should be you have some idea of how you think it should be
listen to me there are those of you of what you're doing is that there are 10
opportunities in a day and you're taking advantage of seven of them you think

spend your 24 hours determines how you live if you want the future to change
for you you've got to change if you don't change the next six years of your

what is it that gives your life a sense of meaning and purpose because once you
find that it puts you in your power please see if you know what your life
work is I encourage you to start working on it if you can't do it all at one time
do just a little bit of it and if you don't know what it is that you showed up
to do if you don't know why you're here I encourage you to find out what your
purpose is here what is the meaning of your life what will be different if you
have asked yourself that question I've done that I I remember coming from a
friends of my funeral and I was reflecting on how much time I had left
and I went for a walk in a park thinking about this guy whose life was so
promising and I mean he wasn't an old guy he was quite young in fact and I
thought about all of the things that he said he was going to do and he never got
a chance to do those things and I start thinking about my own life and how much
time I had left to do the things that I would like to do and at that time I
wasn't sure what my life purpose was what my life's work was I wasn't sure
about it at that time and I thought about it quite a lot I had some idea but
I wasn't convinced that I don't think I felt worthy I didn't believe that it
could be me to do this kind of work that I'm doing right now
and I say to you that if you begin to take a conscious effort to find out what
it is that you're supposed to do I say that it can literally save your
life I said that it can literally save your life 85% of the American public
according to recent studies are going to jobs that they hate working on jobs that
do not challenge them they get sick thinking about going because see when
you go to a job and you already know how far you can go you can already see that
proverbial glass ceiling see when you're going someplace and you already know how
much you're going to make you already know how far you can go you're in a
dead-end position it erodes your self-esteem it lowers your sense of
yourself it creates an inner turmoil
it creates an emptiness in you so I say that your life is worth finding what it
is that you're supposed to do and I'm not saying quit your job I'm saying find
it and do just a little bit of just not working at it just a little bit but do
find out what your work is and hold on to it and don't let your dream go don't
let it go see and here's something else I want you to begin to look at why is it
that most people don't pursue their dreams so don't do better than what
they're doing if they're capable of doing it I think that many of us don't
go the next step because we don't know what to do yet and I say that that the
reason that we don't even explore the possibility of what to do is because
subconsciously we don't believe that it can happen for us and we don't believe
that we deserve it so here's what I'm suggesting how much
time do you spend working on you how much time do you spend every day working
on your dream and the last 90 days how many books have you read
in the last year what new skill or knowledge have you acquired what kind of
investment have you made in you so I'm saying that as you begin to look at
where you want to go if you want to make it today and things are changing so fast
you have to literally run to standstill I'm saying that you've got to make some
conscious effort to begin to work to develop you here's something else most
people are not living their dreams because of fear ladies and gentlemen
fear limited vision and lack of self esteem is what keep most people doing
things they don't want to do the same reason that people stay in relationships
where they're abused are they're unhappy what's unfulfilled they can't see
themselves beyond that relationship they can't see themselves enjoying life
without that person they think that this is all that they can do the same reason
that people get stuck at a certain level in life they can't see things being
better for them and they think that this is in and this is all they deserve this
is all they've ever seen has been passed on to them and they think that this is
it for them oh no looking what dr. Blanton Smalley

theories that fear is the most subtle and destructive of all human diseases
ladies and gentlemen fear kills dreams fear kills hope fear put people in the

doing something that you know within yourself that you're capable of doing
but it will paralyze you and it seem like you're in a hypnotic spell and I
ask you a question what is the benefit what's the benefit of allowing fear to
hold you back what's the benefit of giving up on yourself of not stepping
out on life and taking life on what is

it's one of the things I had to ask myself so I didn't want to make any
mistakes I wanted everybody to like me I wanted
to be perfect the first time I did something it's not going to happen
you're going to make some mistakes you're gonna hurt some folks feelings
you're gonna create some enemies whenever you decide that you want to
begin to take life on you've got to ask yourself how long am I going to allow
this to hold me back I like what Zig Ziglar says he said fear is false
evidence appearing real that it's an illusion that we create in our mind it
is a state of mind that can be changed so let's look at how we can begin to
take some steps to restructure that fear to begin to expand our visions of
ourselves to begin to increase our self-esteem Webster said that
self-esteem means confidence and satisfaction in oneself look at your
life right now whatever you've done up to this point in time your life is
working whatever you have produced it came out of you as a result of the kind
of person that you have become it's a result of your choices it's a result of
your consciousness now you have to ask yourself are you satisfied with what you
hit produce is this what you want would you like for things to be better than
this do you believe that you deserve better than this are you content this is
it you don't have to do everything anything else but you are ready to
resign yourself enlightened so well I'm happy I'm not starving like the people
in Calcutta are you allowing yourself to get off the
hook like that or do you believe somewhere in the back of your mind or in
your heart but there's some other great work for you to do there's something
else that life has for you and that's why you're here how do we handle this
fear factor how do we increase our self-esteem you have to begin to fortify
yourself how do we do that I believe that you have to begin to consciously
monitor your inner conversation and start talking to yourself start building
yourself up sometimes the only good things you will hear about you are the
things that you say to you so I'm saying learn to be your own
booster start building yourself up start encouraging yourself

that the digital currency, once a toy for computer nerds, is now soaring in price, triggering
a new gold rush.
Is it just another bubble, or a glimpse into a radically different financial future?
As Rick Falkvinge, CEO of BitCoin Cash and founder of the Swedish Pirate Party, warns
�bitcoin is an extinction-level event for banks� and probably governments too�
As we detailed earlier, less than 24 hours ago, we noted that Bitcoin had broken above
the recent resistance level around $8,300 and hit a fresh all time high of $8,650, observing
that the world�s biggest cryptocurrency by market cap is now rising at a pace that
has put the $10,000 price target by both Mike Novogratz (and Jose Canseco) firmly in its
sights.
It didn�t take long however for bitcoin to find a new round of eager buyers, and in
early Asian trading, a burst of buying out of Korea�s Bithumb exchange, has sent bitcoin
surging another several hundred dollars higher, and around midnight ET bitcoin had surpassed
$9,000, sending its market cap to $150 billion, making it more valuable than corporations
like Siemens, Mastercard or McDonald�s.
The sharp gains come as the combined market capitalization for all cryptocurrencies also
peaks at new highs � currently standing at just shy of $300 billion.
At this rate of appreciation, the crypto may hit the key psychological level of $10,000
in under a week.
Needless to say, the long term chart is about as exponential as it gets, so as usual, buyer
beware.
Bitcoin started the year just above $1,000, and the YTD gain is now over 900%, which however
pales in comparison to Ether�s nearly 5,000% YTD return and Litecoin�s 20x.
However, it�s not just Asian demand as CoinTelegraph reports that in a sign of growing mainstream
acceptance, digital currency exchange Coinbase now boasts more accounts than brokerage firm
Charles Schwab.
According to its website, Coinbase has 13 mln users while the number of Schwab brokerage
accounts stood at 10.6 mln as of the end of 2016.
These numbers don�t paint a complete picture, since the amount of assets controlled by Schwab
certainly vastly exceeds those of Coinbase users.
Nevertheless, the actual number of users indicates a massive volume of adoption, as the public
begins to dabble in cryptocurrencies.
Coinbase user numbers have grown by 167% this year.
One month ago, Mike Novogratz was the first to predict a $10,000 price in 6 to 10 months.
It may come in that many weeks instead.
As a store of value, Novogratz likened bitcoin to digital gold, and said the technology is
beginning to make �more and more sense� as we move increasingly into the digital.
Novogratz continued to say that, while bitcoin is a bubble, the mania is justified, because
it is a technological advancement that promises to fundamentally alter our lives.
�I can hear the herd coming� Novogratz said.
And bubble or not, Novogratz concluded eloquently on the extreme nature of cryptocurrencies�
potential.
�Remember, bubbles happen around things that fundamentally change the way we live,�
he said.
�The railroad bubble.
Railroads really fundamentally changed the way we lived.
The internet bubble changed the way we live.
When I look forward five, 10 years, the possibilities really get your animal spirits going.�
Bitcoin is set to become �the biggest bubble of our time,� he added, and could reach
$10,000 very soon due to fast-building interest.
In retrospect, he may be right much faster than even
he anticipated.

Timelapsing Copenhagen VLOG 1/2 - Duration: 4:20.
I'm visiting Copenhagen in these days
to make some timelapse from the city
Its a personal project I've worked on since may this year
and the third time this year I visit the city
So I plan to finish my project this time
I've just arrived at my room
and I have two days of shooting
I have quite a tight schedule today and tonight
So lets get crackin'
I've arrived at Christianshavn
And now I'm planning to make a hyperlapse..
of this church right here
Up there
my immediate plan is to make my movement here
Either forward or backward to create the motion in my hyperlapse
So I'm gonna initiate that now
Ive walked a bit further out on Christianshavn
And Ive found this location
by the channel
Its pretty cool with the boats passing by
and here's the church I shot before
So I will put up my camera here
Its close to the golden hour
so the light is gorgeous
So im thinkin' of spending an hour or so right here
I chose to put up my pan/tilt head instead
where the camera is mounted on top of this head
And it will spin the camera slowly
Its pretty cool with the channel in the foreground
And the church and the coloured buildings in the background
So now I'll let it finish and move on afterwards
I'm about to be ready to shoot a hyperlapse by the Circle Bridge
I did spend a bit of time to scout the area
because often it's not like you see it on Google Maps
so despite my preparations I often have to do a bit more scouting
so there is always a few minutes of finding the right angle for your shot
I've reached the Town Square in Copenhagen
to do a few timelapses
in the heart of the city
I've rigged up my pan/tilt-unit again
where I'm gonna start it pointing at Tivoli
and then it will move to the right to the Axel Towers over here
So Im gonna get a panoramic timelapse of the entire area
Im running a quite short interval
1,5 seconds between each shot
to capture the rapid movement and the flashing lights
Then I choose a short interval
It tells me the number of frames, remaining time and power supply
Now im gonna finish this for tonight

Goku Convinces Vegeta to Fuse to Achieve... - Duration: 4:35.
Hello and welcome back all my dragon ball theorist and the tournament of power is going
pretty well for Universe 7 suffering minimal casualties despite everything that has happened
so far.
We only have 15 minutes left and coming up more Universes suffering the ultimate fate
and that means we will start to see everyone pulling their trump card coming up in
these final moments.
Universe 4 and it's hidden fighters will demonstrate with some abilities the reason why Quitela
has been so confident.
Universe 3 has lasted this long somehow and that means they will have something planned
as well.
Then the big three from Universe 11 and the fact Jiren can start eliminating people at
any time is an looming ominous threat.
There is a chance there are some shocking eliminations for Universe 7 coming with these
imminent threats and the only choice will be to counter them with equal or overwhelming
power.
Whis has said of course the downside of fusion which is you can eliminate 2 fighters at once
and it's a big risk as we have seen with Goku wrecking Kefla with the most beautiful Kamehameha
we ever seen.
Whis has a point but if everyone starts targeting Universe 7 with the most fighters left there
might come a point of no choice in the matter.
Everyone on Universe 7 then could be at risk.
So do we dare use the Potara and who should use them?
Well I don't think Universe 7 will need to use them anytime soon but we are looking more
so down the road and there might not be that many fighters left for Universe 7.
Desperate times call for desperate measures.
So Beerus finally will give in and throw the Potara earrings onto the stage and reluctantly
Vegeta will of course not want to fuse.
It isn't something new he hates it but if Goku
and both Vegeta having to deal with Jiren it might be the only way.
Except Vegeta's confidence to want to test his power on his own will come into play and
he will need to be convinced by Goku.
There is something Vegeta wants to add to his power and that is the ability to use Ultra
Instinct.
Something that is triggered by breaking through your shell when pushed beyond your limits.
Except Vegeta seems to want to achieve this consciously and that is his only mistake recently
since not even Goku has achieved that.
Vegeta is fully capable of learning Ultra Instinct but he just hasn't been pushed yet
like Goku has.
So is there another option?
Goku can now offer a fusion with Vegeta where they become one and together they use the
unrivaled power of Vegito.
Except the bait here will be Goku telling Vegeta that come on you want to use Ultra
Instinct don't you.
Of course Vegeta doesn't want to use it like this but the Universe is on the line and Whis
will say that it could be a good idea for them to tap into each others powers and at
this point there might not be another option.
So hesitantly Vegeta and Goku fuse yet again to form Vegito and of course it is nothing
short of amazing except the promise that Goku gave to Vegeta falls short.
As Goku doesn't yet know how to consciously use Ultra Instinct himself.
Vegeta annoyed fused again with Goku says in his Vegito voice well this matters not.
Our power won't be defeated except with remaining fighters like Jiren and we don't know yet
what is hiding from Universe 4 they could have some issues in fighting them if they
really do have crazy abilities.
Vegito is difficult to defeat but they aren't able to seal the deal and eliminate these
fighters either and separate when trying to use their power to it's full potential just
like against Merged Zamasu.
Except now defused both Vegeta and Goku will be pushed to their most maximum and Whis starts
to notice something truly wonderful happen.
Goku and Vegeta are not only working perfectly together but Vegeta has achieved Ultra Instinct
for himself, except it isn't like Goku's.
Where Goku had mastery of defensive self movement Vegeta has actually attained the mastery of
unconsciously attacking.
Now the final moments of the tournament will showcase the combined powers and Goku and
Vegeta working together with their new powers to fight and defend what they love at all
cost.
Well of course this is just a fun way it could play out and I hope you enjoyed this story
