Better results with partnerships
Collaboration between SKS Group and Tana
SKS Group takes part in Tana machine manufacturing through multiple units
Wiring is produced by SKS Group's unit in Poland
Wiring is installed into TANA Control Panels by SKS Group's unit in Hyvinkää, Finland
Control Panels are tested before being sent to SKS Group unit inToijala, where TANA landfill compactors and waste shredders are assembled.
Tana Oy wants to be under SKS Group's umbrella, so to say,
where subsidiaries and units of SKS Group deliver many of the parts and services required by Tana,
freeing more of Tana's own resources to be directed into e.g. product development, marketing and sales
The collaboration between Tana and SKS Toijala Works began in 2006
by first outsourcing the manufacturing of Tana waste shredders,
then Tana landfill compactors
Later we also began collaboration with SKS Automaatio,
SKS Connecto
and SKS Mechanics
One key strength in our partnership is that our companies are the right size for each other,
and one of the key factors is flexibility
so that we can react quickly to changing business landscapes
and the needs of the market and customers
Tana looks for three crucial factors in the future;
to maintain competitiveness,
quality
and quick lead times
This is something we want to achieve by working with SKS Group and its units
and I believe together we can find the means to do so.
SKS Group is very flexible for the needs of Tana Oy
and last but not least there's great people chemistry between our companies.
