So, I am on my way home now.

It was a very educational day...

At PROPULSIVE Music Productions.

They are two producers...

And they have been producing music for 10 years now.

And they taught me a lot today about marketing your music, but also music production itself.

And it was very informative.

Hopefully I'll meet them again one day, in a jet, at a festival or something like that.

I also demonstrated some of my own music.

Which I received some feedback on...

They told me that it was already very well done for the most part

But you know, you can always improve your techniques a bit here and there.

And lastly I should really focus on developing my own sound and my own style.

So here's a tip for all DJs that are watching this:

Do something that you really like but also try to create something that makes you unique.

So that you can create your own persona as an artist.

I would like to thank "Kunstbende" for this outstanding experience.

I'll definitly be joining next year's DJ competition.

Not just because of this master class...

But because they are an awesome organisation.

And I want to thank them again for giving me this oppertunity.

The Case of the Morphing Flying Saucer

While UFOs may be the most democratic of all unexplained mysteries �it can be experienced

by both rich men or poor, illiterates or academicians, in developed countries or the 3rd World�

UFO witnesses on the other hand are not regarded in such egalitarian terms; some are given

more credibility than others depending on either their physical or mental aptitudes,

training and professional career. For better or for worse, what one does for a living and

how many years one spent inside a class room, determines whether others will take seriously

your testimony of an encounter with something extraordinary.

Such is the case with police officers. Overall we consider them to be of above average moral

integrity because we entrust them with the enforcement of the Law for the safekeeping

of civilian citizens, hence their word can determine whether a suspect goes to jail or

not. They have to be fit to fulfill their duties, have received instruction in firearm

use and observation; but above all they have to be psychologically prepared to face any

kind of situation, and be willing to put their lives at risk on a regular basis.

When a cop admits he or she saw a UFO, we inevitably pay closer attention.

There are many classic cases in the UFO archives involving one or several police officers as

the main witnesses: The Lonnie Zamora case of 1964, The Herbert Schirmer abduction of

1967, the Exeter incident of 1965, or when deputy sheriff Dale Spaur and his partner

Wilbur Neff chased a UFO from Ohio to Pennsylvania �the latter serving as inspiration for that

famous scene in the first act of Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind.

The story I�m about to share with you, fellow Coppertops, also involves a police member

�a military police, no less!� but is not widely known in the English-speaking UFO circles.

And yet it is so unique and steep in high strangeness, it almost makes the aforementioned

examples sound too� conventional.

But before we get down to business, there�s another thing that distinguishes UFO encounters

involving police officers, which we shouldn�t forget to mention: Cops tend to have more

to lose when they go on the record with a UFO encounter. Their reputations and/or personal

lives tend to be perennially marred by that one episode, no matter how many years pass

�as was the case with several of the witnesses in the cases previously mentioned.

Which is why when Spanish UFOlogist (and my long-time hero) Juan Jos� Ben�tez met

with a member of the Civil Guard �the military force in charge of police duties in Spain�

on a local caf� in his home town of Barbate during the summer of 1980, he was asked absolute

discretion and never to reveal his real name or rank without permission. The guard was

accompanied by a partner of his, who was also a long-time friend of Ben�tez and had arranged

the meeting with the seasoned investigator, so he could hear a first-hand account of what

could very well be one of the most confounding cases in his long UFOlogical career.

The event, the witness told Ben�tez �who included it in his book �The Tip of the

Iceberg�� had happened in July of 1974. The man was 24 years old at the time and lived

in the city of Jerez de la Frontera �one of the municipalities in the province of C�diz.

He hadn�t joined the Civil Guard yet, and worked instead at an auto-repair shop; he

was a motorcycle enthusiast and loved to cruise in his Puch mini-cross through the local country

roads and highways, which he knew like the back of his hand.

That night, like many others, the young Jerezano went to the neighborhood of San Juan de Dios

to see his girlfriend. The weather was warm and pleasant, so the couple went walking to

a nearby field, not too far from the National Road IV, to probably do the kind of things

young people in love like to do away from prying eyes, on a nice summer�s eve.

At around 11:30 pm the couple noticed a strange light behind some cinder blocks nearby. It

was round and amber in hue, like the color of a traffic light, and it slowly flew directly

overhead at an altitude of around a thousand feet in complete silence. The astonished youngsters

observed in amazement how the luminous object crossed the road, and seemed to land on top

of a low hill some 1.8 miles away (3 kilometers).

�I didn�t think it twice,� said the guard to Ben�tez. With a fierce determination

to find out what was it they had just witnessed, he took his girlfriend back to her home and

then sped on his motorcycle toward the hill; but before reaching it and without any warning,

the light disappeared.

Unfazed, the young motorist continued his trek to the hill. There, at its base he found

a moped parked at a ditch. Suddenly he saw two male teenagers frantically running downhill

toward him; they were the owners of the moped, and excitedly told him they had just witnessed

a round apparatus with a dome on top, through which they had managed to observe two �shadows�

inside.

�I asked them to accompany me to the top, but they flat-out refused.� The terrified

teens fled to Jerez as fast as their little moped permitted it.

Tenaciously, the young man rode his bike to the summit at full throttle. He reached the

top and everything was in complete darkness, the night only disturbed by the nervous barking

of dogs from a nearby shack. He searched around and saw that the orangish light was again

airborne, flying slowly away towards the crossing of the roads to Sanl�car and Trebujena.

The man felt anger, thinking he had just missed the landed object for a matter of seconds.

Fortunately for our intrepid chaser, the light took ground once more on the steepest side

of another nearby hill, some one and a quarter miles away from where he was. The game, as

Sherlock Holmes might say, was still afoot.

Not taking the light out of his sight he charged toward the second hill, both his bike and

his heart at full speed. But when he was no more than 650 feet away, the tricksterish

luminescence faded away once more; whether it had disappeared or it just �shut down�

he couldn�t say. The motorized UFO hunter slowed down and felt outplayed in this bizarre

cat-and-mouse situation. It was then when he first took notice of two most peculiar

details: Not only was the entire zone enveloped in an eerie blanket of utter silence ��as

heavy as lead,� the witness explained to Ben�tez� but also during the following

minutes he never managed to see any type of vehicle transit in both directions, something

totally uncommon on these heavily-transited highways.

It was as if someone had pushed a cosmic PAUSE button on the entire region of Jerez.

Fed up and on the brink of giving up, the motorcyclist gave the pursue one final shot.

He rode in the direction of Trebujena, where there was a slope which he could use as a

vantage point to better scout the whole area. With any luck, he thought, he might be able

to track the elusive light one last time �which by now he was convinced it was no conventional

aircraft.

But without any warning and before he could reach the slope a moving truck appeared heading

directly in front of him. Its color was blue and had big red lights on the top of its cabin,

a seemingly mundane vehicle �despite the fact it was the first one he had spotted in

quite a while� if not for one small yet disturbing detail: When it crossed to his

left, the guard explained to Ben�tez, he realized the truck did not make any noise

whatsoever!

He didn�t even feel the expected rush of wind produced by its wake!

�It can�t be!� he thought to himself as he abruptly put on the brakes and changed

direction, now in pursuit of the silent truck, which continued its unperturbed trajectory

toward Jerez. It moved at an approximate speed of 37 miles per hour (60 km/hr) which made

catching up with it easy enough, and the motorist began tailing it and keeping a close distance

of no more than 165 feet.

The chase now continued through a zone of steep loops in the highway, and no sooner

than the young motorist emerged from a left curve, he astonishingly realized the phantom

vehicle had vanished from his sight; �something materially impossible,� he was adamant in

his exposition to Ben�tez, �because at that point the curve gave way to a narrow,

straight line of more than half a mile in length.� There was simply no place in which

the truck could have pulled over without being spotted by the young man, nor an alternative

road or detour it could have taken to lose sight of its biking pursuer.

The disappearance of the �ghost truck� was the last straw for the intrepid UFO hunter,

and the totality of the strangeness he had experienced so far began to take its toll

on his nerves. He decided to call it a night and return to Jerez, but the very moment he

switched his motorcycle�s high beam, the road ahead was illuminated by a different

source�

There, in front of him, was the amber light he had recklessly pursued like a motorized

Ahab in hunt of and otherworldly white whale, shining all across the entire width of the

lonely highway. He now could distinctly perceive a shiny-looking dome on top of it, which looked

to him �like the glass in a bathroom� �perhaps because it was not entirely opaque.

He knew it was the same object which had previously terrified the two teenagers in the moped.

Without knowing why, the witness began to make light signals to the object, switching

from the low beam to high beam of his bike. But the object was unresponsive to the improvised

communications attempt.

Just to make sure he wasn�t suffering from some sort of hallucination, the civil guard

confessed to Ben�tez 6 years after his close encounter, he reached out and touched the

escape pipe of his minicross. The throbs from the burned flesh in his right hand confirmed

what his mind was frantically trying to reject: This wasn�t a dream.

This was REAL.

Maybe it was the burning pain what managed to rekindle the young man�s indomitable

spirit. Maybe, if true, this is the account of the bravest UFO witness who�s ever lived

to tell his tale. Whatever the case, the motorist knew he had no choice but to finish what he�d

started. So, in a final push of courage, he revved his faithful bike and sped toward the

flying saucer at full speed. Don Quixote couldn�t have felt more proud of this modern giant

slayer mounting his mechanized Rocinante.

�But no sooner had I started to run in the direction of the object,� the guard told

Ben�tez, �when in the blink of an eye the amber-like light, the domed object and

all of that �turned off�, disappearing from my sight. And in their place appeared

the lights of two automobiles!�

J.J. Ben�tez was just as incredulous as you might be by now, my dear Coppertops. He

kept pushing the Civil Guard into explaining and re-explaining this last point of his incredible

story. No, the police officer insisted, there hadn�t been any perceived lapse between

the �dematerialization� of the UFO and the �materialization� of those two cars,

parked one in front of the other on the right side of the highway with their headlights

on. It had all happened completely simultaneously.

Confused, but still as curious and brave as ever, the young motorist slowly approached

the parked vehicles, which appeared to him as big sedans (Mercedes or Dodge, he couldn�t

really say) of a gray, shiny color ��almost as if they had just been car-washed.�

Not knowing what drove him to do it, he told Ben�tez, the witness stopped his bike near

the driver�s door of the first sedan, which had its window down. Something told him these

were no ordinary automobiles, despite the seemingly flawless disguise. He peered inside

the car, which didn�t have any inner lights on, and saw that behind the wheel was a man

with silvery hair who seemed to be around 50 years of age, and yet looked tall and athletic

behind his impeccable ashen-gray suit, complete with a white shirt and a dark tie.

The driver wasn�t alone in the car. Next to him and on one of the back seats were two

more individuals, and directly behind him was a tall, younger woman with long blond

hair, dressed in a tailor suit which left her neck exposed. Despite the lack of light

our young witness could tell she was very beautiful, aside from her serious expression.

The second car was no more than 3 feet away from the first, and although the young man

was certain there was someone inside, it was too dark to tell.

�Buenas noches,� the middle-aged driver greeted the young motorist. �Please, where

is the direction of the National Road IV?�, he proceeded to ask in impeccable Spanish

without any hint of a strange accent. His eyes and appearance looked completely normal,

and yet the witness felt there was just something odd in the features of these �lost tourists�

he couldn�t quite put his finger on ��their faces weren�t national nor foreign� they

were just strange.�

The other three passengers never opened their mouths.

The young motorist started to explain to the driver how to get to the road he asked for.

After a few minutes he realized that, even with the directions he was providing, finding

the National Road IV at this ungodly hour of the night would be no easy task �this

was, after all, during the �dark ages� before Google Maps and Waze. Incidentally,

during his brief inspection of the car�s interior the witness didn�t see any maps

which the �tourists� could use to orient themselves; so he diligently offered to escort

the two cars to the road.

�Very well,� was the only thing the silver-haired man uttered as a way to thank the young Good

Samaritan. The motorcycle ran ahead and the cars made a u-turn and followed behind. The

roles had now been absurdly switched: The previous pursuer was now leading the �materialized�

cars into the city of Jerez, which were just as devoid of any normal sound as the blue

moving truck preceding them, or the amber flying saucer which had started the whole

thing.

The young motorist kept riding while keeping a close watch of the sedans with his rear-view

mirror. The three vehicles crossed under a bridge �again, no sound coming from the

cars bounced off of it� and once they entered the city and reached the zoo, the witness

slowed down and stopped. The two sedans did the same.

The witness turned and reached the first vehicle, again from the side of the driver�s window,

to talk to the silver-haired conductor. �Now you just follow straight ahead, and turn to

the first right�� he started to explain to the elderly man in the gray suit. �Very

well, thank you� was his stark reply, without letting finish the motorcyclist�s indications.

Not once did he offer any smile or sign of appreciation for the young man�s service.

Either the young man now felt some sort of responsibility toward these �tourists�

�despite their obvious lack of cordiality� who could still find it hard to reach the

National Road IV, or maybe something in the back of his mind deduced this was just a big

ruse. �Do you want me to take you directly to the road?� he offered.

�No, thank you!� said the driver with great conviction.

�Hey, it�s no trouble at all��

�No. THANK. YOU!� the man repeated. The tone of his voice and the force in his stare

were crystal clear.

The young motorist bid them good night, turned 180 degrees on his bike and rode back home.

The two cars moved through the street he had indicated them, and he lost them out of his

sight, never to see them again.

Ben�tez had been listening to the Civil Guard�s astounding account, refraining from

interrupting him too much, and only making a few occasional clarifying questions. The

two officers �the witness and his partner� had gone uncomfortably quiet and so had he,

sitting on that little caf� in the small coastal town where he had lived most of his

life, when he wasn�t chasing after those elusive flying saucers all over the globe.

He didn�t know what to make of the young man�s tale, other than he felt he was being

totally sincere in his recollections �the fact that he rejected any kind of publicity

being evidence of it.

Finally, Ben�tez ventured one final question, and he urged the witness to think carefully

before he replied:

�When you approached those two cars for the first time, saw the occupants and spoke

with the driver� did you note or perceive any special sensation?�

It didn�t take long for the military man to answer: �Yes. I felt they were expecting

me.�

Ben�tez concluded that first interview, and in subsequent days he contacted the witness

again to fill in a few minor details. The officer added that soon after the strange

incident he�d lived that summer of 1974, he started to complain from a strange �pressure�

in his temples. He went to see a doctor but it was simply diagnosed as a �nervousness.�

He lost his job at the auto repair shop, and enrolled in the Civil Guard two years later,

where he�d had a very good career.

As it�s his custom, Ben�tez accompanied the guard to the place where the event took

place, to take notes and make measurements. One detail lacking in the account made by

the seasoned investigator in his book �The Tip of the Iceberg�, is any mention of possible

burn marks or physical traces left by the UFO during its multiple landings. After 6

years the chances that any mark left by the object could still be found in the highway�s

tarmac are very slim �after all, transited roads coming in and out of a city have to

be regularly repaired and maintained. But what about the two hills where the �light�

took ground during the first stage�s of the chase?

Either it was something omitted by the witness in his testimony, or there simply wasn�t

any physical evidence to be found.

One little thing Ben�tez does mention, however, might be more revealing than any sample of

scorched material: When he parked his car �a small Renault 18 he owned at the time�

in the same spot where the witness saw the gray sedans for the first time, and he tried

to turn to reconstruct the exact itinerary followed by the cars as they were escorted

by the motorcycle to the city, he was forced to back up at the edge in order not to hit

the ditch, because the road was not wide enough for a complete u-turn.

And yet, the witness did not recollect seeing the two cars make the same corrective maneuver

from his rear-view mirror. Something simply impossible considering the length of the sedans

�or at least as possible as two big combustion-engined vehicles from the mid-1970s being able to

cruise without emitting ANY sound�

Borderlands is the name of a book written by Mike Dash, dealing with all sorts of high-strangeness

cases he�s investigated, like the one we�ve just discussed �the book has been commented

by Ben and Aaron on past MU episodes.

Borderlands is also the name of a popular video game series, in which players are free

to explore an alien planet and embark on different adventures at their leisure. There are several

ways to move around the planet: Walking, which is slow and boring (not to mention dangerous);

Teleporting, which you can only do once you find one of the few �Fast Travel� terminals

scattered across the game field; or, if you feel like cruising around the landscape, there�s

always the option to �Catch-A-Ride�, which is the name of stations that instantly materialize

a fully-customized four-wheel vehicle for you.

What makes the �Catch-A-Ride� particularly fun is because it lets you customize your

vehicle in many different ways; changed your mind about the paint color or think you want

to trade the machine gun for a rocket launcher? No problem! You push the station button and

your ride is switched in the blink of an eye.

For a videogame player, there�s nothing special about watching a full vehicle appear

out of thin air. It�s what you expect from a make-believe cybernetic universe in which

you can move around strange worlds, shoot guns, die and reborn as many times as you

want. Just 1�s and 0�s running through the game�s code, right?

But what happens when similar capabilities are observed in what we think is the �real

world�? Is it a hint that all of us are nothing but synthetic characters embedded

in a universal sandbox for the benefit of god-like users?

If the story of the anonymous Civil Guard is true �and to be fair, there seems to

be no further circumstantial evidence to corroborate it� then it is disturbing because of its

encompassing implications. During all this time �conventional� UFOlogists �read

�nuts-and-bolters�� have operated under the assumption they are dealing with a tangible

phenomenon; something, however exotic or foreign, that has nevertheless defined properties like

a given mass or occupying a finite space. Something that could be measured, if having

the luck of being at the right place and the right time.

What our young motorized hero claimed to have witnessed throws that out of the window though,

because it seems to implicate a power capable of assuming whatever shape it suits it best:

From a bonafide flying saucer to a large moving truck, and then even �splicing� into two

separate vehicles. We can only assume those �morphing� abilities can also be applied

to whatever possible intelligences control that power.

The �simulation� was not 100% perfect though, as hinted by the lack of sound emitted

by the multiple manifestations of the phenomenon. One wonders what would have happened if our

intrepid UFO chaser would have dared to reach out and grab the arm of that mysterious �man

in gray� driving the mirage car�

Does this denote a limit to the phenomenon�s reach, the same a video game has to limit

the �polygon count� of every synthetic model generated in its cyber-space? Or perhaps

it simply didn�t care to create a flawless deception to fool just one stubborn kid on

a bike�

Or maybe the �flaw� was also part of the ruse all along, to keep luring the witness

into that absurd cat-and-mouse chase. Because surely a power capable of manipulating its

shape could also make itself invisible to the human eye �the way the light �shut

down� just as the motorcyclist was about to catch on with it.

Whatever the case, the story of the �morphing flying saucer� coaxes us to reframe our

assumptions �see what I did there?� about what exactly we are dealing with, even if

we�re still so far away to understand its true motives.

�Maybe that will increase the thrill of

the game.

BMW 1-Series remove climate control unit from dashboard - Duration: 3:09.

Hi! Today I'm in BMW 1 Series (E87) and I'm going to try to remove the climate

control unit from the dashboard. And I have over here my prying tools as well

as two flat screwdrivers just in case. So what you need to do is try to pry this side and

this side. Let's just see what will happen if I use

the smallest one.

As you can see I'm only bending the frame

and what I need to do is grab the actual unit behind the frame and pull it out.

So I will try to bend the frame and use a flat screwdriver to reach to that unit

itself.

Okay one side is out

and the other side is also out. And right now we

can see that we have three cut outs over here that we should use to remove this.

Do not try from the side but to try over

here in the center and above the two control knobs, maybe slightly to

the sides. Over here and over here. And once you have it like this

don't pull it out all the way. Just leave it deep enough so it's not

bending too much but not too deep because you want to reach the edge

and pull it out later on. So right now what you need to do is grab

underneath and pop it out.

OK, and now you can remove the whole

unit. Wiring is pretty short so you don't have much space - much room to move

around. So let's try to disconnect it. To remove this connector what you

need to do is press over here. This thing goes in and once it's pressed you

can slide it out. The connector is out. And the same thing goes for that other

one. Press, move this to the side, and the connector is out.

And we have the climate

control panel removed from the car. You can now disassemble it if you need to remove

the optional buttons. If you want to replace those or whatever service do

you need to do. OK, thank you for watching and see you soon.

Triathlon Dieting for Weight Loss - Duration: 10:58.

- Losing weight when you're an endurance athlete.

Yeah, yeah, that's right, I'll admit it.

And I'm stressing out,

and she's sitting there working on a quilt.

Mornin' Trainiacs.

I don't know if you noticed,

but over the last couple months,

as I was massively ramping up the swim volume a little,

yeah.

And with all this testing that I'm doing

at the university right now in those studies,

I'm a little fat.

Yeah, yeah, that's right, I'll admit it.

Yeah, I let it get away on me during the long swim.

And coach Pat's coaching plan for half Iron Man Austin

starts on Monday.

And throughout that, I'm gonna make a point to try

to deal with this.

Alright Trainiacs.

I would say three primary benefits to losing weight

when you're an endurance athlete,

number one, is it makes you faster.

Because what you're looking for is a power to weight ratio.

If you can maintain your power,

your leg strength, your body strength,

your core stability while reducing the amount

of weight that, that power has to push, you get faster.

I think it's every 10 pounds in running

can amount to as much as a 20 second per mile

improvement in your pace.

Especially the case, when the bike,

when the power to weight ratio,

your watts per kilogram is a huge indication

of how hard you can go.

The second big benefit is that you do better in the heat.

One of the reasons that I tend to not do well

in really hot races, like I didn't down in Campeche

is because I hold a little bit of insulation.

Help me get through the marathon swim where 4%

body fat coach Pat had to pull out

because of hypothermia.

I did okay.

But the converse happens,

that when you get into heat,

you've got more insulation, so it's harder

for your body to dissipate that heat,

and you start heating up more.

Your brain starts telling your body

that it needs to slow down much quicker, not good.

Anything over literally like, eight to 10 degrees Celsius,

that is taking a very big toll on your body,

cooling itself down.

And then the third big benefit is,

just obviously you look better,

you feel better, you're healthier.

So, everything that I'm about to say,

is under the understanding that we realize

this is getting you down to a healthy weight.

None unhealthy weight that is as low as you can possibly go

while still staying alive.

It's a manageably healthy weight.

You look at me, even the little bits here,

I'd say that I'm at a manageably healthy weight.

When I start getting under 150, I start feeling

very achy and tiered, not healthy.

Sure, I look jacked.

But, not healthy.

Okay, so, how do you lose weight?

A lot of people just say, that it's a matter

of calories in, calories out.

Okay, I am going to start by saying,

it's not just as simple as calories in, calories out.

And if you eat fewer calories,

then you expend in a day, you're gonna lose weight.

I would argue again, to be healthy.

It needs to be healthy calories, fruits, vegetables,

get your vitamins.

But one of the benefits to starting a weight loss

program is that, what happens with our body is,

let's say you're used to eating, 2500 calories a day,

and you go and you increase your eating to 3000

calories a day.

Even though 3000 calories a day,

might be more than some calculator tells you,

you should be eating, your body will go and adjust

and it'll start trying to burn more.

So if you do a calculator,

and that calculator says, hey dude,

you need to be eating 1000 calories a day,

to lose a bunch of weight,

if you're up here, you can just start slowly

reducing your calories, and because your body

is used to receiving this many calories a day,

just the fact that you're bringing your calories down

you will start losing weight for a little while.

That grace period lasts, in my experience,

three to four weeks because then your body starts

bringing itself down to a normal level.

What you wanna do is, is you wanna get yourself

to the point that the amount of calories that you take in,

is in line with the calculators that you put online.

In my case it says that I need to be eating 3190 calories

every single just to maintain.

I'm probably way over that right now because

I overate while the heat loss was getting to me

from all the crazy swim training.

I'm probably close to around 3500 to 4000 calories a day.

Right now, I'm just bringing it back down

to around 3500 and 3100 to bring it in line

with that recommended allowance.

And once that happens,

then to continue to lose weight,

there's gotta be a caloric deficit.

Oh and, and, and, and, and, and,

this is largely from my experience,

the research that I've done over about 12 years

going from a 215 pound, completely sedentary person

to now, around 160 as a resting weight,

getting down at times 152.

So I fully expect that anytime you pretend

to be a scientist on the internet,

people are gonna rip you apart.

If something in this doesn't agree with you,

let me know in the comments below,

we can chat it out.

I know that it's not all going to be 100% right

for 100% of the people.

So let's say that you've got yourself

down to that point where you don't feel like

you're over eating.

You can go to a calculator online,

just google something like, daily caloric needs calculator.

And it'll end up spitting out how much your recommended

daily caloric intake should be.

A safe amount to reduce your caloric intake,

is around 500 calorie deficits per day,

amounting to 3500 calories over the course of a week,

which 3500 calories amounts to, one pound lost.

And losing one pound a week, is very healthy,

very easy, very sustainable.

However, I wouldn't recommend that if it does

feel like dieting, and you are constantly

like reducing the amount of calories that you need

and it doesn't feel good, you can diet for a little bit,

bring it down and then come back up.

Because like I said, if you bring your caloric intake

down here, your body's gonna adjust,

and all of the sudden, it's not gonna be dieting anymore,

and you're gonna stop losing weight.

So going in between that, for me,

say 2500 and 3100 calories, up and down,

as I constantly try to refresh the metabolic rate

that my body is burning on a day to day basis.

That sounded really weird coming out.

Okay, so I realized that this is getting kinda jumbled

but I wanna simplify this into however many steps it takes.

Number one, get yourself away from over eating

and eating to the point of being stuffed

over and over and over again.

Number two, eat healthy foods.

Number three, figure out, your daily caloric intake

with some of the calculators that are online.

Number four, decrease the caloric intake

that you're eating on a day to day basis below that

required daily caloric intake.

Somewhere around, 500 calories lower.

Number five, bounce back up and down

frequently throughout the course of the dieting plan,

throughout the course of the year,

so that your body doesn't get used to this reduced

calorie, forcing you to reduce it more and more and more.

You kinda wanna keep going up and down

around that recommended daily caloric intake,

so that you don't start messing around with your metabolism.

And you know what, this is probably gonna need to be

a multi, multi, multi part series,

that I do, over the course of quite a while.

Fully knowing that the answers to,

how to lose weight, is extremely complex.

But this should help you at least with an idea

of the big picture of it.

And with that, I have to get home

and prepare for our very first podcast.

So how this is gonna work, is I'm gonna sit there,

no triathlon Kim, is gonna sit here,

we're gonna put these excellent looking Madonna headsets on.

And then our guest, who I've referred to in the past as,

Shmike Shmiley, is calling in on, Skype.

Our headsets are gonna go through this mixer,

so I can monitor our levels.

And then on Skype, we're gonna use the Skype call recorder.

Mix everything together, split out all the tracks,

make it sound phenomenal, and that's how you make a podcast.

Glitches in Ocarina of Time - OOT Glitches & Speedrun Tricks - DPadGamer - Duration: 14:37.

Hey There!

So, the Legend of Zelda; Ocarina of Time is widley considered to be a pretty good game.

Good enough that almost twenty years after being released, fans of the game are still

playing, finding new glitches all the time.

In particular, everyone apart of the Zelda Speedrunning community has done an incredible

job, you're awesome.

The game has some pretty amazing glitches I'd like to share with you today, but there

are so many that this video will only contain a small portion of them.

Also I'll be showing clips recorded while playing the 1.0 Japanese version of this game.

Okay enough of this intro.

I'm DPadGamer and it's time for Glitches in Ocarina of Time!

The Infinite Sword Glitch, or ISG, is both very useful, and pretty fun.

Heres how ya do it.

Go up to an object that you can interact with, like a sign for example, and stand next to

it.

Hold R to shield, and press B to stab.

Mid-stab, as the sword is being brought back press A to interact with whatever you're next

to.

If your timing is correct, after you exit the text box Link's sword should have a glowing

white trail.

Now the hitbox of Link's sword will stay in the attack state, which means it'll deal damage

if it just touches something or someone.

An interesting side effect of ISG is that Link cannot fall off of ledges, which is extremely

useful in some more advanced glitches I'll go into in part 2.

While you got ISG, you're free to run around all you want, but there are quite a few things

that can disable it.

Those include Crouching, Swinging your Sword, Swimming, Taking Damage, or even just leaving

the area through a loading zone.

Despite the name, its not just limted to the three swords.

ISG can be performed with both the Megaton Hammer and Deku Sticks.

The hammer is the interesting one here.

If you activate it somewhere like Death Mountain Trail for example, you can use ISG to just

walk through rocks and enemies.

Lastly, it worth pointing out that if you swap weapons, ISG will remain active, so have

fun with that.

Another useful weapon technique is the Power Crouch Stab.

Basically when you jump attack, your next crouch-stab will have the same power as that

jump attack you just did.

To put this in perspective, heres some numbers for ya.

The Kokiri's Sword has an attack power of 1, while the Master Sword has a power of 2.

Despite being actual wood, the Deku Stick also has a power of 2.

When you jump attack with a weapon it deals double damage, so using a Deku Stick and then

Power Crouch Stabbing would deal four damage, as a child.

The Power Crouch Stab also carries the effect from the Jump Attack.

That means if you use a Hammer and crouch stab a rock.

Crouch stabbing is useful for more than just dealing damage.

Near the beginning of the game, after you get the Sword and Shield you're supposed to

enter the Deku Tree.

Instead, head over to the exit of Kokiri Forest which is being guarded by this silly child.

Go ahead and cut the sign if ya want, makes it easier...

I think.

Crouch here and angle yourself so that when you crouch-stab, you'll hit the wall which

pushes Link backwards.

If you crouch-stab the wall and press A to talk to the guard at the same time, Link should

end up inside the guard.

When you go to move around, you'll now be trapped inside his circle of guard-ness.

Now, you wanna position the guard around here, and slowly move him towards the wall.

With a bit of finagling he'll drop through the ground, and you're free to leave the forest.

Near the end of the game, in order to progress through Ganon's Tower you have to break the

seal by completing seven different trails.

It's actually quite easy to skip all that.

Head into the Spirit room, and grab one of the statues.

You want to position it in front of the door, slightly to the right.

Face the corner and jump slash.

Link should slip right through, and you'll now be in the main room.

Nothing is loaded, which includes the barrier blocking your way.

If you can find your way in the dark, you're free to head up the tower.

If you're having a hard time, use the colored beams to help find the bridge.

I know it's a bit random, but lets access the Shadow Temple early, because hey why not.

There are multiple ways to make this happen, but I'll show one method that's relatively

easy.

Head over to Kakariko Graveyard as an adult, and get up onto this platform.

Stand up onto this crate, and pull out an explosive; Bomb or Bombchu.

With a Bomb you'll need to wait until it's about to explode before jump.

That can be slow and inconsistent.

Instead, use a Bombchu.

Hold Z, and run off the ledge.

As soon as your legs leave the box press R to shield drop the Bomchu, which makes it

explode immediately.

Follow up with a real quick B press to give Link the boost he needs to make it onto the

edge.

Now comes the interesting part.

We're gonna need to activate the Infinite Sword Glitch using a bomb.

Pull it out, place it, crouch-stab and interrupt the stab by picking the bomb back up.

The timing is somewhat precise, since you'll need to throw away the bomb after you get

ISG to avoid taking damage.

Now that you got ISG, backflip at an angle towards the void, which should land Link on

the seam.

It took me a few tries, to be honest.

Run Link along the seam aaaaaaaaaaall the way to this point, but don't drop down.

If you do, you'll find yourself stuck, not able to get past the door.

If you follow the seam to be above the tunnel, and side hop towards the torch room, you'll

avoid the trigger which spawns the door.

Now just run on in and have some fun.

Lets head on over to the the Fishing Pond.

Normally you come here to obtain the Golden Scale, which is only possible if you are an

adult.

Heres how to get it early, as a child.

First, fish up a specimen that will beat the current record by any amount.

Next, swim to the center of the pond.

Turn so that Navi isn't hovering over a fish, and hold Z as you move over to the fisherman

and press A to talk to him.

If you have him weigh the fish, he'll give you the Golden Scale.

Neat, huh.

If you grew up playing this game, its quite possible that Dark Link has haunted your nightmares.

Turns out his A.I is actually pretty trash.

All you need is your sword, and the Megaton Hammer.

Start the fight and swing your sword at Dark Link a few times.

Don't even need to connect.

Pull out the hammer and crush his foot.

Dark Link will always pop up behind Link, so face away, turn and hit him, rinse and

repeat.

E-z-p-z this fight is cheesy.

Deku sticks are pretty useful, but they break so quickly.

This is actually somewhat helpful.

If you perform a jump attack with the stick against a wall, and have it hit twice, Link

will continue holding it, rather than putting it away like usual.

You can make it work by jump attacking at a certain angle, or instead at the wall from

a raised platform.

You can no longer swing the stick, but otherwise it works as expected.

If you play the Song of Storms, and then quickly activate the Lens of Truth, it won't use any

magic power.

Have you ever wanted more bottles?

Four of them not enough.

How about twenty four?

That might be a bit much, but it IS possible through something called Bottle Duplication.

The most simple method is to take something you can pick up and drop repeatedly, like

a fish, and pause as Link is swinging the bottle to pick it back up.

Swap an item with the bottle, and that item will become bottle.

Now before you do it yourself, heres a warning.

Any item that is turned into a bottle will be lost FOREVER.

However, you can duplicate over Deku Sticks and Deku Nuts without any worry, because picking

those up off the ground will overwrite the bottle.

Bombs are incredible.

I know that, and I want you to know that I know that because theres quite a lot of glitches

that involve bombs that you aren't seeing in this video.

They'll be in part two but heres a quick teaser of what I mean.

On any ledge that you can jump off of, drop a bomb behind you.

In the moment that it explodes, you'll jump off the ledge with Link and swap to the Hover

Boots which should result in a Mega Jump.

I'm not very good at this, should probably practice more.

In some situations, taking damage from Bombs is extremely helpful.

Sometimes you gotta die quick.

If you drop a bomb, and pick it up as it explodes, you'll take damage.

Immediately after pull out the Ocarina, then put it away, then take it back out.

You can make one bomb deal multiple hearts of damage.

Bombs can also mess everything up.

Let's jump over to the boss of the Shadow Temple; Bongo Bongo.

It's worth showing that this is what the start of the fight looks if you dont ruin everything.

Now, if you pull out a bomb while falling down the hole, and let go of it before control

is taken away; this happens.

As we're nearing the end of this video, we've come to my favorite series of glitches all

that fall under the category of �Swordless Link�.

As the name suggests, we need to have Link lose his sword, which happens at the end of

the game in the boss battle with Ganon.

This isn't the only method, but it's what I'll show off.

Once you're at the point where you do not have your sword if you are playing on a 1.0

version of Ocarina of Time, just save and restart.

Link will not have a sword equipped, and one can be reequipped from the pause menu.

If you're not on a 1.0 copy, things are a bit harder, and more interesting.

Going into this fight you'll need something in a bottle you can drop and pick back up,

like bugs or a fish.

Drop the bugs, and recapture them.

Thats important so Link is now holding a full bottle in his hands.

Make sure you have another item on your C-buttons that Link can pull out mid-air, I used bombs.

With that full-bottle in Links hands, backflip and while you're mid-air; press the button

that you have the bottled item on, and then bombs, for example.

When Link lands hes holding the Bombs as if they're an Ocarina.

Thats a glitch called Ocarina Items.

As long as you have a bottle with something in it, you can play an Ocarina whenever and

wherever.

Now, to help prep things later so that you can turn off the Swordless Link glitch, play

the Sun Song using the Ocarina Items glitch.

This will reset the boss fight, and despite having his sword thrown away, Link will still

have the sword in his inventory.

Now perform Ocarina Items again, and play any warp song to get outta there.

Now that you've escapped the boss fight with a Swordless Link, things get fun.

A bizaare result of not having a sword equipped is the ability to use just about any item

while riding on Epona.

Using the Ocarina, for example will drop Link off of Epona, but hes still connected.

Pressing A will make Link remount Epona from ANY distance.

While on foot, Link's movement still controls Epona so shes basically an RC car.

Deku Nuts will drop Link off of Epona as well.

Also, its worth noting that if you use the Deku Nuts to drop off of Epona, its possible

to keep the camera on Epona.

The hookshot, if you just shoot it into the air, doesn't do much.

Does have a nice noise though.

When combined with Deku Nuts you can achieve first person mode in Ocarina of Time.

Using the Megaton Hammer drops Link off of Epona as well, but when I tried talking to

someone...

I got stuck... forever.

If you're running around as just Epona, you can initiate a cucco swarm, but unlike Link

this horse is immortal.

Also, Link is the only one that activates the trigger to transition from one area to

another.

That means that Epona can explore the Lon Lon exit freely.

Since we're already here, lets start the Obstacle Course by talking to Malon.

Once it's started, pull out your Ocarina while on Epona, and play the Song of Storms.

If we take Epona over to Gerudo Valley, we can try using the hookshot on a proper target.

The results are spectacular.

Once you get off Epona, Link will begin to hover.

You can move freely, floating in the air, even out of bounds.

When you finally move to where the hookshot is connected to the post, Link will jump high

into the air.

Instead, going very close will cause Link to start bouncing up and down.

If you get a good bounce going then move to the hookshot point, your jump will be much

higher.

Lastly, if you touch land while hovering, Link will no longer be able to move, so you'll

need to restart the game.

Our last glitch for this video takes us to Lake Hylia.

Go ahead and park Epona near the scarecrow, and drop off using either the Ocarina or Deku

Nuts.

Go ahead and put on the Zora Tunic and Iron boots, and run on into the water.

Once you are completely submerged, touching the bottom, press A to remount Epona.

Fire your hookshot at the fence behind the scarecrow, and take off your Zora Tunic.

Since the game still consider's Link to be underwater, theres a timer counting down to

his death.

EM: We were told that for the Earth to be liberated, the critical mass needs to be reached;

however, in the recent conference, you say from now on, we no longer need so many as

long as there is ONE single person who is fully connected with their I AM presence.

What has happened for the Light Forces to have this message delivered to us?

C: Okay. These are two aspects of the same situation. One thing is the global critical

mass which assists a lot in the planetary liberation and the other thing which is also

true is that with just one person with a perfect connection to their I AM presence and with

a complete understanding of the situation can liberate the planet so usually it�s

a combination of both factors that can assist in transformation.

EM: Where should people start if they want to reach this fullest state of connection

to their I AM presence? By being honest with their souls?

C: This is a good start, yes.

EM: In Godfre�s �Unveiled Mysteries�, it said people used to know their origins,

the used to know their Source, and they were carefully guided and protected by their I

AM presence. Would you say that when this FULL connection with the I AM presence takes

place, people will, at least, know they are no longer alone, though they might still have

some doubts about how protected they are and whether the Light Forces are always around?

Can this kind of knowing, in spite of some doubts, count as a form of full connection?

C: Gradually as your connection with your I AM presence improves there will be no longer

any sense of loneliness and the protection will increase as your connection with your

I AM presence increases. This is why it is very good to connect with your I AM presence

with a pillar of light � as I have posted a link to that some time ago on my blog. There

was a very nice article about a pillar of light�column of light�connecting with

your I AM presence and that connection is one of the strongest forms of protection against

any negativity that people [inaudible] can do on this planet.

EM: You said St. Germain was not aware of the planetary situation enough, and that to

have complete success in this mission by having one single human liberate Earth via full connection

with his/her I AM presence, one needs to be aware of many facts that St. Germain was not

aware of at that time. How is knowing the planetary situation enough going to assist

in this mission? Why do people need to be aware of the many facts that St. Germain was

not aware of at that time?

C: Okay. You don�t need to be aware of those facts to connect with your I AM presence.

But if you are aware of those facts and at the same time connected with your I AM presence,

your I AM presence will begin transforming those facts. And that�s how you can be more

efficient in the planetary liberation.

EM: What do you mean by FULL connection with the I AM presence? Could you give us an example

of how this full connection will manifest, if a person is to be aware of many facts that

St. Germain was not aware of at that time?

C: That full connection can manifest in different ways. It depends on the individual because

your I AM presence will always give you guidance about how it will manifest so this is a very

individual situation � it�s not the same for everybody.

EM: So, it (the FULL connection with I AM presence) varies from person to person?

C: Yes.

EM: Is it true that what really preoccupies the Great White Brotherhood is the relationship

that man has with his almighty God self?

C: The purpose of the ascended beings is to improve the conditions of every human being

in two ways. Number one: by increasing their connection with their I AM presence. Number

two: by improving their outer life conditions. So it�s both (of these things).

EM: Is it a good idea to interact with Ascended Masters and even our Higher Selves in the

way we would interact with our friends? For instance, besides our bitterness with them,

we could also share some funny anecdotes in our lives, and maybe make fun of them like

we do with actual friends?

C: Yes, you can interact with them as with your friends. Exactly.

EM: Is there a certain level of bonding that happens in this kind of interaction?

C: Yes, of course. There is always a heart connection which happens in the interaction

with ascended beings.

EM: During these years, although we might have some quarrels with our family, it doesn�t

necessarily mean we don�t love them. When we calm ourselves down, we just move along

and cherish the time we spend together. Some people are asking whether this form of relationship

can be applied to the relationship with our I AM presence and even to the Light Forces?

C: Yes.

EM: Have the Light Forces (even for Ascended Masters, and Source) ever worried that if

the Event should be delayed further, they will run the risk of losing some Star Seeds?

C: They are fully and completely aware of that situation.

EM: Do they every worry?

C: I would not say worry in a human sense but they are aware of it and they do whatever

they can to improve that situation.

EM: Is it true that throughout all the years of Galactic Wars that some beings in both

Light and Dark Forces have grown tired of this battle that seems never end, and they

have come to the realization that unity could not be obtained by controlling and subduing

the opposite polarity?

C: I would say that it is not possible to reconcile those polarities in a harmonious

way because the Dark Forces have no [inaudible] intention of cooperating. So the only way

that this can be resolved is by transporting certain of those beings into the Galactic

Central Sun. There is no other way. The Light Forces were trying to resolve that conflict

in a peaceful way for a very long time � even for too long a time � and it was not successful.

So the only way out is that certain beings will simply have to be disintegrated.

EM: Are we now in the third attempt � according to some websites � to achieve unity by having

the Light to integrate their own shadows, and SIMULTANEOUSLY by having the Dark to embrace

their inner Light?

C: No. As I have said, those attempts have been finished. Now the only thing that is

remaining is removal of all darkness as soon as possible and liberation of every sentient

being from the grip of the Dark Forces as soon as possible in a safe way.

EM: Did certain factions of the dark forces come to realize that what they�ve done to

us is completely wrong, and sign the peaceful contract to end the Galactic war with the

Light Forces back in 1996?

C: Okay. There were certain factions that actually have surrendered to the light in

the time period between 1994-95 until 1998. There were some massive surrenders taking

place but unfortunately this did not include all the dark forces � just one faction.

EM: Did these beings that signed the peaceful contracts use to be at the upper ladder like

the Chimera or Archons are? Or were all of them below the Chimera or Archons?

C: No. It was simply another faction which surrendered.

EM: With their knowledge of the weapons they made, wouldn�t it help the Light Forces

remove the bombs much easier if these factions were to surrender?

C: It would actually be much easier if there were not a hostage situation but there is

a hostage situation on this planet and that�s why the Light Forces need to be very careful

how they deal with the toplet bombs. Otherwise, this situation would be resolved much faster.

EM: So what we are dealing with over these years is the remaining factions who are quite

upset about the contracts to end the Galactic War, and still want to maintain quarantine

Earth, want no peace in the universe, and certainly want more slaves by twisting some

teachings in the �Law of One�?

C: Yes.

EM: Are the Creator God and the Prime Creator God waiting for the Galactic Confederation

of Light to clear the bombs and the black stone, or have some secret operations been

authorized to prevent the Event from being further delayed and ensure the final breakthrough?

C: There are many layers. This is actually one big operation that has many, many layers

and some of those layers are classified and I am [inaudible] (prevented) from talking

about them so I am talking about them as much as I can without jeopardizing the success

and safety of the operations but there is much more going on than is being posted.

EM: What�s the �original� meaning of the �Law of One� from the perspective

of Light Forces?

C: I cannot comment on that channeled material because neither I nor the Light Forces can

completely agree with what is written there.

EM: If the removing of toplet bombs proves to be so much more difficult than the Light

Forces expected, then how come beings from a much higher dimensions waited until now

to intervene? Is it because of the hostage-retaliation mechanism once again?

C: Actually it was always quite challenging to intervene on this planet because of this

hostage situation and in the last 25,000 years the Light Forces always needed to be very

careful in all their operations. And the situation is still not resolved because when the situation

is resolved we will have the breakthrough. We will have the final liberation.

EM: Are these much higher dimensional beings one of the Seven Tribes of Light?

C: I cannot answer this question because I do not agree with Seven Tribes of Light � with

that description.

EM: In view of the control over the flow of intel by the Chimera group, is it true that

even for Resistance Members, they themselves also underestimated the quarantine Earth status,

and are as shocked as we are?

C: Yes, they also underestimated the situation and it was quite a surprise for them as well.

Not as much as for the surface population but still they were not expecting this to

be so difficult and they were not expecting this to be taking so long.

EM: Even for the Galactic Confederation of Light, the Ascended Masters, and the Sphere

Being Alliance, they all experience the same setbacks and can certainly understand the

frustration and pains of the surface population?

C: I cannot comment on the Sphere Being Alliance because I either do not have contact with

that group or I perceive those things differently but yes, for the Ascended Masters, even they

were not expecting something like this. Actually nobody in this Universe was expecting the

darkness to go so far and nobody was expecting the situation to be so difficult and so challenging

so nobody was prepared for this really.

EM: What about Source?

C: Source � of course the Source was and is aware of this. But communication with the

Source is never perfect in this dimension of the Universe. And understanding of the

cosmic situation is never perfect because of the primary anomaly so this is why this

perception from the Source did not completely transmit into the manifested Universe.

EM: Would you agree that even for Wingmakers, they have experienced the same setback?

C: They have experienced the same setback in a different way. Not so directly, not so

drastically but more as the frustration of not being able to transmit the divine plan

more efficiently to the Galactic Light Forces and to intervene more directly in the planetary

situation. Their original plan was more direct contact with the surface population, more

disclosure, and faster liberation.

EM: Is it true that Source with its all-seeing eye knows every scheme of the Dark Forces,

but with hostages being held, the Source has to allow the control of the intel flow? Correct?

C: Unfortunately, yes, that is true.

EM: So the Source knows every scheme of the Dark Forces?

C: Yes.

EM: Can people ask the Source to intervene much more in view of the control of the intel

flow?

C: It is good to ask Source for more direct intel flow and more direct intervention. That�s

actually a very good idea.

EM: What would happen now if the Light Forces intervene with MILITARY FORCE to liberate

Earth instead of focusing on removing the remaining bombs and disabling the black stone?

C: Okay. There is a certain possibility that the bombs would get detonated which would

be � I would say � a global planetary cataclysm that I don�t think anybody would

be able to survive. And the risk is still too great for that.

EM: So the Light Forces can�t intervene with military force because the bombs would

explode?

C: Yes. Actually I would say that one faction is quite impatient right now and they would

just like to intervene directly but they are being held back because the risk is still

too big at this point.

EM: With the intel-compartmentalization, it might be hard for some to regain their faith

in the Light Forces. What can be done if these people still want to assist the Light?

C: If people understand the situation more they will gain trust in the Light Forces again

� and especially they will gain trust in the Light Forces when the Light Forces will

be able to intervene more directly and more efficiently. Then that trust will be reinstated

again.

EM: How does the Sphere Being Alliance assist the liberation?

C: Again, I cannot speak about that particular group because I have no connection with it.

From my perspective I would describe this group as the Galactic Central Race and the

Galactic Central Race is Number One � directing the flow of energies from the Galactic Center

to the Solar System and it�s also directing the flow of Galactic Liberation energies from

the Galactic Central Sun through every individual and group that is assisting in the planetary

liberation, supporting them as much as possible directly and indirectly.

EM: Have the Light Forces also been integrating their own shadows over these years to help

shut down this hologram of separation?

C: The Light Forces are always integrating their shadow as much as possible.

EM: Even Source, the Ancient Guardian Races and the Ascended Masters?

C: Yes. Their shadow does not manifest as darkness but simply as a lack of complete

cosmic understanding and they�re always working on improving their understanding of

the situation and doing whatever they can.

EM: What are the methods of shadow integration? Could you give us some examples?

C: Basically the principle is very simple. It�s to be honest with yourself, acknowledging

all shadow aspects within and just observing them and being a loving witness to them and

then they will get transformed.

EM: Before incarnation, we also sign contracts with the Light Forces. Are those contracts

mainly dealing with protection?

C: Okay, basically one of the major contracts was done about your mission. So you made your

agreement with the Light Forces that you will carry your mission and also major protection

and life course agreements were made but the problem is here that many people did not follow

up with those agreements and this is one of the reasons why this planetary situation is

taking so long.

EM: So most of them don�t even follow their protection contracts with the Light Forces?

C: They don�t follow any of the agreements that were made, and that�s the main problem

here. One of the main problems on this planet.

EM: So even with safety contracts with the Light Forces prior to birth, it certainly

wouldn�t hurt if we ask again a FULL protection from them as we awake during the transition,

right?

C: Yes, but what I�m saying here is that the people who were incarnated did not follow

up with their contract. They did not follow the agreements and this is why the protection

grid has collapsed on the surface of the planet.

EM: Among Sanat Kumara�s various incarnations, did he, as a human, ever question himself

about the value of this exile before his ascension?

C: Every human individual before the ascension had those moments.

EM: How did he overcome this bewilderment?

C: This always happens with the connection with the I AM presence.

EM: Do all Lords of Fire yearn to live in happiness with their multidimensional selves

again after the Even just as the day they used to live together in previous Golden Age?

C: Okay, all Lords of Fire have ascended a long time ago and they are always living in

a state of happiness.

EM: Oh, they have left this plane?

C: They are all ascended and they live in a state of happiness.

EM: According to �Unveiled Mysteries�, humans were intended to lead a life in prosperity

and abundance with God and that was the very reason why humanity were created at first

so as to live as Father and Son, but humanity at that time felt they were �less perfect�

than Gods, disregarded Gods� warning about their impending adversity during cycle after

cycle and worse, were later manipulated by the dark forces to doubt the Source, and thus

they were not so ready to shoulder their responsibility as a co-creator? Is that correct?

C: Yes, that is correct.

EM: Is that why shadows must be integrated now if people wish to take that sovereignty

back?

C: Yes, of course.

EM: But how did humans have those flaws when they were created? Were they created by Gods?

C: They were created with very advanced creator races, if we are speaking of the human evolution

that belongs to this planet. But there are some people on this planet that came originally

from the Source through the Galactic Sun birth process.

EM: But why do humans have those flaws?

C: Because of the interaction with the primary anomaly.

EM: Is it true a new type of being would come into emergence as a result of this shadow

integration? A brand new kind, called the Man of the Sixth Race?

C: Basically the Man of the Sixth Race is the next stage of evolution which has already

started a few centuries ago and this new stage of evolution is having a quantum leap right

now and will have the biggest quantum leap at the time of the Event.

EM: You were threatened by the cabal years ago. How did you get past those traumas?

C: Basically there was a need for a lot of healing and integration which took quite a

long time and what also helped was that I received intel that explained to me exactly

what was going on, why it happened, and how to protect myself in the future. I have received

very powerful protection protocols that protected me from that time on and basically I was contacted

by the Resistance at the time of those attacks and shortly after those attacks with very

direct and precise instructions about what to do to protect myself.

EM: Is it true that if certain intel is too overwhelming for some people to take in, that

intel will become extremely shocking for them, and they then, psychologically speaking, �subconsciously�

begin playing the movies, such as alien invasions, devil possessions, and going crazy, in their

heads without consciously being aware of it?

C: Basically when the big changes happen and when a lot of very challenging intel is released,

there will be a lot of support from the Light Forces and not so much of a negative influence

and this is the reason why it will be easier for people to integrate all those disturbing

pieces of intel. So it will not be as hard as some people are afraid it will.

EM: If a person asks to be protected by the Light Forces, but still sinks into their own

doubt, that person will continue thinking this way, and even if the Light Forces are

actually offering help, they still won�t feel it. So for the protection to work, our

shadows of doubt and fear must be integrated to a certain level where we will no longer

get mired down in them, is that correct?

C: This is one part of the situation but not the only part of the situation. It�s always

good to integrate the shadow. But the Light Forces cannot completely protect us at this

point. The do not control the situation completely but it always helps to integrate your shadow

and clear your fears because fear is a doorway through which the dark forces can enter. The

more of the fear that you process, the easier it is for you to be protected.

EM: Before these Ascended Masters ascend, do they also have their fair share of mind

control as we do?

C: Yes of course. They have this.

EM: How do they liberate themselves from all this mind control? By loving and accepting

themselves more?

C: Basically the situation with mind control was much easier in past centuries. And especially

before WWII, it was much easier to ascend and most people have achieved their ascension

before that time.

EM: Should people learn to be more grateful for what they have, and have sympathy for

others, instead of being constantly mired in guilt?

C: Gratitude is a very healing emotion. If you are able to have it, that�s a good thing

but don�t force yourself into this. So positive emotions tend to improve your state of consciousness

and tend to improve your life conditions always. And negative emotions tend to attract more

of the same negativity.

EM: Can all this mind programming be healed pretty fast by using the technology from the

Light Forces?

C: Yes.

EM: Should people be worried about what they�ve done in past lives, or should they ask the

Light Forces to infuse unconditional love and light to all their deeds in past lives

on their behalf?

C: It is always good to ask the Light Forces for unconditional forgiveness and to release

the past, learn from it, understand it, and then move on.

EM: Corey revealed that the Blue Avians won�t respond to Agarthans� telepathy and he said

during one exchange between the Agarthans and the Guardians, the Guardians personally

told the Agarthans that they do not tend the Earth as well as the Guardians think they

should, and the Guardians are quite upset about them. Do you think that it might be

genuine how these Guardians feel?

C: Okay, I cannot confirm that particular part of Corey Goode�s intel.

EM: Do the Light Forces have any �special� gifts for mankind and the Starseeds after

the Event?

C: There will be many special gifts and many wonderful surprises as humanity after the

Event begins to enter the Galactic Society. So it will be the beginning of something wonderful

that we have all been waiting for and that we have all been dreaming about and manifesting

consciously and working for.

EM: Could you talk about some of the gifts right now?

C: It is not time yet.

EM: Okay. There used to be a specific Ascension group in a certain country. Where could people

find these beings?

C: There was a very specific Ascension group in the United States in the years between

1994 and 1998, yes, and this group has ascended and is no longer present on the surface of

this planet.

EM: Who are the other six Kumaras, the remaining six (13 in total)? Who are they?

C: They are simply very advanced beings that are assisting in transmuting the energies

from the Galactic Central Sun to Planet Earth and stabilizing the situation here.

EM: Do all these 13 Kumaras have higher selves back in Source?

C: They are their higher selves, actually, and they are connected with the Source.

EM: Do all the 13 Kumaras have daughters and sons?

C: They are not incarnated human beings so they do not have daughters and sons in that

particular way.

EM: So Lady Meta is not the daughter of Sanat Kumara?

C: No.

EM: Then who is Lady Meta?

C: A certain ascended being that is part of the soul group of Sanat Kumara.

EM: How do we connect with them?

C: There are many different ways of connection and I will not name them because they are

all over the internet and each particular being has her or his own way of connecting.

EM: If we see a person suffering financially on the news, we often later learn that that

person is offered a job by a local owner of a factory. Why does the same kind of assistance

not happen to lightworkers and lightwarriors?

C: Sometimes this happens, but there are two factors here. The first one is the willingness

of that particular lightworker to manifest abundance and the second one is the level

of interference that happens. In the case of the lightworkers, the Dark Forces usually

tend to interfere more with their lives.

EM: What do you mean by �Be you. The world will adjust� in your ATVOR Project post?

C: It means simply being yourself, being sincere with yourself, doing what you feel is the

right thing to do, and not surrendering to the controlling factors around you. And if

you are yourself, then this will create a very powerful manifestation vortex which will

begin to adjust the reality around you to your own I AM presence more and more.

EM: How do some strong occult positive forces dissolve the energy background of the old

system which was enabling spiritual slavery that was happening on this planet?

C: The Light Forces, what they are doing, is they are working with a planetary energy

grid as I have explained in my post on Atlantis. This is a very good explanation of what�s

going on.

EM: Will shadow integration assist the Light Forces to dissolve the energy background of

the old system?

C: Yes.

EM: That would be all. Is there anything you want to add?

C: Nothing in particular. I would just say for everybody to keep the vision. Hold the

vision. Visualize a better life for all of us. Visualize liberation for humanity. And

the other thing I would repeat again � train yourself in teamwork. Teamwork is very important

in this stage.
