And welcome back to another episode of the business startup series today we're going to be talking about

what our discovery has been about thinking about how we're going to scale so lately we've been thinking about

How we're going to scale the business into the long term and I think that's a really important discussion to have with yourself

Or at least a business partner or a friend because it's going to give you an idea about

what your trajectory is going to be for growing and

So Linh is going to share some interesting things that we've kind of thought about about how we're going to scale the business.

So Initially when your clients you can pull in hand or you know a few few clients eventually you're going to get you know

So busy and you can't handle any more and so the options you have is to you know, hire more people, you know

And originally we're thinking that we'll have to start working with

You know different people by content writers photographers and you know people in different areas that make the Instagram service work

However, after engaging working with them, we realized in the Instagram area

photographers there might be a good photographers, but they don't understand Instagram or know how to be creative for the client and

Even content writers. They might be a good at content writing but that I understand how Instagram works what we found

We are going through all this experiment is only when we work with an Instagram influencer do the actual work come out

Awesome. And so so basically we've decided that if we're going to expand in scale obtained we want to do it with other influences and

There's a whole bunch of reasons why we've we've decided to do that. First of all

Influencers have credibility. They understand Instagram to an absolute t they

Love Instagram and so this hips of alignment there of beyond that

We just think that they would be the perfect, you know type of person to grow and take something on themselves ordinarily turn influence

You're almost running your own sword practice. So we'd be able to hire these influences. Give them, you know a significant portion

you know of the business and they would have their own accounts manage their accounts and they would just be able to

own it almost just like I do their own Instagram so that

The creative direction and the cooking expertise and then the past performance to demonstrate that

Actually, these people have the skills and the ideas about how to make your Instagram amazing. Yeah, Yes, exactly

So Annie who's part of our team is an Instagram influencer, and she can she knows how to take photos, you know

So they edit the photo, upload, she does everything

understands marketing the whole lot

And so we're going to get her to run the company to

leave the whole

processing system and training so that when we do hire these intagram influencers, will train them up to follow our process and

When we have more clients that we can't handle they will handle right?

Under our training and our branding and so the instant Instagram influences will be part of the company

but then at the same time they get to work independently, you know still being able to work anywhere and

Yeah, do the whole from taking photos doing everything for us

They would really just be a matter of appointing different influences to different business accounts. Yes, and then us managing and ensuring the

Process is that we have to set out in the first place

So when it comes to scaling don't just think of the typical way, which is just hiring full-time staff or part-time staff

There are other ways like, you know working with contractors or partnering with people

You just have to really think creatively about how you would be able to grow it without you know with minimal risk with minimal

Capital outlay, but somehow there's a there's a working structure that's going to benefit both parties and although whoever you're bringing on board
