Defeating the CRASHED VERTIBIRD at Level 1 - Duration: 27:56.
oh this is good yes the ghouls are fighting him of course at my disposal
hey guys I'm back for another video and welcome to fallout new vegas for yet
another level 1 challenge today i'm gonna be taking on the crashed vertibird
so this was the second most suggested thing that I listed on my you know my
poll on my channel recently the number one rated thing on my list was vol 11
sacrificial chamber and man was that disappointment it was so easy anyway
time to start a new say youth and the crashed vertibird is the place where you
get the oh no I'm going straight into combat straight into the game starting
this is a new glitch I must admit
that was bread anyway I'll tell you once I get to my specials crashed vertibird
for those of you guys that don't know in Fallout New Vegas the crashed vertibird
is an enclave vertibird that crashed in the MOBA malvada Mojave and it is the
location of the unique weapon the tesla beatin prototype which is a special
variant of the the plasma cannon there we go that's the word I was looking for
there so what I need to do is I need my strength to be ten for this challenge
because I anticipate my Spears coming in handy that I spawned with so sorry
intelligence you're getting replaced by strength I am gonna be outside for this
challenge so I think I might want to get the claustrophobia perk or trait I don't
think it's the perk technically luck should be extremely helpful agility as
well this is such a weird character come on let's go let's go let's go I got
places to be I got robots to slide with Spears all
right only in fallout my dad that you'd be
killing something as complicated as a robotic death machine with a sharpened
piece of metal on a stick okay anyway let's see what we're gonna need here for
this challenge I would definitely like to have my sneaked up our melee weapons
as well as our explosives okay yes claustrophobia thank you very much now I
know there's another one of these called early bird but let's not deal with that
let's see what's another one specifically about throwing weapons I
think it was this one yeah no no so what will help us here
crit rate will definitely help a lot so boom built a destroy is such an obvious
one for these some I'm gonna take as much crap as I can because I'm gonna
tell ya this ain't gonna be an easy challenge like the one I just did you
guys don't know I just sat down and recorded the default 11 sacrificial
chamber challenge which was hilarious I I was expecting it to be a hundred times
harder than it was there we go oh so one thing that people were
criticizing me for is my difficulty I'm gonna leave it at normal cuz that just
seems fair oh never mind it was on very hard last
time and it's unfair hard this time so you know what that's fine so people
can't even make that argument I thought I thought it was on normal and people
would give me crap for the difficulty being low now it was fun very hard as
well alright time to set our request marker and get out of going you're over
here I'm gonna have to go kind of far away I mean that's pretty for all right
so unlike most of the challenges in this let's play I have to head this direction
usually I have to go that way up towards Vegas but now this time I'm going the
opposite direction which is exciting
now one thing that I know is not going to matter is the poison that you get at
the start of the game because I'm pretty sure that robots are immune to poison
damage I could be wrong this is new Vegas after all it's an old game it
could have some weird quirks with it I know for a fact though and fallout for
the robots don't like poison damage oh and there's a scripted event that I'd
like to know that I just just one thing to prove how much I know about this game
is as we walk up this hill somewhere around over here there's gonna be a
radscorpion that just like wanders its way onto the road and then immediately
gets like eaten by a gecko not eaten about like killed oh no here he is
hi red scorpion no no don't die don't do it don't do it
oh wow here's a lot of health
me told you I knew about this game not that I needed to prove it to you guys I
mean how many level one challenges have they done so far you have to know
something about the game if you can complete almost any segment of it at
level one in a Fallout game I'm like ok I would do a level one challenge of this
but I can guarantee you that a lot of people have actually like already done
that in their playthrough just because like that's the natural progression of
where they would go so as such I am NOT going to do a level one challenge for
the for anywhere near prim because it's just too obvious
it's something that people would do anyway I'm gonna steal these mines by
the way they could be useful later I do not like all of these rads I'm taking
right now I'm going right into the Centaur nest don't you no no it's ain't
my first rodeo okay what are you doing here uh super mutant master
no thank you ah this is a bad spot how did I get myself in this situation oh
you hit me directly with one of those frickin things
an impact purified water I think I made it I made it that was a bit tough
yeah I'm not going back that that would have sucked the journey can be annoying
sometimes you know I'm getting a deathclaw vibe here probably a something
to do with the railway why is it with infrastructure you know what cranes and
construction vehicles and freakin tracks why is it that the deathclaws love that
crap oh I know where this is oh and that's a place I don't want to be oh
that's really good you know okay I know where I never mind there's definitely
not this close here if I want to get to the crushed vertibird I have to deal
with the ghouls all right I think we can all agree that the best weapon in my
arsenal oh these are okay these are violent these do a lot more damage than
I thought all right great we have to deal with ghouls now you know what I
have an idea call me crazy but I have an idea that could potentially result in
some hilarious gameplay that might also get us this challenge completed all
right stay with me on this one assuming that they don't catch up to me and like
swipe me in the back and I die I have an idea imma gather up a whole crowd of
ghouls and we're gonna pin them up against it
my hold on might as well take the radix now I need to make sure that the ghouls
stay on me though no no no ghouls commit comeback
oh wow that's a lot of ghouls that is a literal army of ghouls what oh there it
is that's the crash the vertibird am I crazy enough am I crazy enough to pit a
thousand pools there's only one why is the only one are you serious
call me crazy but I think this might actually have some Politico it go girls
go flayed the robots fight the robots fight the robots
that's not helping at all that is not helping at all
wait maybe this oh that's a missile oh

okay the Google plan that's a no-no this is gonna be a lot more difficult than
the other challenge we're gonna have to put on a big-boy pants for this one okay
well that was a fairly obvious oh Jesus I didn't even get a hit off all right

want to fight the robot for me huh he just glitched up here with me that is
not what I wanted
look at them oh they're both there fight the ghouls while they fight the walls oh
no all right it's go time
I don't think this is gonna work out
I got one okay how the girls are fighting the securitron oh oh this is
good yes the ghouls are fighting him I
have an army of goals in my disposal I'm a goddamn genius this was my original
plan oh come here ghouls I got a job for you

this is going pretty well considering I'm unloading all of my okay ow oh this
might be a problem and by my I mean will be a big problem there are just too many
robots

this is not gonna be easy dude my ghoul army idea worked almost
perfectly
I don't even think oh they're not there anymore oh no oh no oh geez I'm screwed
I am completely screwed I ran out of ghouls
I ran how did cools and stimpaks for that matter just gonna hobble my way
back now
I've got more cool friends unfortunately I have no health left all right so my
gooooal army is assembled for attempt number two i ghouls
actually you probably be best if I didn't add jeté all of them all right

my ghoul army did not do a lot of damage to these guys that did not do a lot at

this is near impossible dude I mean all of the ghouls
are helping me out here and it's not enough
go girls go they're just dying to the robots this is not good
but if I went around can I do that I don't think I can maybe I can attract
some Reavers from over here oh here we go yeah yeah yeah
a few Reapers are heading over hey old nuclear test site
grab a river or two from over here hey guys yeah I'm gonna need some help in
this fight over here if you guys don't mind
that'd be extremely helpful if you especially the two Reavers oh ho all oh
no this might be my death if the ghouls don't target the robots
yeah that did not work out my favorite did it ow oh and take out the robot
space robot space
oh come on make it past all the robots and the ghoul that's chasing me down
dude look at this craziness that's happening right now this is insanity
this shouldn't even be possible right now all right here's my theory the
entire place got emptied out right all of the robots left and all that's left
is one normal everyday ghoul I need to leave
I was right the robots are all gone they're not dead
but they're not here and that's the important thing because now I can pick
this up they were guarding one of the most powerful weapons in fallout new
vegas the tesla beatin prototype I don't think I have any ammo for it health oh
my god I got it I got the Tesla being prototype at level one okay here's some
robots hi robots I'm gonna just take what I asked all from in place and leave
oh this hurts Oh Oh No oh they're returning oh look
how much health they have all right guys so here's the deal with this challenge I
think that was the best performance you could possibly want out of being a level
1 character going straight for the freakin vertibird crash site me dude we
got the tesla beatin prototype we killed most of the robots and probably all of
the ghouls by pitting them against each other i would say that was a success
even though he didn't kill everything I technically defeated the crashed
vertibird at level 1 so I'm a count that because I mean there's no way I don't
have enough ammo at this point the challenge isn't about skill anymore it's
about equipment and at level 1 you ain't got equipment at all why don't we leave
it like down below if you guys enjoyed this video and all the level 1
challenges so far this is the close I've gone to a fail but I think it's
it's a success because I 90 percent of the actual like difficult part has been
done I wonder if all the robots returned to their spot I think they do yeah look
at that then we get to see a pretty good look so
only the security so only the Sentry box survived all right
yeah the Sentry BOTS just have too much health this challenge is basically
impossible without delving into the realm of glitches so leave a like down
