Hey there, folks!
Lenny Rudow here for BoatUS Magazine.
Today we're going to take a look at changing the powerhead oil in a four-stroke engine.
Now, we have with us Benny Quinn, who is an outboard mechanic with how many years of experience,
Benny?
About 30 years.
About 30 years.
So this guy knows his stuff.
Now of course changing the oil is a fairly simple process, but here's where it gets interesting.
It's different on different engines.
Mine, for example, has ports right here.
I just take a wrench, pull the plug, and I can drain the oil right here.
But with this Yamaha F175, there's an easier way, isn't there, Benny?
Yes.
The drain plug for this engine is behind this cover, so instead of pulling this whole cover
off, you can actually go through the dipstick tube to drain the oil and you will get, according
to Yamaha, the same amount out through the dipstick tube as you can from pulling the
drain plug.
Interesting.
Well, let's take a look at how you do that.
[SUCTION SOUND] Now, Benny, Why do you like this particular
kind of pump?
Well, I like this one because each of these rings is one quart, so you know exactly how
much you're pulling out of your engine.
Hmm.
So if your engine takes 5 quarts of oil, you should have five of those rings full.
Gotcha.
That way you know you've got it, if your level is proper.
So what's next, Benny?
We pull the tube out, and we go around and we do the oil filter.
Now this is a brand new engine, people, and this is a brand new oil filter, so we're not
actually going to take it off, but normally that would be your next step, right Benny?
Yes, it would be to take the wrench and twist the oil filter off and replace it with a brand
new oil filter.
Gotcha.
And then the next thing we do is go ahead and take off the oil fill cap, put your funnel
in, add oil, and pull your dipstick out and wipe it off as you come out.
This is the proper way to do it.
Stick it back in and then take your reading, and make sure that your level is correct.
Don't forget to put your oil fill cap back on, screw it down til the O-ring seats, then
a quarter to half turn afterwards or else you will hate yourself the next time because
it will be so tight that you will have to use a pair of pliers if you can even get it
off at all.
Benny, thanks for making that look easy!
Well, folks, we hope you've found this video helpful.
We hope you'll watch it and leave comments in the section below.

How to Build a Travois | Surviving in the Wild - Duration: 3:46.
In this video we show you how to make a travois.
A travois is a pull sled that was
originally used by the First Nations to transport one's Goods
You could use this
in a survival situation to transport an injured or extremely sick person to a
safer location or to cross a portage on a canoe trip
Or in our case to transport
heavy logs for our fire and building materials for our shelter
That's right, let's show you how we built this one
The only tool we'll be using to build this
travois is our knives.
To construct this travois you're gonna need two
12 to 15-foot hardwood poles.
And four cross poles range from 5 feet to 3 feet
tapering in length
With strength and stability in mind look for intersecting
branches off of your main structure in your cross poles to add to the strength
and durability of your travois.
We're gonna be using two knots to lash our
cross poles onto our structure of our travois. The first knot is called an
overhand slip knot and all I'm going to be doing is making a loop with my
cordage going around that loop in my main finger tucking the tag end through
the loop, pulling through tightening that up and what that does is it gives me an
adjustable noose that I can either make smaller or bigger
Then all I'm gonna do
is take my tag ends and do what's called a cross wrap and this is going to help
secure my cross pole to the actual structure at this point I'm just going
to cross over
that way I'm getting a full cross wrap
So now that I got a solid lash I'm just going to be going around doing what's
called frapping and that's taking the cordage and going between the brace pull
my cross pull and the cordage that's already on.
And the last knot that I'm
going to be showing you is called a surgeon's knot and this is a basic knot
and all you're gonna do is do an overhand knot once, twice
I'm gonna pull tight to bind that lashing and then to secure it you're
just gonna do another overhand knot
If you don't have any cordage with you
you could take a shoelace or a strap or something from a coat or you could dig
up some root these are spruce root that we split in
half and they also work as lashing
We'll give that a nice smooth bottom
so that it drags a little easier
Alright let's see if this thing actually
can pull a human
So assuming I'm injured or really sick and my partner here
needs to take me to a safe location across a portage. Hit it let's see what we can do
Just works really good
All the way home please
Oh he always forgets to
peat out lightly

Atreus: God of War's Strongest Asset - Duration: 7:47.
Hi, I'm Hamish Black and welcome to Writing on Games. Writing young characters in any
medium is tough. You see so many criticisms of said characters feeling like they were
written by a forty-year-old; an over-reliance on slang, a know-it-all attitude or wistfully
reflecting on the life experiences they seem too young to fully grasp, makes it feel like
we're listening to the writers pine for their own youth through these characters.
An attempt to make someone seem "wise beyond their years" suddenly turns into "clearly
written by someone beyond their years."
By comparison, I've been playing God of War and one thing that has been consistently
surprising me is the depiction of Kratos' son, Atreus. Contrary to how many people imagine
child sidekicks, he's smart without being bratty. He's funny without becoming grating,
and he can cut to the perhaps uncomfortable truth about events or characters, minus any
kind of malice.
This is because the team behind God of War clearly weren't so focused on reliving their
own youth; instead drawing on their wealth of parenting experience to break down how
a young child would act in any given situation; to believably justify everything Atreus says
and does. It's this attention to detail in his characterisation that makes Atreus
more than just a likeable kid; the layers of depth his character adds to the story elevate
it above one dimensional self-seriousness in favour of something more restrained, nuanced
and borderline naturalistic.
There's a scene I really like in this regard, during the part where our protagonists find
themselves helping the Witch of the Woods. When asked why she lives alone, she coyly
responds with "it's better this way." You could imagine that, had the kid not been there,
your character could read between the lines. Kratos would stare silently, knowingly, grumpily
into the middle distance; two characters with mysterious pasts conveyed with a great deal
of gravitas.
"Yeah, my father doesn't like people either!" immediately cuts through any tension that
might otherwise have been building up. Before Kratos can tell him off, Atreus hits back
with the reality of the situation – "what? He doesn't!" Neither adult knows how to
respond; he may have contravened some unspoken social norm - that hey, some things are better
left unsaid - but Atreus hasn't lied at any point. In a few short seconds, the tone
of the scene has dramatically changed and it's all the better for it.
It reminded me of countless times where my young nephew would absolutely derail a serious
conversation between adults with just a few words, as if to ask, "why are you tiptoeing
around this?" It completely changes the energy in the room. In those moments, all
you can do is laugh, because it's hard to argue that the kid isn't, you know, right.
Hell, there's something utopian to the idea that we could just say what we mean to each
other. We see it as an impressively straight ahead, unfiltered way to view the world: "you
know, that kid's sharp."
The writers of God of War are clearly willing to give Atreus the same credit. Like all kids
that age, he's curious. He's not trying to cause trouble, to manipulate people or
pit them against each other to get what he wants; quite the opposite – he's idealistic,
empathetic, simply trying to make sense of the world around him.
And this is something made all the more difficult by the fact he's balancing his curiosity
with his awe of Kratos' abilities (usually expressed with a wonderfully understated "woah"),
his confusion as to why his dad is suddenly so present, his grief over the loss of his
mother, as well as the desire to impress Kratos despite all of this, to live up to the one
role model he has. All these conflicting emotions make it hard for Atreus to paint a complete
picture of events, but instead of ruthlessly trying to hammer that picture out of Kratos,
the writers lean on his timid nature and general understanding of his father's temperament;
letting Kratos' actions speak for themselves and have Atreus figure it out gradually.
Importantly, the writing team here understands that the desire to learn, to be taught, is
a far more believable trait in a child than simply having them be a whizz-kid know-it-all.
He's book smart, for sure, but we're frequently reminded that everything he has learned has
a traceable source, usually his mother. It's an emotional intelligence that acts in stark
contrast to Kratos' evident and often wilful ignorance; something brought into focus thanks
to the pair being, well, really goddamn close to each other for a long goddamn time.
We witness many tense encounters between the two (given an uncomfortable intimacy thanks
to the fact the camera never cuts away) where Kratos will become frustrated at his son's
supposed innocence, chastising him for his clumsiness and lack of foresight, but will
disregard the very valid observations that Kratos isn't any better, that perhaps he's
the reason they're in these messes to begin with.
As a result, even Atreus' moments of dissent, where he'll directly confront the character
we're controlling, don't come across as bratty in any way; they're well-earned.
He's merely using his unfiltered view of the things we have seen him experience, to
point out what should be obvious to Kratos.
To put it another way, by having Atreus act as believably as he does, the writers level
the playing field of the father-son relationship; Atreus clearly needs his dad for physical
protection but outside of combat, Kratos' immaturity and unpreparedness for his journey
are arguably far more pressing than the issues holding back his young son.
Perhaps this is a cynical way of reading things, but I never really feel that Atreus approaches
the realm of irritating, because by establishing his character so fully, they have an excuse
to make sure that any questions he has about his dad or the world they inhabit are kept
short and snappy. Because of this, dialogue in God of War feels surprisingly naturalistic;
rarely do our protagonists speak unless they have a real reason to. Questions are raised
that Kratos might not have the answer for, leading us to try and fill in the blanks along
with his son, deepening our connection to this fantastical world, allowing the dialogue
to avoid a lot of lengthy, un natural exposition..
In short, everything about Atreus' character feels earned and well-justified, meaning that
he inevitably avoids a good deal of the pitfalls many writers seem to face when constructing
younger characters, as well as shaping how the larger story is told. It's not just
that he's likeable despite the odds; the story of Kratos' growth is markedly more
convincing because of how believably Atreus reacts to the world around him. And it's
all a result of the writing team taking the time to make sure that the kid acts like a
goddamn kid would.

3.000hp Motor V8 Pro Line Racing Hemi Supercharger com injeção FuelTech FT600 - Duration: 15:38.
dragazine CEO james lawrence wanted to build a world-class supercharged Tiffany
he called Eric Dillard the owner of proline racing an all ground Georgia
this Hemi that sent his car is is our best cylinder head our best you know our
best everything that we have today is what James utilized in this build
we're gonna start with a 136 blower step it up to the 143 hopefully and testing
this week and just see where it takes us um I think I think we're gonna have a
competitive combination but we'll know a lot more about it in the next week this
week the team is on the dyno it's been more than a year since they began the
project
well anytime we dyno something new or a new combination will start kind of slow
do some light pulls keep the RPMs low if for some reason there's something wrong
it makes a lot easier to take care of things early you'll test things early
more stuff can go wrong as the RPM go up and the power goes up so for an engine
like this will warm the engine up for five or ten minutes put some heat in it
will let it heat soak for about a half an hour and then when we start to make
pools we'll go light maybe 6,500 rpms even though the engine is capable of a
lot more we'll do a light pole to make sure the map looks good plugs look good
nothing leaks nothing's out of place and just gives us an opportunity to make
sure everything's good before you run the RPMs up and run the power up
he'll check we met those guys back in 2011 or 12 the relationship between our
two companies is very strong you know we're we're out here Dino and today and
you know Anderson and all the tech guys from field tech are here and helping us
on the dyno and it's it's become an extremely strong relationship and we
just want to see it grow and be able to offer that to all the other companies
out there that want to work with field tech because it's it's a combination
that managed is hard to beat my name is Anderson deke I'm from Pheo Tech I'm
here to talk about this very nice project v8 over 3,000 horsepower alcohol
engineer with all fuel tech products the FT 600 is a good fit for pretty much
every drag racing application and this particular case the supercharger alcohol
engine it takes a lot of fuel and it pretty much they were using a lot of
those 16 injectors and the tuning wise is very important to have all the very
advanced capabilities like individual cylinder trim for the 16 injectors we
can control both primary and secondary differently in table in different tables
so it it makes much more capable of controlling those that the feel over the
engineer pretty much what you are doing right now here in the dyno is figuring
the factor 20 wise what these engineer likes and how to pretty much perfect the
tuning of the engineer and that's where the controls of the few tech it's very
helpful we've been working for a long time on this racing application and
pretty much is making a lot of difference in terms of delivering
results and safety for for the engineer
we do a bunch of different things inside one building it's kind of it's kind of
brokenness apart from a lot of the other engine builders in the industry we've
we've really worked on catering towards the tuning side and we have a lot of
guys that tune for us and are very loyal to us as a company and we're very back
we're very low well to them we've we've got our engine
building business which is what everybody knows us for we sell a lot of
parts but not only did we sell parts we do like turn key packages so we don't
really we try to sell competitively with you know with all the parts for the guys
in the heads up market but we're really going after the guys that want to come
to us and get that complete package to go out and run at the front of these
heads up classes so Pro Mod radio versus the world we're working on some ldr
stuff now with with this new pro charger front you know that's that's really
where that's really where we were we succeed hey guys Chris Jones shop
manager here at proline racing gonna go over our Hemi 3,000 horsepower
supercharged deal some of the components that we use in this thing key features
of it here we utilize a 10 to 25 DeKnight hemi block form allen johnson
performance it's based on the old t FX design this is a billet iteration of
that block most of the blocks used to be a forging on the 3,000 horsepower bill
that we're discussing today we use ap eighth iteration port program from AJ
it's a two 490 intake valve 2o 20 exhaust valve which is a bit unusual for
an outlaw style cylinder head most of them typically will run a larger intake
valve a little bit smaller exhaust we use a Bryant billet crankshaft this is a
larger wing design up here on the crank throats it's a little bit it's a little
bit heavier duty right here where the throw meets the main to add some
strength the other thing that we utilize on all of our engines is 1/8
counterweight design these tend to flex a lot less under duress and high power
we use cleave like bearings vanderwal style bearings and almost all of our
engines 480 ones and Hemis especially our rods are actually pretty heavy-duty
this is our normal Miller rod we use Bill Miller rods it's almost exclusively
and this piston is utilized in different compression ratios so different dome
heights and basically all of our Hemi engines so it's got a lot of
reinforcements towards the bottom of the pin boss this is a forging of course you
actually see where the machining is done and where the rough areas are for the
forging itself we use currently a trend tp1 material pin it's an inch show 94 in
diameter which is slightly smaller than what you're gonna see in a fuel car we
use total seal rings again in all of our engines it's a dykes configuration in
the top ring so it's a pressure backed ring PDR a pro xstream kind of dictated
that we needed to take as much weight out of our cars as possible and in order
to do so we ditch the dry sump working with Moroso several years to get a pan
design that works really well on the wet sump design now and you know our latest
iteration of these pans is great holds great oil pressure all the way down the
track we utilize an RCD gear drive on all of our engines gear drives are just
the most reliable way to time your camshaft you don't want to have to worry
about belts jumping around so this gear mounts to the camshaft itself the cam
itself is in this instance a competition cams tools still piece suffice to say
it's a blower profile it's fairly large and duration you know wide lobe
separation angle we also use a Jesu lifter so all of our engines utilize a
bush lifter bushing comp supplied us with springs and in conjunction with the
tool steel retainer we typically will use a titanium retainer and you know
titanium blocks kind of the normal deal but the tool steel retainer here you can
see it's very light comparatively speaking and of course extremely strong
because of the material for a of Valve's of course in this particular engine both
titanium because it runs on alcohol we don't have to worry about extremely high
eg T's with alcohol one of the other components that I don't have in hand
right now we actually have them in the engine currently trend push rods so this
particular engine utilizes a single piece push rod which actually has a tool
steel insert in the cup in this is our intake manifold or rough approximation
of it visitor actually works with us very closely on this we went over
several things when we started building our manifolds
one of the one of the big things for our intake is a plenum you know a large
plenum volume trying to get the air calmed down a little bit so on the front
of our visitor billet manifold we of course use a billet throttle body which
is provided to us by active tab this particular unit is 125 millimeter single
we use Reed rockers on basically all of our Hemi engines
it's a billet steel rocker arm design it runs on a shaft oils here with a bronze
bushing and a roller tip so the atomizer injector that Jack provides us with
which these things are absolutely wonderful these have been these have
been a godsend for us we use an ATI industry standard as far as balancers go
we've got ms ear starter here been using these on all of our Hemi engines and
this particular piece is of course Bill it again this is a Missouri billet flex
plate this particular unit is a hundred and thirty six tooth as you can see very
very heavy duty this is in a Chari as if I proved all that fun stuff we use se e
for all of our head gaskets they provide us with copper gaskets probably 98 to
99% of the hardware in this particular engine is ARP provided and we use a
narrow motive Terminator billet pump it's a 26 gallon per minute pump so it's
going to provide all the fuel that we could ever need we use an Alston gear
drive this the particular drives that we use our gear to gear we use spline drive
stuff on everything we try not to use belts we're in the infancy of our
supercharged program here in proline we've learned a lot of lessons on what
it takes to make great big power numbers and when we use the ProCharger systems
we know we've over built the engine of more powers on the on the docket and on
the horizon we're already eclipsing the 3,000 horsepower mark we know we're
gonna start seeing a 3,500 horsepower at some point in time it's just gonna be a
matter of time before we get there the ProCharger stuff I think is it's
almost like a whole new it's a whole new you know world for us the relationship
between ProCharger and proline definitely is a big plus not only to us
to be able to test and develop even better superchargers for proline to be
able to test and develop better camshaft and cylinder head combinations that work
with pro chargers but but ultimately it's the greatest for the racers out
there they're gonna be able to reap the benefits of all this newfound power
newfound efficiency and the combinations are gonna keep getting better and better
and faster and faster and really that's that's what it's going to take to move
the needle to make more horsepower to get the the ProCharger cars out there
running faster and faster every year right now we've got the f3 r136
which has been a tried-and-true supercharger for many years that's
what's on the the blown zo6 engine behind me that supercharger can
definitely support some you know like I said 3,000 horsepower range depends on
the engine combo as far as a boost number that's a common question people
ask how much boost will it make of course it depends on the engine it's
feeding into but even on a big Pro line you don't Hemi like this engine where
the heads flow you know over 500 CFM it'll still do upwards into the 40
pounds of boost range we're always working on something bigger and better
back at pro charter so there definitely we will be something even even more
powerful than that coming soon you take a real car and try to make it into a
race car if it takes time to build these cars so we started with James and then
with that we created more relationships and we added a lot of combinations
throughout the year but a lot of these were full builds and getting built in
cars and now we're gonna see all that stuff debut here first quarter of 2018
three thousands a good starting point and it will actually take more than that
in the car because it'll you'll have air be enforced in the supercharger did we
can't recreate on the dyno
the Rd for the bigger powers is constantly evolving and this is this is
part of it 6,500 rpms it makes around 20 250
horsepower 7,000 makes around 2600 7,500 makes around 2,900 and picked around
3000 about 8,000 rpms well like I said we can't recreate what happens in the
racecar you have one in a racecar you typically have multiple gear changes so
the using goes up and down through the RPM range at least once if not a couple
of times we can't recreate the amount of air that goes in the supercharger so the
engine will make more boost at the track then it will hear so it's just a matter
of not being able to copy the conditions in the racecar exactly so we don't get
carried away trying to tune to the enth degree on the dyno because we know
things will change when it goes in the car the main thing is to give us a
baseline and give us a good starting point we consider our dyno to be the
race track
almost a year of the making the team ran in the threes first weekend out

The Most Bizarre Subliminal Messages Buried In Popular TV Shows - Duration: 6:44.
One of the weirdest storytelling tricks employed by your favorite TV shows is subliminal messaging:
the art of sneaking little clues, imagery, or hints onscreen that a viewer might not
even notice the first, second, or even third time through.
Get ready to have your brain snapped around like a rubber band when you see how ingeniously
these shows have been messing with your head, you might never trust TV again.
Lost
Lost was loaded with more hidden messages than a bag full of fortune cookies, and one
of the most interesting came from the fan-favorite Mr. Eko, a violent Nigerian warlord turned
Catholic priest.
"You do not know who I am."
Throughout the series, Mr. Eko wields a wooden stick with the numbers of Bible passages carved
into it.
The only explanation we're ever given is when Locke says it's just because he's
a priest, but if you've ever been to a Catholic church, you may have noticed that a bo staff
is not a part of the usual vestments.
If you're one of those curious viewers who paused the screen on closeups of Eko's stick,
then you know that the specific Bible passages scrawled into the wood explain Eko's entire
story.
Titus 3 tells of sinners living in "malice and envy" but finding salvation in God, thus
explaining Eko's background story before the show does, and Acts 4:12 is a subtle clue
about Eko's less-than-authorized priesthood.
Most importantly, it also features the famous Psalm 23, referring to Eko's final encounter
with the smoke monster.
The Simpsons
The Simpsons has been on the air for so long that we barely even notice that the characters
look really … strange.
The yellow skin and blue hair are weird enough, not to mention whatever bizarre cartoon magic
is going on with the kids' spiky heads.
On top of that, they all have four fingers instead of five.
To be fair, most cartoon characters in history have had four fingers.
It's just easier to animate, and as Walt Disney himself said,
"Five fingers would have made Mickey's hands look like a bunch of bananas."
There is one Simpsons character whose hands bear that all-powerful fifth finger, though:
God.
When the Almighty shows up to hang out in "Homer the Heretic," the divine creator has
five-fingered hands and five-toed feet, just like we do.
It's a clever subliminal that message raises many questions, including whether God in the
world of the Simpsons is one of our world's human animators in charge of Springfield.
Or maybe that Sunday school song was right, and he just needs that extra finger to hold
the whole world in his hands.
Game of Thrones
Game of Thrones is usually known more for bloody violence and killing off your favorite
characters than for subtlety, but that doesn't mean it's not there.
Just take a look at the costumes, designed by Michele Clapton, which are full of tiny
details that hint at story.
Perhaps the most ingenious bit of subliminal messaging that Clapton literally wove into
a Game of Thrones outfit is on Sansa Stark's wedding dress, worn when she marries into
House Lannister.
The dress depicts a direwolf — the sigil of House Stark — being wrapped up and dominated
by a lion, the Lannisters' sigil.
Embroiderer Michele Carragher described on her website how the colors of the dress, hinting
at the families those colors represent, tell Sansa's entire story.
The red weavings depict the growing influence of the Lannisters on Sansa's psyche, just
as the series itself shows her slowly evolving to be more and more like those manipulative
blond scoundrels.
How I Met Your Mother
As a standard three-camera sitcom, How I Met Your Mother certainly didn't employ esoteric
magic of subliminal clues on a regular basis, but it did make clever use them in the episode
"Bad News."
If you're paying attention, you'll notice that in the first scene, the number 50 is
right in the middle of the screen, kicking off a countdown that runs through the entire
episode, from the label on a beer to book covers to a weirdly sequential set of lottery
numbers.
If you're sharp-eyed enough to notice, you'll know that the bad news is inching closer and
closer, until the countdown reaches 1.
After building up that kind of subliminal dread about the unstoppable march of time,
the news is revealed, and — as expected — it's quite bad.
Breaking Bad
When future generations look back, Breaking Bad might end up being regarded as the Shakespearean
epic of our time.
It's got compelling character progression, fantastic writing, great acting, a dead body
crashing through a bathtub, and, of course, subliminal messaging.
Every item, scene, and moment in Breaking Bad is there for a reason, particularly when
it comes to the show's use of color.
The color coding has been analyzed in major publications like Slate and Time, revealing
that the colors that any character wears on the show will hint at what's going on in their
head.
When we first meet Walt, he's a mild-mannered creampuff who wears the muted colors of a
potato sack.
When Walt takes the identity of Heisenberg and starts getting drunk on power, his wardrobe
switches to darker, stronger colors, only moving back to a milder khaki during moments
of insecurity.
Daredevil
In the comics, Daredevil's arch-nemesis, Wilson Fisk, called himself the Kingpin and
always wore luxurious white suits.
In the first season of Daredevil, though, Fisk never uses the "Kingpin" name, and
sticks to basic black.
As the show goes on, Fisk's evolution into the Kingpin is symbolized by color coding:
the more evil he gets, the lighter his clothing.
When his girlfriend Vanessa convinces him to go public, she also steers him toward lighter
gray suits, and in his final scene of the season, sitting in a prison cell, he's finally
wearing a pristine white.
His wardrobe change means he's accepted the rage within him, which is bad news for a certain
blind lawyer whose clothes take their own change, from black to red.
Fringe
One of the creepiest feelings that you can experience is the sensation that you're
being watched, and if you've ever had the urge to look over your shoulder while you're
watching Fringe, there's a reason for that.
Hidden within every single episode — yes, every episode, over multiple seasons — is
an "Observer," a bald man in a business suit who lingers in the background and watches
whatever weird stuff is going on.
"Oh come on."
If that wasn't creepy enough, Fox marketed the Observers' reveal on Fringe by having
an "Observer week," where Observers popped up in all of Fox's programming, appearing
in unlikely places like American Idol, and even a NASCAR race and an NFL game, with no
explanation offered.

USING THE NEW IPAD 2018 FOR COLLEGE // organization and notes - Duration: 5:17.
Hello everyone!
Today's video is all about how I am currently using the new 2018 nine point seven inches
iPad with the apple pencil.
I am using my iPad for three main reasons – to create notes with the Apple Pencil
for classes that require less heavy note taking; to do almost all of my readings for class
using goodnotes and to have access to apps like Procreate both for my own creative projects
as well as for helping me with Youtube overlays.
Regarding organization and apps, I've mainly divided all of my apps in four categories,
productivity, creativity, social and a folder for all other apps.
I prefer to keep all of my apps in their separa te folders so I can access easily and by function
instead of having to swipe left and right looking for something specific.
In the productivity folder I have apps like Word, Goodnotes, Excel, Youtube Studio, iMovie,
Google Sheets, Adobe and Pocket.
In the Creativity folder I have Procreate, Photos, Youtube, VideoScribe, Spotify, Goodreads
and videos.
IN the social there's the typical apps like messages, wzpad for whatsapp, clips, contacts,
podcasts and pinterest.
In the last folder I have my settings, tips, app store, clock, find iphone, calculator
pro, camera and banking apps.
One of the things that I have been finding the most useful is how I changed the process
behind my readings for college.
Reading on an iPad sitting in my couch is so much more comfortable than being at my
desk and it actually makes me look forward to that task.
Also, the ability to pinch to zoom in and out and use the apple pencil to highlight
makes the process easy and so intuitive.
I stopped printing my materials so I now save tons of money on paper and toner so that paperless
experience I was going for at the beginning of the year is much easier to achieve.
Also, the ability to use different highlighter colours, take my notes on the margins and
then export it all to my mac via iCloud makes the experience of organizing and studying
notes much easier.
In fact, I have been using my ipad much more as a kind of personal assistant on the go
as sometimes it's not that useful to take my laptop around, as it is a fifteen inch
and quite heavy.
One of the things that I love is how all of my progress color coordination is now synched
between the two devices so I know exactly what I am working on in my laptop
Regarding note taking, I have been loving the simplicity of Goodnotes as an overall
great note taking app for someone who is mainly using the apple pencil and not a keyboard
to take notes.
You can create individual notebooks for subjects or topics, customize the cover and do the
exact same things you would do on paper.
The apple pencil support allows for very precise writing and after the first couple of hours
using the pencil you won't even notice the difference between this and writing or drawing
on normal paper as the pressure and angle sensitivity make for a very similar experience.
The ability to export, zoom in and out, organize and re-organize notes with a tap on the screen
and erase and rewrite everything makes this a much more approachable system for people
who, like me, dislike the permanent feeling of writing on a notebook.
Of course that the fact that you are able to synch your icloud account between your
devices makes the experience even better.
I am now more prone to do lots of planning on my Icalendar while using the ipad as well
as getting into more in-depth to-do lists and meal prepping preparation.
Evernote has been a great ally in making sure that all of my recipes, snippets and on-the
go to-do lists are accessible on my ipad, mac and android phone.
Unfortunately I had to pay for the plus version of Evernote to be able to synchronize everything
between three devices but taking into account how much I use this thing, it has been making
my life a lot simpler.
Finally, I also need to refer the split view function which is so useful when referring
to certain documents when taking notes.
It makes all the difference when doing something productive on the ipad and doesn't break
your workflow as much as switching back and forth between apps.
The smaller screen of the nine point seven inch sometimes makes it harder to work in
split view or have enough space to write as extensively as you want so if you want an
ipad and have the budget, that could be a reason to upgrade to the bigger ipad Pro.
Other than that, I think that this is a great complementary device or even a good studying
solo device if you get a Bluetooth keyboard.
The non-laminated screen really doesn't bother me, the battery life is great and the
screen is responsive so for three hundred dollars and a half plus the apple pen I think
it's worth the money you spend.
Next week I will publish a detailed video on the abilities of the apple pencil and the
goodnotes app so make sure to subscribe and click the bell button if you want to watch
that.
I hope you enjoyed today's video and I will see you next week.
Bye!

These 5 Rappers Declined the 2018 XXL Freshman List - Duration: 7:04.
The XXL 2018 Freshman list will soon be with us, but even though it's not here yet, there's
already a handful of rappers that have turned down the Freshman list for this year. Now
the first two on this list haven't been officially confirmed yet, but the top three
have, and I'll be telling you why they all turned it down or why I think they have. So
with that being said, strap in for a quick lil video 2007 Squad. This is CDTVProductions,
and let's look at 5 rappers who turned down the 2018 XXL Freshman List.
5 - Cardi B
I believe this one is just speculated, so I wanted to make that clear right now, but
apparently Cardi B has turned down the XXL list this year, and there could be a couple
different reasons for that. The first is maybe she feels that she is too big to be considered
a freshman right now. And that would be fair, I mean look at the numbers she is doing. But
the second, and possibly more likely reason, is the fact that she's currently pregnant.
Very recently she decided to stop doing live performances at the moment because of her
pregnancy, so it's not unrealistic to think that she may have turned down appearing on
the Freshman cover for the exact same reason.
4 - Joyner Lucas
Again, I couldn't find any articles for this one, but it's on Wikipedia, the most
trusted source for information, and if you think about it, this one does make sense.
The most obvious reason would be the fact that XXL have snubbed Joyner for the past
2 years. In 2016 and 2017, I was rooting for him so damn much to be on the list, and I
was disappointed when he wasn't featured. Like I genuinely feel like he deserved to
be on those lists, especially in 2017. Perhaps Joyner feels the same way, and feels like
he doesn't need the validation of the Freshman cover anymore. This one might just be speculated,
but I would not be the least bit surprised if it turned out to be true.
3 - NAV
This one is probably the most publicized out of all the ones on this list, as NAV shot
down the list around a month ago, saying that he thinks it's "trash". He then went
on to say on Instagram that he feels XXL hasn't been credible for 10 years, and makes a really
stupid point, making fun of the woman who picks the artists on the list, saying "this
is who decides who's on the XXL freshman list" with 3 laughing cry emojis as if that's
a joke.Like boy, anyone can listen to and thoroughly enjoy hip hop, you dense human
being. (Video clips) He even went as far as making a song saying he wouldn't show up
for the Freshman list. There's a way to handle turning down the list, but NAV just
sounded like a tw@ when he did it, and it looked like he was just tryna start unnecessary
beef.
2 - Lil Skies
Lil Skies is a rapper that I really enjoy, I think he makes incredibly catchy music and
actually has some real rapping talent within him. However, despite his rapid rise, he decided
to turn down the list for one simple reason; he believes that it's rigged. He revealed
this in an Instagram live stream, saying that he was invited to be on the cover before the
voting process even began, and he didn't think it was fair that he was chosen before
the fans could even vote for him. Now Skies said he doesn't have any beef with XXL as
a publication, he just doesn't agree with how the Freshman lists are supposedly rigged,
so he personally chose not to appear on this one.
1 - Rich the Kid
Now Rich the Kid has rapidly risen recently with the release of popular singles such as
Plug Walk and New Freezer, but on his Twitter he claimed that he "happily declined"
the 2018 XXL freshman list. It seems that he has deleted the tweet, but regardless it
looks like he won't be making the list. It is speculated that the reason for him turning
down the list was because he found out he was picked as a replacement for the aforementioned
Lil Skies. And that is understandable to me, only being picked for the list just because
someone else turned it down would feel a little annoying. But whatever the case may be, he
definitely won't be on that
list this year.

PHORCYS UNDERWATER ACTIVITIES - EPISODE#64 - Duration: 11:43.
BAROTRAUMA
Barotrauma is defined as the tissue damage that results from the inability of the body
to equalize pressure in a gas filled space
(eg. pressure of air contained in the middle ear or a paranasal sinus with the ambient pressure).
At sea level, pressure equals to 1 bar and rises 1 bar every 10 m of depth,
whereas volume of air contained in an air filled cavity changes inversely
according to Boyle's Law ( P1xV1=P2xV2).

[bags falling]
[breathing heavily]
Princess Paws sure is getting a lot of fan mail.
- Almost as much as Sleepy Bear. - Oh.
Listen to this one:
Princess Paws is so adorable! I wish I never woke up.
Uh, anything for me?
Well, not today Chops.
Princess Paws is all the kids can talk about!
Last night's dream was our biggest success yet!
Yeah! And if we can top the Princess Paws dream,
- maybe we can even win a Dreamy! - Yeah!
What's a Dreamy?
What's a Dreamy?
It's the biggest award a dream maker can win!
And Princess Paws might just be our ticket to win the big one!
The Dream of the Year Award!
Oh, thank you!
Oh, thank you so much!
Um, Mr. Sheep?
Hello?
You haven't won a Dreamy yet,
and if you think Princess Paws will get you there, well... Ha!
You're forgetting who the real star is around here!
You want an award-winning dream?
I'll show you an award-winning dream!
A big bubbly blob of purple goop...
You may see a big bubbly blob of purple goop,
but I see an epic slobber swamp slime monster dream!
Sold.
Eh, I don't know Sleepy Bear...
This stuff has been sitting in storage for ages.
Yeah I know, right?
We've been sitting on gold!
Huh, see that?
You just stretch it and you pull it,
Yeah, you kind of put it on... That's a little sticky.
[struggling]
Foot in there. Ah!
[moaning]
- Nope! - Need a hand there?
Oh, no no, I got it! I'll be out of here in a sec!
[struggling]
[yelling]
[rolling]
[groaning]
Yeah, you got a little something on your face...
What? Oh, no!
Get it off me! Get it off, get it off, get it off!
Relax, bro. Hold still!
[groaning[
- OK, I see the problem. - What?
That!
[laughing]
Oh, this is just terrific!
How are we going to make an award-winning dream
when our stars are completely stuck together?
Oh man, I'm sorry Mr. Sheep.
I should have tested the super goop before I went live.
Well, what about me?
I'm the one that's stuck to you.
Stop poking me!
Ah, your fur is pinchy. Get your pinchy fur off me!
[moaning]
Get your butt out of my eye hole!
[farting noise]
I could watch this all day!
Oh, no! It's almost dream time!
We have to get them out of there!
[music playing]
[screaming]
[breathing heavily]
What in the name of dreams is going on here?
Shelly! Uh, we...we...
Yeah, yeah. Save it, listen.
I just got off the horn with Miles Muttenburger
at the Department of Dreams and I have some bad news.
They've decided to turn Mustard Hill Dreams Station
into a sheep counting factory.
It looks like this might by your last season of dream making.
[sighing heavily]
Sheep counting is cheaper,
and a lot less messy.
Wait, what? They can't do that!
We've just had our most successful dream yet!
Everyone loved Princess Paws!
Sorry, kids. My hooves are tied.
I'm really gonna miss this place.
Sheep counting? Hours and hours of jumping fences!
[factory noises]
Jumping and jumping forever and ever. I won't make it!
I have weak knees!
Yeah, I did not sign up for hurdle practice.
What about the Dreamy Award?
Wait a minute. A Dreamy!
Bun's right!
The Department of Dreams can't shut down an award-winning dream station.
Have you seen the Dreamy award winners?
They're master pieces.
And that's just what we're gonna make, Gabby.
Forget the slime monster dream! That's kid stuff.
If we wanna win a Dreamy, we have to play in the big leagues!
We'll need explosions, special effects,
robots!
[cheering]
Wait, where are we gonna get all that stuff?
Leave that to me, Sleepy Bear.
I know just what to do.
And clean up this goop, will ya?
A little soap and hot water will get it right out!
[music playing]

I'll tell you who I am.
I'm Parla's boyfriend!
You got me? Her boyfriend.
Her boyfriend, huh? How long has it been? Who are you kidding, man?
Believe or not,
cut it short, you're leaving now.
Gimme a break, it's not working on me.
Get off, we're gonna talk with Parla. It's our matter.
I said don't touch her!
Kerem!
Parla,
tell him, he gotta leave. We're gonna sit and talk.
- What are you talking about, are you insane? - Parla, don't interfere.
Don't interfere, huh?
I'm glad that you got it!
Sorry, is there anything wrong? Customers are annoyed with this.
No problem, bro, go back to work.
I'll call the manager.
Parla, what type of a person you are!
- Watch your mouth. - Kerem! It's alright.
What happened, couldn't you handle being the second man?
- I'm gonna... - Kerem, OK!
- Let him, bring on me! - Kerem, stop!
If you love me, stop, don't do anything.
Kerem, calm down.
- Thanks. - Enjoy.
There's no boyoz* but we have bagel here! (boyoz: Aegean bagel)
And I got ayran.
Bon appetit.
It's so good, so crisp. We got hungry, right?
Why don't you eat?
I will.
Süreyya, don't pull a long face. I'm not used to you having that face.
No,
I was just lost in my thoughts, I'm not pulling any faces.
Look, I'm eating.
Of course, you gotta eat.
Don't worry, Kerem will make it up for Elif.
They're not out there to have fun, they just have that boring study activity.
Sure, honey.
They can do whatever they want, that's none of my business.
Look at me.
I'm not even saying anything about touching her,
get closer to her less than a hundred meters, and I'll make you regret that you were born.
- Oh, I'm so afraid, my knees are shaking! - Kerem, alright. Leave it to him.
Do you own her?
Not just Parla, you can't act like this, to anyone! Don't be a bully!
I'm not being a bully, at all.
What are you saying? Get the hell outta here!
What's wrong? Our customers are getting disturbed.
Nothing wrong, sir. This fella was about to leave.
We're not done here.
- Sorry about all that. - OK, fine.
Go ahead. Are you alright?
- I'm all upside down now! - It's all gone now. Calm down, you're safe. OK?
I was so scared that he would do something to you.
He can't do anything to me. Relax, try to calm down, OK?
Let me ask for some water.
Sorry, can we have a glass of water?

who are on the spectrum who are looking for either
volunteer work, internships or employment out in the
community. So they are working one-on-one with an
employment specialist who is helping them to reach
those goals and build their skills. It is just the best
to see people working together to make a more
inclusive community for all of us with no limits on who
gets included. We have a lot of talented artists
under our Autism Services and I think that art for
them is a good outlet. Sometimes I think it could
be a way to communicate what they are feeling in a
different way if sometimes communicating verbally may
be challenging for them. I think it might also be a
stress management tool for them. Just really another
way for them to showcase their talents and their
strengths... I respected you but now you are gone,
all I do is sing this song, in your honor, I bet you

Ces 10 secrets coréens pour entretenir votre peau ! - Duration: 11:06.
So beautiful
If you wanna get beautiful clothes like me
You can visit Hallyustreet and you will get a lot of discount now!
Hello I'm Dayoung
Today i wanna talk about Top 10 Secret of korean skin care!
So many people have asked me a lot about that
Finally i can talk about skin care secret of korean
The secret of korean skin care Top 10
Number 1
This is soooo famous category i think
1 Mask Sheet Pack per day!
I always try to use 1 Mask Sheet Pack per day
In my side, i always use mask sheet pack after i take a shower at the night
But you should remember something to use mask sheet pack everyday
It is good for your skin to use "Moisturizing" or "Soothing" function Mask Sheet Pack for everyday
If you use "Nutrition", "Brightening", and "Wrinkle" function Mask Sheet Pack everyday
Your skin can lost the chances and power to repair by themselves
So when you enjoy Mask Sheet Pack everyday, it is better to use "Moisturizing" and "Soothing" than others. and when you wanna use others (Brighteing, Wrinkle, Nutrition), you can use that 1~2 times per week
Number 2
A lot of type of Pack
There are a lot of type of Pack in korea
Wash - Off Pack
Peel-Off Pack
Rubber Pack
Like we have a lot of type of packs
Beside, there are so many functions(effect)
Moisturizing, Soothing
Acne
Wrinkle, Brightening
I enjoy this kind of pack (Peel-Off/Wash-Off/Rubber Pack) 1~2 times per week
So if you find suitable pack on your skin
It will help to care about your skin conditions too
But you should remember something to use Pack (Wash-Off/Peel-Off/Rubber Pack)
You don't need to use everyday
It is enough for your skin to use 1~2 times per week
If you remember that you can enjoy care about your skin a lot!
Number 3
Suncream!
You should put suncream on your skin whatever happen like summer, winter, rainny, cloudy and snowy
Even in side building
Because UV exist everywhere during the day
Normally when i said "you have to put suncream on your skin"
Some people said "I'm ok i don't care"
Some people said "I like my tanned skin"
But you should think about the reason why we have to use suncream
just only for preventing tanned skin?
This is not big deal
The most biggest reason is preventing wrinkle and blemish on your skin
when you are exposed from UV for a long times
You will get wrinkles so quickly
and you will get a lot of blemish freckle essily too
So you should focus on prevent anti-aging with suncream !!!
Number 4
Cleansing
Even if you use amazing skin care products on your skin
Even if you have amazing make-up skills
If you dont have health skin, your amazing products and make-up skill can help to care about your skin
So how to get health skin !!?
Of course to know good way to clen your face exactly
When we wash our face, dirty things is disappear from our skin
Normally korean people have 2~3 step cleansing process
If you don't use make-up, you dont need to follow 2~3 steps cleansing process
If you use make-up like me
you have to follow 2~3 steps cleansing process
In my side, when i wake up at morning, im not on make-up
I just wash my face with organic soap simply
But when i take a shower at the night
I have make-up so i follow 2~3 steps cleansing process
The first step is Lip&Eye remover
The second step is wiping my face with Cleansing Oil or Cleansing balm
And the last step is washing my face with cleansing foam
Most of make-up products are waterproof
So it is hard to erase make-up with just only cleansing foam
Especially if you don't erase eye make-up so well
It can provoke dark circle around your eyes
If you don't clean your skin make-up so well
It can block your pore and provoke trouble and acne on your skin
Number 5
To know ingredients on skin care products
What do you consider when you buy skin care products?
This is trendy to check ingredients in the skin care products in korea
In the past, we just thought like "famous brand, famous products and high price products are good!!"
But these day korean people start to consider ingredients in the skin care products
Even if famous brand, famous products, if there are bad ingredients this is not good products at all
So what is bad ingredients?
Bad ingredients can provoke allergie on your skin
If you have sensitive skin like me, you should consider that definitely
If you wanna know about bad ingredients, you can check this list on Dada's secret instagram !
Don't forget to check bad ingredient for your skin care
Number 6
"7 Toner Way"
This is real hot trendy in korea
When you put toner on your skin, you just use that one time right?
and you put lotion on your skin one time
Let me explain about "7 Toner Way"
"7 Toner Way" is to put toner on your face 7 times
I follow this way for a long times
Definitely my skin conditions be better than before like brightening, and moisturizing
I will tell you how to do that
Put toner on your face and repeat this way 7 times
When you follow "7 Toner Way", you don't need to use only one toner
You can mix some type of toner like moisturizing -> trouble skin -> moisturizing (repeating)
You should try it
Number 7
Invest your time
How long do yon need to care about your skin?
1 min? 2 mins? 3 mins?
I need minimum 30 minutes
Absorbing is so important for your skin care
When you put toner on your skin, if you don't wait untill toner is absorbed on your skin so well
Toner will not works well as you hope
I wait untill toner is absorbed on my skin perfectly
I put lotion on my skin again and wait untill it is absorbed perfectly
And i put lotion on my skin and i wait untill lotion is absorbed on my skin perfectly again
serum and essence is same process too
Maybe you can think this is nothing but this is soooo important!
Someone can feel bored and tired about waiting for this process
when you care about your skin, you can watch drama or funny TV show at the same time, you will not feel bored anymore!
Number 8
Moisturizing is so important to keep healthy skin conitions
If your skin's moisturizing is not good, everything will be destroyed too about your skin conditions
So it is so important to supply moisturizing to your skin
Drink water enough
Of course everyone know that!!
But i know a lot of people forget to drink water enough
Just try to drink enough water!
you will feel how much your skin be better!
Also you can supply moisturizing in the dry area (airplane) and season (fall and winter)
with mask sheet pack and using mist
Number 9
Don't touch your skin with your hand!
Number 9 can help people who has a lot of acne and trouble like me
I understand your mind! whenever i have acne and trouble i wanna touch that a lot!!!!
Never do that
You have no idea how many dirty things are under nails
We touch a lot of stuff during our day!
But whenever we touch something we can wash our hand directly!
So if you touch your skin with this hand a lot!
It will provoke severe acne and trouble on your skin
So never touch your skin with hands !!
Number 10~
The trendy of korean cosmetic and beauty is changed so quickly
and there are a lot of communities about beauty
And all of cosmetic brand publish new products everyday!
There are a lot of TV show about beauty and cosmetic too!

You so fuckin' precious when you smile

Girl, I lose myself up in those eye-eye-eye-eye-eyes
I just had to let you know you're mine
Feels like forever even if forever's tonight
Just lay with me, waste this night away with me
You're mine, I can't look away, I just gotta say
I just had to let you know you're mine
I just had to let you know you're mine
Running circles 'round my mind
Even when it's rainy all you ever do is shine
You on fire, you a star just like Mariah Man this feel incredible, I'll turn you into a bride, you're mine
Hands on your body, I don't wanna waste no time
Feels like forever even if forever's tonight
Just lay with me, waste this night away with me You're mine, I can't look away, I just gotta say
Hands on your body
