Waching daily Oct 7 2017

Hello everybody, And welcome to Cardeş channel

Today we are taking second video for our information video series.

And our winter tyres, wheel cubs has a lot of scratches on paint. like here. And also paint looking old.

So, we want to paint it.

old paint has matte finish black, but today painting it to piano black colour

We bought this Motip Carat black spray paint.

another material is an isopropyl alcohol which also known as IPA.

You can find it on many store.

This is the 100% rate, not mixture with water. But you can mixture it %50 with water.

Wiping towel for wiping the isopropyl alcohol

I washed this wheel and it is now clean

I washed it with scotch-brite and you can use this green side as a sandpaper, if you dont have a sandpaper.

We are using the isopropyl alcohol for the clean everything on surface like grease and fingerprints. etc..

and these are dameges the painted surface

We can start now.

isopropyl alcohol evaporation itselfs, before I wiping it. As you can see.

I painted yestreday one of these wheel cubs for the trying. so, under the wheels, the floor is black. :)

If you paint the surface in a cold weather, you should take this paint in warm water.

But you dont need to do it in summer days.

here is 28.6 degress celcius. it is normal temperature for painting.

You can shake it three minutes.

You should spray the paint about the 25-30cm from the surface

first coat isn't important, only you need the covering the surface with thin paint.

Now. we can start the first coat.

starting spray the paint in outside of the wheel and finished it outside. and this is looks good paint on the surface not much paint in one side.

You should spray it in different angels.

And health is our priority I am using mask and glove. This is very important part of this job.

First coat was finished and we can wait the 15 minutes for the second coat.

I am starting the second coat. And this is slower than the first coat. for covering the entire surface.

Second coat wa finished we can wait another 15 minutes.

I put the bottle of spray paint in warm water because of paint was decreased.

and wiping the water on spray battle for dont dripping on painting surface.

shaking the bottle for easily to use paint.the first trying to paint wheels I used so much paint. :))

finished the last coat, I added some pictures to video

And this is the so easy, you can also do it yourself.

Thank you for the watching,

You can also click subscribe button for more videos.

see you soon my friends, goodbye. :)

Angel Card Reading OCTOBER 8-14 with Elizabeth Harper - Duration: 12:12.

Welcome I'm Elizabeth Harper and I'm here

with this weeks angel messages. What I'd like you to do is place one or both of

your hands over your heart invite your angels to guide you to message one two

or three a message that comes from their heart to yours. What you can also do is

invite your angels to guide you and then move your cursor along to a spot in the

video where there's an extra message for you. You'll intuitively know when you get

that all right ready. So we're using Doreen Virtue's angel

cards I shuffle them three times and then I'm gonna fan them out and see if

you couldn't intuit where I get those three messages from okay you'll see once

So our first message is Prosperity this is Archangel Ariel of course

so she says your material needs are provided as you follow your intuition

and manifest your dreams into reality now when you look at her image she's got

this beautiful piece of jewelry right there it looks like a little bit of

turquoise actually and then she's in green she's dressed in green which I see

Ariel as that green vibration and she's holding this cornucopia with gold in it

as well. That green vibration is your heart I see

that little turquoise spot right there that is saying there's a part of you

that's opening up it's like a new part of you opening up that's getting ready

not just for the abundance or prosperity it's like is getting ready to be blessed

there's a sense of wonderment there's a sense of there's something really exciting

coming and that's the sense of it when I tune into this when I feel the vibration

the energy of it and especially when I connect with that little piece of

jewelry right there there's a sense of that opening. Now she's holding this

enormous cornucopia with all this gold and there's a connection with the gold

all around her and my feeling with that it's that saying that the universe is

there's there's so much in the universe it's finite and there is a sense of this

that you're being told that whatever it is you want whatever it is you are

focused on that you want to attract there isn't just one for each person or

there isn't just one available and you can't have it if somebody else has it

there isn't just one and once that's gone there's no more

what you're being told is there's a finite energy all around you and it's

available for you you just have to hold the space for it whatever that may be so

it could be relationships it could be prosperity it could be good health it

could be anything it's all there available to you all that

they're asking you to do is be open to receive. Archangel Ariel she's a nature

angel so it might be good for you to take walks in the countryside connect to

water particularly because she connects with water and the air and just allow

yourself to open to nature and see the wonder of nature that will help you to

open your heart and I feel that's going to help you to be open to this amazing

abundance that is all around you. Okay next message You Are Safe this is

Archangel Michael so let's see what Michael says I am protecting you against

lower energies and guarding you your loved ones and home when I look at that

image we see this beautiful blue right here the shield and then he's carrying

his sword but he's not he's vulnerable on top isn't he? He's vulnerable there

and his legs are open and he's got these these big wings that are ready to move

around him and protect him. So when I look at this and it says you are safe and

you're being protected you don't have to worry now when you worry you can create

energy around you. If you worry about being protected if you worry about not

being safe if you worry about your home isn't safe or you haven't got this so

you haven't got that if you're worried about it then you create that or you

create an experience in your environment the will let's say solidify

that idea of yours that thought of yours that it confirms it let's say and you so

you're right absolutely right so when Archangel Michael is saying you

are safe I don't feel this is just about you being safe I feel that it's very

much about allowing yourself to open up just like Michael is open right there

He hasn't got a ton of armor on him I feel that it's very much about you opening up

it's safe for you to open up. You have this protective aura around you you have

this protective environment you have this protection as soon as you call it

in it's right there the energy is there don't let fear stop

you from taking that next step that's what I feel the message is don't let

fear stop you from taking that next step from moving out of an environment that

has become possibly routine from taking that next step into something that's new

and that you haven't done before I haven't connected with before having

experience before so I'm feeling that Archangel Michael is just saying it's

safe it's okay you're gonna be okay go for it. Our final message oh my is courage

this is Archangel Ariel again Archangel Ariel of course is that nature angel but

she's also connected with the lion so she has that courage of the lion

let's read her message she says "Be courageous and stand up for your beliefs."

When you look at her when you look at that image what do I see I am seeing

what's interesting is I'm seeing her braid and I'm seeing these little little

pieces in her hair and that piece on her arm and I feel like it's all connected

and I'm being drawn to that side that right side of her being and that right

side of her being is connected with her left brain

and that is very much the strength the strong side the masculine side right

left right it's that masculine energy I feel as if

she's saying not just about being courageous but it's about standing in

your power being in your power being in that masculine vibration maybe being in

a masculine world as well or being in in a place where there are

lots of people around you that are very powerful or maybe in a place where there

are lots of people around you that are really intelligent they know a lot lots

of knowledge around you and when archangel ariel is saying is that you

have that knowledge to you have that power you have that wisdom you have that

strength you have that masculinity you have that leadership quality don't let

anybody else look down on you or don't think that they're looking down on you

because they're not they're focusing on themselves focus on you focus on your

power allow yourself to be in this environment this masculine courageous

environment but you're coming from a feminine energy here as well

and that feminine energy is very intuitive so you're allowing yourself to

be in an environment where it's exceptionally powerful you are stepping

into that and you're stepping into it as an intuitive being but you're holding

that energy of power and I've said this before and and you may have caught this

before one of the ways you can do this and stand in that power is to stand just

like Wonder Woman even the man you know you stand like Superman and you put your

hands on your hips and you stand up with your feet shoulder length apart you

stand tall and you do that for at least two and a half three minutes we do that

every day your body comes in - there's vibration this frequency let's

say of power and physiologically something shifts something changes so

that you experience more power more of your essence more of that energy of

groundedness and leadership energy power again is that leadership energy and

courage bravery everything comes in with archangel ariel around that lion that

leonian and vibration right so I'm feeling that that's going to help you but I'm

also getting this energy of a tree but if this doesn't feel right for you then

just have a tree hold on to that tree and ask for that

courage ask for the strength to come in from the tree. Okay that's it for this

Superman vs Batman Fight (Part 2) | Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice (2016) Movie Clip - Duration: 4:56.

I bet your parents taught you that you mean something.

That you're here for a reason.

My parents taught me a different lesson,

dying in the gutter

for no reason at all.

They taught me the world only makes sense

if you force it to.

You were never a God.

You were never even a man.

You're letting him kill Martha.

What does that mean?

Why did you say that name?

Find him.

Save

Martha.

Martha.

Martha.

Why did you say that name?

Martha! Why did you say that name?

Clark! Stop!

Please! Stop!

Why did you say that name?

It's his mother's name!

It's his mother's name.

Finis ISO Paddles review - Duration: 7:58.

- When using these FINIS Iso paddles,

we said that you've got to be really careful of

with concave, get it in without massive charges

on the plane.

That swim actually felt not bad

when using these FINIS Iso paddles

the isolate paddles, because they isolate the parts

of your stroke to strengthen them

that you want to strength depending on the type of stroke.

So with back stroke and with free style

you want to be isolating like the outside of your body

because you're pulling on the outside with breast stroke

and with fly, you wanna be isolating

the interiors, the pecs.

So the premise with these is that

where you put this keel, that one, that one,

that one, that one, is opposite to what you want to

strengthen so you can flip these around

that's on the inside.

Its gonna isolate the outside,

the tris and the traps for freestyle

and backstroke.

If you flip them around,

and its on the outside, its gonna isolate your pecs.

I've probably tried them for

I want to say five or six swims.

Another guy in the lane has tried them

and they do what they're supposed to.

Now in order of most resistance to least,

this would be the most if you're looking for something

that is just raw outright strength

all over and actually you might be risking

a little bit of shoulder injury

because this is so much resistance,

you go in with a paddle like this

or a FINIS agility paddle.

Next would be something like these.

I don't find that it burns out my muscles

but somewhere around 800 meters or so

you start feeling that little bit of fatigue in the areas

that its isolating.

Last on the list is this FINIS free styler paddle.

There's really like no resistance to this.

Its basically all technique.

Downside to this is that

because they're so new, they are fairly expensive.

I hear that they're about $60.

So that's kind of pricey.

You put them on like so

and like I say yellow is on the left.

Black is on the right.

If you're doing free style or back stroke,

black is on the left.

Yellow is on the right if you're doing fly or breast.

And you keep these little dots down here

by the palm of your hand.

As far as getting your hand into the right position

it feels pretty good.

Because there's just that little bit more resistance

you can at least, you can feel the front of the catch

and make sure that you're scooping a fair bit of water

while not totally ignoring the strength

and while not completely risking injury.

I like them.

Thanks FINIS.

There will be a link in the description below,

affiliate link on Amazon.

If you buy anything within the 24 hours after clicking

through that link we will get a small commission.

It won't cost you anything extra

and it helps for us a lot

because it all adds up, thank you.

Yeah swim felt good, felt strong, felt good.

(peppy music)

And the high performance coach that hangs off

off to the side, not high performing us,

reminded me of something that I did in a video

a couple of years ago that I link to up here

that it was back when the channel was really small

so most of you haven't seen it.

But its about hand position as it relates to paddles.

When we said that you've got to be really careful of

with concave paddles like this that have a scoop

and this is that you're not developing the habit

of cupping your hand like that

because even though you're cupping your hand

and it feels like you're able to grab water,

what the science has actually proven is that

when you cup your hand, you're actually making the

surface area quite a bit smaller.

So much better is to have a flat hand like that

because there's more surface area or best is to have

a little bit of a relaxed hand to take that muscle tension

out of your hand and these little eighth inch spaces

if its just a small little space in between the fingers

it ends up basically acting like a solid because

the water doesn't pass through it as if you're like that.

So worst, little bit better, but not ideal.

Much better, best.

So when you're using paddles that are concaved

make sure that you don't get in the habit of keeping

that scooped hand.

Hand scooped.

(peppy music)

So trainiacs, we are now, what are we?

What's today's date?

26th, we are 23 days away from half Ironman Austin 70.3.

Tomorrow I think is one of the last finishing

touch workouts.

Then off to Kona.

Get my ass handed to me by the heat.

Just do a little bit of training there

and then we do a taper, fly out on the 25th.

I've been filled in a few emails from trainiacs

who are either gonna be watching or racing

and I put this out there a while ago,

but I haven't talked about it in a while

and there's a whole lot of new trainiacs out there.

So if you're gonna be in Austin

and you haven't yet got in on the trainiac gettogether,

the plan is that the Friday evening before the race

we're all gonna get together.

I'm gonna pick a restaurant.

Unfortunately I can't pick up the tab.

YouTube Adsense revenue does not go very far.

By the way, watch all the skippable ads if you don't mind.

Maybe some day I could buy dinner for NTK.

We got the kits.

If you haven't seen the kits, there's one right, bam, there.

One of the most popular Instagram posts I've ever

put out, and then on the Saturday,

we're all gonna get together

for half hour 40 minute warmup

and basically yeah, we're gonna dominate

Half Ironman Austin 70.3.

If you have yet to get in and like figure out details

and you haven't heard about this, and this is all new to you

go to triathlonterrain.com/Austin.

Put in your email address and that's how I'm collecting

everyone's info, who's gonna be in Austin.

I'll start arranging some things.

So we can go in there and collectively

drop it like a ton.

It's gonna be fun.

It's gonna be a lot of fun.

Other fun news,

I'm getting all my stuff together

for all the camera gear

that we're gonna have to bring to Kona.

So that Mel and NTK and I

can crank out our ton of stuff

and I have no idea how I'm gonna pack this

and get it in without massive charges on the plane.

Alright trainiacs, new and old,

thumbs up if you like the video.

If you're new here, subscribe

and I am out.

Learn about my Life with ONE HAND! Stump Chats with Natalee (again!) - Duration: 1:42.

- [My Stump] It's time for Stump Chats.

- Hi, is your ...

So do you have like the full,

I don't know what this bone is called.

- There's two bones here.

I don't know what they are either.

I think it's like ...

Oh is it radius and elna.

Is that what they are?

- I don't know.

- Wow.

Is that right?

I hope so.

Anyway, there's two bones in here

that help your arms do this and make them twist.

And when I was born, they didn't think I had those

but they took an x-ray and they found out, oh she does.

So, I have those two bones and then all of the wrist bones.

So, essentially I have the bones up to here

and then no finger bones.

It's just like stuff, gushy stuff.

(laughing)

I have like a little wrist

and little fingers that just sit there.

- Yeah.

So for me I have ...

So this bone this is the one I know.

This is the humerus bone.

So, I have a friend who she has a full hematoma

up to the elbow, where I just have a little bit of it.

So, when I went through my growth spurt around grade six

my bones started to grow out.

And you would think that would be a good thing

but it happened to grow on a point,

so if I would've left it,

it would've pierced through my skin,

which is not a pretty picture.

- Ouch.

- Yeah, so when I was in grade six I had a surgery

and basically they just cut it open a little bit.

They shaved it down and then sewed it back together.

So yeah, I have like a little nice little

star shaped scar right there.

- It's a beautiful star.

- It's just so fitting with our star shaped fruit.

- Fancy stars, fancy scars.

(laughing)

- That was a good one.

(laughing)

Being multilingual isn't always good. マルチリンガルもいいことばかりじゃない![Vlog#22] - Duration: 10:32.

I want them to communicate with my family in Japan.

What an interesting plant..

Look at the thorn.

Hi. Good morning. It's Harumi.

What a wind!

I'm walking with my kids.

What a strong wind!

We have this wind in Cabo Frio.

Let's go home..!

I'm always wearing the same shirt.

That's because..

of that..you know..

all my cloths are in the box

for the moving since last November.

That's why I've been wearing the same shirts since then.

I'll probably need to open the box in a while.

These sunglasses..were on the top of the box

so I took them out.

Next week

finally there will be..

well I've mentioned in another video

that we're suing the construction trader

so next week we're scheduled to meet the person

to discuss the stuff.

He may be bring his lawyer as well

and we'll talk about the matter.

It's been scheduled since June.

But looks like..

our lawyer said he hasn't been noticed.

What will happen now?

I don't know.

If the notice won't reach him

we have to reschedule the meeting.

This is the reality here in Brazil.

Japanese

I don't want to force

but I think I want them to be able to speak Japanese.

Even though they can't speak

at least I want them to be able to understand.

That's what I want.

Understanding what I say and

then at least

having an easy conversation...

I think I want it at least because

my family in Japan

only speaks Japanese

so in order to communicate with them

I think they need Japanese.

That's what I wish for.

But out of that, I think

it doesn't really matter if they learn or not.

I also want to communicate with them in Japanese

if possible.

Language is a tool of communication.

If they find how interesting communication is

I think that's the best thing

but if they think that's too painful

I get confused that I think that's not right.

So whatever the method is

the important thing to be able to communicate with people.

But that, at the end, means that they have to learn

both Japanese and Portuguese.

At least these two..

It means that.

It doesn't have to be fluent.

For instance understanding listening only

doesn't matter if they can't speak properly(like grammatically)

Writing and reading Japanese as well

they don't have to know everything.

But in the other hand

if they live in Japan writing and reading

are quite important too.

What a nice house.

So as much as possible

I want to teach

but at first

I want them to be happy

every day. That's the most important thing.

It all depends on them, isn't it?

So from now

what will happen?

I'll be observing

laid back..like the way here

relaxed and enjoying...

That's how I want to be.

The environment now

Their environment at the moment is

a mix of Portuguese and Japanese.

There's not even one Japanese friend near us.

I'm the only Japanese so

I use Japanese at home.

Entering on another street already decreases the wind.

It's much better.

But now it's hot.

That's what is dangerous here like at the beach

when it winds

we don't feel that heat

but the sun is strong.

Portuguese

About Portuguese

I'm sure they'll learn naturally

because we live in Brazil now.

They still don't go to kinder garden but

once they get to go there

by making friends

they'll learn Portuguese naturally

so I'm not worried at all.

Multilingual environment

If you think properly

when we, like average Japanese people,

learn only one language

they're learning two at the same time

they should get confused

which is difficult for me to even imagine.

Moreover not only language, if we move to another country

the environment changes a lot

so I kinda can imagine..yes.

But in reality

it must be a lot harder than my imagination.

And I hear people who grew up in such environments

that they say there're good parts

but also they've had difficulties

to get along.

So considering all these things

it's so hard to decide

what to do exactly.

"I have to do this!"

I'm not thing this way actually.

I heard that children growing up in environments

like this, with more than two languages,

seem like to get confused in their brain

so it tends to delay to start talking,

and when they start to understand words

being in between two languages

they may get confused and

it's possible to be like that

they can't express their feelings properly.

It has this negative side.

There isn't only goodness.

Forcing them to do whatever

isn't what I want.

Now

The older child seems like

understanding Portuguese better

I think.

Hellooooo!

In my family

speaking of language

my wish is for them to be able to understand

at least Portuguese and Japanese.

And if possible English as well...

I used to think...

...and till now maybe...

but then what I do for that?

Nothing special..

In our environment now naturally

on the street Portuguese and at home Japanese

but actually Bruno only speaks Portuguese so

I'm the only one speak Japanese to kids.

So it's kinda natural.

What about English?

On TV by watching animation in English

my daughter is learning English words

and I think she's understanding them.

So in a natural situation like this

why not if she learns one more language?

I'm not thinking too much and kinda letting it go.

She's learning words in Japanese, Portuguese and English

little by little recently.

She's 2 years and a few months.

How will she be later on?

That shouldn't be the one what I want her to be

but by observing her carefully

and thinking what is the best for her

and decide each time

something like that?

I like linguistics

so I wish we could have fun together

like travelling together..

but..

even after they grow up

if they want they can learn at that time.

So what I can do is to support them

foe them to be interested in

or help them learning

but like "You have to do learn!"

like a study, I'm not thinking

to force them.

Future?

If we continue living in Brazil

they basically need just Portuguese

I just need to study more Portuguese

unless I won't be able to communicate with them properly..

but I'm not thinking the way

that for example we have a chance that we'll

live in Japan in the future

so for insurance let them learn..

I'm not thinking this way.

It's more for to communicate with my family.

That's my only wish.

I'm not really worried about in like 10 or 20 years..

However...

they'll probably ask at least one time

why they didn't learn it when they're little

if they don't get to learn

so I think I should support,

or at least let them get used to..

which will never bother them.

But after all I just don't want to have a specific method

which I may feel "I have to do this!"

So....let it flow..like this way

observing them how they are...

and I think that seems to be interesting.

You know what I mean?

So being a bilingual or multilingual

as a result

and they...

well after that it depends on them.

I don't know!

I think that's it.

Did I make sense..?

Well I'll edit and let it make sense.

Ok then!

That's all for today. Bye!

This plant..here and there...

Looks like a road of thorns..

Isn't it dangerous?

I see a pool.

How nice..I wanna jump in.

Looks like a hotel.

Top 10 Scary RESURRECTION Stories - Duration: 8:22.

Welcome back guys, today we have some creepy stories about people who died and then came

back to life.

Some of them are old and recorded in the history books, some of them are very new with Doctors

declaring people clinicallyu dead, only to have them alive and breathing some time later.

Does that sound creepy?

It really is - lets take a closer look, Im Danny Burke and this is the top 10 scary resurrection

stories …

Coming in at number 10 now we have Tony Yahle.

In 2015, a story emerged about a man from Ohio called Tony who came back to life 45

minutes after being declared dead.

He was being prepared by nurses to be seen by his family when he began to show signs

of live.

He woke up 5 days later and made a full recovery.

His cardiologist, Dr Raja Nazir, said that in the last 20 years he had never seen anybody

who was pronounced as dead and then came back to life - in fact, hed never even heard of

it.

Coming back to life is shocking enough but for many people, it was the sheer length of

time - 45 minutes, long past the point of potential resuscitation by many Doctors standards.

Coming in at the number 9 spot we have Kelvin Santos.

This is an incredible story from 2012 about a 2 year old Brazilian boy called Kelvin who

is said to have came back to life during his own funeral only to die again.

The toddler was declared dead after battling pneumonia and was handed back to his devastated

family in a plastic bag.

They held an open casket wake that night and held the funeral the next day.

About an hour before it was due to take place, the boy apparently sat up in his coffin and

said -Daddy, can I have some water?- … the family started to scream and thought they

hat witnessed a miracle.

But as quickly as he had risen, Kelvin lay back down again and they were unable to resuscitate

him.

His Father was convinced that his son was the victim of medical malpractice and the

police launched an investigation.

Next up at number 8 we have Matthew Wall.

He was a young farmer from England whos funeral was on October 2nd 1571.

The funeral bell rang out as he was carried to the church.

He was a young man and his fiancee and family were inconsolable.

As they made their way along the path, one of the pallbearers slipped on some damp autumn

leaves and dropped the coffin.

To their astonishment, they heard a knock from inside.

They opened the coffin to find Matthew alive and well.

He went on to marry his fiancee and live another 24 years.

In his will he left money for the churchs path to be swept of leaves every autumn.

People still arent sure how exactly what caused the bizarre story to unfold …

At the number 7 spot now we have Li Xiufeng.

In 2012, this 95 year old Chinese woman was found lying dead in her home by one of her

neighbours.

She was not breathing.

The neighbours placed her in a coffin which was left unsealed as part of Chinese tradition

for family and friends to come and pay their respects.

The next was supposed to be the funeral but the neighbours found an empty coffin.

Li had woken up during the night, got up and started cooking - yes, cooking a meal.

She seemed unphased by the whole ordeal - in fact, if anything, she seemed a little annoyed

because all of her possesions were burned as part of the local tradition there when

a person dies.

Thats gonna be up there with one of her worst days ever.

Surely.

At number 6 now we have Fay-gily-u.

This 49 year old woman was pronounced dead and woke up at her own funeral.

She had suffered a heart attack but woke up in her own coffin to the sound of mourners

at her funeral.

The shock of waking up during her own funeral gave her a heart attack and 12 minutes later,

after being rushed to hospital, she was declared dead again.

Essentially, her true death was caused by the shock of being at her own funeral - that

is just messed up.

Moving on to number 5 we have Luz Milagros.

In Argentina, this baby girl made international headlines in 2012.

She was pronounced dead after being born prematurely and was placed in a cold morgue refrigerator.

12 hours later, her mother asked hospital authorities if she could see her body, when

they opened up the refrigerator they heard the baby crying - she had been alive the whole

time, surviving in the cold for 12 hours.

The whole thing baffled Doctors and led Luz to be called Argentinas -Miracle Baby-.

Sadly, she did eventually die from developmental problems 14 months later but will be remembered

for her incredible story ...

OK we have a pretty gruesome one now at number 4 with Carlos Camejo.

In 2007, this Venezuelan man was declared dead after a car accident.

He was taken to the morgue where examiners began to perform an autopsy but as they began

to cut into him - the cut started bleeding, not something that should happen with a dead

body.

They quickly stitched up the incision and soon after Carlos woke up in unbearable pain.

His grieving wife who had arrived at the morgue to identify his body instead found him in

the hallway, alive and well.

This story makes it sound like enough pain can bring someone back from the dead ...

Next up at number 3 we have Anne Green.

In 1650 This English woman from Oxford was raped by her masters grandson and gave birth

to a stillborn baby.

She was accused of murdering the child and sentenced to death by hanging.

She hung for an hour and was pulled down by her friends because she wanted a quick death.

She was handed over to medical students for dissection but just before they began, they

found a faint pulse and heard weak breathing - somehow, she had survived.

After medical care, the authorities deemed it an act of God and a sign of her innocence.

She was free to go and went on to have 3 more children.

Im sure she wasnt as quick to forgive her rapist and murderers …

At the number 2 spot now we have Elayna Nigrelli.

She was pregnant and just 3 weeks from her due date when she had a seizure and collapsed.

By the time paramedics got to her, they could not find a pulse.

They decided to deliver the baby via emergency C Section.

The baby survived but the told the Father it had been a post mortom delivery because

Elaynas heart was not beating.

But then, to their amazement - it started again.

She was in intensive care for 2 weeks but sure enough, she was allowed to return home

with her baby girl and made a full recovery.

Elayna later joked that if her daughter ever stepped out of line, all they would have to

do is remind her what they went through to bring her into this world …

And finally at number 1 we have Ly-ud-mila Steb-lit-skaya.

In 2012, an incredible story emerged of a 61 year old Russian woman who has come back

from the dead not once but twice.

The first time, her daughter had called the hospital to check on her only to be told she

was dead.

She prepared the whole funeral but when she arrived at the hospital, Doctors said her

mother was alive and in a hospital bed.

All she knew was that she had woken up in the morgue to find that her skin was peeling

off from the cold.

Then a year later, she died again in a hospital but this time, Doctors brought her back to

life after several hours.

Staff at the hospital were shocked, confused about how this could happen not once but twice

to the same woman.

Well, that was all very disturbing.

What do you guys think?

Do you think these are all real or just people declaring someone as dead when really they

arent?

Its hard to figure out but fascinating to hear about.

Thanks for watching guys, my name is Danny Burke and I will see you all in the next video!

You Should Be Uncomfortable - Duration: 3:00.

- [Instructor] I actually gauge how well I'm doing

or how well we're doing by do I feel comfortable?

Do I slightly feel like, oh man,

we're a little on edge here.

If I don't feel like I'm a little bit on edge,

I feel uneasy because that means I'm acting safe

and I'm making safe decisions.

Right as we were coming out of really bein' in

a negative place with my first production company,

I got a call from someone else who had a production company

and they had a contract with RayBan,

and they said, hey RayBan wants to do this crazy spot

with exploding balloons with paint

and changing the colors of the glasses

and all this crazy stuff, can you guys do it?

And we're like, absolutely!

And they're like, okay great,

can you do it for this much money?

Absolutely.

Hung up the phone, I looked at the guy who was

my partner at the time and I go,

how the fuck are we gonna do this?

(audience laughs)

And he's like, dude I don't know,

why'd you say yes?

I'm like, 'cause it's RayBan,

we're gonna get it dude!

If we get that account, what else are we gonna get?

And it was, I'll be honest, it was a shit show.

It was insane, it was crazy, but we kept pushing,

we figured it out, like we ended up gotten to a point

where it was, we knew what we were doing to some extent,

but we had never worked at that level.

It was like jumpin' 20 rungs up the ladder,

and we're like, we'll do it no problem,

shootin' green screens, slow motion, super,

and this is back more than 10 years ago.

And so, when we were rendering these 3D balloons

out for the first time, we're like,

okay that's great, let's render it,

and I remember this specifically,

we're there and so CG balloons back more

than 10 years ago, we pressed render,

and it sits there for a minute, it calculates,

render time like 27 days.

The project's due in three days!

- [Audience Member] Whoa.

- [Instructor] Literally we scrambled, Eddie

and I were scrambling, we were renting space

from this other office and they had hundreds of computers,

and at night we went around, we installed all the

render software on their computers,

and we networked them all together,

unknowing to them, and we rendered it out,

and we got the project done and it was really successful.

I didn't know how we were gonna do it,

that was uncomfortable, because I,

what pushed me to just figure it out

was the fact that I don't wanna ever tell anybody

I'm gonna do something and then not do it,

not deliver.

So again, it was, we could have just said,

oh my god, we can't render this out.

Guys, it's gonna take 27 days,

or we need X more, thousands of dollars

to render this thing out, or send it to somewhere else,

or sorry it's just a failure.

What are we gonna do?

I don't know man.

Well why don't we start, we just figured it out right?

And so it's just those little things

where you just kind of over extend,

you over promise, but then you can't,

you gotta meet it, you gotta meet it,

and it's just about figuring it out.

I think the most important thing, skill in life,

regardless of what you do, is problem solving.

If you can just go, I don't know how we're gonna get there,

but I will figure it out, I will find the right people,

I will find the right problems,

I will ask the right questions,

and then we'll get there, that will take you

anywhere you wanna go.

Straight to God? Q&A Ep.2 - Duration: 2:17.

You should pray about your situation and talk to God first before consulting your friends and family.

It's a good idea to share with them, as they may be able to guide you and help keep you accountable for whatever you are dealing with.

However if you decide to share with them, make sure they are a mature Christian so that they may not lead you away from God's teachings.

Often times, we look to our friends and family for the right answer when really we should be turning to who's actually in charge.

So imagine this, you're a student who needs help with their math homework but instead of turning to the math teacher, you look to an english teacher.

In this scenario, the english teacher represents those who may be able to help you a little or just lead you in the completely wrong direction.

However if you had turned to the math teacher, who is like God, He would be able to teach you and answer your questions.

Sometimes the math teacher may give you worksheets or redirect you to a different source.

This is like how God uses different ways to reveal His answer to you.

whether through the Bible, through people, through what you learn or different situations.

If you're new to your faith, we encourage you to talk to mature Christians or godly people.

They can pray for you and make sure you're on the right track by ensuring that you aren't misinterpreting what God is saying to you.

Super Vegetable Stir-Fry – Family Plot - Duration: 9:10.

- All right, so, Mr. D., did you bring your appetite?

- I did!

I did, I'm hungry, smells good.

- He's hungry, Karen.

You heard that?

- Good, good, good.

Did you bring your appetite?

- I brought mine.

- Okay.

- So what are you gonna be preparing for us today?

- I am preparing a super veggie stir fry.

So what this includes is a tri-color of peppers.

We have the red pepper, orange, and yellow.

White onion, squash, and zucchini.

- Sounds good.

It's good for you, right?

- It's pretty.

Too pretty to eat.

- It looks pretty like this,

so just imagine what it looks like once it gets cooked.

- Oh, ya.

- All right.

So you wanna go ahead and get started for us?

- Oh, sure.

Let me put my gloves on first.

All right, so,

this stir fry includes the vegetables also,

but you can also use a starch to go with it

to make it a complete meal.

You can use like a brown rice, white rice,

regular noodles, spaghetti noodles,

and for today, we're actually going

to use a vegetable rotini.

That's this right here,

and it's actually made of zucchini.

So you get a serving of vegetables with your pasta

and with everything else that you're making.

So, to make this recipe,

first you need to make sure

that your skillet is greased up.

So you can use the spray or you can use olive oil.

And I always start with,

for this particular one,

I start with the zucchini and the squash

because they're harder,

so they need to cook a little bit longer.

So just put them in there.

I'm gonna turn this up some more here.

- And again, Karen, most people grow these

in their own garden, so this would be

a good recipe for them.

- Exactly.

You can go straight from your backyard into your kitchen

and cook this, so this is good.

And, I picked these vegetables

because they have all these different colors.

So you have your reds, your oranges, and your yellows,

whites, greens; I don't have anything in the purple

and blue category.

I could've used an eggplant though, maybe.

And there's nutritional value

in our fruits and our vegetables when we eat 'em fresh.

So, well, fresh, canned, cook, frozen,

however you eat 'em,

but when you think about the white food group,

our onions, those are good for

anti-inflammatory reasons,

they don't have any cholesterol in 'em,

so it's good for if you're trying

to have a lower cholesterol diet;

so that's your whites and your browns.

When you think about your green,

they're good for, you probably wouldn't know this,

but they're good for your bones and your teeth.

They help keep those strong, just like calcium

that's in our milk, our dairy items.

Our red items, it's real easy to remember

because those are good for your heart.

So red, blood, helps you remember

it's good for your heart.

And what did I leave out?

Our oranges and yellows,

people always told you to eat your carrots,

they help your vision.

It's so true.

They have beta carotene in 'em

and that actually helps you with your vision.

So if you're getting older,

or you think you're getting older

because your vision-- - Talking about me now.

(group laughs)

- Because your vision is starting to go out,

eat you a few more carrots

or add some orange, yellow peppers to it.

Now this was a huge onion.

I'm not gonna put this whole onion in here.

I cut it in half.

- That's pretty good size.

My goodness.

- And I was like we don't need

all this onion.

(Chris laughs)

So I'm gonna leave that out.

Oops, sorry about that.

It's starting to smell good-- - It is.

- Already.

- (Mr. D) So the onions anti-inflammatory?

- Yes.

- So my arthritis--

- Mm hm, absolutely.

And for your blue or purple group,

even though I don't have anything in here,

I have to give them a shout-out also.

Those are good for your memory.

So, again, I'm gonna say anybody older.

Maybe even for students,

if you're about to take a test or something--

- It could help.

(laughs)

- Or trying to remember something,

get you some blueberries or some eggplant

or some purple grapes and it might help you out

to remember what you're doing.

Vitamins, like

vitamins A, C, E,

B are all over these veggies that we're using.

They have a lot of potassium in them,

calcium.

Oh yeah, and another thing they have is a lot of fiber.

In your vegetables, it's a lot of fiber,

and we need that fiber to help us out

with our digestive system.

- True.

- So, that's something good to know.

Now the last thing I'm gonna put on here,

this is gonna make it look really, really pretty.

- (Chris) Wow, it does look good.

- Is these peppers.

- That smells good.

- And they don't need to cook as long,

so, now that I put those in there,

I'm going to add in this sauce.

And if anybody wants the sauce,

I'm gonna give Dr. Chris the recipe

so you can make your own sauce at home.

And this is a low-sodium sauce,

so it's not like your soy sauces

or the things that you buy in the grocery store

that have all these other things in it.

Just add that to it,

and let it cook down for a while.

Wish we had smell-vision.

(Chris laughs)

- Mm hm.

- It does, man it smells good.

- 'Cause it did start smelling a whole lot better,

but it looks nice, it's gonna taste nice too.

So you just let these cook,

let them keep getting softer.

You'll see the onions start to change,

get a little translucent,

and the squash and the zucchini will start to get softer,

and then you'll be ready to eat.

So, you guys wanna taste it?

- Wow, look at this guy.

- You want a taste?

- Yeah, I do.

- Okay.

- Definitely.

So far, it looks like it's easy to make though.

- It's super easy.

And the thing about this is

these are the vegetables that I chose to put in here.

You can put in whatever you like,

like mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli,

cauliflower, whatever you want to put in it.

So I will shift this over to low.

- What about this though?

He likes meats.

Can you put meats in there?

- Oh!

- Where's the beef?

Where's the beef?

(Chris laughs)

- I forgot about that.

That's a good point.

So, you don't just have to eat this like I made it.

If you want, you can put some shrimp in it.

I love seafood.

You can put some chicken that you grilled,

baked, sauteed.

Chop it up into strips, put it in there.

And your beef, put some steak strips in there

if you want to.

- You got it covered.

- Okay, okay.

- And then chop it,

and then you have it covered.

So this could be a vegetarian meal

or it could be a meal for us meat eaters also.

Whatever you wanna do.

- I bet it's good.

- Ya, it is good, so we're gonna try it out.

- Ya, let's try it out.

- Okay.

I'm gonna shift this over if I can now.

While this is cooking-- - Good for you,

good nutritional value.

That's good stuff.

Did you write all that down, Mr. D?

I got memory, right?

- Yeah, the only problem,

I'll forget it though.

(group laughing)

- I should've brought that eggplant then

just for Mr. D. (laughs)

- (Chris) He's gonna forget.

(laughs)

- So I'm gonna put the--

- Ya, I forgot what's good for the memory.

- And I didn't bring that one.

Shame on me.

(Chris laughs)

All right, this is our zucchini noodles.

Now remember, these are 100% veggie noodles.

- Okay, 100%?

- Mm hm.

- (Mr. D) Man, that sure doesn't look

like a veggie noodle.

- (Karen) It doesn't.

- (Mr. D.) Looks just like pasta.

- You could fool the kids,

and make them think they're actually eating

some regular noodles, and they're actually getting

a full pack of vegetables in this meal.

- Man, I like your sample sizes.

That is all for me.

- Ah, so good, huh?

- That is all for me?

(Chris laughs)

- Yeah, this is all for you.

And I'll make Dr. Cooper's.

- All right, now that's what I call

a sample size right there now.

- And like I said earlier,

just in case you missed it, you can use rice.

I've done this before at home--

- (Chris) You said white rice, brown rice.

- White rice, brown rice-- - I like both.

- If you wanna get more fiber in it.

Spaghetti noodles.

Anything you wanna do as a starch

to make this a full, complete meal.

- Mm, this is good.

- So I hope you guys like it.

Oh, I already got a compliment.

- I do need to know what's in that sauce.

- (whispers) It's a secret.

No, just kidding.

And this sauce, it was really simple, too.

It was cornstarch,

brown sugar, garlic,

I put a little bit of flour in it

to make it a little bit thicker with the cornstarch.

- No wine?

- Hm?

- No wine?

- No wine.

Apple cider vinegar.

- There you are.

- Well, there's the wine.

Apple cider vinegar and,

what other thing,

oh, I added a low-sodium soy sauce to it

just to give it that asian kick to the flavor.

So I hope you guys like it.

- We will have this recipe online.

So the folks can go online and get that recipe.

- Yeah, just in case I miss anything.

- (Mr. D.) Very tasty.

- I'll make me a portion too.

Y'all can't eat without me.

- Karen, while you're doing that,

we appreciate you being here today.

This is delicious though.

- It is.

- Well, thank you for having me.

- This is great.

- Thank you.

- I could actually eat this without meat.

The Sims 2 Lighting Guide for Filmmakers (tips, tricks and Q&A) - Duration: 17:43.

The question you all have asked me the most was: How do I do my lighting, is it in-game

or maybe post-process.

The answer is: it is done in-game.

There are a few things I use to achieve that sweet lighting and

I'm going to tell you about them today.

What I've noticed is that most of us, sims filmmakers,

don't think enough before starting to film.

Even though we spend so much time on making sims, sets, writing out the story or trying

out animations, we often forget about one of the most important things: lighting.

I know that lighting in sims is far from perfect.

The options are limited (LOOK AT ENB OPTIONS)

Sims will never be a realistic game such as The Witcher or Dishonored

BUT sometimes limitations are actually good.

Look at the whole Sims 2 community, people who make custom content, movies, comics and

all that stuff.

We have this one game that is 13 years old and

we're still making something great out of it.

The first part of this guide is about finding inspiration and studying.

Watch movies, find new photos, look at game graphics and of course look at paintings.

If you encounter something that catches your eye, ask yourself a question:

What is so interesting about this picture?

Why do I like it, why are my eyes drawn to the subject of the photograph, what is so

attractive in this color scheme, what emotion does it remind me of?

Take notes whenever you feel like you need them.

You are more likely to remember something when you write it down.

A good exeercise is to watch your past movies and write down what you liked about them and what

mistakes you should avoid doing the next time you film.

Also, try storyboarding.

I used to hate it, but now I find it quite useful as It helps you avoid filming similiar

shots and plan out the story ahead of time.

I think everyone should try storyboarding at some point.

When you are caught up in building the sets, making sims and all that stuff, it's very

easy to forget what was your story about in the first place.

The best part is that you don't have to be excelent at drawing.

Storyboards are only there to help YOU out,

so don't be stressed out about your drawing skills.

I recommend you use pinterest to find inspiration.

What I love about it the most is the „more like this" function.

It's so helpful, especially when you are building a set and you need more reference images or

when you are making a mood board and want images to fit a certain type of aesthetic.

Some youtubers create great and very helpful content

regarding movie-making, lighting, color theory.

And I highly recommend you check out these channels:

Channel Criswell,

Sean Tucker (sorry for mispelling in the vid!)

Every Frame a Painting,

The Art of Photography,

Film Riot

and Super Eyepatch Wolf.

Also, if you ever like a movie, go search for a behind the scenes footage or watch interviews.

You can actually learn a lot about setting up lights or filming in general.

If you don't GUNMOD'S lighting system installed go do it right now.

It gives your game lighting that is so much better than the original one.

I think it's a basic thing everyone should have in their games.

Use scriptorium or install it manually.

The second one is OMSP, which comes in handy when placing lights..

If you have apartment life installed you can use this button to shift them up or down.

Three point lighting is one of the oldest lighting techniques used in shooting video

and essentially it consists of three lights – a key light, fill light and back-light.

The key light is the main light source in your scene.

The fill light is the light that "fills" the areas in shadow.

Back light, sometimes also called the hair light, is a light source coming from

the back which purpose is to separate the character from the background.

This kind of set creates a an image that is both well lit and not flat.

Even though a lot of filmmakers use all of the three lights, you have to remember that

it is important to experiment.

I think that sims's lighting system isn't realistic enough to be using 3 point lighting

all the time.

It's just not flexible enough and adding too much light makes the image overexposed.

I usually stick to 2 light sources and occasionally throw in some back light.

However, Sims 2 still has a wide range of lights to choose from.

In this tutorial I separated them into 3 categories:

low intensity (a good fill light),

mid-intensity (good as a key light for more moody scenes or as a backlight)

and high-intensity (a strong key light).

And here's where OMSP comes in.

Put your light sources on top and regulate the height.

With OMSP you will also be able to tilt the lights.

It can sometimes change the look completely, especially when you are using spotlights.

Every light source in Sims is different when it comes to the color of the lighting.

Use that wisely so you don't have to redo the white balance in post-processing.

Most of the movies I've made recently use colored lights.

It's a stylistic choice that not everyone likes, so I'm not pressuring you to use colored

lights when filming.

I recommend you try out different types of lighting and experiment- film during the night

or film during the sunset.

Setting the mood of the scene is all about lighting.

Also, an extra tip for making „natural light" seem more interesting.

Place a colored light outside the window.

For example, use a blue light during the night to create an effect of a bright, full moon

night.

Maybe your sim has neons outside their window?

Throw in some colored lights to make it seem like the neons are really there.

Maybe you're filming during the sunset and want it to be very vivid.

You can mix orange and red light and place it outside.

To demonstrate how I use lighting on set I've made two short movies I'm going to show you.

After you watch them I'm gonna go over how I set up the lighting in both of them.

For this one the set up was quite easy.

I had a lot of neons on the first floor of the building, so the emitted a lot of red

light.

Blue neon on the side required a little bit more, so I simply put mid-intensity blue light

inside the wall.

This way it lit the wall and the surroundings without showing up.

Even though the neons on the first floor emitted a lot of light- it was quite weak and didn't

lit the sim and the car properly.

The next thing I did was place a colored spotlight on OMSP, tilted it so it faced my sim and

the car.

This way the set became more realistic.

The indoor shots were way simpler.

The only thing I did was place a red neon INSIDE the room, so it was a little bit brighter

than with just window light.

Also that low intensity light in the room- I decided not to use it.

Here the set was a little bit bigger so it required more light, especially because of

the neons that were only pictures, not actual lamps.

I did the same thing as with the blue neon in the previous scene.

I placed colored, mid-intensity lamps IN the walls so they illuminated the walls outside

the building.

I also used one green spotlight that I tilted using OMSP.

I placed it really high so you can barely see the green on the metal roof, but I thought

it would give the building a little bit more dimension.

I also placed a blue light right here (pointing) to make the neon look more realistic.

The room also got brighter because the light source was close to the window.

Inside I had a few light sources.

The moon neon was also only a picture, so I placed a low intensity light behind it to

brighten up the furniture.

There is actually a neon tube above the fridge.

Because it emitted areally weak light I decided to brigthen it up a bit by adding another

low intensity light behind it.

It lit up the furniture while leaving the walls dark.

The scene with the falling stars obviously had more blue light in it.

I simply placed a blue light above Brian.

Colors in movies can deliver much more than we think.

Certain color schemes can create melancholic mood, they can make us feel discomfort, share

loneliness, joy or sadness with the character.

I get a feeling that a lot of times we use very similiar color schemes in our sims movies

without really thinking about it.

I used to do it all the time before my break from youtube.

Indeed, they were quite pretty and calm, but it wasn't because I knew I wanted my movies to look

like that.

It was because I didn't know how to use other colors and make color palettes that would

look good.

When I took a break from youtube I got very serious about studying painting, photography

and moviemaking- and I think you can clearly see my improvement in managing colors in my

first movie after I've come back.

I'm sure you've seen the TEAL ORANGE scheme a few times already

It's the most popular color choice in blockbuster movies like Avengers or Wonder Woman

They make things pop because they are so called complementary colors.

Placed on opposite sides of the color wheel, they are colors that highly contrast eachother.

Complementary colors are also red and green as well as violet and yellow.

It doesn't mean we should only use these 3 particular schemes.

Other color harmonies are a triad, split-complementary, monochromatic, analogous.

Choosing a color scheme doesn't mean changing only lighting, but also adding makeup, clothes

and scenography that fits your desired color palette.

I recommend you study this a little bit more by watching these two videos, as I won't be

able to explain this topic better than tonyverse films and channel criswell.

Remember that every color has a meaning to it.

For example, blue is associated with depression and loneliness, red with love, anger or blood,

yellow with sickness, green with nature and so on.

Use it to make your story more meaningful.

My recent discovery is a twitter account that posts color palettes from movies.

Go check that out for some more inspiration.

I have only very basic knowledge about postproduction, so I'm just going to show you how I edit my

own videos.

I usually use the Magic Bullet Looks plugin for basic color grading.

I usually use curves for contrast, lightflex for dat faded look, diffusion if I have a

lot of bright objects (like neons), haze flare so the light reflects on the other side of

the footage and Colorista to edit the colors.

Next thing I do is save the preset and add it to the whole track.

This will allow us to play with depth of field effect later.

First apply blur directly to your video.

Now with the mask, things get a little bit more tricky, but it's still easy.

The apply to FX option should be set to YES.

You should also tick that white square next to the MASK.

Then, proceed with making your mask.

Next I like to apply a little bit of feather so the mask doesn't look too sharp.

I use gradients a lot as it makes the footage look a little bit more realistic.

I usually place them on a separate track, set the blending mode to overlay and lower

the opacity to about 70%.

I've wanted to do a MEP for some time now, but I've waited for that one special song.

I've chosen one song from OFFONOFF latest album.

It's not an easy song, because of the rap, but I think it's worth tring out as mep material.

I want it to be something fresh and challenging, and also I want to test if anything I've said

today was worth making a whole tutorial.

As always, one person gets one part.

After I confirm that you are in the project, you will receive a link to google drive, where

you will find the music AND a mood board like this one.

As you can see, it will contain a color scheme, a few objects that you should use in your

part, a suggestion when it comes to the appearance of the characters.

Obviously, you don't have to copy these pictures and make them in sims, rather take inspiration

from them.

I want you to think a little bit longer than usually about your color choices, settin up

the lights, choosing wardrobe for your sims.

The parts are quite long 42-45 seconds, so you'll be able to tell a short story.

I welcome all sorts of cool effects like DOF, experimenting with color grading,

masking light (like this here),

you can use different types of black bars:none at all or very panoramic,

do what you want!

BUTT you cannot insert text.

The story is up to you, but you will find a few pictures in there that suggest the theme

-passion, sadness, breaking up- the interpretation is up to you!

Please don't tell the others engaged in the project about your moodboards as I want this

to be surprising and fun for everyone.

All the videos, mods and some additional stuff are linked in the description below, so go

check that out.

If you liked the video like it, share it, so other sims directors can see it.

Thank you so much for watching, it was herbalwhite, stay chill.

See ya!
