My name is Amber White.
I am the Production Stage Manager of Hamilton on Broadway.
The
great thing about theater
and arts, in general, is it's
Universal and its worldwide.
Working on a high-profile production like Hamilton is very similar to working on a low-profile
production once you're within these four walls.
But, once you're outside the building, you hear all of the hype of the theater and you know that
everybody around you knows what the show is.
As the Stage Manager of Hamilton, I am the glue that holds everything together.
I talk to the creatives and management and all of the actors and make sure that we are ready to do the
show each night.
We work when all of the normal nine-to-fivers are off work.
We rehearse during the days, but a lot of our work happens in the evenings, so it's a long grueling
schedule, but it's worthwhile.
When I first started school, I thought that I would be an accountant.
And I was doing theatre as a hobby and found out quite quickly that I could actually do this as a job and
get paid for it.
So I started working outside of the university on small small shows.
Those shows,I would be the only Stage Manager there.
I would set all of the props.
I would set all the costumes.
I would run the light board and the sound board and make sure everything was done.
But I was really the only non-actor.
With that, came more and more opportunity to do bigger shows.
I would start to work with bigger crews.
I would start to work with bigger teams in stage management and that all brought me to New York.
Then I started touring with theatrical productions.
The best advice I could give to somebody who wanted to be part of theater behind the scenes, or
not as an actor
at all, is to try different things because you don't really know what's out there until you're doing
it and that actually really gave me a great insight into theater; was trying lots of new things.

that did not belong on pay-per-view this was tire ball curry defeating Kiera

X Division title match the champion Matt Sidell defeating Petey Williams this

of match however because the crowd were kill during the match before this match
had no drawn not amount of heat so obviously this was a good match but the
circumstances did not help that spot next we got the house of hardcore match
Ohio Burns's everything defeating Tommy Dreamer moose and Eddie Edwards this was
obviously the hardcore match this was the caffeine shot but the impact zone
needed to obviously finish the night did have a lot of heat during the impact
zone when people were alive during this match so after the match Eddie Edwards
went dark he was blinded by hate and he wanted to destroy sami callihan so he
tried him to the ropes and he started to hitting him with a kendo stick
however Eddie Edwards was so blinded by hate that he forget to take care of his
surroundings so therefore his wife Alicia wanted to stop him but he was so
crazy that he'd hit her with a kendo stick so that is the new way of moving
things forward in impaired wrestling now they are doing a loft type of a store
and speaking about love angle we got the Knockouts title match the champion Ally
defeating sujeong on her pay-per-view debut obviously you
knew that proxxon slaughter was gonna be around the ring trying to do his thing
and trying to help out so young but that was not enough
ally was able to win with one of those like package type of fini after the
match Braxton's order went in and asked to

of the evening the impact were title match we got Pentagon defeating the

the different steps you need to follow to like start your travel blog for free
so this video will give you all the insights on how to start your free

we'll be using and also then the third and the most important step where you
need to like list your blog to Google and all the other search engines and
like how to do proper SEO so yeah this video is the first one where we'll be
learning on how to start your blog and like how to get the free subdomain for
your free travel blog yeah then in the second video we'll be
learning about all the different settings in depth of the CMS system
which will be using so yeah and in the third one it will be about SEO so if you
are new to this channel I submit some tutorial videos on Tuesday and then

which is like the most widely used platform for free blog so today we are
just going to know learn about how to build your WordPress free blog using the
wordpress.com so yeah let's get started you just have to like visit the first
link which says wordpress.com create a free website or blog as you can
see the WordPress website is open now and there is a banner which says
WordPress powers 30% of the internet because this is the most widely used and
CMS platform for bloggers and like the different website owners like to
register here or like to register your blog you just have to click the
get started button towards the right so it will take you to this page which says
let's create a site and like you have to answer some of these questions to get
started so the first question is what would you like to name your site so yeah
as my channel is related to travel I'll be like making a dummy free travel blog
to show you guys how everything works and how you can customize wordpress
.com depending on your needs so yeah let's type it here Mr Avinash travel
blog you can always change these settings in your WordPress dashboard so
it doesn't matter whatever you put here because you just started to like either
learn the blog or get something out of it so the second question is what will
your site be about so depending on the genre or the category of the blog you
want to make you can put travel or different music travel is in travel of
blog which helps like in wordpress.com searches to find your website easily who
is like looking for a travel blog or music blog or any other fashion or
beauty related blog so the third question is about what's the primary
goal you have for your site so my primary goal suits the first check box
here which says share ideas experiences updates review stories
videos and more like that is all I need so I'll just choose this and then again
the second checkbox like go and choose multiple checkboxes you know like
promote your business skills organization which also works in my case
so I'll be choosing that as well then let's go to the fourth question which is
about how comfortable are you with creating a website if you are like
starting for the first time you should definitely choose the beginner level
that is one so yeah after that's like to continue and go to the second step
because there are like four steps to follow to start your first free travel
or any blog and yeah the second step which is like
really important and this will be like the domain which you will be choosing
for your WordPress blog so yeah like as you can see it has recommended me
depending on the name of I chose in the first step like mr. Avinash travel blog
and which is also available for free so if you want to like get some custom
domains you can definitely buy it from wordpress.com but yeah you have to pay
some charge for that so yeah I'm not going to show you how the custom domains
work in this tutorial maybe in the future one definitely but yeah I will
recommend you guys to find something short like my blog is mravinash.com which
shows something related to my life and that's how you can choose some
domains so yeah this is mr avinash travel blog dot wordpress.com which is
free for me so I'll be choosing that now let's click on select which will take us
to the third step which is more about choosing the different plans available
on wordpress and in like we are not going to totally discuss this but just
for an overview you can see that if you get the 200 rupees 200 INR per
month which will be billed yearly you will be getting a free custom domain and
there will be some free features and email and live chat support from word
press which is kind of worth because if you will be getting more customization
to your themes or plugins and yeah so we are not using any of these because this
tutorial is mostly about how to start your free blog so I'll just click on start
with free so as you can see the step 4 is more about your email address so let
me put this email address which I have so this is a dummy gmail account I
created to like so you guys on how you need to verify your wordpress.com blog
once you put in your email id then you can definitely choose a username ok guys
so you have to choose a username here so let's keep it same as my gmail account
and then let's put a password out here so yeah after putting the password you
just need to click on continue and you have congratulations your site is life
and if you want to see your site you can just click on view my site and yeah guys
as you can see our free travel blog is live and it has the domain mr. avinash
travel blog wordpress.com and yeah so let's get started with the different
settings which you get here yeah if you're new here like you have just
registered your wordpress.com account and you want to know more about the
WordPress platform you will get this pop-up which will guide you through the
whole CMS but yeah let's see what it does next
so this towards the left is the my site menu which has everything from stats
plan which is your engine for the wordpress.com site pages like all the
pages which is like all the pages you will be making for your blog and then
there are the blog post which is mostly the post you'll be posting on your blog media is
all the images videos and all the upload to your blog I don't know how much
storage you get but I think it will be unlimited from wordpress.com there's
comments, testimonials and yeah themes we'll talk about the themes later then
there is sharing like you can customize your wordpress.com blog to like
automatically post your latest articles on different social medias connect your
social medias and it will do it automatically for you people is more
about you can add some sub admins who can like manage your blog or editors who
can like come and edit some of your content depending on I don't know like
there might be some cases where you will need to change your blog right so
there's plugins domains domains I don't think you will be able to like change it
depending on the plan you are using which is mostly a free plan and there
are settings so we'll deeply discuss all of this and I'll just show you guys what
basic ingredients we need to just get started with your blog so yeah let's
click on next and I shows that you can customize your themes from him
got it and that's it you are live with your blog and as you can see there is already
a page made where there's a one blog post where it shows the journey begins
and the date March 24 2018 the day I am like recording this video for you guys but
yeah this will be posted I don't know when
so yeah let's see so this is mostly the design of the blog articles which will
be coming on your blog there's the date the author of the article and this is
the button which only will be available to the admin so no other person can come
and edit your blogs and there is comment you can use this to comment on your blog
like people can come here and comment on your blog wrote something random and yeah
as you can see though whatever I wrote in the comments down below it's live and
and they have also made pages like the contact page where I think this will be working
and the emails will be sent to you in your email ID and then there's the blog
section where you will see all your articles like stacked one after the other
depending on the date you have submitted you have search here and yeah

Christian." I was very upset.
hi! welcome! If you are new, my name is Shawn and today's video is on how I
became a Christian. Christian! So serious. I don't know if this is going to be
a serious video or not. If you are new, I would love for you to subscribe by

let's get into today's video. If you hear any babbling, baby girl - my seven-month-old,
she's sitting right over here. She may join me for this video like she does
sometimes. So here we go. Thank you a Nikki Schumacher for
suggesting that, for my birthday week, I talk about how I became a Christian- my
salvation story- and share that with you all. Nikki Shumaker is also a Christian
youtuber and you should definitely check out her channel. I will post a link to
her channel in the description box down below. You will love her cleaning videos
so I will send you to one of her cleaning videos which is one of the
reasons why I watch her. I love that she talks about- her slogan is-
"practically imperfect in every way". She talks about being a mom and how you
don't have to be perfect in being a mother. That kind of leads me into my
story. Let me get baby girl here. That leads me into talking about my story.
Growing up I've always thought that I had to be perfect to be a
Christian. I'm not quite sure where I got that from. I have a feeling it's from
growing up in the Southern Baptist tradition. I'm not knocking Southern
Baptists. I had a very positive experience growing up in the Southern
Baptist Church but looking back on it I think that my idea and my notion
as a child of having to be perfect all the time and in everything that I do came
from, not only my parents, but also from the church that I was raised in. The
whole concept of you can't sin in order to to be saved. I feel like
my salvation story has led me up to this YouTube moment and the reason that I do
YouTube. I'm just going to give you a little snippet here but the reason I do
YouTube is to walk along with other moms, like myself, who are Christian, who are
non-christian, but who are trying to raise their children in the Christian
faith. I feel like we need to do that together.
I feel like Christianity isn't an individual choice but is a community. It
takes a village to raise children. It takes a Christian village
to raise Christian kids. I feel like that is my main purpose on
YouTube. To come alongside you and help you raise your kids in the
Christian faith. Also to connect with you all because I'm not perfect in my
Christian faith and how I raise my kids. I don't know everything
so I'm also looking to connect with you all on how you raise your kids. That is
my purpose. We need to raise our kids together in the Christian faith. It takes
a community. It takes a village. It's a struggle. The mom struggle is real! So
whether you have a different salvation story from mine, you are welcome here in
this PrayerLights community. We will raise our tribe of Christians together!
Most importantly, we will be imperfect Christians together. We will be imperfect
Christian moms together trying to raise our kids imperfectly and love Christ
imperfectly. My grandpa was a Southern Baptist pastor.
He would call us kids out while we sat on the front row. He had no problem calling
his kids and grandkids out if we were misbehaving as
we sat on the front row and tell us "hey Shawn! sit down." there's that. As I
was growing up, my mom did an amazing job of making sure that we kids were in
church every Sunday. I'm not just talking about just on Sunday morning. We were in
church- I was in church- all day long. I don't know about my brother and sister.
We are seven and eight years apart. I was in church for Sunday school,
worship, and then I came back for choir practice -what else?- then we had
discipleship training they called it, and then we had another worship service on
Sunday night. Then I was back again on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Wednesdays for
Girls In Action and Acteens which were kind of mission programs that were
just for girls. Then I think I came for youth group later and
any special stuff in between. She's getting fussy. I had wonderful, excellent
Sunday School teachers. I remember they were so loving and encouraged me and my
Girls IN Action leaders encouraged me in missions. Everybody said "you know
Shawn's going to do something in the church." When I was in one Bible School, I was
probably 6 or 7 years old, the church had a tradition of asking for kids
if they want to be saved. Well, I didn't really understand what that meant but
everybody was getting up so I got up as well. I was probably 5 or 6 so I went up
with my friends but I did not accept Christ then because I did not understand
salvation. At that young age, I understood I did not understand what I
was doing. I was just following along with everybody else. I was not saved even
though there was the call to salvation at that point. By "salvation," for those
of you who aren't aware, it just means "being a follower of Christ, recognizing
that there are bad things in your life that only Christ can help you
with and help you through." There are a lot of "churchy" words that churches like
to use: salvation, redemption, repentance. I don't really
like using those words too much because I feel like they put us in a category.
But, anyways, that's a whole other story. Fast-forward to I'm probably 9 or 10
years old, I remember standing in my room by my dresser. My mother asking me why I
didn't want to be a Christian. I remember telling her: "I don't want to be
a Christian. I can't be a Christian." I was very upset about it. Mom asked me why and
I said something "because I have to be perfect and I can't be perfect. I'm not a
good girl. I can't be perfect." I remember my mom
saying to me: "you don't have to be perfect to be a Christian. you just have
to try to be perfect. you just have to try to be perfect." I'm not sure, mom, if I
got the words correct but that's how I remember it.
You probably said some variation of that. That triggered something in me. oh ok
so I don't have to do everything perfectly.
I can still mess up at times. ok. I can do that. Then mom asked me: "you know what
do you believe in Jesus Christ?" and I said "yes." "and do you believe that Christ died
for the bad things that we do and then God rose Christ again and Christ is
still alive and Christ will come back again the end times?"
and I said "yeah I believe all those things." okay so I am a Christian. I still
didn't get saved. I still didn't make the public decision because, in the Baptist
Church that I was a part of, you had to make a public affirmation of faith.
Meaning, you had to say to the entire congregation that you were Christian. It
was a big deal and that scared me. I was a very shy kid. I didn't like to talk in
front of public. Majorly got the sweats. I'd start sweating everywhere.
Fast-forward to when I was 14. I decided to become a Christian. I remember
walking down the church aisle to "I had to follow Jesus." I sweated so much you
guys. Everybody was standing up. They always did an altar call at the end of
the worship service where they play the music like either "victory in Jesus" or
"I have decided to follow Jesus" or some kind of emotional hymn. Then they
invited people to walk forward and proclaim Christ as their own. Proclaiming
I am Christian so I did that. I felt God giving me the courage to walk
down that aisle. That's how I became a Christian. I didn't really understand
everything to be a Christian. I believe that Christianity is a journey. Yes, you
can make a public affirmation of faith. I like that aspect in the Baptist Church.
It's a lifelong journey and we're constantly learning how to be a
Christian. I don't understand everything about my own salvation now and so I'm
not going to judge anybody else on their walk through life and walk with
Christ. So that is my story of how I became a Christian. If you would like to
