Is this movie good? I mean, doesn't it feel like super rushed? God damn I just want a good batman/superman movie. Don't get me wrong I LOVE the Avengers but the batbutt will always hold a spot in my heart.

Bad memory // I CAME BAAAAAACK (subtitled in English) - Duration: 4:22.HEY
Is your memory a poop too?
Because my memory is a spectacularly bad thing
Seriously, my memory is so bad that for 5 months I forgot to record videos for that channel
Just kidding
this is part of a new channel framework
That's going to be an youtubers imitation
in the case I was imitating Japa during those 5 months
jokes a part
Anyway ... what was I even talking about?
you see ? that's what I'm talking about
my memory is very stupid, really very much
dude, my memory is so bad, that I'm outraged
Whenever I go somewhere I forget something.
and if I do not forget, I keep thinking about it all the time in the car.
Until I remember what I forgot.
or, on really, Until today I'm not believing
I went to Ilhabela with my friends. we went to travel there, we went to do...
graduation trip, this shit only
so we went
on the way back i did everything, I got the list
and in the car I stayed all the way from Ilhabela to São Paulo
more than 200 km this shit, thinking...
dude, is not possible i don't forgot nothing, is not possible
is against my identity as a person, as anything
i know me, i always forget something, ALWAYS !! Or I forgot or lost
Because the life gives that, isn't it
When i go to the house of my grandma that lives in Paraíba
it's been a long time since we've been going
I used to leave something there
Dude, I forgot my Cocielo cap at my aunt's house
So they found a way to return it before I returned to São Paulo.
Then I lost it in Rio de Janeiro
That Cool, Beautiful shit (-_-)
I could have forgotten in Paraiba, would still be there
when i come back, i could catch the cap again, BUT NOT
Oh man, i am a shit
If I'm packing my things out, no one can come and talk to me !
My father lives doing this
I'm packing my things, he comes, comes to make my life a hell
I'm packing my things. He comes to talk to me or look at what I'm doing.
So what happens?
I forgot on time
it's gone
Fly
Goes away
I don't know if you are like that either, but i, yes
talked to me...
IS GONE.
Memory... IS GONE
And I'm very much the type that does in the hour
if someone is telling me a story, and i remember something, if i don't speak on hour...
2 seconds later... IS GONE
happens a lot at school, the teacher is talking about something, i remember an example
usually related to some anime or cartoon
if I raise my hand and the teacher asks me to wait...
You can be sure that i have already forgotten
If I do not speak on time, the memory does not come back, NEVER
I'm the kind of person who have many ideas to videos, more than any other youtuber in the world
BUT...
I never have a place to write down these ideas on time, before i forget
i lose the majority !
I could even make a black market of ideas for youtubers, seriously !
unpublished ideas, things that were never done before on youtube
and most of those ideas were lost because I could not write them down
the idea for this same video, I had yesterday because I could not sleep
luckily I had my cell phone nearby and I was able to take note
I had this idea and more two yesterday just before sleeping
Now, imagine how many ideas I do not have during the day?
and that I lose
If I could bring these ideas to the forefront in video format, I would already have AT LEAST 2 million subscribers on my youtube channel
because I think a lot of good stuff
many things that if it were posted on youtube and did not have views I would kill myself !
I get very angry, like that
very big
because my memory does not collaborate with my life
finally, before I go, I would like to give one message... on really, two messages for you
the first one is about the frame i quoted at the beginning of the video
that I really want to do
I will soon do the first
I do not know yet which will be the first youtuber I'm going to imitate
I can only say that it will be very fool, very son of a bich
one of the first ones I'm going to imitate... maybe Damiani or Muca
in fact the first one was Japa, that I stayed 5 months without video recording, this was my copy of Japa OKAY ?
jokes aside, had other reasons that made me ab :/
FUCKING HELL !!
THAT MAKES ME AB-SEN-T
all this time
THIS !! Thanks Pasquale.
if you want to know what happened, watch the live I did.
I'm going to put the card here, somewhere
gave laziness to translate this part (SE VIRA AÍ GRINGO !! Hahahahaahah)
it's all folks
- Laziness again, DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG TIME IT TAKES TO LEGEND IT? (-_- )
Comment what you think about the video below.
give me your LIKE and sign up for the channel if you are not yet registered
Anyway, that's it, I WENT !!

The Law of One Catalysts and the Mundane - Duration: 13:36.The Law of One Catalysts and the Mundane
by Simon Esler,
If you've explored the Law of One material then the concept of a catalyst should be relatively
familiar to you.
For those of you who have not come across this material, The Law of One is a book series
by L/L Research comprised of channeled transcripts from a source calling itself Ra.
A catalyst, as it is often used in this material, can be defined as an experience or choice
within an incarnation that has the potential to accelerate or develop our spiritual polarity
in terms of negative or positive orientation.
It is often used to describe a particularly challenging circumstance that is in fact meant
to aide us in refining ourselves spiritually.
Here is a strong example from the material itself.
"Questioner: What is the plan for use of the catalyst of cancer?
Ra: I am Ra.
The catalyst, and all catalyst, is designed to offer experience.
This experience in your density may be loved and accepted or it may be controlled.
These are the two paths.
When neither path is chosen the catalyst fails in its design and the entity proceeds until
catalyst strikes it which causes it to form a bias towards acceptance and love or separation
and control."
- The Law of One, Book 2, Session 46
The idea of challenges as catalysts for spiritual growth can be a very useful perspective for
those choosing a positive spiritual orientation as it gives us motivation to take the most
difficult moments in our lives and transform them into opportunities for great progress
and expanded perspective.
It can help us lessen our resistance to what arises and work with everything as a gift.
A challenge can even be seen as a choice, in that, the Law of One material alleges we
each carefully planned very specific difficulties into our own incarnation as a way of working
through karma and improving aspects of our being that are calling for deeper work.
Ra takes our choice even further by alleging that we chose to experience creation as a
series of separations and distortions instead of experiencing complete unity directly.
"In truth there is no right or wrong.
There is no polarity for all will be, as you would say, reconciled at some point in your
dance through the mind/body/spirit complex which you amuse yourself by distorting in
various ways at this time.
This distortion is not in any case necessary.
It is chosen by each of you as an alternative to understanding the complete unity of thought
which binds all things."
- The Law of One, Book 1, Session 1
It is helpful, then, to apply the Law of One to the notion that all moments - be they difficult
or mundane - be considered as undifferentiated in their spiritual potential.
By this I mean we can apply oneness to the very concept of life as swinging pendulum
between a series of catalysts, so that we can experiment with taking ourselves into
an even deeper understanding of unity.
From the perspective of life as a series of spaced out catalysts we may see ourselves
as moving in and out of moments that are more or less meaningful to our spiritual progress.
For example we lose our job, things get progressively financially difficult until we find a new
job and things calm down.
We enjoy the comfort of new employment and a healthier bank account until...our dog dies
two weeks later.
It may seem from this example that the intensity of losing our job is something dense with
an opportunity for wisdom which then dissipates until we arrive upon the loss of our pet.
It may seem that the in-between, the space between these experiences, is less dense in
what it has to offer us.
As another example, after experiencing the intensity of a catalyst, like getting into
a fender bender on the way home, we arrive upon moments that seem more mundane and less
relevant, like arriving home after the accident and having to do the dishes.
What can often happen when we perceive a moment or experience as less than, or merely a background
event to the ever important catalyst, is that we settle into our social programming and
unconscious, personal habits.
From this state we tend to lose the heightened conscious awareness that the intensity of
a perceived catalyst beckons and which so often leads to self mastery.
The truth is that every moment in this life is precious and bursting with spiritual potential.
The criticism here is not that there is something flawed with the application of life as a movement
from catalyst to catalyst, but that our social programming tends to create habits in which
we become forgetful of the miraculous nature of each moment.
We tend to take our moments and categorize them via an unhelpful duality of being more
or less relevant to our life path.
The Law of One teaching on catalysts is certainly not meant to encourage that we disregard any
of life's moments, but rather to support us in facing what is difficult with more heart.
But as this high vibrational teaching is stepped down into our daily human experience it can
become distorted by the lens of duality the permeates this reality.
Here is one instance in which the Law of One material points to the catalytic nature of
all moments:
"All that assaults your senses is catalyst.
We, in speaking to this support group through this instrument, offer catalyst.
The configurations of each in the group of body offer catalyst through comfort/discomfort.
In fact all that is unprocessed that has come before the notice of a mind/body/spirit complex
is catalyst."
- The Law of One, Book 4, Session 93
Important in this statement is the notion that moments with clear catalysts are one
with the moments that appear to have none at all.
This separation, like all notions of separation according to the LoO, is an illusion.
The moment in which we experience the fender bender is as sacred and meant to help us evolve
as the moment in which we're washing our dishes.
If we take the time to observe the heart and courage that arises when we transform a particularly
difficult experience in our lives into something beautiful and full of wisdom we can see that
our capacity to transform our experience on this planet is immense.
A mere shifting of our perspective has an incredible metaphysical impact.
This capacity is why it is rare to see someone emerge from overcoming something like cancer
as less wise and compassionate or more materialistic and attached to what is temporary.
We tend to rediscover what is sacred when we commit to what challenges us and this is
one of the most laudable qualities of human beings.
If all is one then, even though we can say we face a series of marked catalysts in this
life, we can also say that the moments in between perceived catalysts, the mundane,
the habitual, the social defaults are themselves some of the most important catalysts in our
lives.
A moment in which we are tempted to become slightly less conscious is in fact a very
subtle catalyst, especially if it encourages us to operate under the bias that purpose
and meaning within our lives are things that come and go.
One might even argue that catalysts which exist as more subtle and hard to perceive
are more difficult in that they can become invisible and thus can go undealt with throughout
an entire incarnation.
So what does this ability look like when it is stationed within the mundane?
Can we catch those moments in our lives where we have imagined that we have stepped away
from the sacred?
Can we see where we have falsely come to believe that we don't need to apply our transformative
abilities because of a feeling that we are engaging something to "get past" on the way
to the "real" meaningful things awaiting us in another moment?
In my experience with applying this expanded perspective I have found that what is different
about transforming the mundane moments (like cleaning my cat's litter box) from transforming
the overt challenges that arise (like sending my cat in for dangerous surgery), is that
transforming the mundane is actually a very light, subtle practice.
It becomes more about settling into the mundane by allowing it to be as sacred as it already
is and this is actually a very gentle gesture.
It does not involve the intensity of trying to find the gift within something like facing
sickness or abuse.
I would describe the feeling of this practice as not so much actively transforming the mundane
but very softly removing our interference so that the moment's true nature can blossom
before us.
We are often very hard in ourselves within the context of trying to progress spiritually.
When we are within the space of the mundane, making our bed, brushing our teeth, cleaning
our home, we may be looping in our heads about the most recent catalyst impacting us or those
that we perceive to be on our horizon.
We fail to see how healing our time within the mundane can be.
We sometimes miss the extent to which the mundane is a place where the sacred is being
offered to us in a very soft, accessible way.
It can be a time for us to settle into our ability to bring beauty into humanity's turmoil.
With many of us being hard on ourselves to spiritually "make the cut," dropping the bias
that some moments have more spiritual meaning than others becomes a great act of kindness
towards ourselves.
What if we recall this kindness on a daily, moment to moment basis?
Remembering this when we are tempted to default into the notion that we are killing time,
or moving through one of life's boring obligations, can become very healing and has the potential
to contribute to this great awakening in ways that just may surprise us!
We often talk about the power of mass meditation, and rightly so, but imagine the impact we
could have if every person cleaning the dishes right now was in a state of peace and gratitude?
What would the impact on the collective be if millions of the humans who brush their
teeth every day were in a heart centered state of divine purpose?
How many opportunities like this pass us by every day?
We are all ensconced in the mundane every single day, so why not uplift it to its true
sacred nature as a form of service?
We would all do well to recognize that while things like circles, ceremonies and shared
rituals are indeed supportive on our spiritual journey, they are not indicators that moments
which fall outside of these boundaries are any less sacred.
Similarly, as more and more people pierce the veil of consensus reality via experiences
like perceiving auras and orbs, or having contact with non-terrestrial beings, we must
not lose our sense of the sacred through glimpsing the shape of a leaf on a tree or folding our
laundry.
As we expand together, uniting the importance of these seemingly opposite experiences will
become more and more important.
Perhaps a more helpful perspective is that within each incarnation we are in a constant
stream of catalysts that vary in how easily their importance is perceived.
Some are more gross and in your face and some are subtle and more difficult to comprehend,
in terms of how they may be challenging our spiritual nature.
From this way of seeing we begin to understand that we are moving within a flow of experiences
that demand a fluid mastery of our transformative abilities.
We learn to apply our natural ability to reveal the sacred in the way that is best suited
to each moment as it arises.
We start to sense the difference between discovering the sacred through uplifting the experience
of breaking a bone or losing a friend versus transforming the experience of cleaning our
bathroom or waiting for the bus.
What begins to emerge is that these different applications of the same practice begin to
support each other.
The moment we embody the idea that this broken bone is a beautiful gift of wisdom arising
as a life experience we truly needed we strengthen our trust in what life is offering us.
It brings us closer to an unconditional trust in life's unfolding so that when we are on
our knees scrubbing the grime off our bathtub, the undercurrent of the sacred can blossom
here as well.
This happens the other way around also.
As you uplift the moments that your social conditioning says have less meaning and purpose,
your resiliency to perform this practice when life's challenges become more obvious is boosted.
This way we begin to integrate a more high vibrational perspective into our natural state
of being.
The sacred is awaiting us constantly, quietly shining beneath the invisible misperceptions
we carry.
When we are mindlessly scrolling our newsfeed, it is there.
When we are fighting with a loved one, it is there.
You are one with the sacredness that surrounds you.
Therefore to be yourself is to become the sacred by allowing it to be revealed within
each circumstance you encounter.
Water does not become less itself when it moves from the crashing of a waterfall to
the quiet trickle of a stream.
May we all find our fluid nature in the same way as we move through the variety of this
life's experiences.

Goku Ultra Instinct DISCOVERS These HIDDEN Secrets Goku vs Jiren Rematch - Duration: 10:11.However, Goku has a will that can't be stopped.
In that moment, it kicked into full gear, pushing him to break his shell.
And when he returned to the fighting stage, his body had experienced the 2 hidden triggers.
Ultra Instinct
3 warriors stand before him.
The stakes are getting higher.
Goku wobbles when he stands.
Is he really planning to fight again?
Using all his energy to obtain Ultra Instinct twice has left him lifeless yet again.
But Jiren still remains as Goku's biggest obstacle.
Could this be why he pushes through his weakness?
In the hopes that he can obtain Ultra Instinct once again?
But the sad truth of the matter is Goku doesn't yet know how he got Ultra Instinct in the
first place.
And the only way to save his Universe is to go head to head with Jiren for a second time.
But this time, he must come out the winner.
As Goku prepares himself to fight with all the odds against him as he has many times
before, he wonders to himself how can he rise to Ultra Instinct for a third time?
Because whatever caused it before will cause it again.
Until Goku can uncover the truth of how Ultra Instinct is awakened, he will never be able
to challenge Jiren to a rematch.
And with only 15 minutes left in the Tournament of Power, the clock for Universe 7 is ticking
Before his efforts turn out to be all for nothing.
The only way to prevent that is to bring back the one thing that actually has a chance at
defeating Jiren.
Goku must figure out Ultra Instinct's 2 triggers.
But what Goku doesn't realize yet is that he already knows exactly what they are.
The first trigger is nothing new to Goku.
In fact, he's been dealing with it his whole life.
And it hit him like a punch to the face the day he first discovered a being that blew
the power of his highest level right out of the water.
The god power held within Beerus made Goku's confidence in his Super Saiyan 3 form completely
disappear.
But his body was hiding something that he never would've thought could appear much
later down road.
As he charged at Beerus in what seemed to him as a fun way to test out the power of
a god, Goku found himself jumping back.
You see, Beerus' idea of fun was quite different from Goku's.
Beerus had just decided to attack Goku with something that he was sure Goku couldn't
survive when he noticed Goku retreating back the way he came.
Goku couldn't understand why he had done this.
He had never told himself to.
But Beerus wasn't confused at all.
He thought it was very impressive.
And the reason for this was because Beerus already knew exactly what had just happened.
Goku's body had sensed such danger from Beerus that it instinctively jumped back.
However, Goku still had no idea that in that moment, he had tapped into what was turning
into Ultra Instinct.
But what he did know was this.
There were beings far stronger than him, and he must do something to catch up.
Months later, Goku found himself arriving on Beerus' planet.
He had come to join Vegeta in his training with Whis.
And during their time there, the 2 Saiyans learned a valuable lesson from their new teacher.
Although they didn't realize it had a name until after Goku had already obtained it,
Whis explained exactly what Ultra Instinct is.
He told the 2 naive fighters that the reason their reaction times were so terribly slow
compared to his own was because they were thinking before each action they took.
And the only way to not do this was to trigger each body part to move on it's own.
Or in other words, separate their bodies from their minds.
Although they hadn't learned this ability just yet, Whis' training helped them eventually
reach Super Saiyan Blue.
But even that wasn't enough for Goku.
Always remembering the huge difference between himself and Beerus the first day that they
had met, Goku knew he could still go so much further.
So he continued to train to find more hidden strength inside himself.
And when he went to the planet with no name to battle the fighters of Universe 6, he was
forced to use a new power up that he had secretly found and had been saving for his rematch
with Beerus.
One that would soon cause problems for him.
But eventually would also help him trigger Ultra Instinct.
It was an extremely risky move on Goku's part.
He knew that it could cause him to lose his life.
But the risk had proven itself to be worth it in that moment.
This was the first time Goku successfully topped his Super Saiyan Blue Form with his
Kaioken technique.
Soon after returning home to Universe 7 from the tournament between Beerus and Champa,
Goku found himself in trouble.
He realized he had forgotten to pick up something at the store for Chi-Chi.
And when he tried to turn around to go back and get it, something very strange happened.
His body kept flying forward.
And for the entire rest of the day, Goku's body continued to do things he wasn't telling
it to do.
He went to King Kai looking for some answers.
It turned out that using Kaioken with Super Saiyan Blue vs Hit had been far too much for
his body to handle.
King Kai explained it was a very reckless way for Goku to use his energy.
And he suggested that Goku never do it again.
Because this was triggering his body and his mind to separate.
Something he had heard once before from Whis.
But there was one other problem still left behind from his fight against Hit.
And that was Hit's job.
As an assassin, he wasn't used to holding back his powers.
But using his full strength simply hadn't been allowed in the friendly tournament.
This upset Goku.
How could he get stronger fighting someone who wasn't giving it their all?
There was only one way to get Hit to fight Goku for real.
So Goku stood in his front yard meditating.
Waiting to feel Hit's presence arrive.
He had to keep this matter to himself
And for this reason, his family couldn't understand the strange way that Goku was suddenly
acting.
Was he being paranoid about something?
Goku had secretly hired Hit to come after him.
This would be the only way to truly train himself.
And so he practiced using his senses to the max.
Goku knew that Hit wouldn't deny his job even if he knew who he was going after.
This meant that Goku's life was truly in danger.
And the only way to survive would be to notice Hit before the final attack arrived.
But what Goku didn't realize is that this was really triggering his body to think on
its own.
Just as Whis had described in his training.
Goku was fine-tuning his instincts without even realizing it.
Eventually, he couldn't take it anymore.
Not being able to sense Hit anywhere nearby was starting to drive Goku crazy.
Focusing only on the man who was coming to end his life, Goku walked into the street
with a car coming at him at full speed.
However, Goku hadn't trained his instincts hard enough yet to dodge.
It crashed right into him.
And as Bulma found her way out of her now beat-up car to find Goku standing there confused,
her anger turned up a notch.
But it was about to go even higher.
She swung her hand at Goku as she normally would.
What wasn't normal, however, was how Goku dodged.
Like the time with Beerus, Goku couldn't understand why he was moving out of the way.
The difference between this time with Bulma and the time before it with Beerus proves
Goku's instincts were indeed getting stronger.
With Beerus, Goku's life had been in danger.
But the same wasn't true for the tiny hit from Bulma's hand.
Goku had taught himself the art of moving without thinking to the point that he no longer
needed his life on the line to do it.
However, that didn't mean his body was yet ready to access the same advanced instincts
that Whis had told him about that one day.
But the time for this to happen finally arrived as his body fell into a black hole.
His energy had been completely depleted.
There was nowhere else to go but down.
As with Beerus, his life was at stake.
But unlike back then, his life started to actually slip away.
However, Goku has a will that can't be stopped.
In that moment, it kicked into full gear, pushing him to break his shell.
And when he returned to the fighting stage, his body had experienced the 2 hidden triggers.
Ultra Instinct had been obtained.
Suddenly, Goku was able to dodge every attack that came at him.
But he also was acting very strange.
His usual confident and slightly cocky self were nowhere to be found.
Instead, he was silent as he looked ahead at his hardest opponent yet.
It seemed that Goku was in some sort of daze.
Unfortunately, even Ultra Instinct wasn't enough to win against Jiren.
Goku's new energy powered by the Genki Dama had finally run out completely.
But he was given the chance to fight again as Frieza gave away some energy.
And through fighting with Kale and Caulifla, and especially with their fused form Kefla,
Goku had quickly regained most of his energy back.
But when Goku was knocked close to unconsciousness, it seemed his body hadn't yet caught up
to the immense power that Kefla had.
Unsurprisingly, Goku's will kicked in again.
He found a way to rise back up onto his feet.
Goku would never give up.
Kefla's attack came flying towards him.
And with the little energy he had left, Goku's life was in danger once again.
But somehow, he managed to dodge it.
The 2 triggers had been hit again.
And Ultra Instinct had returned.
In order to access this technique in both of his Tournament of Power battles, Goku had
to use Kaioken on top of Super Saiyan Blue.
And just as King Kai had warned him, this reckless way of using his energy forced a
separation between Goku's mind and body.
The very meaning of what Whis had described Ultra Instinct to be.
This is trigger #1.
What else had happened in both of these battles leading to Ultra Instinct, though?
Trigger #2.
His life had been endangered.
But just as there had been a difference between Beerus' attack and a hit from Bulma, there
was another difference in the fights between Jiren and Kefla that also proved Goku's
instincts had gotten even stronger.
Remember that earlier it was pointed out to you the way Goku acted the first time he obtained
Ultra Instinct vs Jiren.
Compare that to the way he acted when he obtained it vs Kefla.
He was much more himself.
Talking and powering up.
No longer looking like he was in a daze.
His body was still thinking for itself in the same way as his first Ultra Instinct experience.
But now he was able to do it with much less effort.
However, even his victory of eliminating Kefla couldn't keep Goku's massive amount of
energy from seeping out of him as heat.
And now, he's left burnt out again.
When Goku realizes that he must enter a state in which his mind and body have been separated
and also that he needs to put his life back on the line, then he will be able to obtain
Ultra Instinct for a third time.
Then, and only then, will a rematch between Goku Ultra Instinct and Jiren begin.
Or has Goku already figured it all out?
Could this be why he insists on forcing himself to keep pushing against the 3 Universe 2 warriors
that now stand before him?
These are the questions that anger Vegeta as he attempts to obtain Ultra Instinct for
himself.
His anger builds the more punches that he takes.
Maybe this just isn't for him.
Vegeta refuses to let this push him down.
After all, it doesn't take away from the fact that

Should You Take a Break or Push Through? - Duration: 7:01.Okay my fellow entrepreneurs, let's be real. We all do a whole lot of things we
don't feel like doing, am i right? After all, that's what separates the successful
from the people who struggle, you know? We do what we got to do no matter what,
whether we feel like it or like it or not, am i right? Give me a thumbs up if
you know what I'm talking about. But you know what? The truth is sometimes we
actually need to take a break and the question is how do you know the
difference between when you need to just suck it up and push through and when
it's really time to take a break.
Hey there i'm Nafissa Shireen and welcome to Living Forward TV. We help you to
create a thriving business you absolutely love all around your personal
freedom and each week we bring you extra resources that you can download and use
in your business right away so that you can get results faster. You know what's a
total total buzzkill when it comes to freedom? Burnout. So make sure to grab our
download this week because I go over the 10 signs you need to look for that tell
you when it's time to take a break. If you're an entrepreneur then you know
that you're going to have to do things that you don't really want to do.
Sometimes things you don't feel like doing and sometimes it's things you
don't even have the energy to do. It might be things like picking up the
phone, or writing one more email, attending a networking event,
implementing a new technology, and that list can go on and on and on. And you
know what? Too bad if you don't like it, right? I mean if you're committed to your
business if you're gonna do what it takes. You're gonna do what it takes to
succeed, it doesn't matter how unenjoyable it is or how quite frankly
how tired and cranky you are, the truth is usually when you're tired or not
feeling energized it's really just your subconscious mind looking for a way to
rationalize not taking action and you really don't want to let that win.
As Napoleon Hill says in "Think and Grow Rich" it's a burning desire that's the
starting point of all achievement. And when you have a burning desire, that
means you'll do whatever it takes, even if it's uncomfortable or unpleasant, and
you know what else? Sometimes doing what it takes
means you need to listen to your body and you need to take a break. You see,
there is a huge difference between pushing through temporary discomfort and
working past the point of effectiveness and the question is how do you know the
difference? I need to give you a couple of examples. Now if you just can't
stomach another rubber chicken luncheon networking, right, you know where you're
trading business cards and you're hearing one elevator pitch after another,
and you're still trying to go through yours in your head and you're feeling
like tired and drained just thinking about it and you think to yourself: "You
know, I think I'm just gonna stay in tonight"
well that's likely your subconscious mind trying to find a way out for you.
But if you're emotionally exhausted, you're on the verge of tears, and
anything could set you off, and you're just ready to rip someone's head off at
the first sight, then you actually do need a night off. Or maybe you have a
project or campaign coming up and you're tired and crabby and you'd rather read a
book or watch a movie or go out with friends for a drink and so you tell
yourself: "You know what? The break's gonna do me some good"
when you actually know the truth is that the break is just a way to distract
yourself and it will delay you more, that's when you need to really, quite
frankly just suck it up and get it done. But if you're working, just wanting to
get it done but you can't concentrate and tasks are taking three to four times
as long as they should and your mind is wandering all over the place, then that's
a good sign that you need to go to bed. You see when you're no longer effective
and you're making mistakes and a 10-minute task takes hours, it's a
really good indication that your body and your mind needs a break. No matter
how much you love your business you can't keep creating and you cannot be
effective when you're running on empty. Taking space for yourself really gives
you time for reflection and for pause. There's a great article in science daily
and I'm gonna link to it below in the show notes so you can read it and it
shows a lot about how your brain works and it shows how your brain actually
stops registering a sight, sound, or feeling when it's faced with a constant
stimulus. So what does that mean in other words? The longer you work at something,
the more ineffective you become. And if you resist taking a break when you
really really need one, you know because you feel guilty or you think you're on a
roll, it's gonna take you way more time and you're just not gonna deliver the
quality of work that you're capable of. And how long a break you need, I mean it
really depends on you if you've been running on empty for a really really
long time then there's a chance you may need a good few days off. And by time
off I don't mean half working, half doing other things. I mean completely unplugged,
completely away. You see, during periods of intense focus your brain can't
actually process any new ideas or make new connections. It can
only work with what you already have, but when you let your mind wander and relax
you'll find that you have flashes of inspiration that just like pop out of
nowhere. I know for me some of my best ideas will pop into my head when I'm
grooming or spending time with my horse. It's really cool actually and that's
where I do a lot of my thinking. And taking a break also will recharge your
batteries your physical batteries and your energetic levels. You know, the thing
is you may not want to take a whole lot of time off, but if you proactively work
breaks and downtime into your schedule such as a 10-minute break every 90
minutes or no working after 5:00 p.m. or you prioritize physical activity and
moving your body, you'll find that overall you're more relaxed you're more
productive, you're more energized, and you really don't need to take those big
breaks away. But from time to time it's inevitable that a moment will hit you
where you've really gone past the point of effectiveness and being committed to
your business and having a burning desire to make it happen and do what it
takes means you'll take a needed break and
remember to grab our handout today because I go over with you the ten signs
that will tell you when it's actually time to take a break. If you found

Audio govorilki - Duration: 3:39.Then I had another idea, or rather, the continuation of the already mentioned ideas about audiobooks, but we all probably don't discover America - we just show each other a convenient way to them :-) The message is: It all started when I had to work and asked my daughter to read her a story. And then I remembered the "talking stick", which has long wanted to try, but all it once. Went to vector-ski.ru/vecs/index.htm downloaded, put. With the settings had no problems, however, with text-speech engines I've been experimenting. However, on the website everything is clearly written. Then I went to the library to Moshkovo (lib.ru), download Andersen's fairy tales, ran the program and all the child sits with an open mouth! Of course, the pronunciation is not perfect, but given that it is not necessary to strain - the result is more than satisfactory. Later, after putting my daughter to bed, I launched James bond and began poking around in the settings. Finding the program is the ability to record sound to mp3, I remembered that I had read the idea of audiobooks - Audiobooks. Mechanics is clear: the text in the Game - mp3 to disk. Where is there business, you ask? Currently disk mp3 players have become commonplace, and for many stereos have this feature, but the main goal is to motorists. Now, there are many radios, "understanding mp3", and where there is such a need in an interesting interlocutor, not like driving? Besides, some of the extremeness of the situation as if "excuse" of small defects of the play, although they can be avoided by working on a dictionary program (ask the stress in words that are pronounced incorrectly, etc.). About the production of discs and their marketing has been written so that makes no sense to repeat, although the difference between the average price of a CD (70-90 rubles) and the price of blanks (10 p, and even cheaper) is obvious. The main cost is the promotion of a new product, and the ambush - the ease of copying your products. You can try to exchange the disks (twice listening to this CD wanting to be a little, it's not music) or to negotiate with the exchange. Everything will depend on the "repertoire" that much to offer. N. F. I think this invention will not appeal to as many motorists as students of humanitarian Universities and high school students. No need to read a textbook or literary work (which you should read). You can just put the disc and listen to it in a comfortable setting - in a café in the stadium, on a walk with a girl. You don't even have to listen to the speaker. Will listen to the subconscious. But the subconscious is a powerful thing (read John Kehoe "Subconscious can do anything!"), save in extreme circumstances, the exam or set-off (in addition, allows to achieve incredible success in cultivation). For students, you can collect a whole library and re-earn on rental discs.

YouTube Wants To Charge A Monthly Fee - Net Neutrality Explained - Duration: 2:43.Youtube is going to have a monthly fee if we don't do something about keeping net
neutrality.
What is net neutrality, and how could it affect you?
I'm going to fill you in here on IO.
What is good welcome back to IO, Im charlotte.
Just wanted to shout out our other channel Life's Biggest questions, if you guys haven't
subscribed already definitely do so.
And also, if this is your first time watching IO, subscribe to us too, for all your trending
news.
Before I get into this video, I wanna know.
Would you stop using youtube if you had to pay for it?
Why or why not.
Write your responses in those comments below.
One of the best things about youtube is the fact that its free.
But if the Federal Communications Commission gets rid of net neutrality, which they are
proposing to do, things are going to change a lot.
Net neutrality is the idea that the internet is free and equal.
It means we can access any website, and not have to pay extra for fast internet.
Internet service providers want to get rid of net neutrality so that they can make more
money.
A post net-neutrality world will mean accessing the internet, youtube, Netflix, twitter and
facebook, will be expensive.
You will have to pay extra on top of the bills you are already paying for internet.
Its already happened in Spain and Portugal.
Internet users have to pay for bundles that are an extra 5 euros a month.
Net neutrality affects everyone, even those of us that don't live in the US.
America is home to most internet companies, and places like the UK get their internet
from America through a single pipeline.
On the other hand, maybe it's a good thing, maybe this will motivate us to get the heck
off the internet and Netflix and start being present, because lets face it, we all spend
way too time staring at screens.
But much of our culture is based around the internet and tv, many jobs are based around
internet and tv.
You can do something about saving net neutrality, right now.
By writing to congress.
Theres this website.
Its called battleorthenet.com.
they've set up this handy online petition, that's already filled out for you.
All you have to do is add your information, and send.
The more people fill out this form, the more the government will know how important the
internet is to us.
Battleforthenet.com also tells you where there are going to be protests in your area, so
attend one of those if you can as well.
There are three weeks left before the vote on net neutrality, so click the link in the
description to do your part today.
I'm going to respond to our last video about net neutrality.
The Scottish Fir – this will collapse the economy.
They know what they are doing.
but if we stop using the internet if this happens then they wont earn money and down
goes this law thing.
Honestly the internet is such a huge thing that I doubt enough people will stop using
it.
We are just going to have to pay more the way we do for specific TV packages,
Funny videos nations – lets start using mcdonalds wifi.
Can you jus tpicture people only going to use wifi at mcdonalds instead of paying for
it?
Oh wait, some people already do.
Alright that is all for this video, if you want to continue watching IO, check out our
last video on net neutrality, clickable on the screen right now, or check out our playlist
trending news stories.
That's it for me and I'll see u in another video.
