hey guys welcome to my channel thank you for stopping by today I will be doing a

cardi B inspired lookbook I am going to share with you guys four different

everyday outfits cardi B really blew up this year I feel like she is one of the

fastest-growing female rappers she released her album invasion of privacy

and I loved it it was on a repeat for days I love her style I feel like she

has this wild style but she's still confident that it really works for her I

will be toning it down a little bit just so it can be more of an everyday outfit

I am planning to do more celebrity inspired lookbook so if that's something

way let's begin

so for my first outfit I drew inspiration from the music video finesse

by Bruno Mars featuring cardi b she's wearing this multi-coloured outfit I

believe they drew inspiration from the show in living color she also performed

the song at the Grammys and she's wearing a similar multi-coloured outfit

along with a moschino jacket that I adore I believe it's valued at like a

thousand something and of course it's sold out I love the look that she was

going for so I had to recreate it in this outfit pair a multicolored sweater

with my favorite American Apparel denim shorts I got my top from Shein which I

also did a try on haul for so if you're interested in that I will link that down

below I am wearing my all white vans and I obviously had to add in my

enormous hoops as the cherry on top cardi wears a hat in both outfits but I

decided to opt out for it because I don't think I would wear a hat with this

outfit on a regular day if you guys live in Los Angeles then you guys probably

have heard of Coachella if not it's a huge music festival that happens twice a

year and this past year cardi B performed and I just loved her

performance she was wearing this all white outfit with these pigtails

I believe she drew inspiration from the 90s girl group TLC and I thought she did

a fabulous job at doing that I believe her outfit was custom made by

the alejandro collection so I couldn't find a price on it but I got it feeling

that her outfit was a tad more expensive than mine my outfit is yep all white on

top I am wearing a white body that I got from pretty little things on the bottom

I wear a pair of denim pants I got from free people instead of pigtails I went

for two french braids I also decided to complete this outfit with a pair of

leopard heels since our girl cardi loves animal print so I noticed that Cardi

loves wearing matching sets so I decided to do something similar to that she also

loves adding a fur throw as an accessory so I decided to use the fur

throw I use for my chair and I think it looks pretty similar I am wearing the

Luella set that I got from the for love and lemons warehouse sale if they

ever hold a sale in your area then you must go because everything I got was at

least 50 percent off I love the subtle floral details on the suit because of

the dark navy I decided to add in my nude heels so if you listened

to Cardi Bs album or if you listen to any popular radio stations then you probably

have heard of the song I like it I love that song and I love the music

video I thought she looked so beautiful in her outfit she was channeling her

Dominican side and I think she did a phenomenal job at doing that I wanted to

do something similar to what she was wearing but of course I had to tone it

down a little bit because I wanted it to be something that you could wear on a

daily basis so my indecisive self couldn't decide on one top so I decided

to share both with you guys for the first one I decided to wear a white crop

top and I add in the vibrant colors of cardis outfit with these beautiful

bracelets that I got from asos for my second outfit I am wearing this mesh

embellished bodysuit from Topshop I thought the embellishment was a perfect

substitute for cardi bs top instead of a long ruffle yellow skirt I decided to go

for a yellow denim skirt in both outfits I wear a pair of tan slides and of

course I couldn't forget about her blue turban I decided to put on a blue

headband instead so the first outfit was a little more subtle and the second one

was a little crazier so I guess it just depends what you're going for that's all

Now when you say rituals I can be like...like for example I collect my lucky

sock or something. What up y'all this is Outrage I'm a Freestyler

My weapon of choice of course is krump I battled at KOD

Funk n Styles, Battle games, Session the Style, The Cage, World of Dance, I've

judged numerous battles internationally and I'm giving you three things to do to

prepare for a battle. First thing is to research the event is it a 1v1 where you're

battling by yourself or is it a 2v2 where you have to plan ahead with someone else or

7 to smoke where you going numerous rounds you have to prepare mentally and

physically and have your stamina on point. I also look at who's judging and who DJing

the event. Number 2 is freestyle to random music. Obviously you have to train but

you can't just train the dance you have to train to battle and this means having the

ability to adapt to whatever song is gonna be played. What I do is I go to my

room put my music on shuffle and dance to whatever song comes on. if you always

listen to krump music and they play a Rihanna song you're not gonna know what to do

so I cover all bases throughout our trainings last but not least played by your

strengths. You're in a battle not a showcase or performance so you have to

strategize some battlers like to go second so they can watch and see what

their opponent did first and try to match energy. I personally like to go

first, set a bar high starting from zero to 100 so that way you know opponent has

a match my energy I give off. There are dancers who are great at crowd

appeal some are great at interacting with the space on the floor others are

just in your face battle dancers. Those are three main tips I have to share with

you do your research, freestyling to random songs and play by your strengths thanks

we're going to do a little bit of a different type of Dwarf Vlogs

I thought I'd do a video on the common misconceptions of dwarfism.

That's what I thought I'd do. And if I leave any out in this list

be sure to comment those below.

and I can definitely address them in a future video.

In no particular order, here are some common misconceptions.

So one of them is that women with dwarfism can't carry out a pregnancy.

And while it's not the WISEST idea for us, people smaller than me have done it.

And I am 3ft. 1.5 in. tall.

People smaller than me have done it. It's definitely possible.

It does come with a lot of medical risk for most of us

But, it's possible.

Another thing

While some DO have a shorter life span, not all of us do.

Most of us live long, healthy-ish lives.

And we can live, potentially as long as you guys can.

JOKING VOICE: You're stuck with us! *laughs*

NORMAL VOICE RESUMES: Another thing is for some reason, people

tend to sometimes assume if someone has a physical disability,

it must also mean that they might also have some sort of mental impairment.

And that's not necessarily the case.

Is it possible? Sure.

All these things are possible.

And there is definitely tons of factors, but it's not

black and white.

So some people do have mental impairments,

Some people get straight A's and such.

But that has nothing to do with the dwarfism

Another thing is

People don't think about the fact that anyone in any demographic

can have dwarfism.

Any race, any gender, any ethnicity, any sexuality

any...anything

can also be a little person.

And those things have nothing to do with each other.

Even within the little people community, we are such a diverse group of people.

So it is not just one group of people who are all the same.

It's not that way.

And those few things have nothing to do with each other.

I get this question all the time

Are your parent, siblings, or anyone else in your family little people?

For me, the answer is no. And that's the case for most us little people.

Most of us little people are born to average-height parents.

Because dwarfism is actually not that common.

And depending on the type of dwarfism: How common is it?

Mine is about 1 in 10,000 births

So out of 10,000 babies - statistically - one of them will have my type of dwarfism.

Another thing, and I've actually had people argue against me on this,

and I find it kinda humorous

but understandable at the same time.

Some people know that the term "midget" is HIGHLY highly offensive.

It really is *chuckles*

However, I will occasionally run into this group of

people that say, "Oh! I know so-and-so who is a little person and THEY use the word 'midget'."

Well some people are ok with that word

But a large majority of us are not.

And then I've had this other group of people.

who have actually argued against me on this

that "it's medical"

and I forget which they say is which

But it's always the same when they say it.

I forget which is which, but they say

"dwarf" vs. "midget" one is proportionate and the other is not.

In the past that has been used to differentiate

But now, that is not used.That would not be a term used

in medicine. I have yet to hear a doctor - at least around me - use the term "midget" in a medical way.

Even if you have a best friend that says "I'm cool with the word 'midget'"

When you meet the next person,

don't use it unless you hear them use it.

So, when in doubt, just don't use it!

Now, I'm sure there many more misconceptions out there

about us little people.

And that is all I can think of today.

next question for you this week but I know I'm completely skipping what I

normally do but for this week you guys are going to tell me what you are

thankful for I believe I did this again last year but let's do it again

so what are you guys thankful for let me know leave your answer to the comments

below and I'll read them next week last week I asked you guys what you dislike

most about YouTube or what you dislike about YouTube just in general and you

guys answered so I'll be reading your answers in this video let's get started

with that right away so T ELISA says teaching is actually fun I never really

considered it as public speaking as for YouTube there's really only the preggers

u ads that I find pretty annoying though since I tend to stay away from the

nastier videos on here as well those are the ones that happen to me and I just

like the way the policies of fact creators especially smaller to create

our channels I do agree there are some videos on here that are quite annoying

some some that are pretty pretty horrible but I try to well III stay away

from those things some ads can be really really annoying I've been getting aid

well for a while there I was getting a ton of League of Legends ads and that

kind of stopped for a week and I'm like this is amazing and then this start

coming back again every friggin ad I get is a league of Legends ad and its really

annoying it's like I've skipped the thing a thousand times do you not

realize now I don't care and yes there are some policies that YouTube keeps

enacting and they keep bringing new things out that mostly affect mostly

seem to affect the smaller channels where is it seems or feels like the

bigger channels just get a little slap on the wrist or not even it's more just

like him huh fingers shaking at you and that's it nothing else happens

but regardless and meets who says to be honest this applies to all of Internet

but drama you know what I mean someone does something stupid others we actually

make respond videos the original jerk tries to explain fails and tada you have

a small war going on in every comment section and my feet is filled with it

and me in this situation where am i cute snake videos yeah and I do definitely

know to me I've seen a lot of that there was

i I'm not gonna mention names or anything like that but the there was one

channel who then I was watching for watching a lot a little while ago and

when I first started watching him this guy was like less than ten thousand

subscribers I think and then all of a sudden the guy just like blew up and

last I checked he was at 2 million he's probably above that now and took him

like a couple months but this guy definitely let the fame go to his head

he left the the fame if you could call that go to his head he started being a

jerk to everybody and then and insulting other people for no reason just because

they're talking about a particular issue that's happening on YouTube and and that

that was when there was all this drama stuff going on but yeah let's get away

from that DLT dev says bad thing on YouTube ads wire ads on YouTube all the

reason ads are on YouTube is so that the people making the videos can get paid if

there's no ads they don't get money unless the people who watch their videos

buy their merch or whatever else that they that they have products that they

sell maybe which reminds me check the link in the description and

also up there there's Humble Bundle and shirts and stuff no really though that's

why I ads are there they're there to keep the content free to watch but to

still allow the Creator to actually make money for the amount of time and effort

they put into the videos cuz it's it's not really easy you can't you can't just

make a good video buy in in like 10 minutes or something and just plop it up

on YouTube there's quite a bit more that goes on there's also editing with it you

have to make the thumbnail plus you know description tags all that stuff so it's

it does take definitely a bit of effort and the creator's deserve to get paid

for it or get some kind of conversation forward

I guess mom says I just like the fact that YouTube seems to be so number

driven you have to have X amount of subs or watch time before you get your videos

monetized for example and I agree YouTube seems to have this this

mentality or they seem to profess the sort of mentality that is like oh it's

not about the numbers we don't care about that we want quality not quantity

and stuff like but then they enact these policies that

require number I mean I get that that time watch time especially is like a

really good way to measure whether people watch your videos or not because

you can't just cheat the watch time know though just putting on a playlist and

letting it run all day while you're gone at work or something which would just

not really work but they don't seem to look at things like how long a creator's

been on the platform how often they upload how like they don't look at that

kind of thing they just think oh subs and watch time that's it bye as we're

done it seems lazy at best croco says I

really hate misleading channels other day I found child connected to dragons

expected dragons saying or something was disappointed since it was a streaming

channel well what the heck man that guy's gogo rant at him in the comments

then back to reality I hate YouTube recommendations sometimes

I just click on random video and then BOOM similar videos everywhere but I

like that YouTube is ADD free well for you maybe I do also just like that you

click on one random video and YouTube seems to think oh you loved this one so

much so here we'll toss more your way and it takes a heck of a lot of work to

get rid of all those recommendations or recommendations from in particular you

know channel or something I I've watched one little video this seem kind of

interesting but the person talking the video was just he was quite annoying he

he was saying that he was there's know some kind of scientist or whatever but

then he's using these words that just don't make sense or he's explaining

something that just doesn't make sense to me and he's making things much more

complicated than it needs to be I don't care if he's a scientist

you can calm the heck down alright it was just ridiculous it's like oh my god

buddy seriously it was it was cringy at best

and I don't use that word in front of fluffy says he doesn't know what about

YouTube but thanks a lot well no problem that is okay I don't really know what

what I could say that I dislike about YouTube the most I don't think it's

necessarily one particular thing in general I think it's you know more a

slew of different things of course earlier this year with the

whole D monetization thing and all that kind of stuff blah blah blah it was

really annoying plus or new policies I've been added I think YouTube needs to

just focus on being you know for you as they seem to profess that it is it's all

about you it's all about the viewers it's all about the creators but they

don't seem to make it feel that way you know with it they don't they don't tell

anyone about anything before they do things and then when they do tell people

about things that they're doing it's like what you're wasting your time doing

this thing like that there was one time what one thing a month ago or so where

YouTube mentioned on Twitter hey we're testing out a new feature

we're about what was at 3% or 0.3 percent of your viewers will see a

randomly selected thumbnail from your video instead of the thumbnail you

uploaded and it's like are you serious it was ridiculous so if anyone ever

noticed mmm any my videos not having you know a proper thumbnail or something

like they usually do that was most likely the reason why it seems like a

really stupid idea to me because what what what could possibly be the point

like I understand maybe they want to have their AI whatever algorithm thing

kind of determined hey what's the best thing that best randomized thumbnail we

can get for this video if the Creator doesn't upload one but ever since every

video is different and every videos gonna have a completely different length

and everything that's pointless you're not gonna get that data from just oh

they're throw it out to the entire youtube world it's like good luck with

that one no I think they need to make more intelligent decisions and keep

people in the loop so that people know what the heck is going on and so just

all of a sudden hey this isn't working now or oh god this completely changed

well now what do I do or something or other else but that is it for this video

I don't think I've spoken yet on this vlog this month.

Before I even start, my face looks horrible.

I'm okay.

I fainted earlier today because sometimes- like I have rather low blood pressure and

sometimes my circulation just floors it.

And today, I was sitting on a chair and then I got really dizzy and then I got really dizzy

and I fainted and, yeah, fell on my face. [laughs]

So I look a bit- like it doesn't even look as bad on camera as it looks like when I look

in the mirror.

I look a bit like someone punched me in the face.

But I'm- okay, nothing happened except that, you know, I lost consciousness for a few minutes.

But that's beside the point.

I just wanted to put this out there because it does look kind of horrible.

But [laughs] anyways, it's the 8th of September, I have not spoken yet on this vlog because

I've not filmed much yet.

Which is something I feel like every time I film myself talking I say "oh I haven't

filmed much, I need to film more."

You know?

But I'm actually going to try and do that.

So it's the 8th of September, so far I have not- I have actually done quite a lot.

I was just gonna say I haven't done much, but I did- I have.

So if you watched my August vlog, at the end of that vlog I said that I was going to my

friend's birthday party and that I picked up the van for the theatre company that I

sometimes work for.

And so the 31st of August was my friend's birthday party.

So the first of September was a day that I spent in bed trying to survive my hangover.

And then second to the fifth of September I spent working for this theatre.

And then I got back in on Wednesday evening and it's now Saturday and I've just spent,

yeah, Thursday, Friday, and today mostly in bed.

I did wanna do stuff today, but then rather early on in the morning I fainted.

So I thought okay, the best thing to do for myself is stay in bed another day.

Like I did go out but like, I didn't do as much as I wanted.

But yeah, so that was what happened the past couple of days.

I do have get some stuff done.

I've been putting off some like- just organisation stuff, some cleaning my room stuff, some just

boring shit that no one wants to do.

I've been putting that off but I really need to get that done.

So that is sort of the plan for the month.

I'm also gonna try and go out a bit more because there is a forest rather close to where I

live, it's really pretty usually in autumn, especially in September.

So I'm gonna try and go out, film some stuff.

I'm generally- I really wanna try and I know I say this every time but I really wanna try

and be better at just filming stuff and not just myself talking.

Because- the thing is I just still feel sort of awkward pulling out a camera and filming

when I'm somewhere outside.

But I need to get better at that and the only way I can do that is feel awkward for a bit

and do it.

So that's what I'm gonna try and do.

Just wanted to kind of start this with talking because there have been a few clips.

I guess.

The way I'm gonna edit it there probably have been a few clips.

So I'm hanging up laundry and the cat that lives in my neighbourhood decided to join me.

She's so cute.

She's so sweet.

So I'm currently like in the process of getting into therapy.

So I do have a therapist that I'm gonna like do the thing with.

And we are about to like do the whole- the paperwork so my insurance covers it.

But in order to do that I'm- I have to make an appointment with my GP and have like an

actual doctor also say "this bitch needs therapy" and, you know, that my insurance has to cover it.

And I'm just sitting here unable to call my fucking doctor's office.

And it's just- I just can't stop thinking about how many people probably never go to

therapy, like especially people with anxiety, because they are too anxious to make phone calls.

Because it takes so many stupid phone calls to do all this shit, you know?

So I'm having a really hard time.

And I'm really frustrated about the lack of ability to do stuff online.

I have to call in an I'm too anxious.

So that's fun.

I'm like procrastinating, doing a lot of different things that I also have to be doing, but I

really need to do this phone call.

But I can't.

Ugh.

I hate this.

So I managed to do the phone call.

I'm still stressed as fuck.

But I- I'm gonna try and not let myself fall into this anxiety depression hole that I would

fall into if I stayed home now.

So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go out, I'm gonna go to campus and I'm gonna work.

And I really don't feel like it.

Like, you know this StarKid- like one of their musicals and like-

[laptop playing:] I don't really wanna do the work today. I don't really wanna do the work today.

I don't really want it in my way today, I don't wanna do the work today.

It me. [laughs]

But I'm gonna do that.

Because then I have something to do rather than sit around and think.

So, brilliant.

So I'm a terrible vlogger and haven't even spoken yet.

My sister and I who I think she doesn't want to be in the video right now because she's

very sleepy and hasn't taken a shower yet.

But we're in London.

And it's our second day now, it's rather early in the morning.

Or like not early.

It's like 8:30.

But we're- yeah, we're up, we've been up for a bit.

And we're about to head out after you've taken a shower and stuff.

Also I'm talking quietly because there are other people here and I'm feeling awkward.

But yeah.

Today, we're gonna meet up with our Airbnb host from last year

and we're hopefully also gonna go to the Tate Britain.

And in the evening we're gonna go out for drinks with our former English teacher from

high school because he happens to be in London at the same time as us.

Which is fun. [laughs]

So yeah, that's the plan for today.

I'm really looking forward to everything and I'm gonna stop talking now because the street

is too loud anyways.

Lots of underground trains are like not running, so we're on a bus.

And we're doing a lowkey sightseeing tour. Which is fun.

The sun is in my back so you can't really see me,

but it's Wednesday and we're on a walk by the canal

which is really, really nice.

It's really pretty. And it's really warm, so that's good.

I'm so bad at this vlogging thing.

But it's now Thursday the 27th,

and I saw Les Misérables yesterday and it was so good.

It's just such a good musical.

This is the third time I saw it because that's the type of person that I've become. [laughs]

And now today, we're actually doing the thing we came to London for.

Which is going to see another musical which is going to see Hamilton.

I don't think I'm emotionally prepared for this.

I'm really excited but I'm also- yeah, I really see myself crying a lot.

So that's gonna be fun.

We're going to the afternoon performance and it's like- it's 10 now, so we should head out in a bit.

Like we have to be there at like 1, so we do have some time.

But do also wanna, you know, walk around a bit in town.

But yeah, so we're seeing Hamilton today which I'm just so, so, so, so excited for.

Oh my god.

I'm just so excited.

So we just got back into our flat.

And I am dead.

I just- that was one of the most emotional rollercoasters I've ever been on.

Like I spent almost the entirety of the play crying.

Like even in the first act.

Apart from Laurens's death, there is nothing that's- yeah that was my sister.

There is nothing sad in the first act.

Like not really, really sad.

But I just cried and cried and cried.

Like it's so good.

The choreography is so good.

All the actors are so good.

Like I didn't really love Burr's voice- [Berlind whispers] I did.

She did.

I didn't really love him but oh my god.

And then the second act I just- I barely stopped crying. [laughs]

So I came out of there looking like a hot mess.

And yeah so I'm just very emotionally exhausted right now.

But it was so good.

Y'all it was so, so, so good.

And I feel so blessed that I got to see this musical.

Oh my god.

And now- it was so good.

And now we're just gonna spend the evening crying probably.
