PUBG VS FORNITE | Reaction - Duration: 8:57.
Oh
Hello guys and welcome back to miss gets called the geeky and let's play talk show that's all about you guys guessed it
Okay, goodness and video games some of the guys hello today
We're going to be reacting to a video that is called pub G. This is for tonight
If you guys are wondering what those are
Google it right now cuz I don't want to be the one to explain
It to you because I for one know I'm a fan of those two games for tonight
Especially but I don't want to go and you know, make this explain your video for you guys you go
Stop the video pause it see the pause sign on the screen. Let's make a random pause screen like awkward moment of pause
That's pasta, well, yeah, let's keep going because guys today we're talking all about
For tonight and pumped you what and basically people have this type of argument that for tonight pub G are very very similar
Which if you think about it, if you go down to the nitty-gritty of it and you know
Decipher it and you take it out from you know bit by bit like how they created it. Yeah
There's a lot of similarities between the two layers I lacked and I can name a lot of them
which I'm hoping that this video does focus on which is like
You know the different the differences of fortnight and pub G but also the similarities because in the gaming
Sphere in the world of video games. There is a lot of a
competition, but there's also a lot of
Copycats and the thing is with this is you don't credit somebody properly people tend to get angry
you know and every type of like industry out there goes through this whether it is the book industry or if it's the
Gaming industry any type of industry that's out. There. They go through is even in especially in the entertainment industry. That's when it gets real
That's when it gets real. But anyway guys know we are reacting to the city because I want to see the similarities
I don't see if they touch on those similarities and also I would love to know what do you prefer pub G?
How do you actually say it?
Because there's some people I read an article where people it's funny and I should have reacted to this article in this video
People say pub G is pub G which I do say or they also say pub
Yeah or something. Yeah
or Gras
I don't even know but there's so many different ways to say it and a lot of people be like yes saying it wrong
But I don't know the proper way
Let's see how this video pronounces it and then there's fortnight which is the colorful awesomesauce video game that I think
It's more I'm not that great at fortnight, but hey if ninja wants to take me on bring it ninja I'm ready
But anyway guys, let's get started into this videos with today's react to video
And yeah, because I'm having fun with this and I hope you guys are too let's get reactive
Shovel shovel
Listen to judge this court calls to order the case for pub G vs. Fortnight
Prosecutor you may state your case stated. It is our assertion that fortnight a
Game, that is a total ripoff
a
rip-off
Epic games made the engine for pub G and then made the exact same
Game with a mention and sold it for free
So they're earning money from both games at the same time Mart my word
That would most shocking thing I've ever heard if I understood what any of it meant night. How do you play guilty?
Your honor fortnight is nothing like puke
The maps in pub G are far far bigger than any isn't you the size may be different
And the similar layouts as my expert map reader will confirm your EPS expert
Where is the map reader? Sorry, sir?
He opened up his parachute too early on the wrong side of the map
Nice
Identical and pub G your air dropped by a plane onto the battlefield cook up the closing area of play until the last man
Stands, yeah
Totally different we fall out of a flying bus
Good point buses are not planes, huh?
They use the same UI the same items even the same loot boxes
Your alert boxes are lame. What's that? 50 pairs of smart brown shoes
You're avoiding the argument. No, I
What's the matter lag damn it, oh
This it did but it created new problems
Sorry old habit
As we seemed to be running out of time I will deliver my verdict
Oh is it not true that pub G was born out of a mod made to replicate the movie Battle Royale?
using an existing game for
Daisy well, yes, but unday Z was in turn a mod for a game called Armour - yes
A lot of ideas have been borrowed and built up from previous ideas
Okay, not I suppose so. Yeah. Okay. Fortnight is a mod of pop G. I
Guess you're right. Oh, how about it for tonight be friends truce. Oh
Well, I tried fortnight wins
Oh my god, oh
My lord
To be honest, though. I for one. Enjoy
Fortnight than I do with pub gia now
So I would love to know how you guys do pronounce pub G because there's so many different ways to say it I've heard
But I for one like I'm a huge fan of how fortnight is like how it looks and everything
I was so colorful and like how the effects are and everything so I kind of haven't been he won that but
It's so true though how with different types of games are so inspired by other games to build up an even better game
But when credits not given that's one less one a problem. That's not a problem occurs, but let's talk about this
Do you guys love pub G or are you team fortnight like myself?
And also, what kind of fortnight content, do you guys want me to have on Miss Catskill
Cuz I would love to shower the positivity that it's for tonight upon this wonderful channel
But yeah, um
I loved how they actually did capture the characters looks because pop G is more like gritty and dark and then with
For tonight's I'll colorful and quirky which is all about like how my personality basically is, but that was cute
I love this animation style number one and mashes an amazing channel
so be sure to check them out, but what I love about this too is how it's like
Oh, they just look at durable, but they kind of made
the character look like ninja who is like the best fortnight player in the world as of today, but I
I do I do enjoy for it. I also love watching streams of for at night
I for one probably am not that great and it yet I have a lot of practicing to do
But yeah pub G by far is a game that I probably wouldn't touch
because it's one of those games that is way too dark for me and
Just like it just kind of feels nitty and gritty to me and for tonight automatically is the colors are there
It's popping and a lot of like, you know kid-friendly, so I love this
I adored it because it's like when you have two video game type of characters or two video games
Within like a court room with each other
You dar know well that hell is going to break loose why because this is how it is in the video game community
Everyone is either on one side
earlier on the other side and everyone is NF ending up going in war with each other but in my opinion in my personal opinion
Everyone's opinions are welcome here on misc a squad if you're off for pub G
Let me know and if you're all for fortnight, let me know. Let me know what you guys do
Enjoy because even if my opinions may differ rate from yours
Your opinions are welcomed here within the squad because we are one big happy family come in come in not that close
But hugs to you hug your computer screen. Let me know if you guys did it. Anyway guys
I hope you have an amazing day you see C fab
There's always miss cuts to a next video pretty soon a fangirl and got a fanboy every single day

Corporate Media Continues To Bury Climate Change Stories For Big Advertisers - Duration: 4:07.
Climate change might be the biggest threat facing our country and it's something that
voters are increasingly worried about ahead of the midterms.
But that hasn't stopped the corporate media from burying multiple climate change reports
in recent weeks.
We know why, right?
We've already seen the reports why.
Because advertisers don't like it.
Shell, Exxon, they don't like it.
So, of course, the corporate media does what the advertisers order them to do.
That's why this is really the only kind of venue where you can get the news that really
matters.
You'll get it in some of the independent, some of the social media, but not corporate
media anymore.
Can you imagine them burying the story on climate change?
What's your take?
Well, you nailed it right there.
Look.
Chris Hayes with MSNBC actually responded to somebody on Twitter a couple of months
ago saying, "Listen, we don't really talk about it.
They won't let us talk about it," actually is kind of what he said.
But because it's a ratings killer.
The truth is, yes, it's not the biggest draw for people, but it is mainly because of those
advertisers.
Exxon has these new ads running right now-
Oh, God.
... where they're trying to say, "We create so many jobs and for every oil job, there's
a diner job, there's a doctor job, there's a welder job.
We're so great and we're moving into biofuels, renewable energy."
No, you're not.
Okay.
You're killing the planet and you're getting away with it, making billions of dollars.
Okay, so the trade-off is, yes, Exxon, we know you're lying.
Chevron, yes, we know you're lying.
But here's the change.
You want to talk about what a wonderful company is and people like Phil Griffin with MSNBC,
or Andy Lack with MSNBC, or all of them really, are going to say, "Okay, here's the deal.
We won't talk about this ugly thing called climate change if you will run your rehab
lie advertisement on our media."
That's exactly what's happening.
Yeah.
You watch it.
It's the same kind of thing.
Have you ever wondered why we see Boeing advertisements or McDonnell Douglas advertisements on NBC
or ABC?
Have you ever wondered about that?
Are you going to go buy a Patriot missile?
Right.
No.
You're not going to buy a Patriot missile.
The company, the corporate media, doesn't report all the bad things that are happening
on lead up to war or the use of ... sale of some of these arms to Third World countries.
They won't report any of that because the money's too good.
This is exactly the same thing.
But I got to tell you something.
You've talked about it and I've talked about it.
When we do stories like this, people don't want to hear the stories.
I don't know why.
The planet is melting.
If you've listened to the stories now, by 2030, unless we do something, it's irreversible.
Right.
Extinction begins in 2030.
Viewers watching this show, people don't like these stories because it scares them.
I don't know.
It's too complicated.
They don't realize it's truthful.
What's your take on that?
Well, it's very disappointing because, look, right now this week, we've got this new IPCC
report showing we've got until about 2040.
Well, a couple of weeks ago, we had a report done by scientists in multiple countries sign
off on it across the planet, they said we've got until about 2030.
We're looking at that window right there.
2030 to 2040, at best.
Yeah.
Climate scientists like Michael Mann have already said that's being a little too generous.
Okay, if people see a climate story on their feed-
Right.
... they will pass it over either because they're so darn ignorant that they don't understand
it's really happening, it scares them, I don't know.
But we know that and here's my point.
Corporate media knows that, too.
Therefore, if it's not hot, it doesn't sell.
Look, here's what they know.
They know Kim Kardashian sells better than climate change.
They know that Trump hate stories, Republicans hate stories, sell better than climate change.
That's what we're seeing right now.
All right.
Thanks, Farron.
Again, thanks for joining.
These stories get crazier, a little bit crazier, every single week.

Learn Everything about the Actors Witcher Netflix Series - Duration: 6:53.
Greetings Earthlings! Welcome to the MadQueen show!
I am your host the MadQueen
On today's menu, we have a new Witcher video for you and today we're going to talk about
the series that Netflix is preparing because the complete casting of the main characters
has been announced and it's fantastic, you're going to love it
Some weeks ago, because we had a month of controversies, there was a lot of speculation
about who was Netflix going to cast, as a result of a very suspicious casting call published
in a very suspicious webpage that spread like wildfire, you know, rumors is the best place
to find 100% accurate information because such things as hoaxes don't exist
And, guess what, it wasn't true
How odd
We start with the main character Geralt of Rivia: who we already knew is going to be
portrayed by the actor Henry Cavil,
an actor that has many different registers on his back,
from comedies like the adaptation of Neil Gaiman's
Stardust, where he's the unrecognizable Humphrey,
or The Man from U.N.C.L.E.,
to some more dramatic roles like the TV Series about the Tudors,
although most of you will know him as the Man of Steel, the Superman adaptation
by Zack Snyder that, for the first time in cinema treated Superman for what he is: an Alien
He will also appear in Squadron 42, the most anticipated and with a neverending production,
a single-player video game set in the Star Citizen universe
Cavil is an avid gamer, legend says that when he received a call from Zach Snyder to let
him know he would be Superman, he didn't pick up the phone because he was playing WOW
He's also a huge fan of Sapkowski's Witcher books as well as the games of the Witcher
developed by CD Projekt RED
When the Netflix series was announced he just wouldn't shut up about his interest in being
Geralt, and according his own words, he celebrated being casted for the series by playing The
Witcher 3 again
And posting this picture on his Instagram account
I must confess that, although I like Cavil a lot I wasn't very sure that he would be
the best option for Geralt, but seeing his commitment with the character and how much
he loves the universe, maybe he's the best option after all
Yennefer of Vengerber, the youngest member of the Supreme Council of Sorcerers, royal
advisor of to king Demavend of Aedirn, and mother figure to Ciri, was other very anticipated
role to be casted, and the winner is the British actress Anya Chalotra, who has a wider experience
on stage than in front of a camera; his theatre experience goes from Shakespeare to free adaptations
of Fuenteovejuna while on the screen we saw her on the Netflix series Wanderlust and the
ABC of murders
Ciri, Geralt and Yennefer's adopted daughter and carrier of Elder blood that gives her
superpowers to cross space and time, and yes, I know Sakopwki doesn't call it superpowers
but they are
This casting was surrounded by controversy, thanks to a false casting call posted in a
very suspicious web, but you'll be glad to know that finally Freya Allan, who is now
filming the mini-series based on The War of the Worlds, one of the countless adaptations
of Wells novel, and is known for the series Into the Badlands and some short films, but
we can't expect someone so young to have an insane experience
She didn't have time yet
Queen Calanthe, also known as the "Lioness of Cintra", the Queen of Cintra, and grandmother
of Ciri will be portrayed by the British actress Jodhi May, a very experienced actress who
had her first important role in Michael Mann's the Last of the Mohicans in 1992
Her resumé is an excellent mix of awarded indie films like Let me Go, co-starring the
horror film Down a Dark Hall with Uma Thurman,
or the series about the Bible called The Bible
Continues, where she shares screen time with Adam Levy who is also in the Netflix series
of the Witcher as Mousesack the druid
Björn Hlynur Haraldson will be the husband of the Queen of Cintra, also an actor who
loves theatre and shared stage time with Gael Garcia Bernal in Blood Wedding
A man of many talents, as he also directed and wrote films in his natal Iceland, his
most notable roles include the short film for the promotion of Alien Covenant – Phobos
with Michael Fassbender, as well as the Amazon Originals drama Fortitude with Dennis Quaid
The druid Mousesack of Skellige, who is also a good friend of the Queen of Cintra, will
be portrayed by Adam Levy, who had his first notable role in The Governess with the British
actress Minnie Driver
followed by his role in The Order, starred by Heath Ledger,
but he wouldn't have a major role until 2016 when he portrayed St Peter in The Bible Continues,
along with Jodhi May, who will be the Queen of Cintra in the Netflix Witcher series
Tissaia de Vries, a sorceress member of the Chapter of Sorcerers, one of the rectors of
the Academy of Aretuza and the sorceress that took Yennefer under her wing, will be portrayed
by the Swedish actress MyAnna Buring, known for her role of Tanya, the leader of the Delany
Coven in Twilight: Breaking Dawn, as well as the acclaimed series Downtown Abbey, and
and the award-winning horror film the Descent
As you can see, there's a pool of great actors here, what do you think about this casting?
Does it live up to your expectations?
Leave a comment and let me know

Pokedex Animated - Mimikyu - Duration: 1:43.
Mimikyu: the disguise pokemon.
A ghost-fairy type pokemon with an amorphous build, growing to an average height of 8 inches
and weighing 1.5 lbs.
It is found in isolated locations such as abandoned buildings.
A lonely pokemon, it conceals its terrifying appearance beneath an old rag
so it can get closer to people and other pokemon.
Its actual appearance is unknown.
If you try to look at what's under its rag,
it will become agitated and resist violently.
After going to all the effort of disguising itself, its neck was broken.
Whatever is inside is probably unharmed, but it's still feeling sad.
It stands in front of a mirror, trying to fix its neck as if its life depended on it.
It has a hard time getting it right, so it's crying inside.
If its rag is torn during an attack,
it works through the night to patch it.
A gust of wind revealed what hides under this Pokemon's rag to a passing Trainer
who went home and died painfully that very night.

Making A Wooden Comb For My Daughter - Duration: 10:25.
I'm using American Black Cherry for the wood species
I'll use dividers to layout the comb teeth
I use my dial calipers to set up the dividers
This is the best way to accurately space out the teeth
One divider is set for the tooth width and the other for the gap
Now I layout for the bottom of the teeth
I use my bevel to layout each tooth
I'm shading in the waste so I know where to cut
I use my moxon vise to secure the work piece
I'm using a dovetail saw to cut out the teeth
Checking for consistency
Now I use my pairing chisel to chamfer the edges of the teeth
Now I flip it over and do the other side
Now I need to chamfer the ends of the teeth
I'm laying out a small heart detail, I think my daughter will like that!
I need to drill a hole so I can cut out the heart with my coping saw
I use 180 grit sandpaper to smooth out the inside of the heart
The last step is to cutout the comb using my coping saw
I use my spokeshave to clean up the saw marks
Now I use my spokeshave to chamfer both edges of the comb
Some 0000 steel wool to polish it up
I finish it using Danish Oil
Now lets see what my daughter thinks of it
I think she approves!
Thanks for tuning in!

Mother Goes Back and Forth on Potential Fathers (Full Episode) | Paternity Court - Duration: 16:51.
Please be seated.
Hello, Your Honor.
Hello.
This is the case of Morris v. Brister.
Thank you, Jerome. Good day. everyone.
AUDIENCE: Good day.
Mr. Morris, you say you are 100 percent certain,
that you are the biological father
of the 29-year old woman, standing across the aisle,
and want this court to put an end to years of confusion,
lies and doubt. Is that correct?
Yes, Your Honor.
JUDGE LAKE: Mrs. Brister, you say,
you don't believe, Mr. Morris is your father,
and that you've been lied to, by your mother Ms. Smith,
regarding who is your biological father.
Is that correct?
Yes, Your Honor.
Ms. Smith, you are here to support Mr. Morris's claim
that he is your daughter's biological father,
and you pray today's results will heal old wounds.
Is that correct?
Yes, ma'am.
JUDGE LAKE: Mr. Morris, I wanna start with you.
What makes you so certain that Ms. Brister
is indeed your biological daughter?
Well, ma'am. I just feel 100 percent in my heart
that she is my child.
Take me back. I wanna understand the nature,
how this relationship began.
Were you boyfriend and girlfriend?
What was it? Mr. Morris, explain to the court
I met Ms. Smith in 1984.
At the time, I was involved with a break-dancing crew.
When I met Ms. Smith...
This one evening, as we were performing,
I knew right then, I wanted to be with her.
One thing led to another, and, yeah, I pooled her.
(AUDIENCE LAUGHS)
Me & Ms. Smith,
we did get together.
Okay, did you dance on over there?
What did you do?
Well, it actually didn't happen
until the following evening.
'Cause I had to get my cousin out of the way,
'cause I was shy.
Three was company then?
Yes, ma'am.
Understood. All right. So, y'all started a relationship?
Yes, ma'am.
How long did the relationship last?
About three and a half years.
Three and a half years?
Yes, about.
Was it a committed relationship?
Well, ma'am. I thought it was, in the beginning.
Yes, it was.
It was. It's just, I had to go through
a lot of turmoil, in order to be with her,
because she was a queen.
Because she?
She was a queen.
Okay.
And, there was a lot of different guys,
at her.
And so, I mean, it was fight after fight
with different people in the town,
that I didn't know nothing about.
And...
So, was she with a lot of other people,
or just a lot of, she had a lot of suitors?
A lot of suitors, I would say.
Because, at the time I was with her,
it was just me and her.
So, Ms. Smith,
what do you recall about this relationship?
SMITH: We had a good relationship.
Different guys wanted to be with me,
but I wanted to be with him.
(AUDIENCE EXCLAIMS SOFTLY)
And so, what is the status
of your relationship, right now?
Well, we are back together.
JUDGE LAKE: You are?
Yes
SMITH: We're a couple.
JUDGE LAKE: After how many years?
Fourteen years, to be precise.
JUDGE LAKE: Fourteen years?
Yes.
And now, you're back together?
BOTH: Yes.
But, there's still this paternity issue, hanging in the balance.
SMITH: Yes.
Why?
You say, you were only with her.
She said, she was only with you.
I came back to town, after hearing it from
three different individuals, that she was pregnant with my child at the time,
and we stayed in two different towns.
So when I found out, when I heard it,
more than once, more than twice I would say,
I left where I was, to go to her town,
to talk to Ms. Smith, to try to, get this resolved.
Was she pregnant at this time, or had the baby been born?
No, Lajeania was already born.
But at the time, when I talked to her,
the two days I was in town, to see Ms. Smith,
we had an issue, and she told me
to my face that, none of her children were mine.
So, I left.
So, how old was Ms. Brister, at this time?
I would say, she had to be five, maybe five or six.
JUDGE LAKE: So, Ms. Smith, you remember telling him that
Ms. Brister was not his child?
Yes.
Why did you tell him that, if today you're saying, you believe she is?
He was trying to get back with me,
and I didn't want to get back with him.
Ms. Brister, who were you told
is your biological father, as a child?
The man, who's on my birth certificate.
He was... I've always known him to be my father.
And at what point did you realize that
there is a possibility he wasn't your biological father?
I remember as a child, my mom taking me
to get a DNA test.
And, I didn't remember the results at that time,
but I do have a faint memory of her saying that he wasn't
my father.
You brought an exhibit for the court?
BRISTER: Yes, ma'am.
I'd like to see it, please.
This is just a timeline of some of the things that she's
told me, over the years.
I've always known the man on my birth certificate to be my father.
When I was about 16,
Mr. Morris, he came to visit,
and he introduced himself as my dad.
I don't remember the entire conversation that we had,
but I do remember
him saying that he was my dad.
He came, he was there, for like a week or so.
Then he left.
So he comes into town, he says, "I'm your father".
He stays a week, and then he leaves.
Mmm-hmm.
Yes, yes, Your Honor.
Um, my mother,
she didn't really speak of him
after that, and it kind of went back...
Excuse me, Your Honor. I was in town, for almost six months.
But were you a father to her?
Yes, I was active in her life at that time,
but she didn't live with us.
BRISTER: I... I...
JUDGE LAKE: All right.
The last point on your board, of your exhibit.
Yes, like I was saying, it went back to normal
for me that the man who's on my birth certificate
was my father. And a couple of months ago,
my mom, she told me that
Mr. Woods, a guy who is deceased,
that he could possibly be my father.
So, let me understand this. The bottom line is,
as a young woman, you've been told different stories.
Yes, Your Honor.
So, you have one man on your birth certificate.
Yes, Your Honor.
Next thing you know, it changes to Mr. Morris
comes to visit, and he introduces
himself to you as "I'm your dad."
Yes, Your Honor.
So, now you're saying, "What's going on here?"
Then, one week later, Mr. Morris leaves,
this is in your mind.
Yes, Your Honor.
And then, your mom says to you,
"No, the other man is your father."
Yes, Your Honor.
That's how I remember.
And then in 2015, your mother tells you that,
a deceased man, Mr. Woods, could be your father.
Yes. Yes, Your Honor.
You may step back over to the podium, ma'am.
All right.
This is confusing. It really is.
It's very confusing for me.
And I can see, how much that hurts you.
It's hurtful. It's confusing.
You know, because I wanna know.
JUDGE LAKE: Okay.
I feel like I need to know,
for many different reasons.
Ms. Smith, I need to ask you. I think it would even help
your daughter more, to understand why...
Why so many stories?
I just didn't wanna hurt... (STAMMERS)
(SOBS) I just didn't wanna hurt her.
I was trying to protect her. Just trying to protect her.
Is it because you knew that more than one man
could potentially be her father?
Or is it because you believe Mr. Morris
was her biological father, and he was living such a life
outside the lines?
Yeah.
JUDGE LAKE: Which one?
The way he was living. (SNIFFS)
(STUTTERING) I wasn't trying to hurt you.
I was more trying to protect you.
JUDGE LAKE: How old were you when this happened?
This started when you were how old?
This started when I was, I think, around like eight, nine,
maybe 10, when I was told, when I remember.
When you remember?
Her saying that
the man on my birth certificate wasn't my father.
So Mr. Morris, as you look at Ms. Brister testify,
and you hear her testimony,
how does that make you feel?
You've maintained that you thought you were her
biological father all along.
She's got four stories she just presented to the court.
See, I never knew anything about those
other probabilities.
So, I need to ask you, what makes you so certain
that she is your biological daughter?
MORRIS: When I was incarcerated,
there were sheriffs, sheriff deputies there,
from the town where she was living at,
which I didn't know nothing about.
They presented me with paperwork saying that
I would be sued by Internal Revenue, for child support.
I had the papers looked at, by a law clerk, and...
So, the bottom line is, while you were away...
Yeah.
...you were served.
Yeah.
You received the paperwork
indicating that you owe child-support.
Yes.
Now, Ms. Smith, had you given Mr. Morris's name?
'Cause how would they get his name?
How would they even know?
Had you ever had a DNA test?
MORRIS: Yes.
JUDGE LAKE: You did?
Yes.
Did you have a DNA test with Ms. Brister?
Yes.
He didn't... I don't remember that.
But, if you've known that I was your daughter,
it's kinda like, why didn't you reach out?
Because...
Why didn't your family reach out?
Because, I was trying to...
Nobody, nobody said anything,
in all these years. So now
that I am about to be 30,
you know, and here it is you're saying,
you're 100 percent sure,
but I haven't seen that.
You haven't been a part of my life at all.
You're right.
Or your family's.
So, if you knew
then why not reach out? Why not your family reach out?
I can only speak for myself. I know, when I wanted to be in your life, Lajeania,
I couldn't be, because I had so much on my plate,
and as I explained to your grandmother, and your momma,
and your uncles,
that I was facing a lot of time.
And before I would let the police intervene in your life,
and destroy the image you have of me as your father
in your mind, I decided to leave.
But I didn't want to subject you to that.
God as my witness, I didn't.
So, you are saying that you knew,
you were her biological father. But because of
the life you were living at that time,
Yes, the criminal element.
Yes, ma'am.
You felt it was best,
to leave her out of that.
Yes.
And you basically kept
that news to yourself.
Yes, ma'am.
Ms. Brister, as you,
you know, talk about the various stories
your mother told you,
is there anything you'd like to say to your mother about
how these stories have affected you?
And how this lack of clarity has affected you?
It's just confusing, I mean...
I wanna know, you know, for me and for my children,
just for things that, you know,
that he couldn't be a part of, in my life.
You know?
And I apologize,
for leading you on,
like I did. I really do apologize.
And I am sorry.
I'm very sorry
that I hurt you.
'Cause I wasn't trying to.
I was not trying to, I was trying to protect you.
I apologize.
But if you had taken a DNA test,
and you knew that there had been a test,
did you ever get the answer,
or did you just not wanna know the answer?
I never got the answer,
until he told me the answer.
I haven't seen it, because, uh,
his family won't
present the paper.
But you've never seen the paperwork?
You've never seen the results in person?
No.
Ms. Brister, this is so hard.
This just really is.
Because on the one hand,
you've been led on this windy road,
your entire life,
and you have recollection of it.
On the other hand,
I hear Mr. Morris and Ms. Smith saying,
your mother saying, "We couldn't let her
"be in the midst of all this.
"So, I tried to protect her.
"And I tried to, I guess,
"put a man on your birth certificate, that she could
"call a father and that could be there for her."
What are your hopes in this moment,
before I give you the results?
I hope that, you know, me and Mr. Morris
can have a relationship, that he could
be a part of me and my husband's renewal ceremony,
'cause we're planning on renewing our vows,
you know, and I wanna
build a relationship with him,
and for him to be in my kids' life.
Because they deserve that too.
(AUDIENCE APPLAUDS)
Beautifully said. I think, we need to get the results.
It's time.
Here you go.
Thank you, Jerome.
These results were prepared by DNA Diagnostics
and they read as follows.
In the case of Morris v. Brister,
when it comes to 29 year old
Lajeania Brister...
It has been determined by this court,
Mr. Morris.
Yes, Your Honor.
You...
Are not her father.
(AUDIENCE GASPS)
What?
JUDGE LAKE: I'm very sorry.
Can I hug my daughter?
Absolutely. Is that okay?
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
You can stand with your daughter, ma'am.
Ms. Brister,
Yes.
Are you okay?
I am.
I'm glad to know, you know,
it's one step closer.
Yes.
So...
I'm very proud of you, in this moment.
It wasn't the answer and the closure you wanted,
but at least we know now. Ms. Smith, I have to ask you,
do you know who, your daughter's biological
father is, if it is not Mr. Morris?
I believe
it's the deceased.
Well, I'll say this,
you know, our courtroom is here,
to help families,
and Ms. Brister, we'll be here for you.
And ma'am, I hope you'll continue to help your daughter
and help facilitate this process, okay?
I will.
Mr. Morris?
Yes, Your Honor.
I know this was probably,
a shock for you. Are you okay?
Yes, Your Honor.
We have counseling and resources for you.
I wish you all the very best of luck.
MORRIS: Thank you.
Court is adjourned.

What Prison Life Is Really Like For Bill Cosby - Duration: 4:20.
It's going to take a long time for Bill Cosby to pay off his reported $282,000 of unpaid
legal bills at least if he's planning to use his prison earnings.
According to TMZ, the sitcom star was once the world's highest-paid actor, raking in
a total of $84 million in 1986 and 1987.
Today, he'll be lucky to pull in a meager $0.45 per hour at the Phoenix State Correctional
Institution in Pennsylvania, where he's serving a three to ten-year sentence.
Cosby began his stay in September 2018, after being convicted of drugging and assaulting
a Temple University employee in 2004, as CNN reports.
Though Philly.com claims the actor is currently flying solo in his own cell, he's expected
to eventually join the general population.
The star of 1980s Jell-O commercials can at least look forward to mealtime, as long as
he isn't sick of pudding.
The sweet treat is sometimes served as a dessert though the prison reportedly doesn't carry
Jell-O brand.
For many other celebrities who've spent time behind bars, being incarcerated is a harrowing
experience even if you're in one of America's cushier white-collar prisons.
If Bill Cosby goes through what some of these celebs did in prison, he's going to have a
very rough time.
Let's take a look at the experiences of these famous names in the slammer to see exactly
what Cosby's in for.
Lindsay Lohan
It's clear by now that Lindsay Lohan is a magnet for controversy.
The star's legal troubles are almost as infamous as her film career, but she found a strange
solace in the slammer.
According to the Daily Mail, Lohan was put in solitary confinement in 2010 after she
violated probation.
She described her visit as "very scary" and "jarring" in a 2014 interview on The Jonathan
Ross Show, yet there were positives too.
"The weirdest part for me was I finally had silence in my life."
Lohan claimed the women around her were, quote, "in there for murder."
The actress reportedly wound up spending 14 days in solitary confinement rather than serving
out her full 90-day sentence.
"As terrified as I was and as scared as I was, I finally felt like I didn't have to
answer to anyone, and I didn't have to do anything for anyone."
Martha Stewart
Lifestyle guru Martha Stewart had to serve five months in 2004 for lying about a stock
sale.
Despite the short stay at West Virginia's Alderson Federal Prison Camp, Stewart called
her experience "horrifying."
In a podcast interview with Katie Couric, the millionaire homemaker claimed,
"No one should have to go through that kind of indignity really except for murderers,
and there are a few other categories.
[…] It's a very, very awful thing."
"That saying that it only makes you better, oh my gosh!"
"Bull?"
"Bull!
It's terrible."
Stewart claims there was nothing good about the experience and that, quote, "lots and
lots of disturbing things" go on in even minimum-security facilities.
"If it was 2001 the food was expired in 1999.
I mean, you would not want to eat that food."
Paris Hilton
Hotel heiress Paris Hilton was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in 2006, and her
probation was revoked after a second reckless driving incident.
In May 2007, she was sentenced to 45 days in jail, but ended up serving just half that.
Surprisingly, Hilton found some sort of peace behind bars.
According to E! News, she said,
"Just being away from everything, you know, the craziness, the paparazzi, I've had a lot
of alone time to think and read and write.
Even though it's been horrible and really hard, I think that God makes everything happen
for a reason and this is my time to figure out what my purpose is in life."
Hilton claimed jail was the most difficult thing she's ever had to experience because
the food was, quote, "inedible and horrible," her cell was tiny, and the noise made it hard
to sleep.
Chris Brown
Controversial star Chris Brown has plenty of experience with the legal system's facilities,
anger management classes, and probation programs.
But he apparently won't ever be spitting bars from behind bars because his imagination is
stifled in the slammer.
He told Billboard in 2014,
"Jail isn't a place of many creative spirits.
[...] I put it on hold until I got out.
Jail is more of a regimen and a structure.
I'm more of a free spirit when it comes to creating music, painting and art."
E! News reported that inmates at Men's Central Jail in Los Angeles, where Brown spent time,
are sometimes served spaghetti and meatballs, but troublemakers don't get any dessert.
Brown's room, where he stayed in solitary confinement, allegedly consisted of little
more than a bed frame.
