Waching daily Oct 18 2018

He's a rookie who debuted seven months ago.

He is Lucas of NCT.

When you got invited to come to this show,

how did you react?

- You were blown away. / - Were you surprised?

- Were you fascinated? / - Yes.

My Korean is still not very good.

So I am really amazed that I was invited here.

I heard Lucas said this.

He said he would've made us laugh to death

if he could speak better Korean.

- Really? / - Did you really say that?

- Yes. / - What did you say?

If I spoke Korean as well as you,

- If you're good... / - I would've

made everyone in Korea laugh to death.

(He warns everyone.)

- He'd make us die. / - I really would.

- He's like Joon Park. / - Right.

You mean you can make us laugh our head off, right?

That's what you mean, right?

Joon was the same as him.

His Korean wasn't good but after two to three years,

- it improved so much. / - Very much.

I can understand 70 to 80 percent of what you say.

You are the first member of NCT to come on our show.

- Yes. / - What did the others say?

They just said,

"You did it."

- "You did it." / - "You did it."

"You're successful now."

"You're successful now."

(He's cute.)

He's cute.

When did you come to Korea?

I came to Korea in 2016.

- It hasn't been long. / - Just two years ago.

- Two years ago. / - I am from Hong Kong.

Right.

My mom is Thai.

- That's why... / - He looks like...

- He looks so much like Nichkhun. / - Go Soo, too.

Among all the guests,

he's the prettiest.

- Bona's here too. / - Where does that leave her?

- I... / - What are you doing?

Don't people tell you that you resemble someone?

- Yes. / - Who do they mention?

- Takeshi Kaneshiro. / - Takeshi Kaneshiro.

He's got his features.

There's Takeshi Kaneshiro. There's Minho of SHINee.

There's Im Changjung too.

- Come on. / - There's Go Soo.

What's wrong?

He does resemble Takeshi Kaneshiro.

- He does. / - He's handsome.

You speak English, Chinese...

- Thai. / - Yes. I speak a little bit of everything.

- Amazing. / - That's amazing.

You must speak Cantonese.

Cantonese is my mother tongue.

- You speak Mandarin too. / - I do.

(What?)

- Hello. / - Hello.

Stop it, Eunhye.

He's too handsome. I can only see him.

- Come on. / - I can't help it.

Why do you keep asking questions to Lucas?

- My goodness. / - Stop it.

She hasn't been out in a long time.

- Right. / - I can only see him.

She's only asking questions to Lucas alone.

- I am sorry, but... / - I have many questions.

I feel...

Please tell us the news about North Korea.

- Changjung is offended. / - I think the viewers

would be curious about what I am curious about.

(She was just representing the viewers.)

Will you stop it now?

- Are all your family members in Hong Kong? / - Yes.

- Eunhye is... / - What are you doing?

What are you doing?

Eunhye, tell us about North Korea.

What is going on at the Gaema Plateau?

Today is "Stars with Superior Genes Special".

When we told Lucas that,

he strongly agreed that he fits the theme.

- "It's me." / - "It's me."

- It's me. / - How so?

(Look at me.)

(I won't say more.)

- I am confident. / - You're confident.

- He's confident. / - I am confident.

I'm confident about my face and my body.

- Right. / - Your face and body.

Are you the most handsome member of NCT?

Of course.

"Of course."

(He has reason to be confident.)

"Of course."

Did you see him? Who was he talking to?

(Are you watching this, NCT?)

It's you.

In SM Entertainment, who is the most handsome?

Hyunmoo is there too.

Lucas.

(It's me.)

I love this.

- It's much better than denying it. / - Right.

- He's fearless. / - You need confidence.

- You need confidence. / - Yes.

- Lucas. Is it true? / - He's good.

Are you really absorbed in your beauty?

- Yes. / - Really?

Yes. Whenever I run into a mirror or a glass...

If a car passes by, I look at my face.

Do you know that you are handsome?

Yes. When I am getting makeup,

I am surprised that someone

as beautiful as me exists in this world.

- You're too beautiful. / - He's amazing.

- He's right, though. / - He's a new character.

- We have to agree with him. / - Actually...

- He's funny. / - He's handsome,

but there aren't many who would say it out loud.

- As a fellow idol... / - You can't deny it.

We haven't seen someone like him.

- You must be flustered. / - I think he's amazing.

Even if you think that, how can you

- say it out loud? / - I know.

It's quite novel.

- Yes. / - It's original.

When you are confident, you can go even higher.

When you look at yourself in the mirror

- after a shower... / - Every day, I do this.

You fall in love with your muscles.

I do this.

He is handsome.

(Guard your heart.)

All right.

- His legs are... / - By the way...

- They're very long. / - Yes. His legs are so long.

You usually don't give yourself a thumb up.

I heard Lucas has been wanting to see Jaeseok.

- Really? / - Right.

I am his huge fan.

You're on "Running Man".

It's very famous in Hong Kong.

You are still very young.

Were you more popular when you were younger?

You must've been handsome since you were young.

Do you want to see his photos?

(He was already handsome as a young boy.)

Look at the photo on the right.

- He's handsome. / - He's really cute.

Look at the photo in the middle.

He looks like a lead actor of a Taiwanese film.

Were you a child actor?

- Or a Hong Kong film. / - Were you?

Were you? In Hong Kong?

I knew it.

I'm sorry, but why do you keep hosting the show?

She only asks questions to one person.

- She has an ulterior motive. / - Lucas.

Were you once a basketball player?

- I was / - Track and field?

- A javelin thrower? / - a javelin thrower.

- He must've been very popular. / - By the way,

he's like a lead character of a film or a drama.

- "The Last Match". / - Right.

- People like him exist in real life. / - Right.

When I was young, I wasn't popular.

- Why? / - Why?

- Girls didn't like me. / - Why not?

(Lucas wasn't popular?)

(Why?)

I was too handsome.

I made them feel insecure.

(That's enough!)

No, it's not like that.

- Get up! / - How can you say that?

- Jaeseok would understand me, right? / - Know what?

Be quiet.

- I know it. / - What would you know?

- I know it. / - I know it too.

- I know how you feel, Lucas. / - I know it too.

You were too handsome.

- It's like this. / - They felt insecure.

The girls around him

- felt insecure. / - They were nervous.

- Right. / - Jaeseok must've

made them feel nervous for a different reason.

Is that right?

They say popularity shapes people.

In the past, we acted as a couple.

- Really? / - In a sitcom.

Yes. At the time,

- Jaeseok wasn't considered handsome. / - That's right.

- The society made him handsome. / - Right.

- The country made him handsome. / - Right.

Anyway, I was really happy when Lucas said,

"You know how it is."

(It's like he's been validated.)

- He's a funny man. / - I didn't pause to receive it.

"I know how it is."

"I know. I know."

What are you particularly confident about?

Your face and body?

I am confident

about my chest.

Your chest muscles?

- We can't see it. / - I can make it move.

- Make it move. / - It moves.

- Like this? / - Move. Move.

- Let's see. / - Don't be surprised.

- Come on. / - Move. Move.

(His chest muscles move.)

(He managed to do that.)

Can't all men do that?

- Try it. / - Mine doesn't move.

(He shouldn't have said anything.)

(He already did it twice.)

(He's ashamed of Changjung.)

Try taking a break.

My goodness.

This is what happens when you take a break.

Give me time,

- and I'll get it back. / - I know you will.

I'm confident I can adjust quickly.

He's got the sense.

Lucas, is there

nothing you want to change about your face?

- No. / - What's there to change?

- I wouldn't if I were him. / - Everything is lovely.

My head is too small.

I want it to be a little bigger.

(What is he saying?)

- Look at Saeho. / - What about me?

Look at him.

- What about me? / - I pointed at him.

I pointed at Saeho without realizing it.

My head suits someone who is 187cm tall.

- It's too big. / - It should be 190cm.

- 190cm. / - Yes.

(The man with a small head won't understand.)

We have another person to introduce.

She was in the drama "Your House Helper",

which aired right before our show.

She's the charming helper who heals our hearts.

It's Bona of WJSN.

(Bona of WJSN)

Welcome.

She's like the next Suzy.

You've established yourself as an actress.

When I just debuted,

Suzy was my role model.

I wanted to do both acting and singing.

She's successful as an actress,

and she's released albums as a soloist.

She communicates with her fans well too.

I thought that was amazing.

And I wanted to do both just as well.

It's as if you prepared that answer.

- She's like a lawyer. / - Really...

You led her well.

Your mother is very happy about your career.

Even after I debuted,

my mom never used my photo

as her profile photo.

However, after I attended Drama Awards last year,

she put my photo at the awards on her profile.

Finally, she is proud of me.

When I'm on a music show,

as there are 13 of us,

we get about five seconds of airtime each.

So my mom's friends and elders don't recognize me.

But her friends saw me in the drama and called her.

Moms love dramas.

She could see you longer.

You made your brother's army life better too.

- I heard that. / - I'm sure she did.

- He must be popular there. / - His sister is an idol.

My brother joined the army right before

- my debut. / - He joined the army.

- That's crazy. / - When I was a trainee,

I sent him photos of us,

and all the members wrote him a letter.

Did they write him letters?

He must have loved it.

I also sent him a signed album of SISTAR.

I even talked to each of his superiors on the phone.

He must have started his army life comfortably.

I don't know if it made his life better,

but I tried my best to help him.

- Bona is really lovely. / - She's really lovely.

I heard you are most confident about your nose.

- Her nose is lovely. / - Yes. I chose my nose.

Her nose is very high and pretty.

All my family members have the same nose.

- I look good in profile. / - I'm sure.

On music shows, I turn my face to the side.

It's good that your family members look the same.

People misunderstand if they don't look alike.

Since I was young, many people asked me

if I got my nose done.

Why would you steal our lines?

Come on, Eunhye.

- She told it. / - Eunhye.

The more you do this,

the weaker my position gets.

- I'll be scolded. / - Eunhye.

My goodness.

Did you come here looking for a job?

Don't you have any business etiquette?

- Changjung... / - Eunhye.

I wanted to say it too, but I didn't.

(I'm stopping myself.)

Changjung used to be a host too.

I used to be a host too.

- I can't help myself. / - He was big.

It seems that Bona has been preparing

to become a celebrity from an early age.

When I was younger, the mothers in town

used to tell Mom that

I should be a celebrity or that I could be Miss Korea.

Hearing those things as a young girl,

I thought I could become a celebrity.

(Am I meant to be a celebrity?)

That naturally made me become interested.

You tried to control your surroundings in preparation

so you wouldn't have an ugly past.

I had nothing going on. I wasn't even a trainee then.

I just told myself that I shouldn't leave any ugly past

since I am going to be a singer and a celebrity.

I didn't join school dance competitions...

(She didn't want to stand out.)

You didn't want to leave any records.

I just did that for no reason.

She was afraid that those things might

- Haunt her. / - haunt her later.

- How diligent. / - You probably didn't date either.

I didn't date anyone when I was in school.

You were going to be a celebrity.

In middle school, she was on a dance team.

- Right? / - Yes.

I loved dancing since I was young.

She prepared a dance for Happy Together.

ZERO SPEND ZERO WASTE CHALLENGE - MY EXPERIENCES, LESSONS & INSIGHTS || SugarMamma.TV - Duration: 5:03.

Hi everyone. So recently I was inspired to do a new financial challenge. I follow

all these amazing people from the debt free community on Instagram. And I

noticed there's a really popular trend at the moment and that is a zero spend

challenge. So at the moment I'm actually saving for something really special. And

I'm a little bit behind on round three of the thousand dollar project. So I

thought this was the perfect opportunity to do this challenge for myself. But

whilst this is very similar to my annual frugal February challenge. It's a little

bit different. I set the challenge for 10 days only and

also I approached the challenge with a totally different mindset. Normally with

frugal February. I look at it in a place from scarcity and depriving myself. But

this time I limited it from a place of financial peace and harmony. And having a

bit of a holiday away from spending all the time. So I was actually really

excited about doing this challenge. And I actually made you guys a vlog whilst

doing this challenge. So you can watch me go through the ups and downs and

discover and learn new things with me. But before I publish this vlog which I

will be doing so next week. I wanted to share with you the key things that I learnt

and experienced from doing this challenge. And also give you some advice if you

want to do this for yourself. Alright what did I learn well I learned that my

desires really deepened, and they went to a place of self-love and nurturing.

Instead of like a desire to maybe buy a new item of clothing or some makeup. I

actually found the desire to buy fresh flowers and vitamins and high-quality

food. And that felt so much wiser and more respectful of my spending, and who

an my values as to what I stand for. I also experienced the awareness and

the need to actually invest in higher quality food. The desire to buy a sweet

muffin shifted to. The desire to buy a really healthy fresh salad. That would

give me the right amount of energy to get through my day.

I also learned the hard way that is really important to plan and prepare

this challenge. Things like packing lunch the night

before. Communicating to people that you were doing the zero spend challenge, and

also being prepared for their questions and their possible judgement as to why

you are doing this challenge. Also I don't recommend doing this challenge

ad hoc. You need to look at your diary and work out what is the best time for

you to do this. You do not want to try and do a zero spend challenge when

you've got a lot of things happening at work. Or you've got a lot of social

events, it's going to set you up for failure. So look in your diary as to when

there's a week, or a 10 day period where you don't have much on. And you can

really make the most of this challenge and embrace it. Now one of the beautiful

things that I realized experience from doing this challenge is. The awareness

and appreciation for the environment. Whilst this was a zero spend challenge.

The theme or the, I guess awareness of the environment really kicked in. And

this ended up being a really nice element of zero waste. And I'm really now

proud of this awareness and new habits that I have that really incorporate the

environment. Along with zero spend. Another great thing that came out from

doing this challenge was. It broke my financial block. I hit a bit of a plateau

with a thousand dollar project. I had all this money that was outstanding to me.

That was sick of waiting for it to come in, and I was kind of in a bit of a lull

or a bit of a flat of place. Of where I'd get new ideas and inspiration for

hustling and earning some extra income, or some extra cash, or finding new

savings. And this completely broke that block. I'm now refreshed and rejuvenated

to smash through my next couple of thousand dollar parcels, for the thousand

dollar project and get back on track. And then the final thing that I experienced

and learnt from doing this zero spend challenge was. I experienced guilt. I felt

really bad and embarrassed for not supporting my local cafes and dry

cleaners. Places where I would normally go in and to spend money. I felt that I

was having a negative impact on their own flow of money and abundance. And I

didn't like that and I actually ended up breaking it. So would I recommend this

challenge for you? Absolutely! I would say the people who would really

from this are people who have a high spending habit. They like to constantly

buy things, and they don't shop mindfully. It is a fantastic challenge to do where

you realize, that desire to spend unnecessarily comes up all the time. And

if you can just take that moment to step back. Let that feeling pass, whilst also

acknowledging it. There is so much personal growth that comes from doing

this challenge. Also you've got to be open to a form of financial meditation

that comes from this. The stillness, the calmness, the tranquility from not

spending is incredibly powerful. And incredibly enlightening. So I really hope

this video inspires you to do this zero spend challenge for yourself. If you

haven't subscribed to my channel make sure you do. And also make sure you

switch on that notification button. So you can see exactly when next week when

I published my zero spend challenge vlog.

Story Time: I Saw The Hate U Give (2018) No Spoilers! - Duration: 7:27.

Hi everybody! I saw The Hate U Give! So going to see The Hate U Give was like

a whole event for Angel and I, not only because we're big fans of the book by

Angie Thomas, but also because Regal Cinemas was like having a night. We bought tickets

early to go to an early screening of the movie because it doesn't come out until

the 19th, but we saw it on the 11th. And apparently like Regal wasn't prepared

for it. We spent pretty much four hours in the

movie theater, and at least an hour and a half of that was [spent] just looking at each

other instead of at the movie. We were early - not super early or anything, but

early enough. The movie time came around, the movie hadn't started. Twenty minutes

passed and the movie still hadn't started. Thirty minutes passed, no movie.

An employee comes in and tells us that they're having technical difficulties

and that we can either get a voucher or our money back, and I was being stubborn

and I didn't want to do that. I wanted to see if the movie would just start. So we

just waited, and an hour after the movie was supposed to start, it finally does! We

get like just about two hours into the movie, and the video keeps playing but the

audio isn't playing anymore. And the lights and the theater came on, and the

screen started closing in, and we're just sitting there - we're not the only ones in

this theater, by the way - we're just sitting there for like 15 minutes trying

to figure out what the hell just happened. Probably like 15 or maybe 20

minutes after this happens, the movie finally restarts. Angel I have seen the

very opening scene to The Hate U Give twice. In the same night. They were, I

guess, trying to fast-forward for us because we were two hours into this

movie! So they kept getting to certain points and it would just play the movie

and then they had to stop it and try to figure out where we were. They got to

about 15 minutes earlier than where we have left off, so we had to watch those

scenes again. That being said, the movie was completely worth it! I don't regret

staying for the movie, though. [To Angel, off screen] Do you?

Angel: Uh-uh. Paige: No. How many times would

P: you say I cried, Angel? A: Oh my gosh, did you stop?

P: I don't think I did. This book is so long and so much

happens in it that it already felt pretty cinematic. And so the fact that

it's a movie felt very natural. It seems like the book was supposed to be a movie

to begin with. So if you haven't read The Hate U Give, you definitely should.

It is about a young girl named Starr Carter, who witnesses the death of her

friend, and then deals with the backlash of being a witness to the death of a

young black man. And of course they touch on police brutality and justice for

black lives, and I think this is probably the first like book-to-movie adaptation

that I felt all of the changes were, more or less, justifiable. The whole cast was

phenomenal! I really wanted a darker-skinned actress than Amandla

Stenberg for the part of Starr. That being, said I think Amandla did an

amazing job! She pretty much pulled all the stops with Starr. Not that I made

that choice, but I don't regret that she played Starr. The guy who plays Archie

P: on Riverdale - Aj? A: KJ.

P: KJ - he plays Starr's boyfriend. I thought he was really great.

So Regina Hall plays Linda [Lisa], Starr's mother, and she was phenomenal!

Russell Hornsby played Mavrick, Starr's dad. And he was above and beyond. The movie

really focuses a lot more on Maverick and Starr's relationship than the book

does, although there is a very heavy presence of that relationship in the

book as well. So many things happen and Maverick is there to really not only

justify them for Starr, but to help her make sense of them and to help her come

to terms with her decisions. It just felt so important and so necessary. Anthony

Mackie played King, who is Maverick's... former employer. We'll go with that.

If you read the book, you know who King is. He brought a

very like eerily quiet air to King. Issa Rae plays April Ofra, who is a lawyer

but runs this nonprofit that speaks up and supports especially black

communities when things like police brutality shake the community. I

didn't really know what to expect out of the character for the movie or Issa

Rae...'cause I really just haven't seen anything that she's been in. And I know

that's a travesty. I'll get on it. I loved her in this! Common plays Starr's uncle

Carlos, who is also a police officer and what they do in the movie that they

don't do in the book was eye-opening and sad to watch. Not sad in like a

pathetic way, but like sad in a heartbreaking way. Something that I would

have liked to see more of in the movie that's definitely very present in the

book is Starr's relationship with her friends at the school that she goes to.

It's there in the movie, but it's really only like half there compared to what's

in the book. I wish there was more of Starr's brothers in the movie, but that's

really like my only complaint. And it's really just because I liked the

relationship that we got with them, and I also liked them in the book, and I just

wanted more of that in the movie. But you know this movie that was directed by a

black man, and features mostly a black cast, and was written originally by a

black woman - it's very clear that this is a Black story. I've been really excited

for this movie for a long time, especially like as I got to see Angie [Thomas]

not only be excited about it, but like openly weeping on Instagram about it as

she was sitting in the theater watching it. I'm not surprised that I was crying.

I'm surprised that Angel didn't cry! Knowing what happens to Kahlil at the

very beginning of the book... I really wasn't ready for it in the movie and it

still happened and it shook me. I think it may have shaken me harder than it

does in the book, and I don't really have words to say why. I think

that it just did. Maybe because I was seeing it, rather than just imagining it.

But because I was looking right at it... like I jumped when it happened.

The little itty-bitty details in this movie that tie Starr to her friends,

Khalil and Natasha, absolutely broke me. It's not something that's in the book.

The fact that she has a physical manifestation of what their friendship

was...like I'm crying thinking about it! The whole point of the book and the

movie is for Starr not only to deal with the death that she witnessed, but also to

learn that she can take the time to preserve herself, especially because she

knows she's gonna be targeted as the witness to this murder, but also when the

right time to use her voice and speak up is. As a white woman reading this book

and watching this movie, I recognize that it's not necessarily something that is

going to 100%, you know, hone in with me. But it's not about my experience, though.

Watching this character grow and learn these things, that I knew she was

going to because I've read the book, was just amazing. I'm really glad that this

movie was made. I'm really glad that it was made now. I think those are pretty

much all of the thoughts that I can give that are not spoilers, because the movie's

not even out yet, so I didn't want to spoil pretty much anything. So if you

Palestinians: Do you prefer to teach your children war or peace with Israelis? - Duration: 12:37.

Would prefer to raise your children to hate Israel

or do you prefer to raise your children to create peace and coexistence?

Aisha Bethlehem

Someone said

"to raise them to like peace and dialogue"

No

Not coexistence and peace

I want to raise them to love this country

I want to plant in them

love for this land

and to know they are occupied

That's it

Ok, love for the land but love with peace with the Israelis?

or never peace with the Israelis?

Love for the land without peace with the Israelis

Majdi Bethlehem

Do you prefer to raise your children to resist Israel

or to coexist and live in peace with Israel?

Us Palestinians have always been against terrorism and never been terrorists

but when we resist, we have a right and we have a right in this land

So which does he prefer?

To teach his children to coexist or to resist?

We want coexistence and peace

We are against violence

We want peace

We want to raise them to be well and be okay

and we want to teach them to live in forever peace

Do you prefer to raise your children to love Israel

to love coexistance with Israel

or to fight Israel?

No, of course not

Israel has been an occupier from day one

Israel has been an occupying country since then

how are I supposed to raise my children to coexist?

Moad Nablus

It is a strange body that exists in our lands

To me personally, I consider it like a cancer

1948 Israel I assume

I asked if he means Israel in the 1948 areas

He says no, Israel does not exist to me

or it's not supposed to exist

Israel is not just a colonial country like

previous colonial countries - like Britain

But it's an occupying country that is taking our place

What do you think?

Do you want to raise your children when you have them, to coexist?

Anas Nablus

or believe that we don't want them

He said no, of course we don't want them

Janelle Ramallah

Do you prefer to raise your children to hate Israel or coexist?

Rustan Ramallah

We prefer to raise them to coexist

and live peacefully

in a Palestinian state

It would be under Palestine

and that there be no

attacks from either side

and that we be good neighbours

But is it all Palestine?

At least within the international law

Within international law, Israel exists

I added, do you mean a two state solution

and he said yes, a two state solution

Two state solution based on 1967 (borders)

Do you prefer to teach your children to hate Israel

or to coexist with Israel and make peace?

Taghrid Bethlehem

The issue with the Israeli occupation

is not that I want to teach her or raise her to hate Israel

or to love coexistence

I raise her to love

and I raise her to deal with people

and behave with them

humanely

So when my daughter grows up and sees by herself

that someone comes

to take her house

and it's not their right

of course she is not going to accept this

Do you teach her that it is better to make peace with the Israelis?

No

No, I don't teach her that - Why?

Because Israel is an occupation

Occupation in 1967? or 1948?

It's all occupation

from the first place that they occupied

to the last place they occupied

It's all occupation

Would you prefer your children to be raised to hate Israel and continue the conflict

or taught coexistence and find a way to make peace?

Mohammad Ramallah

To hate Israel

To hate Israel

Why?

Because Israel is an occupier and they are occupying our land

What if you could make peace with Israel

and live somehow together?

In justice

Would you agree?

Justice is not Israel coming to our land

and taking it, living on it

I am going to raise my children

and tell them that

Israel is an occupation and they stole our land

He means the occupation of 1967? or 1948?

They are occupying all of Palestine

Do you prefer to raise your children to hate Israel and continue the conflict

or prefer to be taught coexistence and find ways to make peace?

Abed (mid 20s man) Bethlehem

Occupation is occupation

I can't let him like occupation

Occupation is 1967? or 1948?

It's all the same occupation

So he prefers his child be at war

I am against war

I am against killing of both sides

and I hope, wish to live in peace

but the Jews, the Israelis

are known to not want peace

Let's say they wanted to share the land

so there would be two states

would he accept it?

What does he think of this?

Yes and there would be two states

All the land is Palestine

It's Canaanite

We have no problem for the Israelis to live in peace among us

because the Christians are living in peace among us

and to be under the same government

without having weapons

on either side

Do you prefer to raise your children to hate Israel and continue the conflict

or prefer to be taught coexistence and find ways to make peace?

Mohammad Ramallah

Hatred of course

Of course hatred - Why?

100%

It's the Jews, the Israelis who are the ones fighting us

But isn't it better to teach your children to make peace with them?

Of course peace is much better but peace is not going to come from our side

We are not going to be the ones who suggest peace

Why not?

What why not?

Why won't you be the side that suggest peace?

They have been trying for a thousand years

to make peace

but it's not working

njoy Pure Wand | Sex Toy Review - Duration: 6:14.

I sort of never expected to own this toy. To be honest, it kind of scared me. Just the

idea of a giant hunk of stainless steel ramming into my G-spot was pretty intimidating. But

here it is. I've actually had it for over a year now, and I feel like I'm finally equipped

to talk about it.

[DING]

So the njoy Pure Wand is pretty legendary in the sex toy world. Besides the Hitachi Magic Wand,

I can't really think of any other toys that has such a reputation

for being so intense and so beloved. And also like the Magic Wand, it's kind of more of a

tool than a toy. And an extremely effective tool it is. This toy was kindly given to me

by the owner of njoy at a conference last year with no obligation to review or talk

about it. Which I'm very thankful for, since that gave me the time and freedom to experiment

with it at my own pace. If I had needed to review this toy within a month of receiving it,

I would've said I didn't like it. Now? I love it. It is one of my all-time favorites.

In my experience, the most vital thing to know about the Pure Wand is that it has a

serious learning curve. Before you can possibly like it, you have to figure out how to use it.

And that took me a long time. Like, months. I was so frustrated the first five or six

times I used this because I could not figure out why it wasn't doing anything for me. It

wasn't unpleasant or anything, but it wasn't blowing my G-spot's mind. If I'm honest, it

didn't really feel like much at all. Part of my problem is that I don't think I was

physically turned on enough. And the other part is that I was kind of cautious with it

because I have a fairly prominent pubic bone, and I was worried that the bulb would catch

on it and be painful. So I was afraid to be as aggressive with it as I am with some of

my softer/less curved G-spot toys. And then one day I was enjoying some really excellent

smut and had just been using a clit vibrator by itself when I realized

I needed something else. So I grabbed the Pure Wand and, without thinking, started doing these

small, fast thrusts with it... and less than four minutes later I had had my first ever G-spot only

orgasm. The best way to use this dildo is going to vary somewhat from person to person,

depending on if you're using it on the G-spot or prostate and how you personally like that

area to be stimulated. I find that a short, kind of scooping thrust motion works best for me,

but other people prefer longer thrusts, steady pressure, or just sort of jiggling it a bit.

But a few pieces of general advice that I would give to everyone would be:

#1 Make sure you are totally relaxed and aroused before you use the Pure Wand. Wait until your roommates

or kids are out of the house. Load up the good porn/erotica/brain fantasies. And start

slowly with your hands or a vibrator or something until you're REALLY ready to go. #2. Pee before

you start, and put down a towel. Using this toy can be messy. It's known for making a

lot of people with vaginas squirt. Even if you don't squirt (like I don't really), intense

G-spot pressure can make you feel like you need to pee. So going beforehand and having

a towel or something down can just help ease any worry about making a mess.

#3. Be ready for a workout. This toy is solid stainless steel and weighs a pound and a half.

In some ways this is a benefit, because I think it really does intensify the stimulation.

But it also takes more strength and endurance to use than most other dildos, so you've got

to make sure you're up for it. (Or that you can find someone else to use it on you to

save yourself the effort.) When everything comes together and I'm turned on enough and

pair it with a good clit vibrator, the njoy Pure Wand gives me intense G-spot orgasms the likes

of which I've never experienced before. It just really, really works for me. It is impeccably

designed, and with some practice I think this is about as close to a foolproof toy as exists.

Because of its smooth, frictionless surface, it requires little to no lube to use. That

extreme curve really does a lot of the angling for you, and there's a reason that so many people

call this their Holy Grail dildo. But! Remember that no toy works for everyone. There's this

trend I've noticed with sex toys that have this kind of "legendary" status, which is

that when some people have mediocre or negative experiences with them they can easily feel

like there's something wrong with them and their body. And I just want to say

that while a lot of people (myself included) do enjoy the Pure Wand, I also

know other people who do not care for it. Some don't like the weight or rigidity. Some

find the shape doesn't play nice with their pubic bone, or they just don't like direct

G-spot stimulation. Or maybe they can't use it at all because 316 stainless steel has

a 10% nickel content and they have an allergy. In some of those situations I think more flexible

G-spot toys like the Lovehoney Satisfy Me dildo I just reviewed may work a bit better, and

for others G-spot focused toys may never be their thing, and that's fine. I personally

don't really like the We-Vibe Tango bullet, despite it's massive popularity, because pinpoint

clit vibrations are really overstimulating and unpleasant for me. Everyone has different

needs and preferences. That said, for me, the njoy Pure Wand is definitely worth the

hype. And I'm really excited to be able to give some of you the chance to try this toy

out! Because I've actually purchased a few more of them and will be posting a big giveaway

video in the next day or two. If you win, my hope is that you'll love it as much as

I do. But hey, worst comes to worst, you can still keep it around for self-defense. If

the zombie apocalypse comes, it'll be great for bludgeoning. So make sure you're subscribed

to my channel and follow my social media so you don't miss that giveaway. And in the meantime,

let me know your thoughts on this shiny steel beast down in the comments! Thanks for watching,

and I'll see you next time!

Lea Salonga on Duterte administration and inflation - Duration: 2:33.

PEP: What can you say about [President Rodrigo] Duterte and his administration?

Lea: That 's a tough one. That's really... It's a difficult thing.

I mean...When I heard about Berna Romulo-Puyat, when she was appointed to

the Department of Tourism, I was thrilled for her because I know members of the

family. So on a personal stand, I'm like thrilled. And when Aiza Seguerra ended up working for

the government it made me very happy because I know... I know him. I know Aiza,

I know his wife, I've known Aiza since Aiza was a she. And Aiza was in "Eat Bulaga,"

and as a child, and this is somebody who lives life honestly and full of

integrity and honesty, you know... So, like, that's, that's amazing you get to make a

difference and you get to do something, and it's hard. You know, it's

hard to have a nuanced position in a very divisive environment. I'm happy

about certain appointees, I'm not happy about certain appointees there are

things where I'm like oh yeah this is great

there are things where I'm like oh what's going on and that's that's a more

nuanced position. You can't like everything, you never will.

You can like some things and that is fine. That's as diplomatic as I can be about it.

PEP: Inflation?

Oh, God!

If I go to the grocery.

I mean, we're affected to the point where if there are certain goods and services that we buy that are affected...

I mean, I don't like it when I see my electric bill go up. I don't like it when

the price of vegetables... And I mean, we buy locally-grown produce and when you

see price tag change, it's like... "Why?"

And then, you wonder...

You gotta wonder if we're angry about this, we have to see if it's happened in previous

administrations before and if we got angry then too. And if it happened before

you didn't get angry, then, "Hooo..?"

You might have to examine why that is. [Laughs]

Meiko Satomura vs. Lacey Lane - Quarterfinal Match: Mae Young Classic, Oct. 17, 2018 - Duration: 2:47.

[NOISE] >> [APPLAUSE]

>> What does Lacey need to do, Beth,

just to have a chance?

>> Lacey's gotta again, she's gotta keep moving, she's really gotta.

>> Maybe not go toe to toe with a Japanese legend.

>> Yeah but Lacey's not backing down, Meiko catches the right leg of Lacey Lane.

>> I respect that but I'm hoping Lacey.

Okay, she's giving her a fair chance.

>> [APPLAUSE] >> Meiko told me-

>> I don't know how wise that was.

Not sure how smart that was and Meiko said okay here we go.

>> Man!

>> The kick caught her!

The second kick caught her in the ear and Meiko Satomura is putting on a clinic!

>> Meiko was here in the Mae Young tournament to test her skills,

to continuously prove that she is the best.

>> Right now she is strategically picking apart Lacey Lane.

>> And make no mistake about it,

she felt disrespected when Lacey Lane refused to shake her hand.

Lacey Lane, though.

Try to sunset flip Meiko.

>> A nice.

>> Okay.

>> Nice kick to the face.

Lane, Lane may have Satomura stunned!

>> Two! >> Cover, kick out at two!

And it may take something like that,

a sudden kick to put Meiko away and bring Lacey to the final four.

>> I mean, Beth, when you get stunned, you're stunned.

Lacey can't be flustered by this.

She's got to keep doing what she's doing.

>> [NOISE] >> Meiko's got the waist lock.

Lacey found a way out.

>> And look at Lacey Lane.

Missed with the kick!

>> Swing and a miss.

>> Caught her that time.

Meiko's down.

Lane cover, hooks the leg.

And Meiko kicks out at two, and Lacey, been very competitive so

far in this match.

>> She's so competitive, she's- >> Well, there goes that.

>> [APPLAUSE] >> Lacey may be out.

Meiko again, looking to put Lacey away.

>> Suplex.

>> Lacey Lane doesn't want anymore.

>> Meiko just wants to continue to punish Lane, teach the youngster a lesson.

Lacey, though very quick, caught her with a back hand.

Now a knee to the face and a right hand drives Meiko to the corner.

And here comes Lacey Lane.

Lacey's on fire!

And look at her go!

>> Lacey's biggest asset in this fight is her speed.

>> Heavy offense from Lacey Lane.

>> And Lane into the corner.

>> A knee to the side of the face!

Right to the jaw!

Lacey Lane could be closing in on a monumental upset!

>> Cross body!

Lateral press, cover!

Got her!

No! And a kickout at two and a half!

>> [APPLAUSE]

Mark, Tell Us How You Really Feel! - Duration: 1:21.

Hi, I'm mark Rutherford and I'm running for Indiana Secretary of State. People ask me why I'm running.

Because, Indiana has problems, confusing business regulations and forms - legal jargon.

Miss a deadline? BAM!! Big fine! Forget to update your address?

BAM!! Your corporation could be dissolved! Indiana needs voting machines that work and a paper trail. The party in power

gerrymanders your votes so it stays in power. BAM! I want to fix that! I want to crack down on con artists.

I'm the lawyer who wants to simplify the Secretary of State's website.

BAM! So, you don't have to have a lawyer to file forms! I'm want to roll out changes.

Indiana government should service people, not the other way around.

You get the idea.

Oh my sorry. Was that over the top? Should we shoot it again? Got you tomatoes Mr. Rutherford. Still need em?

No!
