Oh no, thank you. I don't want to buy anything sorry.
Hola, Mr Bartlett somos nosotros.
Oh, sorry. Sorry
I thought it was I thought it was someone trying to sell me something.
Well, welcome to my dad's house. He's on holiday so we can do whatever we want.
In this video I'm going to show you ten things
that are going to surprise you about an English house, ok?
but before you come in you have to take off your shoes and ...
err...You're wearing your shoes!
Yeah, these are my house shoes. These are house shoes. They're very clean.
Once you've come in, we have to speak only in English, ok? This is an English house.
I accept because I'm very interested.
Oh that's a very kind gesture.
These are my dad's slippers, but he won't mind. Are they smelly?
Oh, they look quite new yeah they're fine. All right
Perfect okay uhh they're cosy.
So this is actually a very old building
it's over a hundred and fifty years old you can see it has original beams
It's a brick house and it's well, it's like a cottage.
many many years ago it used to be a pub
so it's actually haunted as well. There are a few ghosts
Are you warm enough? Do you want a cup of tea or something to drink?
I'm alright.
Let's go into the kitchen and I'll make something.
Alright.
Shall I put the kettle on?
No, I've just had a coffee so don't worry, okay!
so
One thing that I think might surprise you is what we find in the sink
If you take a look down here, you will find a washing up bowl
I think a lot of Spanish people complain about this, but it's actually very useful
Let me explain why. If I drop a glass in here and it hits the plastic
It's not gonna break is it?
however, if you hit it on this metal sink
It could damage the glass
okay, that's one of the reasons now the other reason is if you're doing your washing up and you want to
get rid of some dirty water from a pan
Then you just pour it down the side like this
Just pour it down the side and then you still have clean water here.
If you need to use the sink
You can just take the whole lot out
And then you can use the sink for something else.
This is actually quite useful, especially in a house that only has one sink
Right. I'm not totally convinced Phillip...
and I'm sure all these Spaniards are with me on this.
This bucket is always in my way
This bowl. Putting your hand in here is quite scary because you never know what you're gonna find.
don't hate me okay British people,
but I've seen you, I've observed you
I've seen
that people don't wash the dishes properly
Okay a little bit of rinse no? You rinse it a bit and that's done
Perfect. I mean you have some delicious wine
tasting of fairy liquid
Dishes dishes dishes dishes as well always has problems with the SH sound
Dishes dishes. Okay. Sorry about that
They are wilting or they have wilted
your sunflowers have wilted but look, they're still beautiful
Write it down WILTED the flowers have wilted
Let's move on!
Oh
This is the folding door, this is actually the downstairs toilet and utility room so you can see here we've got the
toilet
We've got in the boiler
Okay, see that? This is the boiler where we get the hot water then we've got a sink here and the washing machine down here
Okay
To wash your clothes
Now if this house didn't have a utility room
Where do you think we would put the washing machine any guesses Isabel?
In Spain usually if you don't have a utility room, then you would have it in the bathroom. I think that makes sense
In many houses, they put the washing machine in the kitchen
Okay, yeah very interesting let's see what number three is.
Okay number three is the taps look at this
Here we have
The cold and the hot separate taps
now in many houses in the UK these days modern houses
We have mixer taps like the rest of Europe, but it's still quite common to see
Separate taps and this is because a lot of old houses used to have the hot water
supply tank in the attic and
the hot water supply tank could be easily contaminated in order to avoid contaminating the
clean main supply we used to always keep the
Hot and cold separate how do you wash your hands? Give us a demonstration, please
Okay, you turn on the hot, turn on the cold...
Like this
It's actually great for saving water because when you wash your hands you just want to get it over with as quickly as possible
So it could be good for Spain because there's there's a lot of drought in Spain
Anyway, that's the utility room and this toilet. It has a very powerful flush
So always make sure that you are standing before you flush the chain
So this is carpet, okay carpet goes from wall to wall and this is a rug
Okay 'alfombra' rug and carpet is 'moqueta' Mm-hmm not Spanish
Who would have a rug on top of a carpet? What's that for?
Good question
Anyway, it's really to keep the carpet clean. Okay, whoa
Okay, and number five is in the bathroom, let's go in the bathroom
It's a bit dark in here Phillip. It's bit dark, isn't it? Let's look for the light switch
No switch. No
no switch, where's the switch?
In order to turn the light on you need to pull this cord?
And there you go in British bathrooms, we don't have switches because it's against health and safety regulations
If you've got wet hands, it's not very safe to switch on a light with a switch. So this is the solution
Okay, and what about that noise in the background? Yes, when you pull the cord the light comes on and the
extractor fan also comes on automatically
Mr. Bartlett. Hmm. I think you've missed something and this is that in England
I usually kind of dry my hair
here, I usually have to go to the bedroom or to the living room or
the kitchen
Garden. Yeah, and why is that?
Well, what's missing? No?
sockets
English people water and electricity don't mix look
Magic Oh
Impressive
It would be pretty hard to electrocute yourself in this bathroom, right?
Right! Yeah and something else I'm noticing what I'm here is this...
well, I'm sure they have it in some houses in Spain but
it's not so common. However, I always see it in England. Yeah, what is it for? It's a towel dryer
See take your wet towel. Just hang it on there like that, and then it's nice and warm
It is lovely in the winter, isn't it?
Hey, sorry
Have a look here... We've got some medals from the First World War my great-grandfather
These stairs are really really steep.
Back in the kitchen...
Phillip's going to give us a demonstration..
Nooo, don't do that, don't do it.
Don't worry
And now it's completely safe to lick whatever you've been making with the blender.
I'm pressing the button, safe it's safe it's completely safe this is a great safety feature that
British plug sockets have they have an extra switch so you can switch things on and off
You can't actually put anything in here because you see these are closed
mmm that's right yeah
So in order to open them you need to put this one in first, hmm
and then they open.
It's very safe
it always lands like this and if you step on it ouch
This really hurts
You can never miss this one in an English house, don't worry
If you find a spider just grab a glass and a piece of paper and catch it. We don't kill them
Okay, we just let them free. Okay, so let me demonstrate. Put it over the spider
Don't worry don't worry, it's all under control. Oh
Slide the paper under Oh
Oh
Don't hurt its legs
There you go
And then of course we let the spider go.
I also like to make a wish as well.
Just let it fly.
Yes, these are double glazed windows and they open by sliding down
and up like this to close.
Double glazing is important in England because it gets pretty cold in the winter. It gets a bit chilly.
Notice as well. There aren't any roller shutters, which are very common in Spain every house has roller shutters that come down
We don't have those here.
Okay, but for us what is a bit different is the way you open the windows because you usually open
the windows towards you, so part of the window stays in the room. So maybe a
child could hit
their head on it. I've never seen windows like this
Not all houses have these windows there are lots of different types of windows.
There's another spider!
Oh Goodness! Shall we go into the garden?
Okay, let's go into the garden
Oh Gordon Bennet, look at that lovely hanging basket.
Haha a lady from Hitchin taught me that
oh look lady bird
Yeah
Gordon Bennett, if you live in a house, then you might have a little garden like this one. This one's
a nice size.
Here you can see we've got tomatoes growing
Yeah, my dad's tomatoes. We must make a 'gazpacho'.
You can grow your own vegetables and
usually you'll find
something like this to feed
the birds you got here some nuts
Do you want to feed the birds? You should feed the birds
Yeah, it's true. I've seen a black squirrel come in here
The squirrel goes on there
and it comes down and
tries to eat
the birds' food
It would be great if it
if it turned up now.
I saw a grey squirrel earlier today. I think he was taking some tomatoes
Oh, eating my tomatoes?
and... this one is very interesting. Do you know what this is called?
This is rhubarb
So well the battery is running out so we have to say goodbye and Phillip's mum is coming to pick us up
We're gonna go for a drink at the pub because it's Friday and this is what English people do
so yeah time to say goodbye
Make a wish. I wish it goes far away.
Mission accomplished

Arco and the best motorhome service area, EVER! [CC] - Duration: 18:53.
Hello, and welcome to the final vlog in the series 'Etrusco Roadtrip Italia'!
[music]
Yes I'm afraid it is time for the final vlog, however there is still the full
review to come of this Etrusco motorhome which I will do after this
vlog, but for now, for the travelling, this will be the final vlog. I last left you
as I was leaving that free overnight camping space to go to the Laika
factory as I expected there was no filming permitted mainly because there
was no agreement in place with the Workers Union and obviously you can't
film a production line if you're not going to film the people assembling the
motorhomes. So that didn't happen but I was really
impressed with the Laika factory where the Etrusco motorhomes are constructed.
A very modern, state of the art premises, it was only completed in 2016. But best
of all they've got a brilliant canteen and I got treated to lunch! Oh, and I had pasta
and tomato sauce, spinach, and salad and fruit salad... I didn't have to eat for
the rest of the day so, bonus! After all that pasta I was pretty tired and I did
a couple of hours driving to Medina where I found an Area Sosta which in
this case was €16 for the night. However it was like a cross between a
car park and a campsite, so there was the toilet block and I could do my tank
admin that I needed to do there. But best of all they also had a washing
facility, and I noticed this in Milan, is that a lot of the campsites and Area
Sosta have a ladder and hoses and you're welcome to wash your motor home or
your caravan, which I think is a brilliant idea! It's one of those things
that: 'Why can't we have that in the UK?'
I imagine straightaway someone's going to say
(mocking tone) 'Oh, health and safety!' because of the ladder.
I would sign the form to say
I was happy to use it. Anyway so that was that, we left there this morning. Now the
weather has been pretty bonkers for the middle of September. Yesterday it got up
to 39 degrees, and it got down to about 26 in the evening, it was boiling!
Because of the heat I've decided to head for the mountains.
We're also approaching the end of the trip, and as you can imagine I've now got
lots of editing to do. It's a little bit sad that James has gone home and I'm
back on my own again. Don't ever let the fact that you're on your own
put you off from doing a trip like this, because doing a trip like this on your
own is a GAZILLION times better than not
doing it at all, and it's also millions of times was better that doing it with
someone you'd rather not be with. It's just that James, and also my friends
Shanna and Steve, they're all great travelling companions, so I really enjoy
their company when they're here, but if they can't make it and I've got to do it on
my own, then I would rather do it on my own then not do it at all.
However, as I say, we're approaching the end of the trip I've got lots of editing
to do, I've got laundry to do, and I am just a bit tired. So I looked at Lake
Garda; the sites around Lake Garda look pretty commercial so I found a site
using the ACSI app, and it's north of Garda in a town called Arco so we're going
to Arco bed-and-breakfast and camping or
something. It looks really really sweet I think there's only 19 pitches and I
didn't book so fingers crossed.
[music]
[music]
Right here we go...
As you can see the top one is too high, bottom one is to low, so I always get out.
I don't think you're meant to, but I do.
Do you like that one? [machine noises]
[change rattling into the tray]
MACHINE VOICE: (unintelligible italian)
Arrivederci!
Ten Euro forty! I didn't wanna buy the bl**dy motorway!
Gah! Right then, where was I, before I was so rudely interrupted by the toll booth.
Off we go
I didn't mind paying €10.50 yesterday because we went through a
gazillion tunnels and bridges, but that was really boring motorway
Ooh!
Ooh!
OOH!
One more for luck: OOOH!
[chilled driving music]
Ooh, hello Lorry!
WHOA!
Ooh, motorcycling in shorts, mmm, nice!
Am I the only one who clenches when I see people do that?
Oooooooh!
Cement mixer one side, rock face on the other, not good!
[chilled driving music]
Cor, entrance is a bit tight!
[chilled mediterranean guitar music]
So that was Arco Bed & Camping where we stayed for two nights and it was so
lovely because the owner, she was such a lovely woman, so welcoming, and when
you're a solo traveler that just makes such a difference. I really enjoyed Arco
Bed & Camping. Last night was my last night in Italy unfortunately, and I found
a great vegan restaurant called Veganima
The food was out of this world. A bit spendy at €25 for two courses but
it was worth every penny, it was really worth every penny.
So now the van goes back tomorrow, we are heading up, we're gonna leave Italy and
I'm just gutted about that, into Austria. Going to enjoy the scenery now, the rest
of Italy, it is stunning, and head on up back to Germany.
[guitar and piano music]
So we have stopped for lunch at what has got to be one of the... oh, Dougal's
going mad... one of the best motorhome service areas I think I've ever been to
off the motorway. I'll have to look up and put on the screen where we are
but look at this, this is the Motorhome area. There are free electric hookups and there is
of course a wastewater disposal station over there. Of course it's not really
free because you're paying to use the motorway, but even so what a fantastic
facility! Brilliant. Right, let's go get some food.
[music]
Well I'll tell you what, this certainly beats anything you could buy in a
motorway service area cafe!
Mmm, cheers!
Well this looks like to be my last meal in Italy and with the exception of the
pretend cheese it's made entirely with Italian ingredients bought locally. I'm
really going to miss Italy.
Especially the food
[engine noise]
You don't get this facility at the Welcome Break!
Right, that is me filled up
and Dougal and the motorhome emptied, let's carry on to Austria!
[chilled piano and guitar music]
We are in Austria, we've left Italy,
the sun has gone in, it's turned very grey and it
even started raining
I think this is a good time to end the adventure.
Don't forget there's still another video to come with a full review of this vehicle,
but just to reflect on this trip, it has been absolutely brilliant. Italy has
exceeded my expectations wildly; all the beautiful villages and
architecture, the amazing food, the gorgeous countryside, the lovely people
and even the driving was nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be.
I think Italy... Italian drivers have definitely
got a reputation that they don't really deserve because yes, a lot of them were
in a hurry, but there was no bad feeling to their haste, it was all kind of done in
really good spirits and I miss that already about Italy, I miss the good
spiritedness, I miss the light. This van has performed incredibly well.
The layout has worked incredibly well, it hasn't skipped a beat as far as the
mechanics go. We had a slight problem with the tap with the microswitch, that
could happen with any tap in any leisure vehicle. So it just leaves me to thank
Etrusco UK for the last time for putting their faith in me and letting me take
one of the lovely motorhomes away, having an adventure with it. Etrusco vans will
be arriving in the UK at the end of October after the NEC so please do check
in with Etrusco UK's social channels. So thank you to Etrusco UK for sponsoring
this trip without interfering with any of the content. So it just leaves me to
say from rainy Austria, from Dougal and from me, for the entire
Etrusco Roadtrip Italia series....
Thank you so much for tuning in
I'm gonna start myself off...
Don't cry
Don't cry...
Are you excited about the road trip?
And off we go again!

Pickleball Footwork-Stop Hitting it Out - Duration: 3:58.
Do you feel off balance when you're moving to hit a shot or has someone told
you that you're running through the shot and you're hitting the ball out? Don't go anywhere.
If you're a new visitor welcome. We talk about all things pickleball on this
channel with a special focus on the player that's over 50. If you haven't
already done so hit the subscribe button and then the bell that way you'll get a
notification every time I post a new video on Saturdays.
Hey everybody its CJ Johnson
I coach multiple sports and the basics to every sport are good footwork.
Consistency in sport starts at the bottom and pickleball is no different.
Let's take a look at how some of the best moving pros do it.
this is Tyson McGuffin and you'll notice that while his feet aren't
planted he stops his forward motion before hitting the shot
Another great mover! You'll notice there's a lot of similarities between
her footwork and Tyson's. Their feet aren't planted but their forward motion
is stopped before they hit the ball making an error much less likely.
Today we're going to focus on our footwork with ground strokes. Even though we're
focusing on the baseline this drill is going to help you to be more balanced no
matter where you're at on the court whether it's the baseline moving to
the net or at the net. To set up this drill I place two cones about three feet
inside the baseline and two feet from the center line. As I move I want to
focus on three things; staying on the balls of my feet, staying balanced and
stopping my feet before I actually take a swing.
Once you're comfortable with that have a friend stand at the non-volley zone and
simply toss you balls as you move side to side. Again you're trying to make sure
that you are on the balls of your feet, that you're balanced and that you're
stopping your motion before you make your swing. Now we're going to work in a
figure 8 pattern which will work our forward backward and sideways motion.
Start without a paddle and get used to the movement. Move to the forehand stop
set and swing. Then you'll want to shuffle around the cone to the backhand
side stop set and swing. Every time you're moving you should be focused on
staying on the balls of your feet as you move and then stopping prior to taking
your swing.
If you'd like to learn more about your footwork click over here on this video
series it will help you to get better at moving around the courts and become more
consistent. If you got value from this video tell me what you liked about it in
the comments below give it a like or better yet share it with your pickleball
playing friends because together we can

Kiedyś były białe skarpety do czarnych mokasynów.
Skarpety do sandałów? Proszę bardzo. Hawajska koszula?
Powitania Co w takim przypadku?
Szczególnie tych małych i mikro, zatrudniających do kilkudziesięciu osób.

Największe zdziwienie – oprócz kapci u mężczyzn – budziły we mnie wykończone futerkiem klapki u pań
Klapki i kapcie to moim zdaniem katastrofa, trudno kogoś takiego traktować poważnie – podkreśla Marcin
Marzena Szeliska radzi, by w regulaminie wewnętrznym firmy zapisać określony dress code i zrobić to w miarę precyzyjnie i prostym językiem

Where to Resell Arbitrage Products if You Run into an Issue - Duration: 8:04.
alright guys welcome to the videos today we're gonna talk about where you can
sell you know with some other e-commerce websites that you can resell your Amazon
products or your online arbitrage products if for whatever reason you
vetted the wrong product you know maybe the listing you know actual ranking went
up and you didn't realize that that person was still ranking their product
and now it's only selling one or two a month whereas before you thought it was
selling you know a week before when you actually purchased it and you're getting
you weren't even ready to ship it into Amazon yet you know it was it looks like
I'm selling 50 a month obviously that fluctuates from product to product but
specifically speaking that's gonna change maybe and this is something I've
seen a lot too maybe this sell the original seller got annoyed that a bunch
of people were buying their product into coupon price and then reselling it and
so they tampered with a listing they took the pictures now and they did
whatever or maybe shift them into FBA and a customer returned it and said it
was damaged even though it wasn't and so you got you want to get a you know ship
back to you and then you can want to resell it because it's been you know
past that 30-day window of potential return for you whatever the reason
basically what I'm saying is there are plenty of other online e-commerce places
that you can resell this for not just getting your money back but actually for
profit and so what I wanted to do is drop a lecture for my online arbitrage
pro course that I recently just released where I basically talk about other
e-commerce platforms and how I go about reselling items when I figure out that
there's a problem with that potential product or that potential listing and I
just want to avoid it in the future so here's that lecture alright now I want
to talk about where you can sell stuff if you do have an issue now there's a
number of reasons like we talked about in that last lecture why you might want
to return something however if let's say hypothetically that
30-day window has passed and you're not able to actually go through your items
and return it now there could be a number of reasons why you might need to
get rid of it or you might want to you know kind of recoup some of the money
that you lost if you're doing arbitrage and you know you can't return it like we
said before now a lot of times if you do contact the seller even if it's been 30
days a lot of them will let you return it and they'll send you a free you know
slip to actually return it a free you know scannable label where you can
return it or some of them in my experience too will say okay ship it to
this address and when we receive it then we'll return it and they give you a
little older ID number to put in there so
no it's pretty simple a lot of them most of the time if you're dealing with
legitimate sellers and legitimate you know listings will let you return it
however let's hypothetically say that maybe you're not able to there could be
a number of reasons you know like I said you're not able to return it
maybe you shipped it in and you know somebody didn't like it when they you
Amazon fulfilled it for you and that person returned it and said it wasn't
you know it was a defective product or something like that so you have a bunch
of and we'll show you this in a couple of future lectures you know you have
those that suppress inventory you have the in what's the what's the word I'm
looking for you the unfillable inventory you'll have you know stuff like that
where it is defective and you can't relist it you're not able to you know
put it back up on your seller central so your only option is either to destroy it
have Amazon destroy it and I believe that fees like 20 cents or get a ship
back to you and then obviously you can resell it so it depends on the product
and what you're doing but like I said there could be a number of reasons maybe
someone returned it as defective and it's not effective when you get it back
maybe you know a lot of times I've noticed too if you're dealing with like
kind of like blackhat sellers that are annoyed that you're on they're listing
one of the ways that I've found and noticed that they try to combat you is
they'll destroy their entire listing which I don't understand why I've seen
two different things I've seen them just give up on a listing entirely and that's
not good for you obviously if you can't sell it because if let's say
hypothetically they just ripped the pictures down off the listing and you
don't necessarily have access to those pictures you know then you can't
necessarily put it back up and sell it very well a lot of other ones will you
know literally make a new listing under a new si n and new completely new
listing and then put it up on that and obviously you don't want to list it
there because you don't actually have the invoice to you know actually go
through and list that there you could list it there you could sell it there
but hypothetically if Amazon were to ask you for an invoice for that item you
wouldn't have it it's the same exact item although you don't have the invoice
for that a si an because they made a new us at a si am now for without getting
too too in-depth a bit I wouldn't worry about reporting the other seller Amazon
catches that stuff really really fast if they're listing the same product on our
new listing that's a big no-no on Amazon and Amazon will catch them and if they
do it once or twice I'm sure you know if not get their account
suspended that will get them in some serious trouble on Amazon and put a
strike on their performance account another reason you know if they're not
tampering with the pictures or the listing maybe they you know took all the
keywords off you know maybe just picked a bad product you know and you wanted to
get shipped back to you you notice that it wasn't selling it's been in your
inventory and this happens to me still today you know it's been in your
inventory for like a month and it just didn't sell you just picked a bad
product the numbers looked right maybe but for whatever reason it didn't sell
now this is barely ever gonna happen to you if you're vetting it the way that I
showed you but it can happen and so what I'm trying to get at is maybe it's the
fact if maybe you picked a bad product maybe you had overstock you pick too
many of them and they didn't sell or maybe the sellers just tampering with
the listing whatever it is there's a million different reasons how can you
sell it if you get a ship back to you there's a million different things and
I'm gonna go through examples with you here now my favorite obviously the go-to
is eBay I have a decent eBay account it's it's ranked pretty high
as soon as I sell something on eBay or something as soon as I list something on
eBay it sells relatively quickly you know so
obviously you can list it on eBay and a lot of the private label and coupon code
things and coupon code items are actually listed on eBay so you can kind
of check to see if there's a market for it on eBay I like to list a lot of them
on eBay and sell them that way another great place to sell them and
probably one of my favorites is Poshmark now Poshmark is a clothing app and a
clothing website however you'll notice here that I list other stuff on Poshmark
and you're not supposed to but you know I don't really get caught now the great
thing about Poshmark is with eBay you do have to pay you know a fee to actually
list it and you do have to pay a fee you know to do this and to do with a number
of different things on eBay and and then you have to obviously pay
for the shipping you get reimbursed with Poshmark you don't pay for anything
upfront that buyer pays for everything upfront so you don't have to pay to list
it you don't have to pay to ship it eat Poshmark where literally you printed out
and then you literally just ship it for free and then your account is credited
and you can cash out super super simple I love Poshmark for that reason it's a
phenomenal place if you have clothes if you have something related to clothes
something like that great place to list as well as eBay now to apps and websites
to that I like the list now this I believe is just for the United States
let go might be in Canada too I'm not positive
but let go is you know an a website and an app great to list stuff on it's it's
kind of like Craigslist in a lot of ways which actually I've completely forgot to
put up here but I'm not a big Craigslist person so let go is a great place to
list some stuff if you have some stuff offer up is the same as let go it's also
an app you know kind of like Craigslist where you do an exchange you agree on a
price and then that person would either pick it up or you can drop it off or
whatever it's super super simple now depending on your item and what it's
actually worth it might be worth it to do that or not or it might just be
simpler to list it on eBay or Poshmark but like I said just giving you some you
know tools in your arsenal if you want to do that another great place Facebook
marketplace so that's pretty much it that's kind of where to sell stuff if
you do run into an issue for whatever reason just to recap eBay Poshmark you
know apps like let go and offer up maybe Craig's left Craigslist if you want to
delve into that and then obviously Amazon Marketplace as well so just to
give you a couple ideas another you know tool in your arsenal so to speak so you
can combat the fact that if you purchase a bad I get this question a lot you know
well I purchased this and it wasn't a good product what do I do
well there's two lectures back to back on you know ways that you can attack
this and make sure that you are compensated and get your money back
if you do buy a bad product so see in the next one
