Venus Williams Wimbledon 2017 final press conference - Duration: 0:53.Yeah, definitely would have loved to have converted some of those points.
But she competed really well. So credit to her.
She just dug in there and managed to play better.
She played really well. I mean, she played top tennis,
so I have to give her credit for just playing a better match.
I've had a great two weeks. I'm looking forward to the rest of the summer.
I've been in a position a lot of times this year to contend for big titles.
That's the kind of position I want to keep putting myself in.
It's just about getting over the line. I believe I can do that.
Yeah, there's errors, and you can't make them.
You can't make them. I went for some big shots and they didn't land.
Probably have to make less errors.

Can You Game on a $400 Laptop? - Duration: 4:56.- Hey guys, this is Austin.
I do videos on a lot of very expensive gaming hardware
but today I wanna find out, can I game on this $400 laptop?
This is the Lenovo Z50, and it's currently less than $370
on Amazon right now.
Based on the giant Gears of War 4 picture they have
on the product page, I think it's pretty safe to assume
that they're aiming this at gamers.
Typically with budget laptops, you're getting integrated
Intel graphics which are fine for basic use
but really can't handle serious gaming.
However, here we actually have an AMD FX APU
which in theory should work a little bit better.
Also that was a very meaty seal.
Think I actually cut through the box.
Yep, cut through the box.
(laughs)
So inside, first of all we get the laptop itself
and the first thing I notice is that the battery actually
doesn't come installed, it has been a long time since
I've seen a laptop with a detachable battery like this.
This is a 2800mAh battery.
For reference, I feel like a lot of smartphones
have bigger batteries than that.
We also have the power cable and what I'm sure
is the power adaptor.
So nothing too exciting in the box but of course,
this is a budget laptop.
What we're really getting here is actual performance.
At least, hopefully that's what we're getting.
This battery is taking me back, it's been a long time
since I've actually used a laptop like this.
So at first glance, it looks very plastic-y
but once you open it up, you do see that it looks
pretty decent inside, mostly thanks to
the sort of fake brush metal here.
This is a very interesting selection of ports.
So not only is there VGA, which is really weird
on a laptop in 2017, we also have Ethernet, HDMI,
a USB 2.0 as well as 3.0, but the really weird part
is when you actually come around to the DVD drive.
Yes, this laptop in 2017 comes with a DVD drive standard,
which actually is not really a bad thing, just weird.
A big downside is that this does lack AC WiFi,
instead opting for the older school Wireless N.
Now to be fair, you do have an Ethernet port
so it's not all bad but there are a lot of very unusual
design choices with this laptop.
What makes this special are the specs.
Inside, it has a quad core AMD FX 7500 APU
with Radeon R7 graphics, as well as eight gigabytes of RAM.
This should give us a fair bit of power to game.
No, it's not going to shame a laptop with dedicated graphics
but the Radeon stuff really isn't bad and this costs less
than $400, you really can't be picky at this price.
However, there are some sacrifices to get that much power
at this sort of price.
The biggest one is the screen.
This guy is rocking a 15.6-inch panel
with a resolution of 1366 by 768.
It is not very good.
As a low-end TN panel, this really does bring me back
to the days where budget laptop screens
were kind of terrible.
One of the biggest places that you can see it
are with the viewing angles, so if you look at it
straight on, it's not that bad, but if you get off axis,
it ghosts really badly.
Plus, having such a low resolution on such a big screen
just makes everything a little bit weird,
there's very little screen real estate.
Now I have to delicately balance the laptop
so it doesn't completely wash out on camera.
Hey guys, this is Austin.
This is a $330 laptop and I'm going to be using it
for the next week.
The speakers are okay but this is not
going to be a great video-watching experience.
Thankfully, the keyboard isn't bad
so it has the sort of classic Lenovo layout
and it feels pretty good to type on.
Only problem is there's a fair bit of flex
on the actual keyboard itself, but it's totally usable.
And the same thing goes for the trackpad.
It's maybe not the most accurate thing in the world.
However, you are probably gonna want a mouse for gaming.
Although that's true for every track pad ever, so.
Remove three screws on the back and it's actually
easy enough to open the laptop up.
And one of the nice things about being a little bit more
of an old school design is that there's a lot
that you can actually upgrade yourself.
Not only can you get access to both of the memory slots,
but there's also a one-terabyte hard drive pre-installed
that looks super easy to swap out.
If this was my PC, I'd spend a few extra bucks
and throw an SSD in here, it will make a big difference.
The real test for this laptop, though,
is to play actual games, so to start with, we have CS:GO.
So right now, we're playing at 768p
which is the max resolution of the screen
and we're playing with a mixture of medium and high settings
and we're getting decent frame rates.
It bottoms out in the mid 30s
but in some of these more open areas,
we're getting in like the 40s and 50s.
Next we have Rocket League.
This is another game that isn't incredibly demanding
but here on quality settings, which is roughly equivalent
to medium, it's pretty smooth,
we're getting in the mid 40s to low 50s.
Next we have Minecraft.
Now yes, this will run on pretty much anything
including a Raspberry Pi, but on the Lenovo,
we're able to crank the settings up pretty much all the way
to the max and we're still getting really solid frame rates,
even flying around here as it loads chunks,
we're still on the 60 to 70 frame per second range.
Next we have Overwatch.
This is a little bit harder for the laptop to handle
so even on low settings here, it's a little bit choppy
so in less action-oriented scenes, it's fine,
but once we get a lot of characters
and a lot of effects on screen, we do sometimes dip
a little bit below 30.
It's kind of playable but you've gotta really
wanna play Overwatch.
The Lenovo Z50 is definitely not a perfect gaming laptop
but for less than $400, it's actually not bad.
As always, I will have a link to check this guy out
in the description and let me know,
would you pick up a $370 gaming laptop?
Let me know in the comments below
and I will catch you in the next one.

10.
Wife Lending Want a child but know you don't quite have
the genes to produce offspring you could be proud of?
In ancient Arabic culture, it wasn't uncommon for low-brow men to offer their wives up to
more stately figures with sought-after qualities in hopes of producing more distinguished children.
The wife would spend her days with the chosen man until she became impregnated, at which
point she'd return home to her husband, who, for the duration of the lending, had
to abstain in order to keep the child.
The act of wife lending was also reported in Spartan, Viking, and even Eskimo cultures.
9.
The Spartan Wedding Night We've heard some kinky things in our travels,
such as a bride having to dress and look more like a man to commence the consummation of
the marriage.
For Spartans, it was believed to be common practice for brides to shave their heads,
don clothing commonly worn by men, and wait in a dark room until their prospective groom
came to have his way with her.
One alleged reason for the ritualistic cross-dressing was that it worked as a means to ease the
groom into a heterosexual lifestyle after spending most of his time in an all-male environment.
8.
Wandering Wombs In ancient Greek medical texts, one may come
across a reference to the "wandering womb."
While it may sound like a lesser-known creature of Greek mythology, the wandering womb was
thought to be the cause of common ailments in women at the time, including "hysteria."
Plato and Hippocrates spoke in great detail about the concept but it was physician Aretaeus
of Cappadocia that labeled the womb "an animal within an animal" and further detailed
its range of motion.
Vertigo, loss of speech, and even death were blamed on the wandering womb with the only
cure being attracting the womb with pleasant smells introduced through the genitals.
7.
A Cure for Hysteria Strange how a device believed to be a woman's
best friend was actually invented to benefit 19th-century male doctors.
When women were diagnosed with hysteria, or as it's known today as sexual frustration,
doctors resorted to manual stimulation to relieve symptoms.
Though it wasn't widely believed or recognized that women felt any sort of sexual pleasure,
physicians found this method of treatment becoming more and more popular - and who's
surprised that it did?
To combat the physical demand of the therapy, because yes, this was all done by hand, doctors
brought in mechanic implementations, eventually leading to the concept of the modern vibrator.
6.
The Witches Broomstick Ever wonder where the connection between witches
and broomsticks came from?
Well, let's not tell the kiddo's this, but the origin is believed to be connected
to the use of recreational hallucinogens and a very peculiar method of administration.
The concoction – a toxic mix of nightshade, devil's snare, black henbane, and mandrake
– would induce vomiting if taken orally and may not fully absorb properly if applied
topically on skin, so these early European enchantresses turned to an area of their body
that allowed for proper absorption without the toxic side effects.
The ointment was applied to the handle of a broom which they straddled, allowing the
mixture to enter their bodies through their genitals.
5.
Godly Origins Believe it or not, some sex practices were
linked back to the very deities that ancient civilizations once worshiped.
For instance, the concept of oral sex is believed to have stemmed from an Egyptian myth of the
god Osiris.
After being murdered and dismembered by his brother Set, Osiris' wife, Isis, set out
to restore her husband.
While she found and reconstructed most of him, just one very vital part was missing
– his "staff."
To make Osiris 100% whole, Isis formed a new member out of clay and blew into it.
The illustrated depictions of Isis breathing life back into Osiris are believed to have
eventually led to the sexual practice of fellatio.
4.
Unique Contraceptives Condoms, pills, IUDs, implants, caps, sponges,
patches, injections – the contraceptives of today are leagues ahead of what ancient
civilizations used for population control.
Methods believed to be used in Rome, Greece, and Egypt included silphium juice, or an extract
from a now-extinct plant believed to be connected to the modern "heart' shape, and more
drastic measures like infanticide and alternative sexual practices.
Egyptian women were also believed to line their vaginal canal with crocodile feces,
which acted as a spermicide and, we have to assume, tested the resolve and dedication
of her partner.
3.
Hawaiian Genital Chants Former American president Lyndon B. Johnson
may have been chided for publicly nicknaming his little Johnson "Jumbo," but the 36th
commander-in-chief could have fit well into ancient Hawai'ian civilization.
In the antiquated custom, it wasn't unheard of for Hawai'ians to have names that they
openly shared for their genitals.
Even more fascinating, it was believed that royalty, including figures like Queen Lili'uokulani
and King Kalakaua, had chants specific to their nethers.
These chants, or mele ma'I, offered figurative and literal descriptions that were thought
to be created in the person's infancy by bards and poets.
2.
Ancient Pederasty The further you go back in time, the more
acts that we deem immoral today were somewhat common practice.
Pederasty, or the sexual relationship between an adult male and an adolescent or pubescent
boy, is widely viewed as a grotesque act today, but it wasn't always shunned.
Ancient Greeks, Romans, Celts, and Persians were among the elder civilizations that partook
in pederasty, though how the act was viewed depended on the specific city.
For instance, parts of Greece condemned it while Athens approved relations with boys
aged 12 to 18.
In the early years of the Roman Republic, it was common practice for men to desire and
go after boys, but intercourse was only legal with slave children.
1.
A History of Bestiality One of the most taboo sexual acts of today
actually has quite the part in our lengthy world history.
Depictions of bestiality date as far back as the Fourth Glacial Age, between 40,000
and 25,000 years ago and cave paintings from the 7th century B.C. point to the act being
a common practice.
Greek historian Herodotus once wrote about the practice of bestiality in ancient Egypt,
where it was believed that women copulated with sacred goats and bore their genitals
to the Apis bull to give it strength.
Egyptian hunters were also alleged to have intercourse with female crocodiles before
killing them.
Zoophilia has been seen in many historic cultures, though it also wasn't uncommon for Churches,
like those during the Middle Ages in Europe, to punish the act by executing
the offender.

Game of Thrones Season 7 - WILL JON DIE FOR GOOD? - Duration: 6:25.Hello everyone.
Remember how I talked about Jon's resurrection and the possibility that Jon might die or
just drop dead when he fulfils his destiny and defeats the Night King?
Well, in a recent interview with Time, GRRM said some things which clarified what Jon
is right now, and it also gave us an idea about what might happen once the Great War
is over.
I'll also post my views and predictions based on the cast interviews soon.
Make sure to subscribe this channel and also click on the bell next to it, so that, you
won't miss it.
Martin said that in "Lord of the Rings," Gandalf dying and coming back as Gandalf the
White never sat well with him.
He said, "If someone comes back from the dead, especially if they suffer a violent,
traumatic death, they're not going to come back as nice as ever."
I completely agree with Ser Martin on this.
That's why Jon coming back just like the way he was before his death never sat well
with me either.
As I said in my "Will Jon become evil" video, Jon will go dark.
I think Jon will change a lot, at least in the books.
He will NOT be the same Jon he was before his death.
George also talked about Beric and Jon.
He said, "And Poor Beric Dondarrion, who was set up as a foreshadowing of all this,
every time he's a little less Beric.
His memories are fading, he's got all these scars, he's becoming more and more physically
hideous, because he is not a living human being anymore.
His heart isn't beating, his blood isn't flowing in his veins, he's a wight, but
a wight animated by fire instead of ice.
Now we're getting back to the whole fire and ice thing."
So, you can guess what Jon is by Beric's description here.
Both of them are dead, or rather undead.
They are Wights, just like the ones we have seen so far.
The only difference is that they are animated by ice and Beric, Jon and Lady Stoneheart
are animated by Fire.
I'm just gonna call them ice wights and Fire Wights to avoid the confusion.
Now you will say that there is another difference, that the Fire wights can talk like living
human beings, but the Ice wights don't.
I am using the word "Don't" here instead of "Can't" because as I said in my "Bran's
journey" and many other videos before, that I do think that ice wights can talk too, but
the Night King doesn't want his enemies to know much about them, so they don't speak
at all in front of them.
And just like the Ice Wights, the fire wight's wounds don't heal either.
Lady Stoneheart's throat is still slit open, even though she is alive and leading the Brotherhood
in the books.
Beric's wounds haven't healed either.
I really hope that Jon's stab wounds are still there in the show, or I'll be very
disappointed.
So, what does this new information mean?
Remember my video about the Lord of Light?
I discussed how the red priests believe that there is an eternal war going on between the
Lord of Light and the Lord of Darkness?
The Whitewalkers and the ice wights resurrected by them, are the creatures of cold and they
fight for the Lord of Darkness.
Similarly, the Lord of Light has his own army to fight them.
He has the Red priests, and the fire Wights resurrected by them.
Both sides will fight each other in the Great War.
But what will happen to these wights when the war is over?
As Martin has said, Beric and Jon are already dead.
Their heart isn't beating, even though they might breathe out of habit like we saw Jon
breathing during the Battle of the Bastards, but they don't really need air to stay alive.
They are already dead.
So, I think once this war is over, assuming that the warriors of Light win, R'hollor
won't need the fire wights anymore.
So, my theory is that Jon and Beric both WILL drop dead.
What do you think?
Anyways, it's time for the comment shoutout now.
Todays comment shoutout goes to Ruel Prakash, who asked, "Why Jon Snow doesn't look
like a Targaryen?
No white hair, no blue eyes and no Dragon dreams.
Maybe he is the son of Ned and Ashara Dayne?"
That's definitely a possibility.
Jon could be Ned and Ashara's son.
But I have always believed in R+L=J. Remember Dany's vision in the House of Undying?
In the show version, Rhaego had Drogo's black hair and black eyes, not Dany's silver
hair or purple eyes.
In the books, Baelor Breakspear, who was the son of King Daeron II and Mariah Martell inherited
his mother's dark hair and dark eyes.
So, I think when a Targaryen marries outside of his/her family, there's always a chance
that the child might inherit the other sides's features.
The best example of this can be Rhaegar and Elia Martell's children.
Their son Aegon looked like a Targaryen whereas their daughter Rhaenys looked like a Martell.
There has NEVER been a Targaryen-Stark Union before, so we can't tell which side the
child usually might take.
And just like his half sister Rhaenys, Jon has also inherited his mother's side.
BTW, it feels weird to even say it, I wonder how Jon will feel when he finds out.
Anyways, Jon has the Stark features.
Cat was always jealous of Jon because he looked more like a Stark whereas her children looked
more like a Tully, except Arya.
So, Jon having dark hair doesn't mean he can't be a Targaryen.
So, what do you think of these theories, don't forget to tell us in the comments.

The YouTube Algorithm is the Rule Book and the Psychology of Sharing is the Gameplay - Duration: 6:49.Why is it that a crappy video gets 1 million views and another one that is
really well done only gets zilch views? I really want to know why. So one
thought crossed my mind. Maybe I just don't completely understand the YouTube
algorithm yet.
Hey youtubers, Nico here. I think I don't have to give you any
examples. You all have seen some crappy videos that made it way too big. But
let's be open-minded. Maybe the algorithm sees something great
in the video that just isn't obvious. And yes, there is something to the crappy
video but it's not that the YouTube algorithm has some kind of weird taste.
YouTube officially says: "Creators often ask, 'What kind of videos does the
algorithm like most?' Our systems have no opinion about what type of videos you
make, and doesn't favor any particular format. Rather, they try their best to
follow the audience by paying attention to things like: what they watch, what they
don't watch, how much they spend watching, likes and dislikes, 'not interested'
feedback." That means the algorithm has no taste. It rather observes the tastes of
the viewers and apparently the crappy video met the taste of many viewers.
YouTube continues on. "Instead of worrying about what the algorithm 'likes', it's
better to focus on what your audience likes instead." I totally agree. The
algorithm is not everything. Don't get me wrong. Understanding the algorithm is
like reading the rule book. The better you understand it the better you can
play by the rules. But once you do play by the rules you have to learn the
intricacies of the game. And the game is mastering the psychology of exciting
your audience. I can learn the rules of chess for example and then play the game.
That's like learning all about YouTube's algorithms. But to become a master of
chess, well, there's so much more to learn about the gameplay. And YouTube's
gameplay is psychology. Make sense? Wanna learn more? Let's have a first look guys.
The rulebook tells us: Our videos need to catch the attention of viewers so they
click on it. Ideally, these viewers should watch the whole video. What we need to do
for that primarily is to excite them with our video. Then they watch it to the end
and when we upload our next video they click it, too, because the last video was
great. Exciting the viewers is not all there is to learn about YouTube's
gameplay. But I bet you agree that this is really essential. So let's look at
excitement. If we analyse one of our videos then we can think of it like an
iceberg. Some viewers are not excited and may even give a thumbs down, some are
more excited and give a like or even leave a comment, and then there are the
really excited viewers. What do you think they do? They share your video with their
friends. Just because your video is so good that they have to tell their
friends about it. Not everyone will do it but once they do this is a real
achievement. Imagine your video got shared 5 times. This is just the tip of
the iceberg. There are so many more viewers that got excited about your
video as well. So shares are a really good indicator. But how do you make your
viewers share your video. That's why I called it psychology 101. Let me give you
five reasons why people share. Reason 1: Share to teach or help. Take my channel
for example. With each video I teach you things about how to grow in YouTube. It
naturally happens from time to time that I blow the mind of some of you and thus
you share the video with some of your youtuber friends because you want
them to learn the same thing as you just learned. This is very straight forward
because the reason I share the video with you is the same reason you share it
with your friends. I want to teach you something and you want to teach your
friends the same thing. We will see that this and that is not always the same.
Reason 2: Share to feel good. When you come back from vacation you show your
pictures to family and friends. It makes you feel good because you can indulge in
all the great memories you made. But if you make a video about your vacation
your viewers don't necessarily share your video for the same reason. For them
your video is not about their own vacation. But imagine if your viewers are
planning their vacation and just booked a flight. They may share your vacation
video and tell their friends: "Look how beautiful this island is. I just booked
my vacation there." This definitely makes your viewers feel good. You can already
see here that the reason you shared your video is not exactly the
same reason why your viewers shared it. Reason 3: Share to look good. Imagine
you ran a marathon and someone made a video of you running through the finish
line. Naturally, you feel really accomplished and when you share the
video it definitely makes you look good. But here's the thing. The video makes you
look good but that is not the reason why your viewers would share it. How would
that make them look good? They are not even in your video. But let's say your
viewers took part in a marathon themselves. If you make some kind of news
coverage of that particular marathon then your viewers have a reason to share
it. They can say to their friends: "Look this great video. I participated in this
marathon." and that makes your viewers look good. Reason 4: Share to connect. We
share a lot to connect with our friends. For example like you sent them a party
photo and say: "Remember that? We were so drunk!"
Here again the reason you share your video is not the same your viewers share
it. But let's say you are at a big concert and record some footage. When you
upload your videos the next day or so your viewers are happy to find it
because they were at the same concert with their friends. They will share it
with them and say: "This concert was so great. I'm glad we went." That makes your
viewers connect with their friends. Question: Before I name you the last
reason why people share, have a look at your analytics and pick your top 5
shared videos. Can you guess for what reason your
viewers shared it? If you have a Morningfame account then click the link in the
description that directly takes you to the top shared video list in your
Morningfame report. Reason 5: Share to convince. We all have our opinions and
sometimes we feel the need to convince someone with facts. Let's say you do some
science experiment on your channel. You share it of course because you want to
teach. But your viewers may share it because they want to convince their
friends. "See? Cats can climb a rock climbing wall." Alright, that are all 5
reasons why people share. That's the first chapter of YouTube's gameplay.
Understanding the algorithm is like reading the rules and the psychology is about
learning the gameplay. I hope this gave you great inspiration.
Cheers guys.
