Dev Srinivasan: BMO Business banking really takes a customised approach in industries

where our clients value and demand that type of specialisation.

So in areas such as agriculture, healthcare, technology and innovation – we take a specialised

approach where we have bankers and credit officers who are very deep in the space, to

ensure that one: we're serving clients in the way they want to, giving them the type

of service they need; and also structuring deals in a way that is relevant in their market.

So in terms of how we're servicing these clients in each of those sectors, there's many commonalities.

I'll start with agriculture though.

Just being a pure banker doesn't work in that industry.

So our clients in the ag sector really want someone who is one, knowledgeable about the

industry, for sure; but also two, is local in the community.

We're fiercely local.

We give back to the communities, which our clients value.

We also understand the dynamic in the local industry.

It's not about the macro in a lot of cases, it's about understanding the local market.

That's a huge differentiator for us, and a reason why we are the number one agriculture

bank in Canada.

In areas like healthcare and technology and innovation, which are less asset-rich, it's

all about: okay, what are the structures that are appropriate for these industries?

And what is the risk associated with it?

Because certain areas are higher risk, so you need to structure differently; others

are lower risk.

So, really understanding the nuances, and getting that structure right, to ensure that

you're pushing up to our risk appetite, in terms of how we're dealing with these clients

is incredibly important and a differentiator in the market.

BMO Business banking absolutely sees its clients as partners.

And we really view it as, we're jointly looking to make sure our clients succeed.

Another thing that we really stick true on is, we're great in good times; but we're even

IS IT BY FOLLOWING OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT WE MAY

THINK THAT GOD HAS FOR US?

WHEN WE FOLLOW THAT PLAN, WE ALWAYS FAIL AND WE ALWAYS FEEL

THAT WE COME UP SHORT.

AND THEN PROBABLY AS A RESULT OF THAT, WE FEEL THAT GOD'S NOT

PLEASED WITH US OR EVEN MAYBE THAT HE'S MAD AT US.

TODAY YOU'RE GONNA UNDERSTAND HOPEFULLY AND PRAYERFULLY THAT

RIGHT STANDING WITH GOD IS A GIFT THAT HE GIVES US

AS HIS CHILDREN.

BUT FIRST, LET'S TAKE A MINUTE TO TALK ABOUT HOW CAN WE BE

SAVED, HOW CAN WE BE BORN AGAIN.

HOW CAN WE COME INTO AN INTIMATE, CLOSE, LOVING,

WONDERFUL, FREEING RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD THROUGH CHRIST?

WELL, EPHESIANS 2:8-9 TELL US THAT IT IS ALL BY FREE GRACE,

GOD'S UNMERITED FAVOR.

YOU SEE, FAVOR CANNOT BE PURCHASED.

IT CANNOT BE EARNED OR DESERVED.

FAVOR IS AN UNMERITED GIFT OF GOD.

GRACE IS A MOST AMAZING THING.

IT'S GOD DOING SOMETHING FOR US THAT WE DO NOT AND NEVER COULD

EVER DESERVE.

AND IT'S BY THAT FAVOR THAT WE ARE SAVED AND DELIVERED FROM

JUDGMENT.

ISN'T THAT GOOD NEWS, DELIVERED FROM JUDGMENT?

DON'T HAVE ANY NEED TO BE AFRAID OF CHRIST COMING BACK.

HAVE NO NEED TO BE AFRAID OF LEAVING THIS EARTH AND GOING TO

MY HEAVENLY HOME.

WE ARE MADE A PARTAKER OF CHRIST'S SALVATION THROUGH

FAITH, THROUGH OUR FAITH.

AND THIS SALVATION, IT'S NOT OF OURSELVES.

IT CAME NOT OF OUR OWN DOING.

IT CAME NOT THROUGH OUR OWN STRIVING OR OUR OWN WORKS,

BUT IT IS THE GIFT OF GOD.

THE TRUTH IS NO MAN CAN BE GOOD ENOUGH TO DESERVE WHAT GOD WANTS

TO GIVE US AS A FREE GIFT.

THE BIBLE TEACHES US THAT OUR OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS ARE OUR

RIGHTEOUS ACTS, OUR RIGHT DOING.

OUR BEST EFFORT IS STILL LIKE A FILTHY RAG BEFORE GOD.

BECAUSE IF WE'RE GONNA LIVE BY THE LAW, THEN WE EITHER KEEP IT

ALL AND WE KEEP IT PERFECTLY RIGHT 100% OF THE TIME OR WE'RE

GUILTY OF BREAKING EVERY SINGLE BIT OF IT.

WELL YOU KNOW, THE SAME WAY THAT WE'RE BORN AGAIN, THE SAME WAY

WE'RE SAVED IS THE SAME WAY THAT WE HAVE TO LIVE OUR LIFE,

THE TOTAL SAME WAY THAT WE HAVE TO LIVE OUR LIFE.

SEE, THERE'S SO MANY WONDERFUL SCRIPTURES IN THE WORD OF GOD.

2 CORINTHIANS 5:21 SAYS THAT, "FOR OUR SAKE HE MADE CHRIST

[VIRTUALLY] TO BE SIN WHO KNEW NO SIN, SO THAT IN AND THROUGH

HIM WE MIGHT BECOME [ENDUED WITH, VIEWED AS BEING IN,

AND EXAMPLES OF]

THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD."

SO LITERALLY, WHAT HE'S SAYING IS THAT CHRIST ON THE CROSS

TOOK OUR SIN.

NOW JUST PICTURE THIS.

HE TOOK YOUR SIN, TOOK IT AWAY FROM YOU IF YOU'LL GIVE IT UP.

HE TOOK YOUR SIN AND HE GAVE YOU HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS.

NOW, WE HAVE THIS REALLY UGLY LOOKING ROCK HERE, AND YOU MIGHT

BE THINKING, "WHAT IN THE WORLD IS SHE DOING WITH THAT

UGLY THING THERE?" WELL YOU KNOW, WHEN I SAY THAT

YOU'VE BEEN MADE RIGHT WITH GOD, AND THAT YOU ARE RIGHTEOUS OR

THAT I AM RIGHTEOUS, RIGHT AWAY WE THINK, "WELL, HOW CAN THAT BE

BECAUSE I DO WRONG THINGS?" WE THINK THAT A PERSON IS ONLY

RIGHTEOUS OR RIGHT IF THEY DO EVERYTHING RIGHT.

BUT THE THING WE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND IN ORDER TO HAVE

A COMFORTABLE RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD IS THAT HE MAKES US RIGHT

WITH HIM BY HIS GRACE AND MERCY.

HE MAKES US RIGHT INSIDE IN OUR SPIRIT, HE COMES TO LIVE IN US,

AND THEN HE WORKS WITH US THROUGHOUT OUR LIFE TO LITERALLY

LEARN HOW TO LIVE INSIDE OUT, SO TO SPEAK.

THE GOOD THINGS THAT ARE IN US, THEN, ARE WORKED OUT IN OUR SOUL

AND THEN FINALLY SEEN THROUGH OUR BODIES WHERE THE WORLD

AROUND US CAN SEE IT.

SO LITERALLY, THIS IS THE WAY THAT WE ARE.

THIS IS A ROCK CALLED A GEODE, I THINK, AND YOU SEE HOW

BEAUTIFUL THAT IS ON THE INSIDE?

THESE THINGS ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TO ME.

LOOK AT THAT.

I MEAN, THAT COULD DECORATE A NICE HOME.

PEOPLE GET GOOD MONEY FOR THESE.

AND THEY JUST DUG THIS OUT OF THE GROUND.

I THINK IT'S INTERESTING THAT GOD HAS A HABIT OF HIDING GOOD

STUFF, AND WE HAVE TO DIG FOR IT.

GOLD IS USUALLY NOT JUST LAYING ALONG THE ROAD.

YOU GOTTA DIG FOR IT.

SILVER, COPPER, ALL KINDS OF PRECIOUS STONES, DIAMONDS,

AND A LOT OF OTHER THINGS, YOU HAVE TO DIG FOR IT.

AND I JUST WANNA SAY TO YOU TODAY, IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED

CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOR, STOP THINKING FOR A MINUTE ABOUT ALL

THE THINGS THAT YOU STILL DON'T DO RIGHT AND REALIZE FOR A FEW

MOMENTS THAT GOD HAS MADE YOU AN AMAZING PERSON ON THE INSIDE.

YOU SEE, WHEN CHRIST COMES TO LIVE IN US, HE CAN'T BE ANYWHERE

THAT'S NOT HOLY.

SO HE LITERALLY MAKES OUR SPIRITS HOLY.

HE CLEANS US UP COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY BEFORE HE CAN

COME TO DWELL IN US.

THAT'S WHY THE BIBLE SAYS, "YOU ARE HOLY."

THAT'S WHY THE BIBLE SAYS, "YOU ARE THE RIGHTEOUSNESS

OF GOD IN CHRIST."

WE ALSO HAVE ALL THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT ON THE INSIDE OF US.

WE HAVE LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, GOODNESS, KINDNESS.

AND IT'S ALL THERE AS A SEED.

SEED HAS TO BE WATERED.

IT HAS TO BE NURTURED.

SO WHEN WE WATER THAT SEED WITH THE WORD OF GOD, WHICH IS

ACTUALLY REFERRED TO IN SOME PLACES AS THE WATER OF THE

WORD--WHEN YOU WATER THAT SEED WITH THE WORD OF GOD, THE MORE

WE STUDY THE WORD, THE MORE THE GOOD THINGS THAT ARE IN US BEGIN

TO WORK THEIR WAY OUT OF US.

IT'S ACTUALLY CALLED TRANSFORMATION.

WE HAVE BEEN REGENERATED INWARDLY.

NOW WE'RE GONNA BE TRANSFORMED OUTWARDLY.

IT'S MUCH LIKE WHAT A CATERPILLAR GOES THROUGH

IN BECOMING A BUTTERFLY.

WE START OUT AS WORMS AND WE END UP THESE BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL

BUTTERFLIES THAT ARE SO AMAZING.

NO TWO ALIKE.

THERE'S NO TWO OF US THAT ARE ALIKE, BUT EACH ONE BEAUTIFUL

AND AMAZING IN THEIR OWN RIGHT.

ONCE AGAIN, IT'S LIKE THIS ROCK.

WORMY, UGLY, TERRIBLE LOOKING ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT OH MY, THE GOOD

THINGS THAT GOD HAS PUT IN US IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

DO YOU EVER FEEL LIKE YOU'RE TWO PEOPLE?

LIKE THERE'S PART OF YOU THAT WANTS TO DO GOOD AND PART OF YOU

THAT WANTS TO DO BAD?

ARE YOU EVER LIKE ME?

DO YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING AND YOU PLAN FOR A HOLY DAY, AND

IT LASTS UNTIL YOU PUT YOUR FEET ON THE FLOOR, AND THEN AFTER

THAT, IT'S ALL OVER?

BUT SEE, I HAVE LEARNED TO NOT BE CONDEMNED ABOUT THAT, AND

YOU CAN LEARN THE SAME THING.

THE BIBLE TEACHES US IN 2 CORINTHIANS 5:17 THAT, "IF ANY

PERSON IS IN CHRIST, HE'S A NEW CREATION, (A NEW CREATURE

ALTOGETHER); THE OLD [PREVIOUS MORAL AND SPIRITUAL CONDITION]

HAS PASSED AWAY.

AND BEHOLD, THE FRESH AND THE NEW HAS COME!"

GOD IS OFFERING YOU A BRAND-NEW START.

NOW, LET'S DO IT AGAIN.

THIS IS THE FRESH AND THE NEW THAT COMES.

THIS STILL LOOKS THE SAME WAY.

MAYBE YOU RECEIVE CHRIST TODAY AND WE PRAY WITH YOU AT THE END

OF THE PROGRAM.

MAYBE YOU DID IT 3 YEARS AGO.

WELL, IF YOU GO LOOK AT YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR, YOU MIGHT STILL

LOOK LIKE THIS.

IF YOU EXAMINE YOUR BEHAVIOR, MAYBE AT LEAST PART OF YOU STILL

LOOKS LIKE THIS.

MAYBE SOME OF IT'S GOTTEN CHIPPED AWAY BY NOW.

BUT HE CHANGES US INTO HIS IMAGE FROM GLORY TO GLORY.

THAT CATERPILLAR THAT CRAWLS ALONG THE GROUND EVENTUALLY

CRAWLS UP ON THE BACK SIDE OF A BRANCH SOMEWHERE,

SPINS A COCOON AROUND ITSELF, AND IN THERE COMPLETELY

TURNS TO LIQUID.

CAN I JUST SAY THAT I THINK WE HAVE TO BECOME PLIABLE AND

MOLDABLE, LIQUID IF YOU WILL, IN THE HANDS OF GOD, WHERE HE CAN

EASILY MOVE US AND RESHAPE US INTO WHAT HE WANTS US TO BE.

BY A MIRACLE OF GOD, THAT WORM BECOMES A BUTTERFLY.

AND EVENTUALLY, YOU'LL SEE THE STRUGGLE IN THAT COCOON,

AND IT WILL BREAK OPEN, AND THIS BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING BUTTERFLY

THAT AMAZES EVERYBODY COMES OUT.

AND YOU KNOW, THAT'S WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN TO YOU.

SOME OF YOU MIGHT BE DISCOURAGED WITH YOURSELF TODAY.

YOU MIGHT SAY, "WELL, YOU KNOW, I'VE BEEN GOING TO CHURCH FOR

A LONG TIME AND I JUST CANNOT BELIEVE SOME OF THE THINGS

THAT I STILL DO.

I STILL ACT SO BAD.

I JUST DON'T FEEL LIKE I'M CHANGING AT ALL."

WELL, LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING.

IF YOU'RE BELIEVING, YOU'RE CHANGING.

BUT WHEN YOU STOP BELIEVING, THEN YOU STOP CHANGING.

I REALLY BELIEVE, AND THERE IS SCRIPTURE TO BACK UP, THAT AS

LONG AS WE'RE BELIEVING, GOD IS WORKING.

SO NO MATTER HOW YOU FEEL, IF YOU GET UP EVERY DAY AND YOU

SAY, "MY FAITH IS IN CHRIST.

HE IS MY SAVIOR.

HE HAS MADE ME RIGHT WITH HIM AND HE IS WORKING IN ME TODAY,

WORKING THAT RIGHTEOUSNESS FROM THE INSIDE OF ME TO THE OUTSIDE

OF ME," THEN I CAN TELL YOU THAT GOD IS WORKING.

DON'T GET DISCOURAGED AND DON'T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF.

YOU KNOW, I HAD SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH ME WHEN I FIRST GOT

INTO A SERIOUS RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD THAT, I MEAN, ANY MESSAGE

I HEARD, I NEEDED IT.

I DON'T CARE WHAT IT WAS ON, IT WAS FOR ME.

IF IT WAS ON THE MOUTH, IT WAS FOR ME.

IF IT WAS ON THE MIND, IT WAS FOR ME.

IF IT WAS ABOUT ATTITUDE, IT WAS FOR ME.

BUT EVERY TIME I WOULD GO AND HEAR PREACHING, OR TEACHING,

OR WATCH A GOOD MESSAGE ON TELEVISION, OR HEAR ONE ON SOME

KIND OF RECORDED MESSAGE, I WOULD GO AWAY FEELING GUILTY AND

CONDEMNED BECAUSE I JUST LET THE WORD MAKE ME FEEL BAD

ABOUT MYSELF.

AND SEE, IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST, THEN

THE ENEMY CAN ACTUALLY DO THAT TO YOU.

BUT I LEARNED THAT GOD ACTUALLY CONVICTS US OF SIN AND HE USES

THE WORD TO DO IT, BUT THE DEVIL CONDEMNS US AND TRIES TO MAKE US

FEEL GUILTY AND HE PRESSES US DOWN, DOWN, DOWN.

YOU KNOW, THE GOOD NEWS IS, EVEN TODAY WHILE I'M MINISTERING TO

YOU, OR WHEN YOU READ YOUR BIBLE, OR WHEN YOU GO TO CHURCH,

IF YOU'RE CONVICTED OF SOME SIN IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU HEAR

THE WORD, THAT IS GOOD NEWS.

BECAUSE THINK ABOUT ALL THE YEARS IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU

WEREN'T BOTHERED BY IT AT ALL.

YOU KNOW, I'M GLAD THAT I CAN'T DO MUCH OF ANYTHING THAT'S WRONG

AND NOT HAVE GOD JUST LET ME KNOW, I MEAN, REALLY, REALLY,

QUICK.

AND I PRAY FOR THAT ALL THE TIME SIMPLY BECAUSE I DON'T WANNA GET

BY WITH ANYTHING, AND I'M SURE THAT YOU DON'T EITHER.

BUT I HAD TO COME TO THE POINT WHERE THAT CONVICTION DID NOT

CONDEMN ME, BUT I WOULD ACTUALLY THANK GOD FOR IT AND SAY,

"THANK YOU, GOD, FOR SHOWING THAT TO ME."

YOU KNOW WHY?

I'M GLAD THAT GOD LOVES US TOO MUCH TO EVER LEAVE US ALONE,

AREN'T YOU?

I'M SO GLAD.

THE WORST THING THAT COULD EVER HAPPEN TO US WOULD BE TO NEVER

BE ANY DIFFERENT THAN WHAT WE ARE RIGHT NOW.

THE BEST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN IS THAT WE CAN CHANGE.

YOU KNOW, IN ROMANS CHAPTER 12, THE BIBLE TEACHES US THAT WE ARE

CHANGED BY THE ENTIRE RENEWAL OF OUR MIND.

SO YOU KNOW, GOD PUTS ALL THESE GOOD THINGS IN US, BUT TO BE

HONEST, WE STILL THINK LIKE THIS BECAUSE WE THINK BASED ON WHAT

WE SEE AND HOW WE ACT.

NOW YOU KNOW REALLY, WE'RE FROM MISSOURI HERE, WHICH, YOU'RE NOT

ALL FROM MISSOURI.

SOME OF YOU ARE NOT EVEN FROM THE UNITED STATES,

YOU'RE WATCHING FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.

BUT OUR STATE IS CALLED THE "SHOW ME" STATE.

WE'RE KINDA LIKE, "WELL, YOU SHOW ME AND THEN I'LL

BELIEVE IT."

BUT SEE, THAT'S NOT THE WAY THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT ALL.

IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD, IT'S THE EXACT OPPOSITE.

HE SAID, "YOU BELIEVE AND THEN YOU'LL SEE."

AND SO NOTHING OUT HERE IS GONNA CHANGE.

NOTHING IN MY BEHAVIOR'S GONNA CHANGE, NOTHING ABOUT MY

ATTITUDE IS GONNA CHANGE, UNTIL I LEARN HOW TO THINK THE WAY GOD

THINKS, WHICH IS HIS WORD.

AND THE MORE I STUDY, THE MORE I RENEW MY MIND, THE MORE I START

TO LOOK LIKE THIS BEAUTIFUL INSIDE OF ME THAT IS GIVEN TO ME

AS A GIFT.

I CAN'T EARN THIS.

I CAN'T DESERVE THIS.

NO MAN CAN BE MADE RIGHTEOUS BY THE LAW.

I WANNA READ YOU A FEW SCRIPTURES IN ROMANS CHAPTER 3,

STARTING IN VERSE 20.

"FOR NO PERSON WILL BE JUSTIFIED (MADE RIGHTEOUS, ACQUITTED, AND

JUDGED ACCEPTABLE) IN GOD'S SIGHT BY OBSERVING THE WORKS

PRESCRIBED BY THE LAW."

SO HERE'S THE THING YOU GOTTA UNDERSTAND.

YOU CAN GO TO CHURCH TEN TIMES A WEEK, THAT DOESN'T MAKE YOU

ACCEPTABLE TO GOD.

A CHRISTIAN IS NOT SOMEBODY WHO GOES TO CHURCH.

THERE'S A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT GO TO CHURCH THAT REALLY PROBABLY

DON'T HAVE ANY KIND OF PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD.

A CHRISTIAN IS SOMEONE WHO RECEIVES CHRIST AS THE SACRIFICE

FOR ALL OF THEIR SINS, WHO KNOWS AND BELIEVES WHOLEHEARTEDLY THAT

HE IS THE SON OF GOD, THAT HE CAME STRICTLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF

PAYING FOR OUR SINS, THAT HE DIED A TERRIBLE, PAINFUL DEATH

AND TOOK OUR PUNISHMENT, THAT HE DIED IN OUR PLACE, AND THAT HE

What exactly do the Muzzle Attachments do? - Rainbow Six Siege - Duration: 15:16.

What's up guys, Rogue-9 here and today, I want to revisit the Muzzle Attachments in Rainbow Six Siege.

Over the years, many members of the Siege community (including me) have produced guides

on which attachments are the best for which guns and which playstyles and a number of

people have already produced experiment or experience based guides since the introduction

of the new recoil system with Operation Grim Sky.

But there is a fundamental problem with all guides we have seen up until now and that

is that nobody has ever been 100% sure about what each attachment actually does.

Recoil in Rainbow Six (like in most games) is randomised and that makes it basically

impossible to deduce the precise stat modifiers of each attachment by running in-game tests.

But good news everyone, the time of uncertainty is finally at an end!

Because you see, I kind of cheated this time.

Instead of spending 40h shooting at walls in custom games and comparing screen shots

or spending dozens of hours running terrorist hunt missions with every possible attachment…

I simply sent an email to Ubisoft asking if they would be willing to share the details

of how each muzzle attachment works… and within one day I had the exact breakdown in my inbox.

And I have to say, after fully understanding how each attachment works; I will definitely

be revising my advice from previous videos.

The Muzzle Brake is great but I now believe that there are some weapons that may in fact

benefit from different attachment choices.

So, let's go over the attachments one by one to find out how they affect the recoil

and muzzle flash, before discussing which is best for which type of recoil and which type of playstyle!

Next up are the suppressors and those of you who have been following the channel for a

while may have seen my three part exploration of the suppressors in the past.

I suspect that some of the exact damage reduction numbers may have changed a bit since that

series and may warrant another look, but for the purposes of this video, let me simply

share the info I received from Ubisoft.

As we already knew, the suppressors remove the smoke trails from bullets, they remove

the white threat indicator that your opponent would normally receive for near misses and

they reduce damage by around 15%.

In addition to these fundamental changes, I think it is also worth mentioning that the

suppressor is hands down the best attachment in terms of removing muzzle flash from your gun.

Muzzle flash is definitely not the most important factor when choosing a muzzle attachment and

there are several reasons for this.

First off, not every gun has a problematic muzzle flash.

Many of the defender SMGs will have such a small flash, that no matter what attachment

you choose, it will never really cause you any problems.

And secondly, while the flash on some weapons can be blinding when you are in the darker

areas of some of the maps, in lighter areas the same flash will be barely visible.

Long story short, the effect on the muzzle flash will not be important for all guns and

may only make a significant difference in darker areas but the effect of each attachment

is still worth bearing in mind because the flash can not only obscure your vision but

can also make you easier to spot for the enemy.

Since the recoil changes in Operation Grim Sky, quite a number of players have been trying

out the suppressor as their muzzle attachment of choice, since controlling the recoil has

become a little bit more manageable for many of the guns.

Whether the damage downside is tolerable for any individual player probably comes down

to how frequently you get headshot kills.

If you land mostly headshots, then the damage reduction doesn't matter; if you are still

aiming mostly for the chest then maybe stay away from the suppressors for now because

the damage reduction can be a real problem, especially at longer ranges.

And now we finally get to some of the more complex and more interesting attachments.

The Flash Hider has a mixed effect on recoil stats by reducing the first shot vertical

recoil by 37.5%, reducing the centring time by 30% and reducing the recoil diamond by 5%.

The Flash Hider is also pretty good at reducing and the muzzle flash of your gun, who would have thought?!

But I think before we continue, we need to take a moment to explain what each of the

stat modifiers means.

Vertical recoil reduction is the easiest; it is simply the distance that the gun kicks

upwards after each shot and it is interesting to note that the flash hider will only improve

vertical recoil after the first shot.

The centring time is how long it takes for the gun to return to the original point of

aim after rising during a burst.

And I discovered something really interesting here.

It would have been reasonable to assume that each gun returns to the starting point at

a fixed speed which would mean that the further up the recoil takes you, the longer it would

take to re-zero.

That is not the case though and instead, we have a fixed reset time!

Using the example of the C8-SFW with the flash hider attached, we can see that it takes 300ms

for the sights to come back down to the starting position, irrespective of how long a burst we fire.

Even after only a couple of bullets, the reset time is still 300ms.

And of course, if the reset time is 300ms with the Flash Hider attached, then it should

be around 428.57ms without any muzzle device.

If we go ahead and test that, we end up with a time of 433ms which is about as close as

we can expect, given that I am analysing footage recorded at 60fps.

Ok and finally, what's the deal with this recoil diamond?

Basically, the probability of recoil movement in Rainbow Six is expressed by a diamond which

means that if for any single shot you end up with a lot of vertical movement, the horizontal

recoil will be lower.

You will never randomly have the maximum vertical and horizontal recoil at the same time.

Of course the recoil probabilities are different from gun to gun.

Some guns will have short and wide probability diamonds while others will have tall diamonds.

For some guns, the diamond might be biased to either the left or the right hand side

and for many guns nowadays, the recoil after the first shot is actually much higher than

for the rest of the burst.

And finally, there are now also a number of guns where the first two or three shots are

actually quite manageable but any shots after that become completely unpredictably.

So reducing the size of the diamond will mean a reduction in both the vertical and horizontal

recoil potential for each and every shot.

Great, so now that we understand the function of the stat modifiers we can evaluate the

usefulness of the Flash Hider.

Only providing vertical recoil reduction for the first shot was a surprise for me but I

guess the description has always told us that the device is best for reducing short burst

recoil and the combination of strong initial recoil mitigation and smaller long term tightening

of the recoil diamond achieves just that.

Minimising muzzle flash is a nifty bonus side-effect but when it comes to the centring time, I

have to say that I'm not too sure how useful this modifier is anymore.

Without a doubt, for less experienced players who do not control the muzzle climb of their

gun when firing bursts, the reduced reset time is super useful because it will allow

them to reacquire their target more quickly after finishing a burst.

But after almost three years of competition in Rainbow Six that keeps intensifying from

season to season, almost every single active Siege player nowadays is controlling the recoil

of their weapon while firing.

When you control the recoil, so that you have minimal muzzle climb during the burst, the

reset will actually pull the gun down below where you started out and the faster that

happens, the more violently you will have to push your mouse or control stick back up

at the end of a burst to stop your reticule from dipping down too far.

Is this a huge issue?

No, nobody has ever complained about this feature but it is worth keeping in mind.

Let's move over to the Compensator now and this attachment is nice and straightforward.

It simply reduces the recoil diamond size by 17.75%; nothing more, nothing less.

This means that every shot, not just the first one, benefits from the Compensator's positive

effects but the effect is significantly reduced compared to other muzzle devices, especially

when it comes to the vertical recoil control.

And I guess once again, the in game description is actually pretty helpful for us in terms

of understanding the strength of the Compensator being longer bursts.

The muzzle flash for guns is improved over having no attachment at all but the ring like

flash will still obscure your sight picture to a degree.

The Muzzle Brake is also pretty simple: The muzzle flash is directed mostly sideways with

only the occasional flash of fire creeping into the bottom of the sight and it reduces

both the first shot vertical recoil and the centring time by 45%.

There are no improvements at all for later shots in a burst.

This is something that the in-game description made pretty clear already but if the device

is only useful after the first shot, then why is the Muzzle Brake seen as so useful

by so many people (including me)?

Well for many guns, it is the first shot that has the most recoil and evening that out will

make those guns feel far smoother to control.

Having a gun jump up drastically at the beginning and then become more consistent can lead to

a number of problems when controlling the recoil.

Some players might end up firing most shots of a burst over the top of an opponent while

others might react to the initial recoil by compensating much more and will then actually

end up dragging the point of aim down from where they really want it to be.

So first off, evening out the recoil is pretty valuable but beyond that, every follow up

shot when shooting at a high fire rate will stack on top of the recoil of the previous shot.

Even though the benefit of the Muzzle Brake only affects the very first shot, this stacking

effect means that reducing first shot recoil has a positive knock on effect for later shots in the burst.

And last and also least, before I move on to some conclusions we can draw from all of

this new knowledge, there is of course the Extended Barrel.

The function of this attachment is already quite well understood, it does not improve

recoil in any way but will increase the lowest damage you gun will do after drop-off.

I still represent the opinion, that adding a little more power to a gun at 28 or even

35m depending on the gun is not very useful in a game where the average kill distance is less than 10m.

And so, let's draw some conclusions.

The easiest conclusion of all is that for single fire weapons such as pistols or DMRs,

the Muzzle Brake is still absolutely king.

When every shot is the first shot you fire is also the first shot of your burst… because…

they're all single fire, the recoil benefit of this attachment will stack up to basically

reduce muzzle climb by half and having a faster reset time in between is also very helpful.

Furthermore, for guns that have a particularly aggressive first shot recoil that is much

larger than that of later shots, the Muzzle Brake can still be a great choice to try to

even out the muzzle climb.

In the past, I had basically written off the Compensator as not being a great choice.

Putting a bunch of lead down range is an important part of gunfights in Rainbow Six Siege but

if you find yourself firing burst of 15, 20, 30 shots or more, then something has probably

gone horribly wrong and you are more than likely to lose the current fight.

So in the past, a logical conclusion here was: "Why attach a muzzle device that works

best for longer bursts?"

But given what we know now about the function of the muzzle attachments, I believe there

might actually be some weapons in Siege that could truly benefit from the Compensator.

Any gun that has manageable muzzle climb but has either a tendency to wander off in a particular

direction (or even worse, will suddenly and unpredictably move out to either side) could

actually benefit from the reduction of the recoil diamond provided by the Compensator.

You see, pulling down on a mouse or pushing forward a stick to counter vertical recoil

is a skill that can be learnt with a bit of practice.

Randomised left or right movement is impossible to control, no matter how much experience you have.

So for instance Ella's Scorpion, Mira's Vector or even Alibi's Mx4 may actually

benefit more from having the horizontal recoil tightened up than they would from easier first

shot vertical recoil control.

As you can see in the tests in the background, both the Scorpion and the Vector will still

branch out left or right during longer bursts but nowhere nearly as bad as when using the muzzle brake.

And what about the Flash Hider?

As we have suspected until now, the stats confirm that this device really is a compromise

between the Compensator and Muzzle Brake.

And so it would be guns that have strong first shot recoil but also a tendency to travel

left or right that would be best served by the Flash Hider.

Beyond different recoil patterns, different gameplay styles could also be taken into account.

If you have a habit of just holding down the fire button until your gun runs dry or the

opponent falls over, then the Compensator might provide you with more of an advantage

than the other attachments.

If on the other hand, you tend to use controlled bursts, then the Flash Hider or even Muzzle

Brake might be more your cup of tea.

And that's pretty much it for this video.

I hope that you now have a better understanding of what each muzzle attachment does and what

their individual strengths are.

I for one will be going into the operator selection menu to have another look at the

baseline recoil style of every gun to maybe spot some opportunities to try out the Compensator

or Flash Hider on certain weapons.

Who knows maybe I'll come away with some new setups that will suit me better than just

sticking the muzzle brake on pretty much every gun.

SECRET Spot to See Washington DC Cherry Blossoms? - Duration: 2:52.

But one trip hack that I have told a lot of people is that

The cherry blossom trees are not just on the Tidal Basin.

They are all over the city and

one old locals' joke is that if you ask a local what their favorite place to see the cherry blossoms is, they'll probably say "whichever

tree is closest to my house" because they're all beautiful and the ones closest to you are probably a little less crowded.

So what are your favorite personal places to go and see the cherry blossoms and photograph them?

So every spring I

kind of avoid the Tidal Basin because it is a mess.

Sometimes I'll go out there just because, you know, as a DC resident

it's kind of the thing to do. You have to go to the Tidal Basin at least once.

Yeah, and that's not to say not to go. If you're listening don't skip it because you hear us saying that it's too crowded.

Definitely go. It's an experience

you should definitely have.

Right, but there are places to photograph the cherry blossoms

if you want to avoid the crowds, and my favorite place is actually a neighborhood called

Kenwood which is which is about five minutes outside of DC,

you know, driving distance, and

Kenwood actually has the same number of cherry blossoms as the Tidal Basin

but they're all scattered around this little neighborhood in Chevy Chase, Maryland again, right on the DC border and

the trees were actually planted in Kenwood before they were planted on the Tidal Basin and it was sort of an

experiment and they saw that they were successfully able to grow the trees in Kenwood and

after witnessing that they planted them on the Tidal Basin.

So Kenwood came first, the Tidal Basin came second. Same number of trees different locations.

Kenwood is starting to become a little bit more known now

so you do get crowds, but definitely not as many as the Tidal Basin. And the second place that I would recommend is going to

Dumbarton Oaks

which is kind of like a mansion and gardens that are in the Georgetown neighborhood of DC, and

there's an entrance fee, I believe it's $10,

but it's you know, these gardens are gorgeous

there's not a lot of people there and you get also the cherry blossom trees, but also lots of other

flowering trees and plants.

Yeah, and a lot of stuff in Washington DC is completely free,

so sometimes you see something like "Oh ten dollars, why would I pay that?

I can go over here and get it for free?"

But this is an example of something that's probably worth a splurge and quite honestly

the small price is not even that much of a splurge.

It's pretty small and definitely worth for the lower crowds and the unique experience over there.

My First Fursuit - How I got Into Fursuit Making // Q&A V. 2.0// - Duration: 6:16.

I got this question " How did you get into making your fursuits and who was you inspirations"

Hey, I'm Dorago and in this video I will tell you about how I got into fursuit making

I was already a cosplay and made most of my cosplays myself

It was 2013 and we were invited to a Halloween party

and I wanted to make something that people could recognize

So I searched on google for how to make costumes

I'm not really sure how but

for some reason I looked up animal costumes and stumpled upon the word Fursuit

and saw these amazing animal costumes.

So I searched for tutorials and as much info as possible

I saw a tutorial. It was a balaclava based tutorial

A foam base with moving jaw

So I decided to make that

I can say now that it's not really a good idea, if you are a first time maker, to start with that

But it was the first tutorial I found

I ended up with this base

But the tutorial only showed the foam base and not the rest

I experimented a bit

The mouth lining...

I thought it was a good idea to try fake leather

I was not..

I made the nose of polymer clay. Like Fime clay

and the tongue was also clay.

Don't do that

It makes the head heavier

It's not a good idea to do that

And since the tutorial didn't showed how to do the other things

When I was putting fur on it, I experimented too much

I just threw the fur on, pinned it on and just cut it

Please don't do that (I wasted fur because of that)

I was a beginner...

I regret doing that "method" xD

And this was the finished result, my first fursuit

It looks decent,

when you think about how I did it..

But I was still happy with it. It was my first fursuit

I was going to a party and won a price for it.

And I wanted to make a second fursuit

And I made the same mistakes

I used pretty cheap fur

Please don't do that xD

And I made a clay tongue

I regret that xD

But a thing I did different was that I did a bucket head

I have a tutorial on that. The link will be in the top of the video and in the description

But yes, I made the same mistakes on my second fursuit

But on my 3. fursuit, it was so much better

I was on a balaclava base

But no moving jaw, I just build up the foam like many others do

But

for the lining in the mouth I used fleece fabric like I do today

And the teeth was polymer clay

And the nose was also fleece fabric

So I improved a lot

And the fur was a much better quality

exactly the same fur I use today

And after that I started making more fursuits

I made some cosplay fursuits

And I enjoyed it so much that I had to do some premades to sell

So it evolved and today I'm a full time fursuit maker

and making cosplays as fursuit

Jeep Wrangler JK DV8 FS-13 Hammer Forged Stubby Front Bumper (2007-2018) Review & Install - Duration: 9:51.

This DV8 Off-Road FS-13 Hammer Forged stubby front bumper with fog light provisions is

for those of you that have a 2007 to 2018 JK that are looking for a stubby front bumper

that has a good number of off-road features built right into it.

A stubby front bumper is going to give your Jeep an aggressive off-road styling and provide

a ton of clearance for big 37-inch tires.

So this is gonna be a really nice choice for a lot of you that are either looking for this

bumper because you like the look or need it because you have to have the functionality.

This is gonna be a nice easy bumper to install, definitely one out of three wrenches, and

we'll talk more about that in just a second.

When you're looking at a stubby front bumper you're going to have to give something up,

there's not a lot of real estate here, there's not a lot of room.

So a lot of stubby front bumpers will forego some features.

This bumper is still packed full features, has a ton of stuff that I really like built

right into it, and it's all going to do it at a high quality and a pretty fair price.

This bumper is built from three sixteenths inch steel, of course it has some heavier

stuff where those D-ring mounts are.

This is going to be a 110-pound stubby front bumper.

So this thing is really, really beefy.

There's a lot of gusseting, there's a lot of steel here.

This is not a light-weight bumper, but it is going to offer a lot of strength.

So if you're using it for a lot of recoveries, it's going to be able to hold up really, really

well for you.

So what it's going to have is almost a factory style to it, of course a shorter style, but

factory in the way that it has these bump-outs here right around where the actual frame horns

are.

It does have some additional style to it, some additional angles, and some stuff that

makes it different.

But these little bump-outs they always remind me of the factory front bumper, and I like

that tie-in, that little bit of a nod to the factory styling of the Jeep.

But again, this is a nice stubby bumper.

So here's where the frame horns are, you just get a little bit of a finishing angle here

that stick out past that.

Other than that it is gonna be nice and short, nice and compact.

Up top you're going to have a little bit of a hoop, that's gonna add some style, maybe

a little bit of protection if you're running a narrow trail, it's gonna push brush out

of the way, so it's not gonna scratch up your grille.

But more than that it's going to provide you with some light mounts right up top here,

gonna have two tabs to mount some lights on.

You're going to of course have your D-ring mounts, and this does come with D-rings on

it already.

That's certainly not gonna be a major break, whether the bumper comes with D-rings or not,

but it is nice that you don't have to remember to order those separately, they're gonna come

pre-installed on the bumper for you.

And as it says in the title this does have provisions for a factory fog light.

So if you have a factory plastic front bumper, not one of those special edition front bumpers,

you're gonna be able to just unbolt your factory fog light housing and bolt it right into this

bumper.

I like that, you have the wiring, the switching, the light itself, you don't have to go out

there and buy something or find something that fits in a hole.

This is set up for those factory fog lights.

And again that is something that you're not always going to find in every other bumper

that is out there.

So, overall, I personally like the style of this bumper.

If you like the style of it as well, I think it also has a lot of off-road features built

right into it that are really nice.

And overall, it's just going to be a nice strong stubby front bumper.

Now, a member of the install team will show you how to get this bolted up.

First thing we're gonna do is uninstall our factory bumper.

We're gonna start by unplugging the fog lights.

All right guys, this is gonna be kinda hard for you to see at home, but all you're gonna

do is go right to the backside of your fog light, squeeze the clip and pull away from

your fog light.

You're gonna do this on both sides.

Next thing we're gonna do is remove this plastic panel.

You can either use a flathead screwdriver or a removal tool.

All right guys, the next thing you're gonna wanna do is remove the eight 18-millimeter

nuts.

You have two on each side of the frame rail, which means four on the driver side and four

on the passenger side.

Let's get to it.

Now we're gonna move to the other side of the frame and get the remaining two nuts on

the driver side.

And now we're gonna do the same thing on the other side.

Now that we have our fog lights disconnected and our nuts off the back of the bumper we're

gonna go ahead and pull it off the Jeep.

Now we have our bumper off the Jeep, we're gonna go ahead and remove the factory fog

lights so we can install them in the aftermarket bumper.

To do so, you're just gonna remove the eight screws holding the fog lights into the brackets.

All right guys, now that we have our factory fog lights uninstalled we're gonna go ahead

and put them on the new bumper.

The first thing you're gonna wanna do is put the four speed clips on each side.

You're just gonna go ahead and slide these speed clips right on, line them up with the

holes.

Just a reminder, you're gonna wanna have the threaded portion towards the front of the

bumper.

Once you have your four speed clips installed on the one side you're gonna go ahead and

move to the other side.

Once you have all of your speed clips installed you're gonna go ahead and line up your fog

lights and get ready to mount them.

You're gonna want to get all of the screws in place before you tighten them down for

any last minute adjustments.

Once you have all your screws tightened by hand, you're gonna go ahead and tighten them

up.

Be sure not to overtighten them because you will crack the fog light housing.

And you're gonna wanna repeat the process on the other side.

Now that you have your fog lights installed, we're gonna go ahead and move onto the winch

plate.

Now, I want to mention you do not have to run the winch plate, but this is for those

of you who will be running a winch plate.

All right guys, so the first thing you're gonna do to install your winch plate is line

the holes on the winch plate up with the holes on the bumper.

Once that's lined up you're gonna go ahead and take a bolt and a washer and put it through

the hole.

You're gonna do this on the four corners.

Once you have all four bolts in, you're gonna go ahead and put the nuts on the opposite

side.

You're gonna wanna go ahead and get everything hand tight.

Now that you have your winch plate hand tight, you're gonna go ahead and use a 16-millimeter

socket as well as a 16-millimeter closed-end wrench and tighten it up.

Now that we have our fog lights and winch plate installed we're gonna go ahead and get

the bumper installed on the Jeep.

Once you have your bumper on you're gonna use the provided hardware to secure it to

the Jeep.

First thing you're gonna do is put your washers on followed by the provided 19-millimeter

nuts.

And this will be hard for you guys to see, but you're gonna do the same exact steps as

the other side.

Now before we start on the other side, I just wanna point out that the installation of this

bumper is just like the uninstallation of your factory bumper in reverse.

Again, we're gonna put our washers on followed by our nuts.

And we're gonna go ahead and repeat this process on the inside of the frame rail.

And the last thing you're gonna do is plug the fog lights in.

And with everything tightened up and plugged in that wraps up our review and install.

4 SIGNS OF SEEMINGLY NICE PEOPLE THAT TURN OUT FAKE.

Sometimes we really think that someone is nice towards us, and so we tried to be nice

too without understanding that these people turn out to be fake.

Deep inside their head, they have some motives that yet to be revealed.

Well, life is a compilation scene of chances and occurrences; inside those are mistakes,

trial, and error.

Now that we realize it, what happen or how comes that we even see things that aren't

really there in the first place.

We may misjudge something within certain experiences, but surely, we learn a thing or two from what

happened.

In case you haven't, In this video, I'm going to share with you some signs of seemingly

nice people that turn out to be fake (or full of motives and intentions).

Let's discover the signs of someone that may not be as nice as they seem, so you can avoid

these kinds of people when necessary.

#1 - It looks like they are interested in you, at least until you see this.

They may appear to be interested in you at first until you become a really good friend,

but for some reasons, finally they will start to reveal their true nature.

They only appear sometimes only when they feel the need to contact you or when they

want your help.

Otherwise, you never heard of him or her.

Even when you contact him first, it may be useless.

So basically, they can and will come around contacting you whenever they want,

but you on the other hand, have no such control over when you see them.

Let's think for a moment, what kind of relationship is this?

Without thinking much, you know that this is not how a person that cares about you will

act.

And of course, it doesn't feel nice to be in this situation.

Real friends are supposedly make you feel better, even if you rarely meet them.

It really is as simple as that.

#2 - You think they really care about you, until you see this.

As time goes, their caring will turn into personal interests which becoming more and

more obvious, it is like they want you to fulfill their

desire, at all cost.

Or else, they will mad at you and turn their back against you.

You should realize by now that these people are not your true friends.

They are people who concerned with their own goals instead of maintaining their relationship.

They merely show interest in you to gain your trust, because they want something from you.

These kinds of people are the one you should never trust the most.

So just get out of there as soon as possible when it becomes obvious that they are not

genuinely care about you.

#3 - They are the one who keep telling you what is good for you.

There are also these kind of people, though you've already told them so many times over

what you know to be good for yourself.

But it becomes more of a meaningless debate because they are not really listening to what

you need or want.

They don't want you to succeed and they just want to have control over you,

because it will make them better to believe that they are in control of everything, and

in this case, it is you.

Be aware to these kind of behaviors, they may say they are listening to you,

but they aren't really hearing you, and it's a fast track to a bad interaction.

Trust me, nobody knows what you need except you.

Friends are there to support you and discuss your choices with you, not tell you what to

choose for your own life.

#4 - They are seemingly fragile, but until you see this.

All they really want is your empathy and compassion, and they keep doing that all the time until

they give you what they want.

This behavior actually quite the manipulative ones.

Before you know it, they will have you sacrificing your needs in order to assist theirs.

While in fact they can offer elements of true friendship, it is not usually genuine, keeping

a relationship with these people will only drain you.

At first, they will seem appreciative when you offer sage wisdom about being stronger

or ways to move toward happiness, but you will notice that they keep repeating

the same negative patterns.

And they want you to repeat it with them.

When you realize it and eventually turn him or her down, they will more likely playing

victim.

So be wise and avoid these people while you still can.

Well, those are the signs of seemingly nice people but turn out to be fake.

And so, the disbelievers were rejoiced for the victory of the Persians..

and later, the believers were glad that the Romans had the triumph.

That was the first point.

The second point..

Notice the Qur'anic text.. it says:

"And that day the believers will rejoice.. in the victory of Allah.. "

there are two beautiful remarks in these verses..

The first one is that..

with the victory of the Romans..

the Muslims had their first victory..

in the first Major battle between them and the disbelievers..

So, at that day, the Muslims were happy for the victory that was from Allah.

at the battle of Badr.

the second point, and it is not usually noticed by many people.. is..

the Qur'anic words are giving signals..

We know that between the defeating of the Romans and their victory..

there was less than 10 years..

We know this fact..

But, between their getting out of Al-Quds..

and their return back to it again..

it was 13 years!

At the same time, between their first victory..

that was mentioned in Qur'an, that.. " the believers will rejoice in the victory of Allah".

Between the first victory of Romans and the entering of Muslims in Al-Quds..

was again; 13 years!

same range of time..

it was mentioned here in the Noble Quran, with delicate hint from the Lord.

So, these verses..

when we reflect upon them..

we find that they are very great verses, that revolve.. and show a repeated pattern wit time!!

And, only today, we can understand the words of the Qur'an.. that were and still miraculous till now.

and these great verses are an example of that.

So, ".. And that day the believers will rejoice in the victory of Allah.".. this had happened at two occasions

they will rejoice in victory of Allah at that same day..

and they will rejoice in the victory of Allah, after the same period of time..

when they will enter Al-Quds, by the will of Allah..

which is the third sacred place in Islam
