They wash the olives to extract any dirt, then refine it
Before it goes to the third stage
This is the mixer that separates oil from Olives
This happens in a certain temperature to lift the oil and push it down here
Using this piston, the olives drained from both oil and water
The rest of the olives becomes peat
They use it like the coal Firestarter with high temperature
After we finish from this stage we move on to the final stage
here is the press that reaches the last pot
that is Extra Virgin Oil

especially for those who love the "Transformers" movie, which is also on that list
Well let's move on from the touristic side of it, as there are other things to see the view for instance
and some activities that take you to a journey into the famous Bedouin atmosphere in Jordan
There are rock engravings that take you to some 12,000 years back
but enough history and let's try something different and new

Part of our trip here is to try the famous popular meal called Al-Zarb
It is very well known in the Levant region, mostly by the desert people and in Jordan and Palestine
It is similar to the Mandi we have.. they also burry it underground to have a well done meat
