Hey guys it's Mike Chen.

Among the many many mysteries of the universe

is the one that concerns the discovery

of a deep hole in the surface of the red planet or Mars

And this was something NASA's multi-purpose spacecraft in Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO)

spotted while capturing snapshots of the planets South Pole.

Now take a look at this.

the fact that this enormous crater is the first one of its kind to show up in the last 11 years

that MRO has been exploring Mars ever since it attained the Martian orbit in March of 2006

is what makes this revelation such a baffling one

So here's what the photograph reveal.

MROs high-resolution imaging science experiment camera

or Hi-RISE camera

boasts a high resolution of 1 micro Radian or point 3 meters

at an altitude of 300 kilometers

What this means is that, the high-tech camera enables researchers

to capture detailed images of objects approximately 3 feet or a meter plus in dimension

from an elevation of 200 to 400 kilometers.

this further implies that the recently discovered pits on Mars is by no means a small one.

In fact it is estimated to be quite vast, with hundreds or even thousands of feet.

So much so that it comes across is so big that researchers think that

it resulted from maybe a massive collapse or a humongous hit.

Also just taking a look at the surface of Mars for a moment here

Mars exhibits an iron oxide dominus surface

that is characterized by the presence of several impact craters in depressions

and this is apart from the presence of valleys deserts and polar ice caps.

The planets rocky surface is attributed to a plethora of reasons

such as continual meteorite impacts, collapsing lava tubes,

blowing water in the early days and volcanic activity.

However none of these explanations really seems to hold ground

when it comes to deciphering as to what could have led to the creation

of this strange deep hole in Martian surface.

Also taking a look at the composition of the deep hole from the image taken by MRO,

it appears that the newly discovered crater is much much deeper than the other craters

that are commonly cited on the surface of our solar system's second smallest planets.

Also researchers spotted a gleam of ice at the bottom of this vast pit of melting frozen carbon dioxide.

And apart from the pit itself, astronomers witnessed patches of frozen carbon dioxide

dotting the ice-covered area around the hole.

These circular patches are thought to be the regions

where dry ice were frozen carbon dioxide had sublimed way

under the heat of the summer sun and Martian South Pole.

Basically this whole area is it kind of looks like a Swiss cheese

that's why astronomers call it the Swiss cheese terrain.

So basically there are a lot of craters on Mars

but no one really has a clue as to

how this this massive and deep of one was created.

But there are efforts right now to narrow down

the possible causes that could have led to this formation.

Of course alien war would not be considered

but till such time NASA comes up with a convincing theory,

the origin of this deeper than the average depression will remain a guessing game for all

His NEW CAR! McLaren 570S Delivery! - Duration: 9:19.

Hello everyone!

Today there is finally a new video where I'm in the R8

I didn't drive it for a long time!

Because we were travelling in the last weeks and months

and it's a real pity that I could not drive it for so long

anyway, today it is not about my R8

but today we gonna pick up Franz's brand new McLaren!

I'm super thankful that he invited me to take part of his delivery

first I thought, I haven't seen a McLaren delivery by myself

but it's cool to see such an event

he doesn't pick up the car from the factory

Apparently we are in Germany

and I'm going to visit Moll in Düsseldorf

Franz will be there as well of course

he is probably there already, but I'm too late again

it was a little bit complicated, because it wasn't sure if he can pick up the car still today

I have just shot a different video

so I changed clothes quickly

got in the car as fast as possible

forgot most of my equipment

that I wanted to take with me

So, for now I hurry up a little

to be on time for the delivery

I hope you are as excited as I am!

I'm so excited as if it was my own car that I pick up

I really have to say - I hope you can still hear me with all that noise - ...

I really prefer to drive with this R8 the most

Unfortunately the GT3 is not driven that often

I really got used to that R8 sound

and the accelleration

and the comfortable drive at the same time

This sportscar is so comfortable that I always forget to be in a sportscar

It almost feels like beeing in a Golf

in a sporty VW Golf

it is not rough in any way, it is just super comfortable

I'm not sure if I ever wanna buy a McLaren

not sure if this would be the perfect car for me

I've already driven some McLarens

all the systems to control the car were not like I expected them to be

but I'm open to new things so let's see what the future brings

Usually it takes 75min to Düsseldorf

but today the traffic is really bad

2 Ways To Lower Cortisol Levels For Less Stress - Duration: 5:16.

alright guys so in this video I want to talk about two ways that you can get

your stress and cortisol levels down okay so cortisol is a hormone which we

need for survival it's important if you're getting chased by a lion in the

wild you're gonna want cortisol to be released because it's going to help give

you energy it's gonna increase your mental alertness and it has important

roles in the body so it's not all bad however too much cortisol is a sign that

you're stressed you know when you're stress cortisol is secreted um and you

don't want too much cortisol too much cortisol is not a good thing so if you

want to de-stress right decrease your overall stress levels bring down your

course or levels then here are two things you can do the first thing is to

consider your caffeine intake so caffeine has been shown to increase

mental performance physical performance increased testosterone before the gym if

you have a cup of coffee before the gym chances are you're gonna be able to lift

more weight you're going to have greater endurance and overall it's gonna

increase your performance in a very positive way it's one of the only

supplements which is truly been shown to work in very very well-designed studies

however there are a few problems with caffeine the first is that with time you

build a tolerance to it with time there's a down regulation that occurs in

your body over time as you consume more and more caffeine the positive effects

that you get aren't really gonna be there all you're gonna be doing on a

daily basis is alleviating the short-term withdrawal symptoms you're

experiencing so if I never drink coffee and I never consume caffeine and then I

consume some then I'm really gonna reap the benefits for my brain and for my

body but if I'm continuously having cups and cups and cups and cups of coffee a

day let's say two a day and I have my two a day that's not really not going to

give me any sort of extreme benefit is just gonna prevent those withdrawal

symptoms giving me the illusion that I'm getting some sort of benefit from

caffeine this is why dependency on any sort of stimulant or substance isn't

typically something I advocate for however again caffeine isn't the worst

thing in the world it's not terribly unhealthy and having their even

population correlation studies showing that people that consume more cups of

coffee up to four live long and it may be good for degenerative

brain disorders for example so it's not all bad however those are just

correlations anyway back to my point about cortisol and stress caffeine

actually increases cortisol so this is why many people who suffer from anxiety

and stress will find that the symptoms are exacerbated when they consume

caffeine because it's a stress on the body it causes an increase in cortisol

so if you're excessively stressed and you've never made that link between

caffeine and stress then and maybe something to consider and by reducing

your caffeine caffeine intake or just minimizing it as much as possible you

know you don't have to completely cut it up they're going from five cups of

coffee per day which many may see is a bit excessive which is above the

recommended limit of 400 milligrams per day and taking that down to 100

milligrams per day which is about one cup one small cup of coffee this can

make a massive difference to your stress levels so there's something to consider

if you've never really thought about the link between those two things before the

second thing you can consider doing is something called meditation right

mindfulness practice and yeah it sounds a bit whew I know it sounds a bit new

agey but the truth is is that in neuroscience meditation is something

that has actually been thoroughly studied now and we know that when we

look at the brains of experienced meditators that have smaller amygdalas

amygdala is a region in the brain which is responsible for fare and stress and

that actually shrinks and people who consistently meditate um

meditation has also been shown to decrease cortisol levels there was one

study where they looked at medical students who was probably some of the

most stressed people in the world and they found that consistent mindfulness

practice showed a statistically significant decrease in their cortisol

levels so meditation combined with a decrease in caffeine is definitely

something I recommend as a combo if you're excessively stressed in your life

and I think that it can make a big difference

now cortisol isn't inherently gonna do anything horrible to your body it's not

gonna make you fat there are some people online saying that you should get your

stress levels down because cortisol is gonna store fat in your body don't

believe that the reason why being excessively

stress can be problematic if your goal is trying to lose fat is because binging

on food and eating excessive amounts of food can be an act which is being made

in order to alleviate stress right you're stressed and so you eat to get

rid of that stress so by reducing the stress you're getting rid of the

underlying problem which may potentially be causing you to overeat food calories

and therefore be preventing your fat loss progress so that's something to

The Real Reason You Don't Hear From Molly Roloff Anymore - Duration: 4:31.

TLC's Little People, Big World has been keeping viewers glued to the tube, documenting all

the happenings of the Roloff family since 2006.

But one star has been noticeably absent from the series: Molly Roloff.

Where has she been and why doesn't she appear on screen anymore?

Making it official

Molly marked a major milestone in 2017, when she married Joel Silvius on her family's farm.

According to Us Weekly, Molly wore a lace, off-the-shoulder dress with her hair pulled

back in a bun.

Her father, Matt Roloff, posted a sweet dedication to his daughter on Instagram, writing:

"Amy and I are gushing with pride of her character, faith, heart for God, wisdom and judgment…

especially her choice in picking her life mate."

She moved on to a new chapter, and we couldn't be any happier for her!

Living away from the farm

In Touch speculated that Molly and her hubby met while they were both undergrad students

at Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington.

And after she graduated, and before they got married, the couple lived together in that

same college town - roughly 400 miles away from Roloff Farms, where her family is based.

With her degree in hand, Molly decided to stick it out in Spokane, and now that she's

married, home is definitely where the heart is.

Good Housekeeping reported that Molly's new digs are a five-to-seven-hour drive away from

her family and the setting of Little People, Big World, so that could certainly explain

why she's hardly on the show.

But that doesn't mean she doesn't pop up every now and then.

She still finds time to head back to her family's Oregon farm, and, when the whole gang's together,

they celebrate the moment no matter where they are.

Full time job

Roloff Farms has become just as popular as the family who shares its namesake.

Although Molly could have continued working for her family well into adulthood, she apparently

has aspirations that have nothing to do with the farm.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Molly has been adulting hardcore since 2016, when she

was hired as at an accounting firm in Washington state.

While fans might love to have the reality TV cameras follow her along to her desk job,

her new position doesn't entirely fit in with the show's premise of life on the farm.

Sure, she could pack up and move back to Oregon if she really wanted to be a reality TV star,

but it seems like she has settled into her new career.

Loving life off-camera?

Even before her appearances on Little People, Big World became few and far between, Molly

had been rather private about her personal life.

While her parents, siblings, and sisters-in-law are active on social media, Molly's Instagram

account is private.

And we suspect she only grants access to her closest friends and family members.

It's ironic that someone who grew up in the public eye would be super-protective about

their private life, but this is all the more proof that she's seemingly done with living

life under a microscope - at least for now.

Besides, she's not the only member of the Roloff clan to leave the show…

Doing their own thing

If Molly is actively seeking distance from her reality TV roots, she can look to her

siblings for advice.

Her brother, Jeremy, and his wife, Audrey, announced in July 2018 that they were also

parting ways with the series to pursue writing, podcasting, and other endeavors in the public

eye.

Molly's brother, Jacob, also left the show when he reportedly opted out of his contract

at age 18.

Little People Big World debuted in 2006, so the Roloff siblings have grown up in front

of the cameras.

It's very possible that they're ready to control their own narratives as they start families

of their own.

But no matter the reason, we now have a better picture as to why we don't hear from Molly

anymore.

Little people, big changes

The cast has changed dramatically since the show's 2006 premiere.

It was heartbreaking enough when Amy and Matt Roloff announced they were divorcing after

almost 30 years of marriage, but with Molly and her siblings growing up and starting families

of their own, viewers assumed the next generation would keep the entertainment rolling.

But that hasn't been the case for everyone.

As of Fall 2018, Zach and Tori Roloff, and their son Jackson, are the remaining members

of the younger generation still starring on the show.

When rumors emerged in July 2018 that they were also calling it quits, fans were in an

uproar.

Tori confirmed in an Instagram story,

"We're not going anywhere!"

We'll miss seeing the family together, regularly, but we're happy to report that the rest of

the gang plans to keep viewers totally entertained.
