guys another video on the new update in Call of Duty World War 2 anyways guys
today we're gonna be time at that 1.06 update and called any World War 2 so if
you guys are interested into that - stay tuned for the video but y'all know first
we got our all that intro alright guys so gonna straight through it today they
updated if culturally where we'll - with the patch 1.06 basically there is a lot
of passion notes in here you know fixing a lot of the multiplayer issues there's
a lot of them we all know that you know just joining up on people headquarters
they actually fill the old quarters now so whenever you basically click
multiplayer is gonna say headquarters public match and then shit like that so
you won't automatically be thrown in there and yeah they just fix a lot of
the multiplayer stuff I'll show you guys the whole there's a lot of them the
whole multiplayer patch notes updates a lot I think that's the most I've ever
seen but anyway it is it's well it's what we're used to in a patch of the you
you expect that you know fix glitches and stuff like that but next we have the
multiplayer weapon tuning updates not this this is questionable
obviously the bar is way too overpowered so what they did to it is they nerfed it
again they added more recoil now I don't know why they are nerfing weapons I
don't know why they are nerfing the bar like that obviously has too much power I
don't know why they're noting the recoil outside this is gonna make it more
annoying to use either way I feel like it's still gonna be a little OPI that's
just how sledgehammer does their games they always have that one up you up and
even in a advanced warfare I was like that was
about 27 it was just Opie as oh and then we got the basic training updates the
multiplayer basic training updates now they only nerfed one of them and
obviously that's primed if you guys don't know yet there's a lot of flinch
in this game so basically prime took away a lot of that flinch and basically
everybody's running this if you're not running this before this update then I
don't know what you were doing but this is what you should have been running
because you let it less lunch and he almost won every single gunfight it was
crazy the thing that I don't understand is why they were nerf Prime and not nerf
to flinch the actual flinch in the game so now basically what's gonna be
happening basically Prime they nerfed it 85% 85% jaw so you still get that extra
attachment but you're gonna you're still gonna be kicking a lot what I don't
understand is though why would you not primed but then still keep the flinch
that makes zero sense so basically now it's even more annoying instead of you
know at least being you know not flinching now it's gonna be people
flinching left and right and losing gunfights which dumb reasons I don't
know you guys can make whatever of it you want but personally date in my
opinion they should have nerfed the flinch first then their basic the prime
basic training and then there's game battle updates just you know fake stuff
fakes little glitches if you guys you play game battles a little video that if
you guys want to go check it out I think I uploaded it yesterday then we got
campaign updates you know just little glitches in campaign as well where you
can't like choose a mission or whatever but yeah guys lets me sleep for the new

Being Quiet - Living Introverted in Extroverted World - Duration: 4:07.
Being adept in social situations is the affidavit for an all-good personality or at least this
is what is in vogue.
And to lack in it certifies your inadequacy.
In a world where outgoing personality is celebrated as much as to make the other feel inferior,
why would one even think of being a reclusive man?
Why would I be mum when merely shouting signifies for my proficiency?
Why would I be locked up alone in a room when attending fucntions , meeting people, making
contacts promise me of better career opportunities? or in simple words - Why to choke on Introversion
in this extrovert ideal world?
Introverts are often seen as an anomaly.
Like an alteration in human mutation.
As though a person in all its well being should be talkative and gregarious by nature and
those who aren't - are defective.
But what's defective though and deceptive as much is the culture that exalts such superficial
and pretentious behavior to be the gospel truth.
The culture that values presentation more than what is being presented itself.
The culture that exhorts the importance of knowing who you are with more than who you are.
But is the extroverted culture really what it appears to be or are we just playing victim
to our own folly?
Much of the extroverted culture came into prominence after the industrial revolution.
The need to have a good personality is the 20th-century invention.
There wasn't even the word "personality" in the English dictionary in the 18th century.
But with booming corporate world, people who were inside of their houses in the agricultural
society, sewing or knitting or carving or painting or writing or chafing wheat were
now made to sit in big industries with complete strangers.
The liberty to work on one's own and put forth one's uniqueness and creativity was now replaced
by the tedious jobs of industries done in tandem.
With nothing much left to distinguish oneself with ones work, people started building personalities
to stand out.
The one who talked, wore a fake smile, had enough accessories to brag about became the
ideal self.
Subsequently, we had schools to keep up the workforce required in these industries.
The education, most of it that used to be a solitary activity became institutionalized.
Schools, colleges, universities, degrees started to speak for our wisdom.
Better the college, the better you are.
And this too thrived on the same extroverted culture.
Showing off hands in the class, participating in group activities, flattering teachers became
the definition of an ideal student.
There is no wonder as to why institutions and industries are so very same in its blueprint
because they share the common goal - mass production.
In industries, we have products on the assembly line and in schools we have students.
Both advancing slowly to be packed and sold.
And in all of these changes in our culture and behavior, we have unknowingly turned strange
to our quiet self.
This isn't about introverts or extroverts or loud mouth vs closed mouth.
I am specifically talking about introversion, the part of us that craves for solitude though
in varying degrees but it does.
It's in all of us regardless who you are.
Don't let that quiet-self be suppressed just because it looks cool to join the band wagon
of pied piper.
Don't let your introversion choke you because that introversion, solitude, loneliness or
the time that you spend with yourself is the only way you could know yourself and without
self-awareness, i fear, there isn't much you could do about other than chopping wood and
fetching water.

Conductor and Insulator are terms that describe whether a given material has properties favorable
for conducting electricity or heat.
The main difference between conductor and insulator is that a conductor conducts electricity
or heat well, whereas an insulator conducts electricity or heat poorly.
In this video I will go to show you some difference between electrical conductor and insulator.
The conductor is the type of material which allows the electric current or heat to pass
through it.
whereas the insulator does not allow the electric current or heat to pass through it.
The conductors are having the free electrons which are the reason behind their ability
to be the conductor.
While the insulators are not having the free electrons so they are not having this ability
as well.
The resistivity of the conductor varies from high to low.
whereas the resistivity of an insulator is very high.
Metals are commonly the conductors.
While the Non-metals are generally the insulators.
Conductors are commonly used to make the wires and electrical circuits.
While the insulators are used for much more purposes than the conductors, such as electrical
wires are coated with the insulator materials.
Examples of the conductors are iron and copper etc.
While examples of the insulators are the wood and rubbers etc.

Using Good Insects instead of Pesticides - To control pests - Duration: 4:16.
so here at Daley's Nursery we're interested in producing food plants
these are plants that produce what you're going to eat and we want to
reduce the chemicals that we use on our plants so in order to do that we need to
look at alternative ways of controlling pests and diseases a more organic approach
an approach that integrates things into our environment so in doing so we
actually incorporate some of the pests into our growing procedures and
processes our farming practices so what we're going to talk about today is the
good the bad and the ugly so these are the good bugs and the bad bugs and here
at Daley's we have warm humid polyhouses this is where we grow things and
they're really great environments for things like two spotted mites and two
spotted mite is a common plant pest so if you have a look at this plant here
this is a berry it's called a Keriberry and you can see there are some
yellow leaves and then some dark green leaves which is the new growth now these
older leaves were infested with two spotted mites and what we did was we
released some predatory mites into this area of the polyhouse and these have
actually controlled this problem on the plant
they've just predated them they're fed on them we need the two spotted mites to
feed the predatory mites and we get a balance of the two
so what we actually get is a healthy plant and we have a healthy environment
that includes lots of different insects in our environment we also have birds
and reptiles and different animals that visit and live in our polyhouses some
of the reptiles will control slugs the birds will eat insects so they're really
important part of our environment and they actually make our working
environment a better place because we live beside all the things that are part
of our environment and we want to live beside the insects so if you have
insects on your plants the first thing you need to do is to be able to identify them
and in order to do that you actually
need a magnifying glass so I have here these pretty cool glasses
these are magnifying glasses and you can identify pests with these they have a
little light
and they look super funky
and I've got here some leaves of the
Curry bush so in order to see what's infecting these leaves I need to be able
to magnify it
and what I can see using those glasses is that the pests that have infected
these leaves are no longer there so this is old damage it's not current damage
and if you look at these plants these are the curry plants so these also had
an infestation of two spotted mites when we released the predatory mites they
took control of this infestation so the Predators had plenty of food they
feasted on these mites they brought the problem back into balance and you can
see now we have this beautiful new growth on our plant so what we want to
try and help you to understand is that a bit of damage on your plants a few eaten
leaves a little bit of discoloration is not a problem it's actually a part of
our environment and if we want to live in a rich world with lots of insects and
bugs we need to reduce our chemical use we need to stop using blanket
insecticides to control pests and we need to look at alternatives so today
we're going to look at what someone
like bugs for bugs a company
that sells organic pest control live insects to control your bugs can offer
you in your backyard and what we're doing here at Daley's Nursery to
control our insect pests
