Hello everyone, my name is Priti Nath Guru.

Today we are going to discuss about that how can we achieve the weight loss o 3-4 kg in summers.

Summer season is a very good season, as in this season we have lot of fruits & vegetables

Which helps us in our weight reduction.

Also we can keep in mind about the loss of electrolytes, minerals & Salts through sweating.

Let's talk about fruits, as in due to sweating we lose lot of electrolytes and salts.

So its very much necessary for us to have good intake of fruits.

We'll start with Curd and here we've lot of variety, we can take Sweet Or Salty Buttermilk.

We can take the curd in the form of Raita, we can also take lemonade

I would suggest that we should slightly avoid the irritate drinks like soft drinks or squashes.

Rather we should focus toward fresh fruits and juices.

In summer season we have lot of options available for Raita.

We can make it with Bottle Gourd, Cucumber & with Mint leaves as well

We can use Mint leaves in the form of chutney which will give a different taste in our food.

Also we have melons available which has good amount of anti-oxidants & water content in themselves.

So I would suggest that we should replace our lunch or dinner once or twice in a week with melon.

This way we'll get good amount of minerals and anti-oxidants.

We'll also save our calorie value which will help us in weight reduction.

Apart from this Coconut Water can also be very beneficial in summers because

It contains lot of electrolytes and minerals which are very good for our body in summer season.

We can also take Cucumber in good amount as a salad because it has lot of fibre content in it

If we talk about Salad, we can take Lettuce Leaves, Salad Leaves or Tomato.

Tomatoes contains good amount of Vitamin C, A, K & Potassium, which is very good for our skin & eyes.

We should also take lot of lemon water or lemonade along with fruits as well.

Also I want you to take some of the food item in limited or restricted quantity.

As in If you do so, it will help you in weight loss and the first most name is Ice-creams.

Because when we feel heat, we rush towards Ice-creams and now a days lot of varieties is available.

But instead taking Ice-creams if we focus towards fresh fruits but sometime we are having ice-creams also

So that would be very much beneficial for us.

Mangoes are available in summer season, I will not say that don't eat mangoes at all.

You can eat mangoes but on an average mangoes are high in calories as compare to other fruits.

So if we take 100-150 gm twice or thrice in a week, that would be perfectly ok

But we should also take care of other things, we can follow the liquid plan as well.

If we follow so, we'll get 1-2 kg of weight reduction with this.

So I would suggest you to get benefited from all these seasonal fruits and vegetables in this season.

And you can reduce 3-4 kg and even upto 5 kg as well.

Which will be on the mark as per WHO standard.

Sweet Semolina Pastry Recipe - Duration: 2:25.

3 egg and 1 glass sugar

1 glass oil

1 glass yogurt

1.5 glass semolina

1 tea glass flour

1 packet baking soda and vanilla

Shed half of the dough and bake 15 minutes at 180 C degree

3 glass milk and 3 table spoon sugar

3 table spoon flour

1 egg

1 table spoon starch and vanilla

Shed the crema on desert than shed the rest of the dough

Bake it at 180 C degree

With 3 glass water, 2,5 glass sugar and half lemon make the sherbet

Than shed it to the desert

[TMT][395] Giới thiệu Soul of Chogokin GX-72 Daizyujin! Kyoryuu Sentai Zyuranger! (Engsub) - Duration: 6:50.

Welcome to TMT!

Today, we bring you the 2nd Soul of Chogokin, SOC Daizyujin.

About the box.

It has the same cover decoration of 92 DX - Deluxe ver.

With toy images look nice from all sides.

Beside, the product's name comes with shiny chrome.

The instruction book looks like SOC Battle Fever Robo's one.

All color pages.

But it doesn't show Daizyujin's info.

Cause it's on the back of the box.

The instruction book only shows us how to transform the robot.

Let's come for Tyranosaurus.

It's changed a lot from head to toe.

The form shape looks more symmetrical.

With articulations.

Such as the waist can be turned here.

The mouth can open.

But also has canon inside.

The back has lots of gimmicks.

Just like on the TV show.

It has details like canbin's air holes.

The chest looks flat, contains 2 canons inside.

The arms are bigger with better articulation.

So do the fingers.

The tail is redesigned too.

The articulation is seperated.

But still can't swing the tail.

The thigh and leg is not a gray part like DX ver any more.

They're details painted.

With more articulation.

Making the standing pose looks more reality.

We have diecast on its chest, thign and legs.

About ZyuMammoth,

We catch a glimpse of the Dx version on it.

But it's totally redesigned.

Such as the rough painting head.

It can look up.

It can trunk up its nose.

Just like real.

The tusks looks more details.

These legs are longer than DX ver, full painted with gimmick carving.

All diecast made for them.

The best point of this one is...

All the transformation parts on the back are covered.

Then Triceratops,

The form shape looks like nearly the same on the TV show.

The head has articulations.

The eyes have thicker white lines around.

The mouth can open. not like DX ver.

The symbol on the frill is different too.

Beside the articulation, the head also has horn chain.

They are hard to stuck.

On the back of DX, we got decal.

But with SOC ver.

It has simple carving.

with no painting.

The tail is changed too.

It has lots of carving details.

The canon is silver, no more chrome.

The track looks more details than Dx ver.

We can pull it out like this.

Unfortunately, It can't move cause of no rolation wheels.

With Pteranodon, gray plastic is replaced by white.

The wings are longer with silver painting.

The head has different paiting.

The beak is spikes.

The back looks fully, not like dx.

But same as DX.

The canons still become its legs.

But they still can scratch the painting.

Then Saber Tiger.

The form shape looks slimmer.

Because of the slimmer size, it doesn't look fierce any more.

It has the same head articulation like Triceratops.

The teeth are carefully painted.

The mouth can open.

All the legs are not one plastic part any more.

They are full painted with seperated articulations.

But the wheels can't roll.

On the back legs of DX, it had some tiny black details on the decals.

But it's too tiny for painting, so they skip it on SOC ver.

The tail is shorter.

But it can split out.

Just like Triceratops back, the DX ver had decal.

SOC doesn't have.

All of them has been changed a lot.

But the most are Tyrano and Mammoth.

Now, let's try The Dyno Tanker formation.

The transformation has some differences too.

Such as with this, we have to push it down to hide the track.

Do like this.

We can pull the part behind out just like on the TV show.

We have to pull the thign of tyrano to outside.

We fold the cover part of the Mammoth.

We plug the Pteranodon in the joint under the Mammoth legs carefully.

The SOC Tanker has a better form shape than DX ver.

This combination is for display only, not like toy for 3+ kids.

Now, let's transform it into Daizyujin.

We can see it has a better symmetrical body than DX.

With lots of articulations for action poses.

So it looks reality.

The head is not as good as Battle Fever Robot, just turn around.

Can't look up and down.

The hand has seperated fingers moving.

But not completely articulation.

The knee has articulation too.

So it can make some standing but still has limit.

Come along with Daizyujin is a chrome God Horn sword looks exclusive.

The chest of Daizyujin is changed too.

The DX's decal is now replaced by a diecast part with shiny chrome.

Redesigning the transformation and form shape is not a simple work.

Even more difficult with SOC version.

SOC often made for Super Robot...

and animated robot in the 70s, 80s.

Tokusatsu mecha is for fan-served.

We can see this is the most perfect design for Daizyujin at this time.

Being an adult collector.

We must understand that...

Each toyline has its own purpose for player.

Just like we told before in KyurenOh Minipla video.

Transform the robot freely, not to worry about broken. We got DX.

Love gimmick and pla-buiding, we got Super Minipla.

Want to have nice action poses, we should choose Super Robot Chogokin ver.

For display and perfect in form shape. We have Soul of Chogokin.

There is nothing more important than the truth.

Without it we are blind to systems, understanding and true purpose.

Everything that is truth is definitely up to the eye of the beholder.

If a person says that he is cold... then it is cold according to him.

If a person next to that very same person says it's warm.

Then it is warm according to that person.

Everything is self indefinable and self evident within the borders of our own illusive imagination

that wonders, speculates, skepticizes and formulates the questions that are meet with

our much needed answers which in return spin us into our very own personal reality of truths.

If all truth is formulated internally then it is very important that if you wish to change

something in order to alter someone's personal vision it would be best done at a young age

of ignorance while being under a cultural influence.

Which we all are by the way victims of.

I want you to think back to when you were a young child sitting a classroom.

There against your will with a book on your desk and a teacher within ears length that

is supposedly embedded with the extreme knowledge to help you survive in our concrete jungle

people some people call a society.

Weak and stupid you were taught things you couldn't possibly challenge no matter how

irrational or impossible it may all be.

You had to come to accept it due to the force of all the elements around you.

You were taken and thrown into the pits of half truths and systematic policies prescribed

by the powers that be to make sure that with a shadow of a doubt that you will walk away

from the educational system indoctrinated full of heavy lies and massive misconceptions

that throw your very principles, morals, purpose and natural instincts to the wind so that

you'll be damned to live a life of unfulfilled, irrelevant and ultimately worthlessness.

You must understand that we were deceived from the very moment we were able to be deceived

and that is a truth that is self evident to everyone that has just had that thought that

it is possible they crammed you full of bullshit and let you go with your certificate of indoctrination.

Let me say something that may spurn your existence to a whole new level.

Your whole rhyme and reason to your life's purpose.

I want you to know that the earth is the center of the universe.

Let me say something else.

The earth is also a motionless flat plane surrounded by antarctic ice walls within a

dome.

Sounds far fetched doesn't it?

Sounds insane?

Sounds like lunacy to the 10th degree?

Well don't worry that's the way it's supposed to sound.

It is perfectly normal for you have this reaction to it.

If you're anything like me your mind should be racing with how my claim is illogical front

back and center.

When I first heard this I started looking hard and deep into the flat earth theory.

Seeing how it's possible that anyone could possibly believe this with such dedication.

You'd be shocked to know all that I've found.

So let's take a look at somethings that will turn your world.... not upside down.... but

flat.

All videos used here will be in the description of this video if you feel the need to further

study or elaborate on them.

This is a video of a man going up to somewhere above 80,000 ft to see if he can make out

the curvature of a ball earth.

The lab coats say that at 35,000 ft we can see the curvature of the earth.

Unlike most videos of the earth usually via a go pro he is not using a fisheye lens but

a wide angle lens which gives us proper perspective but something stands in the way.

If you take a look at his cockpit you can see how the glass is skewing the perspective

of sight.

Curving and warping everything in view.

Take a look as he shuffles about through the varies perspectives at over 80,000 ft up.

Now let me present to you a video without any windows skewing the view that is also

using a wide angle lens.

I believe this was a advert for dog cam to show the quality of the product.

They take the cam up to 33km which is exactly 108,267ft above the earth.

Shocking what you see isn't it?

But the flat earth doesn't have to be proved by simply going up high in the sky.

It can be proved from a photographic lens on the ground.

Let's see what modern science has to say about long distance perspective.

Let's take a look.

But then we get those indoctrinated by science telling us another scientific breakthrough

that explains it all anyway.

But it does not.:

How about some without the water "mirage"

If you believe that the earth is a sphere then you believe that the earth is spinning

1,000 miles per hour going 93 millions around the sun at 67,000 mph while the sun and earth

is being sucked into the center of the galaxy which is said to be spinning at 515,000 miles

an hour.

If you asked me..

I'd say if you believe that then you yourself are absolutely insane.

Not only is it not able to proven to be the case.

It's also impossible to know.

Others only believe it to be true because it is taught as so and is spoken as so within

a scientific model that was modeled in desperation.

I'm sure as most of you can tell.

There's a lot of things that just don't add up within the globe model.

Maybe now you even question the powers that govern you.

Which you should.

By that I mean question everything including me.

You have to understand that the world doesn't know the truth they only go by compromise.

It's the blind leading the blind.

Every origin can only be tried on by faith.

Perhaps you trust NASA and their CGI or photoshop?

For they are smarter than we are so therefore they must be right.

But often more times than not they are absolutely wrong in their own wing.

So why all the trickery?

Because Modern Science is a path to a religion... a belief on faith.

They use it to belittle us.

To rob us of our true purpose.

If you believe in the sphere you believe in a different origin of man and life itself.

Thus shaking you're whole outlook on why you exist.

All of us are special.

All of us aim to further the bounds of our accomplishments.

We all strive to reach the sky to fulfill our dreams.

Dreams which are shattered due to the shackles of our oppressors in this concrete jungle

mired in materialism and sin.

We were put here by creator of existence itself and we should scream at the top of our lungs

in joy that we have such a privileged.

We

are

the center.

Taking that away gives us a far lesser purpose.

How can you merely believe that an asshole solved all the questions under the great blue

sky with a calculator and indoctrinated degree.

The world is full of mystery my friends.

It's almost blistering with it.

Most of which science cannot explain away.

No man has the answer and no man ever will.

It's time to wake up.

It's time to see clear.

It's due time you got what you deserve.

It's time to fill that empty hole in your life up with purpose.

Don't you see that you were made for great things in a world of lies.

It's time to get up.

our robots are now perfectly suited to our control panel.

Our test finger presses every

single pushbutton with complete accuracy

Previously, I had to press all of the buttons by hand which was really hard work

now with our robots

and the camera this is fully automated.

Fixed: You don't currently have permission to access the folder - Duration: 1:11.

Now if you get a message that you don't have permission to access the folder while trying

to to open it like this one, then what you do is you right click on the folder.

Then select "Properties".

Go to "Security".

Select the user.

Click on "Edit".

Select the user for which you want to allow the permission.

Then remove all of the options from here.

Then click on "Apply" and then on "OK" and then on "OK" again.

Now try to open the folder.

Now you can open the folder.

So, in this way if you are not allowed to access a folder then you can change the settings

but for that one you need to be an administrator.
