Hey guys its me Rahul.

As you guys probably know i have a Nexus 6p, it was one of the flagship devices of that

year, and the last phone under the name nexus.

Huawei did a great job in spite being a not so popular brand in European countries.

Last week nexus 6p Got the Android 8.0 update , so i thought of making a video on this device

to share my thoughts and experience on using this device for more than a year.So if you

are looking to buy this device, since it has gone below in price, you should definitely

hear what i have to say, I don't usually do product reviews, so consider what i'm saying

is coming from a common user, who doesn't know a lot about tech.

Build quality is something that i think i don't have to say a lot, I dropped this

phone once, the day after i bought the device, it was a small drop from my pocket, and it

survived, no scratches or dents or chipped corners,And also the brushed aluminium feels

nice in the hand, the phone might look a bit too large for some users, but you can hold

the 5.7 inch display with no extra effort, the thin and flat body really helps in handling

the phone very easily.

It has a gorgeous Amoled display, it is not the best of the best in the market right now,

but it is far far superior than most of the other phones, Playing games and watching videos

on this device, is an incredible experience not only because of the large vivid display

but also because of the the dual front facing speakers, it is loud, I have heard that, some

users had problems with the speakers , but mine is working perfectly.

One of the strong points of owning a nexus device is its software. It is stock android,

and You will atleast get OTA updates to the next 3 major android versions.

I just got Android 8.0 update last week . And overall the device is running much more smoothly

and there are a lot of cool features in android 8.

Well, the performance is not top of the line, don't get me wrong it handles everyday activities

like a champ, but it does struggle sometime when i'm switching between apps too often,The

clean stock android does make the experience a lot better, most of the games works just

fine on this device, but sometimes, especially when i have my plastic case on, it heats up

very quickly, but it doesn't heat up to a point where it hurts my hand, the aluminium

unibody is the reason why it heats up so quickly.

BUt it is nothing to worry about.

Let's talk about camera, so it has a 12.3 megapixel rear facing camera without optical

image stabilisation, capable of shooting videos at 4K, and slow motion at lower resolutions,

the front facing camera is 8mp and both shoots really good photos and it is even comparable

to current flagships.if i'm going somewhere that i know i'll be taking a lot of pictures

I usually don't take my camera because my phone has a really powerful camera, and i

like it a lot.

When it comes to battery life,,nexus 6p is Good, i'm not a heavy user, i don't play

a lot of games with it.

And i can easily get through a full day, sometimes 2 days, you want to keep in mind that, i rarely

play games or watch videos on this device.

I get around 2 and half hours of Screen on time, the android 8.0 update definitely

made some improvements in the battery life and the device also supports quick charging,

it is not as quick as fast charging like on the oneplus, but it does charge pretty fast

than normal phones.

So is it worth buying right now ? When you compare it with today's flagship devices,

It doesn't have dual camera, rounded corners or infinite display,But for half the price

of today's flagships, you are getting your money worth, The software is up to date, the

performance is OK.

The camera is great and it also has a great battery life.

Another cool thing that i have failed to mention is the developer support, you will have a

ton of custom roms and builds for this device and if you are interested in rooting or customizing

your phone nexus 6p might be the best choice.

A lot of people still don't consider nexus 6p while looking for a phone in this price

range.

I don't know why, it is the best in this price range, whether you are a normal user,

or you are looking to buy one for your parents,.

i highly recommend it.It is such a great phone.

Resultado de 1 Mês tomando as vitaminas para o cabelo Hairfinity (Hairfnity Vitamins) - Duration: 6:11.

Hello, here is Kety Ginger and welcome to my channel!

Today I come to speak a little bit about these hair vitamins that I'm taking,

which are the healthy hair vitamins from Hairfinity.

And why do I say "healthy hair vitamins"?

Because they have various types of hair vitamins for different purposes.

They have vitamin to give your hair shine, damage defense collagen vitamins,

detox and de-stress antioxidant vitamins, volume builder vitamins, and these that I am

taking, which are the healthy hair vitamins, for a healthy growth,

actually.

And how does these vitamins work?

They're formulated to fill the voids left in your diet, if you have any

nutrient you are not getting in your diet, the vitamin gives it to you.

That one nutrient that would be exactly what would make your hair grow or what

would do your hair stronger, that's what vitamin will give you.

So you will be taking care of your hair from within, which ends up being

more effective than you spend a large amount of money in various mask,

shampoos and stuff like that, because you would be taking care of the outside

and the inside would not being cared of.

What sometimes don't even work, to buy those expensive products

for the hair when in fact your hair is needing something in the inside.

and you're thinking that he needs something out there.

Now, what does this have to make it work?

Vitamins A and D, which provide protection antioxidant, which helps to promote

hair and scalp health, which is also very important, it is not only the hair that is important.

Niacin, that promotes healthy blood circulation to the scalp.

Surely you've heard of how you have to massage the scalp to promote

blood circulation because it would help in hair growth, then, Niacin

does this, it helps in circulation, which ends up helping growth as well.

Vitamin B5, which strengthens the hair follicles.

And one that, surely, who are looking for hair growth things heard a lot of,

that is biotin, that supports existing hair growth and produces keratin.

We know that our hair and nails as well, they are composed of keratin.

Moreover, it also increases the elasticity hair.

And I only talked about some main ingredients, it's not only these ones, because if I

were talk about all of them, this video would be very long.

So what you have here is only vitamin, that will help both those who are wanting

hair to grow as who is having loss of hair, hair breaking a lot, and stuff like this.

The results comes in different periods of time in every person, because are different organisms.

But, a lot of people says that (people who have tested it) that

the results begins from 1 month.

In fact, I've seen people saying that they started to have results in 2 weeks.

I'm doing this video now because I'm taking the vitamins for exactly one month.

The packaging is like this, it comes with 60 capsules, and capsules are big, people who have

difficulty swallowing medicine will not like this.

It comes with 60 capsules, which is enough for 1 month.

Then you take 2 per day with meals, I take it at lunch and at dinner.

Did I forget to take some times?

Yes, of course.

But I'm recording this video after completing the first packaging.

Although I think I'd better to show the end results in the second month,

the before and after, I'll show you in this video too for you to

take a peek already.

This is the difference of my hair before and after the first packaging, which is equivalent to

1 month of use.

I felt a good difference, a difference that I did not feel taking other vitamins

from another brand, a national brand, and taking for a bigger period of time.

So with this vitamins, in one month, I felt more difference than that other one that I took for a bigger period of time.

That was only one month, guys, I really I think the second month will give more difference yet,

because, after all, the results starts to come in most people from 1 month.

So I think in the second month, in the end of it, I will see a super difference.

So I'm with high expectations for this second video, when I end this

second package, which still full.

This is not that miraculous recipes, supposedly miraculous from the internet, that makes your hair

grow "10 centimeters in 1 week", no, this is vitamin and this will truly

help your hair, not those lies.

That still has people who believe it.

"I did my hair grow 30 centimeters in one month, " yes, you did.

Another really cool thing I also could compare is related to values.

The Hairfinity is not a Brazilian brand of course, and as I said I've taken vitamins

of a national brand, a well-known national brand.

And a lot of people says that they don't buy them because of the price, and the price of these ones,

for one month, compared to national brands, is cheaper, believe it or not.

It is better and is cheaper.

A package like this, at this moment of this video, is costing $28.75, which is the equivalent

of 1 month of use, and if you buy more than one, for you to use in the following months,

it's a little cheaper.

So if I can indicate one vitamin for yout to take, it will be this one, both by value

and by result.

Of course, these are my first impressions, in the second month I'll talk a little bit

more about the results.

So to summarize, I am really enjoying, I will take the vitamins in this second month and I will bring

here for you the video about end result.

If anyone has any doubt, any doubt about this product, you can

leave a comments down here, that I'll answer in the next video.

Or if it's a very quick question, I can answer here in the comments.

The link for you to buy this vitamins will be down here in the description, the Hairfinity website.

I will leave the link of this vitamins here, but there you can also find all those other vitamins that

I said, hair shine vitamins and stuff like this.

If you already used these vitamins, tell me in the comments down here, if you've used another brand that you

think had no effect, or had a good effect, tell us down here in the comments.

And subscribe here for you not to miss the next video about the second month of use, okay?!

Kisses and until the next time!

SNL Trump's Puerto Rico, Season Premiere 2017, Baldwin: "We have to take care of America first." - Duration: 2:37.

Saturday Night Live came back strong with another hilarious Donald Trump impression.

The opening sketch showed Baldwin's Trump confused that Puerto Rico is a United States

territory.

Trump, decked out in golfing attire, takes a call from Mayor Carmen Yulin Cruz of San

Juan, Puerto Rico. When the mayor asked for help after the devastation of Hurricane Maria,

he responds, "It's a big ocean, water, with fishies and bubbles and turtles that

bite. We want to help you, but we have to take care of America first."

"You do know we're a U.S. territory, don't you?," Cruz said. Consumed with shock, Baldwin's

Trump retorted, "I mean, I do, but not many people know that, no."

This was poking fun at President Trump's speech on tax reform earlier this week. In

the speech he defended the White House response to Hurricane Maria by literally saying, "This

is an island surrounded by water, big water, ocean water." The show later called out

this moment again during "Weekend Update."

The SNL sketch showed Aidy Bryant as Sarah Huckabee Sanders, joking about how many other

administration employees she has outlasted. Kate McKinnon appeared as Jeff Session and

Alex Moffatt as Chuck Schumer, who was said to be working on a "secret deal" with

Trump.

The rest of the episode featured Ryan Gosling and guest Emma Stone promoting their hit film

"La La Land" by joking about who really saved jazz in the monologue.

What did you think of Baldwin's Trump responding to Puerto Rico? Let me know in the comments

below and don't forget to subscribe.

Bandmates Who Hate Each Other - Duration: 7:26.

Just because bands get onstage and jam together doesn't mean everything about their relationship

rocks.

In fact, some of the biggest, greatest, most popular musical acts in the world spend just

as much time squabbling among themselves as they do shredding solos and pounding on drums.

KISS

Currently, two original members of KISS — Ace Frehley and Peter Criss — are on the outs

with the group.

Frehley and Criss left in the early '80s and, apart from a brief nostalgia-fueled reunion

in the late '90s, have stayed away ever since.

In response, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley have disparaged both their estranged bandmates,

with Stanley saying that they don't deserve to be in the band and that he didn't want

to perform with them during their Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction.

Stanley went one step further in his 2014 autobiography, -

claiming that Frehley and Criss were anti- and collected stuff

Frehley fired back in a 2014 Vice interview, saying that the anti-Semitic claims are bogus

and that Paul and Gene hate him because he was a drug addict — even though he's now

been clean for years.

Although they got along real well when entering the Hall of Fame, it looks like that was just

as much of an act as wearing face paint and calling yourself "Starchild."

Blink-182

Blink-182 has a reputation as a fun band, but apparently there's some real turmoil behind

the scenes which isn't likely to go away anytime soon.

According to guitarist Tom DeLonge in a 2015 Facebook post, his relationship with Blink

is "poisoned."

DeLonge left Blink in 2005 and returned in 2009, but by 2015 the old feelings of animosity

were back.

The band's, quote, "squabbling and politics" forced them to shelve plans a new EP, which

apparently devastated DeLonge.

Drummer Travis Barker, meanwhile, told Rolling Stone that DeLonge was "disrespectful and

ungrateful" and wouldn't even tell the band that he was leaving in person.

Kings of Leon

They may not have been around as long as some of the other bands here, but Kings of Leon

can apparently in-fight with the best of them.

As reported by The Telegraph, most of the trouble stems from frontman Caleb Followill's

drinking — in 2010, he claimed to be sober "for the first 30 minutes of every day" and

nothing more.

According to Rolling Stone, Followill told an audience in 2011: "I'm gonna go backstage

and I'm gonna vomit, I'm gonna drink a beer and I'm gonna come back out and play three

more songs."

He managed everything on that list — except the songs.

The band canceled the rest of the tour.

After a brief hiatus, the band was back with a new album in 2013.

Guns N' Roses

Guns N' Roses' epic problems began in the early '90s, but for a while, nobody knew for

sure why Axl Rose and Slash hated each other so much.

According to the band's old road manager, the feud can be boiled down to Michael Jackson,

of all people.

In an interview with Rolling Stone Brazil, Doug Goldstein revealed that Axl, who was

allegedly molested as a child, hit the roof after Slash agreed to play guitar on Jackson's

new song "Black or White."

Axl and Slash only buried the hatchet recently, with a reunion tour that kicked off in 2016.

Chances are these two aren't drinking beers together after shows — but as long as they

can bang out "Paradise City" night after night, fans will happily pay.

Aerosmith

Joe Perry and Steven Tyler of Aerosmith rock best when they're together, even though they're

almost certainly happier apart.

In his autobiography, Rocks: My Life In and Out of Aerosmith, Perry details several incidents

where Tyler's antics have driven him up a wall.

The basic issue, according to Perry, is that he and the band are in it for the music, while

Tyler's in it for fame and women.

Tyler, meanwhile, isn't a huge fan of Perry either.

In his own autobiography, Does the Noise In My Head Bother You?

Tyler claims Perry is aloof and almost completely lacking in that sweet emotion.

As he claims Perry once told him, "Just because we're in a band together doesn't mean we have

to be friends."

So basically, Perry and Tyler are two Employees of the Month who keep the company thriving,

even though they avoid each other in the break room every day.

Van Halen

Don't worry — there's no issue between Eddie and Alex Van Halen.

They're brothers, best friends, and love each other.

But Eddie and longtime lead singer David Lee Roth have more than a few issues.

As Eddie told Billboard, "Roth's perception of himself is different than who he is in

reality.

We're not in our 20s anymore.

We're in our 60s.

Act like you're 60."

So basically, Eddie sees Roth as a giant man-child, and embarrassing stunts like his camera-hogging

and mugging at the 1996 MTV Video Music Awards didn't help matters.

Eddie has even worse things to say about ex-bassist Michael Anthony, whom he claims can't play

bass, saying: "Every note Mike ever played, I had to show him…He'd come over with a

video camera and I'd have to show him how to play all the parts."

Simon and Garfunkel

Since splitting in 1970, Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel have reunited a handful of times,

and it never lasts because the two can barely stand one another.

The tiffs began almost immediately, when the pair recorded an album and Simon jetted off

to England to record his own solo material instead of promoting the album.

Then there was the time both men vetoed each others' suggestion for the 12th song on Bridge

Over Troubled Water — the album was released with 11 songs.

After that, the duo called it quits.

Since then, clashes between the iconic duo have popped up over the years.

For his part, Garfunkel has admitted to being open to recording a new album, although when

asked if it was going to happen, he couldn't resist a jab at Simon, saying: "You'll have

to ask him, it takes two to tango.

I like to tango, so count me in.

You'll just have to bring a psychiatrist in as the third member."

It doesn't sound like anyone's building a bridge over these troubled waters.

Oasis

Few bands are defined by their squabbling more than Oasis.

Brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher were seemingly always spatting with each other — as Noel

told ABC in 2000, "It was just drunken, f**king nonsense.

… It's just two brothers in a band who have strong opinions about how things within that

band should be."

Apparently, those drunken opinions got stronger and stronger, until the band combusted entirely

in 2009.

As Noel described it during a 2011 press conference, Liam missed a gig because he was hungover.

Soon, things escalated — to fruit throwing.

"And on the way out he picked up a plum.

And he threw it across the dressing room.

And it smashed against the wall."

The brothers have yet to make up, by all accounts.

At the 2010 BRIT Awards, Liam Gallagher accepted Oasis's award for Best Album of the Last 30

Years and thanked everyone except Noel.

He also keeps calling his brother a "potato" on Twitter — because why not?

Hopefully Mama Gallagher is used to family dinners without the entire family around.

The Kinks

Oasis may have perfected sibling rivalry, but the Kinks did it first.

Ray and Dave Davies have been at each others' throats for decades now and, by this point,

it'll probably never get better.

The two have been going at it since childhood — as Dave said in a Telegraph interview,

"I think Ray has only been happy for three years of his life … the three before I was

born."

Years of back-and-forth arguments did their best to overshadow the band's amazing catalog

of songs, until it killed the band in 1996.

Over 20 years later, the band has yet to reform, and the brothers' relationship is stone cold

at best.

Lynn Beyak puts the 'wreck' in reconciliation | 22 Minutes - Duration: 3:15.

Indigenous leaders are calling for Conservative Senator Lynn Beyak to resign

after making what some are calling racist remarks.

Beyak previously said that an abundance of good had come from residential schools

and just last week Beyak suggested that First Nations people should trade in their status cards

and become Canadian Citizens... something they already are.

Now, I would love to shoot my mouth off over this but as a white male over 40,

I've learned that the best thing to do when discussing Indigenous matters

is not to talk but to listen.

So I am joined by Assembly of First Nations National Chief Perry Bellegarde.

Cheif, good evening!

Good evening, Mark.

Well, when speaking of residential schools, something that the vast majority of Canadians

see as one of the darkest periods of our history, Senator Beyak says we 'shouldn't let mistakes

overshadow the good things that happened'

before she said that 'I couldn't imagine a worse place to be educated than a residential school,'

Now I'm thinking where the hell was she educated?

You tried to educate Senator Beyak by sending her a book?

I did. I sent her a book called The National Crime.

Really well-researched book by John Milloy but obviously she is not an avid reader.

You don't think she read it?

I don't think she read it.

She's still making those crazy comments.

All I can say about Senator Beyak, you know we start talking about reconciliation Canada?

She really puts the 'wreck' in reconciliation.

That's all I'm gonna say on that.

Justin Trudeau spoke at the UN last week.

He admitted that Canada has failed it's Indigenous People and vowed to do more to achieve reconciliation.

One nation gave Trudeau the name, "The One Who Keeps Trying,"

Should he be given another name?

"The One Who Keeps Talking?"

Is he doing enough?

Well, again, it's unheard of that a national leader has ever talked at the United Nations

about Indigenous Peoples the great length of time that he did.

I think he had a 30-minute speech, 20 minutes was dedicated to Indigenous issues so if you

want to lead on an international stage it's good to tell the true history and complete

history of Canada and that's what he did.

They gave him the name, "The One Who Keeps Trying,"

what would Senator Beyak's name be?

Can't say it on TV?

I can't say it on TV, Mark.

I can't say it on TV.

How about "Sitting Idiot" I think would work.

Trudeau has also said that there is good news after all this time and that is that, Canadians get it.

Do we?

Do Canadians get it?

I think Canadians get it.

I think Canadians are a great people.

I go from coast to coast to coast and people wanna say, "Hey it's a rich country."

"We should not have First Nations communities that don't have access to potable drinking water."

"You know. You need water to live. It's not acceptable."

So, everybody across Canada gets that and they want to make sure

that we have good education for our kids, good health care, so Canadians are fantastic people.

They get it.

Chief, thank you for coming on to talk about this important issue.

Thanks, Mark.

I was going to say the biggest hit on Google Search probably in the last year was

"How do you remove a sitting Senator?"

[laughs]

Yeah. I dare say! I dare say!

National Chief Perry Bellegarde everybody!

Thanks, Mark.

Schools Need More Male Teachers - Duration: 8:07.

Roughly three out of every four public school teachers in America are female.

Likewise for Canada.

In Britain, it's four in five.

If we look just at primary school, the numbers are even more skewed, with men accounting

for fewer than 15 percent of teachers at elementary, kindergarten, and pre-schools.

In England, a quarter of primary schools do not have a single male teacher.

A growing body of research suggests this gender gap may be shortchanging students – boys

and girls alike.

The data indicates that at best students would fare better from a more balanced male-female

teacher ratio.

At worst, female teachers may be negatively impacting both boys and girls.

A 2006 study in Education Next, a quarterly journal of the Hoover Institution at Stanford

University, found that "a teacher's gender does have large effects on student test performance,

teacher perceptions of students, and students' engagement with academic material."

The Hoover Institution study was among the first to look specifically at primary school,

a time when "students are particularly sensitive to gender differences and when gender gaps

in achievement are pronounced," according to the study's authors.

The data for the study was taken from a nationally representative sample of 25,000 8th graders.

Most previous studies on the impact of teacher gender had looked at undergraduate and graduate

schools.

"Simply put," the study found, "girls have better educational outcomes when taught

by women and boys are better off when taught by men."

Since most primary school teachers are women, boys face most of the negative effects of

having teachers of the opposite gender.

So what explains this finding?

Why do boys do worse with female teachers?

Subsequent studies have attempted to address that question and come up an answer: gender

in-group preferences on the part of female teachers.

Teachers grade students partly based on subjective criteria, and female teachers tend to mark

down boys and mark up girls in ways that are not consistent with students' actual academic

performance.

Tests

A 2012 study by the Centre for the Economics of Education at the London School of Economics

found that when test grades are partly discretionary, female teachers mark down boys, giving the

boys artificially lower test scores.

Female teachers also tend to mark up girls' tests, giving them higher scores than when

the gender of the student is unknown to the teacher.

The study found that male teachers, by contrast, tend to grade boys higher than gender-blind

external examiners and girls the same as the gender-blind external graders.

Overall grades

A 2013 study at the University of Georgia furthered the research on gender differences

in academic achievement beyond the usual emphasis on test scores to look at overall grades assigned

by teachers.

Examining student test scores and grades of children in kindergarten through fifth grade,

economics Professor Chris Cornwell found the phenomena of teacher grading bias extends

beyond individual tests to overall grades.

Boys who perform equally as well as girls on reading, math and science tests are graded

less favorably by their teachers.

Teachers – overwhelmingly female – tend to evaluate students without reference to

objective test scores and boys are regularly graded well below their actual academic performance.

In fact, the study found "greater gender disparities appearing in grading than in testing

outcomes."

For example, girls tend to outperform boys on reading tests.

As one would expect then, girls get higher overall grades in reading.

But, Cornwell found the gender disparity in overall grades is typically much larger than

the test differences would predict.

The situation is even worse for boys in math and science.

Although boys out-perform girls on math and science test scores, girls out-perform boys

on teacher-assigned grades in those subjects.

This is because overall grades tend to be based on "a teacher's subjective assessment

of the student's performance" in non-cognitive areas such as "socio-emotional skills."

Having "socio-emotional skills" is code for acting "acting effeminate."

Cornwell found that when boys act more like girls, female teachers grade them more fairly.

In fact, the study even found evidence of a grade "bonus" for boys with "behavior

like their girl counterparts."

We all know the old saying "Boys will be boys."

Now we have a new saying, "Boys will be more like girls if they want their female

teachers to grade them fairly."

This grading bias against boys is partly based on female in-group preferences and partly

based on shifts in primary school curriculum away from knowledge and reason based subjects

towards the feels.

They are two sides of the same coin.

Student Effort

Research also suggests that male teachers boost student effort, perceptions of fairness,

and even self-esteem, regardless of student gender.

According to the 2012 British study discussed earlier, boys often correctly suspect female

teachers are going to mark them down on tests, and as a result, boys exert less effort on

tests when they know the grader will be female.

The study also found that male teachers are more likely to boost pupils' self-esteem and

are judged by pupils to be fairer, while in fact being no more lenient than women.

Female teachers may also be negatively impacting girls in certain subjects.

A 2009 Columbia study found that female elementary school teachers' math anxiety carries negative

consequences for the math achievement of their female students.

Early elementary school teachers in the United States are almost exclusively female.

The more anxious teachers were about math, the more likely girls (but not boys) were

to endorse the stereotype that "boys are good at math, and girls are good at reading"

and the lower these girls' math achievement.

In early elementary school, where the teachers are almost all female, teachers' math anxiety

carries consequences for girls' math achievement by influencing girls' beliefs about who

is good at math.

The gender achievement gap is by now widely known.

Females in the West are out achieving males at every educational level.

This growing body of research on female teacher in-group preferences suggests that the achievement

gaps in secondary and post-secondary educational attainment are caused – at least in part

– by the short shrift boys receive during their early years in school.

So, what can be done about it?

The most obvious answer is to increase the number of male teachers.

Others have begun calling for single-sex classes and schools.

An amendment to the 2001 No Child Left Behind Act authorized the creation of single-sex

public schools.

The National Association for Single-Sex Public Education reports that, as of 2012, at least

506 public schools in the United States offered single-sex educational opportunities, up from

223 in 2006, and just 4 in 1998.

Although most were coeducational schools with single-sex classrooms, 116 were wholly single-sex.

Whatever the solution, the problem is clear.

Students across the Western world are being short changed by the absence of male teachers

from

the classroom.
