Hello horror fans - and welcome back to the scariest channel on YouTube - Top 5 Scary

Videos - your compendium for the strange, the eldritch - and the otherwise explainable.

What's going on guys - as per usual, I'll be your horror host Jack Finch - as we fire

up the shortwave ham radio, scan the vicinity for some weird wavelengths - and take a look

at the Top 5 Scary Sounds That Will Keep You Up At Night.

Roll the clip.

Now there's a reason why horror films have such terrifyingly fantastic musical scores.

The ear is an intrinsic part of how we perceive our surrounding environment, and often - the

first instinctual reaction to fear.

Just like those iconic notes in the opening moments of Halloween, written and composed

by John Carpenter Himself - and the syncopated rhythm of Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells

- sometimes, nothing's more scary than a strange, obscure sound.

Well let's take a look.

Before we do that though guys - short and sweet - make sure to hit that thumbs up if

you're a fan of this video - and ding that subscribe bell so you can stay up to date

with our most terrifying uploads.

On with the show.

Kicking off at Number 5 - Operation Wandering Soul

A sound so terrifying that it was weaponized, in an effort to psychologically deter enemy

forces.

Also known as Ghost Tape Number 10 - Operation Wandering Soul was an audio mix that the US

Military used for psychological operations during the Vietnam War that raged between

1955 and 1975 - against the North Vietnamese Forces.

The mix, that was played via loudspeakers throughout rural areas, was attached to helicopters,

PCF boats - or installed by infiltrating infantry known as loudspeaker teams, who would penetrate

known enemy areas and install the audio devices to be played at night deep within the jungle.

Ghost Tape Number 10 played deeply on the cultural belief of ancestor worship - exploiting

the engrained idea of spirits and the afterlife.

It made the communist Viet Cong forces think about where their soul would end up, in the

likely event of them being killed so far from home - and exploited the fear of their own

soul being forever trapped in the jungle.

Next up at Number 4 - Station UVB-76

Ehh .. I'm not gonna lie, guys.

This one's pretty weird.

And not for the sake of being paranormal, but more for the sake of this is still happening

- and no one's really sure why.

Let me introduce you to Station UVB-76 - AKA The Buzzer - the nickname given to a shortwave

radio station that constantly broadcasts on the frequency 4625 kilohertz - playing a short,

monotonous buzz tone - at a rate of 25 tones per minute - 24 hours a day.

It's like a weird, blinking light - in the middle of nowhere, that no one has any idea

what it does.

The strangest thing - though - is that sometimes, the buzzer's signal is interrupted, and

a voice transmission in Russian takes place.

It regularly recants strange, coded messages - usually alphabetical names in Russian - Mikhail,

Olga, Nikolai.

And - well, no one really knows what it means.

Some theories believe that it's what is commonly known as a Dead Hand - a protocol

function that triggers a nuclear retaliatory response if Russia were hit by a nuclear attack.

Other's believe it's function is of the Russian military - its purpose to transmit

coded messages for the coming and goings of international operations.

Whatever it is - it's weird - and it's pretty scary.

Coming in now at Number 3 - Nuclear Sirens.

You might not think it - but for me, the scariest sounds are those that have real world implications.

Being born in the 90s - I was lucky enough not to have to live with the impending panic

of the Cold War - and the constant threat of mutually assured destruction, between the

United States and Russia and their global nuclear arms race.

Particularly through the late 50s and 60s, people lived with an actual health and safety

protocol for an atomic bomb blast.

Children at schools would practice safety drills - like you would for a tornado siren

- but, well, there wasn't really any safety procedure that would defend you from a hydrogen

bomb.

It was all a sham - really.

So imagine hearing that sound - knowing that imminently you'd likely be vaporized - and

there was nothing at all you could do about it.

That's real fear.

Swinging in at Number 2 - Bloop.

I mean - yeah.

Nothing scary about something called Bloop - right?

In fact, it wouldn't be amiss in a Pixar movie - cute and cuddly, and potentially a

Lovecraftian outer god at the bottom of the Pacific ocean.

Sorry - what?

Yeah - the sound commonly referred to as Bloop - is the big kahuna in the world of scary,

unexplained sounds.

Back in 1997 - an extremely powerful, ultra-low frequency sound was detected at various listening

stations - thousands of miles apart - across the entire planet, originating from a source

somewhere west of the southern tip of South America.

The sound barely lasted a minute, and hasn't been heard since.

There are several theories for it - the most common being a massive ice quake in the South

Pole - but, scientists also haven't totally ruled out that it originated from an organic

being.

If it did - then the creature would have had to have been larger than a blue whale.

Much larger, in fact - and if it is organic, and it's hiding in the deep depths of the

ocean - then it's safe to say that I'm pretty concerned.

And finally - at our Number 1 spot - Aztec Death Whistle.

And - while it's absolutely terrifying - this is like, my favourite sound of all time.

It's so metal - you won't even believe.

Also, I love the guy in this video - check it out.

Yeah.

I know - right?

In 1999 - a 20-year-old sacrificial victim was discovered by archaeologists, clutching

one of these death whistles in his hands.

His was found in the temple to an Aztec God of Wind - suggesting to some scholars that

these things were used ceremoniously - to invoke the wrath of the Wind God.

Although - it's also safe to say that these things were used to intimidate enemy soldiers

- I mean, just listen to it.

Also - imagine 100 Aztec soldiers, racing through the forest - blowing these things.

Well, don't even imagine - why don't you take a listen.

Now that's what I call fear.

Unfortunately folks, that's all we've got time for in todays video - cheers for

sticking around till the end.

If you've enjoyed this particular piece, then make sure to give us a thumbs up - and

Top 10 Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark - Duration: 12:30.

All right, I will admit this isn't the first video I've done where I share scary stories

But this is a special one

I have found my absolute favorite short scary stories that I believe are

Perfect for telling or listening to in the dark these stories leave people reaching for the light and just putting on a nice

Cartoon and that's just one of them today. I've got 10. Let's see how many of you guys can make it through

My name is Danny Burke

And this is the top 10 scary stories to tell in the dark

Just before get into this guys and want to quickly shout out these short scary stories subreddit

I got a lot of the stories from there some

Fantastic writers and creators and people showing real stories on there to go and check them out starting up another 10

Now we have read this one comes from a Godzilla on reddit

He said he once checked into a hotel a few kilometers from Kiev in Ukraine

It was very late. And he was very tired after booking a room at the desk

He was given a room number key the woman at the desk topped him as he went up the stairs one more thing

She said there is one room here without a number on that floor. It's always locked don't look in there

He nodded sleep late and headed upstairs falling asleep instantly on his bed

He awoke though in the middle of the night to the sound of trickling water

It was coming from the room on the other side of the hallway

He opened the door and saw the room

Opposite was the exact same one that had no number he opened the door and saw the room opposite was the one that had no

Number ignoring the woman's advice he banged on the door. No response. He tried again. No response

He looked in the keyhole and saw nothing, but read just a deep hazy scarlet. The water was still trickling

He went down to the front desk to complain the woman's face dropped

She told him slowly

That there was nobody in that room ever since the murder a woman was killed in there by her husband many years ago her skin

Was pale her hair dark brown and her eyes when she died were a red a deep hazy

Scarlet next to the number nine now we have Morse code. His room comes from Khan frack

He said he once lived in a small building in the middle of his city

He ended up moving out because of a strange man who lived across the hallway the man mostly kept to himself

But around midnight, it was always a strange noise coming from his apartment. It wasn't loud, but it was constant

It was a bumping sound like someone walking around in heels

But muffled as if someone was trying to keep it quiet after a few days

He realized the pattern was always the same like a record playing over and over again

It went on for weeks then months then almost a full year always the same bumps for hours at night

It was only years later living somewhere else, but something clicked he was helping his daughter with homework. She was learning about Morse code

She knocked on the table with her knuckles and a shiver ran down his spine. He recognized it as the pattern

He had heard all those years ago when he asked her what it meant. She laughed. That's the easiest one daddy

She said it's the one to call for help. Good ones number eight. Now we have charlie

This one comes from reddit user horror in pure form

I'm just gonna read this one exactly as they wrote it because it really deserves it

I hate it when my brother Charlie has to go away

My parents constantly tried to explain to me how sick he is that I am lucky for having a brain where all the chemicals flow

properly to their destinations like

Unbound rivers what I complain about how bored I am without a little brother to play with

They tried to make me feel back by pointing out that his Board of likely far surpasses mine

Considering his confined to a dark room in an institution. I always beg for them to give him one last chance

Of course, they did at first Charlie has been back home several times each shorter in duration than the last

Every time without fail it all starts again the neighborhood cats with gout without I showing up in his toy chest my dad's

Razors found dropped on the baby slide in the park across the street mom's vitamins replaced by bits of dishwater tablets

My parents are hesitant. Now using last chances sparingly. They say his disorder makes him charming makes it easy for him to fake normality

I have the trick doctors who care for him into thinking he is ready for

Rehabilitation that I would just have to put up with my boredom if it means staying safe from him

I hate it when Charlie has to go away

It makes me have to pretend to be good until he is back next up number seven. Now. We have counting

This one was submitted to BuzzFeed. A man said his daughter woke him before midnight one night

He and his wife had picked

Up from her friend Sally's birthday party earlier that night brought her home and put her to bed

His wife went into the bedroom to read to her while he firstly watching the game

He awoke to feel his daughter tugging on his shirt sleeve daddy. She said guess how old I'm going to be next month

I don't know honey. He said as he slipped on his glasses how old she smiled and held up four fingers

The parents stayed up all night asking their daughter the same question for hours

But she refused to tell them where she got those four fingers from we've got number six now we have Guardians

This is a story from dark alligator one day a man awoke to a huge

Insect-like creature looming over his bed it twitched and jerked its head staring right down at it

He screamed a run out of the room when he sheepishly came back though. The insect was gone

That didn't make sleeping again easier though, and he stayed up all night. Wondering if it was a dream the next morning

There was a knock at the door

He opened it to see one of the huge insects placing a plate filled with food on the floor

He then backed away from him

He ate the food confused but content perhaps this was the beginning of a bizarre

Relationship as well as cooking the creatures poured baths for him and began to tuck him into bed. He began to worried

They were fattening him up after one greasy breakfast gave him heartburn though. They actually replaced it with fruit

It seemed that they cared about him one night

he awoke to gunshots and screaming he raced downstairs to find a

Decapitated burglar being devoured by the insects. They were protecting him one morning. The creatures wouldn't let him leave his bedroom

He lay down on the bed confused, but trusting them after hours of lying there

He felt a pain through his body

It felt like his stomach was full of razor wire and it was somehow moving the insects shitted

Excitedly among themselves as his pain got worse

It was only when his skin began to bulge that he realized the insects hadn't been protecting him

They had been protecting their young we've gone for the fight. Now. We have the sound of silence

This one comes from reddit user Dover Hawk

She said after a lifetime of being deaf her best friend just received cochlear implants when he woke up from the surgery

They all stood around him. His wife was the first one to say anything

He heard her voice and at once began to cry they all took turns speaking

Letting him hear their voices and names and with each word

They said he became more emotional when they were all finished silence hung in the room

He looked over her and asked her what that sound was it took a moment to understand what he was saying

And when she understood she told him that he was hearing silence. He shook his head. This isn't silence

He said slowly hearing his own voice for the first time

I've been hearing silence all my life and this is different a sound came from just outside the hospital room and he perked up immediately

Isn't that silence? They all exchanged looks of trepidation around the room before she spoke

No, she said slowly that was the sound of someone's screaming moving on till before now

We have mother this one comes from reddit user. Whoever fights monsters

She said that when she and her sister Betsy were kids their family lived for a while in an old farmhouse

They loved exploring the dusty corners and climbing the apple tree in the backyard

Their favorite part was the ghost in the house

They named her mother because she seemed kind and nurturing some mornings

She and Betsy would wake up and find a cup of tea by their beds

They felt the ghosts had left them there worried that they would get thirsty in the night among the houses

Original furnishings was an antique wooden chair

Which they kept against the back wall of the living room

Whenever they were watching TV or playing a game mother would inch the chair forward towards them. Sometimes she managed to move

You're all the way to the very middle of the room

They always felt sad putting him back against the wall as they felt mother

Just wanted to be near to them years later long after they moved out

They found an old newspaper article about the farm houses original occupants

One of them was a widow who murdered her two children by giving them each a cup of poisoned milk before bed

Then she hung herself the article included a photo of the farmhouses living room with the woman's body hanging from a beam

beneath her knocked over was the same old wooden chair placed right in the middle of the room makes them another three now we have

The wallpaper. This one comes from reddit user bats out of hell eight to one

She said that her and her boyfriend once bought an old house

He took control of any new construction that was needed converting a kitchen into the master bedroom

for example

She was on wallpaper removal duty and had her work cut out the preview ona had covered every single wall and ceiling

Removing it was a real chore, but she got into the rhythm of it

Eventually it began to feel satisfying like peeling off a sunburn

She began to play a game seeing what the longest piece you could peel off was before it finally ripped

She noticed that under a corner section of paper in every single room was a person's name and a date

Curiosity got the better of her one night and she decided to google

What are the names andis cover that the person was actually a missing person the name of the dates matched perfectly

She didn't sleep. Well that night the next morning

She made a list of all the names and dates her face got paler with each name that matched with a missing person

They called the police who cornered off the whole area

Joba her two of the officers talking in one of the rooms one said yeah, it's definitely human human

She asked what's human ma'am? They said what you were peeling off. The walls wasn't newspaper

We're going to give this all to the coroner next up number two. Now we have seeing dad

This is a great story from the general G on reddit real and up

It's very creepy and he told it like this every day. I see my father at work

He pretends like he doesn't see me

But I know he does I try to do the same but that doesn't really pan out

Well, either when you're at work, you got to be on top of your game

So I do my best to just get on with what I'm supposed to do and get my job done

I can feel him watching me good. I want him to see how different I am from him. I'm not in your shadow

I'm my own person

I know what you're wondering do others know that he is my old man hard to say really

If they don't I have no plans to correct them if they do. Well there is nothing I can do about it

we are all under the shadow of our parents for the duration of

Most of our lives whether we like it or not in some cases

It just happens to be more obvious than others. Our parents helped us define here

We are it's only a question of whether you follow their example or run as fast as you can in the other direction

for example

if you have a drug abusing parent who happens to murder a newlywed couple

that gets stranded on the side of the road when you are only ten years old that might make one inclined to

Perpetuate a similar kind of violence or it might make you decide to be a prison guard so that you can make sure

They and others just like them can't do it anymore much like I did

Firing number one now, we have giggle

This is another one submitted to Reddit by a woman who said the one night

She rushed out of her house to catch the opening act at her local bars music night after a few drinks

She realized her phone wasn't in her pocket

She checked the table that they were sitting at it wasn't there if you tried the bar the bathrooms no look in the end

She gave up and decided to use her friend's phone to call her own after two short rings someone answered. Hello

She said the other end of the line was silent, then she heard a low raspy giggle before the phone hung up

The person didn't answer again. She eventually decided to just go home when she got to her bedroom there

She found her phone lying on the table by her bed right where she had left it. Whoa. Well was I right?

well

They not pretty creepy come on and you're watching this then you must be one of the people who made it all the way through

to the end of the video

Well done

Go and brag about it in the comment section below and let me know what kind of video would actually scare you

I'll make sure I do that next on the channel until next time. Thanks for watching as always guys

My name is Danny Burke and I will see you all in the next one

Woman Claiming Paternity for Deceased Man's Money? (Full Episode) | Paternity Court - Duration: 17:20.

You may be seated.

Hello, Your Honor.

Hello.

This is the case of McCrory v. Mento Smith.

Thank you Ron. Good day everyone.

AUDIENCE: Good day.

Ms. McCrory, you and your husband claimed

the defendant's ex-husband, Mr. Gene O. Bailey

who recently passed away

fathered your three year old daughter, Neveah.

You say you will return to court to fight for your share

for Social Security, death benefits after today's test

proves he is the father. Is that correct?

Yes, Your Honor.

Ms. Smith, you and your daughter say it would be

medically impossible for your ex-husband

to be the child's biological father,

and state the McCrorys are in this only for the money.

Ms. Smith, how can you be so sure that your ex-husband

isn't the father of Ms. McCrory's baby?

'Cause she's in it for the money.

Really?

That's all she wants,

is the money.

JUDGE LAKE: Why do you say that?

This is the prove of the survival benefits

that my daughter...

I'd like to see that.

Will you pass that to me, Ron?

Oh, but the thing is I believe

I have every right to the money.

Because if he's the father of her, I know 100 percent he is,

then he should support her.

(AUDIENCE CLAPPING)

JUDGE LAKE: But you understand that

Ms. Smith nor Ms. Mento

they don't have anything to do with how

the Social Security Office, divvies out death benefits.

You understand they are not in charge of that?

Yes I do.

If she believed

that my late ex-husband was the father of her child

why didn't she get a DNA test before he died?

Why did she wait until after he died and then two days later

messaged my daughter and asked for her to give a DNA test?

So, you're saying the timing of this is off?

So, that's a good question. Ms. McCrory, why did you wait?

I didn't wait. I heard, when I was with her

her father, Gene,

I, he actually wanted to take a DNA test but he wouldn't

because of his current girlfriend, he was with

because she didn't want him involved with me.

I know that he's the father to my child

'cause he's the only one I was sleeping with.

So, she has the right to the benefits,

he should support her.

He can't support her if he's dead.

I believe that all she wants is the money.

Ms. Mento.

Yeah. Okay.

I see that this is upsetting.

It's hard to hear people talk about your dad,

and the fact that he may potentially have another child, Ms. Mento.

I really don't care if she is my sister.

I won't have nothing to do with it.

'Cause I had 19 years and I wanna remember my father

the way he was, being his only little girl.

When I spoke to my father, he told me that it wasn't his.

He said that there's no possibility.

She looks nothing like him.

And you chose to believe your father?

That's what you were told.

Yes, I believe my father.

Okay, in your court papers, you also say that it is

medically impossible for Ms. McCrory's child

to be your sibling.

How is that the case? Explain it.

He had a medical condition

that has to do with the XY chromosome.

If he had gotten someone pregnant

it could end up as a miscarriage.

Okay.

That's what you said.

You told me he cannot have kids at all.

Will you let me speak please?

Well, you're lying.

I'm not lying. I have the proof right here.

All right, let me see this paperwork.

Ron, can you please pass it to me?

This is the proof from the chromosome specialist.

Two different stories...

Massachusetts where I'm from.

It took me three years to get pregnant with Sierra,

when I was married to my late ex-husband.

JUDGE LAKE: Okay.

Miracles do happen.

They have called Sierra a miracle baby.

She has inherited the same chromosome

as he had. This is the reason why she

is having a hard time conceiving.

We told her that he had a medical chromosome condition.

You did not.

And she sat right there

and called us a liar, that it wasn't true.

JUDGE LAKE: So you're saying, you did inform her?

She was informed.

Because let's be honest.

If in fact this, you know, Nevaeh,

is in fact his biological daughter

the same issue, your daughter has inherited,

she potentially could have inherited.

SMITH: Exactly.

So, the stakes are even higher here.

There's the paternity issue.

You're saying there's also the Survivor's Benefits issue.

Potentially. And now there's a medical condition at issue.

She might not have known of the medical issue

at that point when she was with him.

But we, both my daughter and I, told her about it.

And she called us a liar.

JUDGE LAKE: So...

It's not because I'm going by what he told me.

Ms. McCrory, let me... You know.

We've had a lot of talk about the deceased.

I have to ask you this.

During that window of conception, that time,

were you intimate with anyone else?

No. Up until I was intimate with him from August

until November, 2011.

JUDGE LAKE: And there was no one else in the picture?

Do you remember the night you believe you conceived?

Yes! I mean, it was brown sheets with flowers and everything

and we did it like all night long. Three times.

That I can guarantee you didn't do.

Well, you know what?

You must know maybe you weren't good enough then.

I was married to the man.

Okay, hold on.

And let's keep the testimony respectful.

So, you believed that was the time you conceived?

Yes.

And shortly thereafter, that's when you found out

you were pregnant and informed.

Yes, after we kinda like drifted apart

because I wasn't gonna be with a male whore.

Oh, I'm sorry to say it that way but that's what he was.

And one of his relatives even said growing up that he called

him a male gigolo.

And there's even another child saying that

he's her father out there.

Okay.

Yeah, now that he's dead.

No, she's always said it when he was alive.

But we're not here to discuss anybody else.

We're here to discuss your child.

Yeah, my child.

You're making my late ex-husband turned out to be some kind of idiot.

But in reality.

No, he's not.

No, I know he's not.

No, honestly he's not.

He was a good man.

That's why you called him a man-whore.

Well, that's what he is.

So, Ms. Smith,

who do you believe the father is?

I think it's her husband, Mr. McCrory.

No, it's not. No, it's not.

Oh, wait a minute.

You believe that the child's real biological father

is her current husband, Mr. McCrory.

And you believe this is a plot?

This is a conspiracy between the two of them

to try to get the survivor's benefit.

The whole situation is, is that

my late ex-husband, is very dark featured.

His daughter, very dark featured.

Okay, I feel, I think Nevaeh looks like Mr. McCrory.

Ms. McCrory, who's on the birth certificate?

My husband.

Oh, I can explain why. No, I can explain why.

Do you have the birth certificate with you?

I like to see that.

Yeah, we do.

Ron, let me see this birth certificate.

I took responsibility 'cause he didn't want to.

He said that he was about to get rid of...

'Cause I was his one and only.

You're not his one and only. He said that...

I don't wanna be involved because my daughter

is gonna be 18 and I don't have to pay child support.

And I don't have to pay again.

He had to pay child support till she was 21 years old.

He said 18 to me.

No, it was 21.

Well, that's what he told me.

All right, ladies.

Let's get some control. This is the certificate of

"Live birth, the child's name, Nevaeh McCrory

"and your father's name is listed as your current husband

"Keith McCrory." Now, Mr. McCrory, you said you

stepped up to the plate because he didn't want to.

Yes.

Obviously.

So, by the time the child was born, you were married

to Ms. McCrory or you all were dating?

We were dating. He knew that he was to father because

there were several times I met him in a drugstore

and ran in to him and he's sitting there saying that

"Oh, she's got my eyes."

And smirking at me, "Oh, she's got my face.

"She looks just like me."

And he actually texted my wife at the day of birth

and said, "Congratulations," and "Can I see her?"

Really?

Yes he did.

And you saw this text?

Yes, I did.

He was with us the day your daughter was born.

He texted on my cellphone.

And why would a man step up to be a father

if someone else's father that was well and alive.

He's not the father.

Yeah, okay.

When I got...

Are you stupid?

Obviously!

I went to every doctor's appointment.

I went to the ultrasounds.

And I was basically with her for the whole pregnancy.

When he wasn't. So, I fell in love with that child

and I'm gonna be with her for the rest of my life

and get married to her,

so why not take responsibility for someone who couldn't?

(AUDIENCE CLAPPING)

You just wanted to step up to the plate

for a child born to the woman you love

and you plan to spend the rest of your life with?

Yes.

So, you thought you were doing the right thing?

Yes.

Oh, wait a minute.

Now Mr. and Ms. McCrory, you are so convinced

that Ms. Mento's dad is the father

that you submitted some photos?

Yes, Your Honor.

On the left we have photos of Nevaeh.

KEITH: His fangs and her fangs.

JUDGE LAKE: And on the right, Mr. Bailey.

KEITH: Yes, and in the same spot and everything.

Their eyes, they're big, they're huge

they got the same setting.

SMITH: Hers are bigger than his.

So, the court obtained photos of Nevaeh.

Pictured on the left.

And Ms. Mento as a child, on the right.

Do you see a resemblance there?

No.

Yeah.

Different hair color but the facial, the nose, the mouth.

No.

Looks just like.

You're gonna say no 'cause you don't want it to be true.

No.

I'm not gonna sit here and lie.

That's what it is.

If she looked like my daughter, I'd say she did.

I don't believe she does.

KEITH: The fact is that she' still in love with him

and she can't see anybody else with him, sleeping with him.

He actually told me that once, you're still in love with him,

always bugging him.

You know, what something, he was my true love, my only love, okay?

He never even liked you.

If he didn't like me then why sleep with me?

She has done nothing but harass

my daughter for two years.

No, no!

And I have some proof from, we made a memorial.

That's what I wanna see is some proof.

Ron, let me have that proof.

What is this proof of?

In honor of him when he died.

So, they decided to go onto the memorial page

and message the administrators

which is me, myself and my son-in-law.

And this is just some of the stuff that they text

or wrote to me.

So you put up a memorial page?

MENTO: I'm the one that made it.

You did, for your dad, once he passed away?

And you got messages that said, from the McCrorys,

(READING)

And a message that said,

(READING)

Why would you put this up on a memorial page?

I put it up there 'cause you know, it's just saying

"I can't wait for her to meet her sister," and

"I want other people to know."

No, no, this did not have a good intention.

Let's not pretend. Hold on, hold on, hold on.

Now, I wanna hear the testimony but don't feed me

a bunch, listen, that does not say "Boo Boo the Fool."

You did not put this on that page with any good intention.

But see, this is the thing.

So, why do that to her after her father passed away?

We've been harassed for four years.

She would make fake profiles

of my wife and my stepdaughter.

So, in other words, in other words

you're doing this to get back at her?

I mean, yeah, I'm gonna get angry.

Right, so don't testify in the beginning that you were doing

it because you were so happy

for her to meet her little sister. That's a lie.

Just tell the truth from the get-go.

(AUDIENCE CLAPPING)

You think I can't sit here and see that this has been

years of back and forth drama between you all.

So, all I'm saying is, don't feed me

a bunch of lies like I'm gonna believe that,

when you know very well that you had no good intention

on sending that. Just say

"We've been on a Facebook, social media war."

And I wanted to get back at them.

I might not like it, but at least I know it's not a lie.

KEITH: Yes, Your Honor.

(AUDIENCE CLAPPING)

I'm done with this. Ron, give me the results.

Yes, ma'am.

(AUDIENCE CHEERING)

Fake profiles, fake. Everybody fake.

JUDGE LAKE: No, really. This is just a mess.

There is a child. A three-year-old child,

that has no clue, who her father is.

And if Mr. Bailey, is her biological father

he's deceased.

We got bigger fish to fry than this nonsense.

(AUDIENCE CLAPPING)

These results were prepared by DNA diagnostics

and they read as follows.

Ms. Smith, you have testified today that you believe

Mr. McCrory, is in fact, Nevaeh's biological father.

Yes.

JUDGE LAKE: We had him tested.

In the case of McCrory McCror v. Mento Smith

when it comes to three- year-old, Nevaeh McCrory

it has been determined by this court, Mr. McCrory

you are not the father.

Thank you.

Told you.

JUDGE LAKE: Are we ready for the next result?

KEITH: Yes, Your Honor.

Now because there wasn't a blood card available

to test the DNA of the deceased, Gene O. Bailey,

we performed what's called a "sibling test"

in order to determine if Nevaeh McCrory

is the sister of Sierra Marie Mento.

Both Rose Marie McCrory and Tina Marie Smith

were also tested in order to determine if there is

a viable relationship between Nevaeh and Sierra Marie.

Do you understand?

Yes, Your Honor.

Yes.

Moving forward with the results, in the case of

McCrory McCrory v. Mento Smith

Moving forward with the results in the case of

McCrory McCrory v. Mento Smith

it has been determined by this court

that Nevaeh McCrory and Sierra Marie Mento

are not related.

Told you.

Told you.

Now, we're both even.

Now, the harassment can stop.

Yeah, well maybe you better find out who your baby daddy is.

Ms. McCrory.

Why don't you look surprised? You just...

I mean, I read the results

and honey, you just flipped that page

right on to the next, and went arguing over at Ms. Smith.

Now, you testified here for a good 30 minutes of my time

that there was no other possible father in the world.

Well, I read the results. Moving on.

I have to ask you, do you know who your child's father is?

I know who, but I'm not saying it in here.

JUDGE LAKE: You don't have to tell me the name.

I just wanna know if you know.

Yeah.

Because that's what's important.

But I'm not saying it.

I am happy

if this situation with Nevaeh, and her real biological father

can be solved in the living room instead of the courtroom.

Trust me, we're here as a last resort.

We are here for families who need us

because they can't get down to the bottom of the situation

without us. That's what we do here.

But if you can leave out of this court room

and dial that man's number and say

"Hey, I'd like to talk to you. I have some information."

And you all never have to come see me,

thank you, Lord.

(AUDIENCE CLAPPING)

JUDGE LAKE: No, really.

We have counseling for you.

Take advantage of it. I see you're in tears, Ms. Smith.

It's happy tears though.

JUDGE LAKE: Because that's your little girl.

Do right by Nevaeh. She's such a beautiful girl.

Yes, she is.

I wish you all the very best of luck.

Court is adjourned.
