Waching daily Feb 18 2019

we are at the smallest cafe in Poland and we are with Inna

and we will talk just shortly about this coffee is history and how they make is

so thank you for accepting us here in your cafe and please could you

tell our subscribers and visitors about your history

okay I'm sorry for my English. I was my husband

We came to Poland to three years ago

I was working in the big company very big - company in advertisement sector and

I got contract and we decided to came to Poland (to Warsaw). And we decided that

we need some additional business additional source for money so we

decided open coffee shop. We had been looking for this

place nearly two months and it was very hard. Because in Warsaw

it's very hard to find a good place especially in the center is very hard - yes so we

decided to start with some little place it was not so good place because for

Poland (for Polish people) it's not usual to drink coffee in such little

place it's a big problem. yes. so there was the biggest problem at the beginning

but after that we decided looking for some speciality of this place and we

wrote to the book of records of Poland. yes and they came

to us and said that this is the smallest one in Poland. after that yes after that

this place became very popular. nowadays we have some

special guests some bloggers some journalists some media from a different part of world.

they came to us and wrote or made some videos about this

place. This is the smallest one in Poland right? What about in Europe?

Now we prepare some documents and write to the Guinness World Records

This is the certificate of Polish Record Book.

Hopefully we will get the record from the world, as soon as possible.

What do you have speacial here? for us?

I see some expresso, but...

We have over 20 types of coffee in our menu

Today I recommend you to taste a coffee with eatable cup

like this one you know. and maybe the most important in our place

well I read about this on some blogs, I saw pictures that they you have eatable coffee

you can taste this one or you can also try.. There are many types of coffee I see

we have coffee with orange juice yes yes

it's a like cappuccino but without milk on the with orange juice interesting taste

we have three shops in Poland. One in Lublin,

In Lublin, we have 60 square meter and we have another place in Wroclaw.

well okay yes next time we'll go there and

we developed our network and now We're working on new place. we have

signed up for documents with our franchisee and in around two months

there will be another place in Warsaw yes and now we also looking for the biggest

place for ourself - coffee shop yes GOOD investment and you know in different

places that you have more coffees concept yes - GOOD plan.

it is good but yes it's the strategic plan for this year

and I with my husband Oleg , we decided a lot of Ukrainian places in Poland

thank you there is a live it's time to taste some

coffee, I think that's all just we can show the menu also to our viewers

and really on this place and you can see a lot of little things.

Everything you see here is present form from our clients: little books, little

cups, a little house this is a small copy of our other coffee shop

pictures it's made by a ME. really? yes! in our every coffee shop in Lublin, in Wroclaw

in Warsaw, all the pictures is made by me so you are also an artist

the design is also.. it is but it's cool yes. it's like; not much place to sit

but for takeaway just you come for just three people

the smallest one that's why it became that famous yes and

especially not okay okay it's most one is famous but when they come they seem

beautiful menu, and you know they can taste many different things here... we have some special

atmosphere and we try to speak with every clients

we do our best to make some special taste a special

atmosphere as some special something more than in other place

yes so now we're tasting eatable coffee with milk once we drink it, later we

will start eating with chocolate one waffle. don't start eating before

drinking it

is there any cafe in Warsaw, making like this? yes? there is something

different you see here and we have nuts also on it

yeah while you are drinking, you feel the chocolate already. it's very tasty yeah. if you come

here first you can try this one later as Inna says also you should taste

coffee orange juice yes yes you should try that one also. okay thank you and

thank you for watching and I hope you will like this video and I will just

write everything all details in description also I will link just your

Facebook page and plus address if you come to Warsaw you should visit

Dobro&Dobro - the smallest cafe in Poland! THANK YOU!

Make Gallons of Maple Syrup with This Simple Sap Evaporator - Duration: 9:55.

let's go see what sort of eggs we've got today three down here and all these are

in good shape and now I've noticed that the Ducks have started to hide their

eggs down here yep you can see one right there maybe no all right so we got four

good eggs this morning nice work ladies

we even know we're a little ways away from Europe season and we've got a ton

of snow still on the ground I want to get ready for the season last year when

I tried to make maple syrup it was okay the setup that I did here at the farm

was basically just a propane burner with a stockpot on top because there's not

enough surface area for evaporation to make about a gallon of syrup it took all

day and two tanks of propane so let me tell you that was the most expensive

maple syrup I've ever had in my life this year I'm gonna try to do this a

little bit more efficiently and effectively I'm gonna show you guys

something that a friend of mine showed me about how to cook maple syrup on just

a bunch of cinder blocks everything that you're gonna see me build here you could

get for about 50 bucks so let's build the $50 maple syrup evaporator so step

number one is actually to prepare your area it doesn't have to be perfectly

level it doesn't have to be perfectly clear with snow but you don't want to

build this in the side of a snowbank so just make sure you clear out the snow

I've already done that here it was a good thing I've been thinking about this

project because right now this snow here is hard step two is getting your cinder

blocks I've had a bunch of cinder blocks stored down in our basement it was from

when we were doing the renovations and we were putting in some new footings and

so I'm gonna pull those old cinder blocks up and set them up right around

here

so now what I'm doing here is I'm basically stacking them up so the

pattern that I've found that works the best is with the flat side exposed make

the evaporator base that's going to be where the fire goes then you build up

the walls with the flat sides exposed on the other side and so there you have it

I mean it's not any more complicated than that let me just show you though

some features based on the number of blocks that I had handy I can carry two

trays in here I'm actually thinking I might actually

throw out another row of these just like this I might have to run to the building

supply store and get some more blocks to extend this out but here's the basic

design so you've got four blocks down in the middle that becomes your firebox

you've got these stacking up as your wall and you got these out here that act

as your chimney it's going to be important when you put these in to make

sure make sure that this is flush another important design feature is make

sure you've got a significant portion of the pan sitting on the block right here

and here you don't want it to be too precarious like this don't slip and

spill so you want to make sure that you really are just two cinder blocks with

wide here if you go any wider it won't hold pans like this you want to angle

your blocks just a little bit here this way it sort of pushes the smoke back the

reason the chimney is important is you know you don't want to get too much

smoke in your maple syrup if you do that you're gonna mess up the flavor just a

little bit like just a little bit of wood smoke I actually really like in my

maple syrup but you don't want it too much so you want to put a chimney in

here again because I'm a little bit short on blocks right now I'm gonna need

to build this up just a little bit more but all-in-all is pretty straightforward

so what you would do the way this works is you fill this up with SAP you fill

this up with SAP you cook them down till they get you know somewhat brown you

don't want it to cook down because what you're going to ultimately want to do is

bring this inside and cook it on your stovetop to get maple syrup exactly

right you want to eat exactly the right temperature and you don't want to

overcook it with a cooking setup like this you know it's a little bit crude

it's a little bit primitive and so getting the precise temperature is very

hard my recommendation would be that you pull this off when it's mostly cooked

down and you cook it on your stovetop and use a candy thermometer to make sure

that you get it exactly the right temp now a little bit of a fair warning with

this thing it's not permanent it's not built to last forever the cinder blocks

are gonna eventually crack from the heat you know it's just imperfect but what's

really nice about this is I can set it up for maple season and then when I'm

done I can just take these and store them in the barn somewhere toss them if

they've broken and you'd be ready to go next year I made a video a little while

back of my buddy Alfred in his maple cooker setup it's amazing

you should definitely go check it out he's a Mason it you made this really

cool brick arch and once it's up and going with good wood it'll it'll run at

between 1,300 and 1,500 degrees Fahrenheit now as we're gearing up for

maple syrup season here I'm gonna be sure to show you guys all about the

process and how we cook our own syrup here on the homestead we don't do it at

a massive scale we only have about five or six good tappable maple trees right

now around our farm that are easily accessible and so I don't do it at a

commercial level it's really just you know syrup for Allison and me over the

course of the year we actually don't use a lot of sugar

pretty much actually never use any sugar we pretty much only use honey and maple

syrup and so to cook this maple syrup right and have it set it's actually

important for us because it becomes a food source over the course of the year

like a real kind of cooking staple if you will can you pass the maple syrup

please it's spaghetti now it's way too early in the season to try to cook any

syrup right now there's no SAP running out of the trees but let's give this

puppy a go and test it out and I'll show you how the fire works and how you can

get the fire going here

one of my secrets to a good fire is using a cheap little fan and one of

those personal fans it's you roaring blaze really quickly so you ever had the

dollar store and you see one of these suckers

pick it up great for starting fires so once you get that fire going good what

you're gonna do is then take your pants just like this pop them right on top

just like this you always want to make sure they're stable remember that it's

like an important thing with these

that's how you make the $30.00 maple syrup evaporator it's just a bunch of

cinder block set a buck 50 a pop it takes about 20 of them to make one this

size if you want to spend a little bit more money you can make one even bigger

the pans you need to have or if you can find them on the cheap like I said I

found three of my pans for about 20 bucks and so I mean technically I guess

you could say this is a 50 dollar maple syrup evaporator but I'm going with 30

bucks because this is sort of the extra accessory I'm gonna be cooking maple

syrup real soon I mean I know the syrups not running yet but it's gonna start

happening any time now and so I'll be making videos about that be sure to

subscribe and you can follow along here at Gold Shaw Farm where we're trying to

make a farm in Vermont and eat some tasty tasty maple

Hello~

We are heading back to our home after practice!

Have a great night~

Yop!

Hello~

I really became the most appeared person.

Yes, the fourth go-to-work fairy.

Dear fairy, fairy, where are we going today?

We are going to Show Champion!

No.

YEONHO's graduation!

Yeah~

Show us you wearing school uniform for the last time!

It's too short.

I am sorry for that.

I shall be good to YEONHO, because it's his graduation today.

Yeah~

Shall we grant YEONHO's wish today?

Oh~ graduation wish granting?

No, do it when it's my birthday.

I will buy snacks, do massage and a kiss for YEONHO.

Oh yeah~

Congratulations, YEONHO!

It's Valentine's Day, right?

Yes, it is.

So we would like to prepare a gift.

We are here for the diffuser as a gift.

Go go~

Let's smell every single one of them starting from here.

Oh, it's good!

This is a bit, a bit cool.

Yes, it's cool.

We both like a soft fragrance, at least for me...

I like soft fragrance as well.

Me too.

There are several types like these.

Figs, roses, and etc.

If you put the stick in it, it will absorb the fragrance and spread it.

Just in case for some who don't know~

I didn't know.

There are a lot of different fragrances.

We separated into two, two and three as teams.

For KANGMIN and I, we will choose one for a person.

Not bad~

We are trying to choose very carefully.

What is this fragrance?

This smells like sesame oil?

Isn't it?

Let's exclude two from each of us.

For me, this one, the first one and the fourth one!

For me, 'cherry blossom' and 'Wild Water Plum Moke Flower'

I choose 'cherry blossom.'

Oh, 'cherry blossom'?

Then 'cherry blossom', it is!

From recommendation of the owner.

Ok, cherry blossom!

The others get one for the gift, but two for us specially!

We have prepared this special gift,

hopefully our fans will get it and have a nice day!

Right! Think about us when you smell...

I have heard that when you smell a fragrance from a gift, you think about the person who gave it to you, right?

Oh yeah.

So hope you will think about VERIVERY when you smell it,

and wish you a happy Valentine's Day.

Say bye bye~

Hello~

Why are we here?

Valentine's Day is soon, right?

Yes, it is.

So we are here for our fan's diffuser gift~

Yeah! Diffuser!

We are here to purchase diffusers!

Come on~

Shall we move on?

What kind of fragrance do you like?

I prefer a not so heavy and strong...

Me too!

A quite light...

Light and cool fragrance is good too.

Lilacs.

Smelling the lilac flower smells~

Smell it.

Oh?

Too strong?

This smells just like the soap!

Oh! This smells just like soap!

I have found that a lot of people like musk fragrance.

Hmm~

Oh? Really?

It's a great fragrance to spread the room.

Ok.

But it's not my type.

Sakura! Cherry blossom!

This is!

This is the rising star!

Oh~ I have only knew the cherry blossom's fragrance until today!

Oh~ So this is how the cherry blossom smells like.

But this was great too, the apple fragrance.

That's right.

Choose from this or the mango.

This?

That's right. I vote for this.

Me too.

I wonder what our fans will like.

Then let's do the rock scissors paper.

You go for lilac, I will go for the rose.

I want jasmine.

Rock scissors paper! Rock scissors paper! Wow~

Rose!

Yes, please. Thank you~

Thank you~

Yes, we bought rose, apple and peach fragrance.

Applause.

We have prepared this gift thinking about our fans.

It's Valentine's Day diffuser gift,

we hope our heart with this gift will be delivered nicely.

It was chosen after a great amount of thinking.

Yes, hope it will be well delivered.

Dear all, please use it nicely.

Bye~

Yop!

Yop!

Hello~

Where are we now?

What are we here for?

We are here for diffuser~

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day.

We would like to give you a gift for the Valentine's Day.

Let's show them the diffuser set.

Show them the pretty ones.

The pretty ones?

Yes.

Why are we here today?

For...

Oh~ I thought you are tasting it...

I thought you are tasting it too~ I was astonished.

We are here for the Valentine's Day gift!

A diffuser gift.

I think the other members have got the diffusers.

So shall we go for the candles instead?

Hmm? Isn't this the devil fruits?

Devil fruits.

This is the flame-flame fruit, and this is the gum-gum fruit.

No, no.

Shall we get the diffusers?

Let's do the rock scissors paper.

We will go for the diffusers then.

Geranium is my favorite flower...

Why do you like it?

I have it a lot at my home.

Oh really?

Which fragrance comes to your mind when you think about our fans?

Bamboo fragrance.

Why? Why? Why?

They always look only towards us no matter what.

Oh~ That's a good meaning.

I agree. It really suits our sweet fans.

I suggest to go with this and the third one.

What does that smells like?

It's cool...

Rose!

Rose means love in language of flowers.

Let's go for this two.

So then, if we combine these two together, it means sweet love.

That's right!

Wow~

Applause!

Hope you will like it.

Let's go to order.

Sweet love(in Korean), sweet love.

In order to present you our sweet love.

We have chose these two.

We hope you will like it.

We would like to present you our sweet love.

Is Faith Just Wishful Thinking? - Duration: 5:05.

I want you to listen very carefully to this clip I'm going to show you from

Miracle on 34th Street. Notice how the word "faith" is defined.

I was wrong when I told you that Suzy.

You must believe in Mr. Kringle, and keep right on doing it.

You must have faith in him.

But he didn't get me...that doesn't make sense, Mommy.

Faith is believing in things when common sense tells you not to.

That was in the original I think, right? You notice what she said, though:

"Faith is believing in things when common sense tells you not to." See, that's what

our culture believes is the definition of faith. That's what they're working

from. In fact, if you read Richard Dawkins' book "The God Delusion" where he argues if

you believe in God you're delusional, he argues that faith, or he just asserts

that faith is persistent false belief held in the face of strong contradictory

evidence. And so you have all this evidence going one way, and you just

blindly believe, you know, have faith in the opposite direction. It's kind of like

this: On one end of the spectrum you have science and reason, okay? This is when

you're thinking rational, the more evidence you have, it points towards

truth, this idea. But on the opposite end of the spectrum, this is where you have

no evidence, and this is where you insert faith, okay?

Faith, on this view, amounts to wishful thinking, and that's why we often talk

about, people talk about blind faith or a leap of faith, okay?

And so on this view, science and faith are completely at odds with each other.

Agreed. But the question is, is that what real biblical faith is? Well, I actually

don't think so, and neither does my friend Sean McDowell.

You guys know who Sean McDowell is. Sean, apologist professor at Biola. He says in

his book, "Is God Just a Human Invention?"

He writes, "Faith is not belief in spite of the evidence, but belief in light of

the evidence." I like that. It's not belief in spite of, it's belief in light of the

evidence. Now here's the problem: Who are you gonna believe? Are you gonna believe

Richard Dawkins, Miracle on 34th Street, you know, the culture? You're gonna

believe some Christians like Sean McDowell? Well I have an idea. If you want

to know what biblical faith is, it might be a good idea to, I don't know,

look in the Bible, you know? Who says that's a good idea?

All right, it's carried. How about we go to the Bible? So let's just

look at one passage. We could spend an hour looking through the

Bible and what faith is, but I think this is a great passage to go to. It turns out

in John's gospel, he tells us why he wrote his gospel near

the end. This is the purpose statement for why he wrote. You see, you read Luke,

he tells you right up front, here's why I'm writing. But you read John, you

got to wait till almost the end of the book, chapter 20. And in chapter 20, John

tells us in no uncertain terms why he recorded what he recorded. Here's what he

says, "Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are

not written in this book;" Stop right there. There's all these other signs we

don't even know about. They're not even written down in John's gospel, okay?

There's all these signs and wonders, but he says, "but these are written," okay, why

John? Why did you write about these signs and wonders? So if you got your Bible,

circle the words, "so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son

of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name."

The whole point in John writing his gospel is to provide a trustworthy

eyewitness testimony evidence so that you and I

would read the evidence and believe. You see John, he got to see the evidence and

believe. Well I didn't get to see the resurrected Christ. Neither did you. What

we get is to read about the evidence and believe. Does this sound like John didn't

care about evidence? Seriously, this sound like John wants us

to take a blind leap of faith in the dark?

Not even close.

Move Your Assemblage Point With Stalking - Duration: 6:11.

move your assemblage point with the Toltec method of stalking coming up on this

episode of all things perceptual the following passages from the book the

teachings of don carlos by victor sanchez contain a few of his tips on

stalking and the practical applications from the works of carlos castaneda in

the fire from within Don Juan tells us that the internal dialogue itself

together with everyday conduct is what keeps the assemblage point fixed in one

place then any unusual conduct if practiced continuously and

systematically tends to move it out of its habitual position while it is true

that there are many ways to move the assemblage point it is also true that

many of them can put our mental health in danger since we are already disposed

to believe that the reality we perceive is the one true reality stalking implies

a systematic control of our conduct allowing a slow and harmonious movement

of the assemblage point we are thus assured that any contact with the

unknown will be carried out with sobriety and efficiency working with

appearances is just one technique of stalking one that can be as fun as it

can be devastating it has to do with artistic creation in the most authentic

sense it deals to a certain extent with the art of the actor as well as the art

of disguise the principle characteristic of this technique in which you disguise

yourself and/or act like someone completely different from your everyday

self is not only to convince the spectators but also to convince yourself

to such a degree that the force of your conviction is transmitted to the

spectators this is a modification of perception a movement of the assemblage

point carried to its extreme the art of pure acting is the art of the sorcerer

and the nagual the art of transformation what do sorcerers experience when

converting into crows and flying away in principle they feel as though they fly

feel themselves crows seeing and experiencing the world as such their

secret is that they are capable of modifying their perceptions to match

that of a crow modifying the position of their assemblage point their knowledge

of sorcery their conviction and their years of work allow them to achieve it

but now we have a question one that Castaneda put to Don Juan long ago

what would a spectator see an average spectator would probably just see a

sleeping person and might think him or her drunk or intoxicated but a spectator

in a state of non ordinary awareness or when observing a sorcerer of

extraordinary power one who could force with the power of his conviction the

movement of the spectators assemblage point surely would see a miracle a

person transformed into a crow and flying away and Castaneda asks the

question again was that real what I felt to which Don Juan replies there is no

reality other than that which you felt reality is a feeling true acting

functions as a doorway to the other self to the experience outside the ego

a quality which by itself would make this a practice worthy of exploration when

you convert yourself into a personage when you are capable of moving your

perception to become its living expression your former ego is revealed

in its true dimensions and your old life as well you realize that the ego and the

world in which you once believed you were trapped was only a mirage just one

more character in one more play with actors who had forgotten that they were

acting on a stage this is significant especially when the play you portray is

one of pain or boredom to sum it up stalking is basically changing your

behavior on purpose in order to move your assemblage point one practical

exercise from the book the teachings of Don

Carlos that you can put to good use is called actor for a few days this

technique can help a great deal to diminish self-importance to erase

personal history and to view your everyday life from another perspective

it consists of the following steps first you must choose or create a character

with very well-defined traits preferably one with characteristics diametrically

opposed to your own take time to study the character thoroughly in order to

know all the details you have to determine how he or she thinks feels

talks dresses moves and so forth next prepare your characters entry into the

world obtain the proper clothing and begin practicing personal manifestations

in private attitudes vocabulary interests activities and so forth then

go public and interact disguised as your character you must remain active go out

converse visit places work according to the role you are playing it requires a

minimum of discipline in order not to slip back into your everyday self the

key is to convince yourself of the role feel it intimately and think as the

character would make it a real person try this stalking exercise and see if you

can move your assemblage point for more information about the assemblage point

and Stalking check out the book the teachings of don carlos by victor

sanchez thanks for watching and see you next time
