Challenge your creativity!!! how to recycle a Plexiglas frame holder // DIY - Duration: 1:39.
Hello, hello guys! As usual, Mr. ATC for another idea of housing!
A lot of people are often asking me advice on what can we recycle and how to do it.
Today I would like to challenge your creativity…
One of the basic things with recycling is first to know what you need and then how can you make it happen…
For example take this plexiglas frame holder that I found in the street by the way…
It's not good at all…
It's amazing how many good things we just throw away and that's very sad!
Remember guys, we need to stop just throwing away stuff and refurbish and recycle as much as possible…
A lot of things can be recycled today and broken down into single materials
Another great tip for you is to check online how you could recycle a specific item
There is a lot of great website showing some cool ways how to upcycle things…
So now let's go back to the plexiglass frame holder...
In a few days, I will be showing you what you could do to recycle it.
And believe me it's going to be very cool
You could even be surprised!
But now the most important question is: What do you think can be created out of this???
Before showing you the final result, I would love to read your comments and ideas.
So come on go in the comment field now and share your ideas with us!
Then I will be back to you in a few days! See you soon!

3D dekor tollak // 3D Decor Pen - Duration: 2:52.
3D DECOR PENS
The thick, slow-spreading, water-based paints are used to make dots, and line decorations onto almost any surface
They are available in five metal and nine transparent colors, and in black and white
It sticks excellently to glass and porcelain surfaces as well...
Burning is not necessary; the decorations become dishwasher-resistant after 3 days of drying
You can also use them on painted surfaces
Make free-hand drawing onto a carefully cleaned, openable acrylic ball...
Draw a bordure pattern from foliation and dots by a crystal color 3D decor pen
You can also combine it by Heavy Body Gel to glaze it...
to create beautiful Christmas tree ornaments
Attach a heart shape to the handle of a mug, cut from self-adhesive foil
Make dots around the heart by a golden 3D decor pen...
then continue along the edge of the handle, and on the side of the mug, around the pattern
As you progress away from the heart, make smaller dots, and you can also use silver color...
then take the foil off
Put a stencil onto a textile bag and draw its lines by a pencil
Draw lines over the pencil marks by a 3D decor pen
Use black, white or metal colors on a dark textile
Wait until drying, then put the pattern to a soft base and iron it from the backside (for 30 seconds, using cotton temperature)
or let the pattern dry for 1 week, so you can wash it in a washing machine (using gentle wash)
The patterns drawn by the 3D decor pen can be decorated further
Draw a pattern onto an unpainted picture frame, using any color
After drying, paint the entire frame by dark gold Delicate acrylic paint
After its drying, apply black antiquing paint...
and wipe it off using a cloth soaked by antiquing paint remover
And then apply a little white antiquing paint by a dry brush
On the face of the frame, that is painted by Mirror mist spray...
highlight the outlines of the stencil pattern by a gold color 3D decor pen

Namaskar. Welcome to www.mrunalinee.com
Today we will make Masala Khichdi
If you enjoy my recipes don't forget to like , share and subscribe
Let's start today's recipe
Raw rice - 1 cup
Yellow lentils / Moong dal - 3/4 cup
Chopped carrot
Beans
Tomato
Coriander leaves
Green chili - 2
Curry leaves
Grated ginger
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cloves
Cinnamon
Black pepper corn
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Salt
Asafoetida or hing
Wash the rice and lentil together
Keep it aside
Turn on the flame and heated up the pressure cooker
Put 2 tbsp of ghee in it
Add cumin , cloves , cinnamon and black pepper
Stir it
Now add green chili and curry leaves
Add grated ginger in it
Here I have not used onion and garlic in this dish
But, you can add at this time if you desire
Keep the flame low - medium
Here the raw smell of ginger has gone
Then put a pinch of asafoetida or hing
Now add all the vegetables except coriander leaves
Put little salt
It's been 2 minutes
Add turmeric powder and garam masala
Now add the washed rice and lentils, then mix it
Instead of yellow lentils you can also use pigeon peas or red lentils
Add chopped coriander leaves
Put salt according to your taste and mix well
Now pour 2½ glass of water in it
Stir it
Here the water is started boiling
Now cover it with the lid
Cook it on high flame for 1 whistle and then 3 whistles on medium flame
Then turn off the flame
Once the cooker cool down completely, open the lid carefully
Here rice and lentils are nicely cooked
Now mash it little by a spoon like I have shown
It is done
But, here it looks thick for me
So I am adding more 1/2 glass of water in it
You can adjust the consistency by adding the required water in it
Let it simmer for few seconds
Like this
Now turn off the flame
And take it out into a serving bowl
Masala khichdi is ready to serve now
You can have it with papad or with pickle
So try this recipe at home
And share with me your experience
Thank you

Best Textbooks For Learning Russian – Лучшие учебники РКИ - Duration: 8:01.
Hello everyone! Today we're having a little bit unusual video
because I'm not alone here
here is beautiful Anastasia Semina
amazing and professional teacher of the Russian language as a foreign language
She teaches it in school... Right?
I also do individual lessons and I teach on Skype
But I also have a YouTube channel to see the link
Yes! Check out the description box of this video
to Anastasia's channel, she has amazing videos
and also... we're at her place now
and she has an amazing collection of Russian language textbooks
and she's ready to share her opinion about these books
but we're going to speak in Russian
so right now you should go to the settings and turn on English subtitles
if you don't understand us
So, now...
Ok, well...
First I want to tell you about a textbook
titled "Tochka.ru"
It's a new textbook, and I like it because it's very bright
Look, here are many colourful pictures and illustrations
Also I like that this book is well structured
When a student opens a lesson... For example, lesson 2.3
he knows what grammar he's studying now
for example, in this lesson he learns the verbs that demand accusative case
Verb plus the accusative case of nouns
also they use vocabulary about hobbies
and each lesson is like that
both teacher and student know what they're studying
this textbook also includes a workbook
which contains very many exercises
for each topic from the textbook
So the lesson in the textbook and in the workbook, they...
I'll say it in a different way
Each lesson in the workbook corresponds with a lesson in the textbook
so a student, after completing some topic
can consolidate knowledge properly
And where can foreigners buy this textbook?
Foreigners can buy this book on the website
we'll write it here
the authors of this book live in Switzerland
but as far as I know they can ship textbooks from Moscow
And to Europe from Switzerland it will be faster and easier
And cheaper
Another textbook I want to tell about...
It doesn't look that neat already
because I've been using it a lot, and many of my students used it with me
we work with those who just start
oh, by the way, about that book
The textbook "Tochka.ru" is also for those who have level A1 and just start learning
from the alphabet, from the very basics
those who learn the language from scratch. From zero
The "Russian souvenir" textbook is also for those who starts learning from scratch
total beginners
And if you compare these two textbook, this one has a "slower pace"
The pacing is slower, but it doesn't mean that there's no enough material
it's just more comfortable for those who want to learn
with smaller portions of information
Now I'll show how the textbook looks
Show yourself there
It's in the next one, part 2
for example, here is a topic Health
again it's obvious what vocabulary a student learns,
there's a rubric "New vocabulary"
some grammar constructions
and some very...
and useful phrases and constructions for conversations
for example "How to show that you're in pain"
or "How to call a taxi" or "How to call to a restaurant and book a table"
so, some important constructions for the beginning level,
to survive in the Russian speaking country
Just like the "Tochka.ru", the "Russian souvenir" is very colourful
very many illustrations
very nice to touch, like some magazine
Yes, the quality is great
This book also has a workbook, and both textbooks also have a very good audio material
Also I use this old textbook
"Jili-byli"
it's black and white, not like the modern textbooks
but I like that in the very beginning student learn to read
and students can do it even without a tutor
So there are no Latin letters, right?
No, there's absolutely nothing, not a single word in English
From the very beginning there are letters
vowels, consonants
syllables and some short words
simple of course: mama, papa, we and so on
And the audio material for this book is complete, so a student can learn by himself
and just to repeat. listen and repeat, listen and repeat
In this textbook the structure is on the more difficult level
on more difficult lessons... It's not...
not that well organised, I think
that's why now I prefer these textbooks
But for the first lessons I like how here they teach students to read
This textbook also includes a workbook and the audio
For beginners I like to use the book "Little casket"
In this book there is a collection...
This book is a collection of tales
Here are some stories that are short
and written in the easy Russian language
let's open this tale for example
"What's their profession"
These short texts
And here they give different words with English translations
After each text they have exercises to check yourself and practice
the new material
And what I like most, these texts are grouped by level, and also by cases
The first one...
First 8-10 texts are for the nominative case
then prepositional case, accusative case and so on
And further we go, the texts become more difficult
So these were the books for the beginners
it's approximately levels A1-A2
And in the next video we'll talk about... something more difficult
Yes, something like B1
Yes, so don't miss the part 2 of this video
Bye-bye for now! Bye!

LIVE WITHOUT LIMITS (Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins & Les Brown) Motivation video - Duration: 47:02.
The fear of bodily harm that's legitimate when I was a disc jockey in
Columbus Ohio you know I was young right 22 23 I thought I was tough and I was on
the air and Al Green who was a great performer at that time and still is now
now singing gospel music had a record his first hit record was backup train so
a guy came in the town and was impersonating Al Green I happened to
know al green because I'd already booked him and so when I found out this guy was
impersonating algorri I came on the air and did an editorial about it and I
exposed him he was rather big fellow and so he had the word out that when I see
this guy less drama this jock I'm a knockin my mouth with having a big mouth
so I was driving down Main Street in Columbus Ohio had my son in the car and
I always had this little saying hey if anybody will put a threat on me I'm
gonna make a Monterey so I saw this guy on the street side pull around
I said excuse me I'll be right back got out the car and say hey man I heard you
said that you were looking for me I'm les brown he said you are say yeah I
said what is it I'm the one that said that you are an imposter I said I want
to know what you're gonna do about it he open his coat he had a gun there I say
but whatever I said to hurt your field
acknowledge your fear scare yourself accordingly and do what makes sense for
you well one major fear I've always had it's
a fear of dentists and this fear had me I didn't have that fear and what really
enforced it you got to watch things that can feed your fear I saw a movie that
most people would not remember this movie was starring Dustin Hoffman era
thon man with Laurence Olivier when he's trying to get a confession out of him
and he took this drill out let me tell you someone he went in dumped my
Hoffman's mouth with that drill I had a dollar worth of popcorn that pop go
whatever do you know I could not go to the dentist for five years I had left
broadcasting went to the Ohio Legislature had an impacted wisdom tooth
now that hurts and I would call and soon as the people would answer the phone I
would hang up that's not fighting about dr. Hamlet office boom I'd hear then I
got to the point where I could just ask for an appointment hello and I wouldn't
give my real name because I knew I would go keep I'm giving anybody a Joe jiggly
gym it gets better the first time I got to the point where I could give my name
it was about four years after that you know so my name is les fine then I'll
call back and say look here due to my legislative agenda I won't be able to
make it so the lady finally said no function you're scared aren't you I said
no I'm not you said then why don't you come in Assassin none of your biz
she said you're not coming in because you're scared I wish you just would not
waste our time and she hung up I said you have no right to do that to people I
agree you know so finally it'll make a long this short I was hurting so bad as
a waiter but I've got to do something and I said what am I afraid of go there
and handle that's it man I said dr. hammer I just can't hear this drill I
mean you can do whatever I just don't I don't need to hear this drill this drill
that sound you know that's the what gets me that drill don't pull that drill out
on me he said just calm down karna and it wasn't really bad as I thought it was
one of the things you find out that when you face your fears it's not as bad as
you think it is and when people tell you I just can't do that I can't handle I
mean really really I can't have it what they're envisioning is that they're not
going to be if they're gonna clock out like you're going to die guess what we
all that occasions when we confronted our fears we had to do something we felt
uncomfortable with we didn't want to do it and we did not die they didn't come
take us and put us in a box somewhere am i right so what we've got to begin to do
how do we handle that what's the process because it's all up in here one I think
is imagine the worst-case scenario I just imagined that he went in my mouth
and with this drill and that I just croaked out
then I imagine that's the worst case scenario then I had another technique I
used visualize yourself being more than able and capable of handling it and I
used to have a tremendous inferiority complex about speaking before people
that I felt who had more going for them than I did because I'm not college
trained I used to feel that college people were the most intelligent people
on the planet and there was nothing I had to say for them and what would I
what will they listen to me for and that's the way I felt and so I had to
visualize myself speaking before them speaking before various audiences that
had more going for them than I did and realize and appreciate my own value and
that I was a worthwhile person even though I didn't have all going for me I
don't have the money I didn't have the education that they had so part of the
process is seeing yourself being worthy being capable having what you need to
make your worthwhile person and that you more than able and that you deserve to
be listened to or you deserve to have that dream and that passion whatever it
is that you see and envision that you've got to see it in your mind's eye and
know that you've got what it takes repeat after me please
I must see and my mind's I see myself confronting my fears handling my fears
I'm more than able shake somebody's hand on your right and left and say you got
the right stuff
so what do these people need to get started why aren't there starting we all
know the answers fair but the difference with you guys or me or anybody's
followed through is we're more afraid of to what life would be like if we don't
follow through then the person is willing to settle for what they got and
kind of hope it'll change and maybe purchase something for the moment and
then not follow through with it it's almost like people overachievers have a
little more fear they're a little more afraid of missing out they're afraid of
not being there or they got a strong enough reason to follow through so I'd
say if you looking at home you want to get somebody some value go where do I
start I'm sick of this that's a damn good place that's probably what they
bought the product in the first place but now from that for just a minute what
that they bought they bought the product just escaped from that stay just feel
over here so cuz it was well guess what what makes people exciting is progress
you don't have to be at the goal yet to feel alive again you have to be progress
in the first up to progress and make a decision of behind the product but then
you don't do the second step which is open the damn thing up I think another
powerful distinction that you're hitting on here is the fact that a lot of people
that have breakthroughs in their lives like including Frank and I both in
different you know success stories situations whatever you want to call
them is that you know people typically hit rock-bottom
yeah before that must is a reality you're right so in thinking of that you
know cuz a lot of things as well like we hear in marketing you know like if you
had a gun to your head right now and you had to make money in the next you know
48 hours what would you do and that really resonates with people but so I
just wanted to bring this into the conversation because I think a big part
of the market of all these people aren't people that have their backs completely
against the wall yes that's right okay so they're not in a must situation yet
they're in a desire situation where they're okay in their lives they do have
big dreams and ambitions they do want greater things but it's not pushing them
yet to the point where they will do what it takes to master some us so what do
you think how how do people go from not having their backs against the wall when
they have no choice to say I'm totally sick of this right to to conditioning
their minds to go from their situation where they always may be okay yeah to
getting something greater well you'll think about this what pisses you off and
what excites you is all relative you know 300 hours a week no $2,500 this
excites him more that memory to this day than even the million bucks you know you
did it first 24-hour version right or you break in the form in a mile million
bucks I've been out of your mind tell me about that for a second what did that
feel like you make a million bucks in 24 hours nobody in history of the
Internet's done you for it yeah just unbelievable
what was your wasn't even about the money that's exactly right that's
exactly what really about the money know what something like oh that's how many
cars I can buy it just wasn't it was just it was just breaking through like
another like barrier of progress so at that point was it about you back to your
wall at that point what it was really about other point for my fear is what
really wants for the point where you fear and for some people and I think in
some cases it's also a recognition of Who I am and what I'm capable of so for
somebody whose life it's already great this is a bad what if I could take on
another skill that could create more freedom for my life and just stand I'm
not having to go out and try and do it all perfectly right now what I'm gonna
do for the next eight weeks I'm gonna do what we pray a little ritual I'm gonna
do one thing a day to condition my mind right so let's go so I thought through
I'm gonna read so I'm gonna listen to something I'm gonna immerse myself I'm
gonna go for an intense jog or I'm gonna go lift weights but I'm gonna do it
consciously to get in a state where I'm gonna follow through because people
follow through when you're in state whatever it takes to get you to try
harder read more set your goals and go for it
here's the next attitude disease over caution some people never will have much
they're too cautious now you can also be too reckless but you can also be too
cautious this is called the timid approach to life
and my caution was always the risk risk used to drive me right up the wall
I used to say what if this happens it's called the language of the poor what if
this happens and on top of that if this was to happen look at the fix I be and I
better not try I could always ace myself out then I'll
tell you what changed my whole life when I finally discovered it's all risky the
minute you were born it got risky if you think trying is risky wait till they
hand you the bill for not trying if you think investing is risky wait till you
get the tab for not investing see it's all risky get married is risky having
children is risky going into business is risky investing your money is risky it's
all risky I'll tell you how risky life is you're not gonna get out alive
that's risky the Englishman says well if that's the way it's gonna work out let's
give it a go right that's what it's for give it a go
somebody says yeah but I'm looking for safety and security
fine then huddle in a corner we'll cover you with a sheet bring you three meals a
day and we'll protect you feed you look after you care for you we
won't let anything happen to you and you'll probably live to be 100 the guy
said yeah I'd live to be 100 but what a way to live right what a way to live
safe and secure dog ask for security ask for adventure better to live 30 years
full of adventure than 100 years safe in the corner and see it's not important
how long you live what's important is how you live
here's the next attitude disease we're almost through at this monthly list in
fact we're almost through hang on the next one is pessimism
pessimism the deadly disease of always looking on the bad side the problem side
the difficult side checking all the reasons why I can't be done the poor
pessimist leads and bug you they like he doesn't try to figure out what's right
he tries to figure out what's wrong he doesn't look for virtue he looks for
faults and when he finds him he's delighted how this is the poor guy looks
through the window doesn't see the sunset he sees the speck from the will
and this is the poor guy right who rushes up take such leave of his senses
this guy rushes up me says I've got five good reasons why I won't work he's so
dumb he doesn't know all he needs one he's got five
to the pessimist the glass is always half-empty to the optimist the glass is
half-full why would the same measure affect people two different ways answer
it all depends on how you look at it our lives are mostly affected by the way
we think things are not the way they are the way we think they are affects us
most and so you know what most people go through life running scared running
scared from things that have no teeth in them because their false expectations
appearing real that's it we are brilliant enough to
scare ourselves to death you realize that there are some people actually who
get a kick out of scaring themselves to death I remember the last frightening
movie I saw it was the Exorcist I will never forget I was so frightened when I
came home I'll never forgot drove in the driveway and I had already called my
former wife and said listen turn the lights on I was coming in the driveway
and I and I was getting out of the car and all of a sudden I couldn't get out
of sup blow my horn I said madam when they got me they got me she came to the
kitchen when I said take your seat belt moves fool
I was freaked out of my wits but there are a lot of people who think you're on
for that love I'm a person that my brother is a paratrooper my twin brother
he's in the military career man I would love to jump out of an airplane
to parachute I'm scared though I mean I really admire
my brother for that I would really love to be macho man like that what are the
things that you fear that's been keeping you from living your dream that's been
keeping you from doing some things that you would like to do just think about
those things and how do we begin to handle that Abraham Maslow said that the
life is about growth and he said you could either go back to your comfort
zone and there you won't find any growth or you must Willie be willing to go
forward then face your fears again and again and again because you're never
going to have a fear free existence I mean some fear is acceptable and
legitimate there are some things that you you really should be afraid of now
you shouldn't allow it to immobilize you you acknowledge it you take it into
account and you carry yourself accordingly there are times that we
should proceed with caution but it's the difference between being stopped by fear
it's the difference between having a fear and the fear having you so what do
we do one acknowledgeable and knowing that it's okay don't condemn yourself
for being afraid it's perfectly fine to have some fears you acknowledge your
fears you embrace those fears and then you move on
you act on whatever it is that you fear because once you embrace it see what you
resist will persist what you resist will persist so one of the most important
things is is to begin to embrace your fear second I'm going to get clear about
why this is a must for me circles my backs against the wall but because I
wanna master your life that could create some freedom I'm not gonna mastered
overnight but I got the system I got the plan
what do one thing a day I'm gonna work on one subject week this week is gonna
be figuring out with the right product or industry is next week gonna be basics
of building traffic and each week I want to make a little progress and I'm gonna
get to a goal whatever that is I'm gonna make a thousand bucks
my 300 bucks in a week I'm gonna get through my twenty five hundred that
first twenty five hundred is the most excited done believe the first three
hundred dollars life-changing look the most like thing I remember I was
supposed to be a truck driver like in twenty four thousand a year because I'd
be making the most anybody my family never failed that work out for you real
well thank God I'm not on the truck right I think you could pull my finger
but I could do it with my teeth I could pull my teeth right thirty six grand a
year was the golf I could make three grand in a month why did that was out of
my mind and then it was like could I make ten grand a month then it was ten
grand in a day that 100 grand a day then could I make a million dollars in a day
every day with me four hundred million dollars in a day and stock my the
company took public my personal stock probably after I did it though it
doesn't really count right people I remember who's first Tony
they told me when I was on stage I had this audience of about 15,000 people the
Continental Center was during a stretch break I was doing they loved rocking the
house series going crazy and they gonna shoot your ass for a million bucks right
now it's like wow that's cool like okay that's not only so stupid it's like
what's next and I went right back to what I loved once you break through then
it just becomes a game the people that are getting your products have not yet
broken through in most cases the breakthrough happens by conditioning
your mind every day by feeding it a role model or story it's putting yourself in
a pig state you follow through by getting physically strong it's creating
a little ritual of doing a little bit each day and then you get momentum the
most important thing along too if you start out with why absolutely why is it
a must for you it doesn't have to be here against the wall but it has to be
something you're hungry for because the only difference in people is hunger and
if you're not hungry get around people that are hungry and something will hit
you you look launched a conversation you get around people that doing better and
all of a sudden you start going my life sucks I mean when I went to a
guy in LA it's one of the most multi-billionaire guys I'll never forget
and I lived in the Del Mar castle and I was really proud that was like the
symbol of me having picked myself from being poor to providing for my family
this great place built from castles in Europe overlooking the ocean not far
from you and I went this guy's house he's billionaire he took me down to his
wine cellar how many great wine went through this whole thing at the end
of the night I was depressed I lived in the Del Mar tenement as far as I was
concerned I really was I was like I live in a crappy place and all my standards
changed all sudden I wasn't a little settle for living that all of a sudden
my back was to the wall in a different way because as a man I knew was capable
of more so people can change their standard by getting around where it's
better people can change their standard by getting associated what's true like
the bills they got to solve the problems they got to do it or they can do it
because they're excited because there's something new they want to take off
everyone's different but they gotta find the why and they got to come up with
some daily rituals to get them going and just it was tough at the time that's
what you get momentum one of the major things she'll taught me when I met him
he said poor thinking habits keeps most people poor not poor working campus most
people work hard but they don't think hard and she'll taught me that the mind
is like a factory on mental factory and whatever you think about all day long
pours ingredients into this mental factory and that's what builds the
economic social financial fabric of your life
he quoted me a Bible phrase that says as you think so you become how awesome when
he talked about poor thinking habits he had me I used to start the day reading
the morning newspaper I mean you believe that or not I'd get a cup of coffee read
the paper I'd load up on wars and riots and
murders and stabbings and killings and bank robberies and muggings and car
wrecks and tragedies I'd even read the back pages I seem to like that stuff for
some weird reason I've laid upon all that and then I start the day you can
imagine the kind of days I used to have you walk around on your financial needs
they call you economic peewee the guy says I want to be a great leader
wonderful the first thing we do is following to his house when we get there
we walk in and check his library number one
somebody says well why check his library the reason is because what a man reads
pours massive ingredients into his mental factory and the fabric of his
life is built from those ingredients you would not believe what some people have
got in their house to read you would not believe one of the best dressed up words
I know for a lot of it is trash can you imagine dumping a bale of trash into
this mental factory every day and coming out with a rich dynamic positive life it
can't be done you might as well try making a cake with cement the kids back
in Danbury Connecticut high school they're asking me questions one day I'm
talking to the kids kids got good questions he says one of them said to me
mr. Owen how do you build the good life I said it's simple it's not easy but
it's simple here's how you build anything select the right ingredients
keep out the wrong ingredients and it starts with thought
everything starts with thought so you must be wise and careful what you think
about because that starts everything you gotta be wise and careful I asked the
kids what would happen if somebody dropped sugar in my coffee they said
will you'd be okay I said what if somebody dropped
strychnine in my coffee they said well you'd be dead
I said correct lesson 1 life is both sugar and strychnine you gotta be
careful I said what if my worst enemy drops in the sugar they said will you be
okay I said what if my best friend even by accident drops in the strychnine they
said well you'd be dead I said correct lesson two watch your car
you got to be careful see it doesn't matter who hands you the bad stuff it
doesn't matter where you get the bad stuff it'll still do its damage on your
bank account wherever you get it so you know think about what's the Holy Grail
between somebody taking action or not it's one word certainty when somebody is
absolutely certain they'd you know the common war to believe right but you know
you can believe in a general level or you can believe what's certain when
you're absolutely certain that if I do this it's gonna get that result and that
results gonna change my life you'll do it when you think it absolutely is not
gonna work you're never gonna do the middle no-man's land of maybe it'll work
maybe it won't that's the piece that kills people right so if it's a must for
you you got to make it work that in our case right that's an example there's
none of us for you and you're not sure you don't know what to do so I years ago
I'd look around to say okay how do people get themself to follow through
they haven't been following through know what's the difference and I started
eating in hundreds of people literally eventually thousands go to have
thousands of my then so I'd ask the group to give me the feedback they came
up with his mom looks like the holy grail of beliefs or the holy grail of
Momentum's like the difference between what makes the rich get richer the poor
get poorer right and the difference melanie was mindset then I counted that
bill so this is like a stupid little fucking box it's a little scribble your
for you you think about the first thing that determines whether you can do
something or not and I put that this first box at the top here on the left
side it's potential like what's the potential of the other day like when you
guys started you proved something no one had done history around the form and
I forgot Lino's how many centuries they're trying to run a four-minute mile
roger bannister does it how did he do it do you remember you did in this industry
right you made a million bucks in a day no one had ever done that in history
right after you did it a bunch of the guys are doing in case we can't possibly
roger bannister didn't just go physically practice and made a shift in
his hat he practiced in his head because he
could never achieve it physically so he had a change in his head first that the
result became certain enough he believed it and then his body got him through
after roger bannister in their four-minute mile within two years 37
people right before that well no one in history ever done here's how it works
the potential for anybody getting your product is extraordinary
they can do what you've done as much more or less making whatever they want
to do the potentials their markets proven them whether that they happen the
potential has a lot to do with what action they take which is the question
of kingdoms right like you know copy those potential but we're not taking
action and we all know that the action that day is going to turn their votes
again that's pretty obvious so most people have a belief about what
their real potential is matter what you tell them and that affects how much
action they take and of course that affects the result and then ironically
that result reinforces their belief mr. shelf gave me one of the greatest
phrases when I first met him when he said gym every day stand guard at the
door of your mind
how important stand guard at the door of your mind and you decide what goes into
your mental factory don't let anybody just dump anything they want to in your
mental factory because you've got to live with the results okay here's the
last disease and we're through with this list
in fact we're almost through hang on the last subject is very brief the last
disease but this one is deadly engage in this one indulge in it even slightly and
you might as well forget the future because it's gonna forget you
complaining crying whining griping a Bible word called murmuring see that
will ace your future spend five minutes complaining and you have wasted five and
you may have begun what's known as economic cancer of the bone surely they
will soon haul you off into a financial desert and there let you choke on the
dust of your own regret I hope I said that well so you won't forget it's a
deadly disease if you don't think it's bad ask the children of Israel of Old
Testament faith typical of us all their story just happened to get in the book
story says children of Israel were slaves God performed a series of
dazzling miracles and got him out and now they're heading for the Promised
Land remember the story heading for the Promised Land tragedy of
the story they never got there reason from day one they started to
complain they griped about the water they griped about the weather
they whined and cried and griped about the food they griped about the
leadership they've whined and cried because it was too far too cold too hot
too difficult too miserable I mean they wide and whined and cried for years
finally God said I've had it trip cancelled or something like that
the story says they died in the desert never got to the promised land
which i think means two things indulging this long enough you get your
Futurecast and I guess it also means even God Himself can only take so much
okay
just be on the lookout of the things that can destroy all the good you start
the war is on and this evening tomorrow mentally personally socially
economically you got to make sure you're winning the war and this is part of it
in the belief exits I'll give an example let's say a person has unlimited
potential we all agree but they take little action little results why cuz
they have to start let a problem with their belief they don't believe it's
really gonna happen for me maybe for Frank Kearns because it got the cool
hair and stuff or maybe it's for you because you're so driven but it's not me
maybe Tony Robbins because she's a freak got these big teeth whatever their
thought process is right they got this thing right but what happens is if you
believe that there's very little potential how much action you're gonna
take and when you take a little potential with a little action what kind
of results you get lousy little results we need a little results what does that
do to your belief because see I told you this was a waste of time soldier this
wouldn't work and then what happens you tap even less potential to take even
less actually even worse results and your belief gets even weaker and this
sucker feeds on itself until you are in a downward spiral poisonous it's
poisonous and it's self-fulfilling now what if something could happen that
come along and fill you with a sense of absolute certainty not like I believe
but mean where you know and you guys this case mine as well we knew because
we had to because we burned the boats there was no other option we had to find
a way we that we weren't gonna live that way we all did it in different ways and
for different reasons but in essence that was it if you get yourself in a
state of certainty that this is gonna work I'm gonna find the way and if this
doesn't work I will make the way then you tap a lot more potential and when
you're serving your potential you take massive action when you take massive
action you really believe in some things you get great results when you get great
results your brain goes see I told you I was a stud I told you this thing would
work out not even strong you have more potential take greater IQ better results
that's how you went from 300 bucks in a week to 2500 five days to a hundred
thousand and a month to a million bucks in a day same thing with you and we get
momentum sweetie rich get richer the poor get poorer now some people go out
they go I'm gonna take a bunch of action all
right I'm gonna open this product gonna try it they'll say to you I even did it
but it's like the salesman who goes and knocks on the door he knocks on a
hundred doors and says and even if he doesn't say it verbally his face says it
because he doesn't believe it's gonna work so his voice his body the execution
is so weak maybe if he talks 200 people somebody's gonna buy on a pity he's
gonna want his kids to starve right but he's not gonna get the result so the
core difference in people is how do you produce certain day when the world isn't
giving it to you you go out and try and you're trying your case you're a hundred
thousand and that nothing's working how do you keep yourself going the way you
did it the way I did it the way you're doing it we mean I've done it
consciously is we didn't change our potential that
was there and it wasn't even taking more action taking more action with beliefs
not gonna works not gonna change anything we got results in our head that
made us feel certain as if it had already happened
true or false for you sure all right so give me an example some people know I'm
not just making this crap up well I mean just like when I had nothing I already
knew I was driving like Ferraris and Porsches and stuff because I always
wanted those cars I already knew I was going to have them it was inevitable
right I never - no that was just my inevitable outcome but how did you do
that did you have a ritual did you think about it regularly was that one time you
thought about it or was it something you had an obsession towards I had an
obsession towards it I mean I used to go I weren't used to work in a video store
which is the last job I ever had in my life thank God and I used to go to work
almost every day and I used to bring two magazines with me to read on my breaks
entrepreneur magazine just to read about business everything else to read about
what other people are doing look for role models and I used to carry an auto
trader with me and I used to look at Porsches that were for sale and people
always used to ask me what are you doing with that auto trader magazine I'm like
well I'm just picking out the Porsche that I'm going to buy
which probably got you a lot of crap people made fun of me here I actually
had a boss at that job tell me you know you really shouldn't do that to yourself
John because it's it's very very likely that that is never gonna happen that
it's very likely that you you're never going to have that car yeah that's
that's the kind of belief he was trying to put in my head see when you begin to
understand and acknowledge your fear and you go forth anyhow
you go forth in his spirit and uh knowing that there's a way that you can
begin to handle this there's a way out here somewhere there's a solution what
it is that you're seeking that you have the capacity to whatever comes up to
handle it to face it and rather than feeling powerless you begin to feel
powerful see when all of the major downsizings that are taking place around
this country there are a lot of people who are biting their fingers and fear
that they might lose their jobs but there are few people who have decided
within themselves I'm going to make it some people aren't waiting to be cut
some people are moving on their home because they feel within themselves I've
got what it takes to make it they're not afraid about tomorrow because of how
they see themselves because of what they feel that they deserve because of what
they feel that they can create for themselves because these people have
decided as they look at the future as they look at themselves there's a way
where there's a will there's a way for me to begin to create a way out of no
way and when you have that kind of
consciousness when you have that kind of spirit nothing can stop me nothing what
would your life be like as you look toward the future if you decided I'm not
going to allow my peers to stop me what would your life be like what would your
future be like if you decided to to want that which you desire so strongly that
it prepares you pass your fears that you experience to fear as the one book says
feel the fear and do it anyway what would your life be like and I'm saying
to you that all of us who have been in tuned by fear have the capacity to
resurrect ourselves and to resurrect our dreams
and you have is it easy no it's not easy can I do it yes what's one of the ways
to get started some of us need somebody to hold our hands sometimes we need
somebody to help us out be willing to say I don't know be willing to reach out
be willing to get some assistance to take you to the next level of what great
athlete you never expect boxes to make profound statements I think was Joe
Frazier who said this one he says all of us are like the blind man at some point
in our lives standing on the corner waiting for somebody to lead us across
to all of us at some point in our lives need some help need someone to reach out
to us to find the Lifeline to help us go across some treacherous waters that we
couldn't navigate by ourselves none of us do it by ourselves all of us
have some part of our lives we need that kind of help we need that kind of
assistance because we grow up from the people we have in our lives that can
enrich our lives and personally professionally spiritually and all the
dimensions of our lives we don't grow in a vacuum so you look at yourself what
are fears you have it may be you need some help and strengthening yourself in
that area as you assess your strengths and your weaknesses that you begin to
improve yourself and your passions and your dreams and your goals and the
things that you want if you decide to experience all of your true potential if
you decide to manifest all of your greatness and you decide wait a minute
what what else is available to me out here if I decided to experience the fear
of rejection the fear of no the fear of failure the
fear of standing by myself what else is available of taking a chance of fear of
losing it all what else is available to me that will bring some extra meaning
and value the fear of people not liking the you know how many people do things
they don't want to do because they want everybody to like them everybody's not
good at like you excuse me special announcement
everybody's not going to like you know that's it's just not that kind of world
but you know that a lot of people who won't take positions on issues who won't
take a stand for things they believe in who won't speak up for themselves
because they don't want to make anybody mad Oh Bill Cosby he said I don't know
what the secret of success is he said but here's what I know what the secret
of failure trying to reason
you can't breathe in it but there people have the fear of rocking the boat so
they just go along and I just go along well how do you feel well I don't really
want to say how many of you know people like that
raise your head if they're not truly experiencing life what do you really
want to do well I don't like this but I guess I'll go ahead on and do now the
life is too short for them to shut and unpredictable moseying through not try
to disturb anything not trying to shake anything up not trying to make any waves
you see there are some people who who come through the universe and their
level of contribution and the level of energy they manifest is so small so
inconspicuous that when they go you won't even know they left I mean they're
people who died on jobs and and you same where's John Oh jump and did six miles
you're kidding I guess we did this but there's some people because of their
personality because of their contribution because of their the
investment of their time and their energy and the impact they have there
that when they go everybody will miss them so when Mother Teresa checks out
everybody will know when Rosa Parks everybody will know nessam that never
everybody will know what because of their contribution see but there's some
people because their contribution is so small no one will care
some say before you are boxed and buried decide that you're going to box and bury
your fears decide that you're going to begin to live life on a new level
seeking out new horizons that you were to find more love and more joy and more
ways to give more to life God said something I love this he says
everything a man does for himself guess what he takes with thee
but everything he does for others he leaves behind so when you begin to say
what is it that I want to leave what contribution that I want to begin to
make what difference do I want to make in life what is it that I want to do
with the rest of the life that I have left what what chances I need to take
what risks do I need to begin to embrace what fears do I need to step on what
areas of my life am i dead right now what dream you can either live your
dreams or live your fears you have got to get to a point where you say I'm sick
and tired of living like this there's gotta be more let's see that's when
people go out and strike out on their dreams that's when people get out of
relationships where they're dying together rather than growing together
that's where they leave jobs so where you going away from here
do you have another job no I don't well how are you going to make it I don't
know but I will say you will when you put yourself in that kind of situation
I'm reminded of two frogs that that were huffing down the road and they fell into
a bottle of milk and one was hopping up and down for a while and he drowned he
just gave up but there's other frog just kept on
kicking he wouldn't give up he just kept on kicking and pretty soon he churned
that milk into butter and he walked on
some saying when light catches you about a neck in but blind slap you'll laugh
but knock you down I said just keep on kicking you know and you can kick hard
out of those circumstances whatever they are not be intimidated by them repeat
after me please I'm going to keep on kicking I'm gonna cut them off is never
going to give up keep check somebody's hand on your right in love and say keep
on keepin on
I tell you you know one of the exciting things about life is you got to keep the
child in you little children tree we used to go to work with my mama we'll be
riding across time and beat you my brother have yoga that's my car
no but then after we become adults light slap you side ahead of your dad's and
then you don't dream anymore bigger Thomas in the book I'm the Invisible Man
I think it was he said the impulse to dream has been slowly beaten out of me
through the experience of life and most people ladies and gentlemen have stopped
living their dreams because of the lessons they've learned from life or
things they've picked up because we've only been born with two fears the fear
of a loud sound of the fear falling and all the other fears of fears we learn
fears we pick up whatever you scan up the life the value you brought to the
planet
what if usually you're stronger so as we begin to look toward the future and look
at what will it take for us to break through those feelings one acknowledging
the fear knowing it's all right some fear is healthy beginning to know
that your dreams your passions your drive to achieve whatever it is you want
as it has more power and meaning it will move you past your fears as you begin to
feel that you deserve it your passion and goal is so strong the fears you
begin to trust yourself and put yourself in the situation where you have to make
it happen you will make it happen ladies and gentlemen I don't believe
this I know this from my own life experience I know that you've got
greatness within you I know that you have unlimited potential in you I know
that you have something to give to the universe that was not here before you
showed up somebody said that life is God's gift to us and how we live our
lives is our gift to God what kind of gift
are you giving and what kind of gift could you give if fear wasn't an issue
and I'm saying you can have fears but don't surrender don't let your fears
have you you're more than capable of making this your decade
this is mrs. Mamie Brown's baby boy Leslie Calvin Brown saying is the

[Ryan] So, are you ready for your interview?
[Brittany] Heck, yeah!
You're just gonna ask me these questions, right?
[Ryan] Yeah.
[Brittany] Okay, I don't need that.
This is how a professional does it.
*paper ripping*
There we go.
Do I have to clean that?
[Ryan] Yes.
*laughter*
I have worked for GVC Mortgage as
a Video Production Specialist since March of 2016.
I always believe that whether you're a company or
an individual you have story to tell
and video is a great way to share that story on a wider spectrum
than just in text or in pictures
because you can experience it with your viewers as they're watching.
I'm obsessed with Chick-Fil-A and Fazoli's.
That's probably...if I could only choose two things to eat,
that's what I would live off of
and I'm a huge Flash fan.
I wear their t-shirts all the time
and I talk about it to everyone I can even if they don't watch the show.
I'm a huge family person. So, nine times out of ten, I am at home binge watching
the latest show with my brother on Netflix, or out hanging with my mom, and
my dad, sometimes we build DIY camera stuff for work.
Video basically takes place in every aspect of my life.
So even outside of work I'm doing something.
One of the questions I get a lot is,
"Why do you work for a mortgage company when you're in video production?"
And the reason... my answer for that is, because it's a mortgage company,
everyone thinks it's just loans and education and things like that.
But that's where your creative side comes in.
because you have the challenge of making things like that exciting but
also there's things that I didn't even think about that a mortgage does.
I mean, we have loan officers that go to events.
We have our corporate people helping with people in community,
and I want to show people that they're more than a mortgage company.
These are people that love their customers and love their co-workers and
that's why I like working for a mortgage company.
