Hi everyone, this is Mini from minicuteclub!

For today...

Ta-da!

I made a Sumikko Gurashi iPhone case using only materials bought at a dollar store!

You can easily make these in no time

so please try it out!

By the way, it only costs 300 yen ($3) to make one!

Let's start right away!

The materials we need are glue, an hard-side smartphone case,

a towel, and felt fabric!

I got it all from a dollar store!

Let's first open up the smartphone case!

For the Ebi Fry no Shippo case, I decided to use this hand towel

Once I saw this towel, I immediately thought "Ebi fry"!

And that's how I came up with this idea for the video

Place the case on top of the towel, and cut out a piece that's about the size of the case

Maybe about this big?

Having some leeway will make it easier to adjust later on

Now thoroughly apply glue on the case

I poured a bunch of glue first, then spread it out with toothpicks

Now let's place the towel on top of it

This is where you want to trim the excess towel that's sticking out

After that, clear out the gaps for the charging port, volume buttons, camera hold, and whatnot

So now it looks like this!

Now, using the leftover towel, I'm going to cut out the arms and legs

I made four equal-sized pieces!

Next, prepare a red felt fabric

This willl be the tail of the Ebi fry

Cut out two triangular pieces like these

Now, get brown felt ready

I'll cut out the eyes and mouth

First cutting out large pieces, then adjusting accordingly will make the finish cleaner

Making the eyes smaller will make it look more Sumikkogurashi-like

After all the pieces are cut out, glue them all on

I used a toothpick to glue on the small pieces

With that, the Ebi fry smartphone is finished!

Now let's move on to the Tonkatsu Sumikkogurashi case!

For the tonkatsu, I will be using this brown, coarse towel

When I saw this towel, I also thought "this is perfect for Tonkatsu"!

Just like the last one, cut out a piece of the towel slightly bigger than the case, and glue it on!

Trim the edges accordingly...

Now that the body is complete, I'm not cutting the arms and legs

Compared to the Ebi fry, the tonkatsu has fewer parts, so it's easier to make!

Here, I waver a little on where to place the these pieces

I thought that placing the legs horitzontally rather than vertically makes it look more Sumikkogurashi-like

So, I decided to also adjust the pieces on the Ebi fry before it completely dried out

Next, I'm going to use brown and pink felt fabric to make the facial parts

Tonkatsu's eyes are more oval than that of the Ebi fry

I also realized that making the nose bigger will make it look more alike

Now that I'm done adjust all the sizes, all I need to do is glue them on!

I just finished watching Ma Tegi Hena by Nancy Ajram.

After watching the MV I'm having trouble understanding the storyline

I saw very attractive lady in the middle of the marketplace selling watermelon.

All of sudden she is taken over to the police office and later she gets away…

I'm very curious what the lyrics are telling us.

What this MV is trying to deliver to us.

Quads Release (Knee Pain & Lower Back Fix) - Duration: 4:01.

Dom McKay musculoskeletal therapists in this video I'm gonna be teaching you how

to deeply release your quads through foam rolling and stretching now tight

quads can be indicated in conditions such as lower back pain hamstring issues

knee pain so if any of these symptoms are you then stay tuned to get some

release through the quads we're going to begin with the foam roller

so basically laying it down on the ground and then all you're gonna do is

just lie across it and get down onto your arms and then just roll the length

of your quads now there's several ways to increase the intensity of this

exercise you can kick your legs as you roll and you can lean more on to one

side like this so I've got most of the weight through the left quad and then I

would switch to the other side you can place the other leg on top so that

you've got extra weight on that quad and as you're doing this you might as well

also focus more on the side of the leg

which is getting your vastus lateralis you can even firm roll the inside of

your quads pretty simply so that's getting my VMO now the other option for

myofascial release is a ball so this is hard-hitting so we begin by lying on the

front and then just placing the ball under our quads and then you would want

to put a stretch into that quad muscle and that is

absolute agony so I would work the length of that quad muscle carefully and

meticulously and I'd even try and get some cross friction going so against the

fibers of the muscle the fibers run this way I'd be going sideways across them as

well in areas of the areas of most pain now a third option to releasing the

quads is just simply to stretch them so this is a fantastic stretch for the

quads it's one that you're lying down in so it's easy to hold so just

basically getting comfortable and placing one leg in front of the other

sorry one leg in front of your body and then just pulling the other leg back now

what this leg is doing is it's stopping you from hinging in your lower back so

if I bring this down you can see I start to get a massive arch in my lower back

so by bringing this up it kind of neutralizes that arch and puts a stretch

into my quad muscles particularly into my rectus femoris which is really the

one that we should be targeting as we do this so I would suggest foam rolling or

using the ball for a couple of minutes on each quad and then also stretching

for a couple of minutes and this will really start to change the way you feel

around the lumbo-pelvic hip complex this area of the hips and the legs and the

lower back and also obviously just in the quads

Why are ships still used for cargo transport when air travel is much faster? CargoshipsvsCargoplanes - Duration: 4:17.

Have you ever wondered why we still use ships for cargo transport despite another much faster

mode of travel, air, being available?

A ship could take days if not weeks or months to reach its destination whereas for an airplane

it's just a matter of hours.

We did some digging & found out why.

Here are the reasons.

Considering the costs, it is really very cheap to transport the cargo by ships.

It is so cheap that Scottish fisheries actually save money shipping their cod fish to China

for processing and then ship it back to Scotland for packaging.

A plane needs to be adequately fuelled to get from Point A to Point B and it consumes

tons of it just to trade for the speed it needs to keep the whole thing aloft.

And aviation fuel is not cheap.

A Container ship's capacity is measured in twenty foot equivalent units or TEU.

Typical loads are a mix of 20-foot and 40-foot (2 TEU) ISO-standard containers, with the

latter being predominant.

This is a typical TEU container.

How much can you store in a TEU container?

Roughly 20 metric tons of cargo if you pack it to max weight allowance that is 45,000

pounds.

That's about 13 Toyota Camrys ignoring volume.

It costs about 450 US dollars to transport one TEU container from Los Angeles to Shanghai.

So for 450 US dollars you can ship the equivalent weight of 13 Camrys across 6,500 miles of

ocean.

And this cost keeps getting cheaper because container liners are building ever larger

container ships.

The current record holder is the MSC Oscar class of container ships with a carrying capacity

of 19,200 TEUs.

This is one of the largest ocean going vessels ever built.

Here are some fun facts of the carrying capacity equivalence for the MSC Oscar.

To transport the 19,224 TEU capacity of the MSC Oscar you would need 1100 Boeing planes

or thirty-five 8000 feet long trains or 11,400 heavy trucks.

70% of all international trade is shipped by vessel at some point in their supply chain.

As you can see, space and weight isn't much of a problem for ships which makes maritime

freighting an extremely cost-effective method, while air freighting a more expensive one.

As mentioned before, ships can carry up to 10s of thousands of containers at any point

of time and there are large number of ships, hence their cargo carrying capacity is just

huge.

Also, it is easy to find a ship to ship off your cargo into.

But, not so much for an airplane.

The airplanes can load only one container at any time and pretty much, that's it.

Another point to consider is transportation of hazardous goods.

Some materials are just simply incompatible with air transport.

Different types of Ship are built to adapt different types of cargo especially dangerous

cargo while this is not a case in airplanes.

This is a gas tanker which can carry different types of gases like LPG, LNG and ammonia in

liquid form.

This is an oil tanker used to carry Crude oil to different parts of world.

Likewise, Ships have been built to carry Petro products and chemicals, trucks rail and almost

everything which is not still possible with aircrafts.

Now, as you know planes are very delicate structures and a minute mishap can lead to

a disaster so a lot of guidelines have been made for air shipments.

Items such as magnets in the cargo can create a havoc influencing the navigation systems

of the plane.

Some countries & islands don't have proper airport facility.

It is easy for ships to deliver products to these destinations.

You know, whenever I see peacocks I remember...

When I was three years old, I've been to Africa.

We lived in a big house, and there were peacocks in the garden.

I fed them leftover pancakes from breakfast,

and chased them around sometimes, because I wanted a feather

However, I didn't want to be packed, so it was more of a game.

You know, like many pet dogs that chase something just for the process

and they won't know what to do if they caught up with their prey?

They are Emperor tamarins.

Thay're called that because of their moustache,

which supposedly resembles that of German emperor Wilhelm II.

Really? Hmmm...

Interestingly, both male and female monkeys care for their kids,

and older siblings help to keep an eye on younger ones. Kind of like us!

Aww, look at those guys! They are squirrel monkeys.

They're so cute and some people want them as pets, but it's a very bad idea!

They're fast, mischievous, they bite and they need to be in a group.

Fun fact: that tails are longer than their bodies, but unlike many other small monkeys,

they don't use them for gripping branches, just for balance.

And that is mudskipper: a fish that can breathe air and walk on land!

Ooo, Chinese giant salamander!

They're the largest living amphibians in the world!

They live underwater, but instead of having gills, they obsorbed oxygen through their skin.

They're also considered living fossils, and can live up to 200 years!

At least that was the oldest one found.

Unfortunately, they're also critically endangered and close to being extinct in the wild.

Which is quite sad!

It's raining again, but I need to get out of here as soon as possible,

'cause of my plane. I'm not late, but, you know...

it's not going to wait for me.

And the butterflies have natural light, so they are all sleeping. Because it's night.

And this is just in Florida in the modern world in the USA currently California is on fire

Colorado is on fire Idaho's on fire British Columbia is on fire Greece is on fire Portugal is on fire

Algeria is on fire Tunisia is on fire

Greenland is on fire and Siberia is on fire as well India and Nepal Bangladesh are experiencing record monsoons

Which is causing an enormous amount of flooding and damage there as well Sierra alone and Nigel experienced mass flooding and mudslides

While Italy Spain France and Portugal have experienced one of the hottest summers on record with a heatwave

Nicknamed Lucifer the US is being hit by three storms in a row we had catcha Irma and now Hosea coming up

What if I were to tell you that it's up to all of us to actually make a difference?

That's an enormous amount of water wasted went for the same amount of water

And I was so surprised to see how many actual vegan restaurants there were everywhere

It was it was fantastic to see and I do think this is a conscious shift towards

Why more people are going to begin and?

If all of us were to do a little bit here and there we can make a real change

And hopefully hopefully we can slow the amount of these hurricanes

And then cities that are going to be happening over the next few years, can you imagine okay? Can you just?

Just take a second what if this would actually happen every single year that three massive hurricanes are going to smash

Florida and Texas while droughts are going to be in California, and this is the us we're talking about this is a

relatively rich privileged country with relatively good infrastructure

What about the rest of the world where Southeast Asia?

Africa where they do not have any of these things they just depend on the aid that's being sent to them if if
