This week we're gonna talk all about gas.
Babies get fussy and most of the time
gas is the culprit. Their little bodies are still figuring out how to work
and they need some help getting some relief. So we came up with some hacks to help
make passing gas a breeze.
Hack number one: Work it out.
Exercises can help give your baby relief. Bicycle legs and certain stretches can
help your little one pass gas.
This way.
This way. (gas passes) Ooh! (laughter)
-Got one! -Even holding them in certain positions
can really help get things moving.
(baby talk) Yay! Are you happy now?
Hack number two: Gripe water.
Gripe water is an herbal supplement that
eases discomfort and fussiness caused by gas. It's all natural
and it works like magic.
Hack number three: Watch what you eat.
If you're breastfeeding certain foods that you eat can cause tummy troubles. Foods to avoid:
Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, asparagus, onions, citrus, fruits,
caffeine, chocolate... Basically everything delicious, but this doesn't mean that you
have to completely cut these foods out of your diet. Just pay attention to what
to what upsets your little one's tummy. For me, it's broccoli. If you have any more tips
