one is also well-known on YouTube, and the packaging is again very nice.

But the highlighter itself is the best part.

This is what it looks like. I love highlighter and especially this one.

It is just so pretty and really pigmented. Let me swatch it for you.

I love it so much!

I will definitely be using this highlight a lot!

I also got a new Beauty Blender at Sephora.

I really needed a new one because my old one had a huge hole in it and it was really dirty.

And if I put this one next to it, the difference is insane. This one is so pink and the other one is just really dirty.

I am really happy that I finally got a new one.

Lastly at Sephora, I got the Benefit They're Real Mascara.

I have used this one before and I really liked it so I got it again.

I'll show you what it looks like.

I get a lot of questions asking which mascara I use and its always this one or one from Maybelline.

I really like the brush on this one because it is pretty big and makes my lashes look long.

So if you wanted to know which mascara I use, it is either this one or one from Maybelline.

I also went to the Pink. It is one of my favorite stores and the bag looks so very nice.

It just looks so cool with the tissue paper.

I didn't get any clothes at Pink, I only got a few body mists.

I loved this set because I already have the blue one, which smells amazing.

And the other three I already smelled in the store, which also smell really good.

So this was a good purchase for me

It was a great weekend to go shopping because there was sale everywhere, also at the Bath and Body Works.

I got some stuff for my vacation. I am so excited because I am leaving tomorrow.

And if you want me to vlog it, give this video a thumbs up so I know.

I got three things at the Bath and Body Works. Three minis because it is easier to take on vacation.

First, I got two shows gels. They look super cute.

I have the Waikiki Beach Coconut one. I had this before and the packaging changed but it still look cute.

This one smells so good.

It smells like coconut so like the summer.

The next thing I got is called At The Beach and the other one smells a lot sweeter this.

Then I also have the Pretty as a Peach body mist.

And this one smells really good too. I really like it.

I also went to Pacsun, where I got two items.

I got this hat that says LA, which I love.

I dont have a lot of hats but I really like this one because of the bright color.

I am going to wear this one a lot!

I am obsessed with this color! I think this is my new favorite color.

My closet needed more color so I also got this bright pink sweater at Pacsun.

The quality of this sweater is very nice and I am again obsessed with the color.

At Abercrombie, there was a great sale too. It was 40% off the entire store.

I got two items there too.

First, this striped dress. It is a lot looser than other dresses I have.

I usually get tight ones but I liked this one a lot!

It is really simple but I love it.

Then I also got a basic Abercrombie shirt.

It says Abercrombie and Fitch New York.

It is dark blue.

Then lastly I went to Hollister which is kinda the same as Abercrombie.

They had a great sale too. It was 40%-60% of the entire store.

I got this white shirt.

I love the shirts Hollister has because of all the patterns and prints on it.

And this one says California Hollister.

I also got this shirt with holes in it!

I only have jeans with holes in them but now I have a shirt too.

I thought it looked very cool and it says girls.

It is cropped too which makes it even cooler.

I love Abercrombie and Hollister jeans so that is why I got another pair of Hollister ones.

I have this one in a lighter wash so I got a darker one.

And this one is ripped by the knee.

It is really high waisted which I like a lot!

In love with these Hollister jeans.

Lastly, I got this light pink sweatshirt.

It says 1922 and it is really cute!

And the back says The Golden State Hollister California.

I love California

This color is so cute! This sweater is pretty thin so I can wear it when it is cooler in the summer.

What is Cribbing (Windsucking/Crib Biting)? - Duration: 2:35.

Windsucking is known as a stereotypical behavior because it's one of those cyclical behaviors that once they start is very hard to change it.

People put collars on their neck and all sorts of

devices, but the thing is it's a, it's a coping mechanism, and they do it because they need to let off the stress.

Now the cause of it is

definitely related to lack of forage, lack of movement and lack of company in the

early life and as I said once it starts it's hard to change.

However people are also very nervous of it

And they shouldn't be because the thing about windsucking is that it isn't something that's directly transferred to other horses.

People wonder whether their horse is going to learn to windsuck from another horse, and the answer is no.

They don't learn to do it, however if the other horse in the paddock is similarly stressed

and he's also

genetically wired

to windsuck because some breeds, some horses, some individuals will never do it. For example

it's much less prevalent in ponies, but if they're wired to windsuck

then they're more likely to start, but those horses probably would have started in the first place

So it really isn't a problem if your horse is not wired to windsuck or crib bite

the thing is he just won't do it and it doesn't matter

if he does and the other good thing about wind suckers that I think that people

don't

utilize and that is that

horses that show stereotypical behaviors tend to have a higher level of perseverance

than other horses. In other words once they form a habit, they're really good at maintaining it and that's part of the reason why

neurologically they do learn to windsuck in the first place because they have this degree of

perseverance. So that usually means they're going to be a good school horse

And they're going to retain what they do and they'll keep on doing it and it's going to be hard to break that habit.

So in terms of a riding horse,

I don't think it's a bad thing at all in fact my best three-day event horse was a very

severe wind sucker and it didn't affect him one bit and once I took his collar off

he windsucked his little heart out and

that have made no difference to me and probably made a great difference to his life because he was able to do it.

I know it's propably not a lot for people but things are getting exciting because -

it's now Saturday and Wednesday will be the last day of the month. I was hoping to get everything sorted so I get to move during the summer.

This place is supposed to have a flea market

I'm here because I have a secret hobby. I'm a collector.

I like to collect different kinds of mugs and tankards. You can find them at flea markets.

So I came to check this place out. This place also has people of Gartano. I heard about this from them.

It's right next to our office. This same spot used to have Indian restaurant Jecika. Now we'll try out the new one.

Summer didn't come after all.

I was supposed to film this at home to get some variety on the locations but schedule said No.

Now we already live in Wednesday. Long pause because appartment things have been going forward quite a bit.

I'm currently on my way to see the humidity measuring.

The bank told me that I should have someone representing me there when it happens.

I couldn't get anyone with this short notice to be there at 8:30am so I'm going myself.

I hope this is done in an hour as they said because in 1,5 hours I have to be in a meeting.

That's when the meeting starts so before that I have to get a coder from the office.

Now it's also the last day of the month and at 4pm we are going to Juankoski where we have a soccer game againts JuPy

We're leaving 4pm and we're back around 11pm because the travels and the game itself.

So the day is very full and I'll soon see if everything is OK for me in this appartment. I also have to terminate my current lease.

So this is why this part of the video and everything overall is weird. I've been really busy and also forgotten to record.

We'll see how the measurements go now.

Measurements were all OK! It's still only 9am so I'm on my way to Motonet to get some cable ties to hold my hubcaps.

I still have time to get some coffee at the office before the meeting. This is gonna be a great day.

Friends and family are graduating so they went ahead.

I'll start now so I get to enjoy my Friday evening. Not weekend yet. Meeting tomorrow on 9:30am.

Different kind of Saturday. I had a meeting 9:30am and it lasted until 11am

Then I thought to myself that I'll stay and play.

I played some Overwatch placements, Heroes of the Storm. High noon was upon us.

Then my plan kicked in! I started to get hungry so I made food.

It would've gone bad during the weekend so this way I did things with birds and stones yet again.

It's now 3pm so I played a couple of more hours but now I'm leaving. I'm going to visit a friend.

Hi everyone, I am Daniel and welcome to our third test.

Today, we are going to test this lens PANASONIC LUMIX G X VARIO 35-100 MM with f/2.8.

Lens is supplied in blue colour with lens hood and 2 lens cap.

As I said, this lens is 35 - 100 mm

You can get from 35 mm to 100 mm with just 1/2 turning.

The sharp ring is on the front of the lens, but if you will use it with the lens hood, you can not use the sharp ring.

So you have to use AF.

If you want to use MF, you have to turn off the lens hood or use it as normal.

This lens has the stabilization, so you can get the more than you have just in your camera, for example: five-axis stabilization.

Stop talking about this lens, we are going to test it!

We are on the biggest triathlon event in Czech Republic - CZECHMAN 2017.

I've seen a video about this: if you are the professional photographer, you can switch 2 lens until 10 seconds.

The focus speed is fantastic! It's very fast for these quick changes of focus object. They are running 12-15 km per hour.

It's very good for photo shooting sport races, when you can not to get near.

It's so good as Nikon/Canon 70 - 200 mm lens.
