Hello everyone, my name is Priti Nath Guru.

My this video is dedicated to those people who wants to do weight loss

But due to festive season or marriage functions or parties

They face problem in their weight loss & unable to keep their weight loss in continuation.

So today I'll share some strategies & small points with which you can

Control over your wight even if you attend parties.

First of all I would suggest you to attend any party or function with an empty stomach.

You must eat some light salad or can have vegetable soup

Because generally dinners serves in parties very late night

Till that time we are unable to choose which type of food we should take

Thus we start eating tempting and high calorie food.

Hence you must not attend any party with an empty stomach so that you can choose the right food to eat.

Secondly even in parties if we take soups or salads,that is good for us.

Thirdly check out the vegetables as in they all are gravy based and as I have already shared in my previous video

That we should avoid curry part. So we should take such vegetables where we can avoid curry & can take pieces

For example we can take cottage cheese in any of its dish or

We can choose any vegetable where we can avoid its curry and can take its vegetable only

So that would be better

Fourth, our preference should be to avoid paratha and puri.

If we can get plain chapati, that is very good.

In case we don't get plain chapati, take tandoori chapati,Naan if you don't get tandoori chapati

Also notice on its quantity, if you are taking plain chapati take it 1-2 nos.

In case we are getting Naan, reduce its quantity.

Also if we get anything else then we have to do the variation accordingly.

We can also take curd.

In case you get Dosa then you can take plain or rava dosa.

We can take sambhar and we should avoid the coconut chutney.

In Idli preffer Rava (Semolina) Idli over rice idli

In case if we want to have sweet dish, take Spongy Rasgulla, squeeze out its syrup and you can have it

Also I would say, if we have taken such food then we should compensate it next day.

Keep your next day meal as a light meal with fruits preferably

And if we try to compensate it for 1-2 days, that would be good for us.

This way we'll be able to control over our instant growth of weight.

Also I would suggest too much of parties

Try to avoid eating in such parties and try to give any excuse

Like you have pain or any other problem reason behind not having dinner in party.

We should avoid regular parties, but once in a while follow the strategies shared by me.

An another problem faced by people, in festive or marriage season we get lot of gifts.

They get sweets, sweeten beverages so how to compensate them.

Firstly I would suggest you to try to distribute it, if you have got it in lot of quantity.

If you'll give it your any maid or worker, they'll be happy or obliged.

Because such things are not easily available for them.

But in case if you want to consume it at home, now a days all the items are having shelf live more 1-2 days.

So we should adjust those gifts according to their shelf life.

We should adjust them for 1-2-3 months accordingly.

We should consume them in little quantity.

If we are eating with the entire family and that too in small quantity, so that wouldn't create a problem.

Generally people eat a bunch full of dry fruits at the time of diwali, which is not right..

If you eat the dry fruits in little quantity, you can keep them for 6 months.

People also say that don't throw any food item in dustbin to waste

So we should understand that we are not dustbin

Just because we don't want to throw it into dustbin, if we are eating then

Think yourself that you are not a dustbin.

I do match nicely with the chair.

You'd expect that that couldn't be far a way in a small town like this.

What once was referred to as

the Frontier Navara then shortened to the NP300 Navara

and now just Navara

well has grown taller and wider

ever since its name started getting shorter and shorter

Sadly that bit doesn't work with much anything else

i've referred to myself as a single letter for the past year

and, well

This particular unit is the VL 4x4 Sport Edition

it still gets the same 2.5 liter turbo diesel engine

mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission

and the interior is pretty much the same

The only difference is its got a few upgrades such as

a honeycomb grille

a sport roll bar

under rail bedliner

and a third brake light

Inside the Navara, the dashboard is in line with Nissan's styling

straight-forward and idiot free

The multi information colored display between the gauges looks upmarket

While the first row has generous leg room

it's a slightly different story at the rear bench seats

It's fine for the average Filipino height

but when full of tall passengers, someone's got to compromise

As for comfort, both driver and passenger won't really have a lot to complain about

thanks and largely to the multi-link suspension found at the rear

and that is this pick-up truck's ace amongst any of the competitors out there

In the rear, you'll find air vents for the passengers which is great

This, after all is the Philippines it does get warm

and the more air vents the better

The one thing though that i don't get is

the placement of the cupholders. They're located literally on the floor

and basically in between the legs of the third passenger

which is, yeah, that's just off

The Navara's gifted with light steering which is great

It makes maneuvering this fairly large machine pretty easy

We found a bit of land out of town so we could play with the Navara

it did not disappoint

in fact, the only this that was missing was

well, more mud

A little over a year ago, Nissan Philippines Incorporated

took the motoring media up to the mountains of Sagada

for a two night glamping experience with awesome views

accompanied by a fleet of oranges Navaras

Now, had this riptide blue been there?

It would have probably given the view a run for its money

serious I want to talk about if democracy actually works see I don't

believe it does democracy means that the people gets to vote and the majority

vote then gets to decide I don't believe that works simply because people can

vote yes or no they can vote whatever they want but if they're not informed if

they don't understand what they're voting for they don't represent the

correct and strength as we have the brexit vote where an entire country

thinks that if they vote no there won't be any more immigrants there won't be

any more money going out of the country to the EU there won't be like I think

there's all of these benefits to voting out of EU and that's because the

politicians skewer the image in that way like the guy nigel Farag or something

that the UK guy like he gets a lot of votes because he can rally the people he

doesn't care if the people understand what they're voting for as long as they

vote no and you can always scare somebody to get him to do what you want

nah baby that's what they've done for instance the EU voters went home

directly after going yes to leaving the EU and then they googled what is the EU

and what does it mean to leave the EU so like genuinely they have no clue what

they've just decided for their country which is insane another example is trunk

in America right now we have a guy who knows absolutely nothing about politics

about economy he knows nothing about what it means to run a country and he

looks to be the next president of the United States like the most powerful

person in the world it is such a scary thought and I believe it's the same

thing in America it's because the people voting don't have the knowledge they

don't have any clue whatsoever what they're voting for they believe the

people voting for Trump believe they're building in a guy who can't be bought

any guy that won't help the establishment in a guy that for the

people by the people because he's self-made and all that the Trump is not

submit he's not for the people and he is for the establishment he's part of the

rich 1% like he doesn't give a shit about the people who

vote for him and they don't they don't realize that you have the Fox News who

keep like just bombarding voters with bullshit claims about Donald Trump and

how good he is because that's what they get paid to do when you have a polarized

system like they do in America but you have like the New York Times and then

you have Fox News on the other side and they just keep it just keep laundering

propaganda out at the views so they don't know what's right and they don't

know what's wrong and it's so crazy like and it's not like we're better here in

the night the euro for instance we voted no three times we basically still have

the euro I mean yeah we have Danish currency but it's connected to the euro

so if the euro goes down or the Euro goes up so does the crown is that the

name of the Danish currency by the way so we basically have it but because the

people doesn't understand that we are still happy because we have the same

pictures on our money and that's not the important part that's the crazy thing we

don't understand as a people when we go to vote we just go and vote and then if

you say yes or no you can argue and you can talk about all the propaganda stuff

you've seen on TV but if you don't really understand what you're voting for

your vote is just inaccurate it just stirs the image of the correct answer

like we have the guy Louie CK he went out in America and he he said something

along the lines of have you seen Donald Trump he's Hitler and he and I

completely agree is louis c.k because Trump is using the same scare tactics as

Hitler did he's not hating on Jews he's hating on the Mexican people and I don't

see any difference there none of that is correct for some reason people are

scared of immigrants like they're going to ruin their country there's no reason

Trump can't change any system he's not going to he said he just wants the power

and he just wants the image of being president of the United States but in

the brexit vote like they don't even know what they're going to do now it's

so crazy like they filled up this party and the body is basically built on

bashing the other side in the Danish election the last election we have we

have a lot of different and then one of them is called desk 40

who is kind of like you cliff they are against immigrants and they're afraid of

them and they keep terrorizing about it like in the Danish election they

basically won but because they are build up in a supporting way like they cannot

take control of the country because their entire structure of their

campaigns would fall to pieces because what they are saying cannot be done in

real life they have to therefore to support another party who then becomes

president of Denmark we have another name for it but yeah so the democracy

that we have has apparently made it so that as long as you vote you're okay but

you're not it's not enough just to vote you still have to understand what you're

voting for I believe the democracy should be

changed so that instead of just going to vote you still have to prove that you

actually know what we are voting for and what replications it will have on the

future if you vote yes or no in order to then be allowed to vote because like

it's insane and you can have a guy with a PhD who have studied this his entire

life and he knows what to vote but you only need two idiots from down the

corner who has never seen the news and who doesn't give a shit it's crazy that

you need information you need the knowledge to be in the hands of the

people if you want the people to have the power for instance I believe it was

Winston Churchill who said democracy is the worst possible way to lead a country

except from all the other ways we know about so you need to try something new

and I believe something new could maybe be this knowledge-based democracy and

the important part of this should of course be that you don't have like only

one chance to go down and both like I could go down a road and then be so like

you don't know enough about this to vote then I could go back study up on

everything and then come back and over again I really that could work I have no

clue if it will in reality but you believe that this is a better system

than what we have currently because all of the biography all of the paranoia

that a politician is basically building his career on being able to portray it's

just viewing the image of what should be the right answer like pretty often there

is only one answer for instance in the brexit vote there is no benefit to

leaving the EU it's just like in sane I think I've gone to all of the immigrant

stuff now like immigrants are still going to come to the UK even if they

leave EU because you still need trade agreements with the EU in order to buy

food from them or betrayed in any way and like Obama was out to say earlier

after they voted no well EU is still going to be our main focus like we don't

really care about UK because we're going to made a trade agreement with all the

other countries which is a lot more beneficial for the US which is a fair

statement so yeah that's been me rambling a bit about this um I hope I

Playing, eating and sleeping -

this is how the little dogs spend their day.

The puppies come from two different litters.

They are now just over six weeks old

and are becoming more and more inquisitive.

They are a source of delight for the Head of Dogs and Kennel at the Barry Foundation.

And all 20 puppies are already spoken for.

The puppies will go to families

who submitted a request.

We have to make sure that they go to a good home

where the conditions are right.

The people have to have time for them,

as well as room and enough free time.

The dogs shouldn't really go to live in a flat.

At the moment they're still little but they grow up to be really big.

As of tomorrow, the St. Bernhard puppies

can be visited by members of the public.

It will be possible to see the dogs at the Barryland Museum in Martigny.

From 4 June, the first puppies

will then be collected by their new owners.

Until then, the sweet little fluffballs

can still play to their heart's content with their siblings.
