Waching daily Aug 3 2018

A new free update has come to the Sea of Thieves

and there are more exciting new features than you could shake a bony, dismembered arm at.

So ready your cannons and brace for battle

as terrifying skeleton crews emerge from the depths, in Cursed Sails.

The Cursed Sails update has unleashed vicious skeleton crews upon the Sea of Thieves

and it's up to you to fight to protect the different regions from being overrun.

each crew will bring their own unique cursed cannonballs into battle

inflicting a powerful curse upon your crew

or your ship.

And as you head out to sea to face this deadly skeleton threat

you might want to try our newest ship type, the Brigantine.

This double sailed beauty is perfect for crews of three

and it sits comfortably between the speed and firepower of the Galleon

and the manoeuvrability and simplicity of the Sloop.

To tackle the crews of scornful skeletons

you also might want to consider forming an Alliance with the other crews who roam the Sea of Thieves.

Fly the flag of friendship, even if it is only temporary

and you'll not only be a force to be reckoned with but you'll share each other's voyages and gold too.

Though, keep your wits about you.

Even the strongest alliance can be broken

and you never know if there's a mutinous dog in your midst.

And it doesn't stop there

there's a whole host of new cosmetics for players and their ships.

The Hunter clothing, equipment and weapon set

the Bonecrusher equipment set

new hairstyles and dyes, (yes you can finally change your hair colour!)

new ship liveries including an exclusive ship set for Pirate Legends

Not only that, but due to the threat of skeletons cruising around the local waters

the merchants of the Sea of Thieves are slashing their prices to try and drum up more business

If you've been hoarding your gold

now might be the time to splash some cash.

And for those of you who want to delve deeper into the origins of this fearsome skeleton armada

there's a time-limited campaign in which players can uncover the mystery of a certain missing merchant

and the misdeeds that summoned the skeleton crews up from the depths.

The Cursed Sails update is out now, free to all players.

So hop onboard and get ready to tackle the skeletal remains of pirates past.

Cheers!

The Hilarious Fox Goodman Situation - Duration: 5:59.

welcome back to Palace app entertainment where we I found you faker thank you I

think you're the fake Hedgehog around here you're comparing yourself to me

you're not even good enough to be ranked you eat those words

ladies and gentlemen something hilarious has been going on in the quote unquote

animation community and I feel it's my duty to talk about it before team star

gets here lately there has been accusations being thrown around about

certain people tracing their artwork certainly not myself as much as you

haters think that I traced the great Leonardo DiCaprio I'm talking about the

animation channel Fox Goodman now who is Fox Goodman you may ask well he's

basically an odd ones out superfan that traces work and launched his own YouTube

channel another youtuber named Daft pina coladas made a popular video exposing

him for tracing which Fox later admitted to doing in his response video Fox

Goodman do you trace yes obviously personally I don't see a problem with

tracing for the sake of making videos as long as it's original hell you can make

content just by using two JPEGs boy I got one question for you what are those

hey where's your backbone okay I'm done with the skit the problem lies in

monetizing an image claiming it as your own and making a profit off of it the

best way I can describe this is like the difference between Weird Al making a

parody song of Michael Jackson and somebody pretending to be Michael

Jackson I initially felt bad for Fox he was making original content

albeit not that and great and was being judged for stupid things like not citing

his sources when he used clip art from Google images like come on do you think

that the person who made this PNG of a plunger wants to be cited this is a

YouTube video not an APA research paper plus I'm nothing without my PNG s the

problem I have with Fox bad man haha easy joke swings up when it comes to how

he handles criticism the main theory being that he created the second channel

in order to make more ad revenue and that this trace drawing of the odwin

zack camera links them together one of the most notable assets is the fact that

they use the same camera traced in the odd ones out Svidler with the ad revenue

part it'd be much easier gain traction uploading more videos to

one channel the camera part along with their similar intros had me convinced

I'd into that the fact that both of them frequently appearing common sections

together and the fact that Daffy Pina pulled out a spectrogram linking both of

their voices together and everything seems to make sense

now if I were Fox Goodman what I would respond with would be not a Dalek I'm

not Matt Spicer you guys are blowing this out of proportion I just like

making videos for fun plus here's a video of me and Matt hanging out insane

words that's it but somehow he managed to make the situation even worse and

this is where things get Alerus not only did he deny the accusations he basically

deflected the question by calling the evidence pointless for all the tenfold

hack conspiracy theorists out there who rely on stuff like the special Gramm and

comparing frequencies it's 100% false your honor I did not commit the murder

just because there's eyewitness testimony and blood samples doesn't mean

that I did anything those detectives are just haters and all of my real jurors

will support me kilt you I'll kilt you if you disagree with me it

gets even better Fox Goodman calls out the world's

greatest conspiracy theorists I am putting out an open challenge to the

biggest conspiracy theorists out there and he knows who he is by which he means

that pinna and challenges him to find undeniable proof that he is Matt Spicer

the end result being that he was elite his channel if he succeeds first of all

how dare you disrespect Shane Dawson like that and second of all did I forget

to mention that he wants $100,000 to pull this off that's not a joke watch

the video this is why I want to raise $100,000 out of this GoFundMe have you

ever heard of Skype he says that the money it would also be used to start

doing free giveaways for subscribers but I don't think he understands the meaning

of the word free that's like if I went to my local cárdenas and some lady was

giving away free cheese samples and when I was halfway through eating the cheese

she snapped the cheese out of my hand and said give me $100 those two intents

we're not talking about $100 we're not talking about $10,000 we're talking

about 100,000 moolah I could buy a mansion in Detroit and be

next-door neighbors with Eminem he could feature on my album to his defense so I

haven't seen a link to his GoFundMe page so maybe he just forgot or he just said

that to get attention which is genius since you clicked on this video and I

felt passionate enough to make it that would also help to explain why he wants

staff to make a response video and once the other ones out to desperately

comment on the situation but we're forgetting about the most important

person's opinion about this whole entire thing and that's the odd ones out

himself which I don't think he has to the dude is making kids happy with his

book this is for smaller dirty youtubers that are trying to get money to buy a

Nintendo switch all that this is too real didn't nobody expose me all that I

really want answered is whether or not they're the same person and for him to

switch up his art cell a little bit just like you did in theirs response video

hell I'm a nice guy too so I'll do a face reveal for half the amount of money

fifty thousand dollars I got you and I'll be giving away daily

Virtual Boy consoles as well with all that being said how do you feel about

like how do you feel about Vox Goodman is he Matt Spicer

should he be forced to change his art style am i secretly both of them

manipulating everything behind the scenes so that I can afford a Nintendo

switch leave it in the comment and don't forget to like the video or else a clone

of you or replace you in your sleep and purely speaking outdated memes damn

Daniel oh my god no

Healthy Caveman Energy Bars Recipe with Turkey - Duration: 6:46.

alright y'all I'm gonna redeem myself ok wait oh ho how do you miss both what up

guys and welcome back to the Fit Mincha kitchen so today on the menu we are

whipping up some of my favorite energy bars with a very special ingredient to

make them what I call caveman energy bars I'm gonna take you inside take you

shopping and then we're gonna go back to my spot to a month all right let's go so

look at this guys this is an entire wall of energy bars all very nutritious and

delicious but I'm gonna save you some money by showing you how you can make

your own at home now listen mine come down to about 4 basic ingredients nuts

and seeds dried fruit honey and coconut oil it's just that simple

all right so as far as it's a concern guys you can make this as simple as you

want by having just one nut or one seed or you can make it pretty complicated

and beginning to mix and match these different things but keep it in mind the

more you mix and match the more you increase that price so at $6 a pound I'm

gonna get some raw almonds that is right in line with my budget price point

all right guys and the same thing applies here when it comes to the dried

fruit so you could mix and match these but as you mix and match you're going to

increase the price so these cranberries are 350 pounds so we're gonna have some

cranberries work by itself is very naturally sweet so it doesn't need much

often times though in the drying process they may add some sugar some other

preservatives to help out with the taste my food by itself is always gonna get

the gold star all right so it looks like they've got some turkish apricots and

this is actually gonna pair very well with the caveman energy bar so these are

only four bucks so we can splurge today who can splurge with these grabbing some

coconut oil and some honey alright guys so when I first mentioned

cave me and what came to mind for me I think about hunters and gatherers I

think of back in the primitive time we can't have came energy bars without some

mate so we've got beef jerky we've got turkey jerky got chicken jerky we're

gonna add in some turkey jerky not a lot of sugar in it this is about 36 grams of

protein per bag we're gonna add two of these bad boys into these hmm all right

yeah I'm gonna redeem myself okay wait a little wait how do you miss both okay ah

all right guys looks like I got everything let's head back to my spot

and whip these bad boys up all right guys so back in the kitchen this should

take us literally less than 15 minutes here are the steps blend mix together

and then make into bars boom oh okay wait freeze in the mechana

bar well you get the point it's really simple

first thing we're gonna do is we're gonna toss in our protein the most

important thing with this is that we create a fine powder or blend we're

gonna pop the top and create a powder we're gonna do this until it's very very

very fine almost like powder just very very few

chunks and if you have your own protein powder you could actually add in some

unflavored protein powder if you do I recommend adding in something like a

collagen peptide it's unflavored it mixes very very well and it's also very

thin next we're gonna grab our almonds you know with this I like to just to

keep it a really simple recipes the same amount of almonds I'm going to add in

the same amount of dried fruit and I'm gonna blend everything together and then

once it starts to get sticky that's when I know that I've had the right ratio so

if I add two cups of almonds and we're gonna blend this together first before

we add in the dried fruit you want to mix all of the dry ingredients first

before you add in the fruit now this one we're only going to pulse blend we don't

want to pulverize this into dust so this is a great texture

it looks like powder in my hand what this is actually meat so we added two

cups of almonds and never gonna add in our wet ingredients and

we're gonna add 2 cups of dried fruit too so let's do one and a half cups of

the cranberry and then we're gonna add a little splash of the apricots we're

gonna add in a little bit of honey this is gonna help everything to stick

together and then the last bit is some coconut now you can do this as the

blenders going as the food processor is going or you can put it all in together

just like this and we are going to pop the top cross our fingers so when we

stop it should be a very sticky paste just like this and that's what it looks

like get a lot of great texture alright now here's the fun part we're gonna put

everything together now you can spread this into a baking pan and you could cut

this into bars yourself but I love using the silicon ice molds because it's great

for portion control and whenever you just need like a small like pick me up

or something sweet you just go into the fridge or the freezer and pop one in and

you're good to go spray your hands because it gets a little sticky and you

want this just to kind of roll right off and into this mold alright guys it's

just that simple this is fine as is but sometimes some people like to add some

toppings people like me I actually have some leftover pistachios that I'm

crushing up here now I'm just gonna sprinkle some on top and press those

into the bar if you want to add some chocolate you can do that too some dark

chocolate be very mindful of the extras that you pack on to it so we're going to

store this in the freezer guys for four hours so that way they get really hard

it's not going to freeze over because of the fat content of the oil and the nuts

but it's going to help to keep them in place after four hours you could either

keep them in the freezer or you can store them in your fridge so delicious

guys you can have a little bit of everything in each bite you can buy this

stuff from the store but the cool thing about doing it on your own is that you

get to make cool stuff and make it your own and you know exactly what you're

putting into your body I'll be posting the recipe for this guys on to fit Minka

comm so be sure that you click the link below to going

and I also want you all to comment below your favorite nuts and dried fruit that

you would add to this to make it your own

alright guys I want to thank y'all for watching until next time I want you to

do what that's right to keep it healthy but of course never ever boring ooh

bye guys

D'Souza compares situations of Trump, Lincoln, enrages Left - Duration: 2:13.

Ingraham: So you're really kicking the hornet's nest with this film.

I mean it's out tonight, you have a book out today, we're going to have you

on radio, I guess, tomorrow or the next day. They're saying you're making leaps

of logic, the Democrats aren't the real racists, look at what they're doing to

these poor kids in the detention centers, Trump doesn't like brown people

because he's putting this immigration enforcement into place.

What's your response to all these critics?

D'Souza: Well there's a lot here. The movie focuses on two things.

Racism on the one hand, and fascism on the other, and as you know from

the time Trump got elected, the Left has been dropping these two big incendiary

bombs, not just on Trump, but on the Right, on conservatives and on Republicans.

So the movie has a historical component because it dives into "what is the meaning

of fascism," "who is the real party of racism," but where it really takes off

is it looks at, "where's the fascism today?" "Where's the racism today?"

And it shows that the fascist and racist tail belongs, not on the

Republican elephant, but on the Democratic Donkey.

Ingraham: You're getting a lot of hits from "Variety," "The Guardian."

They love you over at "The Guardian." They say, "In the embarrasing new film

from the far-right provocateur," all personal attacks, "Dinesh D'Souza,

he compares Donald Trump to Abraham Lincoln, claims Hitler was

LGBT-friendly and calls Antifa the real Nazis."

D'Souza: So let's look at this Trump-Lincoln business, because

that's probably the most inflammatory... The idea of putting Trump and Lincoln

on the cover and morphing the heads together... But look how similar their

situations are. In 1860, an outsider president, Lincoln, comes in. He's narrowly elected,

in fact in a three-man race, and the moment he gets in, all hell breaks loose.

The Democrats in the North are calling for his assassination, which happens

eventually, the Democrats in the south are willing to break up the country.

So they're trying to get rid of Lincoln by, you may say, "any means necessary."

So look how eerily similar that is to our moment in which Trump faces

a Democratic Party that is still refusing to accept the result of a lawful election,

wants to get rid of Trump however they can, and is pursuing all these strategies,

including the inflammatory race card and fascism card, to discredit Trump.

Let's play | Korg Prologue 16 | Analogue Synthesizer | Thomann - Duration: 11:00.

yes hello and welcome to another episode at this time it's the korg prologue it's

16 voice purely analog synthesizer

you don't only have two oscillators per voice purely analog but you also have a

third multi-engine oscillator which means it's basically a digital

oscillator which can be programmed yes which can be programmed not so much on

the keyboard but for developers so there will be a API for it there will be a

software development kit for it so you can get anything from simple loops

sample players to highly accurate simulations simulations of c64 sound for

example yeah just to start with it I just like to play a few sounds because

it sounds so good

it's a great thing that cork has thought of a way to accomplish a new sorting of

the sounds you can solve it by number your average numbers you can solve the

presets by category you give can give them categories so you can go through

them one category by another you can get alphabetical simple as that you can get

two presets through likes so if you play sound the vast amount of sounds in there

over 500 sounds and you like it you can press something like a like button and

then it will rank up in this like lists then you have a frequent plate so if you

play it often it will be there then you have a quite little nifty thing you have

a random play there yeah you can play random presets so if you dial in

something it just gives you 220 for example or 112 the next step and the big

thing for live performance for Qt borders is you can get live sets eight

live sets and each life that can have seven sounds to it so you can quickly

change your whole set up for one song over two songs and then the other song

we have our VCL section two videos as I told is analog pure analog oscillators /

voice so you do the math and you have one multi engine so to speak let's put

it easy it's a digital oscillator which can do a lot of things and which is open

to developers so that can so much things can be coming so I'm very

excited about this one you have here oscillator section where you can

determine the pitch envelope is going to VCO 1 or 2 and 1 or 2 or just 2

you can have your ring modulation between the oscillators 1 & 2 and your

sync then you have a cross modulation depth here and you have the intensity of

this the mixer is quite self explaining you can vco1

VCO 2 and the multi engine which has quite similar sounds another sound is

this one one more words to the oscillator 3 the digital one you have

presets in there you have tonal presets or you have noise presets the North

noise presets are noisy and different types

so you can get different noise types out of the end you have your tonal section

which incorporates sine waves or saw waves or more FN like sounds

yeah you get the drift all right this is our oscillator sections I'll leave it

for this now then you have a filter or each voice for each or better to say for

each oscillator one and two combination which is one voice for each was you have

a filter with cutoff resonance and a envelope which you have here and this is

the filter envelope and you have another evelope totally independent of it or for

your volume so

by the way this isn't a 24db cascade filter as you have it in other

gear it's 12 TB filter but it it it's already very very tight on the sound

and you have a little bit more on this filter as you heard I engaged to drive

and you have to drive settings 50 percent and hundred percent you also

have keep track and you have a low-cut setting so if it gets too heavy on the

low end you can use a low-cut to implement the high-pass filter

just to show it's it can get really dirty and it sounds really good I think

and I don't miss any decibel to the 24 decibel thingy you know I think it's

just just right like it is so next section is I just mentioned the envelope

generator for the filter and you have amplitude envelope generator so you

you can make your pads release and sister and aunt alike so key it's a

little bit dark now

all right and to conclude this section we have a level which can be targeted to

the cutoff the pitch or the shape

that's another thing to the cock which is only in the sixteen volts version not

not in the eight voice version it's a it's an analog signal path right before

the output which boosts your low frequency and also compresses the sound

a little bit so it gets well plane to say it just sounds more fat yeah I will

try it on this sound we just heard first not engaging it it is off now

now I am engaging it and giving it full gain

yes you can hear way more bottom ends there okay thank you guys if you liked

the video give us a thumbs up and subscribe to our channel if you like us

to demo other since please put it down in the commentaries and I'm teal oh and

I would say bye for now

Best Fats To Eat For Optimal Health & Weight - Duration: 7:44.

What are the best fats to eat? The idea of low carb and high fat diets called

ketogenic diet are sweeping the nations and thousands of people are having great

great results in losing weight and getting healthy, but we also have to

understand why the fats are healthy and why they're not healthy and that way we

can not only lose weight but we can sustain health in the long run because

it's very possible to eat the wrong kind of fats lose the weight and appear to be

healthy in the short term but we all want that health for the long term

coming right up am Dr. Ekberg with Wellness For Life and if you'd like to

truly master health by understanding how the body really works make sure that you

subscribe and hit that notification bell so that you don't miss anything the best

fats to eat are the ones that are naturally occurring in food already and

then we're talking about meat fish avocado nuts and seeds but of course

these have to live and grow in a way that's natural and normal and healthy so

if we eat meat there's nothing wrong with that and yet the fattiest piece of

meat you can as long as it is grass-fed and organic the same thing with the fish

eat the good fish the tasty fatty fish but make sure that it is a healthy that

they raised it healthy that it's not farm raised that it it is wild caught

and that it is one of the species that doesn't have a whole lot of mercury so

you want to find something kind of low on the food chain so most small fish and

salmon are generally totally fine the larger predatory fish like tuna and

swordfish etc. They often have tons and tons of mercury because they're high on

the food chain and they accumulate these things over time

avocado is a great great food eat as much as you can

nuts and seeds are also great but you want to try to eat them raw and it also

shouldn't be the majority of your your food it shouldn't be like its own

food group because it has a lot of Omega 6s and you can throw off the balance a

little bit but in general as long as you eat things that are healthy and natural

then the fats occurring in these foods are protected as long as they're in the

food and as long as they're uncooked so you cook them minimally or you eat them

raw and that's how you get the good fats out of them so these fats could be

saturated or polyunsaturated or monounsaturated and the more saturated

fat is the more stable it is because it's saturated it doesn't get oxidized

but the main key is they should be unprocessed so the other category of

fats besides naturally occurring are the added fat so sometimes it's hard to get

enough calories to get enough fat to sustain a ketogenic diet especially if

you're very insulin resistance and you have to cut your carbs way way way back

by only eating naturally-occurring fats and this is where you can go to some

added fats and when people ask me what fats to add I'll tell them three things

above all others because they're inexpensive they're generally good

quality available and I'm talking about butter extra virgin olive oil and extra

virgin coconut oil because you can find these in lots and lots of places you can

find grass-fed organic butter you can find extra virgin organic olive oil and

same thing with coconut oil then if you like you can also if you find good

quality you can also use lard or bacon fat so why are these the good ones

because they are saturated and therefore they are stable and the worst thing

about a fat is when it gets rancid because now it's toxic and it doesn't

matter how healthy it used to be a week ago or a couple of days ago once it's

rancid now it's poison to your body so these are essentially the things that

stay fresh without needing even refrigeration you can prolong it

with refrigeration but they really don't need a whole lot of refrigeration and in

the fridge or freezer they'll keep for for months and years

the only other fat that we want to talk about are cold-pressed oils so there are

certain things that you can get cold-pressed and we're talking about

things like flaxseed and walnuts and macadamia and think and avocado so if

these things are truly processed cold-pressed and they haven't done

anything else to them they haven't filtered them they haven't heated them

they haven't refined them in any way then this is still a healthy food but it

is very very very sensitive to heat and oxygen and it has a terrible shelf-life

and the other thing that people don't like or don't know about these that is

if if they're healthy then they're also gonna have a very strong flavor so a

truly unrefined cold-pressed avocado oil is gonna have a very very strong flavor

same thing with with walnuts or macadamia it's gonna have a strong

flavor of the food it's made from so therefore if you use it for salad

dressings then it'll pretty much take over so if you like that that's still

perfectly fine just keep in mind that they have a short shelf life and they

need to be kept in the fridge or even freezer to last for any amount of time

what makes these good again is that they're minimally processed and for the

top five here they are saturated and that's why they're stable the

cold-pressed is very unstable because it is made from plant material and there's

gonna be a lot of unsaturated Poly-unsaturated oils in there to react with the

oxygen so it's healthy as long as you keep it cold so that's the main thing to

understand about fats that these we use for fuel primarily and these have some

other more detailed purposes but saturated fat is not bad as long as you

keep your carbs down because in the absence of insulin you're going to burn

these fats for fuel and they're going to be very satisfying you're going to eat

less often you're gonna eat less total amount of food because they satiate you

very well so eat unprocessed minimally processed and the butter extra virgin
